Yahoo Sports NFL on Ja'Kobi Lane

Lane's fractured wrist ends season; Flowers and Andrews remain focal points.

Lane suffered a fractured wrist in Week 1 win over the Colts and was placed on injured reserve after undergoing surgery, missing significant time. The popular breakout candidate caught a touchdown that was called back due to a penalty before departing. Rashod Bateman ran a route on almost every Lamar Jackson dropback in Week 1 but failed to catch his lone target, making it more likely that Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews continue to be the points of emphasis through the air. Keep an eye on rookie wide receiver Elijah Sarratt.
