Warren is a top-11 play when Rico Dowdle is out

Jaylen Warren's fantasy ranking is highly dependent on Rico Dowdle's availability. With Dowdle out, Warren is a top-11 RB play, but he drops to a low-end RB2/flex play when Dowdle is active and the backfield returns to a committee.
