0:00What's going on guys? It's Nick here back with another video. It's Saturday.
0:02Time to go over the last week of news.
0:04Talk about all the most important things that are happening for every team in training camp. Start off with the Arizona Cardinals. Uh not a ton, but
0:12Carson Beck looked pretty decent in the Hall of Fame game. It's the Hall of Fame game, so maybe let's not overreact
0:17there. Uh but I think it maybe adds a little bit of fuel to the people who like uh doing like a Cardinals stacking
0:24underdog and taking Brassette in the later rounds. I really just would not draft Br. highly unlikely he starts the entire season. He could go halfway
0:33through, he go 10 games, but you're just not going to get him in the second half of the year and that's where, you know,
0:37all the money is on underdog. Uh, and then a reddraft league. I still just don't think this team is very good. And
0:42I still think a lot of these guys are probably going too early. We need to remember that this team is still
0:47projected to be the lowest scoring team in the NFL or in some sources tied for the lowest scoring team uh with the
0:54Jets. And so for them to have two top 25 players, two more going in the top 90, it's like one of the more high draft
1:01capital teams in the league and yet it's the Arizona Cardinals led by either Beck or Brousette. Lowest totals of the year.
1:08So maybe pump the brakes a little bit on Arizona players. Uh Falcons Bunk got paid. That doesn't matter in fantasy, but congrats to him. Uh biggest news I
1:17would say is Zachariah Branch. I don't think he's still going to be a factor in like reddraft leagues, you know, even
1:23especially like an eight or a 10 team league. It's just highly unlikely he actually elevates enough to where you're using him. But maybe in 12 team leagues
1:31with three wide receivers, maybe as you get into 14, 16 team leagues, he matters a lot more for those of you in dynasty,
1:36for those of you playing basketball.
1:38There are plenty of formats where he will be a thing this year. And the hype seems legit. remember um many of access
1:44to the newsletter. He was someone that months ago I was like I love this kid. I love how explosive he is, just how
1:50dynamic he can be if they're on offense, if you're going to use him properly. Um TBD, how they're actually going to use
1:56him this season. Uh and let's be honest, like they still have Bejon and London and Pit. So, he can only elevate so much
2:02in the offense. That's why I said like for those of you in like a 10 team league, it just probably not something
2:07you need to worry about too much. Uh but as you extend into deeper formats, especially uh Dynasty as well, he's someone that I like the talent on. Uh
2:14and it's just exciting when there's a prospect you like that goes very very very late and they start getting hyped up in camp. So I like him. Uh but again,
2:22smaller formats probably doesn't matter that much. Baltimore Ravens. Um a lot of positive news around rookie Jacobe Lane making it seems like multiple big plays
2:32every single day. seems like right now he's set up to like if the season started right now he'd be their wide
2:38receiver three the potential to overtake Baitman at some point as that wide receiver too. I still think Flowers in most formats even considering like
2:48underdog considering deeper formats.
2:49Flowers is still probably the only wide receiver you really want to be drafting.
2:52Uh I don't hate Lane if you're taking him later an underdog as part of a stack. Uh but or like you know um
2:59Dynasty I think Dynasty community really liked Serat over Lane. It really seems like the open camp it is definitely lane over Serat. Uh so make note of that if
3:08you're drafting in Dynasty right now.
3:10Buffalo Bills um changing my tune this last week a little bit on DJ Moore. Um been the clear lead wide receiver in
3:17camp. I don't think that was ever really a question. Uh does not seem like Keon Coleman has taken that next step in the
3:22offseason. So definitely avoid him late in drafts. Um definitely not in love with him long term in Dynasty. But DJ Moore, my hesitation earlier this year
3:32was that he was so bad last year. Like the underlying metrics were horrible, the box score production was horrible.
3:38It's not that he looked terrible, but it was like, you know, you're part of this Ben Johnson system. You're out the
3:42running routes every single play. How is it that you're completely useless in fantasy? Well, the problem was the role that he was in in Chicago. It looks like
3:51they're just going to like feature him this season uh in Buffalo. It looks like the chemistry is already there between him and Josh Allen. And let's be honest,
3:59the the reason honestly people were excited about Keon Coleman was not that he was good. Everyone knew he couldn't separate. Everyone knew he had a lot of
4:07red flags in his profile. The appeal was well Josh Allen is an alien and all you got to do is just figure out a way to
4:14when he's scrambling get open downfield and you're like, can you just do that, Keon? Apparently the answer is no. Uh but apparently the answer is yes for TJ
4:21Moore and we know that he's a very talented wide receiver. We've loved him for years now. So, a little bit frustrated that I was more off of him,
4:28not like fading him, but more off of him to start the summer. Uh, definitely drafting him a lot more now in that
4:34general like Parker Washington, uh, Christian Watson sort of range. I prefer DJ Moore, I think, to both of them. Um, I would probably get more Parker
4:43Washington because he does go probably like a round later. Uh, but I will definitely draft EJ Moore even on teams where I don't have Josh Shawn right now.
