Rosen ranks seventh-worst first-round QB pick; Cardinals recouped a 2nd.

Rosen is ranked as the seventh-worst first-round QB pick of this century by the source; he was selected 10th overall by the Arizona Cardinals and traded the next season. The source notes that because the Cardinals were able to recoup a second-round pick in the trade, Rosen's pick is considered less egregious than McCarthy's, making McCarthy's failure more damaging from a capital perspective.
