Insight page
PositiveRole0:23

Kyron Williams was acquired as an RB3 to address roster depth issues and provide a capable backup running back option.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup0:38

The Rams' acquisition of Miles Garrett and potential return of Aaron Donald could benefit Kyron Williams by creating a dominant defense that leads to more possessions and clock-killing situations favoring the run game.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:41

Kyron Williams could push for 15-16 touchdowns in 2025 if the Rams' red zone approach shifts away from Devonta Adams and back to the run game.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:41

Kyron Williams had 1500 yards and 10 touchdowns last year and should be a back-end RB1 again this season, with potential to reach 20 points per game if the Rams offense takes a step forward.

Analyst remains bullish on Kyron Williams as a back-end RB1, noting he should maintain that tier despite another analyst wanting to sell him.

Malik Willis came to life and is one of three quarterbacks on a contending roster alongside Patrick Mahomes and Dak Prescott.

Insight page

1:02We're going to talk about a lot of different Dynasty trades, take some questions and answers, or take some questions, give some
1:09answers using the stream tool on the FF Dynasty website.
1:12Obviously, we've had some news with the AJ Brown trade, so we could certainly pick up right there.
1:17But then we've got a whole list of questions here that you could see through the website.
1:23You can go straight over there, go to the live stream and add questions.
1:27It's got all your information here, so we've got some loaded, rocked and ready to roll.
1:32So we're going to be doing a lot of question answering that way.
1:36But I did want to start here with some AJ Brown conversation.
1:40Look, got traded to the Patriots. We kind of knew it.
1:44But now we've had, you know, if we're looking at the crowdsource rankings, Devonta Smith is now ahead of AJ Brown in our crowdsource rankings.
1:51So we've had some movement there. But, you know, the comments, what's up?
1:56Everybody over there, appreciate you. AJ Brown. Let's do a couple of swipes real quick on AJ Brown just to see where we're at.
2:03Obviously, gets traded to New England Patriots. All right.
2:06AJ Brown, super flex, tight end premium. We're all going Tucker Craft, right?
2:10OK, good. All right. Yes. All right. I thought you were going to troll me for a second there.
2:16We're all we're all AJ Brown, correct? All right.
2:19Or all all Tucker Craft, correct? Tucker Craft. Yeah, we'll do that.
2:23All right. Baker Mayfield or AJ Brown. Now, this is quarterback and we're talking super flex and there's not another quarterback in the deal.
2:30This is just kind of value vacuum situation. And, you know, we're looking at AJ Brown and, you know, does this help
2:37hurt or neutralize his situation as far as the player that he is?
2:41I guess is the first question here. I'd say it helps.
2:45You'd say it helps. I say that. I don't see how you I don't see how it doesn't help.
2:51This is this is a better situation. Much by far.
2:54By far. Why? Why? Why? By far. Yeah. Why?
2:57By far. By far. I think it's great. It's crazy.
3:00Drake. Drake May is the most accurate deep ball passer in the NFL.
3:04And he was operating in that function as the most deep, accurate deep ball passer in the NFL.
3:10Doing that with Kayshaun Boutte. Kyle Williams was catch and run, but he was doing that with a less than stellar cast of characters.
3:17Even this version of AJ Brown at 29 years old with, you know, the questions about his knees and his health.
3:24He still had the hamstring issue, average 84 yards in 2024.
3:27Got over a thousand yards and limited target volume in 2025.
3:31Even if he's lost a step, he's still by far and away the best receiver in that room.
3:36And he's still a difference maker. So pairing him with, pairing him with Drake May and the skill set and what he
3:43was able to accomplish last year in a passing tree that we knew was broken.
3:48I think that this is going to be, this is going to be another high end year for AJ Brown where he
3:55could finish top four to six in points per game.
3:58Yeah. Cause I guess my thought process is wide receiver six, wide receiver five, wide receiver 18 through 13 games in 2024.
4:05And then wide receiver 11 through 15. Like how much better could it get?
4:09This guy's kind of my thought. And if it's getting better than that, then God damn it.
4:15AJ Brown should be at the top of every trade list and we should be acquiring as much AJ Brown as we possibly can.
4:22Well, the point here is that, okay, we go going into 2024.
4:26We regarded there as a real football player, AJ Brown was regarded just short of guys like Jamar Chase.
4:32And so as a real, as a real football player, we were looking at him that way.
4:37Now between them going super run heavy in 2024, but him still being really efficient, but taking less volume and just the
4:44offense as a whole, taking a step back in 2025.
4:47I think that him getting a fresh start, getting back with Mike Brayble and what Drake May's skillset is allow him to be the best version of himself.
4:56And that's one of those, Hey, remember when AJ Brown had that awesome season with, with Drake May.
5:02And then Devonta Smith came out and had like an 18 points a game season at the first time that he got a chance to be an alpha.
5:11So I think it's a, it's a good environment change for all parties that, that positively impact everyone involved directly for a fantasy perspective.
5:18Big go. Yeah. I mean, I think I've, I'm coming at it from the wide receiver, one alpha type mindset divaness that goes on.
5:26And, you know, obviously the relationship deteriorated to say the least with him and Jalen hurts.
5:31And, you know, the reports are Vrabel says apparently, unless it was a, ah, that AJ Brown said he wanted the, he
5:38wanted the Patriots to draft him the night that the Titans drafted him.
5:42Right. So this is his childhood team. This is the team he wanted to be drafted by to begin with.
5:48And so you go from a, uh, you know, run heavy offense where a quarterback likes to rush in touchdowns and stuff like that.
5:56Yeah. AJ Brown was crushing in spurts. You know, we, a couple, two years ago, he set the record for most 125 yard game receiving yard consecutive.
6:04You know, he, he was crushing in spurts, but he would also disappear in spurts and he, you know, and I just, so I think the.
6:13The, the, the change over to the Patriots, obviously for the Patriots side, they gave up a first round pick.
6:19They were able to get away from the 27 first round pick and give the 28, but you know, you give up
6:26the 20, the first round pick for the guy.
6:29He comes over there. So he's rejuvenated. They, he's obviously the alpha wide receiver in the room.
6:34There's no question about it. Like that's the first thing chef said.
6:38I just think it's, I think it's a massive upgrade for, um, you know, whatever's going on with the Eagles offense, um, for him to leave there.
6:46And go to a team that, you know, we, this, the narrative we build anytime, you know, well, they gave up a first form.
6:54They want them. Well, yeah, the, in the dynasty circles within the last week or two is like, well, you know, you
7:01see here all these different types of, um, reports and maybe that they're not as close as we thought they were.
7:07So like, you know, a couple of days ago, we're like, okay, well, maybe he's really not a Patriot after all.
7:14This seemed like a done deal three months ago.
7:17But so I, I think it's a big, I think it's a big plus for AJ Brown, just because if they were,
7:24if somehow he was stuck in Eagles land again, it could have just been very, very hit or miss.
7:30Very, very inconsistent for, you know, a couple of weeks until maybe he got traded and went to a different situation.
7:36And, you know, it could have been a lost season, you know?
7:40So, so if we all, if we all kind of knew this was going on, I guess we had to actually see
7:47it happen, but we kind of, this was a foregone conclusion, but it seems like now, obviously the crowdsource rankings has reflected
7:54Devonta Smith has got a little more excitement. Uh, but you guys both seem very excited and I'm, I think AJ Brown's going to be good.
8:02We we've, we've mentioned him a few times of being like, Hey, this is probably a really good click in the sixth
8:09round or kind of wherever he was. Uh, but it seems like we're, we're now because the news has happened, like even
8:16a bit more head over heels and giddy for like how much, if there's more than two more elite years of AJ
8:23Brown, then I think we're, we should be tripping over ourselves to go purchase this man.
8:28And like, here's a trade right here. Like let's, let's call, you know, obviously pits and fan.
8:33And there's a, there's a slight advantage to the fan inside right now, or, or depending on who you are, you might
8:40have an advantage on the pit side. Generally speaking right now, I think fan and has a little more value than pits.
8:47Uh, but Luther has a little bit more value than AJ Brown.
8:51Like which side of this trade would you want to be on right here?
8:55Eight Kyle pits and Luther burden or AJ Brown and Harold Fannin.
8:59Well, I, you're right. You're right. Casey. I, it was a foregoing conclusion in my mind.
9:04He was leaving the Eagles. Yes. To me, I said it ago.
9:08There was no chance he was going to come back with the Eagles.
9:12It just finding a spot for an aging veteran.
9:15I want to, hopefully he still wants to be a dominant player.
9:19Finding the right spot for him. It seems to me like the Patriots are, is the best spot you could come up with.
9:26Like a team where you got the brand new quarterback, but he's supposed to be the next best player ever.
9:32And the ascending offense and the, the turnaround that Brayble, they just, you know, made it to the Superbowl.
9:38You could argue with their competition throughout the playoffs, but the Patriots turnaround is an obvious one.
9:43And I think that this is, I think it's a big boom.
9:47We thought it would happen and you just can't go and raise a 28, 29 year old wide receiver with knee problems up in the dynasty rankings.
9:56Right. That just, that's, you normally don't go that direction.
9:59You go the other way. So hopefully this is, you know, the right spot for him.
10:04And the only thing, like you said, I think there's two or three top tier seasons in there for him.
10:10If his knee is okay, that's an if for sure.
10:13But I did say a couple of weeks ago when he was in the sixth round, I felt like that might be
10:20an easy MVP of that mock draft for that trade question.
10:24I could, because of the knee problems and his age, I could still ride the Luther burden wave and stick with Luther burden.
10:31If you wanted to, like, I got a team right now.
10:34I got Luther and Caleb and Colson Loveland on the same team.
10:38And like those three just feel like such a great little nucleus, young guys.
10:43I wouldn't want to split those up just out of the fun factor.
10:47Right. If I got AJ Brown offered one for one for Luther on that team, I'm not going to do it because
10:54I got that triple little stack for the bears offense.
10:57It feels fun. It makes that team more fun to me, you know?
11:01So like, that's a really good trade question to pop up to be like, I could go either way on that.
11:08I do have a big, nice little bump for AJ Brown's value because AJ Brown is as competitive as he is as
11:14a player and as dominant as he was two years ago in fantasy.
11:19Last year, it was hit or miss. And you could tell, I saw it, you know, you could tell that you could
11:25feel the aggravation from the AJ Brown owners in your leagues about, you know, this week he's going to crush in my lineup.
11:33And next week he might not get a target until the fourth quarter and his game's over, you know?

12:31So, would you guys, AJ Brown or Harold Fannin, Kyle Pitts, or Luther Burden?
12:36I'll do the Kyle Pitts, Luther Burden. Because I want to keep Luther Burden.
12:40But that's a lot closer today. That's a lot closer today than it was yesterday.
12:45To your point, Casey. That's, this is solely roster construction dependent.
12:48I mean, obviously. AJ Brown is a contender only piece.
12:51Yeah, this is super flex 12-team tight end premium, as you can see.
12:56That's a nice context insert there, Shiv. Nice context insert.
12:59If you're hunting for a championship, you could easily plug AJ Brown in and remove the hope of what Luther Burden might be.
13:06Right. And, I mean, you're betting on Harold Fannin ascending.
13:09He goes ahead of Kyle Pitts. Right. And we were just showing the ADP.
13:13And both guys are around ahead of each plate.
13:16Like, Fannin's like around ahead of Pitts. That's, Burden's like around ahead of, or, you know, Burden's around ahead of AJ and then Fannin's around ahead of Pitts.
13:25So this is an interesting trade. Seems like pretty even.
13:28There's some roster construction. I'm going to go with Yoda the Great here.
13:32It says it's Brown and Fannin and it's not remotely close.
13:36See? But that's, also, this is solely dependent upon your belief about what Luther Burden is and the role that he plays in the Bears offense.
13:44Right. And do you think he's going to ascend or is he going to be the secondary target to Rome?
13:50So that part is a bit confusing because it could be AJ Brown and Harold Fannin and not remotely close because AJ
13:57Brown is, you probably think AJ Brown is ahead of Luther Burden and anything that he's going to give you in the next two years.
