Macdonald says team trusts Price and will continue giving him the ball, but Price fumbled for 2nd straight week and saw only 5 carries for 15 yards + 1 catch for 7 yards on 19 of 67 snaps (28% snap share). After first-quarter fumble, benched until third quarter. coach's words don't match actions; Price is getting 3-4 carries per game in a committee with Wilson and Holani; fumble issues and limited goal-line work are major concerns. Some defend Price as a rookie adjusting to NFL after strong first two games, but majority skeptical of his fantasy viability given Charbonnet's imminent return.
