A.J. Brown

PositiveValue0:04

AJ Brown is described as a phenomenal pick in the second round, totally fine to be taken early in that round.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:04

Analyst considers AJ Brown a phenomenal pick in the second round, a totally fine early receiver selection.

Insight page

Alec Pierce

NegativeInjury0:09

Alec Pierce had foot surgery with a 4-6 month recovery timeline and is not expected to be cleared by training camp in July, creating significant uncertainty.

Insight page
NegativeInjury0:30

Alec Pierce should not be drafted right now due to foot surgery that is not yet common knowledge; his ADP has not adjusted downward to reflect this injury.

Insight page

Alvin Kamara

NegativeRole0:12

Analyst doesn't expect Kamara to be a feature weapon on the Saints offense this season; the team is in a difficult position with him and likely wants Travis Etienne to be the primary guy instead.

Insight page
NegativeDepth Chart0:12

Alvin Kamara's role is uncertain as the Saints are stuck in 'no man's land' - they can't cut him, he's said he'll retire if traded, and the team doesn't want him as a feature weapon.

Insight page

Amon-Ra St. Brown

PositiveValue0:01

Analyst believes he should come off the board before the next tier of running backs, with strong strength of schedule and no reason to avoid him.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:03

Goes off the board early in the receiver tier during the mock draft.

Insight page

Ashton Jeanty

NegativeValue0:01

Analyst explicitly states he would not take Jeanty this early in the mid-first round, citing concerns about his tier of running backs.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:03

Goes off the board in the early rounds during the mock draft.

Insight page

Breece Hall

PositiveValue0:12

Breece Hall is a preferred second running back pick in round three over wide receivers.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:13

Analyst's projections currently have Breece Hall as the recommended running back pick in this range, with the expectation he'll be selected here.

Insight page
NegativeValue0:19

Breece Hall has correlation risk with Garrett Wilson; stacking multiple Jets players early is not recommended due to the risk of both picks bottoming out in bad weeks.

Insight page
NegativeValue0:20

Author advises against drafting Breeze Hall early due to correlation risk with other Chargers players; if you love other Chargers receivers, it's a reason to lean away from Breeze Hall.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeRole0:31

Brian Thomas Jr. gets glowing reports in no-pads situations, but the real question is whether he will run routes over the middle of the field and extend to catch the ball when he knows he'll get hit—something he did not do last season.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout0:31

Brian Thomas Jr. is a good upside play in this range, tier with Mai and Parker but definitely ahead of Sutton, Addison, and Jane Reed; the hope is he addresses his middle-of-field concerns from last season.

Insight page

Bryce Hall

NegativeProjection0:25

Bryce Hall has more inherent risk because the Jacksonville offense quality is uncertain, unlike Tank Bigsby who benefits from Jacksonville being a great offense with a great coach, strong QB, and great receivers.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeRole0:17

Bucky won't get 20 touches per game due to concerns about his durability; the team is bringing in Gainwell and using Sean Tucker at the goal line, limiting his role.

Insight page
NegativeInjury0:17

Bucky broke down each of the last two seasons, with more significant breakdown last season, raising concerns about his durability and health.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveRole0:28

Caleb Williams is viable as a quarterback option, though the analyst is also open to Herbert or Trevor Lawrence as stack partners with Tank Bigsby.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:30

Caleb Williams is recommended as a mid-sixth round pick with the potential for a really high-end season if the Bears offense performs well.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:37

The analyst considers Caleb Williams a decent value pick but prefers waiting on QB if you don't draft one of the top four, noting Trevor Lawrence and Will Levis are set up well and available later.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveProjection0:03

Goes off the board early in the receiver tier during the mock draft.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:14

CD Lamb may have spike-and-dip volatility, potentially due to competition from other receivers like Pickens in the offense.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveRole0:08

Chase Brown doesn't have any touch competition and will get receptions in the Bengals offense where volume is clearly defined.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:08

Chase Brown doesn't have any touch competition and will get receptions, making him a solid option in this draft range.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:08

Chase Brown has a lower touchdown ceiling than Marvin Hampton because the Bengals will target Jamar Chase and T. Higgins in the red zone.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:08

Chase Brown has a slightly lower touchdown ceiling than Jaylen Hampton because the Bengals will target Jamar Chase and T. Higgins in the red zone more frequently.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout0:08

Chase Brown is in the conversation with Saquon Barkley and Marvin Hampton as a potential breakout running back candidate.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

NegativeInjury0:24

Chris Rodriguez has a relatively major foot injury, though he is expected back in camp; this could impact his role and the opportunity for backup running backs.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:24

Chris Rodriguez is an early down grinder who won't catch many passes (projected ~5 receptions) and is good at the goal line, but there's concern about his foot injury severity and uncertainty about how good he actually is.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveProjection0:00

Expected to be a top-six pick, though JSN might occasionally mix in ahead of him depending on preference.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveValue0:03

Analyst prefers Loveland at tight end over McBride, viewing him as a better value option.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

PositiveDepth Chart0:27

DJ Moore was one of the unfortunate wide receivers who went off the board before the analyst's pick, indicating he was a desired target.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveDepth Chart0:15

D'Andre Swift was taken off the board before the analyst's round 4 pick in the mock draft.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeInjury0:18

Scataboo's injury was more gruesome than people realize and was a pretty brutal injury that takes a long time to recover from, with unknown impact on his already low athleticism.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:18

With coach leaving who loved Scataboo and gave him touches, there's uncertainty about what the team will do with him going forward.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:18

Projections have Scataboo barely ahead of Judkins because he projects as a better fantasy player with potential for four, five, or six reception games, unlike Judkins.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

NegativeValue0:04

DeVonta Smith should not be taken in the middle of the second round, implying he is overvalued at that spot.

Insight page
NegativeValue0:04

Analyst questions whether DeVonta Smith should be taken in the middle of the second round, implying he's overvalued at that spot.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout0:10

The analyst likes DeVonta Smith and has made a dedicated video on him.

Insight page
PositiveDepth Chart0:15

DeVonta Smith was taken off the board before the analyst's round 4 pick in the mock draft.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveProjection0:03

Goes off the board early in the receiver tier during the mock draft.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:14

Drake London is characterized as having spike-and-dip volatility with 170-yard two-touchdown upside weeks but also weeks where he bottoms out.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection0:15

Drake Maye is listed as a top quarterback option but the analyst won't take him in round 4, preferring to wait until round 5 or later.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeValue0:19

Garrett Wilson is on the board but has an exclamation point concern due to team correlation with Breece Hall; stacking multiple Jets players early is risky and not recommended.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveProjection0:00

Expected to be a top-six pick in 2026 fantasy drafts.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:08

Jamar Chase will be a primary target in the red zone for the Bengals, limiting touchdown opportunities for running backs like Chase Brown.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:14

Jamar Chase is mentioned as a consistent early-round wide receiver option, with the caveat that Joe Burrow must stay healthy.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

PositiveProjection0:13

JSN is highlighted as a consistent wide receiver option similar to Amanra, unlikely to have dud games compared to more volatile receivers like Justin Jefferson, Drake London, and CD Lamb.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeValue0:01

Analyst explicitly states he would not take Cook this early in the mid-first round, citing concerns about his tier of running backs.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:03

Goes off the board in the early rounds during the mock draft.

Insight page

Jason Williams

PositiveProjection0:05

Javon Williams marks a significant running back cliff, positioned in the 16-18 range, after which running back value drops considerably.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveDepth Chart0:15

Javonte Williams was taken off the board before the analyst's round 4 pick in the mock draft.

Insight page

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

PositiveProjection0:13

JSN is a consistent wide receiver who won't have dud games like more volatile receivers; he's beneficial in early-round builds because he provides stability without the spike-and-dip volatility of players like Justin Jefferson, Drake London, and CD Lamb.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

PositiveProjection0:15

Jaden Daniels is listed as a top quarterback option but the analyst won't take him in round 4, preferring to wait until round 5 or later.

