Raiders announce they've signed WR Cody White to the active roster and placed WR Jack Bech on IR in a corresponding move. Klint Kubiak announced after the game on Sunday that Bech fractured his forearm, and said yesterday that he's "going to be out for a little bit." White was out of standard elevations from the practice squad, and a contract was warranted after catching 3 touchdowns in his last two games.
