A.J. Brown

PositiveProjection0:05

Going to the Patriots in the third round; expected to ball out and prove himself on the right side of his dispute with the 49ers.

Insight page

Aaron Rodgers

PositiveProjection3:30

Rodgers is relatively safe primarily because the Jets don't have another viable option at quarterback.

Insight page

Andrei Iosivas

NegativeUsage5:20

Iosivas has been the worst targets per route run guy in the NFL, limiting his fantasy upside.

Insight page

Anthony Richardson

PositiveValue0:04

Mentioned as a potential late-round quarterback option in the pricing discussion.

Insight page

Antonio Brown

PositiveProjection0:04

Had a crazy, historic 2018 season as part of the all-time fantasy football Steelers team alongside James Connor and Juju Smith-Schuster.

Insight page
PositiveProjection9:30

Brown was back-to-back-to-back wide receiver one in fantasy football and was unstoppable; he commanded triple coverage, allowing teammates like Smith-Schuster to benefit.

Insight page

Brandon Aiyuk

NegativeProjection0:05

Has not been drafted in any best ball shares by the analyst; concerns about his commitment to football given lack of visible preparation and recent off-field issues including a speeding arrest warrant.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveProjection2:00

Bowers is among the elite tight ends (alongside McBride and Lovell) that the analyst believes can finish top 10, but late-round alternatives like Dulcich could outperform him.

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveValue0:05

Mentioned as a potential wide receiver option in the draft.

Insight page
NegativeProjection3:30

Young is not super safe by nature of the game and benching risk.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

NegativeProjection3:30

Stroud may not be as safe as perceived; he's been underperforming and could face benching risk, similar to other young quarterbacks.

Insight page

Chris Rodriguez

NegativeInjury0:05

His foot injury is reportedly worse than being publicly reported; there's concern he may not get through training camp or that the Jaguars could add another running back.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveProjection2:00

Loveland is grouped with Bowers and McBride as a top tight end option that can finish top 10 if healthy.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

PositiveValue0:04

His ADP is well ahead of pick 83, making it difficult to stack him with CD Lamb in best ball drafts.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

PositiveValue0:04

Coming off a torn Achilles, is a 13th round pick, which affects the quarterback pricing environment and late-round quarterback strategy.

Insight page
NegativeProjection3:30

Jones is not considered a super safe quarterback option.

Insight page

Darius Slayton

NegativeRole0:04

When healthy, unlikely to slot in high in the Giants' receiver rotation, as evidenced by analyst commentary questioning where he fits in the depth chart.

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

PositiveProjection0:00

Watson was historically elite in fantasy points per game before his injury; even at 75% of that level, he could surprise people and move from QB 36 to QB 28-29 if named starter.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:04

The Browns are unlikely to be good, making it more likely they turn to Shedeur Sanders late in the season rather than continuing to roll out Deshaun Watson.

Insight page

Eli Stowers

PositiveRole1:30

With the recent trade, Stowers is back on the menu as an inline tight end option competing with Makai Lemon to be the second target on the team.

Insight page

Evan Engram

PositiveValue2:30

Ingram is a solid late-round tight end option who can provide redundancy when paired with an elite tight end like Kelsey; he's been on winning best ball teams.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeValue0:05

The analyst would not take Garrett Wilson over Malik Nabers in the draft.

Insight page

Geno Smith

NegativeProjection3:30

Smith is not considered a safe quarterback option due to benching risk.

Insight page

Greg Dulcich

PositiveProjection1:30

Dulcich is a top target in Dolphins OTAs and could be this year's tight end breakout from outside the top 50 ADP, potentially scoring more fantasy points than Tyler Warren.

Insight page

J.J. McCarthy

NegativeProjection0:04

Didn't look poised in his rookie season and the analyst has given up on him for the Vikings this year; his college sample size was too small and he didn't get enough reps, making it unclear what he truly is as a player.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveValue0:04

Drafted as part of a Chase-Burrow stack in a best ball draft.