14:05And then Harold Fannin is obviously ahead of Kyle Pitts and ADP and he's younger and we think that he can be
14:12the number one target in that offense. Whatever. Whatever.
14:15So I can understand. I can understand why he says that, but I don't, I don't agree with that because I have different beliefs about Luther Burden.
14:23So the, what makes it so interesting is just like without seeing, without adding context.
14:28Yes, I can understand why you would want to go the AJ Brown and Harold Fannin.
14:33But if you add context and tell me what the state of your team is and where you're at in the league,
14:40like that could be a nuke either way or just kind of a, just kind of a tear off to get younger
14:47and help someone who's on the fringe of B or like help a guy that was the one nine, one 10, and
14:54have a chance to go to, you know, to win it all with AJ Brown.
14:59If he hits the way that you think the, I just said that I think he's going to hit.
15:05Yeah. Yeah. All right. Well, that's, that's, that's a good start to, uh, to this.
15:09I will take a little bit more time on AJ Brown here.
15:13We'll get back to this Baker question. I feel like we needed to get into the woods for a second here and
15:20talk about where we're at with AJ Brown, what we'd like about AJ Brown.
15:24All right. Hopefully we'll get it in here and, but I'll keep swiping for a minute.
15:30Baker Mayfield or AJ Brown. And now obviously this is a super flex question.
15:34And so again, when there's not a quarterback involved in this, it can be a tricky thing because if you need the
15:41quarterback, then Baker's a great option right here. Yeah, absolutely.
15:44You know, I mean, I, I think that, I think this is a deal that you can pull off of Baker's your third quarterback.
15:52Like you did a build and Baker ends up being your third quarterback and a little lighter receiver.
15:57I would now I would take AJ Brown. Yeah.
16:00I mean, you know, the, the last taste, the recency, right.
16:04Last taste we got a Baker wasn't great year to, you know, a couple of years prior to that, he was crushing.
16:10So that that's, that's a tough one. Um, could go either way on that.
16:15If you're, I know, well, I clicked AJ Brown there, but I, I think I would most likely side with the Baker
16:22side, just with the, because of the quarterback. But that I feel like that's cheating on the question.
16:27Um, but that's a hard question to answer quarterback versus receiver in just a, you know, a battle Royale.
16:33There's a lot of things that go on there.
16:36All right. AJ Brown or Jalen Waddle. Hey, uh, 67 to 83 in the crowdsource.
16:41You have to ask me this question. All right.
16:44All right. All right. Here we go. Young buck.
16:47Good. Tyson in the house. Good question. So here's, you know, let's call this one Oh four, one Oh five this year, Jordan Tyson or AJ Brown.
16:55Currently Jordan Tyson outpacing him in the rankings here for crowdsource super flex tight and premium.
17:00We have, um, Tyson at 55 and we have Brown at 67.
17:04You know, we put a short out there that where I said, I would take Jordan Tyson over, over Nico.
17:10And I had to go in there and I had to tell everybody I had to repent for saying that.
17:17So now I feel like I got to, I feel like I'm going to regret this again, but I'm gonna go Jordan Tyson.
17:24This is again, this is where you're at in the work.
17:27You know, if you're a rebuilder, then you want Jordan Tyson.
17:31And if, if not, then AJ Brown could win you cash.
17:34And again, I went on a soliloquy on one of these things on my soapbox of basically dynasty rosters becoming beauty contests.
17:41And it's like, well, this is the, this is it right here.
17:45Right. Like AJ Brown is somebody who could absolutely win you money.
17:49And so is Jordan Tyson. But the likelihood of AJ Brown, we, we just saw, you know, I had his, uh, his,
17:56uh, game logs, his game log up there. And you know, it's, it's all mostly top five, top six, top 12 finishes over the last couple of years.
18:04And if we think there's two more great years.
18:07And if we think there's two more great years in AJ Brown, then this is AJ Brown.
18:13If you're a league contender high end player, or if you're middling team or rebuilding, then it's Jordan Tyson pretty easily for me.
18:20Yeah. All right. So I think for the most part, just because at this point, Jordan Tyson doesn't really even get past the one four, you know?
18:28Yeah. So it's probably still Jordan Tyson, but you're right.
18:32I mean, I don't, I would, I wouldn't be shocked at all.
18:35If AJ Brown came out there looking so good this year.
18:39And it was like, well, why has he only got two years left in the tank?
18:44Yeah. Right. It could be three. Uh, but all right.
18:47I, we got AJ Brown and Marv Harrison. Same thing.
18:50I mean, I, I, I think you'd probably stick with Marv here, but I don't blame you for taking the guaranteed points.
18:57It's nothing guaranteed about Arizona right now. Other than Trey McBride.
19:00Yeah. They're pretty close in ADP five 11, six one.
19:04Um, so, all right. Uh, let's talk a little Devonta Smith here.
19:07I really, real quick before we finish up a random 27 first, just straight up or AJ Brown.
19:13First. Random 27 first. Mm-hmm. Or AJ Brown. Mm-hmm.
19:16Can I give you my trade that I made today?
19:19Let, let Shev answer the question and then. Oh, I'll take the first.
19:23Hmm. I thought Shev was going to hammer back us because Shev just joined this league.
19:28Yeah. Took over. And so he jumped in. So he got to see this trade that I made today.
19:34Um, so in the FF, at FF one, FF D one league, the one that's the, well, the FF one and two started at the same time.
19:43So they're both very old. But, uh, today I was on the clock at one nine.
19:48That's the earliest I've picked in the rookie draft.
19:51And since the maiden year, since the first year we had a rookie draft, it's been.
19:56We know your team's awesome. Come on now. Yeah.
19:58Team's good. This is the team I've read. I've drafted two teams at once.
20:03I've talked about this team for five years. This is the good team.
20:07The other team was the bad team. The other team I made the playoffs for the first time this year.
20:13Okay. So if I can tell you about how bad the bad team is, I can tell you about how good the good team is.
20:21But I was on the clock at one nine and went back and forth with another guy here.
20:27Just been with us for a long time. And I gave one nine and my 2027 next year's one, two and three for AJ Brown and Kyron Williams.
20:36Uh, like I said, the one nine is the earliest I picked in the draft for a long time.
20:42AJ Brown and Kyron Williams don't necessarily crack my starting lineup.
20:45So this was like, Hey, keep the champions last year.
20:48Everybody got hurt. Didn't make, I didn't win. I've, you know, didn't, didn't win the game to get to the championship.
20:55Didn't even win third place. No money for me this year.
20:58First time in a long time. So I got Nico Collins, St.
21:02Brown, Justin Jefferson, Drake London is my wide receivers and flexes.
21:06Uh, Christian McCaffrey, A-chan. And then I got three quarterbacks because Malik Willis came, came to life.
21:11I got Malik Willis, Patrick Mahomes and Dak. And then I got a Rondé Gasson.
21:16It's a short bit. It's a relatively short bench for Dynasty League.
21:19So I got Rondé Gasson last year. Um, like, uh, I don't even think he got, it was, it's an early draft.
21:26So I don't even think he got drafted. No premium, no tiny premium.
21:30So I got him off of a waivers and paid, spent my whole waiver claim for him.
21:36Uh, so I made that big move because I don't have anybody resembling.
21:40I'm all top heavy. I don't have anybody resembling a bitch starter.
21:44You know, Joe Mixon blew his foot off. So he can't play for me anymore.
21:48I got Chuba and then all my wide receivers are like Pat Bryant, Torrey Horton, Delmy Brown.
21:54I did trade for Tankdale a couple of years ago.
21:57And I made a similar package deal two years ago where I traded everything, two years draft classes for Tankdale and, um, Drake London.
22:04So the Drake London paid for that, paid for that trade when Tankdale disappeared on me.
22:09But so I gave a, I didn't want to give the 27 one.
22:14I didn't really want the Kyron involved, but I couldn't get a deal done.
22:18And so I made a deal. That's a stay in the championship window.
22:22You know, if you got to, I got lucky, got a really, really good team.
22:27What I do try to pile it on and keep winning.
22:30F them picks like the Rams, you know, gave up my one, two and three next year and my one nine.
22:37I like it. I know you said you, you weren't thrilled about it, but I like it.
22:42Well, I didn't want to, I didn't want to bring the one in.
22:46I wanted that, you know, that luxurious look at what 2027 first just looks so luxurious on your team.
22:52It's a nice piece. Yeah. 2026 first is a timeshare in Cleveland.
22:56And the 2027 first is like beachfront Maui real estate.
22:59Well, I already knew it. Like, yeah. So the one nine is already the one nine and I shipped him a first
23:06round pick that if it's the, if it's any earlier than the one nine, something went very wrong.
23:12And hopefully it's at least 11 or 12 and I hope I win.
23:16So I hope I gave him the one 12 next year.
23:19You know, you can't, you can just get lucky in the playoffs.
23:23You can win or lose in the playoffs, but I don't imagine if, I mean, you know, I'd have to have a
23:30nice little slew of entries not to make the playoffs.
23:33Well, if big co would have gave me a little heads up there, I could have had this earlier, but I had to go find it for him.
23:42He could have shared his screen about this league.
23:45You pulled that up with a quickness. Oh, but here's, here's big co's team that he was just speaking on.
23:51So I got no bitch. I had no bench and I just brought in, you know, had to bring in a Kyron
23:58Williams to be my RB three push Chuba down once.
24:01And now I got two running backs on the bench that can play.
24:05I had Joe mixing RIP and then, you know, bringing in Brit.
24:09I got four stud wide receivers, but no, on a, on a, on a, on a bye week, I got nobody to plug in.
24:17And then, I mean, I would have had the one nine, but it's like, all right, am I going to take a
24:24rookie that may or may not help me at all or make a package deal?
24:28And now I bring in a stud would have hopefully no knee injury.
24:32Yeah. Yeah. All right. I like it. I like it.
24:36Um, so a little, a little big co trade corner there for your pleasure in an, in an OG FFD one league,
24:42which I chef chef just got in there. That's the only FFD league.
24:47I don't think I'm in right now. I don't think I'm in four either.
24:51Um, but yeah, pretty good, good stuff there. All right.
24:54Let's jump back into, I want to talk a little Devonta Smith here before we get onto all these questions.
25:00Cause we talked about AJ Brown, but we saw Devonta Smith in the crowdsource rankings there, you know, kind of jump ahead
25:07of, of, uh, AJ Brown, I think for the first time this year, um, or maybe it was really close.
25:14So, um, let's talk a little Devonta Smith here.
25:16What are, what, what do you think the result of Devonta Smith now being potentially, obviously they have a first round pick
25:23there as, as you know, somebody who was, was, was kind of a signal of like, Hey, this seems like for real AJ Brown is gone.
25:32Now that's all happened. McCallum and for those that are scoring at home.
25:36Right. And we, we've, we came out a couple of months ago and we're like, is Devonta Smith like the most insulated player ever?
25:43And it just, this, now the value has gone up even more.
25:47I feel like, and people are way more excited for Devonta Smith than, than they've ever been.
25:52So where is Devonta Smith landing on the range of things for you guys?
25:57Um, and we can pull up a couple of swipes here.
26:00So the first thing that pops up is Devonta Smith or Quinn Sean Judkins.
26:05Um, and, and as we're talking through this year, we'll kind of get our take on how, I mean, Shev and I
26:12have, have both expressed how excited we are for Devonta Smith and how insulated he should be.
26:17And he should be like the easiest buy. And now that ship has probably sailed a little bit.
26:23Yeah. Um, even though again, like we kind of knew this all, but it wasn't for sure, for sure.
26:29And now when Penn gets the paper and text gets to sleeper or whatever, and it gets to everybody's fingertips, well, now
26:35it changes your wiring a little for whatever reason.
26:38And so here we are, uh, Devonta Smith or Quinn Sean Judkins, Judkins up a good 13 spots in the crowdsource rankings here.
26:46Um, it feels like Judkins still for me, just cause running back longterm, I think he's really good, but I mean, geez,
26:53Devonta Smith, like the one time that you've, you've gave him triple digit targets.