Insight page

Jayden Higgins

PositiveValue0:41

Jaylen Higgins is considered a reasonable alternative to Katon Mitchell at this draft spot, though the analyst prefers the running back.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

NegativeValue0:04

Jaylen Waddle should not be taken in the middle of the second round, implying he is overvalued at that spot.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:23

Jaylen Waddle is identified as a good pick in this round, but author suggests there may not be a need to target him at this point in the draft.

Insight page
PositiveDepth Chart0:27

Jaylen Waddle was one of the unfortunate wide receivers who went off the board before the analyst's pick, indicating he was a desired target.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

PositiveRole0:02

One of several very good players on the Cardinals who will command decent target shares, competing with McBride, Marvin Harrison Jr., and Michael Wilson.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveRole0:08

Joe Burrow is the primary quarterback for the Bengals offense, which is structured around him, T. Higgins, Jamar Chase, and Chase Brown.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveProjection0:00

Expected to be a top-six pick, though JSN might occasionally mix in ahead of him depending on preference.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeBreakout0:38

Jonathan Brooks is still relatively unlikely to hit, making KD Kupp the preferred pick over him at this draft spot.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection0:03

Goes off the board in the early rounds during the mock draft.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveValue0:38

Josh Downs is the best wide receiver still on the board and taken in round 10 as strong value.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:39

With Alec Pierce's foot injury, Josh Downs is expected to play on the outside in two-wide receiver sets and should be a consistent flex option.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveDepth Chart0:15

Josh Jacobs was taken off the board before the analyst's round 4 pick in the mock draft.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

PositiveRole0:28

Justin Herbert is a viable quarterback option to stack with Tank Bigsby, with the analyst comfortable using him in round seven as a correlation play with the Chargers offense.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveProjection0:14

Justin Jefferson is characterized as having spike-and-dip volatility in his weekly performance, with high upside weeks but also potential for lower-scoring games.

Insight page

Keaton Mitchell

PositiveRole0:06

Katon Mitchell is expected to be used for approximately 10-11 touches per game, but there is uncertainty about whether this will happen and if he can stay healthy.

Insight page
PositiveSleeper0:41

Katon Mitchell can get 10-11 touches per game with high efficiency, making him a great pick and handcuff option in this range, with his efficiency making 10-11 touches worth roughly 15 for other backs.

Insight page

Ladd McConkey

NegativeValue0:20

Ladd McConkey is on the board but has correlation risk; if you love him and Garrett Wilson, that can be a reason to lean away from Hampton early on.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

PositiveProjection0:20

Author has T (Lamar Jackson) projected higher than other options, with higher ADP and live ADP across the board.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

PositiveDepth Chart0:15

Malik Neighbors was taken off the board before the analyst's round 4 pick in the mock draft.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveRole0:02

One of several very good players on the Cardinals who will command decent target shares, competing with McBride, Michael Wilson, and Jeremiah Love.

Insight page

Mecole Hardman

PositiveBreakout0:21

Author is warming up to Mecole Hardman significantly and thinks he will be a must-draft player this season, comparing the offensive approach to Pete Cooper Cup vibes with emphasis on getting him the football.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveRole0:02

One of several very good players on the Cardinals who will command decent target shares, competing with McBride, Marvin Harrison Jr., and Jeremiah Love.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:32

Michael Wilson is grouped with Reed, Meyers, Godwin, and others as interchangeable wide receiver options in a weak range, all likely to finish outside the top 15.

Insight page

Mike Evans

PositiveRole0:21

Author notes that Evans is gone from the Buccaneers, with Godwin remaining but not at his previous level, creating upside opportunity for other receivers on the offense.

Insight page
PositiveDepth Chart0:27

Mike Evans was one of the unfortunate wide receivers who went off the board before the analyst's pick, indicating he was a desired target.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveValue0:04

Nico Collins is a phenomenal pick in the second round and totally fine to be taken early in that round.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:04

Analyst considers Nico Collins a phenomenal pick in the second round, a totally fine early receiver selection.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

PositiveProjection0:00

Expected to be a top-six pick in 2026 fantasy drafts.

Insight page
NegativeValue0:04

Analyst questions whether Puka should be taken in the middle of the second round, implying he's overvalued at that spot.

Insight page
NegativeValue0:04

Puka Nakua should not be taken in the middle of the second round, implying he is overvalued at that spot.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:14

Puka Nacua is mentioned as a consistent early-round wide receiver option similar to Jalen Smith-Njigba and Amanra, without the spike-and-dip volatility of other top receivers.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

PositiveRole0:24

Quintin Johnston is a really good receiving prospect but didn't prove last season he could earn his way onto the field, creating uncertainty about his role despite the team's interest.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveMatchup0:05

Saquon Barkley has the easiest schedule in the first 14 weeks but faces a brutal playoff schedule, which is a significant concern for fantasy purposes.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:05

The analyst would prefer Amar'e and Hampton over Saquon Barkley in this draft spot due to concerns about his playoff schedule and preference for youth.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveRole0:25

Tank Bigsby had a decent rookie season and the team has talked about using him as a huge part of the offense, not just as a feature back, on a Jacksonville offense that will be very good with a great coach, strong QB, and great receivers.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:25

Tank Bigsby can have a good season even if Chris Rodriguez and Quintin Johnston are used more than desired, because he's on a great team with positive game scripts and plenty of yards and touchdowns to go around.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:26

The analyst prefers Tank Bigsby in the starting lineup over other available RB options like Stevenson, Chuba, Paul, Jaylen Warren, Manung Guy, and Harvey, with projections and draft strategy both leaning toward Bigsby.

Insight page

Tee Higgins

PositiveRole0:08

Tee Higgins will be a primary target in the red zone for the Bengals, limiting touchdown opportunities for running backs like Chase Brown.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

PositiveValue0:11

Terry McLaurin is a preferred round three target but the analyst likes him more at a later value point.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

PositiveValue0:12

Travis Etienne is a preferred second running back pick in round three over wide receivers.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:13

Travis Etienne has a very easy schedule with bunch of dome games and is playing fast, with significant potential for opportunity and an offense expected to be good.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveRole0:28

Trevor Lawrence is a viable quarterback option to stack with Tank Bigsby, with the analyst comfortable using him in round seven as a correlation play with the Jaguars offense.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:29

Trevor Lawrence is mentioned as being ranked right above Jackson Dart and will correlate for bad games at a similar rate as Dart with Bree Hall.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:37

Trevor Lawrence is set up exceptionally well this season and available multiple rounds after Caleb Williams, making him a strong value alternative.

Insight page

Trey McBride

NegativeValue0:02

Analyst is off McBride this season, believing he's too expensive due to too many mouths to feed on a projected worst-in-NFL team, and will see reduced passing volume with Carson Beck.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:03

Will see reduced passing volume and team performance once Carson Beck takes over from Brassette, as the team will drop back less and play slower.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:03

Crushed last season in fantasy, partly because Marvin Harrison Jr. was injured and McBride went off, and the Cardinals dropped back at an extremely high rate.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveRole0:09

With Alec Pierce's foot surgery creating a 4-6 month recovery timeline, Tyler Warren could potentially be the Steelers' wide receiver one if Pierce isn't cleared by training camp.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:10

Tyler Warren should be viewed as a valuable tight end pick alongside Bowers and Leland, but not as a must-draft player in round three.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:10

If Alec Pierce's timeline is pushed back and Warren gets 7-8-9 targets per game, that represents significant fantasy value despite his round three selection.

Insight page

Will Levis

PositiveProjection0:37

Will Levis is set up really well and represents good value in the QB tier below the top four.