Insight page

Jacoby Brissett

PositiveProjection4:00

Brissett is likely to be the Browns' starting quarterback; he's seeking guaranteed starter money and compensation for expected sacks and poor team performance.

Insight page

James Conner

PositiveProjection0:04

Had a crazy, historic 2018 season as part of the all-time fantasy football Steelers team alongside Juju Smith-Schuster and Antonio Brown.

Insight page
PositiveProjection10:00

Connor had a crazy season in 2018 on the Steelers alongside Hall of Famers; he was part of an all-time fantasy football team.

Insight page

Jermaine Burton

NegativeBust7:00

Burton was waived and had a failed tryout with the Colts; he lost out to Yoshi Voss despite being in the same draft class.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveValue0:04

Drafted at pick 51 in a best ball draft, creating a stack with Jamar Chase.

Insight page

JuJu Smith-Schuster

PositiveProjection0:04

Had a historic 2018 season with 111 receptions, 1,400 yards, and 7 touchdowns playing alongside Hall of Famers Antonio Brown and Ben Roethlisberger on an all-time fantasy football team.

Insight page
NegativeBust9:00

Smith-Schuster hasn't had a 100-yard receiving game in five seasons but remains employed in the NFL, a stark decline from his 2018 peak.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveValue0:04

Went at pick 6 in this best ball draft, indicating strong early demand.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

PositiveValue2:30

Johnson has been on three out of the last four winning best ball teams, proving that late-round tight end lottery picks can provide significant value.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveProjection0:04

The analyst has drafted a ton of Kyler Murray and wants him to ball out for the Vikings; best case scenario is he plays well enough to earn a three-year, $90 million extension.

Insight page
NegativeProjection3:30

Murray is not safe due to benching risk; the Vikings only owe him $1 million, so they could easily replace him if the team struggles.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeInjury0:05

Concerns about his recovery from a recent cleanup procedure on his knee; the analyst is scared about his availability and only willing to take him in the fourth round or later.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveProjection4:30

If the Cardinals move away from Brissett and start Minshew, Harrison Jr. would be drafted too high due to increased offensive opportunity.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

PositiveProjection4:30

If the Cardinals move away from Brissett and start Minshew, Wilson would be drafted too high due to increased offensive opportunity.

Insight page

Mitchell Tinsley

PositiveDepth Chart5:50

Tinsley is a creative player who would likely be the next receiver up if T. Higgins goes down; he had a monster preseason last year but didn't play during the season.

Insight page

Najee Harris

NegativeProjection0:05

Unlikely to be signed by the Jaguars off a torn Achilles as a replacement for Chris Rodriguez, as it would be out of character for coach Liam Cohen to abandon his drafted running back.

Insight page

Odell Beckham

PositiveValue8:30

Beckham was re-signed despite declining production because teams believe even a glimmer of his former elite talent is worth the investment.

Insight page

Rashod Bateman

PositiveValue5:00

Bateman was already selected in the mock draft, indicating he's being taken earlier than expected.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveUsage0:04

Expected to combine with Tony Pollard for approximately 13.5 points per game in a best ball draft context.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

PositiveValue0:05

Preferred running back option at the turn (picks 4-5) in a best ball draft over other available backs.

Insight page

Shedeur Sanders

PositiveValue0:04

At ADP of 219, is a better pick than Tua Tagovailoa at 191; the analyst prefers him over late-round quarterback options.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:30

Sanders has a weak arm, hesitates to make decisions quickly leading to excessive sacks, and lacks the athleticism to compensate for his play style; he's a developmental backup at best.

Insight page
PositiveProjection3:00

If Watson doesn't stay healthy and Sanders starts 10+ games for the Browns, it would be a good fantasy outcome; the analyst is hedging on this possibility.

Insight page

Tony Pollard

PositiveUsage0:04

Expected to combine with Ramondre Stevenson for approximately 13.5 points per game in a best ball draft context.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

PositiveValue0:04

Selected in a best ball draft as the tight end in the team construction.

Insight page

Trey McBride

PositiveProjection4:30

If the Cardinals move away from Brissett and start Minshew, McBride would be drafted too high due to increased offensive opportunity.

