Blake Corum

PositiveUsage15:53

Blake Corum looked explosive and efficient in fourth-quarter usage, though the source cautions that this occurred during a blowout game script. He also fumbled during the game, which the source notes is not a singular issue for the Rams backfield.

Insight page

Cam Skattebo

NegativeUsage0:09

Cam Skattebo is now part of a three-man running back by committee for the Giants, which negatively impacts his fantasy outlook.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveValue5:02

Chuba Hubbard is currently viewed as a more desirable fantasy running back than Cam Skowronek given the current state of the Giants' offense.

Insight page

Davante Adams

PositiveProjection17:01

Davante Adams proved he is not washed with a 10-target, 195-yard, two-touchdown performance, leading the source to move him up to WR17-18. However, the source expects regression once Puka Nacua returns, as Adams functioned as a top-five wide receiver only while Nacua was sidelined.

Insight page

David Montgomery

PositiveValue5:09

David Montgomery is preferred over Cam Skowronek in current fantasy rankings following the emergence of the Giants' three-man backfield committee.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

NegativeProjection3:12

Jameis Winston is considered a non-viable fantasy option if he takes over as the starter, following a poor performance featuring 11 completions on 27 attempts for 111 total yards, zero touchdowns, and an interception. He is also cited as a primary factor in the offensive dysfunction surrounding the Giants' passing attack.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

PositiveInjury0:15

Malik Nabers is dealing with a recurring right shoulder injury—the same one he injured in college and multiple times since—and previously elected not to have surgery for a partially torn labrum. The source advises lowering rest-of-season expectations, noting he may have been used as a decoy after returning to the game, and is dropping him to the bottom of his current tier. Fantasy managers are advised to seek a discount when trading for any Giants players due to the current injury situation.

Insight page

Michael Penix Jr.

NegativeProjection13:59

Market data suggests Michael Penix Jr. is not expected to be a savior for the Falcons offense, with the team's projected total remaining at 19.5 points.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveValue11:41

Despite his current injury, Nico Collins is ranked ahead of Malik Nabers due to more reliable information regarding his status.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeUsage18:18

The source notes that Puka Nacua's absence from the Rams' lineup significantly altered the target distribution and usage patterns for other players on the team.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

PositiveSleeper18:34

Terrence Ferguson is identified as a strong waiver wire target and a must-start option for fantasy managers specifically when Puka Nacua is unavailable, as he has separated himself from the other Rams tight ends, recording nine targets in his recent game.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

PositiveValue5:00

Travis Etienne is considered a more valuable fantasy asset than Cam Skowronek, with the source suggesting he would trade Skowronek to acquire Etienne.

