Hampton faces tough sledding with Chargers' interior line decimated by injuries.

Hampton's ability to find running lanes will be severely limited by the Chargers' decimated interior offensive line. With Tyler Biadasz on injured reserve and Trey Pipkins III and Kayode Awosika out, the Chargers cannot open holes effectively. Buffalo's sharp defensive line, anchored by nose tackle Deone Walker, has a huge advantage in the trenches and should be able to shut down the run game.