Insight page

Tua Tagovailoa

NegativeValue0:04

At ADP of 191, is a worse pick than Shedeur Sanders at 219, as the analyst prefers not to take late-round quarterbacks like Tua.

Insight page
NegativeProjection3:30

Tagovailoa is not considered a safe quarterback option due to benching risk.

Insight page

Tyler Warren

PositiveProjection2:00

Warren is positioned as a top tight end option, but the analyst believes Dulcich has a 4% chance to outscore him despite being drafted much later.

Insight page

Tyreek Hill

PositiveValue8:00

Hill is cited as an example of an elite player so talented that teams will overlook off-field issues and continue to employ him.

0:00Protect yourself now at Aura.com slash remove. A warrant is out for Brandon Ayuk's arrest, according to the New York Post, because the guy can't stop speeding.
0:00Brandon Ayuk's response to that was to post a video of him literally driving his car around a NASCAR racetrack.
0:00So, my friends out there, ask yourself, are you making better decisions than Brandon Ayuk?
0:00I am making better decisions than Brandon Ayuk, bringing in my guy Coop from Fantasy Alarm, SiriusXM.
0:00We are going to draft some DraftKings basketball teams.
0:00Shout out to our friends over at DraftKings for helping us out this week.
0:00My guy, tell me right now, handicap this for me, odds that Brandon Ayuk plays for the Commanders this year.
0:00Give me your true betting odds. Oh, man. See, that's a tough one.
0:00Because if you said odds he plays for the 49ers, I probably would have said zero.
0:00Zero, yes. But now you've got to assign a team to it.
0:00I mean, I want to say, as crazy as it sounds, I want to say 50%.
0:00I think everybody wants it, except, I know, man.
0:00I think everybody except Shanahan. Because you listen to Shanahan, he's like, call us.
0:00But then he says, we know what we have here.
0:00We have a real dude here. Like, we can't just be giving these guys away.
0:00I think eventually they're going to be giving that guy away.
0:00And I think that's where he goes, man. I think they all want it.
0:00So, we'll see. It would be nice if the guy, instead of posting all the racetrack stuff, and the watches.
0:00How about one video of you running one route?
0:00Right? I think that would make everyone feel a lot better if we knew that this guy could still even just cut.
0:00Right? You're so right. I mean, generally speaking, I would say guys who are not employed, guys who don't have a team.
0:00Generally speaking, what you will see from them is lots of workout videos.
0:00Dude, I'm running hills. I'm running hills. I'm in the gym.
0:00Like, Juju Smith-Schuster just posted one the other day.
0:00Next day, he's a New York Giant. Brandon Ayuk, not doing it.
0:00Not posting the routes. I don't know what his deal is.
0:00Maybe he's just decided he doesn't need $120 million.
0:00But, you know, the 49ers are cool with it.
0:00I did some research on this. They're cool with this situation playing out right here.
0:00Because if Ayuk just does not report at all, they don't have to pay him.
0:00He doesn't count against the cap. That money goes back in their pocket.
0:00What Ayuk could do that would mess them up is he could be like, all right, I'm here.
0:00I'm here, bro. Dude, Shanahan would be so mad.
0:00He would be so mad if Brandon Ayuk just showed up and was like, all right, let's do it.
0:00He would mess them up. The roster bonus, right, in September, there's a bonus.
0:00So if he shows up at the last – he did that before.
0:00Did you ever hear the story with the Steelers trade with him?
0:00Well, maybe. Shanahan said that they were literally on the phone trading him to the Steelers a couple years ago.
0:00And he showed up to the facility. Did the same exact thing.
0:00Showed up and said, I'm going to sign my contract.
0:00And Shanahan tried to call up to the guys upstairs.
0:00And the phone was busy because they were on the phone with the Steelers.
0:00He said he had to run up the stairs and say, hang up the phone.
0:00Brandon wants to be here. So he could literally do that for the second year in a row.
0:00And even if he's not going to play there, now they have to essentially, right, decline the bonus or accept the bonus.
0:00Yes. I mean, just crazy business. Insane. All right.
0:00So we are in a DraftKings Millie Maker $20 million prize pool.
