Braelon Allen

PositiveSleeper8:48

The source recommends taking an upside shot on Braelon Allen as a late-round running back target, specifically because he is behind a banged-up starter; if the starter is healthy by the season opener, the backup can simply be cut.

Insight page

Caleb Douglas

NegativeBust8:21

The source advises against drafting Caleb Douglas, suggesting he is a player who should be cut after week one in standard fantasy formats; the source further recommends prioritizing running backs like Jonah Coleman over him in late-round scenarios to capitalize on potential backfield injury upside.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveValue17:27

DeVonta Smith has returned to practice, and the source considers him a value at the end of the third or beginning of the fourth round, provided he remains healthy through August.

Insight page

George Kittle

PositiveInjury1:58

George Kittle is progressing well from his injury and could be ready for Week 1, though the 49ers' travel to Australia for the opener makes a Week 2 return more realistic. Despite the optimism, the source recommends drafting a second tight end if Kittle is your TE1.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeInjury3:24

Jeremiah Love is dealing with a high ankle sprain, making it unlikely he plays again this preseason with his Week 1 status in doubt. This injury increases the likelihood that the team will 'slow roll' him, which contradicts the source's previous expectation that he would be a workhorse rookie.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveSleeper15:51

The source highlights positive reports regarding Jonah Coleman and recommends him as a late-round target over wide receivers, citing the potential for a massive value jump if an injury occurs in the backfield.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

NegativeInjury4:12

The source is highly concerned about Jordan Tyson due to a new right hamstring issue and his college injury history, warning he could miss half the season; despite this, the source still loves his talent, noting he would have been the WR1 over Carnell Tate in the draft, and suggests waiting until the 8th round to draft him.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

NegativeInjury15:12

Keon Coleman is dealing with a turf toe injury that is expected to linger throughout the preseason. Due to this injury risk, the source advises lowering his draft position from the third round to the fourth round.

Insight page

Khalil Herbert

NegativeDepth Chart6:00

The 49ers releasing Khalil Herbert is viewed by the source as a positive sign regarding the health status of teammates Kayn Black and Jordan James, suggesting the team feels comfortable with their remaining depth.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

NegativeValue1:54

The source suggests that if drafters are concerned about Tucker Kraft's slow start to the season, they might as well wait and draft Kyle Pitts two rounds later instead.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeInjury17:22

Malik Nabers is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury. The source advises waiting for him to fall to the end of the seventh or beginning of the eighth round until he returns to practice.

Insight page

Ray Davis

PositiveUsage9:01

Ray Davis is recommended as a pure handcuff target to draft, even with James Cook healthy in front of him, as he provides immediate value if an injury occurs.

Insight page

TreVeyon Henderson

NegativeValue16:49

Despite negative reports out of New England, the source still prefers Trevion Henderson over Rhamondre Stevenson due to his higher ceiling, though he has moved Henderson down in rankings from the early fifth to the middle-to-end of the fifth round.

Insight page

Tucker Kraft

NegativeInjury0:26

Tucker Kraft will be monitored for reps during the first half of the season, though he expects to be full-go by mid-season. Due to this slow start, the source advises against drafting him in the 5th or 6th round, suggesting round 7 as a starting point and recommending a backup tight end if he is your starter.

Insight page

Tyler Allgeier

PositiveUsage5:07

Due to Jeremiah Love's high ankle sprain, the source expects Tyler Allgeier to see a considerable amount of work early in the season.