4:49He's he's a a good target at this point.
4:51Not a must player, but a good target.
4:53Uh, Panthers, nothing noteworthy. T looks great. Uh, some clips of him look awesome, but I maintain Bryce Young's probably going to hold that team back.
5:02You can still draft T. You can still draft Coker. Um, we talked about Brooks as a mustdraft player, but um, you know,
5:09Bryce Young is going to cap the ceiling for everything there. In Chicago, Manunga is back practicing. So, last week we talked about like I don't know
5:16what was holding him out. It was a minor injury. He's back. Don't worry about that. Draft him like normal. Uh there
5:22continues to be constant praise for Luther Burden. We went in depth on him yesterday, so we don't need to do that
5:28again. Uh but the appeal with Luther again, just like a TLDDR on that one, is super efficient rookie season. Question was, you know, is that just a couple big
5:38plays? Is that highend efficiency on low volume that won't continue moving forward? Every indication we have over the off season in the camp is that he is
5:46very good. is that the GM, the coach, the OC, the quarterback, everyone on this offense is saying he's going to take that next step. Beat reporters are
5:56saying he's most targeted player when everything is telling us this on a player who was already highly efficient last year, who has one of the best head
6:03coaches in football in terms of designing plays for an offense who specifically drafted this player. You know, draft them in fantasy. It's a
6:10winning bet to make. Uh in Bengals camp, getting even more confirmation that Chase Brown will be featured this season. Not only like Chase Brown is
6:17everywhere. You look at camp videos and it's like they have him out there every single snap. He's getting end rounds.
6:24He's being lined up as a slot wide receiver. They're just going to give him the ball in as many ways as possible
6:28this season. The offensive line is improved for now. The offense is healthy as a whole. Uh he continues to be a
6:35mustdraft player. He's a round one talent that you can get in round two. Uh Cleveland Browns. Oh, and I guess one
6:41other thing. Um, I don't actually remember off top of my head the name of the the fourth receiver for the Bengals
6:47right now, but if you are a Yosh fan, don't be. Uh, he's he's just not taking that next step, and it seems like he'd
6:54even get passed in the depth chart. Uh, Cleveland Browns, a decent amount of news this week. So, Conception and Boston are having great camps. Both of
7:02them in their own ways, so they're very different wide receivers. Conception is more someone who can get screen passes, endounds, just be heavily featured in a
7:12number of different areas. Boston is that really big outside wide receiver, that red zone threat, downfield threat.
7:18So, different roles really does seem like and makes sense that um with this team going towards a very youth movement, a very young offense, uh if
7:27these two are already performing well, they're going to be the top two receivers this year. Maybe Jerry Judy opens the year as that starter. But
7:34there is absolutely no reason to draft Jerry Judy in any format at all.
7:39Conception on Boston. It's who you want.
7:40And we don't want to be drafting the third wide receiver on uh the Browns, which I'll kind of end the take kind of
7:46talking about that. But they're having a great camp. I am not a huge fan of Boston. I much prefer Caseing Conception, but it seems like the Browns
7:55are, and it seems like he is having a good camp. So maybe I'll end up being wrong on the Boston take here. Um, but
8:00basically the team came out and was like, you know, we loved Conception. Um, if Conception wasn't there, we would have taken Boston there. So, like they
8:08they were in love with both these two.
8:10And the fact that that happens and have such a great camp, you know, it means that they're going to feature these
8:14guys. If you love them and they're playing well, they're going to put him out there every single snap. Uh, also, we're getting confirmation that Fannon's
8:20going to be featured, right? and that um I have not yet added him as must draft player because of what we'll talk about
8:25in a second, but I'm drafting Fannon a lot more because last season, you know, a lot of it was we're trailing a lot. We're getting dump
8:35offs. There's really no other players that are commanding targets right now and so it's dump dump dump. And my worry was that well, now that they have
8:41Conception in Boston, that target share can be diminished. But it does seem like the coaching staff likes him so much that he will be a featured weapon on the
8:47offense that they will be designing plays around him and that even if it's not as much like dump off because no one
8:53else is open. It's okay but now that play was specifically designed to go to you whereas it wasn't last season. So a
8:58lot of positive reports from uh Fannon in camp. My pumping the brakes here is Conception Boston Fannon. They're still going to
9:09give a ton of touches to Judkins. Okay, it's the Cleveland Browns. They're not good. Uh Deshun Watson looks horrendous.
