Bengals' improved defense limits Higgins' ceiling; fewer shootouts expected.

Matt Kelley identifies Tee Higgins as a player negatively impacted by the Bengals' unexpectedly strong defense, which has become a problem for the team's offensive fantasy output. The improved Bengals defense reduces shootout potential and limits Higgins' scoring ceiling, as the team will not need to rely on high-volume passing to come back in games.
