Yahoo Sports NFL on Jadarian Price

Price fumbled twice in two games; benched in Week 4 after first-half fumble.

Price has fumbled in each of the Seahawks' past two games, losing the ball twice in Weeks 3 and 4. In Week 4 against Washington, he was benched during the first half after a fumble and limited to five rushes. Through three games, Price rushed for 119 yards on 28 carries (4.3 yards per carry). In college at Notre Dame, he lost five fumbles among 280 carries despite averaging 6 yards per carry and posting 1,692 yards and 21 touchdowns over three seasons. Coach Macdonald acknowledged the ball security issue, saying Price needs to take care of the ball and there are fundamentals to focus on, though the coach expressed trust he will figure it out.