9:16I don't think he makes any starts this season, but Sher Sanders we also know is terrible. So, their quarterback play is
9:22going to easily be league worst this season. There's nothing else waiting for them, you know, for these backups behind them. They're like like the future is
9:31very exciting, right? I'm very excited about all of these players next year, the year after, like moving forward. But this year, it's like, you know, can Shur
9:39Sanders really support any of these guys? I mean to to a degree that you're actually starting them in like a start
9:46sit league at wide receiver 2 or or trusting fan every week in the flex spot and that's the one thing that holds me
9:51back from making fan a must player. If they had a half competent quarterback I'd be like turbos slam like all these
9:57guys are great picks it's the quarterback play that really is going to hold me back. Uh so if the odds are they
10:04have at most one or two fantasy relevant players on the team and Judkins probably takes up one of those spots because of
10:09how much volume he's going to get on the ground. It makes you worry. They're probably not gonna have a thousand yard
10:13receiver. So, if you end up, you know, targeting these guys, great. The talent is there. Uh it's unlikely if you miss
10:19them, you're like, "Oh, no. I just lost my league." It's not like any of these guys are going to have 1500 yards and is
10:23bur you. Dallas Cowboys up next. Um backup running back still feels open as we kind of flip-flop the reports here.
10:31Some days it's like, you know, Jaden Blue looks amazing. He's leading the battle. he's the one that they want to win the job because he has that
10:38receiving profile that you know um really none of the other backs do. Like Jvonte doesn't have that and Phil Mafa doesn't either. But then there's other
10:45days where they're really hyping up Phil Mafa and they're like you know he's performing great in camp and and the coaching staff's basically like it is
10:51still open. Like the words that they're saying in these in these, you know, um interviews and stuff, they're saying the backfield is open. So I still hesitate
10:59if you draft Jamontto Williams, you want to draft a handcuff. I really just wouldn't unless I don't draft handcuffs unless we know, right? If you draft
11:06James Cook, you know it's Ray Davis. You draft Saquon, you know it's Tank Pisby.
11:10So draft them, right? Totally fine to do that. But if you draft Jontto Williams and then you go after Jaden Blue and
11:15ends up being film offa, you just waste two picks and that's tough. So I really would only waste that late pick on a
11:21handcuff if you're 100% sure you know who the handcuff is. And I just don't think we're 100% sure. I think Jaden
11:26Blue has more base work. like he's the one they can bring in on third downs, obvious passing situations to have a
11:31role, but you're not starting that.
11:32That's not enough value. So, you still need an injury. And when that injury happens, I don't know that Blue is going
11:37to beat out Phil Mafa on early downs.
11:39So, we'll see. Watch that battle throughout camp. Uh and obviously, I'll watch it and I'll report to you. Uh Broncos camp, Pat Bryant has been
11:47apparently the star of camp. Um team basically views him as the future replacement to Sutton. The question is where's that future, right? Is that
11:54future next year, year after? Is that future week nine? Like when when is he going to take over? I think it kind of
12:01just comes down to how both of them play. Also, Sutton's missing a little time in camp right now. They don't seem
12:05concerned, so I'm not. Uh but note that.
12:08Uh but yeah, I mean, if he is definitely locked in as a third receiver, so going to be playing plenty. If he also has a
12:15chance to push Courtland Sutton as that second most valuable wide receiver, well, all of a sudden, I mean, you've got he's goes what, 203 underdog? He
12:22probably goes at like 250 in reddraft leagues. Like, he just doesn't get drafted at all. will always be there in the final round. He's a great pick late
12:28in drafts. Um because I actually do think he has a ceiling to where like you might actually use him if he actually
12:33takes over as a two in Denver on a high volume passing attack. Even if they spread the ball around, that's still
12:38something you'll want in fantasy. Um also, uh Waddle has a leg strain right now. They seem to think it's only going
12:44to be like a oneweek thing. Uh so again, I'm not worried, especially this early, unless teams sound worried. You know, when they say, "Oh, it's nothing. It's
12:52minor. It's a week. It's a couple days."
12:54We're so far out from week one still.
12:56We're still over a month away uh that I'm not concerned if someone suffers a leg strain a week before camp or a week
13:02before week one. I'm like, "Oh, okay.
13:04That's a problem." Uh but right now, like I'm not worried about Waddle because of the leg strain. Uh Detroit Lions Vaky is going to miss some time.
13:10So, he has a broken nose and an eye injury. So, that actually would be one where you're like, "Okay, like if Waddle
13:14had that, I'd be a little bit more concerned." Um that should increase your confidence with Bacho. We just still don't know about trades or signings. So
13:23Naji is still out there. James Connor is probably going to get traded. Benson probably going to get traded. Uh so backfields are still not safe. You're
13:31not out of the woods yet if you like PCO, but it's still like, you know, if you have been drafting Pacheco, well
13:37right now as things stand, there's no Milwaukee in the picture right now. So it seems like PCO is a better pick, but
13:44still slight concerns there. Uh Packers camp still have no idea on Jacobs. But Marshon Lloyd continues to look great.
13:52Continues to be the clear number two.
13:54Continues to put up a camp where it's like even if Jacobs is healthy, Marshon Lloyd is going to have a role in this
14:00team. He's been electric on the ground in the receiving game, highly explosive.