26:57He was awesome. Right. Yeah. I mean, he was super efficient, you know, he was super efficient in 2024.
27:03I missed his first slew of games, but 15 points a game was a career high so far.
27:09And I think now we push into, like I said, the 17, maybe even 18 points a game range, because I mean,
27:15literally when at any point where a quarterback has spam targeted him, he's been elite.
27:20Like they did it at Bama. He won the Heisman.
27:23They did it when he first got to, when he first got to Philly with AJ Brown, when AJ Brown first got to Philly and it was awesome.
27:32Um, so year over year, over year, I think I shot a tweet out once where like what it looked like for
27:39Devonta Smith in 10 target games over his career.
27:42And it's like 89 yards receiving a game, seven receptions and 0.5 touchdowns or something crazy like that.
27:48So we're talking about a guy who has a 14 to 1500 yard ceiling and he's been really efficient with the volume he's given.
27:55And then whenever he's shown you, Hey, you should give me more targets.
27:59It has led to him performing at a high level.
28:02So I have very, very aggressive visions for Devonta Smith.
28:06Uh, now if you asked me if I would say like, and it's, yeah, it's a little bit of wish casting, but
28:12I genuinely believe that this is going to be the most prolific season of his career as a, as a wide receiver.
28:19Marvel television's wonder man and eight episode series now streaming on Disney plus.
28:24A superhero remake. Not exactly what we'd expect from an Oscar winning director.
28:28Action. Simon Williams audition for one of me. I'm going to need you to sign this.
28:33Assuming you don't have superpowers. I'll never work again.
28:35If anyone found out, my lips are sealed. Marvel television's wonder man.
28:39All eight episodes now streaming only on Disney plus.
28:42You thought this was your run club era. It turns out it was more of a thinking about run club era.
28:49The good news. Someone's marathon training is about to start.
28:52Sell your workout gear on Depop. Just snap a few photos and we'll take care of the rest.
28:58They get their race day fit and you get a payout for trying.
29:02Someone on Depop wants what you've got. Start selling now.
29:05Depop. Where taste recognizes taste. Yeah. We've had some time here with 113, 112, 136, 104 targets.
29:10You know, one time that turned into 95 receptions.
29:13The 2025 Eagles offense we know was not the best version of it.
29:17He saw 113 and had 201 targets. Well, you know, or 201 fantasy points in PPR.
29:22And then he only played 13 games in 2024.
29:25So how much do we think this moves the needle on Devonta Smith and how excited are we for him?
29:31Would Quinshawn Judkins or Devonta Smith? I think it moves the needle a good bit.
29:36Everything Shev just said. I would still take Judkins because he's 22 years old and I think he's an absolute stud.
29:43And it would not shock me at all. I expect Devonta Smith to outscore Judkins this year.
29:48I do. I mean, I expect a big season out of Devonta Smith.
29:52But, you know, he's already 27 and a half.
29:55So he's basically half mostly retired. But it definitely both.
29:58I want Devonta Smith a lot. Like you said, I needed A.J.
30:02Brown to find a good home more than I needed to see.
30:06I mean, I knew A.J. Brown was gone. So like we probably, Devonta Smith should have been on the buy list, you know, a month ago.
30:14He was. Right? Before the season was over. You could have just, A.J.
30:18Brown wasn't coming back. It just wasn't happening. And the Eagles did what they were supposed to do and say, A.J.
30:24Brown's a stud and we're not trading him. Like that's what they're supposed to say.
30:29So, yeah, I like Smith a good bit. But like just one to one right here.
30:34Judkins, you know, that Browns offense, it's probably not going to be enough to make him as good as Devonta Smith this year.
30:41But I'd take the 22-year-old stud running back. Yeah, Dave, I think we need Lemon does need a little bit more love.
30:48I like the landing spot. Let's not forget about him.
30:51But I think this certainly does boost Devontas. So, Shev, you were leading the charge on the Quinchan Judkins, but you're also a big Devonta guy.
31:00So what would you do here? What's the swipe?
31:03Put it all wax. It's Quinchan. All right. Judkins, he says.
31:06All right. Waddell or Smith, the classic. This is this.
31:09We've been. This was a thumbnail on a video when these two came out of college.
31:14That's all we've been doing. I was Waddell. I was Waddell early.
31:18It's the first time I've ever said Smith over Waddell.
31:21Oh, you've been wrong for a really long time.
31:24No, no, no, no. I was right early. I was right early and often.
31:28I was very right. You were right for the very first year of their career.
31:33I was very, very right. And then it immediately fell apart.
31:37I was very right for a long time. Even after Waddell got hurt, he was still way but more valuable than Devonta Smith for a while.
31:45What while is that? Like, it hasn't been since what, 2022?
31:48Yeah, I mean, Waddell. He fell off. He fell off.
31:51He definitely fell off. I mean, they fell off.
31:54He got injured. Never wrong just early, right? This could be good.
31:58I'm going Smith here, though. I just like Smith for sure now.
32:02Easily Devonta Smith. I would not be shocked if this was close by the end of the season, though.
32:08You know, I would be I would be flabbergasted.
32:11I know you hate Waddell, but Waddell has put up, you know, big numbers in his first part of his career, and
32:17now he's in a bit better of a situation.
32:20But there's a lot of mouths to feed. We'll go Devonta Smith there.
32:24Devonta Smith or Bucky Irving? Yeah, just to cap.
32:27I don't I don't have confidence that Sean Payton targets Waddell nearly as much as Devonta Smith's going to get targeted this year.
32:34Yeah. Yeah. He says it's big co from South Carolina.
32:38Big co is from South Carolina. Me and big co are currently in Charleston, South Carolina.
32:43So just a few blocks away from each other.
32:45Chev is in our little rock. Little rock. God, no.
32:49No, I'm in northwest. Northwest stand up. All right.
32:51Devonta Smith or Bucky Irving? It's just a bunch of Walmart transplants up here, dude.
32:56I go Devonta. You're going Devonta Smith over Bucky?
32:59I would, too. I want the answer to be Bucky.
33:02And because running backs score so much, so many points when they're hitting and they get so valuable so quick when they're hitting.
33:09I want the answer to be Bucky. But Smith is so much safer right this second.
33:14Yeah. He said, I knew it. He heard him say, well, that's the pride of Antioch, South Carolina right over there.
33:21They love me some Antioch. Made the trip on Sunday morning to go to the Antioch Baptist Church with my parents.
33:28Let's get it done, son. Oh, man. He said he lived in Lancaster.
33:32Out there in horse country. Yeah. All right. There was some corn growing up in Lancaster right now.
33:37Big Smooth, who gave us a big shout out earlier.
33:41Been an OG of the show. He says Devonta Smith or A.J.
33:44Brown? Devonta Smith. Ooh, I'm going A.J. Still. You're not wrong.
33:48It's just that Devonta Smith, I think he doesn't have a knee injury we're worried about.
33:53Right? There's no ifs. There's no hopefully his knee's okay.
33:56Like, I think this year A.J. Brown outscores Devonta Smith if his knee's fine.
34:00Right? I've got to say that if. I can't even finish the sentence.
34:05It's Devonta Smith and Dynasty. But if I had to just pick one for redraft to win a championship, it's A.J.
34:11Brown. Yeah. It's probably A.J. Brown. Casey's probably right.
34:14Like, we just don't know about that knee. Maybe his knees are knocking running down the field.
34:19We don't know. I don't. I mean, honestly, we've seen.
34:22Here's the thing. You don't have to guess what happens if you give A.J.
34:27Brown a bunch of targets. You still have to get, like, you still have to, one, assume that Jalen Hurts is going
34:34to be good at throwing the ball. And, two, assume that Devonta Smith is going to get all the targets.
34:40They don't, you know. I believe that that's what's going to happen.
34:44But, who knows? It's Philly. Like, yeah. I mean, if they, if these trends continue, they hire a good offensive coordinator.
34:50That dude leaves and gets a head coaching job.
34:53The next guy's crap. Next guy comes in. He's awesome.
34:56He gets a head coaching job. Next guy's crap.
34:59We should be back to a good offensive coordinator.
35:02Yeah. Yeah. I agree. I think I like Mannion.
35:05I like what is possible there. Like, the tree that he's touched.
35:09You know. This should be Bucky Irving. Bucky Irving's falling off a cliff.
35:13This, going back to the Smith-Bucky thing. We got the shoulder thing that's really hampering him.
35:18It didn't go like you wanted it to go.
35:21I'm still in Camp Bucky here. We've been showering Smith with praise here.
35:25You guys both like Smith, though, in this? Yes.
35:28Yes. Okay. It's Devonta Smith or Chase Brown? The old boy.
35:31Devonta Smith. I'm going Chase Brown. I'm going Chase Brown.
35:34Luther Burden or Devonta Smith? Luther. And Ben Johnson, we trust.
35:38Preaching, telling the truth and the hurts. It's probably Devonta Smith, but if Luther Burden is what we want him to be, he's five years younger.
35:46You know what I mean? Like, it's obviously supposed to be Devonta Smith here, but.
35:51I have Smitty five spots ahead of Luther. There you go.
35:54Because I was waiting on this trade to happen.
35:57There you go. He's ahead of the curve. I don't think it's out.
36:01There was one of the comments earlier about Roman, you know, being, Devonta Smith being the third of Luther, Burden being the third target.
36:09I don't think it's outrageous that Luther Burden could easily get more targets of Roman Doomsday this year.
36:14Or, you know. Yeah. And the pie could be the pie could be literally could be those three guys.
36:20Right. The pie could be divided up a little bit more, but the frequency and the way that that offense functions could
36:27just be a more, you know, functional machine where there's more points, more first downs, more opportunities.
36:33Well, for sure. Yeah, no doubt. I mean, obviously I've made my case for the pie getting way bigger.
36:38No doubt. I'm just saying like the distribution of targets could be very, very narrow.
36:43It could be just those three guys and a couple of dump offs to DeAndre Swift.
36:48You know what I mean? It could be the opposite of the what we saw from like Jalen Waddell, not from the
36:55Broncos last year that just ball going everywhere. Right.
36:58Broden. Bo Nix looked like he had six eligible receivers every every down.
37:02Right. Basically, like the way the Packers have functioned, the opposite of the way the Packers have functioned for like the last four since Jordan loves quarterback.
37:11Exactly. It's just a super concentrated target share. Think about the 49ers with Kittle and Iuke and Debo and Christian McCaffrey.
37:17That's it. They didn't have nobody else. Just Kyle Yushek touched it every four times a game when he needed when he
37:24needed a first down and the defense. You know, third and Juwan.
37:28Third and Juwan. That was that's how that became a thing because that's when he would typically.
37:33And he really that really didn't happen when when Iuke was healthy.
37:37You know, it was right. One of them when one of those because they never played together.
37:42So it was all one of those guys would hurt and Juwan would be the guy that stepped up when any of those those other three got hurt.
37:51So, I mean, I think that the Bears could be, you know, those three guys could just get so many targets.
37:58Bang, bang, bang. I agree. All day long. Put up a dog's ass.
38:02Bang, bang, bang. Give him a dog. Shake him.
38:05Kick the wind out of him. All right. We're going to move on to the questions here, but I did want to
38:12drop one little nugget here that we talked about on the Patreon and Big D and Shev and Shev's already been kind
38:19of caping for Kyron a little bit here, which is usually my job around here.
38:23But I like that you're doing it. Um, but this is just on the heels of action that happened this week.
38:30Miles Garrett goes over to the Rams, right? And we think, all right, Rams are gonna be ridiculous.
38:36Uh, but both Big D and Shev raised the question of like, yes, this makes the Rams obviously better and football needs
38:43to be played still and anything can happen. But if that defense gets better and is elite, like it, what it, what
38:49we sometimes see with defenses that are that good potentially is that the offense goes out and gets a lead and then
38:56they coast because the defense is so dominant. Right?
38:59So maybe this in a weird way that this, uh, miles Garrett trade and maybe Aaron Donald coming back is a benefactor
39:06to the run game and Kyron Williams. Yes. Yes.
