Metcalf's skill set is very limited and dependent on explosive vertical plays that worked well with Russell Wilson and (to a lesser extent) Geno Smith in Seattle. Late-career Aaron Rodgers is probably not a good fit for Metcalf's strengths, and the current era of two-high coverage shells has helped neuter DK as a vertical threat.