14:05The question is just can Marshon Lloyd stay healthy? And I have no idea what the answer is. in Houston. Uh basically
14:14yesterday, um we talked in depth about Jane Higgins, right? We had him in the mustdraft player. Uh we talked about, you know, how it's similar to Luther
14:22Burden, how everyone on this team from the front office to the coaches to the players to literally Nico Collins saying he's going to be the face of the
14:32franchise soon. Everything beat reporters all telling us that Jaden Higgins is taking that step forward. He is going to have a really strong season.
14:40Is he going to be someone where you're slam dunking into wide receiver two every week? I don't know. Maybe. I would
14:45say less than 50% chance that's happening. But for where he goes to draft him as your fourth, probably fifth, maybe sixth, but probably your
14:54fifth wide receiver on your team, that's a great pick because there's a pretty decent chance he could be a wide receiver three using your flex spot and
15:01then all the contingent upside in the world if you had an injury Nico, which again has happened every season of Nico's career. Colts camp. Pretty big
15:10news honestly for for Daniel Jones. I mean, he looks great. Um, every beat reporter is saying he looks fully healthy. The coaches are honestly
15:18surprised at how good he looks. Um, it's it sounds like if week one were tomorrow, he'd be good to go and we
15:26projecting him as normal. And the thinking leading up to now has been like if he's, you know, 80 90% of what he was
15:34last year, this team is probably undervalued in a lot of their players.
15:38Maybe not Jonathan Taylor because it's hard to be undervalued as like a mid- first round pick. Um, but like you know
15:43Josh DS, the potential for Alec Pierce if he's okay. The potential for Tyler Warren, you know, positional advantage wise, all probably undervalued if he's 80 or
15:5490% of what he was last year because of the departure of Pitman and really not bringing anyone in. And if they do bring
15:59someone in, it's only Keenan Allen, right? When they could have had digs, when they could have had Depot, that's more of a concern. Keenan Allen is much
16:05more um third down specialist, right?
16:08third and five bring Keenan onto the field for that short gain. It's not anticipated he'll be anything more than that this season. So even if that
16:16occurs, if Daniel Jones looks back already, we're again we're more than a month out from week one. Man, if he stays healthy,
16:24these guys are going to crush the season. So definitely like Josh DS. You guys know I love Jeff Jonathan Taylor in
16:29the mid-irst. I just want to start off with that running back. So I will take Jonathan Taylor over these mid first
16:34round wide receivers. um basically after Chase and Puka are gone in the McAffrey as well. Uh but yeah, wheels up for the
16:42Colts and truly like Daniel Jones goes kind of late. So while I prefer a top nine quarterback in super flex leagues
16:49especially um but deeper leagues if you miss on those top nine, Daniel Jones is a great outlet late in drafts. He was
16:55phenomenal last season before getting injured. Remember how good this team was? They were the number one team in the NFL by uh like power rankings before
17:03the injury. Uh, Jaguars, more intel on the wide receiver rotation. So, yesterday's video we talked about how Parker Washington's a must draft player.
17:11Um, basically the latest news is that Travis Hunter going to play a lot more on the outside than I think people were
17:17anticipating. It seems like he's actually going to mix in as ex wide receiver. The appeal for someone like Brian Thomas Jr. originally was, well,
17:25maybe he has a lower targets per route run. Maybe he's less efficient, but if he's the full-time exceiver, no one's challenging him for that and he's out
17:32there every play. the upside is significant because it's great offense and if you're just out there every single play, you have more upside than
17:39players who rotate it. Uh if that's not going to happen, if Travis Hunter, even on like a 50% snap share, is going to
17:46actually play some X and just boot Brian Thomas Jr. off the field because he will go off the field in favor of Parker
17:52Washington. He's not going to go in the slot over Jacobe Meyers and Parker Washington. So, if we're going to have some three wide receiver sets of Travis
17:58Hunter, Parker Washington, Jacobe Meyers, Brian Thomas is being overvalued right now and he's going ahead of Parker Washington, which is crazy. Parker
18:06Washington needs to be their first drafted wide receiver. So, uh, in order of how much I like the ADPs, I would say
18:12Parker Washington, again, must draft player, goes in round seven, I'd take him in round six. Travis Hunter round 14, it's free. It's your last wide
18:18receiver. Absolutely. Taking that whenever I can. Um, Brian Thomas Jr. I would say is next just because we kind of know that Jacobe Meyers is more of
18:28like an underdog best ball pick. He's not someone in a reddraft league where like unless you're in like full PPR three wide receiver even still he goes
18:36in round nine. There's other upside plays you can make in round nine. Like I'd much prefer like a Josh DS in that
18:41area. Way prefer Josh Downs. He could be the top target on that team. Probably a better actual wide receiver. Much prefer
18:49him over Myers. Uh, so I'd say Myers round nine is last. Uh, but mostly Parker Washington is what I want and
18:55then Travis Hunter late in drafts. Um, Kansas City, Cyrus Allen picked up a shin injury, but uh, seems like it's minor. Seems like he's going to be fine.