39:09And no. Yes. And no. Cause staff daddy and Sean McVay, they are LA through and through now.
39:15And they like, and they like the home run.
39:18I don't know what's that. He got back healthy.
39:20Run it. He got some shots. I don't know.
39:23You know, what's going to happen if they got the lead another play action fake, because you think they're going to give
39:30it to Corum or, or, or Kyron. And there gets a play action fake and another long touchdown dude.
39:36If the defense is that good, they're going to be winning.
39:40They're going to be blowing people out. Cause Sean McVay is going to put his foot on the gas.
39:46But I don't know, but generally we think that.
39:48And then it almost a lot of the times it does go the other way, at least through chunks of the season where you're coasting.
39:56Go ahead. Yeah. Go ahead. Not for McVay. So I agree with the notion that they're not going to, they're not going
40:03to call the dogs off, but that really more.
40:06So I don't think so, but there is some self-preservation there though.
40:10There is, there's an element of self-preservation that we won't have to be concerned about until the absolute worst possible time, which would be like the fantasy playoffs.
40:19So, but throughout the season, I mean, if they're getting more possessions, this was the thing with the bears offense last year,
40:26their defense created so many extra possessions because they were number one in turnover margin.
40:30I think the Rams could push for that. If they're getting extra possessions, that's good for, that's good for everybody involved.
40:37If they're in clock killing mode, then they're in four minute mode because they're up 28 in the fourth quarter, they're up 17 with six minutes to go.
40:46Then it's all Kyron Williams and Blake Corum all the time.
40:49And that raises both of their floors. And it would add to, it would add to their ceiling.
40:55The one, the thing that happened when Devonta Smith or she's not Devonta Smith, Devonta Adams came in was they went from
41:02one of the most run heavy inside the five teams to Devonta, Devonta Adams having the highest inside the five target share ever.
41:09So if that just levels out a little bit, then we're talking about another 15 or 16 touchdown season from Kyron.
41:16Kyron still had double digit touchdowns last year. And Kyron had like 1500 yards and 10 touchdowns last year.
41:22So literally played that scenario through my head today.
41:24Cause I traded for Kyron and I'm like, all right, well, first of all, Devonta Adams is a year older and he had more problems down the stretch.
41:33So if he's back to be in Devonta Adams next year, there's a little bit less chance that he's Devonta Adams for that long in the season.
41:42So I literally had the same conversation with myself about Kyron getting more goal line opportunities because the best red zone threat
41:49wide receiver we've seen in a long time is on that team.
41:52And, and he didn't really finish strong. So that was, you know, hopefully Kyron and gets a little bit more red zone
41:59opportunities, everything she have just said, but that counterpoint to what he started saying.
42:04And was if they're up 28 in the fourth quarter, Kyron's staying on the sideline with his helmet because he's part of a championship pedigree too.
42:12He's, he's part of the, we want to get a ring.
42:15I guess I'm more talking about second and third quarters where they're grinding the game out and just make sure, Hey, we're
42:22going to give it to, and Blake Corum was going to be involved obviously, but that, that, that helps mitigate some of
42:29what would be going on with Corum getting maybe a little bit more involved, but I mean, he was still like a
42:36double digit touch guy last year for the most part in a lot of games.
42:41Anyway, he should be a back end RB one again this year, just like he has been for the last couple of years.
42:48And so I'm RB seven, RB seven, RB nine.
42:51Yeah. I mean, I think, you know, I legitimately believe that he could push for where he was at points per game
42:58wise in 2023 or whatever, whatever year that was where he was basically like 20 points a game.
43:04Yeah. I think the offense could take that step forward as a whole.
43:08And instead of it going to Devante Adams time and time and time again, they're running the ball again in the red zone.
43:15And that's great for Kyron Williams. Cause he's been great around the red, like in the red zone, the green zone, whatever you want to call it.
43:23Yeah. Five yards or less his entire career. So yeah, I mean, I just, I, I am, I've been bullish on Kyron Williams.
43:31I remain bullish on Kyron Williams. We did a sell episode.
43:34Jeremiah said he wanted to sell Kyron Williams. I almost had a stroke.
43:38So yeah. Yeah. I like it. I like it.
43:41All right. Before we get to these questions, uh, we're real excited to be teaming up with prize picks because there is
43:48plenty of pie when it comes to prize picks America's number one sports pick app.
43:53The app is really easy to use. You simply just pick more or less on a few stats and lock in your lineup.
44:00Prize picks is available in most States, including, but not limited to California, Texas, and Florida.
44:05Like I mentioned to a howler, I believe over there, me and big co are in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina, and it is very much available here.
44:13So check where you're at. Go ahead and download the app.
44:17Now use promo code HMA and new users get $50 in lineups instantly.
44:21When you play your first $5 lineup guys, it's really, really that simple.
44:25We've been on some heaters around here playing a lot of baseball.
44:29All right. Um, and I don't know a damn thing about baseball.
44:33Um, but, um, here we go. Uh, I have one from the other night.
44:37Didn't get one in tonight. Cause we were doing this live stream, but, uh, as you can see here, we've got Louis for the San Francisco giants.
44:46I know he's been slapping it around. You just had to go more than 0.5 hits.
44:51We, we hit that one. Uh, we had Bobby quit jr here.
44:54He's always a lot makes these lineups a lot.
44:57Uh, you get more than 0.5 hits for him.
45:00That's a winner. Um, then we went with, uh, Sandy Alcantara, uh, on a fish over there, the Marlins.
45:06He was on the mound against the Nats. We went more than 2.5 Ks.
45:10Of course we had to take that. That's just fishing with easy money.
45:15Then we did, we did have an L here.
45:17We had to hold an L and we had, uh, Emmett Shaheen facing off against the diamondbacks.
45:23We went more than 4.5 Ks. Usually I throw a lesson there, but this did look enticing.
45:28He's been on a heater. Uh, we did lose that one, but we picked the four pick flex play.
45:34So we still want a couple of bucks, right?
45:37We only had to hit three of them out of the four.
45:41So we got out of there with an extra 10 bucks.
45:44It's that easy guys go over there, get you some prize picks, download the app, use promo code HMA, uh, tell them the FFD boy sent you.
45:53All right, let's get back to it over here.
45:56We got some questions, uh, to, to get to here.
45:59Uh, the first one is coming at you from our old friend, uh, Wuhan Batman.
46:03He comes in, uh, again, you can go over to the website.
46:07You can go over to, uh, live stream stream questions and you can enter all your information right on here.
46:13It makes it super easy for us to get in here.
46:17Um, you can throw a tip on here like Wuhan did, but Hey, we ain't asking you to do.
46:23We ain't pressing you for it. Um, but he says in my one QB non tight end premium league, I have a
46:30bears fan, good, better, best breathing down my neck for Rome.
46:33We're working on a deal for Rashi plus, but now that he's in jail, he said Devonta plus a pick for Rome yesterday.
46:41What's a fair pick value here. He has three 27 first and a 27, uh, second.
46:46It's probably too much to ask for one of those, right?
46:49Uh, should I make this move? Should I re-engage the Rashi deal?
46:53I'm on board with a Devonta breakout year and my starters are decent.
46:57My depth is questionable. And he said in quotation marks, my team name is for trolling purposes only not a political statement.
47:04So good to clear that up. Uh, let's check this out here.
47:08Well, this is a good, better, best bears fan.
47:10He's got Caleb Williams, Deandre Swift, man, none guy.
47:13He's, he's the only thing he's missing as a wide receiver and a tight end, you know?
47:19So he really is a bears fan and that's how you find some really good value in these trades is, you know,
47:26you got a guy's a bears fan. And he wants Rome.
47:29I don't think there's anything wrong with asking for a 20, 27 first.
47:33I've tried that straight up. Howler one. He said, not just the scenery, beautiful in Charleston.
47:38That is true. You will hurt your neck driving down the bumper.
47:42If you ain't paying attention, rear end, somebody looking at now, they're not even wearing brawls around here.
47:48I don't know. It's just like a Seinfeld episode and Sue Ellen Mischke needs to be sued.
47:53Like what's better to walk? You should park and get out and walk.
47:57So you're not driving a motor vehicle, trying to look at people on the sidewalk.
48:02Yeah. Anyhow. So. Big co, I think you're correct here.
48:05So the root of the question is, is what, what, what should he re-engage the rice thing or do, or we're probably safer to go after Devonta here.
48:14And then should, should you, should he be asking for a pick back on top for Roma dunes?
48:19So you say yes, big co go ahead and ask for that first.
48:24Oh, for Roma, Rome for Devonta and a first.
48:26I mean, that ain't gonna work. So that's, I think that's the question.
48:30Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Nobody's giving you, nobody's going to give you Devonta Smith and a first for Rome.
48:36Nothing wrong with trying. If you're trying to get, maybe you're like, Hey, this is your latest first round pig.
48:42This, this first round pick is from the champ.
48:45That's really good. So that's a late first, you know, you could try to make that argument if you, if you want to go that direction.
48:53But yeah, I don't think, I don't think you're going to get that deal done, but I mean, he is the bears fan.
49:01So you might as well start high and work backwards.
49:04You got the tax. So that's what I would, I would do too.
49:08You, you, you, all that's going to happen is he can reject it.
49:12And then we can, you know, then we can see what he sends back.
49:16Or, I mean, Devonta Smith at a two though, that's probably at a 27 to, you know, probably worth Roma dunes.
49:23Hey, right. Yeah. That's what I was about to say.
49:26It's just do a 27 second and be done with it.
49:30Yeah. He's got a lot of 27 first. So he could, if you're angling at one of those, that could be potentially a later one.
49:38You may, maybe you take the middle one now, and then maybe he throws you back the later one.
49:43And maybe you need to add, like, maybe you can get the first and you could add, you know, your third to it or something next year.
49:52Right. Maybe you, maybe you get the late first from the projected best player, best guys first that he has.
49:58And then you give them back your third. Cause you're, you know, or maybe if you feel really good about your team, maybe you give them the second.
50:07Um, but you know, we like the one, two swap around here or the one, three swap, but, um, and then we
50:14kind of, kind of move from there. So I don't, I don't, you know, if, if you get to that point and,
50:21you know, ask for, ask for Dylan Sampson in the, in the deal to get back Dylan Sampson off of his team,
50:28you know, maybe he's down there far enough. And we know Dylan Sampson showed us enough last year, just out of the
50:35receiving game alone and enough pep in his step.
50:38He, he buried under cringe, you know, Judkins when healthy, but, um, you know, you might have to just bury him on
50:45your team for two years, but Dylan Sampson is a nice throw in for that probably won't hold much value from the
50:52other guy, you know, and just put a talented player on your bench that might not do anything for you for two
50:58years either, but you know, you got a player that can play like a guy that can be, you know, a spark and catch passes when given opportunity.
51:07And he might be a second contract, second team breakout.
51:10If Judkins stays healthy for a few years, may not see much Sampson, but good throw in player to be looking for off that team.
51:18Yeah. I don't mind. I don't mind the Sampson or the Ray Davis or you want to go a little heavier Nicholas Singleton.
51:26Casey and I, Casey and I picked up a ton of Ray Davis and FFPC.
51:30Rookie drafts this year in the sixth, fifth, sixth, seventh round, just grabbing all the Ray Davis because if, you know, if,
51:37if, um, cook gets hurt, Ray Davis is, he was all the rage 12 months ago and cook stayed perfectly healthy.
51:44And that's that, you know, we forgot about him, but if cook gives down, Ray Davis is going to be pretty damn valuable.
51:51Jeff. Okay. Yeah. Okay. In order of importance, if you're going to try to get something back, try to get, try to
51:58get Gunnar Helm, try to try to get the guys that they just named.
52:02And I would, if you're swinging like lottery ticket, man, Tank Dell has almost no value to anybody right now.
52:09Unfortunately, uh, Marshawn Lloyd is a guy that you'd have zero problem getting because nobody knows what, well, maybe right now.