0:00$3 million first place. Hey, would be sick to send my guy Coop a $1.5 million post-tax bank wire for this shipper here.
0:00I assume we will be selecting Jamar Chase, which is totally, totally fine by me.
0:00There are, you know, there's an argument to be made that the value over replacement of the wide receivers actually, like I
0:00would hear an argument that you should take Chase first, that you should take Puka second.
0:00You know, like the running back 12 is almost certainly going to score more points than the wide receiver 12.
0:00I think the wide receiver 12 right now is AJ Brown.
0:00No, no. The wide receiver 12 right now is his former teammate, Devonta Smith.
0:00Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, this is the order I'm doing it in, man.
0:00And the problem that you run into is that more than ever, I feel like you can poke holes in so many damn players right now.
0:00I mean, even Bijan, you can say like, you know, he's probably going to have one of those lefty bows as a quarterback and that's not ideal.
0:00But you go down even the middle of the second round, you start, I'm sorry, the middle of the first round, you
0:00start being able to poke holes in guys. That's why with Chase, it's just on paper, it's so pure, right?
0:00He's the man. He's playing with Burrow. It's huck-a-chuck-a-football.
0:00I don't see why it wouldn't be once again.
0:00So, I mean, I have no problem taking him at one overall if he's, if we have to, but three, it's locked in.
0:00The top three are locked in for me. Do you ever deviate from this top three?
0:00I never deviate from the top five. So, I always take Gibbs.
0:00I always take Bijan. I always take Chase. I always take Puka.
0:00I always take JSN. Sometimes if I'm feeling squirrely, I'll take Justin Jefferson at six.
0:00If I'm feeling really squirrely, like, you know, sometimes they do these single entry contests and things.
0:00I'll take Ashton Gentry at six. You know, I'll let it lose a little bit.
0:00Because, like you said, you really can pick nits.
0:00I mean, Christian McCaffrey was basically the worst running back in the NFL on the ground last year.
0:00Jonathan Taylor's quarterback is coming back, you know, with an Achilles injury.
0:00I mean, it's tough out there. Yeah, it's crazy.
0:00You got, for Jefferson, you got Kyler Murray, where even at his best, the guy gets the ball out of his hands
0:00in under two seconds or he scrambles. Like, he's just not waiting for these routes to develop.
0:00You know, the Eagles are kind of falling apart.
0:00James Cook. James Cook is such an interesting microcosm of the current NFL.
0:00Because when you go through and break it down, I do this little thing I call the running back questionnaire for our draft guide.
0:00Where it's like you break the role into five pieces.
0:00Starting running back. Third down back. Goal line. Two minute drill.
0:00Mop-up duty. Dude, James Cook splits the pass work with Ty Johnson.
0:00Most of the mop-up duty goes to Ray Davis.
0:00The goal line is split down the middle. For the two years straight down the middle with Josh Allen.
0:00Yeah, with his quarterback, right? With his quarterback. Yet, he still has been RB6 and RB7 in this format in two years in a row.
0:00Because he's a great player on a great team.
0:01And running is the luxury of the winning team.
0:01So, like, his ceiling might not be the highest.
0:01But he's one of the safer picks. So, it's such a weird, weird spot in the running back landscape.
0:01And oddly, running backs are going higher than they've ever gone.
0:01Yes. I like Gentry more than I like Cook.
0:01Because I think he will legit. Like, I mean, I think we could see like a 350-touch season out of Gentry.
0:01All right. We've got Chase. We've got McBride here.
0:01We've got Henry. I mean, I do like to get a running back out of the way here.
0:01I mean, I don't love Derrick Henry. This is the little Week 17 game correlation.
0:01So, we are going to take Derrick Henry. I mean, Henry, just not that fun of a pick on DraftKings.
0:01You're like drawing to like, you know, got to get the 100-yard bonus.
0:01This dude's not going to catch any passes. I assume the drafting of Adam Randall is even more of an indication that