0:00few years. The preseason's been really
0:01fun, right? We finally have football.
0:03Yes, let's see our guys perform well.
0:05But I am actually stressing with my own
0:08team right now because the vast majority
0:10of things that came out of week one of
0:12the preseason were injuries. And I'm
0:15going to be honest, a few players on
0:17this list I may or may not have drafted
0:18in the Flock League. So, let's go
0:20through all the injury stuff. We have
0:21mainly negatives, but some slightly
0:24positive updates. First thing that I
0:26want to discuss is a report that came
0:27out on Sunday regarding Tucker Craft
0:30coming back from his injury this season.
0:32His quote was essentially, "Hey, I'm
0:34going to be monitored with my reps the
0:36first half of the year, but by the time
0:38I get halfway through the season, I'm
0:40going to be full go, zero limitations,
0:42and you shouldn't worry about me." Now,
0:44if you are drafting Tucker Craft in the
0:47middle rounds of your draft, I do think
0:50it's a reasonable thing to draft a
0:52second tight end at the very end. Right
0:55now, what I would not do if I were you
0:57is I wouldn't take Tucker Craft in the
0:59fifth round. I wouldn't take Tucker
1:00Craft in the sixth round. Maybe round
1:03seven is where I would start to consider
1:04it because he's an incredibly good
1:06player when he is healthy. But if you're
1:08going to have to draft a second tight
1:09end if he starts slow to open up the
1:12year, you might as well just wait a
1:14little bit later and grab Kyle Pittz uh
1:16two rounds after. Now, moving over to
1:18our next tight end, we have George KD.
1:20Um KD right now sounds like he is
1:23progressing extremely well and he could
1:25be good to go for week one. Now keep in
1:27mind week one the ners are playing in
1:30Australia. So it seems like that would
1:33be a pretty rough flight to ask George
1:36KD to make and it would just be a lot
1:38more realistic and in my opinion a lot
1:40more reasonable to tell him, hey man,
1:43just stay rest up here. You don't need
1:45to go on that flight. Be good to go by
1:47week two. But I think if you drafted KD,
1:50you should be a little more optimistic
1:51than you were a week ago. But very
1:53similar to Tucker Craft coming off a
1:55significant injury, I'd probably draft a
1:57second tight end if KD was my tight end
1:59one. Now, this is where we get to the
2:01concerning stuff that just popped up.
2:04Cardinals rookie running back Jeremiah
2:06Love is dealing with the high ankle
2:09sprain per sources. It makes it unlikely
2:11that Love plays again this preseason
2:13with the team hoping he can return for
2:15the September 13th regular season opener
2:18versus the Chargers. This freaking sucks
2:21because the entire conversation
2:23surrounding Jeremiah Love this off
2:25seasonason was, "Oh, Tyler Algier is
2:27going to see a lot of work. Oh, they're
2:29going to slow roll him into the year."
2:31And I was looking at that going, "No,
2:32that's nonsense. That's garbage. They
2:34just took this dude with the top five
2:36pick in the NFL draft. We haven't seen
2:38this time of team investment outside of
2:40like Saquon Barkley and Ezekiel Elliott
2:42at the running back position and both of
2:44them were just thrown straight into the
2:46fire as true workh horses their rookie
2:48years. I thought that was going to
2:49happen with Jeremiah Love. Now,
2:51obviously, you couldn't have drafted him
2:53that early because he plays in one of
2:55the worst offenses in the league. But
2:57now that he's going to be coming into
2:58the season with a high ankle sprain, and
3:00week one is in doubt, it seems a lot
3:02more realistic that they do slow roll
3:04him with this ankle. And honestly,
3:07Algier is worked in a considerable
3:10amount early in the season. Now, I'm
3:12going to be honest, this has made me
3:14update my rankings on vlogfantasy.com.
3:16Obviously, I'll try to put out as many
3:17rankings videos as I can on YouTube to
3:19make sure you stay up to date. But
3:21realistically, I can only get you an
3:23updated rankings video every couple
3:24weeks on YouTube, but I am updating my
3:27rankings every single day on
3:29flockfantasy.com, and I will do so
3:31through the end of the season. Not only
3:33do you get all our custom draft sheets,
3:35custom draft assistance, your exact
3:37platform and your exact league settings
3:39with that $34 flockfantasy.com season
3:42pass, but you'll also get all those
3:44updates to the rest of season and weekly