0:00What's going on guys? It's Nick here back with another video. It's Monday.
0:02See what time it is. Time for another mock draft Monday. Back to a 12 team league this time. Uh we'll go with the
0:07midpick. We've done early, we've done late recently. So we'll go with something in the middle. Pick seven and back to half PPR. I'm also going to put
0:14on a second flex spot. This is my favorite format. Two running back, two receiver, two flex. Opens things up a little bit more for whatever strategy
0:22you see in the draft. Typically, if you are a better player, you uh know a little bit more about fantasy football,
0:29uh you want more starters in your starting lineup, and also this adds one uh extra person to your team. It is
0:34beneficial. It also reduces the kind of variance at times the smaller the roster uh you know, a little bit more variance
0:43uh added in there for touchdowns and players over underperforming. So, let's do this draft. Uh starts off pretty normal. Gibbs, Bejon, uh, we know it's
0:52going to go one, two, McCaffrey, Jamar Chase, Jonathan Taylor, Puka. Uh, that's pretty much going to be your top six.
0:58Sometimes you'll say you'll see JSN kind of mix in there, maybe ahead of McAffrey or Jonathan Taylor. Uh, but it's all
1:05going to be personal preference there.
1:07Um, personally, I would just go JSN. So, you know, I want early running back, right?
1:14I want two running backs in the first three rounds. Um, I would very much prefer if I could get a round one
1:20running back and if I was sitting here in the middle of the first round, I would love if McCaffrey or Jonathan
1:25Taylor were to fall to me at this point, but I'm definitely not taking James Cook this early. I'm not taking Ashen Genty
1:31this early. You know, these running backs are good. Uh, they are not running backs I want to be taking in the
1:36mid-first round. There are reasons that you'd be a little bit scared of all of them this early, but there's really no
1:42reason to be concerned with JSN and Ammon S. Brown. before uh we take this next tier of running backs. I do think
1:48those two should definitely be coming off the board. Um I guess the one thing you could be scared about with JSN is
1:54that um his coordinator is now gone. Uh head coach now of the Raiders and so that could be a concern, but you can go
2:01on the flip side and say, okay, well, Charbanet has a torn ACL that he's recovering from very fast. A lot of
2:07positive reports there, but it's not going to be healthy to start the season.
2:10Um, you have Ken Walker gone in Kansas City now and you've got Jarian Price as probably gonna be the lead back, but has
2:16zero role in the receiving game. And so their rushing success is probably going to go down. They're going to throw the
2:22running backs less often. Um, and they don't really have other wide receivers going to throw to. So, he's still going to have an insane target share. Um,
2:30really no reason to be avoiding him.
2:31Strong strength of schedule this season.
2:33Uh, probably don't have to convince you to be drafting uh, JSM. All right, put up the draft board here. So, uh, early
2:41for Bowowers and McBride. Not crazy early. We're going to see Bowowers go top 15, I think, in a lot of leagues.
2:47And we're going to see McBride go probably top 20. I'm off McBride this season. Uh, I just think there are too
2:53many mouths to feed on what is projected to be the worst team in the NFL. Uh, you've got Marv, you've got Michael
2:59Wilson, you've got Jeremiah Love, you've got Trey McBride. These are all very good players who all are going to command decent target shares. and you've
3:08gonna start the season with Brassette, but you're going to transition into Carson Beck. And once you transition into Carson Beck, they're going to drop
3:13back at a lower rate. They're probably going to play slower. They're probably going to score fewer points. All very bad things obviously in fantasy. Um they
3:21crushed last season in fantasy. A lot of these guys, number one, because Marv was injured for a portion of the season and
3:27that was when McBride was also going off. But number two, uh they dropped back a million times. I mean, it was
3:33crazy watching some of those games how they would just fall completely behind the second half. It was just pass attempt, pass attempt, pass attempt. And
3:39it's like maybe that happens again this year. But I don't think Brassette's going to like lead the league in pass attempts. And then I also don't think
3:46he'll be the quarterback all season. So I'm off McBride. I think he's a little bit too expensive. I want Bowers and I
3:51want uh Coulson Lovel at tight end. But anyways, those two go after us. Um so my receivers go off the board. Jefferson,
3:58Aman, Ra, CD Lamb, and Drake London. And then James Cook, Genty, and Achan are off the board. And also is Josh Allen.
4:06So, we drafted a wide receiver in the first round in this format. That tells us running back should be next. Uh, you
4:13still have a positive playoff rate of over expectation if you go wide receiver, wide receiver. You will have to draft running backs after that. And
4:20that is the big risk in a start like that. Sure, if rounds three, four, five, we hit on the running backs we want. We
4:26could build a great team. Um, at wide receiver right now, AJ Brown is a phenomenal pick. Uh, Nico Collins is a
4:32phenomenal pick. I don't know that like Pickkins, Olive, Devontto Smith should be taken in the middle of the second round. Uh, but AJ Brown and Nico Collins
4:39are both totally fine to be taking this early. Um the thing is if you take them and then there's a big run at running
4:45back, you could fall really behind and that could really just sink your draft early on because there's a huge cliff uh
4:53basically after um I would say after like Monty, but you could argue the cliff happens a relatively decent cliff happens after
5:02Javant Williams uh who would be the running back like 16 to 18 range. And once that occurs, like if it occurs
5:10before our next pick, then we're going to be looking at like Manungai as a running back, too. And that's a problem.
5:15Uh especially in a league where you could theoretically start uh up to four running backs. You want to have some running backs on your roster. So, we'll
5:22look at things here. Um my value has it basically tied and I still think we need to do a breakdown video between Saquon
5:29Barkley, Anamar, and Hampton. Um, so my projections have that basically even, um, strength of schedule-wise, it's definitely leaning Saquon Barkley, the
5:38easiest schedule for the Eagles, but the playoff schedule is brutal, and I don't want to overlook that, right? They have the easiest, by far the easiest schedule
5:45in the first 14 weeks of the season, and by far the hardest schedule in the fantasy playoffs. Well, I want to make
5:50it to the fantasy playoffs, and then I want to win when I get there. I don't know how much I want Saquon Barkley in
5:56that. So, that's something you have to keep in mind with that strength of the schedule. Um, I think if this were my
6:00league, I probably would go Amari and Hampton here. Um, the one concern with Hampton is that I genuinely believe they're going to use Katon Mitchell for
6:07like a 10 or 11 touch a game running back. And if that occurs, uh, there's just some risk that, uh, Hampton doesn't
6:14get the touches he needs. One thing with that is we don't know if it's going to happen. We don't know if Katon Mitchell
6:19can stay healthy. And we also really like the Chargers offense. I think they're going to score a ton of points.
6:25And I know that Hampton's going to be the goal line back. It can almost be like a a similarish situation to like
6:31Kairen Williams where, you know, Corm gets a lot of touches, but Kairen was still good in fantasy a lot of years
6:36because he scores a million touchdowns.
6:39If you're scoring touchdowns, you don't necessarily need all the other stuff.
6:42And we know Hampton's going to be more involved in the receiving game than Kiran. So, we love the offense. The receptions will be there. They won't be
6:48crazy, but they'll be there enough. And we also have what'll likely be a lot of touchdowns and a much more explosive
6:54player. So, Kiran is not explosive. He needs that volume to keep going. And Ryan Hampton can score an 80 yard touchdown anytime he touches the ball
7:00from the 20 yard line obviously, but he can score a touchdown from anywhere on the field in a way that Kiren can't. So
7:06there's still a lot of benefits obviously for Hampton or but yeah, I I just feel a lot better about him. Also,
7:10when it's close like this, you just want to lean towards a younger running back.
7:13Um perhaps it's possible that um you know, Saquon has a year like he had two years ago. It's unlikely that the Eagles