0:01they're not going to have him catch passes. Like, Adam Randall is like a 235-pound version of Justice Hill in terms of like that type.
0:01Like, Adam Randall is already Samaj Pirine for the Baltimore Ravens.
0:01Like, he's already ready to just be like, well, yeah, go stick me out there.
0:01He's Antonio Gibson. I'm always shocked when I look at Antonio Gibson and see he's 220 pounds.
0:01Yeah, he does not play that way. Brees or Alave here?
0:01Brees just like for the running back stuff. Alave, I think, is the best pick here.
0:01Let's go Alave. Yeah. Derrick Henry is like, right now he's like the Tom Brady of running backs where it's like the
0:01PPR haters will eventually be right, but they've been catching a whooping every year because he's just awesome.
0:01You know, like eventually he will be right if you keep fading, Henry.
0:01But for the time being, the guy's just been a freak, you know.
0:01To the point on Justice Hill, he ended last season with a pretty serious neck injury.
0:01Yes. And I don't know if we've even seen him back out there yet.
0:01So, I don't know. Adam Randall could be sneaky.
0:01I like him in Dynasty more than taking him and stuff like this, though.
0:01I agree. You know, what's funny is actually, just kind of the confluence of the way my Dynasty teams are existing this year.
0:01I have a bunch of teams that won last year but are like kind of running on fumes.
0:01I've actually traded for Derrick Henry and Barkley and McCaffrey and Mike Evans and Devontae Adams and Travis Kelsey and Mark Andrews and like a bunch of leagues.
0:01Like probably in over 10 leagues. I've acquired a guy over the age of 30.
0:01And now part of that was this rookie class was so bad that I was like, hey, man, I would love to
0:01ship out the 211 for any guy with a pole.
0:01So, the reason why I'm pretty comfortable taking a Lave there now and only having one running back through three rounds for a couple reasons.
0:01The first being the four or five turn running backs, I'm getting a little bit more hip to.
0:01I think the most under-discussed story in fantasy football right now, Coop, is that it's June 4th.
0:01Chris Rodriguez Jr. has a confirmed foot injury. They haven't traded for anyone.
0:01Joe Mixon hasn't been there. Najee Harris hasn't visited there.
0:01Kareem Hunt hasn't visited there. Why is Tootin not going?
0:01Why is Tootin not 10 spots higher than he was a week ago?
0:01The fear, man. It happens because everyone was in on him last year and now they're scared of the same situation when it's not even close, man.
0:01It's not even close to the same situation. And this was...
0:01Here's the thing with this crew. Like people are dogging James Gladstone for his draft this year.
0:01But we forget that people crushed Brad Holmes for his draft.
0:01After he traded up and took a running back and took a tight end, they didn't even need one.
0:01Like this group, the Les Snead tree, they keep finding all these guys.
0:01They keep finding the Kyron Williams and the Puka Nakua's and the Amara St.
0:01Browns. One of the first players this guy took was Basho Tootin, right?
0:01And they traded up to take him with like the second pick of the fourth round.
0:01Just barely a day three guy. To me, when you spend that much draft capital, but it's almost as if he really
0:01should be more of a third round pick type guy.
0:01Like I'm in on it. Not to mention LaQuinn Allen.
0:01Like people keep saying, oh yeah, he's going to play pass downs, whatever.
0:01I don't know. Yeah. I'm not sure if I mentioned this on the show last year.
0:01I went to fantasy points last week. I took all the players, all the running backs, and I sorted them by touches,
0:01essentially touches, which I was calling targets plus carries and divided that by snaps.
0:01LaQuinn Allen was the very last guy on that list by a mile.
0:01This guy was playing a ton of snaps, never touching the football like a Justice Hill.
0:01So I'm really not worried about that type of player in this situation.
0:01No, no. He's basically Alec Ingold. Yeah, really. Drew Sample playing in the backfield for the Bengals.
0:01All right. This is a tricky spot. I mean, I like Waddle here.
0:01I don't mind. Really, any of the running backs, honestly, would be fine with me here.
0:01Let's go. I like Waddle here. I mean, he's going to be playing that slot flanker role.
