0:00This is going to be a good test because here we get pick 12, right? And obviously, I've already done hundreds of
0:06drafts this off-season, but if you look at the past few live streams that I've done, the vast majority of them, I've
0:12been picking at one, two, or even like four or five, right? We've been mainly on this side of the board, which this
0:18year the difference between picking in the early section versus the very end is dramatically different. Like here when you're at 12, I think the most likely
0:29outcome assuming that Amon-Ra St. Brown, CeeDee Lamb, and Justin Jefferson are all off, is you're probably going running back running back. You're
0:37probably taking like Jintee and Amari and Hampton, James Cook, Devon Achane, some combination of these guys. Now, of course, maybe we get surprised, maybe we
0:46do get one of those elite wide receivers such as a CeeDee Lamb falling to us.
0:51Like I actually got in a draft outside of the live stream where I got really lucky, and I was able to get the
0:57combination of CeeDee Lamb and Justin Jefferson, but obviously, those opportunities are very rare, and I want to be testing myself in the toughest
1:07spots, which I think it's probably going to be us going running back running back here at the turn. But I see a bunch of
1:13people in the chat already. Let me give a shout-out to y'all. I appreciate y'all coming out. This is an early stream.
1:19Y'all know sometimes I'm going live at midnight, sometimes we're going live at 6:00 p.m. Just kind of depends on what my schedule is for the day. And yeah,
1:28but one thing's going to remain the same. I'm going to be here for you every single day until Christmas live streaming these fantasy drafts. Now, of
1:37course, once Christmas gets here, all bets are off, but hopefully by that point, your fantasy football team's kind of already locked in, you know what
1:45you're doing, so you don't need to be going through and asking me questions um for your week 17 waiver wire, right? But
1:51regardless, I appreciate y'all hanging out with us. Now, let's see what we end up getting. So, St. Brown and Lamb both
2:00off the board at 6-7 and Jefferson goes eight. So, we already talked about this possibility, but it does look like it's
2:07effectively a guarantee that we are going running back running back here at the turn. I don't want to say anything until we're on the clock cuz I don't
2:15know if this team at 11 is in this live stream, but dear God this Oh, okay. Never mind. I was going to say if we got Jonathan
2:21Taylor, that'd be absolutely insane. If we're looking at ADP currently, the um ADP on Underdog has it as James Cook then Saquon Barkley. My personal
2:31rankings have it as James Cook then Amari and Hampton. So, I'm going to be going based off my ranks and that These
2:38are the two running backs we are going to draft. I'm not going to fault anybody at all for taking Barkley. And then this
2:44team at 11 is looking at a dream start with Jonathan Taylor, Saquon Barkley through the first two rounds. Obviously, that's extremely exciting. Now, Vert
2:54says, "Guys, does the season pass include the extension tool for redraft and does it work with Sleeper?" Yes, sir. The flockfantasy.com
3:01season pass gets you hooked up with the extension tools for your Sleeper, your ESPN, your Yahoo drafts. Pretty much all your redraft leagues, you are going to
3:10either be able to use the draft sheets, the real-time draft extension that's going to obviously help you as you draft how I use in all my drafts every single
3:19night. And then also you would get those draft sheets that you can download and print out as well that are custom to
3:25your exact league settings in the exact draft platform that you were on. So, um don't worry. You are covered if you have
3:31the season pass. The only thing the season pass is not going to cover would be your dynasty leagues and your best
3:37ball leagues. That would be with the Motherflocker, but if it's your regular 2026 fantasy football league, um yeah, the season pass is exactly what you
3:45want, my friend.
3:47Now, of course, I will give a shout-out to the season pass. Um if you haven't got one already, it's only 34 bucks for
3:53the entire season.
3:55In my humble opinion, flockfantasy.com is by far and away the best website that's ever been made in helping you win your fantasy league. Not only is it me
4:06on there, but pretty much all your favorite creators that you already watch. And yeah, you're going to get all those real-time draft assistants, the
4:12weekly rest-of-season rankings throughout the entire year, trade calculator, my team's page, the whole nine yards. I mean, I pretty much built
4:19out every single piece of research tool I use for my videos, for my own drafts on flockfantasy.com.
4:26And yeah, again, the link's always in the description, it's in the comment section. And if you use code flock when you sign up, you're actually going to
4:33get free questions that you're able to ask me during the season. So, if you ever need help with a start-sit decision, if you ever need help with a
4:39trade opinion, I'll be there for you.
4:42Um, but yeah, I hope that y'all been testing it out with the mock drafts, and I know we've had a lot of really kind
4:49messages, so I appreciate y'all. Um, Robert says, "When will it be $97? I'm a big baller, so." Yeah, the motherflocker is 97 bucks, but again, that's what
4:58comes with like the free team review, and then also the dynasty stuff.
5:02Um, so, I would advise you just do the $34 um, option if you are just a regular redraft player, which is the majority of
5:10people here.
5:12Kyle says, "I'm wearing my free flock hat right now." Absolutely love to hear it, my friend. I I was wearing a hat all
5:16day, so I wasn't going to pull up to this live stream with um, the hat hair we are rocking, so figured to throw on
5:22the hat.
5:23Now, Breese Hall off the board at 27.
5:32And Um, Avaris says, "Mason draft Arizona, I'll be there in 20 minutes. What's the next draft you're doing so I can get in
5:38one with you?" We'll get in another Best Ball Mania draft after this. I'm definitely going to get in multiple drafts in the live stream tonight, so
5:44you don't have to worry about um, this being the only one. Kyren Williams goes 29, we have a massive fall of Trey
5:49McBride. Personally, I have McBride ranked at my 25th pick, so right at the beginning of the third round, but more and more often Trey McBride has been
5:57falling down these draft boards.
6:00Okay.
6:01Now, let's pull this over. Chris Olave off the board at 31. Y'all can tell with my rankings, I've gone ahead and I moved
6:11Malik Nabers up. Again, I don't want to say too much cuz we are about on the clock here, and I don't know if these
6:18teams right in front of us are watching this live stream.
6:22But, let me pull this around.
6:28Jaxon Smith-Njigba off So, Nabers does go 33, so my rankings have it as Javonte and Tee Higgins as the top two picks,
6:35but for me personally, when we start running back running back the way that we have with James Cook and Antonio Gibson, I'm going to prefer to build
6:42around the wide receiver position here at the 3-4 turn, and I'm going to take the combination of Tee Higgins as well
6:47as Terrace Marshall Jr. and Jonathan Mingo.
6:50Um I really like both of these players at cost, and keep in mind in these Underdog drafts, you have to draft at least three wide
6:57receivers. So, if you at least have to draft three receivers, um I am always afraid of falling too far behind at the
7:05running back position.
7:07I'm sorry, at the wide receiver position, but I just said running back because I looked at this team at 11 ripping off their third running back
7:14before their first wide receiver. They have Josh Allen. Oh my gosh, Sam LaPorta off the board at 40.
7:22LaPorta going before Dalton Kincaid here. Ooh, this is going to be an interesting draft.
7:29Interesting interesting interesting development that we have.
7:34That team's willing to just go ahead and get their guys.
7:37Okay.
7:38Now, let's pull this around. I see a bunch of people in the chat saying season pass.
7:44Yeah, if I didn't say this earlier, we did set up the free flockfantasy.com season pass giveaway. If you want to enter in to win a free one, all you got
7:50to do is type in the chat season pass and also drop a like on this live stream. You do those two things, you'll
7:57be entered in to win a free flockfantasy.com season pass. And I don't know if it's cuz I'm wearing a hat. I don't know what's going on with
8:03the camera, but they got me looking orange today. I'm looking orange as yellow.
8:09Maybe maybe it's the freaking orange smoothie I had for lunch.
8:15Not joking on that, either.