7:22are going to be the best team in the NFL by a mile. uh they're probably going to struggle this season without AJ Brown.
7:28Um so yeah, I I just think, you know, typically you want to lean towards youth when it says 50/50. Also, I've added in
7:34this trend. Uh we just don't have seven days of data yet. So soon you're going to be able to see um my um like how
7:41things are kind of moving uh like up or down for uh players here, but not yet uh because it hasn't been seven days yet
7:49for the run to do. All right, draft board. We go. We take Hampton. Uh, Saquon goes right after us. Chase Brown,
7:56Ken Walker. I think Chase Brown is also u, maybe I should have talked about him more. I think he's also in the mix to be
8:01taken at that spot. Um, we know that the offense is the same. And that's basically the value in Bengals players is nothing has changed. It's Burrow, T.
8:10Higgins, Jamar Chase, and Chase Brown with a rotation at three and rotation at tight end. That's just going to happen.
8:16So, we know where the volume is going to go. And Chase Brown doesn't really have any touch competition. He's going to
8:21have receptions. He's also explosive. Um maybe a lower touchdown ceiling than Marin Hampton. Like Hampton could could have 15 touchdowns a season if that
8:29offense hits and he stays healthy. Um Chase Brown just a little bit less likely because the Bengals are going to throw the ball to Jamar Chase and T.
8:37Higgins when they get in close in a way that you know like Lad and um Quinton Johnson are not Jamar Chase and T.
8:46Higgins. Like obviously Chase Higgins are better players. Uh, but I think he's definitely in that conversation. And maybe that video should be Chase Brown
8:52verse Saquon verse Amaran Hampton. I don't think anyone else is really in that conversation though. But he goes, uh, Ken Walker, Dererick Henry, and
9:00Jeremiah Love also off the board at wide receiver. Uh, it's Nico Pickkins, AJ Brown, Olive, and Rasheed Rice. And then, uh, Loveland also gone in round
9:09three along with Lamar Jackson. So, a tight end, we're basically done. I still don't know what I want to do with Tyler
9:17Warren. I see the path. I I see the opportunity of okay, uh, Alec Pierce might not be healthy for week one. So,
9:24they had he had foot surgery. It was like a four to six month timeline. We don't know yet. And it's trending
9:29towards like um that's kind of when he should be returning, but it is very concerning having a foot surgery that like is going to take him a lot of time
9:37to recover from. And he's like the only guy uh besides DS like Downs and we don't even know if D's going to play on
9:44the outside, but now he basically has to play on the outside. uh they have nothing. So, do they go into camp being
9:49like, "Okay, well, like training camp opens in July. Uh Alec Pierce is not expected to be cleared by then." Uh what
9:56if they're just like, "All right, Tyler Warren, you're basically our wide receiver one." Like, I think because that outcome is theoretically possible
10:02that he's not a bad pick. So, he I still think should be viewed in this lens of I want Bowers, I want Leland, I think I
10:10still want Warren, but after him, you just basically don't touch this range unless unless these guys go really late.
10:14Maybe KD. I like Kill a decent amount.
10:16Um, but after these guys, it's like just wait and either double dip or single dip at tight end. Don't be taking them in
10:22the middle rounds. But I I still think I I don't think he'll be a mustdraft player. But if this Alec Pierce timeline
10:27gets pushed and we're looking at Josh DS and no one else, a wide receiver, of course, they're going to go into camp
10:34understanding that and realizing that they need to give Warren 7, eight, nine targets a game. And if he's getting that, I mean, that's a lot of value in
10:42fantasy. He's also a great talent, but obviously not round three, so we're not going to take him right now. Uh, I did
10:47the video on Dev Mont Smith, so you guys know I like Damont Smith. Obviously, I like T. Higgins, uh, T McMillan. Uh,
10:54Neighbors, I've kind of said we're probably waiting until round five right now, just given the uncertainty, he could come back, he could look great in
11:03camp, and then we bump him up. But right now, because we don't know and an outcome still exists where maybe he's
11:10not healthy until like week four or week five, uh that's a problem in round three. We can't be taking him there. Um
11:17Garrett Wilson, Lad, we're going to have that problem with the offensive stack. I don't necessarily want to take Hampton and Lad unless Lad's a great value. Egg
11:24Bua we're going to love, but not necessarily in our three. So, I think it's still Smith Ty Higgins and Terry McLuren or um T McMillan. I like Terry
11:31McLuren, but not yet. Uh at running back, that's probably what I would lean towards. I wouldn't take a quarterback this early. Uh Data also has it pretty
11:39split in this format. Um again, it's going to adjust for that second flex spot. So, in a two running back, two
11:45wide receiver, two flex league where it's half PPR and 12 teams in the league. Uh and we go, you know, running
11:51back and receiver to start. Running back is a plus 10%, wide receiver is a plus 9% and quarterback and tight end are
11:58negative. So, it's a slight lean towards running back, but it's basically a 50/50 at this point in terms of playoff rate
12:04over expectation. I would go running back, though. Um, I think that there's enough picks, one, two, three, four, five, there's 10 picks that'll go by our
12:13pick and the next one, and I don't want to leave this range at running back, my second running back. I know there will
12:17be great wide receivers for us at the next pick. So, I would go one of Bree Hall or Travis Etien. um had someone in
12:25the comments argue against ETN saying like that uh Kamara is there. I'm currently operating under the assumption that Kamar will not be there. I just
12:33don't think they know what to do right now cuz Kamar means so much to this team. They can't cut him. He's already
12:39said he'll retire if they trade him. So, they're kind of stuck in no man's land being like I don't like I don't think
12:44the team wants Kamara to be like a feature weapon on the offense and I don't think they also want to throw him
12:49out there for like three opportunities a game and kind of like almost disrespect him in that way. I think they want
12:55Travis Etien to be that guy, but they don't know what to do with Camaro because they don't want to make him
13:00upset because again he means so much to this team. He's like a legend obviously in New Orleans. So, I think it's a tough
13:05spot, but I I don't think Kamara is going to be there and be a problem this season. If we get into July and he is,
13:10obviously, we'll go Bree Hall here. My projections do have Bree Hall right now, so it's probably what we'll end up just
13:16doing. Um, but yeah, I I think uh case to be made if Kamar is not there. And you got ETM with a very easy schedule, a
13:26bunch of dome games, playing fast, like just so much potential for opportunity here. I think the offense is going to be
13:33good as well. Uh so that's that. Also, LiveH helper definitely leaning towards uh running back. These tight end teams are teams that got one of the good tight
13:42ends in the next round. Um and this is based off data for top 25% of rosters.
13:48Uh and yeah, recommendation is Bree Hall as we would expect.
13:54So we'll take him Hampton Hall JSN.
13:58It's also nice having JSN because like he is basically like Almanra and where great wide receiver going to have an awesome season not going to be as like
14:08spike and dip, right? Justin Jefferson probably more spike and dip. Drake London spike and dip. CD Lamb might be because uh Pickkins is there. These are
14:18players who have 170 yard two touch on upside every time they step on the field. But they also have those weeks
14:25where they bottom out. JSN and Amanrad don't. And so when you go with these builds that have that one wide receiver
14:32to start and then kind of take running backs, it's really nice when that one wide receiver isn't going to dud. Anyone
14:37could get hurt. And maybe JSN duds more than we think this season, but it's unlikely that he has a season where he's
14:44posting a bunch of dud games and that's really beneficial when you take them in round one. Same thing with like Puka and
14:49Jamar Chase, assuming that Burrow stays healthy. I mean, you kind of have to say assuming their quarterback stays healthy for all of the early run quarterbacks or
14:56running wide receivers. Okay. Uh, after Bree Hall, Kiran, Etienne, Javvante, Jacobs, Trayvon, Bucky, Swift all off the board. And that was our fear if we
