Ranked 7th in Week 4 QB rankings with 19.8 projected points vs. Denver. The source notes Purdy would be MVP so far with excellent timing and trust in the offense; he trails only Josh Allen in fantasy points per game since 2025 (22.3 FPPG). Purdy is an underrated playmaker deserving complete fantasy respect. The 49ers offense has not allowed a sack in the first three games, joining only four Dan Marino and two Peyton Manning offenses in NFL history. Challenges may arise if Mike Evans joins injured players on the sideline, but Kyle Shanahan's depth and Trent Williams' presence mitigate concern.