8:17Now, we'll pull this over. Terry McLaurin at 46, Colson Loveland does go 47.
8:28Ooh.
8:31Let's see. Scat's falling a considerable amount in this one. I have Scat ranked at 42. Looks like the FSE guys for these
8:39best ball drafts have Scat ranked at 49, but he goes at 48 here regardless.
8:46Mike Evans goes as well.
8:48For me, I am still inclined to go ahead and snag some wide receivers the 5-6 turn if we can. Easier said than done.
8:56We'll see what's going to be available to us. Obviously, if we get some massive faller like Bucky Irving, David Montgomery, DeAndre Swift, Treyveon
9:02Henderson, I'll take the running back that falls.
9:05But, with all else being equal, I think my expectations for the time being are going to be that we're grabbing a wide
9:12receiver at 60 and 61.
9:14Now, Breashad Perriman goes off at 51.
9:19Okay, I just had to pull up my phone so I could drop a like on the stream as well.
9:27Now, let's see. I'm Will says, "Are you going to review some best ball portfolios anytime soon? I have 165 drafts done." Yeah, so I know we have a
9:34bunch of questions waiting for us on flockfantasy.com and I promise you it's going to be a high priority to get those
9:39done. I'll answer those in a live stream soon. Hopefully tomorrow. I'm not going to do it tonight though. The reason we're live streaming a little bit early
9:45tonight is the Mrs. Flock and myself we are going to see the Odyssey. Which I'm really excited for to be honest.
9:54Lamar Jackson off at 54.
9:57Let's swing this around again. Maybe we are surprised and we get one of these running backs falling to us.
10:05DeAndre Swift goes.
10:12Carson says the new million-dollar draft on Underdog looks fun. I haven't seen what the new million-dollar contest is.
10:17Is the Badge Bros a million-dollar contest?
10:25What's the million-dollar new draft on Underdog you're talking about?
10:37Okay, we are actually going to get a running back falling to us. My highest ranked player here is Cornell Tate.
10:41We're rocking the Titans jersey. So let's go ahead and take him. And then my next highest ranked player is Quinshon Judkins. I'm a little lower on Judkins
10:48just given the overall projections that we have for the Cleveland Browns offense, but it is what it is. We'll go ahead and snag him. And
10:58very rarely do you see a team grading out this poorly with the flockfantasy.com draft assistant. But yeah, you can see this team here at nine
11:06with just an atrocious grade. But that is entirely based on them taking Sam LaPorta at pick 40.
11:15So like I kind of agree with the draft assistant here that this team at nine that took LaPorta at 40 probably has the
11:21worst team.
11:23But Carson yeah, I don't see what million-dollar draft you're talking about on Underdog.
11:29Like at least a new one.
11:32Let me know if it's like not an NFL draft.
11:35I know they dropped the soccer ones.
11:41But, yeah, let me know.
11:45So, Caleb Williams off 65 that's to the Luther Burden team. And dear God, this team that took Le Port at 40 just took
11:52Tyler Boyd at 64.
11:56I mean, I'm not complaining. I really like our team at this point. James Cook RB1, Amari and Hampton RB2, Quinton Judkins running back three.
12:06Wide receiver, we have Tee Higgins at one, Tutu Atwell and McMillan at two, Carnell Tate at three.
12:12Now, quarterbacks, obviously, we're not going to get the Higgins-Burrow stack.
12:17I'm not super excited about drafting Cam Ward or Bryce Young for Tutu Atwell and McMillan and Carnell Tate. So, I'll have
12:24to figure out quarterback options a little later and maybe be a little creative with the quarterbacks that we draft and how we navigate the middle
12:31rounds. But, so far for a starting the draft, I really do like our team.
12:36Okay.
12:37Clipper Nation says it's not a draft, it's a pick'em game.
12:40What's the million-dollar pick'em game?
12:46Can you get somebody to explain it to me in the chat? I can pull up Twitter.
12:50And I'm sure Underdog tweeted it, but I have not heard anything.
12:55I have not really been online that much yesterday and today. Like I said, Mrs.
13:00Flock and I went and had a phenomenal dinner last night. Oh my gosh, can I show y'all what we had for dinner?
13:06It was the best dinner I have had.
13:12It's the best dinner I've had this summer, and it's very easy to say that.
13:17Um Let me go ahead and pull it up.
13:28I didn't take pictures of my island food, which I regret, but my phone was in the wifey's purse.
13:34So.
13:35I'll have to go to Google to pull up a photo for y'all.
13:39So, first we started off with some empanadas, incredible. And if y'all don't know, it's Buenas Aires Cafe in Austin, Texas, East 6th Street. So, if
13:48anybody's in Austin, Texas, highly, highly recommend.
13:52Then, I moved over, and this is what I got for dinner. It was a steak sandwich.
13:58Like super good steak between a couple slices of bread, got a side Caesar salad, and then we got it like a lemon
14:04pie for dessert.
14:06Oh, it was to die for. So, I'm sorry we cut the live stream short last night, but it was well worth it. It truly was.
14:16Now, let me pull up Let me search Underdog on Twitter and see if we can find something about this million-dollar pick'em game.
14:25Okay.
14:32We got Kate in the chat. Shout out Kate.
14:37Clipper Nation says, "You got to make 20 picks one at a time. You start with 1 million and you wager on each pick, and you get
14:44it right, you get to keep that amount.
14:46Example, you bet 800k on the pick and you miss, you have 200,000 remaining."
14:51I literally I don't comprehend that at all. Um I'm going to go ahead I'm going to take Alec Pierce here as our highest
14:58ranked guy. And then I think we're going to take our next highest ranked wide receiver with Courtland Sutton. What I like about both of these picks is one,
15:06again, in an Underdog best ball contest where we got to start three wide receivers. I don't know if I'll too far
15:10behind at the wide receiver position when we start running back running back.
15:13So, grabbing a pretty solid RB4, I'm sorry, wide receiver four and wide receiver five, I like. And the other thing that is an important note here is
15:22because we don't have quarterbacks yet, the wide receivers that I want to be taking, I want their quarterbacks to be available for us to draft later on. And
15:30we can get Daniel Jones later on to pair up with Alec Pierce, and we can get Bo Nix later on to pair up with Courtland
15:36Sutton. Now, this team at nine, again, they have the worst graded team out here, and they do take Shaheed at 88.
15:43So, I wouldn't be that surprised if the grade gets even worse.
15:47Okay.
15:48Now, let me John says, "Good day, young man.
15:53Are you going to put the hats on sale?
15:54I'd rather buy one. Save the free ones for the young guys." I really appreciate the sentiment, my friend.
15:59Just Okay, so y'all know I try to be as transparent with absolutely everything as I possibly can be with y'all. And
16:07I actually just put an official deposit down on the hats that we ordered for this shipment.
16:17Um let me show y'all. I'm not going to show y'all the invoice how much it cost, but I'll show y'all the
16:27invoice of how they looked whenever we got them. So, these are the hats we're going to order this year. Obviously, we
16:32ordered like 2,000 hats last year and gave them away for free. I think it was actually more than 2,000 hats cuz we
16:37first did like a 500 hat shipment, then a 2,000 hat shipment. But, we ordered 2,000 of these. We did an equal amount
16:43of every design.
16:45What we did, I don't know exactly how we're going to give it away this year, but I don't like trying to sell merchandise
16:54because like transparently transparently from like a business perspective, if I try to sell hats, building out the logistics behind it to
17:04do that year-round is incredibly difficult, and the margins on selling like physical goods are pretty low. Cuz like hypothetically, if just going
17:14through and thinking through like the business end of things.