15:07didn't have two running backs by this point that people are going to take running back and we're going to have this cliff happen and we don't want to
15:12be there. So, we're good with taking Bree Hall at that spot. T. Higgins, Devontto Smith, and uh, Malik Neighbors also off the board. quarterbacks and no
15:20tight ends. So again, tight ends Warren, but we're not going to take him in round four. Quarterback top options are Drake
15:27May, Jaden Daniels. Uh we're not going to take them in round four as well.
15:31We'll start considering it in five.
15:32Loving it in round six. At running back, um I like Scataboo. I don't know about the health yet. It's just too early to
15:39know. I also want to kind of talk about um uh Bucky. At this point, we don't know health statuses at this point. We
15:48are in OTAAS. We are in like mini camps.
15:51We're in times where, you know, guys are out there running routes and they're out there taking handoffs, right? There are no pads. There is no hitting. There is
16:00no real defense being played. It's all like soft coverage. So, there's nothing you can take away with Bucky. He returned to practice and and that's
16:07obviously a very positive thing for his recovery. But we don't know if there's something out there that's like, yeah, I mean, even when camp start in July, we
16:15could see him walk out there with a a red jersey being like, "Don't hit him, right?" Like, we don't know the status
16:20of these players in terms of can they actually take a hit? Can they actually be out there for a full practice?
16:26Because these practices are so light.
16:27There's nothing really going on in them.
16:29Like, obviously, they're not light in the sense that like if you were I went out there, like, we'd be gassed. We'd be
16:34cooked. We wouldn't be able to to keep up. But these are not like joint practices. These are not uh you know 11
16:39on 111 where there's full tackling, full defense, full everything. Like when you add tackling in it adds a completely different component especially for these
16:48guys returning from injury. So with Bucky, with Scataboo, even with Judkins, we will know a lot more in July, basically where they're at. With that
16:56being said, um positive that Bucky was out there, positive that Scataboo is out there. Um positive that Judkins report the other day that he looks really
17:04explosive. I would say among those three, Judkins is the one I'm a little bit least concerned with. Um, he is the
17:11best talent among the three. Um, he is the most athletic among the three. Um, he is the one I would expect to recover
17:17the best from this injury and he is the one that I think has the most upside to be maybe not featured because I think
17:24um, Don Samson's going to be there and have a role, but the guy that can have like, you know, 20 touches per game. I
17:30don't think the Buckeyy's getting 20 touches per game. I think they know that he broke down um each of the last like
17:35two seasons. Um more more so last season he broke down a lot more. Um but I think in his rookie season it was more a
17:42function of like he was playing well.
17:44They were in this insane playoff push where they had to win every single game and they didn't have anyone else that
17:50they really wanted to use.
17:52Last season obviously he's not healthy at any point and so they're like okay like that's a concern that can he stay
17:57healthy has this major injury multiple really honestly major injuries. Um, and then this season they bring in Gainwell and Gainwell is a player they love, they
18:06want to get touches to, they want to use in the receiving game. He's not going anywhere. So Gainwell is going to be a
18:11problem. Sean Tucker's going to be a problem at the goal line. So that's the concern there. The concern with Scataboo is more so uh coach leaves and the coach
18:19loved him, was giving him touches. What do they do now? Um, the concern is also Ty Tracer Jr. is like a good running
18:24back. Uh and the injury there was a lot more gruesome uh than you know people realize. Like it was a pretty brutal
18:32injury. Takes a long time to recover from. We don't know. Will the the already athleticism was very low uh be a
18:38little bit lower now? We don't know. Uh so personally I still feel like Judkins is a little bit more so the play. My
18:45projections have it barely as Scataboo and I think just because he projects as a better fantasy player. he projects as someone who could have four, five, six
18:56reception games in the way that Judkins kind of can't. Uh, but in terms of my confidence in the player hitting a
19:03ceiling, I would say it's still Judkins, but it's got to be Judkins here. Those are the two players uh that I would kind
19:09of put uh over there. Oh, did I finally Yeah, I did finally fix this. Um, it finally deletes when you put a player
19:16up. Uh, at least I think it does. Put a player up for the queue and they get drafted. Okay. Um, Tet is still on the
19:25board. Garrett Wilson still on the board. Lad's still on the board. Very unfortunately for Garrett Wilson and for Lad though, uh, we got these exclamation
19:32points because we have Bree and we have Hampton. Um, I keep getting the comments, so that's why I keep mentioning this in these videos. The
19:38reason I don't want to involve multiple is just the risk. Yes, in weeks where the Jets do really well, sure, maybe you
19:47want to have Bree Hall and Garrett Wilson, but it's marginal. Like there's going to be weeks where those two picks would have done well anyways. It's the
19:53bad weeks, the weeks where they score 10, 13 points, that they don't move the ball offensively, that they both have to
19:59play in bad weather, that they both have to play really bad defense. You have a lot more weeks where two of your top
20:05round picks bottom out. And that's going to lead to a lot more losses for you over the long run that you wouldn't have
20:11had if you didn't just correlate two of your picks together. What if there's a quarterback injury as well? Like what if
20:17things happen, the offensive line falls apart, maybe you invested in the Chargers last season, you're like, "Let's go. I got Hampton and Lad and the
20:22offensive line fell apart." Well, now they both don't really work out and now your whole team takes a huge hit on
20:28correlated plays and it doesn't really benefit you that much to stack unless you're in something like underdog. So, don't do it. Don't be drafting multiple
20:35of these guys early on. So, if you love Lad, you love Garrett Wilson, that can be a reason to lean away from Hampton or
20:40Breeze Hall early on. Um, with that being said, I would still just take T over them because I have T projected
20:47higher. Um, ADP is higher. Live ADP is higher. Everything is just higher for T McMillan. Projection is higher. Um, we're also leaning wide receiver over
20:56running back, but it's barely. It's still positive taking both of them. Um, I'll really want Iuka in the next one. I
21:03think IA is going to be a mustdraft player this season. I'm starting to warm up to him a lot. Um, I think I might
21:08boost his projection a little bit more.
21:10I want us to be getting a lot of him.
21:12Um, we're getting like we're getting like Pete Cooper Cup vibes. Like the way that they're talking on this offense is like get the football to a mecha Ibuka
21:21every single play that you can. Um, I don't know like Evans being gone, Godwin being there, but like I think we all
21:30realize that Godwin is not what he used to be. I'm just saying there's a lot of upside for Luca this season, but I'd
21:37still take Tet over him. So it would be TT if we went for there. I don't know what the move is here. Um top teams take
21:46wide receiver in this spot given how we've started. So nice knowing that. And when I say top teams that is given all
21:53this data that we have, you guys are doing like tons and tons and tons of mock draft on the site. How do not only
21:59your teams but computer teams as well, how do they turn out gradewise when they start off certain ways and then what do
22:05they take next? And so I look at the top 25% of these graded teams. a lot of them given the start are taking wide
22:10receiver. Uh that can give us some sort of insight into what can happen in future rounds depending on what you do.
22:16So I think that's probably the play. Um I'd be totally fine um almost doing like a a shield. It's it's a weird strategy
22:24you kind of play in your mind sometime, but it's like well if I leave Ted on the board, it's just another wide receiver.
22:28If I really want Igbuka, if I take T now's only two ahead of him. Um I guess by ADP there's four ahead of him here.
22:37Um, but you know, you leave him on the board. It's like someone else takes Tet, then Garrett, then Lad, maybe Z, and I