19:06Might give us a buying opportunity. So, the hype was starting to get there, right? He's not being drafted at all.
19:11Um, all of a sudden, every camp video from Kansas City is like, "Look at Cyrus Allen. Look how bad Rashi Rice is,
19:19right? Look at Oh, where are these hurt again? Like all these reports and you're like Cyrus now. You start thinking about
19:24it and you're like is he going to get a ton of touches and so skyrocket like he starts just like launching up by ADP
19:30like really fast riser. Then he has a shin injury it's come back down but the thesis of the draft pick is still there
19:36right first of all at pick 200 that's not someone who needs to start few and week one. So even if the shin injury
19:41kind of pushed for further it's not a big worry. You do worry because you know it's it's a young player in training
19:46camp that needs time, but it doesn't seem like he's gonna miss too much time.
19:50And the idea is that like they're comping this kid to digs. He's underlying their best man beater. You've got a team where Rashid Rice is
19:58recovering very slowly from this knee injury. Does not look good in camp.
20:02Cannot beat man even when fully healthy.
20:04You've got Worthy has been a bust every single year of his career. Um can't stay healthy either. He's picking up like
20:09another shoulder injury. Kelsey's like 50 years old and so you can very quickly tell yourself a story that like if Mahomes, which he seems like he does,
20:17just trust Cyrus Allen and he's actually getting open verse man, if he is out there, you know, I'll say this, uh, if
20:26he's out there when they are playing the starters in the preseason and he is getting even an okay snapshare in week
20:33one, he's going to be one of the top waiverwire ads. Like the excitement will clearly be there. Kansas City is not a
20:39team that historically brings rookies along super fast and right away. So, with what beat reporters are saying that it really looks like they already have a
20:48role for him on offense, the upside's there because no one else is all that appealing like Worthy in theory is appealing and Rice was appealing because
20:57he was being targeted a million times. I don't think that's going to happen again this year and Kelsey has been, but
21:02again, he's like 50.
21:04It's exciting. Now, do you need to go there and read draft league? probably not, but definitely a name to keep in
21:08mind. Uh, Las Vegas Raiders, still no clear top wide receiver. There's days where like they're like, "Oh, Tucker looks good and Naylor looks good, but
21:16still no clear top wide receiver." Those are the top two, but neither one of those two are standing out enough. I
21:21still don't draft them. Uh, just because we know it's Bower. Bowers is the number one target. Gent is going to get a
21:27million carries and targets. Honestly, the way they're talking about the offense is what we figure. They're going to run a ton of 12 personnel. There's
21:34times where beat reporters are like, "Yep, the top three targets today were Bowers, Genty, and Michael Mayer." I think that's what it's going to be. It's
21:41going to be a lot of tight ends, a lot on the ground, and it's going to be a big rotation at wide receiver, and so
21:47you don't need to draft any of the receivers. Uh Chargers camp, Trey Harris having a really good camp. Uh so is
21:53Brennan Thompson, but um he's probably more going to be a gadget player, more someone just in baseball.
21:59Um Trey Harris I am excited about a little bit. They've basically talked about how the top three is locked in.
22:04Lad, QJ, and Harris. Um, I think the difficulty for me is I love this offense so much, right? I want all the exposure
22:11to the Chargers offense, but it is actually very difficult to figure out what the target shares are going to be for these receivers. Like, does Harris
22:18have a chance of pushing QJ? Does Lad like really deserve to go what, like six rounds ahead of QJ and then like 11
22:29rounds ahead of Trey Harris? Maybe and probably, but like it's difficult to figure out what exactly the value of each wide receiver is going to be on
22:38this team. To me, a lot of times that means the answer is just draft Justin Herbert. Like if we really think the
22:42offense is amazing, we can't figure out exactly which receiver it is, just take Justin Herbert Herbert and drafts and there's your exposure to this team. Like
22:49I have a ton of underdog drafts where I take Herbert, uh, Katon, Trey Harris, Charlie Kolar. So I'm spending less draft capital. I'm I'm drafting the
22:58later guys by ADP because I don't know exactly how the target shares are going to shake out. Uh speaking of colar
23:04though, I've really backed off Gadston.
23:06So remember I did the um I don't even know what it's called like 20 players I bet my house on or something like that.