52:15I don't know. But yeah. Yeah. Before, I mean, obviously Jacobs is, we're assuming that Jacobs isn't, you know, playing for the
52:22mean machine with Rasheed Rice and Henry Ruggs. But, but just Marshawn Lloyd, I would stash, I would, I would try to
52:29get him thrown in there because it won't be a problem to go a second and Marshawn Lloyd to get, you know,
52:36to go along, to get your, your Roma dunes.
52:39Cause this dude clearly has male pattern horniness for the bears and all of their assets.
52:44So try it and just see what happens, but I would try Gunnar Helm first.
52:49I like it. I like it. All right. Let's hop onto the next question here.
52:53Appreciate it. Wuhan Batman. I know you've been around for a while.
52:57Uh, we got the next question coming in. He says back-to-back champs, 12 teams, super flex PPR, no tight end premium notable players.
53:04Uh, we can look at that there. My, I guess my question is, is who do I consolidate some of this roster to strengthen the areas?
53:13Uh, any areas while also not helping other league mates with stud players.
53:17So let's pull up the, uh, the, uh, league here.
53:20Uh, let's expand the hall. So he had Christian McCaffrey, correct?
53:23He's Tom Brady's bunch. Yeah. CMC, Henry, H and scat Tom Brady's bunch.
53:27Okay. To, to read off the team to the listeners here, we got Drake may and we got Herbert.
53:33We got Daniel Jones and Kyler Murray, strong quarterback room.
53:37He's number one there. Uh, number two or on the running backside, he's got H and Christian McCaffrey, Scatabo Tootin, Henry Menunga and Sean Tucker.
53:44Also a decent room. Um, JSN, Justin Jefferson, Drake, London, Emeka, Buka, Lab McConkie, Casey Concepcio and Jameson, Xavier.
53:50Are you just showing off or what are we talking about here?
53:54Um, you know, Cyrus Allen, Terry McLaurin, and then you got Trey McBride, uh, hanging out here.
53:59And then Gunnar Helm as should have just alluded to here.
54:03Um, it looks like you maybe do not have your 27 first, but you do have a nice bunch of 27 seconds here.
54:10Um, so, you know, that's not the worst and you have some thirds, uh, in here.
54:15So, you know, what needs to get stronger would be my question here.
54:19I don't really, I wish that we could give you a better answer.
54:23I mean, I, you know, you can try to, you can try to tear off of Drake may to the back end
54:30of the first round and try to get some, try to get something back.
54:35Like, but why like you're at the top of the mountain brother.
54:39Maybe you sell, maybe you sell some, but like a one or two of these, like one or two of these receivers.
54:45Yeah. I mean, looking at the youth running back depth, looking at the other contenders here at the top.
54:51I mean, yeah, they got some solid teams, but I mean, you've, you've, you're competing with any of them.
54:57So like CMC would be the natural pivot, but like I'm going into the season thinking I'm trying to win money this year.
55:05So I honestly, man, I'm probably not doing a whole lot here.
55:08Um, and I'm just going to kind of hang on until I find a spot where I might have to adjust because of injury or whatever.
55:17Like I'm not doing anything right now. I got probably the best team in the league.
55:22Yeah. I mean, I'm, you know, looking at the other contenders, I'm not nothing else.
55:26Wows me like that. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, we talk about tearing up and stuff.
55:31It's usually for, I mean, that's short bench or either short, uh, starting lineup.
55:36Right. So like you said, Casey, I mean, you got the best team in the league and you got backup quarterbacks, you
55:42got Daniel Jones and Kyler Murray sitting here underneath two stud quarterbacks.
55:46You got backup running backs, you got cam, you got scataboo and basal toot and Derek Henry.
55:52And man, un guy, right. That's all behind H and McCaffrey.
55:55So you got every, you got studs everywhere. And then, I mean, jury's out on Gunnar Helm, of course, cause he's brand new to the league.
56:03Like Trey McBride, like stud, you got the best wide receivers group in the league for sure.
56:09So, I mean, you can set, you don't need, if I'm doing anything right now, I'm trying to get the best.
56:15Terry McLaurin's over here talking about how he never moved in the offense before.
56:20And now he's going, they're going to move them all over and try to get the best, you know, position for him
56:27to be in, in the offense to succeed, except for, you know, et cetera, et cetera.
56:32So like you could maybe trade Xavier worthy on the Rasheed Rice's in jail bump.
56:36You could trade Terry McLaurin before he gets any older.
56:39And that way you get the most out of him because you got literally five studs to play.
56:45And then Jameson Williams and then cause conception probably won't get in your lineup this year, you know, and you got Michael Wilson, right?
56:53So like a lot would go wrong for Terry McLaurin to be in your lineup.
56:57So you could try to, you know, try to move him before he ages out, maybe take an Xavier worthy bump.
57:04And then maybe you could look for, you could find, you know, studs, diamonds in the rough at the tight end position
57:11to build out some depth there behind McBride. Like, you know, with some of these rookies this year, if they've already off,
57:18you know, you could try to go get you a Jolie or something before he hits the field for cheap.
57:24And if price goes up, it's something like that, you know, but like there's not a lot to do, but sit here
57:31and try to just stay as healthy as possible and get into playoffs and win, win some money.
57:37Yeah. With somebody like, you know, like you said, Terry McLaurin, he, he, he may be worth more, you know, when the
57:44season starts, you could shop him and see what you can get for him now.
57:48But he also might just be holding till like, Oh, he's moving around.
57:53He scored a bunch of points. Look at how good Terry is.
57:56There's a bunch of other good teams in here.
57:59Um, and those are the ones that are going to want the older guys like on a roster like this.
58:05I'm okay with CNC and Derek Henry dying on my roster because I'm just going to be continuously trying to win money with those guys.
58:13Right. And so you need to be able to that, like, that's going to be your next thing that you need to
58:20figure out is how to just reload the running back room.
58:24And that's where maybe tearing down from a quarterback or one of the guys just said, Hey, maybe, maybe you trade off
58:31of like a, one of the, one of your fourth quarterbacks to try to grab another running back.
58:36That might be like somebody who's not ascended right now and is still kind of young.
58:41Like, yeah, we just talked about Quince and Quince on Judkins.
58:45Like, can I go get Quince on Judkins whose values relatively tamped down right now?
58:49Right. Um, or something like that. Right. Yeah. High class, high class hit us in the comments and said, trade Danny dimes into two for another running back.
58:58Well, that's not trading Danny dimes before he comes out and pops his Achilles again.
59:03Isn't a terrible idea. You know, um, if he comes out and he's healthy, his value is going to go up.
59:10But if he comes out and he gets hurt, his value is back into, you know, in the tank.
59:16So that's probably a decent idea from high class to try to move off of Danny dimes.
59:21It's hard to get quarterbacks on your bench that matter.
59:24So I wouldn't be, you know, doing that on the cheap, but maybe you can do that.
59:29And maybe Mac Jones is coming back to you in a deal.
59:33Yeah. You know, Michael Wilson would be the active shopper for me right now.
59:38Cause there's some bump and some love and you don't need them.
59:41And let's just cash out if we can, we don't need to sell them if we can't get what we want.
59:48But like, I'd be, I'd be okay with kind of moving off of him.
59:52She have any, any questions, comments, concerns before we move to the next question here.
59:57What are your thoughts? I want to make sure that I'm like, I want to make sure that I've got the, this
60:04is, yeah, there's not much, there's not much to do unless you're just bored.
60:09You could probably get equitable value for Michael Wilson or something good to add.
60:13But I mean, how much is that? That's not going to change the outlook of your team.
60:18So I like that. I mean, you could, I mean, you could try to shop Bejal Tootin, but obviously you're right now, you're a favorite to win money.
60:27There's nothing to do right now. If one of these guys who never sees your lineup breaks out, then, you know, and
60:34it's an older guy like Terry McLaurin, then yeah, you can sell them in season for way more than you're going to get right now.
60:42So I would just stay in pat unless you're going to go try shopping KC for other 27, like 27 first, because
60:49you want to be, you just want to be a part of the party in the first round in 2027.
60:55But you're not just somebody's probably going to be reluctant to trade with you because they don't want to trade you something that they're going to.
61:03It's going to help your team more than it helps KC could help their team.
61:08One last idea, KC. You really want to just turn the fun meter up, right?
61:13So because you hit on some good ideas and Shev hit on some good ideas and I thought I had a decent idea.
61:20Like he's got so much depth. You could take Daniel Jones, pair him up with Terry McLaurin, Xavier Worthy and Michael Wilson
61:27and go find, go find the worst two teams in the league and try to get their first round pick next year.
61:34And you can add your best second round pick to it if you need, you know, you just keep piling on guys.
61:41You can literally give somebody a starting lineup off of your bench, you know, and try to go find, go get, make
61:48the bet that these two or three teams are the worst in the league and try to get their first round pick.
61:55One of the, one of the top, one of the worst three teams in the league, try to go get their first
62:02round pick next year, literally picking off your bench because you got starters on your bench.
62:07So you, you know, it might not be easy.
62:09You may end up giving Jones and all three of those wide receivers and a two, a late two, but that's what
62:16it costs to get a first round pick next year anyway.
62:20And you might not get it done, but it's worth a shot.
62:24And even, you know, if you give the way to all those wide receivers, you're like, well, I just gave away my depth.
62:31Well, you got five starters plus Jamison Williams. You got six starters plus Casey's conception.
62:36It's not in that list. And then, you know, Derek Henry is a starter flex starter on this team too.
62:42Right. And Scadabo. And if Tootin breaks out, like you, you have more players than you can start your, your bench is
62:49going to be winning weeks every week on the bit.
62:52Literally your bench is going to be outscoring some teams.
62:55So go ahead and click all the boxes and go get you a, an early first next year.
63:01Yeah. That's, that's a, that's a fun idea too, for sure.
63:04That's an insurance moving forward. You know, there's a, here's a rebuilder with four first round picks.
63:10You could maybe add some depth, try to count him into, you know, trying to take one of those guys off your team.
63:17Like I said, I like that. That's fun. That's, that's, that's turning the fun meter up.
63:22It's insulated. It's insurance. People are going to like it and you're going to have better opportunities.
63:27So I like that. I like that. Michael Wilson.
63:30And, and like a Manong guy, two guys that like are little depth pieces, maybe like pair them up and try to go move up.
63:38I was showing some trades there, but like, if we go back to the ADP, some, some players around kind of that
63:45area with, with those players in it. Like, I mean, here's Michael Wilson at nine Oh three.
63:50And then I think a Manong guy is here at 10 Oh two, like pairing those guys up and then trying to
63:57move up around or two and trying to find some other guys that you might like.
64:02There are some younger guys. Basically his team is so good.
64:06Big D in the comments goes, is this a 10 team league?
64:09Yeah. I saw that. Yeah. Right. That's how, that's how good that is.
64:14Yeah. That's how good that is. All right. I'm going to jump out here.
64:18Y'all you have a good, uh, had a good time.
64:21Appreciate y'all. All right. All right. We're going to, we're going to keep it moving here.
64:26Yep. Um, let's go back to the questions here.
64:29We got another question. I'm looking to contend this year.
64:32I feel like my main hole in my lineup is my RB position, which I'm going to draft.
64:38Oops. Sorry. Let me get this on screen for y'all.
64:41Um, there we go. Um, my main, if I'm sorry, let me start from the beginning looking to contend this year.
64:48I feel like my main hole in my lineup is my RB position, which I'm going to draft love at the one
64:54Oh one and hope that price falls to me at the one Oh six.
64:59I have some decent draft capital for the next two for the next year with two firsts and four seconds.
65:05Is it better to try and just hold the picks or what move should I make to put me in better position to win?
65:13Now I appreciate the time. Is this, is this from you?
65:16She have dong. I wouldn't sign at Shev dong.
65:19I would just send an eggplant emoji. All right.
65:22Darker twerker. Okay. All right. So here's his squad.
65:25Um, like he's got some, he's got some capital and he's got some seconds.
65:29So what, what would you say would be your course of action here?
65:33Shev, he says, he's, you know, kind of, kind of more of a contender, um, or, or rather kind of rebuilding, but going into a contender mode.
65:42Should he, should he seemingly have try to fix some holes or, or hold?