0:00There is nothing good to say about the
0:02New York Giants right now from a fantasy
0:04football perspective. We have another
0:06young star quarterback going down to to
0:09an injury. Cam Skattebo is now in a
0:12three-man running back by committee. And
0:15Malik Nabers himself gets hurt. So,
0:18we're going to have to figure out what
0:19the hell we do with these guys. And I'm
0:22going to be honest,
0:24I I don't have much good to say. So, so
0:27much of this is going to come down to
0:29the health of Jackson Dart and when
0:32Jackson Dart officially comes back. So,
0:34I'll go ahead and pull this up, but
0:36obviously bunch of different things
0:37happened in this game. Just in case you
0:40did not see it, um all right,
0:41essentially at the very beginning, we
0:44have this video of Dart getting nailed,
0:46his knee going in the wrong direction,
0:49right? Now, I am no doctor.
0:52A lot of people in the Flock League live
0:54stream thought that they had opinions on
0:56how long he may or may not be out for,
0:58but I see that I see him on the ground
1:01in so much pain.
1:04And I assume he's done.
1:06I assume the knee is obliterated. Of
1:09course, I'm an idiot, so it's not like
1:12I'm able to speak with any type of
1:13confidence, but what has come out since
1:16then
1:18is um we were told that Jackson Dart is
1:21going to be okay and they're still
1:23undergoing further evaluation. Sounds
1:25like sideline test didn't point towards
1:28ACL involvement, hopefully only MCL and
1:31not a full tear. I believe the following
1:37statement that we got right near the end
1:39of the game is that per RapSheet,
1:42Jackson Dart is believed to have
1:43suffered a sprained MCL based on initial
1:46exams. Dart will get an MRI on Tuesday
1:50after initial X-rays were negative. Um
1:53let me go through and just look up
1:56quickly
1:57What the expected timeline would be for
2:00a sprained MCL? Now, obviously, I would
2:02assume every sprained MCL is a little
2:04bit different. And also, what's going to
2:07suck is
2:10One second, let [snorts] me look this
2:12up. What is the average time missed from
2:14a sprained
2:16MCL for a QB?
2:19But, here's the problem is even when he
2:21comes back, the expectation should be
2:24that his first few games back, what
2:26makes Dart so damn exciting is his
2:29athleticism, is his movement ability,
2:31and that is going to be limited severely
2:33here. You at least have to assume that
2:35will be the case. Now, a grade one mild
2:38sprained MCL is about 1 to 2 weeks. A
2:41grade two, which is a partial tear, is
2:43about 2 to 4 weeks. And a grade three,
2:46which is a complete tear, is about 6 to
2:498 plus weeks. So, we don't exactly know.
2:52There was a video that um went viral
2:55circulating on the sidelines where
2:58Giants trainer supposedly told
3:01Amar Ball that Dart would be out 4 to 6
3:04weeks. God knows if that's true. It's
3:05probably not.
3:07Um so, we have no idea with Jackson
3:09Dart. But, what we can say with
3:11confidence
3:12is that if Jameis is the starter,
3:17wrap it up. It's over. GG's.
3:20Jameis Winston looked like
3:23he shouldn't have a roster spot, let
3:27alone be able to see the field in any
3:29real game action.
3:31Obviously, the box score, hideous.
3:3511 completions, 27 attempts, 111
3:38receiving and passing yards, and an
3:40interception with zero touchdowns.
3:42Unbelievably bad, truly.
3:45Like
3:464 yards per attempt and with zero
3:48touchdowns and the interception, the
3:50adjusted yards per attempt is probably
3:52two.
3:56Going over to the running backs, you
3:58would like to say, "Okay, maybe they
3:59lean on the run a little bit more,
4:00right?" They have no quarterback, they
4:02have no passing game. Can we be excited
4:04about Cam Skowronek? Well, they got to
4:06the goal line once in this game. You
4:07know what they did?
4:09They took Cam Skowronek out, and they
4:10put Najee Harris in.
4:13They used Devin Singletary and Najee
4:15Harris in a three-man running back by
4:18committee with Skowronek.
4:20Now, Skowronek did targets out of the
4:22backfield, which is nice, of course.
4:25But, ultimately at this point,
4:28like
4:29I feel like we got to move him down our
4:30rankings. Let me see where I had Cam
4:32Skowronek coming into this in my running
4:34back rankings. But, if this is now a
4:36garbage team and a garbage offense, and
4:39Cam Skowronek, you do have to worry
4:40about
4:43um
4:52the committee stuff. I had Skowronek at
4:54running back 19.
4:56At this point,
4:58I would trade Skowronek for Montgomery.
5:00I'd send him for Etienne. I'd
5:02hell, I may rather have Chuba Hubbard