23:10Uh my most drafted players thus far. Um very unfortunately I was basically making a bet on the Chargers and the Chargers tight ends and being like okay
23:18like there's opportunity here. So I was taking a lot of Gatsson and Jooku really late in drafts. Uh completely backing off that now. I do not take Gatsson
23:25anymore. I'll take him if he drops because he's been dropping. So like 180 190 but I will not take him near as 150
23:31ADP. Uh so those teams feel dead if it took him at like 140. Um but I don't draft Tim as much. I don't drive Injoku
23:37as much any as well. Colar is going to be on the field a ton. Now his targets per route run are probably going to be
23:43pretty low, but if they're in one tight end sets, it's Colar. If they're in two tight end sets, it's Colar. Three tight
23:49end sets, he's probably still obviously out there. um he's going to be blocking a lot, but the thing is again, this
23:54offense, we've talked about this for a while, is a play action offense. They want to run it down your throat. They
23:59want to be highly efficient on the ground. They want you to be terrified of their running backs. And when that happens, he's going to go play action.
24:06Well, what's going to happen with Colar a lot of the times, high efficiency.
24:10When he runs those playaction, you know, shot play routes, he's going to be screaming wide open at times down the middle of the field. He's going to have
24:17a lot of games where it's like three for 50 in a touchdown and he's free, completely free around 18, 19, 20 in
24:24drafts. Reraft, don't need to do it.
24:27Underdog, amazing pick when stacking there. Um, so I'm drafting him a lot more than Gadston. But if you're in a reraft league, do not go after Gadston.
24:33Do not go after any of these tight ends really. Um, Trey Harris is very appealing because I just still kind of
24:38don't think QJ is very good. a lot of videos in camp of him just looking bad, like just dropping passes, just looking
24:46flimsy out there. Just I don't know. It just the body control is weird. The catching is still an issue. I feel like
24:53Trey Harris has a shot to beat him out.
24:55Now, I don't think it's going to happen, but I feel like it has a shot. And so, I'd rather just wait a super long time
24:59and draft Harris as my last wide receiver than spending an earlier pick on QJ. But with how much I take Herbert,
25:05I still get a lot of basically everyone on this offense. uh Rams. So McVey very positive when talking about Terrence Ferguson, even comping him to Travis
25:15Kelce. Now obviously that's a tad hyperbolic. Um but you can clearly tell you could tell last year like when they drafted Terrence Ferguson, they were
25:24over the moon. They loved his talent.
25:27But the Rams historically are very slow in developing their rookies, right? They do not put their rookies out there for a
25:32big role and then all of a sudden they randomly explode in their like second and third seasons. And I feel like
25:37that's got a shot of happening for Terrence Ferguson. Um McVey's talking about like how he can play every position, not every tight end position,
25:43everywhere, zero position as well.
25:44They'll play him at X, Z, Y, F. Like they will put him everywhere across the formation. The bull case is basically
25:52you've got Puka and you've got Adams and you've got a cliff after that and they're not going to throw the running
25:57backs at all. So with how people have talked about this team, there is a possibility that they use Terrence Ferguson effectively as their third wide
26:05receiver, the third most targeted player on this team and that happens when he's also getting downfield looks and we know how much I mean touchdowns are going to
26:13score there is clear upside in like the 190s at Ted Enfor. Uh Miami Dolphins up next. Not a lot, but if you like Dual
26:22Sitch, you don't love that he's going to miss like one to two weeks with an injury. It's not a huge deal, but I know
26:26a lot of you like dual sitch late in drafts. Um I mostly just avoid the Dolphins entirely, but um I I don't
26:33think it's going to be a problem. It's only one to two weeks. We're still pretty far out from week one, but make
26:37sure he actually returns. Uh Vikings camp, still no confirmed week one starter, but all the beat reporters are saying they're convinced it's going to
26:44be Kyler Murray. Uh I mean that's probably going to happen. Uh and then not much news out of Minnesota. I'm I'm
26:51hoping we get like a running back report sometime soon. Um there's upside here for Mason. Um maybe if Aaron Jones, you know, if they're
27:00actually not gonna pull back in his usage. Some some of you like really uh Deon Claybourne. Uh I would like to get
27:05some sort of report. I really haven't seen anything on the running backs, which might not be a good thing, honestly. Uh Patriots camp, Booty
27:13continues to have a great camp. I truly don't know what's going to happen here.
27:17Like I don't have any insight. Um I think they want to trade him. Like it's weird because like they don't they have
27:23a lot of wide receivers, but it's not like they're deep, right? They've got AJ Brown and I think that's the problem is
27:28AJ Brown plays the X and then uh Booty is like the backup X and you're like, well, I don't I don't really want like a
27:34talented player as my backup X- wide receiver. But it's like figure it out, right? Like um maybe they're a little bit more prone to hang on to him because
27:41like um Dobs has a minor injury right now, but they've got AJ Brown, they've got Romeo Dobs, and they've got Booty
27:47and you know they've got Deario Douglas.
