Trade Debo for Cardell Tate; expect Tate upside over Debo's trajectory

Eli Sters would trade Deebo Samuel for Cardell Tate despite ranking Debo ahead of Tate in week three, because he expects Cardell Tate (rookie wide receiver with year 2 quarterback and new coaching staff) to improve as time goes on, while he cannot say the same about Debo Samuel's trajectory for the rest of the season. The trade accepts short-term loss for long-term possibility of winning.