65:46We're gonna, we can, we can do, we can do a little something, something with this.
65:51Uh, you got a little utility with the, the Brian Thomas, the Brian Thomas run with dunes, that range because I mean,
65:58those are players that have universal appeal. Brian Thomas's value is cratered.
66:02So you can do a lot less with them now.
66:05But I mean, if we're able to look around a little bit, I can't.
66:09Yeah. So basically he just, are you holding the picks or what would you move to be in better position to win now?
66:17Cause he feels like he's a contender. So I just want to make sure I had the, all the parts of that question ready to go.
66:25I think I, I mean, I would definitely try to sell, try to sell at least one of those picks to get, to upgrade my running back room.
66:34If I'm going to go try to contend, I don't have an issue.
66:38I don't have an issue at all with selling one of those 27 ones to try to go get somebody I really like start with a guy.
66:46Like where is chase Brown? Let's go see where chase Brown.
66:50Oh, chase Brown kids. There he is. He's also a contender.
66:53So that's probably not going to work. Yeah. So what you have to ask yourself in these positions, which is why all
67:00this information is, is nice for us to have.
67:03So we can look at your leagues and go through is like, how many teams are contenders?
67:08Like, are you, are you right there? Or should you just wait another year?
67:13And like, you can mostly afford to kind of wait with the way your team's built and kind of just hold those picks.
67:20Or like chef said, grab one more and add that running back room and see kind of what can happen.
67:26And we just gave AJ Brown tons of love.
67:29He's on your team. JSN is obviously a stud.
67:32We like Rome. It's what Brian Thomas can do.
67:35We think, we think pits is fine. You got two good quarterbacks.
67:38Okay. Go send Mr. Steal your confidence. A first for Christian McCaffrey.
67:42Okay. You, you, you would see, I don't, I don't, I don't love that.
67:47I don't love that to start the season. I would do that later in the season.
67:52Steal your confidence. Here's the thing. You're not going to, I mean, that dude, that dude's just dying.
67:57I mean, this is, it's a rough, it's a rough go of it.
68:01And I don't really, I don't, I don't love his ceiling at all.
68:06He's only got one 27 first. So he's not going to give you, he's not going to give you his first.
68:12I don't, there's no way, there's no way to make that work.
68:16So, I mean, if we're plucking pieces off of here, either send both of your 27 first to try to get a
68:23guy like Justin Jefferson or just send one for Christian McCaffrey.
68:26And all of a sudden that lineup is probably a top three points scoring lineup.
68:31Your lineup is top three points scoring lineup week over week over week.
68:35If just a little bit, if everybody's healthy. Yeah.
68:38I'm, I'm, I think I'm a little more, uh, it's this one QB.
68:42What was it? Tight end premium or no. Um, no.
68:45Um, which one was his, um, Maui Howie. Um, I'm, I don't know if I'm, if I'm ready to just push the chips in right away.
68:53Like maybe, maybe I would go try to give you two of those twos right now for Christian McCaffrey and see what he says.
69:01See what else I have to add for that.
69:04I think I'm holding my 27 ones right now.
69:07If I'm this guy, I want to see kind of how it plays out.
69:11Um, obviously you're not going to be super threatening with Chris Rodriguez and Tyro and Tracy as your two.
69:17Um, so, you know, he did, he did say right.
69:20That he was, he was going to draft love with the one-on-one.
69:24Right. Yeah. Um, that's, that's what he led with.
69:27Right. Right. So he will add love to this.
69:30So I'm, well, yeah, in that, in that case, I, yeah, I completely blacked that out.
69:35Yeah. So yeah, I think I'm, I'm chilling with my picks.
69:38Good insurance. I'm seeing what this team does. You, you have mostly younger players.
69:43AJ Brown, I think is going to be at least good for another year.
69:47I'm, I just chill. If I'm you, you know, and you have, you also have Drake may and Caleb Williams in a one quarterback.
69:55Right. So that could be an answer to a question potentially is if there's a contender that quarterback goes down or thinks
70:01they have somebody that they don't, maybe you can tear down and, and add picks or add something else, you know, through one of those quarterbacks.
70:10Cause you probably don't need both of those guys.
70:12If it's one quarterback, like, you know what I mean?
70:16So yeah. Um, yeah, that's kind of what I would do with that one.
70:20Anything else? Shiv? No. I mean, just him knowing that he's going to draft the one, one Jeremiah love that kind of
70:27changes the outlook of your running back room quite a bit, especially from a value perspective.
70:32So yeah, I was saying like, if you're going to push the chips in, I push the chips in, I go one
70:39more year on Christian McCaffrey to try to win, to try to win money.
70:43Yeah. I don't mind that if we're, you know, a last third of the season and I'm upgrading there, but for me,
70:50I'm, I'm a hold those picks because I think it'll just do more for you long-term here to just chill for a second here.
70:58But if we get to a point where you're right there and you're top third of the league, and then you could
71:05add one more with one of those picks and go try to win some money.
71:09So, but I like it. I like it. All right.
71:13Um, let's check that one off the list. Let's go back in here.
71:17Um, all right. So we've got a, should I trade?
71:20Uh, sorry, let's switch to this tab. Should I trade Kenny Walker, the third and a 26, uh, one Oh two for Hampton.
71:27I already have Travion and Judkins in my RB room.
71:30I'm leaning towards Tate with the one Oh two, but I already have Jefferson neighbors and London.
71:36I made a lot of trades last off season.
71:38So, uh, basically Kenny Walker and the 26 and the 26 and the one Oh two for Hampton.
71:44So what do you think there ship? First and foremost, let me get my, let me get my life together here, brother.
71:51Um, Kenny Walker and the 26 one Oh two says basically Kenny Walker and Carnell Tate for Hampton.
71:57Um, let me, hold on. Let me make sure of me get my life together here.
72:02Just Kenny Walker, the one Oh two. So basically you're saying, you know, he's saying he would, would draft Carnell Tate basically with that too, essentially.
72:10Um, so Kenny Walker and Carnell Tate for. Marion Hampton, right?
72:13Marion Hampton. How, how confident do you feel in that?
72:17Not confident at all. So you, you would rather have Kenny and Tate.
72:21Yes. Hmm. Yes. We've been giving a lot of love to, uh, Mario and Hampton.
72:25Yeah. To Mario and Hampton. I know we've also been giving a lot of love to Kenneth Walker.
72:31We have, we have, let's see. Pat, that's, that's a, you're betting on the catch.
72:36You're betting on the catch with, with Mario and Hampton.
72:39And we, there's all the, the, Hey, he's a first round running back, all that stuff.
72:44I get it. You're also assuming that he's going to assume bell cow duties immediately.
72:49You have to make more assumptions. We don't have to make as many assumptions and you're a contender.
72:54Like I would year one coming out of the gate with the goal of securing a title.
73:00I feel much more confident if I'm having to bet on one side or the other, which one is going to put
73:07more points in my lineup per week and maintain value.
73:10It's going to be Kenneth Walker and Carnell Tate.
73:13I have guaranteed volume with less questions about, you can say you have questions about Carnell Tate, what, what actually happens, but
73:20we all, we all believe with this part that he's going to be the target leader.
73:25He's going to be the alpha in the Tennessee wide receiver room.
73:28And we all believe in Cam Ward as a, you know, as a collective.
73:33So I think that's, that's way too much to pay, even though they're separated by, you know, two rounds ADP wise.
73:39I still think, you know, Carnell Tate and Kenneth Walker helps you helps this build much more in 2025 than giving that up for a Mario on Hampton.
73:48Yeah. Yeah. And you, you, you know, you got a rock solid team.
73:52He's got Josh Allen. He's got Jaden Daniels. He's got Caleb Williams.
73:56He's got Quinchon Judkins, Henderson Walker. Then he's got Algier Rodriguez, Caleb Johnson and Trey Benson.
74:01He's got JSN neighbors, Jefferson, Drake, London. So great starters there.
74:05Colson Loveland and pits and Gadsden in the, and then Brenton strange in the, in the holster there.
74:10He's got a, he's got a couple two, two 27 firsts already looks like two 27 seconds already.
74:16Um, so you're, you're in really, really good shape here.
74:19I'm okay with, like you said, Jeff Holden, the calculator with premium calculator says it's a bit of an overpay.
74:25So I think, I think I would hold here.
74:28I mean, there's a chance that Kenneth Walker comes out here and is unbelievable and gangbusters and, and, you know, he's really
74:35close to a Mario on him the next year.
74:38There's a chance that Hampton comes out and blows it out.
74:41And he's one of the top three running backs.
74:44That's untouchable. Um, but I, I think I'd rather just have the Tate and the Walker right now.
74:50Yes. For this team. Um, yeah, um, I, it's not particularly close for me.
74:54All right. Next question. All right. Let me get there.
74:57Let me get there, brother. All right. I'll read it.
75:01Every year there are rookies with sky high price in the summer.
75:04Big value dips come in November due to production, especially with guys in number two roles, Jaden Higgins, Matthew golden, even some
75:11studs like Loveland's to start last year. Curious if you're already targeting guys who might be like that in 2026 for some
75:18mid-season trades, or do you just prefer to pay full price for draft picks?
75:23Now a potential example would be, but Denzel Boston or Omar Cooper cost decent today, but it could see where they would be quite cheaper in November.
75:31In other words, how often are you drafting for delayed, not denied guys versus waiting for people to sour on them?
75:38So this is a bit more of a theory question here.
75:41It's a good question. It is a good question.
75:44And so I've been kind of going the opposite in this right now of saying like, Hey, I'm, I think that people,
75:51this is an anomaly of a class right now that people are down on this class, especially when we get to that point in the draft, right?
75:59People might still be down with the one Oh one to kind of that one Oh six, one Oh seven range of his tight end premium.
76:08Maybe, maybe like Sadiq or Stowers or whatever. Um, and Jadarian price helped that out with the capital and the landing spots
76:15to kind of get that to six or seven or whatever.
76:18But when you got to the back end of the first, there's guys like Boston and Cooper who people really liked had
76:25big hives, uh, in the draft streets. I think their prices dip now.
76:29So I like, I've been in proponent of saying, Hey, I'm okay with blindly buying those guys now.
76:35And I think when you see them in season, there's going to be a couple of spots in season where they remind you that they're good.
76:43And I think right now might be the cheapest time to kind of buy those.
76:48So I think this is flipped on the inverse, how it normally is.
76:52If that makes sense this year. Yes. And that's an important, that's an important thing is we, this has been the lowest, right?
76:59This has been the lowest recorded male pattern rookie horniness to date so far.
77:03And so all these guys like Denzel Boston, there's, there's literally a startup that I'm in right now where the guy was
77:10saying that, Hey, yeah, I don't, I don't want anything to do with the 2026, the 2026 rookie picks.
77:16I mean, uh, a first in this class is a second in the 2027 class.
77:21I'm like, that's a really dumb in general thing to say.
77:24Right. But yeah, people hate this class and there's really talented players.
77:28There's just not quarterbacks. And there's not there, the running back class coming off of the, the 2025 class feels empty and we all got bad lane.
77:37We, I mean, we have quote unquote bad landing spots for, for the most of the running backs.
77:42So I think with guys like Omar Cooper and Denzel Boston, they have the draft capital that makes you, makes you, you
77:49know, it perks you up a little bit to where you feel good about making that investment in the back end of the first round.
77:57Or if you really believe in them, you send a first and a third and a different year to go ahead and overpay.
78:04If you feel like that's, you need to trade up to do something like that.
78:09But yeah, I like Denzel Boston. I like Omar Cooper.
78:12They got the draft capital. We don't think they're just going to be out there running wind spent sprints.
78:18I've seen the, the camp hype for Denzel, the OTA hype for Denzel Boston.
78:23And I mean, I haven't seen as much from Omar Cooper, but that doesn't really matter, but those guys belong and are
78:30going to have opportunities to produce at the NFL level.
78:33So if you believe in them, go ahead and get them now.
78:37I mean, I believe in Denzel Boston. I think that there's right now, there's a three round difference.