27:49like they've got some other guys, Kyle Williams, but like they're not that good. They're not players where you need to trade away booty because you've got
27:56so many talented wide receivers. So, we'll see what happens. Um I think they're hoping that the camp translate into a really high asking price for um
28:06like trademark it. I just don't think it is. Everyone knows you're trading away, right? So, no one's sitting there like, oh, like I'm getting some steel here. If
28:12a team is actively trying to trade a player away, everyone knows that. And so, the asking prices are probably gonna be pretty low among the teams. uh Saints
28:19camp uh really seems like it's going to be a split back field and that's not great, right? I mean, like you listen to
28:26the coaches, the running backs, there was uh interviews and quotes from offensive linemen and all of them are saying like both and these guys and
28:33these two. It's like it's going to be a split. Um they compliment each other wells is a thing that I've heard a lot
28:38and that's like literally ETN saying that. Um don't love that. If you like ETN, it really seems like he's set up to
28:45be more of that early down grinder with Kamara playing an obvious passing downs, two-minute drill, four-minute drill. You do not want to hear that. Um, I like the
28:52Saints. They're going to run a lot of plays, but they're also projected to be what, like 20th in points per game this
28:56season. Um, Shuck is not a lockedin prospect. So, I like this team. I like Olaf. I like Tyson. I like ETM. At the
29:04end of the day, I have not been drafting ETM a lot. I've been drafting honestly Kamara more than him. Uh, Giants camp,
29:10nothing actionable. neighbor still looks healthy. We'll hope that holds. Jets camp. Uh Sadique had a setback from his hernia surgery. He's going to miss a few
29:20weeks. That's not ideal, especially for a rookie. If a veteran misses that sort of time, it's fine. They know the system. The team knows how to use them.
29:27They'll jump right back in. For a rookie, it means the ramp up is probably going to be a little bit slower. So, if
29:33you were like really excited to draft Sadique, um honestly, you can continue to be excited at just a lower ADP. uh
29:39but probably not someone you have to be drafting um before the season starts, but he's still a very athletic player and you were drafting him as that second
29:48tenant anyway, so you don't actually need him early in the season, but it hurts the development. Uh Eagles camp, uh beat reporters are saying Herz is
29:55getting a lot more designed runs in camp. That makes sense. They set like a massive career low in design runs last
30:01season. Pretty much only way that could go was up. And if they want this offense to reach the heights it had before or at
30:08least be like 90 or 80% of what it was before, they need him to be having designed runs. Uh so that's positive for
30:14his value. Of course, uh Wix is also having a really good camp. He seems to be firmly the wide receiver too right
30:19now, especially with Lemon missing time.
30:21You hate it. Like I love Lemon as a prospect, but when you miss Otis with a hamstring injury and then you open camp
30:28reagravating a hamstring injury, it just like we don't know when he's going to be back, but he needs to be out there. He
30:33needs that time to develop. Uh this is not a high volume passing attack. He needs to win that outside job for us to
30:38draft him. So his ADP deserves to drop.
30:41It's not dropping that much. It should drop more. Um basically the more and more and more time he misses, he'll be
30:46cheaper. So we need to draft him right now. Um but I still love him in Dynasty because I think the underlying talent is
30:52awesome. He could be the most talented wide receiver in the draft class. Uh Steelers, uh interesting report on the running backs. I'm not acting on it, but
31:00uh there was a report that basically said Rico is the one. Like leading up to this, everything indicated it's Rico on
31:06early downs, it's Warren on passing downs, and valuewise, maybe you lean Warren because, you know, so many targets are available for the running
31:14backs. The latest beat report says that like Rico's been amazing and that he's the clear lead back. I've only heard it
31:21from like one source. I'd want to hear that consistently more over time. It wouldn't like shock me, right? And I mean, Rico has back-to-back seasons
31:29over,300 yards on two different teams.
31:31He's clearly a good running back. He completely overtook Chuba last season.
31:36The question is, is he going to do it for a third consecutive season? Is he going to completely take over on early
31:44downs where it's almost like a, you know, he's the new Naji on the team? I don't know. Uh, but I want more reports
31:49on this before I'm willing to change rankings on it. Uh, for the 49ers, haven't seen an update on Evans dribbling. I think I'm recording this on
31:56Friday. I think he's back at practice on Friday. I don't think he'll do team drills, but again, it was a minor
32:01injury. He's going to be fine. Uh Evans, the quad injury, I have not seen an update on it, but they don't seem
32:06concerned. So again, I'm not concerned.
32:08We're far enough away from week one. In Seattle, not a lot, but Price and Helani are splitting snaps with the first team.
32:15It still seems like Helani is that more passing down back that they're practicing Price in the receiving end game. They're trying to develop him that
32:22way, but he's not a natural pass catcher. Uh, we don't have any new news on Charbanet. We probably won't have a
32:27lot of news on that before week one, but so far the reports been positive in his recovery. Um, I would guess like I don't
32:33know mid-season for Charmin. It's probably when you're seeing him. Uh, Bucks camp. Let's keep an eye on. So, not a good start to camp. This is
32:42honestly a time in camp where you should expect like pretty positive reporting for a lot of players, especially stars on teams. Uh, Ibuka being used as a star
32:50but not performing as a star. So, not dominating the the way that we hoped that he would to open camp. Um, let's
32:58just keep an eye on that. Um, also, there's been a lot of reporting that um, Gainwell is doing pretty well. Uh,
33:05really there's reporting that all the running backs are doing well, but the Gainwell is going to have a very large role in the receiving game.
