Diggs' 7 targets make him flex-worthy every week with 50%+ target share

Diggs had 7 targets and is soaking up over 50% of the Commanders' target share alongside Terry McLaurin; both are flex considerations every week regardless of whether Mariota or Jalen Daniels is under center, as the Commanders offense exceeded expectations and proved more productive than pre-game projections suggested.
