0:00Number two coaching change is Mike
0:02McDaniel replacing Greg Roman as the
0:04Chargers offensive coordinator. And I'm
0:07just going to add in here that the
0:08offensive line should be much healthier.
0:10In terms of combination of difference
0:12from last season to this season, when
0:15you start with the coaching change and
0:17you end with a healthy offensive line,
0:20the hope is that the Chargers look
0:21completely different. They just look far
0:24more explosive and just look like a much
0:27more complete offense. Mike McDaniel is
0:29going to be more creative. He's going to
0:30run more play action, more motion.
0:33There's going to be more explosive
0:34plays. The run game's going to be more
0:35efficient. You have an elite quarterback
0:37and now healthy offensive line. A
0:38plethora of skill players. I mean, they
0:40have skill players up and down the board
0:41at all positions. Running back, wide
0:43receiver, and tight end are all pretty
0:46stacked. They're clearly above average
0:48at all of them. And so, that's going to
0:50open up the playbook. So, if people are
0:52underrating how good the Chargers
0:53offense is, well, also underrating how
0:56good Mike McDaniel is. If this offense
0:59can stay healthy, we could be talking
1:00about multiple league winners here. And
1:03the efficiency, that's going to go way
1:04up cuz yards per attempt wise, Mike
1:06McDaniel quarterbacks absolutely crush
1:08it. Herbert's probably going to set a
1:10career record this season or like a
1:11career high in yards per pass attempt.
1:14And that's going to flow to everyone
1:15else. So, there's going to be more
1:17yardage, more touchdowns. In terms of my
1:19like interest level in their players
1:21given their current ADP,
1:23I do think it's Keaton Mitchell number
1:24one round 13. I just think the potential
1:27value you're getting that late is really
1:30strong. Lad McConkey in round four is an
1:32exceptional pick. He's a great pick in
1:34round four. Justin Herbert at the round
1:357-8 turn if you miss on that top end of
1:37quarterback, I might start just calling
1:39Herbert the end of that top end of
1:41quarterback because he's going to have a
1:42great season. Amari Hampton in round
1:45two, I prefer the mid second round to
1:47the early second round where he goes on
1:49some platforms. He's going at like
1:50basically the one two turn. Quentin
1:52Johnston round 8-9 turn, you want want
1:55take a shot on him. Gastón in round 12,
1:57Trey Harris around 17, and Njoku around
1:5918. Gadsden in a 12-team league. Trey
2:02Harris, David Njoku, more best ball
2:05picks. But again, I would be willing to
2:06draft literally all of those players
2:09because the upside of this offense is
2:11immense, and we could see multiple
2:13league winners given those ADP's.