0:01Cortland Sutton is going to be out wide. Basically, they're just doing whatever the team is doing, right?
0:01You have a big split end. T. Higgins, George Pickens, Mike Evans, Devontae Adams.
0:01And then you have your guy that's going to get peppered.
0:01You're going to move him around all over as a slot flanker.
0:01Jamar Chase, Chris Godwin, or, yeah, I mean, obviously C.D.
0:01Lamb. Like, there's a world where Waddle gets like 130, 140 targets here.
0:01And Bo Nix led the league in passing. I think we're living in that world.
0:01My thing with Waddle is he is just one of those guys where his great fantasy football season is going to take
0:01a lot of people by surprise because they've spent so much time hating on him that they actually forgot how good he is.
0:01Jalen Waddle, his first three seasons in the NFL, he was seventh in the NFL in receiving yards before Tua started his
0:01downward spiral and before Tyreek got there. He was an elite, elite, elite college football profile.
0:01He's been phenomenal in all the games. If the subset of plays that Tyreek Hill are off the field and Tua Tagovailoa
0:01is on the field, he's one of the best players in the NFL in that subset.
0:01And he proved that he could do both because when his rookie year, he was playing out of the slot and got 140 targets.
0:01And then when Mike McDaniel showed up, he moved him out wide and he had the big season with the yards.
0:01Like, you bring that all together and move the guy all over the place, he can be one of those guys, man.
0:01He's been one of the biggest what-ifs. With a great coach, a really good winning situation.
0:01You know, I believe, I think the Broncos on some sports books are favored to win the division on some, it's Kansas City.
0:01But I took Burrow there at 51, something I never do.
0:01I mean, I have like no Burrow. He's just like a weird, weird price guy.
0:01But I feel like with Coop driving the ship with me, I think we're going to find some running backs here.
0:01I think we're going to find some running back production.
0:01My guy's got some secrets for me. And what I'm really hoping is I'm really hoping we get a chance to select by Shel Tootin in this one.
0:01Yeah. Conditions are perfect. I mean, I'll be interested to see where Burrow's ADP falls in regular redraft leagues.
0:01I know a lot of the redraft ADP gets driven by the sharp hours of best ball that go on to channels like this.
0:01But I wonder if the casual gamer is going to be caring as much about correlation with Chase and Higgins.
0:01And maybe he might go a little later in redraft.
0:01We'll have to see. Burrow, the thing about that, though, is Burrow is just a fan favorite.
0:01Like these guys who are fan favorites, you know, when we get to August, when you're drafted on Labor Day weekend.
0:01If it's a guy who, like, here's actually a really good rule of thumb, Coop.
0:01If a casual fan has a chance of knowing a quarterback's girlfriend or wife's name, they're not draftable.
0:01They're not draftable. That's literally, to me, that's the metric.
0:01And Joe Burrow's girlfriend would be known by a certain segment of the population.
0:01It's a real shame, dude. You're right, dude. It's the name, the face, the correlation, dude.
0:01It's the—and you know what? Like, those guys, I feel like those guys in your hometown league, they definitely win every once in a while.
0:01Like the Larry Fitzgerald guy who just picked Larry Fitzgerald every year because he just recognized his name.
0:01And sometimes those players just hit, so. So real.
0:01I don't blame him. No, 100%. Is someone going to select Lamar Jackson here or am I missing part of the screen?
0:01No, you're—I don't—so I've also—this has been a funny thing.
0:01We got a Loveland Bird in stack. There you go.
0:01We got a Loveland Bird in stack. Wow. Obviously, I do not mind this move by—this is actually—it's actually funny because I
0:01clicked this before we started, but this is my old friend Cal Spears drafting there out of the 12th.
0:01I like that move. I do not mind that move at all because in best ball, on DraftKings in particular, the quarterback pricing is so compressed.
0:01I mean, you know, we got Joe Burrow going at 51.
0:01We got Brock Purdy going at pick 95. They're all in this small little window.
0:01I don't hate that move at all. I don't hate nabbing two of those guys in the first seven rounds at all.