22:43can get Igbuka in the next round because I would love to get like a Judkins and Igbuka. But I'd also be totally fine
22:47taking Tet and Ibuka as well. And so I think that's what we should be doing with this one. All right, what happens?
22:55We're not getting Ibuka, unfortunately.
22:57Uh, so we take T. Uh, Judkins, Scataboo go back to back. Dave Montgomery goes and then no other running backs off the
23:02board. Garrett Wilson, Ibuka, Lad, Zay, Terry McLuren, and Devont Adams gone.
23:07Uh, we've got Tyler Warren gone, Harold Fannon gone, Jane Daniels gone. Uh, so a lot of picks that we like, definitely
23:13off the board. Um, tight end is now a positive if we wanted to start taking it, but it would be Warren. We're
23:21definitely not taking Tucker Craft, Sam Leaporta, uh, anything like that. At wide receiver, Burton is a good pick. um
23:30J Mo, but I like JMO a lot more in um basketball formats. Mike Evans is a good pick. Jaylen Wadd is a good pick, but
23:40I don't know that we need to go there. I would say for this round, Luther Burton is the player with, you know, a lot of
23:49upside, very high floor because of the offense that he's on. I would say we would just take him among our options.
23:56Um, Bashaw Tutin I think is clearly the best running back and probably the player we're gonna end up going with here. Um, we have this foot injury for
24:05Chris Rodriguez that looks relatively major. Thing is, they're expecting him back in camp and so it could be one of those things that kind of pushes Tuton
24:13up. He goes way down. We look at first day of training camp, Chris Rodriguez is out there. They're hyping him up like
24:20they have been all off seasonason and we're like, "Oh, okay. He's actually fine." And then everything goes back to normal. Uh having said that, Tuin was
24:27someone that we really really liked as a rookie um because of the explosiveness, the ability to force miss tackles, the ability in the receiving game.
24:37The fear with Chris Rodriguez is you have that early down grinder. Chris Rodriguez was not going to catch any passes this season. He might have like
24:42five receptions, but he's a good early down grinder. He's good at the goal line, and the coach loves him. Um so that's a concern, but we also don't
24:51necessarily know how good Chris Rodriguez is. uh we don't know this foot injury like how major it's going to be.
24:58And then another concern is um you know Lquin Allen Jr. is a really good like receiving prospect but it's prospected like he didn't prove last season he
25:06could earn his way onto the field. They talk about wanting him but we don't know. Tuin is still a very high-end
25:12prospect himself. He had a decent not great but decent rookie season and they have talked about kind of using not as a
25:18feature back but like him being a huge part of the offense. This is also an offense I want to attach myself to. So,
25:23when we have running backs, a fallback can be who do they play for? Like the touchdowns can't be there if you're on a
25:29terrible team. Uh there's a little bit more risk being on a terrible team.
25:31Honestly, someone like Bruce Hall just has more risk inherently with him because you don't know how good the offense is going to be. Jacksonville is
25:37going to be good. They have a great coach, a really strong quarterback, great wide receivers. They're going to be a very good offense. And so even if
25:45you have this outcome where Tuin isn't necessarily as amazing, well, he's on a great team and he can just still be very
25:53involved, have a lot of positive positive game scripts. Um there's a lot of yards to go around, there's touchdowns to go around, he can just
25:59have a good season even if Chris Rodriguez and Quinn Allen are used more than we want. And I also look at things
26:04and I say, "Okay, I'm off price this season." Uh Stevenson, okay, but kind of a floor play for Stevenson. Chuba, I'm off this season
26:12and I already have Tet, so I wouldn't go there. And then you're down to like Paul or Jaylen Warren, Manung Guy, Harvey.
26:18It's like I just don't want these guys in my starting lineup. Uh I'm pretty good with Tutin in my starting lineup.
26:23So I think you go with Tutin, you hope that Drake May is there in the next round and you take him. Uh or you
26:29basically go with one of these really strong wide receivers. Wide receiver is going to start to fall off. Uh but at
26:34the end of the day, projections uh lean towards Stutton. Draft strategy leans towards Stut. I would just go there. So we'll take him. pulled up the draft
26:43board and what do you know? Uh Drake May is not on the board. Neither is Burrow.
26:48Neither is Jaylen Herz. So that's unfortunate. Uh only price goes at running back, but because we took the end of a tier, which is great. You
26:55always want to be taking the end of a tier at running back. Um wide receivers, uh the unfortunate ones are all gone as well. Uh Jaylen Wadd,
27:03Luther Burton, J Mo, Mike Evans, and DJ Moore. Uh we would have wanted most of them. So, not a great spot for us. We're
27:13not going tight end yet again. It is still negative and we're in this tier we don't want. Wide receiver Dun's of
27:17value. I don't know what's going to happen here. Um, the way he's talking about this like foot callous thing where basically the the bone is healing funny
27:26and he's going to learn how to run with it. Um, I think people going to make more of this than they need to, but
27:33we'll see. Like basically, if if we get reports out of training camp, and again, training camp is late July. what we're
27:39what we're going to see right now in the coming weeks. It's not training camp.
27:42This is just like getting your feet wet for these teams. Uh real training camp starts. I don't know when. It's different for every team. Uh I should
27:50probably look up the exact dates, but it's basically like the late teens typically late teens, early 20s in July on through the end of August. That's
27:58when we really start to trust reports.
28:00If there's reports that he's out there like limping around, he's not as good at route running, like he doesn't look that
28:05great. Yeah, we're going to back off.
28:06Uh, I think right now I would utilize these reports to capitalize on a very talented player on a great offense who's
28:13going to be out there every single play.
28:14So, I would probably just take a Dunay.
28:16Um, yeah, I I don't I don't want these running backs here. And Caleb is is viable, but we could also go with
28:26Herbert or Trevor Lawrence. I'm fine with that as my stack. So, I'm fine if in round seven we go Herbert or Lawrence
28:32and we have a quarterback and a um a running back. That sort of correlation is okay because I'm basically just saying I think the Chargers and the
28:39Jaguars are going to be good and those down weeks don't hurt you as much because it's unlikely there's that many weeks where the Chargers and the Jaguars
28:48lay an egg on a both passing and running. That's not going to happen that often. It's more so when it's two
28:55skilled players together that it's a problem for the quarterback and the running back to both do nothing. Like you really had a bad game and that's not
29:02going to happen super often. It'll happen at a similar rate as if we decorrelated it. Like Jackson Dart and Bree Hall, we'll say, are probably going
29:10to have duds at the same rate as Bree Hall and the quarterback together if the quarterback were the same value as
29:15Jackson. Probably not a good value.
29:16Should just done that. Trevor Lawrence right above him. But Trevor Lawrence and 2in are going to correlate for bad games at a pretty similar rate as 2in and
29:25Jackson Dart, but uh Hampton and Lad might correlate a little bit more negatively in those bad games if that makes sense. Um just
29:35because like they're going to be games where the offense doesn't do that great, but Herbert still runs for a little bit,
29:40throws one touchdown to Quinton, but you still have Lad and Hampton not doing very well.
29:46So, uh, we're going to take Roman Dunce starting lineup right now because we've now filled our running back, receiver, and flex. Even at running back and
29:55receiver, which we always like to do with D-risisks oursel, Hampton, Bree Hall, JSN, Tet McMillan, Bashell Tuin, and Rome Adun. Um, pull up the draft
30:05board.
30:08We did have three quarterbacks, but Dart was thrown in there. So Dart, Herbert, and Dak are all off the board, which
30:13means we will have a quarterback we can take if we want to in this round. Uh, Chuba, and Jaylen Waron, and then a
30:20decent amount of wide receivers. Uh, Christian Watson, Carell Tate, Jordan Tyson, Marv, Alec Pierce, who again I would not be drafting right now. Uh, and
30:29then DK Metaf. I just I wouldn't draft Pierce until it's more common knowledge about his foot surgery and his ADP starts to go down because people are not
