From the video
Cardell Tate is so bad because he plays in a garbage offense with bad quarterback play. They don't run a lot of plays per game. They don't really have many trips to the red zone... the Commanders are going to be trotting out Marcus Mariota against a very good Seattle Seahawks defense.

Bad offense, bad QB play, limited volume; fade vs. strong Seattle defense.
Dantavian Wixs explains that Cardell Tate is bad for fantasy football because he plays in a garbage offense with bad quarterback play and limited offensive volume. The Commanders don't run many plays per game and lack red zone trips. This week the Commanders face a very good Seattle Seahawks defense with Marcus Mariota at quarterback, making Tate an unfavorable start compared to alternatives like Terry McLaurin.