17:17For flockfantasy.com, I have pretty steady costs, right? We have a team of developers that I have to pay, so that amount is remaining the same kind of
17:26regardless of how many season pass we how many season passes we sell. Now, the developers do get bonuses if we hit
17:32certain thresholds with season passes, but that's besides the point, right? You can just kind of contextualize if I sell if I have to pay developers x amount of
17:40dollars every month on flockfantasy.com, if we sell one season pass versus 10,000 season passes, like my costs remain about the same.
17:50However, if all of a sudden I try to like launch a merch business and start selling hats, it's like the more successful we become
17:59with it, the more it costs us, you know?
18:03So, one, because the margins are so much smaller, I don't think it's as good of a business. Two, it's a bigger headache.
18:13So, I know maybe you would say, "Mason, come on, man. Just hire somebody to handle it for you." But, I don't think
18:18we're big enough to pay somebody to hire it for us. We tried back in 2020 to do like a drop shipping thing, but the
18:24thing is those companies charge you so much, and the quality is so bad, that I think it's like a lose-lose for
18:31everybody. So, what we did last year with the hats, and I'll try to go ahead and pull up the tweets I can show y'all
18:36picture of all the hats we shipped out last year.
18:41Is we just shipped them out for people for free. What I did is I posted a Google Drive link.
18:48Okay, we're about to be on the clock. I don't want to say anything until we are literally on the clock. Okay, we're
18:53going to take Bowden next here for the Sutton stack, and then I'm going to take Jackson Dart here as our second
18:57quarterback as well, because Dart, while we don't have any giants, in theory, there are giants pass catchers that we can take later on, and at the same time,
19:05I'm Dart has rushing upside. So, I'm not completely opposed to having him unstacked.
19:10But, anyway, so like these are all the hats that we bought last year, shipped them out. Obviously, you can see that
19:16I'm wearing one. Um yeah, so this was the number. We bought 2,500 hats cuz it was a order of 2,000, but first I
19:22ordered like 500 to make sure they're going to be high quality. Um so, what we did last year is essentially anybody who
19:28was like a mother flocker on the site or bought a season pass, I posted like a Google Drive, I mean a Google Forms link
19:34on flockfantasy.com, and it said like, "Hey, give me your email address so we can confirm that you did get the season
19:41pass this year, and also um give me your hat preference, right? What hat do you want?" And then let me know what your
19:47address is. And then we went ahead and shipped those out for free. Cuz I would rather like advertise like a season
19:54pass, like, "Hey, go buy the season pass for 34 bucks. Going to help you in your fantasy league." And then give back by
19:59like giving away the hats for free to the people that want them and already got that versus me trying to go through
20:06and launch a merch business, if that makes sense.
20:10So, I'm sure it's not the smartest thing in the world, but I never claimed to be the smartest businessman in the world.
20:17I'm just somebody who got lucky that people started watching his YouTube videos.
20:22Um so, I think the plan this year is we're going to give away for free. If you want to get one of like either the
20:27old designs, we still have a couple left over, or if you want to get one of those new ones, we just ordered 2,000
20:32literally this morning. Um you can get one guaranteed by coming to the Flock League Meetup, which I'll pull up that information for y'all real quick.
20:43If you want to come to the Flock League Meetup, it's completely free. I'm just hanging out wanting to meet y'all as many of y'all
20:50as possible. The other guys from the Flock League are going to be there as well. We'll record it, make it a YouTube
20:55video. Um it's in Austin, Texas. It is August 16th. It's a Sunday. It's like at 6:00 p.m.
21:03Um which I don't know if we have the time on here. We probably need to get the time on here. It's like 6 It's like 5:00
21:08or 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 16th in Austin, Texas at Revelry Kitchen and Bar.
21:14But, I will bring boxes of hats there for anybody who wants to pull up. You can have as many free hats as you want.
21:19I would love for you to take them. And then, we'll probably with the rest, I'd imagine, find some type of way to just
21:26give it away free to the community. But, um if you want one guaranteed, just show up to the meetup.
21:33Now, let's pull this over. McKenzie says, "Are you saying if I buy a season pass, I'll get a hat that alone might sell me?" I'm
21:42definitely not saying that because if I say that out loud and then somebody from Australia um goes like, "Hey, can you spend 40
21:48bucks to ship me the hat here?" And I'm like, "Well, we made 30 bucks off the season pass, and we're going to about to buy
21:54the hat and with the shipping, it's going to cost me $60."
21:58If you're in Australia, I'm being honest, even if you got a season pass, I'm probably not shipping you a hat.
22:02But, last year, what we did is we posted the link on the site, and those people that had the season passes and stuff,
22:08they got them.
22:12Now, let's pull this around. Kid K goes 128.
22:18Obviously, you can see with the Draft Assistant here, um Likely is highlighted green. We do have that Likely stack with Jackson Dart. I don't want to say
22:25anything else until we're on the clock.
22:26I'm comfortable saying that cuz I think it's kind of obvious.
22:30Okay, Malik Willis goes. We're going to take Isaiah Likely for the stack here for sure. And then honestly, we can just
22:35take Kelsea, too. We don't have a tight end yet, so I think we can double dip tight end here at the turn. I think this
22:40is one of my favorite drafts that we've had in quite some time.
22:44As of right now, at running back, we have the combination of James Cook RB1, Amari and Hampton RB2, Quinshon Judkins running back three. I think it's
22:55a damn good running back room.
22:57Quarterback, we have Bo Nix stacked with Sutton. We have Jackson Dart stacked with Isaiah Likely.
23:03Think it's a fine quarterback room.
23:05We're going to take a third guy, don't get me wrong.
23:07And then wide receiver, we have Tee Higgins, McMillan at two, Cardale Tate at three, Alec Pierce at four, Courtland Sutton at
23:16five. So, I think our wide receiver room's good. And then we have Isaiah Likely and Travis Kelce at tight end, and we're going to take a third later
23:22on, so. Overall, I really like this team. Looking at what the draft assistant's telling us, it's saying that we could possibly try to get away with
23:29four running backs. The math is pretty split between what makes the most sense here in four and five running back builds, with us starting with James
23:36Cook, Camaryon Hampton, Quinsahwn Judkins. Realistically, I probably would have gone with the four running back build if we would have taken like
23:42another running back here at 60. Say we would have gotten Jadarian Price and Quinshawn. But, we didn't. Again, we took Cardale Tate there, so I'm less
23:53concerned about wide receiver. The math at wide receiver shows us that seven and eight wide receiver builds look just fine. But, obviously, if you're looking
24:01at the math, we need three tight ends.
24:03We need three quarterbacks as well. So, pretty clear that we need to take the extra positions there.
24:08Now, let's move this over.
24:14Kev Dog says, "Nice mug, Mason." Uh yeah, honestly, this cup is absolutely goated. This is a picture of Trey Lance and myself on a cup. And speaking of the
24:26Flock meetup a couple years ago, a super fine gentleman came to the Flock League I'm sorry, just at that point it was
24:32just the Flock Fantasy meetup, and he has like an art shop in Austin, and he made me this, so. Shout out you. Really
24:39appreciate it. Thank you.
24:44Okay. Now, Kev Dog says, "Will we hear who are the two new members of the Flock League next week?" Yes, sir, that video
24:50should come out. I would guess next Friday. Could be wrong.
24:54Okay.
24:56Now, Isaiah Pacheco off at 146, Jaylen McMillan goes 147.
25:02Anthony says should take Bryce Young if he falls to pair him up with McMillan.
25:05100% I agree. If we do end up getting Bryce Young here at 156, we'll probably take him to pair him up with
25:12um Tylan Wallace McMillan. We do also have the possibility of taking Daniel Jones to pair him up with Alec Pierce.
25:19So, we'll see which one of these quarterbacks makes it to us, but we got a couple options.
25:23Or we could go like Jalen Nailor and then open up the possibility of taking Fernando Mendoza later, so a lot of things that could go down here
25:31at 156.
