White's 2 TDs couldn't secure promotion; 3 targets in 18 snaps limits role clarity.

Wide receiver scored two touchdowns last week but reverted to practice squad despite expectation of promotion. Has three targets and 18 offensive snaps combined through two games, indicating limited offensive role despite splash plays. Coaching staff has one more call-up available before White must be added to 53-man roster if elevated fourth time; chance remains for Sunday action but role expansion uncertain.