3:46rankings from myself and all the other
3:49creators on the site. If you haven't got
3:50your $34 season pass yet, I would
3:52definitely make sure you take advantage
3:54of that. The link is in the description.
3:55It's flockfantasy.com. Code Flock also
3:58gets you free questions that you can ask
4:00me in the live streams that I'm doing
4:02every night until Christmas. Now, let's
4:05go over to our next guy, which is going
4:07to be Jordan Tyson. So, Jordan Tyson was
4:10a sixthround pick pretty much all off
4:13seasonason. And I'm going to be honest,
4:14I love Jordan Tyson in the sixth round.
4:17This was a rookie wide receiver that a
4:19lot of people said he would have been
4:20the wide receiver one over Cardell Tate
4:22in this year's NFL draft if it wasn't
4:24for his hamstring issues. but he was
4:27very much injuryp-prone in college at
4:30Arizona State and that's what led to him
4:32not getting drafted ahead of Carnell
4:34Tate and that's what led to him slipping
4:36in the NFL draft. Now keep in mind still
4:38goes early to mid round one so he's
4:41still gets good draft capital but now he
4:44pops up with a right hamstring issue and
4:47is going to miss some time. Now this is
4:49extremely concerning. Kellen Moore says
4:52that it has nothing to do with the
4:54previous hamstring injuries that he has
4:56had in the past. But for me, how I read
4:59that is the Saints are afraid that they
5:02are about to get cooked beyond belief if
5:04they went out there, they drafted the
5:06guy with the injury passed and he got
5:08injured before his rookie season and he
5:10missed the entire year.
5:12I am praying
5:14really every night before I go to sleep
5:16until we get another update with Jordan
5:18Tyson that we get something out here
5:20soon that with a second opinion he is
5:22going to see that oh no it's not the end
5:25of the world maybe he misses week one
5:28maybe he misses week two but he's going
5:30to be back in about a month that is like
5:32the best case scenario at this point and
5:34fingers are crossed that's what we get
5:37but I am prepared and you should be
5:39prepared for Jordan Tyson to miss half
5:42of this season, which obviously would be
5:44an absolute disaster. All of these top
5:46rookies like Jeremiah Love, Jordan
5:48Tyson, I'm rooting for. I want to see
5:50them play well. I think if you were to
5:52draft Tyson now, the earliest you could
5:55consider is round seven, but I'd
5:57probably want him to fall to round eight
5:59if I was going to pull the trigger. Now,
6:00the Niners are releasing Khalil Herbert.
6:03Super brief on this. I think this is a
6:05positive sign for the injury update that
6:07we have with Kayn Black and Jordan
6:08James. Maybe they feel good about their
6:10backup running backs. Now, Naji Harris
6:13is visiting today with the New York
6:14Giants. Does this mean you should panic
6:16with Cam Scataboo? No. Now, let's be on
6:19the same page here. If Naji does sign
6:21with the Giants, it's not good for Scat.
6:24But what it would do is it would
6:25effectively nuke any reason you would
6:27have to draft Tyrone Tracy as a premium
6:29handcuff for the Giants. So, monitor
6:32that. But, I'm not going to be
6:33plummeting Cam Scataboo down my rankings
6:34because of it. Now, it was almost a
6:37complete emergency this morning when we
6:41got the report that Bree Hall went down
6:43with the non-cont.
6:45However, what we've been told since with
6:47Aaron Glenn is he doesn't think it's
6:49going to be a big deal. It was a
6:51strained groin. Now, don't get me wrong,
6:54is this good if you drafted Bree Hall or
6:56good if you were looking to draft Bree?
6:58No, I don't think so. I've seen people
7:00pushing Bree Hall up to the very
7:02beginning of the third round. And what
7:04this injury has led for me to do knowing
7:06that he is going into the season with
7:08something nagging him is I would just
7:10very clearly rather have Kairen Williams
7:13at this point. If you're on the clock at
7:14the beginning of round three or the
7:16middle of round three and your choice is
7:18a very talented running back in Bree
7:21Hall in a garbage offense that's injured
7:23or a fully healthy Kairen Williams and
7:25the Rams offense, I'm probably going to
7:27go ahead and take Kiran now easily. Now,
7:31Bears running back Kyle Manungai, who
7:32left practice today after injuring his
7:34knee, is believed to be fine per
7:36sources. Initial test showed his knee to
7:39be structurally sound, but the team will