25:35Now, Jalen Nailor goes 151, so maybe that Nailor idea is short-lived. Araon Adeboyejo goes 152.
25:45Brian Robinson goes 153.
25:49Hunter Henry 154.
25:51We have to Oh, this team already has Josh Allen and Malik Willis, so maybe they don't draft the third quarterback having Allen. There's a good shot we get
25:57Daniel Jones here to pair him up with Alec Pierce.
26:01Which is exactly what happens. If you're looking at my ranks, I have Daniel Jones and Juwan Jennings as the top two guys.
26:08I think it'll be probably a little more unique though if we go Britain Strange instead of Juwan Jennings based on the
26:13way that ADP's line up. So, we're going to do just that. We'll take Daniel Jones as our third quarterback, pair him up
26:18with Alec Pierce. We'll go Britain Strange as our third tight end.
26:22And yeah, again, I think that this team was already strong and I think it just got stronger as well.
26:28Okay.
26:29Now, let me move this over.
26:34Verdin says, "Where do I find the extension tool?" So, if you got the season pass for like your sleeper, ESPN league, whatever it may be, um and you
26:41want to download the draft assistant, all you got to do is go to flockfantasy.com, pull up the draft sheets.
26:48Right? So, if you're then on the the sheets, you'll see the get the overlay tool. And if you're on Google Chrome,
26:54you can go ahead and add this to Google Chrome. Um if you don't have a computer and you have um got the season pass,
27:00then again, I would just use the draft sheets on the site. You can go through and mark these players off as they get
27:05drafted. Just definitely I'd recommend putting in your exact league settings because the draft sheets you're looking at will be custom to your specific
27:12league settings and your format as well.
27:15So, if you're playing in a Yahoo um superflex league, the draft sheet that you're going to be viewing, especially say if it's my rankings, is going to be
27:23wildly different than what you would see if you were playing in like a Sleeper 10 team one quarterback non-PPR
27:34format, right? If you're looking at my rankings in this kind of format, hell, we're going to have Kenneth Walker ranked before Amon-Ra St. Brown. So,
27:41make sure you're putting in your exact league settings so you get the exact draft sheets that are meant for you. But
27:48if you're on a computer, on that same page, you can just hit get the overlay tool, and then it will add it to your
27:53Google Chrome extension.
27:56Okay.
27:58Now, let's pull this around. Bigsby goes 156.
28:05For us at this point, selfishly, what we would like seeing as many quarterbacks and tight ends off the board as possible. It's a super weird draft
28:12where, I mean, in the first eight rounds, we don't take a single quarterback or tight ends. We are exclusively running backs and receivers,
28:20right? We have five wide receivers and three running backs the first eight rounds.
28:25And then as we go to rounds 9 through 14, we rip off three straight quarterbacks and three straight tight ends.
28:35So, super interesting draft. Obviously, it goes without saying, if you're drafting in your regular um ESPN league
28:51if you were drafting in your regular sleeper league, Yahoo league, you would never consider taking a third tight end or a third quarterback. This is very
29:01specific to Underdog Best Ball.
29:03>> Okay.
29:07>> Now, we have De'Shawn Shribling 171.
29:20Keaontay Ingram goes 172.
29:28Barner 173. Let me swing this over.
29:32So, when we're preparing to make our next pick, um quarterbacks and tight ends are completely off the board for us. We are only running back and wide
29:40receiver.
29:43Deebo Samuel goes 176. I'm going to be really excited to grab Deebo.
29:51Keon Coleman 177.
29:53I mean, that's the team that has like the D+ grade, right? They're just going out and they're getting their guys. They
29:57took Christian Kirk at 129.
30:00Fernando Mendoza goes 178.
30:06I don't want to say anything until we're on the clock, but we are going to get Zach Charbonnet. Of course, Zach
30:10Charbonnet is going to miss like half the season rehabbing from this torn ACL, but getting him at pick 180 for a
30:16running back that scored 171 half PPR points last season, kind of a no-brainer to take him as our running back four.
30:22Keep in mind, in Best Ball Mania, the vast majority of the prizes are in weeks 15, 16, 17. Um ADP is Jerry Jeudy is the
30:29highest ranked player. However, I'm going to take Zach Charbonnet Branch, who is higher in my rankings.
30:38And our plan is we're going to go with one more running back to have five total RBs and then we're going to go with one
30:45more wide receiver to have seven total receivers.
30:52Okay.
30:55Now, Tom Aldous says, "What rookie are you most high on?"
30:59So, I have very, very boring answers when it comes to rookie questions this year.
31:06If we're looking at like just the straight-up guy that's going to
31:16be highest in my rankings, it's very obvious. It's going to be the running back that just went number three overall in the NFL draft, right? I'm not going
31:23to be able to come through and have some like super hot take that's going to be unique there.
31:27Like Jahmyr Gibbs went number three overall in the NFL draft. He should by far and away be the first drafted rookie
31:33in fantasy drafts.
31:35But, my answer is kind of boring when it comes to my favorite rookies at cost as well.
31:42Is my favorite rookie at cost?
31:46Is probably Quentin Johnston, which is the most expensive rookie wide receiver.
31:51But, I will say the guy that I've spent the most money drafting in terms of just raw exposures in Underdog Best Ball
31:59drafts specifically is Emitt Johnson.
32:01However, I would say that in your regular Yahoo redraft league, Emitt Johnson shouldn't even be drafted, right?
32:09Okay.
32:11Now, Keaton Allen goes 194. This team at two just took their seventh running back on a Bijan Robinson team. This was an
32:18incredibly weird draft.
32:20Yeah, this team at two literally takes Bijan and then still ends up ripping off seven running backs.
32:29Okay.
32:33Ray Davis goes 195. We still need a running back, don't get me wrong.
32:38When Sharbs is our running back four is not the prettiest sight.
32:45I know who we want to fall to us. We'll see if it happens.
32:53Colby Parkinson goes 196.
33:00I don't know if you all saw. I mean, I needed just go ahead and nuke Ayuk in these rankings. Obviously, if you all
33:05weren't here, I was dumb enough a like a month or two ago to think that Brandon Ayuk was going to be a commander before the
33:13man lost his mind on social media.
33:16And I was actually drafting Brandon Ayuk aggressively in the final three rounds of these drafts, which was a clear massive massive mistake. But
33:26at this point, I have Ayuk in 14% of my drafts.
33:29So, I needed just go ahead and move him to a point in these rankings where you would never consider drafting him.
33:36David Njoku off the board at 201.
33:40Two ago, so again, like I've said in the past, Emari Demercado's the guy that I've spent the most money on this year.
33:46Rookie or not, I'm going to take him here at 204. I absolutely hate doing it.
33:51I'm going to be honest with you. I Like there's a chance he's not even We're going to take Darnell Mooney to
33:55stack with Jackson Dart. But there's a chance that he is not even the running back two for the Kansas City Chiefs. There's a chance he's a literal
34:07zero.
34:08Now, it's not going to be the end of the world if that happens.
34:14Because again, [clears throat] he's going in round 17, round 18 of pretty much every single draft. You whiff on a player like that. I mean, hell, 90% of
34:22picks that are made in round 17 and 18 are going to be zeros.
34:26But like it's not like I was over the moon with Emari Demercado as a prospect where I'm like, "Hey, this is somebody
34:31that I want to be aggressively targeting in my drafts." It's just we get to the final two rounds and I'm like, "Hey,
34:37it's a good Kansas City Chiefs offense."
34:39He had some intriguing things about his prospect profile. Kenneth Walker does have an extensive injury history as well.
34:47So, I mean, I think there are a lot of reasons to be interested in going through and taking him in the final two rounds, but the
34:57downside is he's a literal zero, right?