30:36really factoring it in right now. Yeah, Caleb is still on the board. I think you just take him with this pick and you
30:41make a bet on uh the Bears offense being good. Um if you wanted to take running back, it would be Stevenson. It would be
30:47Pard. Um I don't want to say tier above, but a decent amount above um Manungi and I think a tier above these other guys.
30:53Um wide receiver wouldn't hate taking a shot on Brian Thomas getting glowing reports.
31:01Again, no pads. Brian Thomas is kind of a player who gets those glowing reports when there's no physicality involved. Uh the the question last season was not is
31:10he physically gifted, it was will he run a route over the middle of the field and actually extend to catch the ball if he
31:16knows he's going to get hit. And the answer last season was no, he's not doing that.
31:22Sure, anyone will run over the middle of the field when there's no tackling.
31:26Where's the risk there? You know, you're not going to be impacted and you're just running there in street clothes. Well, not street clothes, but you know, shorts
31:31and a t-shirt. Like, we'll see once camp opens up. Does he have that same mentality over the middle of the field?
31:39Hopefully he does. The hope is that Brian Thomas Jr. is, you know, what we thought he was going into last season
31:45and we can start taking him earlier, but we don't know if that's the case yet.
31:48But he's still a good pick here. Um, good upside play and honestly, he's definitely like a I would probably put the same tier as
31:57like Mai and Parker, but definitely ahead of like Sutton, Addison, Jane Reed, like all these guys. Definitely definitely ahead of them.
32:05still not going to go with tight end. So again, I would probably just go quarterback. It's still technically negative right now, but I think we're at
32:13a range now, mid-seth round, where I would just take Caleb Williams. He's capable of having a really high-end season. And if we do hit on the Bears
32:20being a good offense, I kind of hit on these two, and I don't think the negativity uh impacts us too much there.
32:26All right, after we take Caleb Stevenson, Rico, and Manunga are gone at running back. Uh Bon Knicks also off the board at quarterback. And then we see
32:34Tucker Krafco and then Mai Parker, Brian Thomas, Addison, and Sutton are gone.
32:40So, we're in this next tier of wide receiver. I don't know how much I love this range and they're all the same.
32:46Literally, like Reed, Michael Wilson, Meyers, Godwin, DS, Quinton, like all these guys. I would say Golden could
32:55throw in there. Um, Pearl Pitman probably down to there.
33:05It feels like the same pick. It feels like, you know, a wide receiver, too, on a team that a lot of these are like
33:12decent offenses. Uh, some of these are like quality athletic players that have upside, but none of them are likely to finish as like a top 15 wide receiver.
33:23Um, basically it kind of ended with um it ended with like Parker Mai and uh Brian Thomas. I don't even know if we
33:32can really throw Mai into the, you know, ability to be top 15 receiver this season. So, we're not in a great range
33:38for wide receiver. Um, also, it's even with running back. I probably would just lean running back at this spot. And we've got Paul being a value. We're at
33:45pick 90. He goes, um, 80p is 77. uh live ADP 85 my rank 59 here. So I mean
33:56obviously in a good spot. Uh we got a report recently that they're basically saying like pollin spears are the you know bellcow running backs on this team.
34:05Um that's obviously a little bit of hype. I mean it's the coach saying it but it's a little bit of hype because
34:10you can't have two bell cows. Obviously like a bellcow is typically like the one running back. Um, I don't know what to
34:16do with Singleton, but it's such a bad rookie class and he's still coming off this this injury, this foot injury. My
34:24gut says he's really not going to mix in at all. Like, he's really going to be like a punt returner or kickoff
34:29returner. I don't know if he's going to do punts, a kickoff returner. He's going to mix in a little bit in the offense,
34:34but it's basically going to be Pard and Spears. And if Per plays like he did for portions of last season and this offense
34:41plays better, having more, you know, um obviously Cardinal Tate's going to really help having year two um for Ward.
34:50There's upside here in a way that there isn't for many of the players going a little bit later. I mean, there's upside
34:55for some of these running backs, but like I think you would lock in what is still theoretically a starting running back as your running back four.
35:02Okay, round nine. Well, in round eight and round nine kind of turned here. It was Corm Harvey Dobbins and Gainwell go uh
35:12Ferguson and Daltton Concade off the board. Mahomes off the board and then Godwin, Michael Wilson, Jaden Reed, Jacobe Myers, and Ricky Pearl. So,
35:21running back, we like Brooks, we like White. I still don't know what to do with White. So, JCM has an injury
35:30right now and is not going to catch passes. Problem with White is Jane Daniels isn't going to throw to running backs that much. So, his best attribute
35:36isn't going to be that used. And people are like, "Oh, like what if, you know, Chris Erdiggas is gone and what if JCM
35:41is hurt? Like, White's a featured running back." I don't know. They could still add someone. Like, I feel like they could still go out and sign another
35:46running back. Uh, and Rashad White's not like that good of a running back. So, I don't know. And there's really I mean,
35:53this is a pretty big drop off. Like, I'd be cool handcuffing um Amarian Hampton.
35:58Um, you see down here also we have like the handcuff icons. So, I'd be totally fine handcuff like Rodriguez, Keen Mitchell. I'm good with handcuffs if you
36:06want to handcuff your starter. I wouldn't draft like probably more than one, but I'm cool handcuffing them. But Brooks is definitely the highest upside
36:13running back play available. Um, he's coming off two torn ACLs. We've seen him get like what, less than 30 touches. It
36:21might be less than 20 touches as an NFL running back. Might be less than 10. I say he barely has any touches right now.
36:28Uh, but he was an amazing talent coming in. Reports right now, again, they're too early to actually know are that he
36:34does look very good, that he is healthy.
36:37There is a world where you're kind of drafting this time of year. You're like, okay, what could happen in training camp? What could happen in real training
36:43camp is that he goes out there, looks healthy, is using the receiving game, and we're like, wait a minute, who's the
36:48starter between him and Chuba? I still think it's going to be Chuba, but that outcome exists for Jonathan Brooks the way it kind of doesn't for any of these
36:55other running backs. So, Brooks definitely an option. We're not going to go, "Wow, Trevor Lawrence still on the board." Uh, which kind of bakes into
37:02that idea like, okay, this is what I'm playing with. Who Who is in this top tier of quarterback right now? It's Josh Allen,
37:10Lamar Jackson, Jaden Daniels, and Drake May. I think it's those four. I think if you want to throw Burrow and Herz in
37:19there, you can. But I feel like if you don't draft one of those four, maybe I shouldn't draft Caleb because if I'm
37:25getting Trevor Lawrence two rounds later, I mean, Trevor Lawrence is set up exceptionally well this season. I guess maybe I'm only saying that because he's
37:34there. I think Pertie set up really well. I wouldn't necessarily want to drop down in a one quarterback league to this like Goff, Kyler, Baker, Stafford,
37:41Chuck range. So maybe this is just that I I got a little bit lucky with the ADPs having like Lawrence and Perie kind of
37:48still available. But I don't know. I feel like it's one of those four or you wait. But I guess I got a good value on
37:54on Caleb. So I think it's probably fine.
37:56Any who wouldn't draft them. Uh KD's definitely an option at this spot. So it's KD, it's Jonathan Brooks. Um I don't think I would go wide receiver at
38:06this spot. I think I would still kind of wait. I'm go with JST and Adun as my receivers right now. And then I'll
38:11probably fill more of the bench with some of the later options at receiver.
38:15Uh so who would we take between KD and Brooks if we wait? Cuz KD it looks like the Achilles tear was like one of the more
38:27minor Achilles tear that you can have basically. Um and that he has recovered really nicely.
38:33We know he's going to take care of himself very well. We know that he's a great tight end that if he wasn't coming
