Pierce's absence removes deep threat, compresses coverage for Colts.

Alec Pierce is out, forcing the Colts to find someone to catch the ball down the field. Without him, the Colts lack speed on the field, safeties can play shallower, coverage is compressed, and defenses can be more aggressive. This absence is a major constraint on the offense's ability to create explosive plays.
