Brown was acquired by the Patriots from Philadelphia and will be a matchup problem for Dolphins cornerbacks; however, in 3 games played so far, he has only 9 total catches on 20 targets, remaining quiet despite being due for a potential breakout game.NegativeValueSep 7, 2026
The source uses AJ Brown's trade (2027 5th rounder and 2028 first rounder to Philadelphia) as a comparison point to evaluate the Jaylen Waddle trade; Brown is noted as an older but far more established and decorated player than Waddle, suggesting the Dolphins got favorable value in the Waddle deal.