5:04over Cam Skowronek right now.
5:06I'm going to move Skowronek down to
5:07running back 21 behind David Montgomery
5:09and Bashaud Breeland. We will wait to
5:12see what comes out about Jackson Dart.
5:14Maybe we get good news tomorrow about
5:16Dart. Maybe we are told, "Hey, he's only
5:18going to miss a game or two.
5:19He'll be back in 3 weeks." Which at this
5:21point, that'd be great news, and I would
5:24be less concerned about Skowronek
5:25because this wouldn't be a garbage team.
5:27And then going over to Malik Nabers,
5:31I have no idea what to expect. I
5:34When Nabers first went down, he looked
5:36like he was in so much pain that
5:40um I thought he I thought he was cooked.
5:43Right? Searching Malik Nabers, right
5:46shoulder, same one injured in college
5:48and several times since. Reminder he
5:51elected no surgery for a partially torn
5:53labrum. Fighting with the DB here may
5:55have aggravated it with resisted
5:58forceful arm elevation.
6:01Um
6:03He fell to the ground.
6:05He looked like he was in so much damn
6:07pain.
6:10He came back into the game
6:12and he did not do
6:14anything else.
6:15He had 1.1 fantasy points
6:18before leaving with the injury.
6:21He comes back and he finishes with 1.1
6:24fantasy points.
6:26I don't know how serious this injury is
6:28for Neighbors. I don't know if this was
6:30just a result of the offensive
6:33dysfunction where Jameis Winston was
6:35truly horrendous
6:37or if Neighbors
6:41is really dealing with it and they threw
6:42him out there as a decoy.
6:46But no matter what,
6:48I feel like if you have Malik Neighbors,
6:51you have to lower your expectations for
6:53him rest of season.
6:55Like at this point, I had Neighbors wide
6:57receiver seven. I'd rather have Olave,
6:59I'd rather have Pickens, I'd rather have
7:01Nico Collins.
7:03Hell, honestly, I'd rather have Drake
7:05London now. We'll get the update with
7:08Neighbors tomorrow, I'm sure about his
7:10injury and the Dart injury. If the news
7:12is bad, he's falling further.
7:15If the news is good, maybe he jumps
7:16London again cuz obviously with London,
7:19the Falcons offense has been garbage,
7:20but you at least have some hope with
7:21Michael Penix coming in Thursday. But
7:23regardless, I'll continue to update that
7:25Malik Neighbors injury as we get more
7:27information tomorrow, but I'm going to
7:29be dropping him to the bottom of this
7:30tier because I would very clearly way
7:32rather have like Nico Collins, Drake
7:34London, George Pickens, even with
7:36Collins injured because
7:38um at least we have some more
7:40information about the call and stuff.
7:43Now,
7:45let's
7:47move this over
7:50and look at the Rams situation.
7:55So,
7:56for the Los Angeles Rams, they were
7:59massive favorites coming into this game.
8:02Like, again, y'all know I pull this up
8:04over and over and over again because I
8:07do think it's extremely relevant data.
8:10Uh a lot of people were in on the
8:11Giants. The Rams were a six-and-a-half
8:13point favorites. The Rams projected to
8:15be in a massive, massive bounce-back
8:17spot.
8:19And obviously, game's thrown out of
8:21whack. You have no idea what would have
8:22happened in terms of the Rams
8:23defensively, but offensively, they were
8:26able to effectively move the ball down
8:28the field.
8:29So, again, I'm going to continue to use
8:32this market data to try to figure out
8:35how many points offenses we should
8:36expect to score. Like, for the Thursday
8:38night game, one thing that's very
8:39interesting to note is now that Michael
8:42Penix is announced the starter, I was
8:44expecting these
8:46um odds to move dramatically, but the
8:48Falcons went up with a 2% higher chance
8:51to win the Thursday night game. The
8:53Packers went down with a 2%. And right
8:55now, for the Michael Penix stuff, the
8:57Falcons projected total is 19 and a half
8:59points.
9:01So, the markets are telling us that
9:03Michael Penix isn't supposed to be some
9:04savior of Atlanta here, even if I have
9:07hope and I want to believe that London's
9:09going to be just fine now. Of course, if
9:11y'all want to check out any of those
9:12markets, link's in the description. It's
9:14in the comment section live chat. Use
9:15code flock and you'll get $50 added to
9:18your account after you deposit your
9:19first 10 on Polymarket.us, which is
9:22available in 49 out of 50 states. But,
9:25the Rams were set up in a massive
9:27bounce-back spot. That's exactly what
9:28happened here. Um even with no Puka
9:31Nacua, Matthew Stafford looked
9:32incredible. Stafford looks like when the
9:35offensive projections are good for the