35:00Like, he wouldn't be the first rookie running back for the Kansas City Chiefs that was drafted on day three that turned out to do literally nothing. I
35:09mean, Bershad Smith last year.
35:11What was the final stat line he had?
35:15I'll say, last year we actually nailed a round 17-18 Kansas City Chiefs running back pick. I was taking a ton of Kareem
35:21Hunt in round 18, which turned out to be really good. But yeah, Bershad Smith last year had 44 rush attempts and 150
35:28rushing yards for the Kansas City Chiefs. That literally could be Emmitt Johnson this year.
35:33And I've taken a ton of them, so I wouldn't follow me on that, to be honest. But in this draft here, we have
35:40a Vinnie drafting with us at 12, Draco drafting at 11.
35:45And let me know if anybody else made it into this draft with us.
35:50Gil says, "Day five of pitching this idea to Mason, have a minor league Flock League where the winner gets a spot to
35:55the actual Flock League."
35:57So, yeah, I mean, obviously, I've heard that idea a 1,000 times, right? Cuz especially every time we do the Flock League auditions, there are so many
36:07people deserving of a spot that we could literally have it like Major League Baseball. We could have Flock League the Pros, Flock League
36:14Triple-A, Flock League Double-A, Flock League Single-A. Like, there are that many super talented people that could do it.
36:22The problem is, one, the Flock League's not big enough where our budget isn't high enough to be able to go through and
36:29like manage those leagues.
36:33But, I do think it's an interesting idea in the future dependent on where the Flock League goes.
36:40As this is going to be one of the most arrogant things you ever hear and one of the most off-base things that you ever
36:44hear. And of course, um feel free to roll your eyes when I say this cuz I understand I'm an idiot and very much full of myself when it
36:51comes to the Flock League because I personally as a viewer think it's the best thing ever made. I mean, whenever a
36:56new video is out, I am so freaking excited to watch it myself. Amon-Ra St.
37:01Brown goes, it means we're going to get either CMC or Jonathan Taylor.
37:05Um CD Lamb goes, so we're going to get McCaffrey. This is back-to-back drafts where we've seen Jefferson, St. Brown, and Lamb all go before like CMC and
37:13Jonathan Taylor.
37:15But, um again, I think like the Flock League could be so big that people that don't even watch like they don't even play fantasy football
37:23watch it.
37:25Like, that is I think it I think it's like the best thing ever.
37:32Again, I'm very biased, but I just get so much joy when a video comes out. And if that ends up happening where it's
37:39like absolutely massive massive, then I think it would be much easier cuz we would have a larger budget where we could do some like minor league
37:47affiliation and then if you lose the Flock League, you have to get demoted for a year.
37:52Like so I I agree, I think it's a very good idea. I just think logistically, it's not big enough to like we're not
38:00big enough to be able to handle it and support it.
38:07Okay. Saquon Barkley goes, Davante Adams highest in my rankings. Here's the deal though.
38:15Is this going to load fast enough for us to see what the most unique combo is? So, CMC teams actually, yeah, uh it's very flat in
38:25terms of McCaffrey teams drafting Walker, Chase Brown, or Achane. So if that's the case, I'm just going to go ahead. I'm just going to take my highest
38:32ranked player, which is going to be Devon Achane at RB16.
38:37>> Okay.
38:39Now let me move this over.
38:42Zachary's in this draft with us at two.
38:44We got WC Finn in this draft with us at five. Gray is in this draft with us at three. I appreciate all of y'all.
38:52Okay.
38:57Rael says, "Bro, it's not pride or arrogance, Weldsy." I appreciate that, my friend. Thank you.
39:07Now Chase Brown off at 20. So ooh, Rashee Rice going off the board at 18 here. We did get the positive blurb with
39:13Rice that he is going to be good to go for camp.
39:18Which I mean the second that you're seeing on Instagram Reels, Twitter, TikTok, Rashee Rice running out there on the practice field catching passes from
39:27Patrick Mahomes, I wouldn't be surprised if this is the end cost for Rice. Like, it wouldn't be the most shocking thing
39:38in the world.
39:40Okay.
39:48Travis says, "Who would you want to beat most this year in the Flock League finals?"
39:54I can't say here's my hope in the Flock League. I hope Sal loses the league.
39:59Frankly.
40:01The dude was dead last for the vast majority of season one, has the luckiest draft ever, and now looks like a genius.
40:09So my hope is Sal crashes and burns and he loses.
40:14So I don't want to say that I want to beat him because I don't want even want him get to the finals. I don't want him
40:18to make the playoffs.
40:20Obviously, I don't want the FSC guys to make the playoffs. That would be a disaster. I want them to be in the
40:25toilet bowl where they belong.
40:27Who I would have the most joy beating in the finals though, which side note, keep this under wraps everybody here.
40:35There's a chance that if we can get a sponsor for the Flock League, which looks like it may happen.
40:41There's a small probability that I don't want to say small. At this point, it's become a larger probability that we're about to get a pretty big sponsor for
40:49the Flock League that's going to open up a lot of possibilities. And one of those possibilities is I think we may be going
40:55to Hawaii for the championship week 17 matchups and we may be live streaming all of that there. Um Kyren Williams is
41:04my highest ranked player and sure we will go ahead and take him, but once we go three running backs straight, we really need a wide receiver
41:11in the fourth.
41:13So um like picturing myself in Hawaii rooting against somebody, right? Face to face
41:23with them.
41:26I would love to beat Avery.
41:30Right?
41:31That That would be That would is what would bring me the most joy.
41:36I'd be fine with Avery making like I'm fine with Avery having success in the Flock League. I'm okay with it.
41:42So I'm fine with him getting to the finals. Whereas the FSC guys, Sal, again, I want them to crash and burn. I
41:48don't want them in the finals.
41:50But I get so much joy from beating Avery personally that I would love it.
41:56And yes, Kyren Williams is Clash Royale sponsor. Yes, the sponsor we may get is Clash Royale.
42:03So if in those Flock League videos you're hearing me say hey, download Clash Royale, use promo code Flock, you better not be upset with
42:12me.
42:13Just know it's going to open up some pretty sick um opportunities for us.
42:20Terry McLaurin goes 38.
42:22Mike Evans off 39.
42:26Eff it, let's take Allen. Let's try to build a team that you can't replicate. Let's do it. Um I know we
42:32said we wanted a wide receiver here in the fourth, but I mean like Terrace Marshall and T Higgins, even Waddle, like these guys that I
42:38would have really enjoyed picking at 40, they're already off the board. So, the question comes down to like, okay, do do
42:43we go ahead and reach on Garrett Wilson here at 40?
42:47Okay.
42:53Now, let's pull this around.
43:01Al Johnson says, "Mason, is there a way you do use the draft assistant for a live in-person draft?" So, it just
43:07depends on a couple different things.
43:08One, like I've been in leagues where we do the draft in person, and we all bring our laptops, and we'll all draft like on
43:16Yahoo in person together, right? So, in that scenario, yeah, you'll just have the live draft assistant downloaded your laptop as you're going, bam.
43:25However, if you're saying that's not the case, y'all don't have like the live online draft loaded in, and instead it's y'all are putting stickers on the board,
43:33right? It's a legitimate real in-person experience, like how the Flock league is going to be this year, then the live draft assistant and obviously like the
43:41Google Chrome overlay's not going to do much for you, but um that's how I draft my league, so obviously I want to be
43:46prepared for that instance as well. So, if you go to the draft sheets, put in your exact league settings, everything that you need to get those custom
43:53sheets, and then hit this little download icon here, and that's going to download the draft sheets for you, where you can go in
44:01through and actually print them out and take them to your draft, um which is what I'm going to plan on doing. Again,
44:07don't view these as like, "Hey, these are Mason's rankings." These are very specific for like a non-PPR 10-team league. That's why you're seeing Kenneth
44:14Walker ahead of Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jefferson. Right? Like, that's why you're seeing Kyren Williams ahead of Drake London, Nico Collins, and A.J.
