Yahoo Sports NFL on Jameis Winston

Winston's early starts show poor reads and receiver trust after Dart injury.

After Jaxson Dart's season-ending knee injury in Week 2, Winston became the Giants' starter but showed concerning early performance: he looked unsure of his reads, didn't appear to trust his receivers or protection, and in his first start against the Rams appeared unprepared despite the team's confidence in him as a former first overall pick signed to a two-year, $13 million extension.