7:41do an MRI to confirm. So, we did have
7:43that scare with Manungi. Seems like he's
7:45going to be okay. If Kyle Manungai were
7:47to miss an extended period of time,
7:49DeAndre Swift is that much better of a
7:51pick at the four five turn. Now, a
7:53couple things that don't matter to me,
7:54but I felt like it's honestly worth
7:57bringing them up because I saw them get
7:59drafted in the Flock League. I again, I
8:01don't want to give out too many Flock
8:02League spoilers. The Flock League video
8:04is going to be out on that channel on
8:06Friday. I am dying to see it just like
8:09you are, but Ravens rookie wide receiver
8:12Jacobe Lane is absolutely balling at
8:14camp. He's had great reports. He scored
8:16a touchdown in the preseason. And also,
8:18Caleb Douglas was drafted in the Flock
8:21League. Looked pretty good. I I don't
8:22want you to draft Jacobe Lane. I don't
8:24want you to draft Caleb Douglas,
8:26especially if it's like a two wide
8:27receiver, one flex league. In my
8:29opinion, these are like the classic guys
8:31that you draft them with your last pick,
8:34your second to last pick, and you cut
8:36them after week one, right? I I don't
8:37think there's a reason to draft them.
8:39What I would rather do than drafting
8:41some of these wide receivers at the very
8:42end is I would rather take an upside
8:44shot on a running back such as um Tyler
8:47Alier, such as Brilin Allen, right? some
8:50of the running backs that are behind the
8:53banged up starters in front of them. Or
8:55I'd rather take a shot on I mean a
8:57running back that is just a pure
8:59handcuff even if the guy's healthy in
9:00front of them like Ray Davis playing
9:03behind James Cook. Now if those running
9:06backs are healthy at the start of the
9:07season, you just cut the backup and move
9:09on. But you're going to cut these
9:10receivers anyway. Now Ibuka is dealing
9:13with the turf toe. From what we can tell
9:15is it does seem like this is going to
9:19linger through the rest of the off
9:21seasonason. There's no way in hell I is
9:23going to be playing another preseason
9:25game. The hope if you drafted Ibuka is
9:28he is good to go by week one. Not only
9:31is he good to go by week one, but more
9:33importantly, he is a full participant at
9:35practice before that point. However,
9:38it's a very real concern and for that
9:40reason, if you were considering Ibuka in
9:42the third, now at this point, the
9:44earliest you could draft him would be
9:46the fourth. Now, going over to Denver,
9:49right now, we are getting a ton of
9:51praise regarding Jonah Coleman. So, I
9:53would say maybe at the end of your
9:55draft, again, if you were considering
9:57the running back such as Jonah Coleman
9:58or you were considering the receiver
10:00such as Caleb Douglas, I would
10:02definitely go with the running back just
10:03in case an injury ends up happening
10:05before the year and your running back
10:07jumps up massively in value. Then going
10:09over to Trevian Radre, every report
10:12that's been coming out of New England
10:13over the past few weeks has been
10:15negative Henderson and positive
10:18Stevenson. So, for me, I can't just
10:21close my eyes, cover my ears, and
10:23pretend that I don't see anything. I
10:25have sadly had to move Trevon down from
10:27being an early fifth round pick in my
10:28rankings closer to being a middle to the
10:31end of fifth round player. Now, I still
10:33would rather have Henderson because I
10:34think he has a much higher ceiling than
10:36Raadre, but it does seem like the
10:37Patriots prefer Stevenson between the
10:39two of them. Now, going over to
10:41Philadelphia, I think this is a very
10:42important update. Mai Limmon has not
10:45been able to go back to practice with
10:46the hamstring injury, but Devontto Smith
10:48has. So with Lemon, he was previously
10:51around seven picking drafts, but at this
10:54point, I would probably need him to fall
10:56to the end of the seventh at the
10:57beginning of the eighth until we see him
10:59back at practice, fully healthy. It'd be
11:02crazy to consider him at the 67 turn.
11:04And then with Devont Smith, if he is
11:06back at practice in August, right,
11:09August 17th, then I think you're fine to
11:11go ahead and draft him at the end of the
11:12third, the beginning of the fourth, I
11:14think those would be the clear values
11:15and shots you can take. But that's all I
11:18got for you. I really appreciate you. I
11:19really hope I was able to help you out