44:21Brown. It's for a non-PPR 10-team league. Don't print this out if you're playing in a PPR format, but put in your
44:26exact league settings. Um, you hit that little download icon, and then you'll have the custom draft sheets for whatever league settings that you're playing in, and you
44:33can cross off the players that they're drafted, circle the players that you draft. And then obviously, if you're you could also just manually do the draft
44:41sheets on your computer cuz as you go through and like if you have your computer open, once Jahmyr Gibbs is taken, you can just cross off Jahmyr
44:50Gibbs here, right? Once Bijan's taken, you cross him off, and you can go through and look like this. You can go,
44:54like, "Oh, McCaffrey's the last guy in this tier for this format."
45:00Now, let's move this around. Colson Loveland off at 53. Pretty big fall for Loveland here.
45:06Jamo goes 54, and pretty big fall for Luther Burden as well with Luther Burden going at 52. Both of the Chicago Bears
45:13guys slide in this draft. For us selfishly, obviously, what we want is we want a wide receiver, and typically, if you look at my rankings, I actually have
45:22Carnell Tate ranked ahead of D.J. Moore, but because we draft Josh Allen on this team, the only instance in which I'm
45:28taking D.J. Moore over Carnell Tate is if Josh Allen's my quarterback, and we'll go for the stack.
45:34Rich as Mason, does your draft tool work for the six-man draft contest that just opened? No, it does not. If you are in a
45:41six-team bestball Underdog draft, we do not have tools for that draft contest that just opened. Do not use any of the
45:48flockfantasy.com tools for the six-team Underdog draft.
45:56Okay.
45:59Now, let's move this over. Lamar Jackson off at 62. For me selfishly, I like seeing these quarterbacks go here because of course we have Josh Allen.
46:09But no guarantee we get a quarterback at 64. I'm sorry, no quarterback no guarantee we get a quarterback off at 63.
46:17Tyler Boyd goes, thank god we get Brian Thomas. We just need to keep playing catch up here at the wide receiver
46:22position. I mean at running back right now, we're currently sitting with McCaffrey, Etienne, and Kyren.
46:27We have the elite quarterback with Allen. Wide receiver we have DJ Moore and Brian Thomas. So if you look at the
46:32draft assistant, it's going to tell us we need a ton of wide receivers. Like right now we're only drafting two QBs.
46:40Running back four and five running back builds both make sense. Wide receiver we need either seven, eight, or nine wide receivers. And then tight end we're
46:49looking at three. So no matter what, we're only drafting one more quarterback. Um if we draft another running back soon, we're probably only
46:58going to take four.
47:00Now of course if we wait until the very end of this draft, and then we grab like our next running back we take is a super
47:05late round guy, then yeah we'll probably go ahead and we'll probably end up with five of them. But that would be in the
47:11scenario in which we like the wide receivers that make it to us here through the next few rounds.
47:18Okay.
47:28Now let's see. Jalen Hurts off at 71.
47:32Joe Burrow goes 70.
47:35Bryce says, Mason please add um IDP onto the website. So here's the thing about flockfantasy.com, right?
47:41flockfantasy.com has like a couple different pillars of what like makes everything work and what powers all the tools.
47:47One, we have the team of developers.
47:50They develop the tools, blah blah blah.
47:53Two, we have all the different creators on flockfantasy.com that make rankings, that set values, that keep things updated, right? Because once like we get
48:03a blurb on Malik Nabers that, "Oh, he dodges the pup."
48:07We have a We have a bunch of different experts on the site. They go through and they update their Malik rankings
48:12neighbor based off that, right? The dev team can't do that on themselves.
48:16So, we need essentially, if we were going to do IDP, one of the creators on the site understanding
48:27how to play IDP fantasy football to a great level.
48:32I am not that, right?
48:34I have never played in IDP league. I have played in so many league formats. I especially from a dynasty perspective, if I'm sure y'all know, but dynasty
48:44fantasy football is where like you'll run into pretty much every weird league format you can imagine. I've specifically strayed away from IDP
48:51leagues because for me it just doesn't tickle my fancy. I I don't enjoy having to think through defensive player stats.
49:00So, um I wouldn't want to do that myself as a creator. I wouldn't want to be making these individual defensive player
49:08rankings. And no other creators that we currently have on the site would want to either. So, if we were going to do IDP
49:15on flockfantasy.com, what we would need is we would need like an IDP expert to come in and handle everything.
49:22I'm not going to be able to sit here and pretend like I know what order you should be drafting linebackers this next season. I have no
49:31idea.
49:36Okay.
49:39Um Diggs says, "Have you played in a dynasty league that doesn't exist anymore?" Yes, sir. I've actually been playing in dynasty fantasy football
49:44since 2014. So, this is like my 13th year playing in dynasty. And obviously, um the dream in dynasty fantasy football is you join a league and it never folds.
49:55You join a league and it lasts forever.
49:57But when you've played as long as I have, you'll realize that that dream's not super realistic.
50:05Especially the leagues that you just join with random people you meet on the internet. Because for me, Josh Downs goes, "We're drafting Chris
50:15Godwin." Again, we are just having to try to play catch up here at receiver.
50:18You can make a strong argument Trevor Lawrence is the best player on the board. Trevor Lawrence is the highest guy in my rankings. Trevor Lawrence has
50:24the highest ADP and at the same time, we have Brian Thomas, so we would have the stack. The issue is we already have Josh
50:30Allen, right? So, if we have Josh Allen, I think our biggest hole at this point is still going to be wide receiver and
50:35not QB.
50:38But yeah, again, like if we were looking at like me playing in Dynasty leagues for what?
50:45What did I say? 14 years at this point?
50:50I have joined 50 random Dynasty leagues from um people I just met in fantasy football group chats, Discord, GroupMe's
50:59from like 2014 through like 2020.
51:02And the majority of those leagues have folded and the majority of those leagues are no longer around that were created in just random fantasy football
51:10group chats in 2015. It sucks. I wish it wasn't the case.
51:15But it's the reality of the situation. Now, if you can create a Dynasty league with people that you personally know, obviously that's so much better and that
51:25is way more likely to last for an eternity. But what I found is realistically, Dynasty leagues, their shelf life is 6, 7, 8 years, at least
51:34what I found.
51:36Now, Henry says, "I created my first Dynasty league in 1997 and we are in year 30 and still have six of the
51:43original owners." Now, that is like the coolest story ever, right? That is the literal dream that I'm talking about.
51:49That's awesome, my friend.
51:51Uh Rome says, "Does the website tool have DST and kicker rankings as well?" We do not have DST and kicker rankings on
51:59flockfantasy.com.
52:01If we get enough people requesting kicker and DST rankings, we can go ahead and look into doing that for y'all, but
52:12we are essentially need enough people asking for it for us to do it.
52:21Okay. A doctor says, "My longest-lasting dynasty league still going since 2009."
52:25Yeah, that's incredible, my friend.
52:30Okay.
52:32Now, Jackson Dart off at 101.
52:35Let me move this around. So, Purdy, I would actually say he's one of the quarterbacks that I'm fine pairing up with with his running back because
52:42obviously the main value get with McCaffrey is a lot of those check-downs and hopefully receiving touchdowns.
52:52An interesting note that I need to point out here as well is there is a team after us that has Jaylen Waddle.
53:01Let me confirm this. Yeah, Vinnie has Waddle and he only has Drake Maye.
53:05So, if we were to pass on Purdy here thinking like, "Oh, we can get Bo Nix in the next round." I think we'll be sadly
53:12mistaken.