9:36Rams and it's a good match up. Stafford
9:39very much can be a play. I feel like an
9:41idiot I feel so dumb so so so dumb not
9:45picking him up in my six point passing
9:47touchdown league. Looking at the running
9:49back usage, I don't want to look at the
9:50Kyren Williams split. There's a lot of
9:53the Blake Corum carries that he had. It
9:55was in the second half of the game. This
9:57game was a blowout at the very end. The
9:58fourth quarter Blake Corum looked great.
10:01He was breaking off big plays, looked
10:03explosive every run seemed like it was
10:0510 yards pretty much. But again, fourth
10:08quarter usage, I don't want to sit here
10:10and say that like oh Kyren's fumbling is
10:13a problem because Blake Corum also
10:15bounced the ball off the turf at one
10:17point in this game.
10:19And then going over to Davante Adams,
10:22Davante Adams puts a statement out there
10:25this week that he is nowhere remotely
10:28close to being washed.
10:30I had Davante Adams coming into this
10:32game wide receiver 23.
10:38God dang.
10:42At this point Adams wide receiver 17,
10:44wide receiver 18?
10:46Somewhere around here?
10:49He looks just as good as he did last
10:52year. Now of course, I do want to say a
10:53couple different things with this. He
10:54had the 10 targets, 195 receiving yards,
10:56two receiving touchdowns, eight
10:57receptions. Doesn't get better than
10:58that. But also you had no Puka Nacua in
11:00this game. Once Puka does come back in,
11:03Davante Adams is going to fall back down
11:04to earth. We had talked about that for a
11:06lot this off season that in the games in
11:08which Puka would be expected to miss,
11:10Adams would be a top five wide receiver
11:12and that's exactly how things played out
11:14here. Terrence Ferguson looked damn good
11:17as well. Terrence Ferguson had nine
11:19total targets in this game.
11:21Now of course tight end usage elevated
11:23because it's Puka Nacua, Terrence
11:26Ferguson, and then a bunch of tight ends
11:29for this Rams offense. But Ferguson to
11:31come through and really separate himself
11:33from the rest of the tight ends in this
11:35offense, I think it's that's great. I
11:37would have Terrance Ferguson as a tight
11:38end that you can look at off the waiver
11:40wire, but I will say with this as well,
11:43um I think he's probably a must-start
11:44name whenever you have no Puka Nacua,
11:46but when Puka Nacua is back, it's going
11:47to be a little bit tougher. No other
11:49wide receivers are relevant here
11:52for the Rams, but I guess we forgot to
11:54talk about Isaiah Likely. Isaiah Likely
11:56had a game in which you just saw so much
11:58volume, right? He had 10 targets, but
12:00it's so difficult to update Likely in
12:03the rankings and nowhere to put him. I
12:04had Isaiah Likely at tight end seven in
12:08the ranks coming into this inside the
12:10same tier with Kraft, Likely, Kittle,
12:13Kelce. Um I probably preferred Kittle
12:16over Likely at this point, but
12:18realistically, I don't want to mess with
12:19the Likely ranking too much cuz we know
12:22it's a sprained MCL for Dart, but we
12:23don't exactly know
12:25what extent it is. Is he going to be
12:27missing one to two weeks, four to six
12:28weeks? We'll get more information
12:29tomorrow. And we should get more
12:30information about the Malik Nabers
12:32injury stuff tomorrow as well, but in
12:35general across the board for all Giants
12:38right now, if you were to trade for
12:40them, if you were going to value them in
12:42fantasy football, you would need a
12:44discount on them in comparison to the
12:46where they were at coming into this game
12:48given the injuries.
12:50And with the Rams, I don't want to over
12:53I don't want to think too much about the
12:54running back split cuz again, um game
12:56was a blowout. Davante Adams, top five
12:59wide receiver in any game in which Puka
13:00Nacua misses. Terrance Ferguson, looks
13:02like he can be a worthwhile start any
13:04game in which you have no Puka Nacua.
13:08But, um I think that's all I got for
13:11y'all.
13:12I really appreciate you, ladies and
13:14gentlemen. Thank you so much for hanging
13:15out with us. I will be live tomorrow and
13:18the next day and the next day and the
13:19next day and the next day. So, please,
13:21if you have not done so already,
13:23subscribe to the channel. I'm going to
13:24be live every single day answering your
13:26fantasy football questions till
13:27Christmas, but I got to end this, go
13:29ahead and record a waiver wire video now
13:31that we know all the injury stuff, and
13:33yeah, I will see you in tomorrow's live
13:36stream.