38:38off this Achilles, he'd be going a lot earlier. and he has so much more upside than all these other tight ends. So, I
38:44feel like I want to just say, you know what, Brooks is still relatively unlikely to hit. Let's go with KD. I think that's the play. I think you
38:52should go with KD.
38:54Be We almost actually got Brooks in the next pick. Um go with KD, I think, is is the right move there. All right. Yeah,
38:59we do that and then I'm just going to take Josh Downs because he's definitely the best wide receiver still on the
39:04board. Um and then we'll pull up the draft board after that. So, we took KD.
39:09Uh, we took KD and then we took Josh Downs in rounds nine and rounds 10. Uh, can Kade and Dallas Goddard come off the
39:16board? Uh, Perie Lawrence and Stafford come off the board. Decent amount of running backs and wide receivers also gone. I mashed Josh DS here because he's
39:25another player where I'm like, okay, heading into this offseason, we didn't necessarily know about this foot injury, foot surgery for um, Alec Pierce. It was
39:33like, well, if DS plays on the outside and he's in two wide receiver sets, he's going to crush. with this injury. I
39:37don't see how they don't plan for Josh Towns to be on the outside. And he was a wide receiver. If you guys remember when
39:43he came out, I loved him. Like the prospect model liked him. Uh honestly, the year two model loved him after his
39:48rookie season. Like everything indicates he's a great talent. Maybe not someone who can finish, you know, as a wide receiver one, but someone who absolutely
39:56can be like so consistent that you're always loving him in your flex spot. And to get a wide receiver like that as our
40:01four, I think is just too strong to pass up. if you wanted to go I think Quinton was still on the board. Um yeah, Quinton
40:09was still on the board. If you wanted to go Quinton there, that would also be fine. All right. Um we're not going to
40:15go I don't think we can go with the backup tight end. I think if you were drafting, you know, a week before the
40:19season and you knew KD wasn't playing, obviously you do. Drafting this early, I would just wait, be like, "Oh no, KD's
40:24not going to play week one." And just drop your worst bench player and pick up a tight end who can stream for the first
40:29week against a bad defense. I wouldn't sit with two tight ends just because of of KD here. I think KD, you know, would
40:36be your starter when playing. So, I would have two if it was like Mark Andrews Likely Gadston Strange Hunter Henry, Sadique, and you don't
40:43really know who's going to be good.
40:44Double dip there. Uh, you're going to play KD over all those guys when he's out there. So, you don't need to double
40:48dip if you have KD. All right. Um, wide receiver is fine. I mean, they're all basically the same. Jayen Higgins, Coker, Shakir,
41:00uh, McMillan, Travis Hunter, Diggs if he signs somewhere, Denzel Boston if you like him as a prospect. Um, a lot of
41:08similar bets that basically none of them are going to be great. Uh, but some of them could get by for you. Um, I think
41:15the better play is probably just I mean, I guess ADPwise we're at 127. If I was in a really competitive league, I would probably
41:25just take Katon Mitchell here and be like, you know, someone's gonna end up taking him. Odds are he won't be drafted, but I do have some of the
41:34computers simulating what I would do, which means that some of these computers might end up taking Katon Mitchell. Um, like I said before, he can get, you
41:41know, 10, 11 touches per game. That's not something you could save a lot of these guys. And he is highly efficient.
41:46So, his 10 or 11 is almost worth 15 to some of these other backs. So, he's a great pick in the spot and it's a great
41:51handcuff. if Hampton went down, you know, I can kind of fill in that running back value. So, he's a great pick in
41:56this range. Uh, probably the only running back I would take here. So, I would say take him or take Jaden Higgins. Um,
42:05I don't know.
42:08I would probably just risk it. I would just say, "All right, let's take Jaden Higgins. Let's hope that Katon is there." Okay, Katon is there. Now, we
42:15take Katon Mitchell. We've got two bench players before we go defense and kicker.
42:20Um, I I'm not a fan of the double dip at quarterback unless I waited a really long time. So, I would probably just
42:27keep splitting running back and receiver. Grab like someone else's handcuff and we'll do Travis Hunter.
42:32We'll do Travis Hunter first and then we'll do probably Shawn Tucker. I also wouldn't hate going like Naji here um and saying, you know, Naji had a lot of
42:44time to recover. So, he tore the Achilles really early in the season. So, he's had plenty of time to kind of get
42:50back. Um, if there's an injury in training camp, a big injury, Naji will be a guy that an NFL team will look at
42:57because coaches like that he gets the tough yards. They know that he's been productive. Like, he is someone that like will legitimately um get touches.
43:07He's also someone that no one's going to draft. And so, you could very easily just say, "Okay, well, I'll just start
43:11defense and kicker a little bit early."
43:13Um, look at let's say, yeah, it was the Eagles. I still need to add in who these matchups are. The Eagles have a great opening schedule and
43:22are a very, very good defense. So, I would just say go Eagles, go with whatever kicker you want, uh, and then
43:30go and take uh, Naji Harris after that.
43:32I won't take him. So, we can just pull up the draft board. Um, because I just like this view a little bit more than
43:37the end one, but we're going to take Naji with this last pick. Um, and that's the squad. I think it turned out really
43:44nicely. So at wide receiver, JSN, Tet Rome, Josh DS, Jaden Higgins, and Travis Hunter. Running back, we've got Marin
43:54Hampton, Murice Hall, Bashel Tu in, Tony Pard, and Katon Mitchell with handcuff to Marin Hampton. And then we've got Kale Williams. We've got George KD. And
44:02we're going to have Naji after that draft him. And we will see uh we'll see
44:09if it liked anything differently. Um, yeah, no major misses. How about that?
44:16So, this section would populate, as you've seen in other videos, with what the computer thinks, hey, had you gone with this pick in this round, you would
44:25have had a better score because of what plays out uh kind of after that, we didn't have any major misses. So,
44:32excellent. Uh, again, there is the team with some of the values that we had. And I'll pull up um the draft board here so
44:41you guys can see that um I'm covering, you know, Drake London, uh James Cook, Brock Bowers, and Timmy Pride in the
44:48upper corner. Again, free. So you guys can do these mockdrafts for free, uh all off season. Um test out different strategies, test out, um there's options
45:00for I'll go back to the mockdraft here.
45:03There's options for dynasty if you want to test out a startup or a rookie draft.
45:08There's an option to do auction now, um, which I'm still fine-tuning a little bit. Uh, there's options to change quarterback tendencies, change roster.
45:17If you want to set presets, so you're like, "Ah man, I don't want to go in and set my three league every time, just set
45:22it as a preset." And also keeper mode.
45:24So if you want to practice your keeper leagues, just add a keeper. Say, "Okay, I have the seventh pick. I have uh Jir
45:31Gibbs in the seventh round. All right, let's practice this. We'll start a new one. And it's going to say, all right, I
45:39locked in Jir Gibbs in this round. And also, if the computers have that locked in, so I gave it to myself, but if you
45:46want to put it in for the computers, they will draft with that knowledge. So, the computer that saves Gibbs in round
45:51seven understands that they have Gibbs and they're more likely, not guaranteed, but they're more likely to draft a wide receiver. They're still going to like
45:59take Bean Robinson if they have the number one pick. But, uh, they're going to look at it and be like, "Okay, I
46:03already have Gibbs. How can I optimize my team around that?" Uh, so if you're in a keeper league, you definitely want
46:09to be playing with that turned on. And I believe the preset will allow you to save that. Yeah, you can save that here
46:15as well. So, mock draft your hearts away. Uh it's thefanty footballadvice.com, but if you want to go directly there, it's tools.thefanty
46:22footballadvice.com.
46:24Um I will eventually get the site converted over to the regular site. Uh but I'm not ready to do that just yet.
46:30So uh let me know what you think about the team in the comments section below.
46:33Uh that'll do it for this one. Thank you all for watching. Subscribe on YouTube or Spotify if you are new here.