53:13So, I'm going to go ahead. I'm going to take Brock Purdy to pair him up with Christian McCaffrey at 105.
53:19And I'm okay with this pick.
53:22Now, let me move this over.
53:27Ohio State says, "Any update on the redraft leagues?" So, in case y'all missed it past few days, I've been talking about the possibility of us
53:34doing a redraft draft every night in this live stream where um I throw like $200 in the the pot.
53:40Whoever wins the league gets the 200 bucks. So, I would be incentivized, hey, try to win the league so you don't lose
53:46$200. And obviously, y'all be incentivized to try to do the best that you can, so you win 200 bucks. And I
53:51think it'd be phenomenal practice for me in the flock league. I think it'd be super useful information for y'all as well as you navigate your own drafts.
53:59Um I think it's looking more likely that we are going to do it, but we're probably not going to do anything like
54:05that until we get to August. Cuz once we get to August, I think we are in full-blown redraft season.
54:11And obviously, y'all know I absolutely love these Underdog drafts.
54:15Now, let me move this around. We got some pretty negative George Kittle news today. Kittle did hit the pup, but I
54:20mean that shouldn't be the biggest surprise. So, their blurb says the Niners placed Kittle Achilles on the active pup list Saturday. Um
54:29Kittle continues to recover from a torn right Achilles that he suffered in the Niners NFC playoff win over the Eagles in January. The veteran tight end has
54:36been optimistic that he's ahead of schedule in his recovery and will be ready for week one against the Rams on September 10th. By being placed on the
54:42active pup list, Kittle is eligible to participate in practice once he's fully recovered from his injury, but he'll be limited to side work for the time being.
54:50Um I understand that you can make the argument like, oh, okay, he has such a crazy high weekly ceiling that especially on a Brock Purdy team, you
54:58have to go ahead and take him here.
55:00But honestly, I think he's going to fall in cost a bit, so I'm going to take Golden because we are still far behind
55:06at the wide receiver position.
55:08And we'll figure out our tight end room a little later on.
55:13Okay.
55:15Giddy Sauce says, I use kicker and DST in my leagues and they seem too volatile. Like kickers can drop an egg
55:20and DST changes every week. So, yeah.
55:22For me specifically, like I'll fill y'all in on my experience. So, I'm sure y'all know this or at least if you don't, but most like die-hard
55:33fantasy football leagues, they don't start kickers and defenses, right? So, like look at everybody that's in the Flock League. Like, the FSE guys, the Domain
55:44guys, Zach from Land.
55:48Whenever we initially launched the Flock League, none of them wanted to do kickers or defenses cuz that's what we're used to doing in our own leagues.
55:55Right? Like, if you play in a league with some very serious people, there's probably not going to be a kicker or a
56:00defense.
56:01I had to advocate for us to do kickers and defenses in the Flock League just because I want the Flock League to be
56:07very similar to the regular fantasy football league that the person plays in with their coworkers, right? That maybe doesn't care about fantasy football
56:14until August. I want it to be as close to possible as like the most normal fantasy football league and relatable fantasy football league. So, I had to
56:22advocate for kickers and defenses.
56:24But, specifically when we started like with kickers and defenses 2 years ago, it was probably my first time playing in a fantasy football league having to
56:34start a kicker in like six seasons.
56:38So, I just like for my own experience and in my own league, I have no idea what I'm doing with kickers.
56:47So, that's a big reason why we don't have them on flockfantasy.com because I don't know what I'm doing with them. I
56:53don't want to be giving y'all kicker rankings that I don't feel comfortable with.
57:00But, I mean, I maybe it's something that I need to spend more time researching.
57:05Maybe it's something I need to spend more time figuring it out, but just selfishly, I don't really have much fun with it, either.
57:15But, and then defenses I think are really easy to figure out from week-to-week perspective cuz you can just go ahead and look at the sports
57:21book data.
57:22A Jacory Croskey-Merritt goes, we are going to take Chris Rodriguez as our fourth running back here. And let me see after we do that, does it want us to
57:29take four or five running backs still.
57:32Um looks like the math actually skews better to take four running backs when we have McCaffrey, Achane, Kyren, and then Rodriguez is our fourth.
57:41Wide receiver, the math skews towards only needing eight though. So, it is telling us that we can take a fifth running back if we
57:48want, but I'm still worried about falling too far behind at the wide receiver position.
57:57Okay, Shaheed goes 131.
57:59But yeah, so in terms of like how I view defenses, I whenever I'm drafting in my own redraft league, like obviously, I understand to
58:08a certain extent, hey, these are the elite defenses of the NFL, right? The Denver Broncos have a very good defense.
58:13The Houston Texans have a phenomenal defense.
58:16On the flip side of that, I understand like, oh, the Dallas Cowboys have a garbage defense, right?
58:21But with my own defensive strategy, what I'm mainly doing is I'm just looking week to week at what the spreads and
58:28implied team totals are from Las Vegas sportsbooks, and I'm applying that We're going to take a tight end here. We're just going
58:35to go ahead and grab Dallas Goedert.
58:37Um and I'm applying that to my defenses my defense rankings and who we're picking up for the week, right?
58:44So, for kickers, long story short, I have no idea what the hell I'm doing.
58:50And for defenses, I'm just using sportsbook data from a week-to-week perspective.
58:55Which is why I haven't felt like super comfortable going through and going like, hey, here are my season-long kicker rankings. Here are my season-long
59:03DST rankings, right?
59:08Okay.
59:10Raul says, I haven't played in a league with kicker or DST in decades. I'm old.
59:13Yeah, I would actually not be that surprised if most people in this live stream right now um don't play with kickers and defenses.
59:21But also, I would classify y'all as like fantasy football diehards, right? Maybe diehards a poor choice of words, but y'all take fantasy football very
59:30seriously. Y'all are sitting here watching a fantasy football live stream July 25th.
59:36Um So, like the amount of people that play fantasy football, a ton. Like last I looked it up it was like 40 million people a year.
59:45The amount of people that take fantasy football seriously, that are willing to watch like a fantasy football live stream in July,
59:52very, very small, right? So, in this very small subsection of the people that care a ton, that take it seriously, that
60:00have a lot of fun doing it, clearly, um I think the majority of us probably don't play with kickers and defenses.
60:06But out of the 40 million people that play fantasy football, I would guess 90% of them do, you know?
60:13So, I could very easily see um Yeah, Vinny says, "Some leagues have kicker DSTs, some don't. I hate with a passion the ones that have kicker and
60:24DST." Yes, like that's what I'm saying.
60:26Vinny, obviously, is a diehard fantasy football player and takes this very seriously. But um why why we decided to do kicker and
60:34DST in the flock league is because out of the 40 million people that play fantasy football, I'd imagine 35 million of them have a
60:41kicker and a defense spot in their starting lineup requirements.
60:45And honestly, it's been fun doing it, too.
60:48Just cuz um every little thing that happens my league, we care so much about, right? And you get to watch the
60:53clips and watch people um sweat it out.
60:56So, like when somebody loses on uh kickers, or lying on a kicker, and like everybody in the league's paying attention and making fun of them.
61:05Um I I I like it a lot. I think it's been a ton of fun.
61:13Okay. Trey Harris goes 150.
61:22Cam Ward 151. We're not taking another quarterback, so I mean it's good for us to see QBs off the board. It is horrible
61:28for us to see Malik Willis fall this far.
61:31We're going to take Omar Cooper as our sixth wide receiver.
61:36But yeah, Malik Willis ADP 134 still on the board for us at 153.
61:42But when we go Josh Allen and Brock Purdy, it would just be so tough to justify taking another quarterback here.
61:48That we're we're just simply not going to be able to.
61:53Okay.
61:58Fuji says "I was so pissed when he lost a kicker week three of the 2024 flock league."