78:42There's a three round difference in a startup between Denzel Boston and Casey Concepcion.
78:47And I mean, at that point, I'm just, yeah, I clicked the button in the ninth, 10th round of a startup and
78:54you're looking at a potential Jaden Higgins style of outcome just in year one.
78:58So yeah, delayed, not denied, but their value is not going to decrease Jaden, Jaden Higgins value.
79:03It's really difficult to get him just for a random second right now.
79:07Yeah. All right. I like it. Hey, good, good stuff there.
79:11I wanted to point out to our listeners right now.
79:14I need some help. It's six, nine, six, nine, four, eight at the top there.
79:19I'm going to need to see six, nine, six, nine, six, nine on that swipe total data points here.
79:25We're real close. So if you want to get us some clicks here and get us to six, nine, six, nine, six,
79:32nine, we would appreciate it because nice, but yeah, good, good, good thought process there, Shiv.
79:37But generally how I do approach that is no, I don't wait for the sour thing because I hate, like there certainly
79:44is a thing to say, well, Oh, I'll just wait until this guy and when he's cheaper.
79:49And sometimes that does happen. Sometimes it does play out like that.
79:53But a lot of the times in real leagues with real people that have an idea of what's going on and how
80:00to play, like they don't necessarily ever get cheaper.
80:03It usually takes a little bit longer than that.
80:05Like, yes, somebody like a Caleb Johnson, who, you know, was my guy who I missed on last year.
80:11Like he got cheaper as the season goes on because there's less confidence and there's not even, there wasn't even a, you didn't even see him.
80:20Right. And so that, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, come on.
80:24Two more, two more. Come on. Tap it once.
80:26Tap it once. Oh, there we go. We did it.
80:30All right. There we go. Look at you guys.
80:32Nice. Nice. So stupid. Well done boys. Well done.
80:35And girls appreciate you guys. A lot of cancers right there.
80:39Right. Is that what, is that what the cancer sign is kind of a little bit?
80:44All right. You got to make sure you clarify that.
80:47Yeah. All right. Hey, appreciate it. Love it. All right.
80:50But yes, I generally go, I am drafting these guys because I'm not worried about them getting cheaper later.
80:56And yes, there will be, there is some guys that you could make a case for that, that happening, but generally that's
81:03not the mindset I'm ever going in there with.
81:06So, um, all right. I got this question pulled up here.
81:09We had our startup draft a month ago, 12 teams, super flex 0.5 tight end premium.
81:14Uh, and I decided to tank right off the bat along with another team.
81:19I have three 27 firsts and seconds while the other tanking team has been more aggressive for tanking for 27 and 28 future picks.
81:26His team is significantly worse as he's traded away most of most as he's traded away many more assets.
81:32Does tanking even make sense? If I'm likely not to get the 27, one-on-one, uh, if I move dart or Herbert, I
81:39may be in the running for one-on-one and seeing that the 27 is likely going to be a QB heavy class.
81:46I'm looking to compete in the next one to two years.
81:49And the league is very active with trades. So this is again, sort of a theory question.
81:55So he's competing for another tanker. Um, and look, I'm, I don't mind the idea of a new startup league gobbling up
82:02as many, uh, as much value as I can in the startup, uh, and not necessarily worried about building my team and
82:09then trying to, Hey, tank, tank, um, tank for a year.
82:12And then a, if it started going my way, maybe I sell the depth assets that I got on my bench from
82:19building the team a certain way to go after it.
82:22But most likely I'm going to be playing for, uh, the next year, or I'm probably going to say, Hey, I'm going
82:29to give myself two years here to get in the right position, uh, to really fill out this roster with a bunch
82:36of studs and a lot of depth. Uh, and then I can kind of do whatever I need to do from there.
82:43Um, but he's essentially asking like, is, is it worth it if you're not going to get the one-on-one?
82:49Yeah. The 27, like, yeah. What's the, so you get the one or two or the one or three and a really good class.
82:56Like, yeah, maybe it's not the elite, elite asset, but like in the class that essentially is coming up here, it shouldn't be the worst, right?
83:05It should be fine. You should still be a really good.
83:08What's your consolation prize to Jeremiah Smith? Arch Manning.
83:11Or maybe it's probably Arch Manning or some other quarterback who crushes it or, or Kwon Lacey is, I mean, Ahmad Hardy
83:18before he got shot by Jaden ball. There's, there's, there's a, a laundry list of guys that you could, that you could
83:25go with here to, to really boost and try to get you off the ground.
83:29And you have three 20, 27 first and second.
83:32So you're going to really have a chance to load up in a good class and set yourself up for the future.
83:39I I'm fine with that. I don't. Right. I don't have any sort of, I don't have any sort of problem with that.
83:46And here we're looking, I got your team pulled up.
83:50Call me. Let me, um, it's Justin Herbert. It's dart.
83:53He's got Deshaun Watson, Milrow Winston, but then he's got Jonathan Brooks, Laquan Allen, Trey Benson.
83:58And this is a good way to go. You punted the right position.
84:02You punted the running back position. You have a mega, a mecca, a book as your number one.
84:08And then lemon as your two bell as your three Hearst, you got Knowles, you got Royals, you got a couple of fun little shots in there.
84:16So that's, that's, that's an okay, but you have a cornerstone ish like player with a book there and you have lemon
84:23and bell could be something and Hearst could be something.
84:26That was a good shot. But then you look over at your tight end room with the premium and you have Bowers and Kraft and Stowers.
84:34So like the two bookend positions, Herbert's really good.
84:37You got a stud there. He's going to be good for a minute.
84:41And then on the other side, you have three awesome tight ends, two of which are ranked in the top four or five tight ends.
84:49And one is the one overall and premium. So I really like the way that you're set up here.
84:55You already have the first, like it's all right, man.
84:58Just that guy's going to beat you to it.
85:01Like it might take him longer to even get to, you know, just probably one other guy who you're not worried about
85:08in the league, probably for three more years. If he's just, you know, gotten rid of the rest of his assets.
85:15Yeah. I mean, this is, Hey, run your race.
85:17If you're not going to get Jeremiah Smith, there's still a whole lot of value to be had.
85:23And if for some reason, I mean, you're, you're in a productive enough struggle to where you're probably not going to out
85:30struggle that guy, but you don't get in. You don't want to get into a dick measuring contest with that guy either for that.
85:38Like, you know, what I mean? Would this be like a micro penis measure?
85:42Sure. Sure. Or, you know, pretty much never losing the bread game.
85:46Yeah. Yeah. But yeah, I just, excuse me. I think that, I think that where, where we're at with this particular roster, there's nothing.
85:53You just got to sit back in, you just got to sit back and maybe, maybe something comes your way where you
86:00can acquire some more capital to sell off a Jackson Dart or a Justin Herbert to let's see where we're at contender wise.
86:08Let's go. Call me daddy first. Yeah. I mean, maybe you can tear decent squad, but yeah, I mean, it's crazy.
86:14Nothing, nothing insane, but. You know, maybe he comes knocking about trying to, trying to offload, trying to offload Bo Nix after
86:21Justin Herbert gets off to a hot start. Like maybe, you know, maybe Bo Nix doesn't.
86:26So there's some, and you could, you could try to acquire some capital to do so.
86:31So just little things like there's, you've already, you've already picked the direction.
86:35You've already picked the direction. Let's not, you know, let's not get too, don't get too cute with it.
86:41You're going to have a lot of draft capital in a really good draft class.
86:46Let's not get too cute. Yeah. And looking through these contenders here and their starters, you know, nobody's like far and away running away with it either.
86:54So like, that's, that's a good thing, right? You can, you can come right back in here and you've got some horses.
87:01I just, I'm chilling. I'll try, I might try to find a, you know, maybe I personally don't mind.
87:07I'm keeping Herbert. If I could pivot off a dart, I'm okay with that or you can hold and it could be
87:14awesome, but I'm, I know I'm what's that. I got it.
87:18All right. Go ahead. Two ply, Tommy. Tyler shucking a first for Jackson dart.
87:22Where's two ply, Tommy? Two ply, Tommy. There he is.
87:25There he is. He's got some shit. Yeah. I mean, I don't let you like a nice little tear down on the quarterback.
87:33You know, even if you wanted to do, you know, like a, like feel safer about it with a golfer, a baker
87:39who's kind of in the same price range and try to get another first from somebody who loves dark, but dark dark is an awesome lottery ticket.
87:48He could, could be awesome. I just don't mind getting off the value where it is already, where I'm not a hundred
87:55percent sold, where you could at least get a first and have somebody like Shuck.
88:00Who's at least got as much that he proved as dart did.
88:03Right. Yeah. He's just not as young and as fancy.
88:07So, oh my God, the dude who has dart has no draft picks.
88:11Well, he has or the dude who has Jared golf.
88:14Sorry. Yeah. Yeah. This is, yeah, that's not gonna work.
88:17Yeah. So anyway, I like that. I like that.
88:20Let's, let's go back to the, the, the queue here.
88:23Um, bring you back over here. Um, all right, let's get into it.
88:27Let me, let me check that one off. So we're completed.
88:30Um, back to the inbox here. All right. Should I keep bring this back up?
88:35Had to stage. Should I keep, should I trade Brees Hall for Zay flowers and Travis ETN?
88:41I feel stupid for not taking the value, but I'm already thin at running back.
88:45So I keep going back and forth on it.
88:48My league mate said he would already do it.
88:51So Brees for Zay flowers and Travis ETN. Well, let's pull up.
88:55Shuck these nuts. Oh no. Didn't mean to do that.
88:58Um, so he's saying Brees for ETN and flowers onto this team.
89:02What's your initial thought there? I don't iffy. Iffy.
89:04I do. I mean, I really, really like Zay flowers.
89:08I have him ranked the highest out of all three of us, ironically enough.
89:12Yeah. That's funny. The Brees Hall. Moving off of Brees Hall to Travis ETN, the uncertainty that comes with, yeah, he's got the contract, but so does Brees.
89:21And you're trying to win money. I would try to find some sort of way to, I'd try to find some sort
89:28of way to get, to get off of, I mean, to get Zay flowers without giving a, if you, I mean, if
89:35that's the, I understand that you're tearing down at the running back position, but I mean, just, I, I don't feel like,
89:42I don't feel great about doing that. Even though it is, I mean, it's good enough value.
89:47You're getting two good players. I mean, you're splitting your, you're splitting your, your dollar into a half dollar and a quarter is my, is the problem.
89:55And I mean, I, I really liked Travis ETN this year, but I just don't, I don't like moving off of Brees
90:02who could, I mean, there's no RB one overall upside or Travis ETN in my opinion.
90:07Yeah. So the, the trade calculator likes it on the Zay flowers, Travis ETN side.
90:12Right. And you know, which I kind of get, but I'm, I'm with you.
90:17I like the asset in this one. Um, I think, I think I'm keeping Brees in that situation.
90:22Um, you know, you got this with this that he has right now.
90:26Yeah. Yeah. You got Bowers, you got neighbors, which, you know, you're, you're a little shy in the wide receiver room there
90:33and, but your running back room is fine. You got a good stab in Katron Island.
90:38You got a good stab in Jonah Coleman. You got Tootin and Judkins and Brees.
90:43Um, you got Mendoza, Jared golf, shuck, Daniel Jones.
90:46So your quarterback room is where I would be making a move out of to go try to add something else.
90:52Yeah. Right. That's where you got to make a move out of to go try to add in your, into neighbors and,
90:59you know, help yourself out with some, some insulation with another good starting receiver with neighbors and, and adding a little bit more depth to this room.
91:08You have Parker Washington. I love the, the rookies that you grabbed bell and Bernard and fields, right?
91:14Um, you got Parker Washington and then you grabbed two high end rookies and, and Tyson and, and Casey.
91:20So you're, you're knocking on the door. You just got to get one more stable vet that you feel good about, especially because neighbors is a little shaky.
91:28Um, but you've got ammo in the QB room here to do so.
91:32I have it. You send, you send Jared golf or Tyler shock, whichever one tell one of these three quarterbacks.
