STACKED’s take
McMillan consolidated Coker's volume into 14 rec, 192 yards, 2 TDs vs. Detroit.
McMillan exploded in Week 4 against Detroit with 14 receptions, 192 receiving yards, and 2 TDs, consolidating volume after Jalen Coker's quad injury sidelined him. McMillan commanded a 41.0% target rate and 50.0% air yard share, up from the duo's combined 41.7% target share and 51.1% air yards in prior weeks. His 22.7% slot rate showed Bryce Young's game plan to establish rhythm with interior routes. Young's performance under pressure improved dramatically (7.5 passing depth, 57.1% success rate in Week 4 vs. 28.6% success rate in Week 3), with McMillan and complementary pass catchers (Darren Waller, Brycen Tremayne, Mitchell Evans, John Metchie III) generating eight first downs on pressure situations.