62:03Yeah, like it which I haven't had I haven't been screwed by a kicker in a defense yet, which is maybe why I've been having fun with it.
62:11But yeah, so I've been just having fun watching the other guys spaz over them.
62:18So looking at this I think we can take I don't want to say anything till we're on the clock.
62:30Darnold goes 158.
62:42Bigsby goes yeah, we'll take Jonathan Coleman here.
62:45I really do not like the Ryan Flournoy cost.
62:50So I'm intentionally avoiding Flournoy in these drafts unless like I have an unstacked Dak Prescott or I have Dak Prescott and he falls around past ADP.
63:00But now at this point running back we have McCaffrey RB1, Achane RB2, Kyren running back three. We have Chris Rodriguez running back four, Jonathan
63:09Coleman running back five. So really good running back room, we're fine. We don't need to draft anybody else.
63:14Quarterback we have Josh Allen QB1 stacked with DJ Moore. We have Brock Purdy QB 2, stacked with McCaffrey.
63:21Wide receiver, we have DJ Moore wide receiver 1, Bryan Thomas wide receiver 2, Courtland Sutton wide receiver 3, Chris Godwin wide receiver 4, Matthew
63:30Golden wide receiver 5, Omar Cooper wide receiver 6. So, our wide receiver room is maybe the grossest one that you've ever seen us draft. We really really
63:40need Bryan Thomas to be his rookie season self, and we want to be able to look back 12 months from now and go like, "Yeah, I
63:48guess it really just was injuries that derailed his 2026 season." I'm sorry, 2025 season, right? Like, that would be the hope here
63:58and what we end up learning with Bryan Thomas if he absolutely smashes.
64:04But, by no means is that a guarantee.
64:09No, Isaac TeSlaa off the board 169. And I want to give a shout one more time.
64:15Again, if y'all want to enter in to win a free flockfantasy.com season pass, it's not too late. All you got to do is
64:21one, drop a like on the live stream, and two, type the word season pass into the live chat. You do those two things, the
64:29bot's going to go ahead and grab you and throw you on the list to win one. And if you've already bought a season pass, you
64:36already are a mother flocker on the site, don't worry. Still enter the giveaway because we're still going to be hooking you up with something free,
64:42whether it's darts it, trade questions.
64:45Um, if you win, you're going to get something for free regardless.
64:50And maybe I can find a way to Like, so we're going to have those 2,000 hats to give away for free, like I said.
65:00I need to find a way to maybe incorporate cuz the most likely outcome with us ordering those 2,000 hats to give away for free.
65:12The most likely outcome will be that we probably just give them to the Mother Flockers and season pass holders on the
65:19site.
65:20Cuz that's the easiest thing for us to do.
65:24But I don't want that like that would be an L in my mind.
65:28We're going to take DeSean Shivers. I have Deebo ranked higher, but we have Brock Purdy here.
65:33Um what would be better in my mind is if we can find a way to give away the free hats to the people in the live chat
65:44through the course of the season.
65:47It's just tough because like when y'all win a free season pass, all I need from you in the chat is your flockfantasy.com
65:53username.
65:55Whereas if we pick somebody at random in the chat to win a free hat, it's like we need your address, we need your hat
66:02preference.
66:05Which obviously you can't just send your address in the live a YouTube live chat.
66:13And if I just send the Google form in the like I don't know if we'll have any way to verify. Maybe I'll do some
66:18research and see if we can figure it out.
66:21Okay, Gunner Helm off at 182.
66:29John says DM on Twitter right or go on Discord if you win. That's what I thought, but the issue is I'm just going
66:35to have no way to really verify.
66:39We're going to take Deebo Samuel as our last wide receiver here.
66:42Well, the wide receivers at the top end of our team are booty cheeks. Obviously, they're garbage.
66:48I think we were able to get a considerable amount of depth at wide receiver. Like if DeSean Shivers is our wide receiver seven, Deebo's our wide
66:55receiver eight, Omar Cooper's our wide receiver six, Matthew Golding's our wide receiver five. For best ball in particular, I do think we could see some
67:03random spike weeks from these guys and win with quantity over quality.
67:09Okay.
67:16Okay, let me Fuji says, "If the top 10 live stream chatters win a hat, I'd probably be one." Yes, sir, you definitely would.
67:26I'll hook you I mean, you're going to be at the meet up anyway. I'll hook you up with as many hats as you want, my guy.
67:35Sir says, "Mason, did you have a long run today? Also, how many gels do you use on a run of an Ironman?" So, I ran
67:41with Mrs. Flock this morning. I am training her to do a half marathon.
67:47So, I told her she has to go on one run with me a week.
67:51So, we did that this morning. I'm going to be honest with you.
67:54After we end this live stream in about 5 minutes, I'm going to go on my other like my real run for today. Um
68:01In terms of how many gels I have during the run portion of the Ironman, I have no I don't know if you've ever
68:09done an Ironman, but like during the run, every everything is out of whack. Like I have I'm not accounting for anything.
68:17Maybe I'm having a gel every other mile.
68:20Um I'm have I Like this past Ironman I did, every single aid station I was drinking Coke.
68:29And what's another like So, like And I don't just do gels, right? So, like on the bike, cuz an Ironman takes
68:38you like 12 hours. Like whenever I did the 100-mile ultramarathon in the mountains, took like 30 hours. So, if I'm doing straight gels,
68:47it's going to be a miserable experience.
68:50So, like took a ton of carbs, but I wouldn't be able to give you an exact gel count.
68:57Like the goal that I had was try to close in on 100 carbs an hour.
69:04Okay.
69:05Frymuth off the board. I think we're ripping two tight ends. We're going to take Mike Gesicki here as our first one.
69:10And let me go ahead and let's copy and paste all the entries
69:21to see who wins the free season pass.
69:27Okay.
69:31We just got you all on the wheel.
69:33Where did the wheel go? Oh, here it is.
69:35Okay. Got you all on the wheel. Let's spin this.
69:40I don't think we need a Buick ad being shown on the screen. Let's get that out of here.
69:43All right. Who is winning this thing?
69:47Fido Beto. Fido Beto, I like the name.
69:51Let me know what your flockfantasy.com name is. I may get really weird here.
69:55I'm going to take Eli Stowers to pair him up with Dallas Goedert.
70:00Super weird and I don't hate it. Like in the scenario in which say Michael Imen doesn't really hit year one, I think you could actually possibly have
70:10both Goedert and Stowers returning on value at pick 136 and 208.
70:16But uh Fido, please let me know in the live chat what your flockfantasy.com username is.
70:23And yeah, um as I saw for that, let me thank everybody here for coming out hanging out with us in the live stream.
70:31I really appreciate y'all. I'm going to try to keep doing everything that I can in my mind and power to give back.
70:37Um thank you so much for everything.
70:39And of course, if y'all want to get a free flock I'm sorry, if y'all want to get a season pass win your
70:49fantasy football league this year, it's only 34 bucks for the entire season. You get all the trade calculator access, my team's power rankings access throughout
70:57the entire year, all the weekly rest of season rankings, and then you get all the custom draft sheets to your exact
71:02league format. You get the real-time draft assistance as well if you're Sleeper, ESPN, and Yahoo leagues.
71:08And yeah, they'll work on your phone.
71:10They'll work on desktop. I mean, the live draft assistance will be for your desktop. I would use the draft sheets on
71:17the site for your phone, and if you're going to be in person and you're not going to have access to a laptop, I
71:22would go ahead and print the sheets.
71:23It's what I plan on doing only personally this year.
71:26But, I think that's all I have for y'all. I really appreciate you feedo. I'm going to keep monitoring the chat. Just send
71:34me your flockfantasy.com username. I'd be happy to hook you up. And I will hopefully see you out in
