Seven catches, 137 yards against All-Pro coverage; Rams' primary target without Nacua.

Adams exploded for a second straight game, making seven catches for 137 yards despite getting shadow treatment from first-team All-Pro cornerback Patrick Surtain II. The source notes Adams' production came without Puka Nacua, showing his ability to carry the offense. On the final play, Adams was targeted on a five-vertical route in a must-score situation: 'We had a five-verts (vertical routes) situation. It's not a play that we were anticipating, obviously. Sometimes you have those gotta-have-it moments. It's about the details. We've got to communicate better and find a way to come down with it.' Adams also noted: 'It's nothing to freak out about. There's a lot of football left. It's not like we're not playing good ball, obviously excluding that first game.'
