From the episode

With DK, as always, you're kind of banking on a big play with him. Really a boom or bust kind of guy here in week four.

Metcalf is a boom-or-bust flex play against the Browns.

DK Metcalf has 24 targets on the year and faces a Browns defense allowing the sixth-most points to wide receivers. He remains a boom-or-bust flex play dependent on big plays.