33:11I think we need to like remember that they spent a lot on these backups. And while Buckyy's also getting good reports, I don't draft Bucky that much
33:20because it's like I you typically want to just follow the money. Like teams lie a lot. Um teams will hype players up.
33:26They did not need to keep Shawn Tucker as a three. And they certainly did not need to keep Shawn Tucker on one year.
33:32$3.5 million deal. It's a lot of money to give your third running back. So probably going to actually have that role as a goal line short yardage back.
33:39Uh they definitely did not need to go out and give Gainwell. Two years 14 million nearly 10 million guaranteed.
33:44They did not need to do that for a pass catching specialist. He's going to be a change of pace back. He's going to be a
33:48pass passing down back. And so when you take away the passing downs and the goal line stuff and the short yardage stuff,
33:54it's like it's not that Buckyy's not going to have catches because well, he's not going to, you know, score zero touchdowns, but you really cap the
34:00upside when they're giving a lot of guaranteed money to these backups. Yes, he's a starter, but it's a lot of early
34:07down stuff. I still, even with the hyper on Bucky, I don't buy it this season. Uh nothing really out of Tennessee. Uh,
34:14Carninal Tate looks good, but the offensive line is a concern. Um, there's just there's nothing really to report.
34:19Head out of Tennessee. Uh, Commanders Camp, uh, they signed Digs, so we figured that would happen. We've been talking about that. I've been pricing
34:25that in. So, I didn't really change anything. Like, honestly, I didn't change Terry McLuren. We just figured they would do it. Oh, I guess you change
34:32Antonio Williams. He was already someone that was like pretty low in drafts, but now he's completely undraftable, I would say. Um, also wasn't really having that
34:40good of a camp. So, we weren't drafting him before, but you're definitely not uh you're not going after him right now.
34:45Diggs, one-year $12 million deal. That that's pretty decent. Uh underlying stats were actually pretty solid on Stfon Diggs. We'll see how the market
34:52reacts. Again, I did not change the ranking on Terry McLuren because we figured this would happen. I have Diggs right now as an 11th round pick. Uh and
34:59Terry as like a really solid low-end wide receiver, too. Um I could see Diggs getting steamed if he has a really good
35:05camp, but we kind of just have to see.
35:07Um, I think it adds a nice floor for Jane Daniels because we figured it would happen. We didn't know and you needed
35:12that second wide receiver for Jane Daniels to like really hit. Um, but we'll see. You know, I I think um it was
35:19pretty much priced in because everyone kind of knew it was going to happen. One other thing happening there, JCM's getting a lot of hype. Uh, beat
35:25reporters are speculating that he's going to get more work in the receiving game this season. I said for a while the
35:30commanders aren't going to throw to the running back. So, I like the talent JCM.
35:33I drafted my my rookie draft last year.
35:35I want him to succeed. I need him to succeed on my dynasty team. I just kind of don't buy it. Like he had nine
35:42receptions last year, seven total receptions across 13 games in two years of college. Sure, they didn't give a lot of money to Rashad White, but if Rashad
35:50White's good at one thing, it's receiving. And they don't throw to running backs. No team threw to running backs less times in total than the
35:58Commanders last season. So even if he's used more, he's going to jump up from like what 9 to 15. like he's not going
36:05to have 35 receptions this season. You should be very happy if JCM has 20 catches this year. So, he is a fine
36:12pick, but people are using this report as an excuse to be like, "Oh, I told you like he should be going in round seven."
36:18Like, pump the brakes on JCM right now.
36:21It is still a running back by committee with a hyper mobile quarterback on a team that will not be throwing to
36:27running backs. That is not a situation that is highly conductive of someone you're jamming into wide receiver to or running back two. every week. So,
36:36that'll do it for the camp news video.
36:38Uh, we'll do this every single Saturday.
36:39We'll have mock Jeff Monday on Monday. I don't know what the Wednesday and Friday videos are, but there will be a
36:43Wednesday and a Friday video. But again, this, I think, is the most important video of the week. If you watch one
36:48video, you make sure you see one video every week. Make it be this one. All right, that'll do it for this one. Thank
36:54you all for watching. If you got a draft coming up, make sure you've got access to the website. I'm updating the
37:00rankings every single day. And the rankings are very much improved this season. Dynamic. So now when you draft your team, it is going to adjust the
37:09rest of the rankings based off millions of drafts over the last decade. No one else in the industry has this. It is a
37:16huge competitive advantage. So again, that'll do it for this one. Thank you all for watching and I'll catch you all on the next one.