91:39I mean, it's, it's descending value though. You send, I mean, if you send Jared golf, I'm asking for CJ Stroud and
91:46what do you, what do we like here in terms of their running in that running back room?
91:51I mean, so Michael Jackson's doc is our trade is our trade partner here with Travis, ETN and Zay flowers.
91:58Right. There we go. So how do you, I mean, what is, is the difference from golf to CJ Stroud?
92:04Do you think that I could get us, do you think that that could get us Javante?
92:09Uh, you know, it just depends on how they feel about Stroud.
92:13He should be pretty excited about it because it's, it's stabling his quarterback out.
92:17He doesn't have to guess about the CJ Stroud thing anymore.
92:21And then you, you're saying you're, you're taking Stroud back.
92:24So you're, you get, you got then a shot at upside.
92:28I don't know if that'd be, if that'd be enough to push the needle over, but I don't mind something like that.
92:34Um, so this would be the guy who he's trying to get Zay flowers and Travis ETN from.
92:40So he's already in the, in the room making deals with this guy.
92:44Yeah. So I'm saying like, instead of, instead of weakening and already, you know, an already questionable situation, you got going depth wise.
92:51Like, let's, let's help him. Let's get a better.
92:54He's listening. He said he doesn't like golf. Oh, you don't.
92:58He doesn't like golf. I don't know if he doesn't like golf or the trade partner doesn't like golf.
93:04I'm assuming a trade partner doesn't like golf, but generally no for that specific trade.
93:08I would say no. And I would say use a quarterback to try to upgrade some room, you know, your, whatever rooms you want.
93:16And either in this case, you have the rare opportunity to just trade a quarterback straight away.
93:21Um, and not have to get a quarterback back.
93:24So you can extract extra value out of that.
93:27This is a trade. This is the trade. The swipe that we were talking about earlier.
93:32Right. AJ Brown versus AJ Brown versus Baker Mayfield.
93:35This is go trade for a veteran running back, high end running back, trade a quarterback or high.
93:41And you don't have, and you don't have to worry about not getting a quarterback back.
93:46We love doing that, but you don't have to do that in this scenario.
93:50Yeah. So, uh, Quincy, you, you come back over here.
93:53You talk, uh, you talk to us, give us some other ideas of what the trades you would might want to do.
94:00And we'll, we'll try to assist you. You can join the discord as well.
94:05If you haven't, that'll be on the website here real soon to make that a little easier for you.
94:11But there's a free discord, uh, for your pleasure that you could kind of keep us tabs or come back next week with another trade question here.
94:19That that's what the inbox is for here for guys.
94:22You can see how this easily, this works with us on the site while we're doing this.
94:28Um, and you can come check it out. All right.
94:31We've got one more here for your pleasure. Is Keaton Mitchell worth making a trade for owner?
94:36Won't give him up. I offered Njoku and a 27 third.
94:39He won't budge. Should I just move on and find RB depth elsewhere?
94:44Yeah. I mean, he knows that you're horny for, he knows that you're horny for Keaton Mitchell.
94:49So that's going to make it way harder for you to try for Keaton Mitchell.
94:54Some people are just like that. Right. Right. And you know, Hey, don't, don't go, don't go, uh, you know, this is
95:01like when you're, you know, you can't show Jason waterfall.
95:04I was going to say, you know, it's just when you're, you know, when a woman, when women catch on the scent
95:11that you're desperate, they're going to be like, eh, but when you're drowning in it, it's just oozing off of you.
95:17And they're, you're just like all, they're just flocking to you.
95:21But right now you're, you wreak of desperation over there for Keaton Mitchell.
95:25You just got caught, cool down, cool it off, go, go make another trade.
95:29And then they'll be like, ah, he, he, you know, he, he went and did something else.
95:35So, you know, Hey, maybe, and then we'll circle back on Keaton Mitchell.
95:39But yeah, no, I don't, I don't know. Uh, I don't think you should be pressing it.
95:44No, no, that's not. I mean, I know you, I understand that you have Morion Hampton and you want that insurance, but
95:51I mean, your insurance is the depth that you have between, you know, Jonathan Taylor, Quen Sean Jenkins, Bucky Irving.
95:57Like I really like your running back room as it stands.
96:01Right. Yeah, absolutely. Um, all right, let's see here.
96:04I just, before we end today's show, we're about to get out of here and, and run, uh, a little bit, but,
96:10um, I'm going to bring this up real quick.
96:13So this is, uh, kind of what we have in the works here for you guys, as far as, um, some roster review action.
96:21We can share this tab here, but this is, uh, this is in the beta stages here, boys.
96:27And we are, we are working on a roster review for your pleasure.
96:31This is just one of my teams here. You can see a bunch of tabs at the top.
96:36As we scroll down, we could see positional pillars.
96:39Uh, we can see our league share. We can see the overvalued assets.
96:43Um, but there's changes being made to this as we speak.
96:47Cause we've been dialing this thing in, but you can catch your league breakdown and put, you know, put it up, put
96:54it up against any team that you want. Here's big co's team.
96:57See how you stack up against them. You can see your boys got a little more value than big co.
97:04Oh man, you're going to get a text message about that.
97:07Um, big co won the league last, this league last year.
97:11I won this league this year. Um, you know, you can see that you can see the roster.
97:16You can see the foundations, the lottery tickets, the liabilities.
97:19Um, you know, lots of good stuff here. We got roster diagnosis is coming here.
97:24Um, to tell you kind of what to do.
97:27Uh, lots of different stuff. There's distribution of kind of where you're at with a bunch of different players.
97:33Um, so this is pretty, you know, just kind of gives you an idea.
97:37Here's then breaks down your distribution. You can go to full diagnosis here.
97:41Um, I think you put the emphasis on the wrong syllable.
97:45Yeah, I did. Um, here's your roster valuation telling you undervalued, currently valued, overvalued kind of players here.
97:51Tell you, give you some ideas. Here's your acquisitions diagnosis here.
97:54You can get the full diagnosis clip by clicking the button.
97:58Um, you got your targets potentially of kind of your different build types and what you would want to do.
98:04Yes. That's new. I've, I've submitted like 20 of these guys, like all my dynasty teams.
98:09I've done so many. It's so good. And this is new.
98:12This is really, this is new. This is great.
98:15Yeah. So this is, you know, if you want to, what kind of thing you want to do, trade abilities coming soon, your trajectory of your team.
98:24So you can kind of see where you're at longterm and we, let's just compare it to a big ghost team.
98:30Uh, see, we're right. See, we're riding the line together, baby.
98:34But Hey, if you come in here and you pick up just a bum, you just look at that.
98:40He's, he's not, he didn't have a chance. Um, but if we look at somebody maybe like, let's see what he looks like.
98:47He's, he's looking like he's going to be pleasurable from just trying to find somebody who's got that little bell curve.
98:54Yeah. So this guy's going on the downslope of, of kind of where he's wants to be.
98:59Um, he's, he's maybe moving into a bit more of a, um, um, so he's, he's a contender.
99:05Let's see. Um, anyway, um, kind of clicking through all this, this guy's got a good team, so he should be right up there.
99:12Um, this guy's got a bad team. You can see that he's going to, you know, kind of fall after the 28
99:19season, meaning he's got some old, he's, he might start tailing off a little bit.
99:24So, um, a bunch of different diagnoses, um, and a whole lot of, there's so much on here that I can't get
99:31into it into like great depth here, but just to guide, to give you a general perspective of our, of what's coming
99:38with the roster reviews that will be, uh, available to purchase on the website.
99:42Um, as well as then there'll be a roster review where you can come in and, um, you know, have us get
99:49the sheet that it spit you out. And then we give you a full on breakdown for 20 or 30 minutes as well.
99:56So, um, some cool stuff come in there. I'm not trying to, you know, hard sell you just wanted to, we've been talking about it for a while.
100:05We have real straight up roster reviews coming up and we'll certainly have opportunities to be able to do those live where you guys give us your team.
100:14We plug it in and we, we throw them up on the screen and we evaluate it.
100:19Um, but if you guys haven't already go in and link your leagues, sync your teams, all the power ranking stuff that
100:26we're looking at, uh, on the, on the, uh, um, on the stream here is, um, you know, you can come into
100:33your portfolio, you can upload all your teams. Of course, this is taking forever right now cause I'm live.
100:39Um, but this is to kind of be your home base of all the, like I was just showing you all the league rankings and stuff.
100:47Your, your portfolio can be loaded right into here.
100:50Um, and then the big thing that I really liked with after you sign in and make yourself an account, you can
100:57come in here, um, and you can do your rankings and your personal rankings.
101:01Um, and you can see, you know, Hey, personal rankings, we gotta, we gotta get these things up to date.
101:08So I'm, I've already done all my swipes on here, but then it comes through and it builds your rankings through your
101:15swipes to take the guesswork out of, Hey, you know how you trade with that one guy in the league.
101:21And he's like, Oh yeah. And my rankings, he's like, buddy, you ain't got rankings, but you could, if you had the
101:28FF dynasty.com, you could come get personal rankings. And then after you're done with them, you got to get a thousand swipes in.
101:35But then after you're done each month, we'll ask you to do a couple more swipes to kind of keep those up to the day, keep that flowing.
101:44Um, so make sure you go check all that out.
101:47I appreciate everybody turning in, tuning in, um, all that jazz, the FF dynasty.
101:52Have you guys covered neighbor's value since he's been on the cover of the video?
101:56I don't know what the cover of the video is, but, um, Gatson's not going to do squat.
102:02If he can't block that is factually untrue. Um, um, the cover of Madden.
102:06Um, I don't, I don't, I'm going to, um, I don't know.
102:10I don't know where we're going with that, but we have talked about neighbors extensively.
102:15I think me and big co did for a while.
102:18Um, yeah, back there. Um, it was like three weeks ago.
102:21So yeah, I don't think we talked about neighbors today.
102:25He just might've been on the cover because that's who the, that's who Jason picked to be on the cover of this particular video.
102:32Um, we're just the live shows just kind of go where they go.
102:36Um, with there's, if there's news, we'll talk about them.
102:39I'm sure we've talked about them on previous live shows, a decent amount.
102:43Um, so, so, uh, not this show. We haven't really touched on a whole lot of neighbors, if that's what you're asking.
102:50So it's not anywhere in this particular video. So sorry if that was misleading for you.
102:55Um, so we're going to wrap this one up.
102:58She have good stuff. Big co shout out to you.
103:01Shout out to all the comments in there. Guys, if you want your, your questions answered for sure, we try to get
103:08them in the, um, we try to get you some in, in, in the live comments here, but the best thing to
103:15do is to go over the, what we were showing for most of the, uh, the stream here and, and get everything entered into there.
103:23That way we can plug your stuff right into trade calculators, plug your stone and we can see your whole league and
103:30everybody, um, you know, can, can get a look at a little bit more context and, uh, gives us a nice clean slate to run through.
103:38So make sure you go check that out. Yeah.
103:41Appreciate it. The culture watch 24 14 there. Um, yes.
103:44Uh, so we did not cover a whole lot of, uh, neighbors, if any, today just didn't, just didn't go that way on the stream.
103:52Uh, so I think the editor will change that to, um, AJ Brown.
103:56So anyway, we'll catch you guys next week's Wednesdays sometime around 8 30 PM Eastern standard time.
104:02And who knows, maybe we'll expand some live shows to, uh, to a week here or there.
104:07So, um, all right, Jeff, you got anything else you want to tell the people about?
104:12No, this was, I mean, I go to the website, do it, do it.
104:16Like once the roster reviews live, use the hell out of it.
104:20I find it. It's fascinating to me. Yeah. So it's good stuff.
104:24And again, the roster review will not be the end.
104:27I'll be all of course, but, um, the treat calculator sends, yeah, it's a good, it'll be a good guideline for, um,
104:34a bunch of stuff and then, uh, but live stream, if you want some, some action.
104:39So we'll catch you next week. Free discord, uh, paid discord should be linked to the website here soon with the extra episode as well.
104:47So a bunch of stuff in the works. We'll see you next time.
104:51Peace. Hey, I want to thank you for being part of this broadcast.
