Carter II preferred over Epps in passing situations; more third-down snaps.

Carter is rotating with Marcus Epps at safety and appears to be preferred in obvious passing situations. He logged seven of his 20 snaps on third down, compared to Epps' two third-down snaps out of 27 total, indicating the Eagles trust him more in critical moments.