0:01Like, Caleb Williams, Lamar Jackson, you're going to get a lot of quarterback points with those guys.
0:01Can't wait for everyone to watch this stream when Cal wins $3 million.
0:01Well, you know, if there's one thing I know, it's that Cal often in his life has just, you know, financially run really bad.
0:01Nothing has ever really worked out for Cal, so like, I know he needs it.
0:01You know, the $3 million, I think, would sit just fine with him.
0:01That sounds like a reverse jinx to me if I've ever heard one.
0:01I love that. Yeah, real. Okay, so we are going to be up in three picks.
0:01Running back. Dude, Trevion Henderson is still there. Jadarian Price is still there.
0:01So we are, we're doing the, we're crossing our fingers.
0:01We're doing a little bit of, we're doing a little bit, we're cleansing with the stage.
0:01We're trying to make it happen. Drake May goes.
0:01So this, I mean, Trevion Henderson. A QB run here would be nice for us.
0:01I mean, you're a New England guy. Give me the take on Trevion Henderson versus Ramondre Stevenson.
0:01I mean, the thing is, everybody knows the deal.
0:01Like, Ramondre, Trevion Henderson is a more explosive player.
0:01Obviously, it's a bigger upside. It really does annoyingly boil down to pass blocking.
0:01And it's not even that Trevion was necessarily terrible.
0:01I mean, his grades, if you believe in that, which I do to some degree, were very similar to Jameer Gibbs' rookie year grades.
0:01And Gibbs just proved to be too good to take off the field.
0:01The problem is Ramondre was one of the best.
0:01Like, no doubt. Yes. Go back and watch. He was just stomping people, right?
0:01So that, annoyingly, that's going to factor in. But like, Trevion right now is still one of my most drafted guys.
0:01Not even on purpose. I just think his ADP is true.
0:01Oh, dude. That right there was such a sick, sick slow roll.
0:01That's what I mean. Talking about it. Yeah. Do you want to take Warren or Ramondre?
0:01I mean, we're thin at running back here. Yeah.
0:01Dude, I'll take Ramondre here and just kind of pivot.
0:01Because, I mean, the thing is, this is a range of outcomes game.
0:01There is a world where Ramondre just starts. Just pure starts like last year where he's a super viable player.
0:01Trevion also, like, he did score a lot of his fantasy points in the games without Ramondre.
0:01Like, when they were both playing, it was obvious who the dog was.
0:01So we could just get that here. I mean, as a Patriots fan, when I take off my fantasy hat, I do
0:01just want them to run it out like they did for 20 years under Josh McDaniels, where it's like you have the early down back.
0:01You have the pass down back. You use play action with the early down back.
0:01With the pass down back, you hand it to him on third down, and you pull everybody's pants down.
0:01They did it forever, going all the way back to, you know, like, Corey Davis and those guys, right?
0:01Like, you go all the way back to Kevin Falk, and then there's, like, James White and all these guys.
0:01Like, that's probably what they want it to be, but Trevion couldn't block well enough.
0:01So I think it could be a split, but I think both guys could be relevant, and they're both handcuffed pluses for each other.
0:01If one of them goes down, now you've got big upside.
0:01So I have no problem taking this. Contingent value is the only thing that matters, and there's going to be a lot
0:01of contingent value to be had both ways in that backfield.
0:01Kind of a dude. I mean, Jaden Daniels is still here at Tony Pollard kind of fits.
0:01We go upside with Makai Lemon. We could go.
0:01I've been taking Tony Pollard a lot. You know what?
0:01This range, I feel like, is going to determine, like, everything.
0:01It could be Harvey. No, you're so right. Kind of whoever wins out of this second tier of running backs.
0:01Like, if there's a huge hit out of Ramondre, Pollard, Stevenson, Jalen Warren, Chuba Hubbard, if one of those guys ends up
0:01being a supreme, like, let's say, like, 15.5 fantasy points per game or whatever, the teams that are going to win are
0:01going to be the hero running back teams. It's going to be the, okay, on draft Kings, I started Jamar Chase.
0:01Then I took a running back. Then I took one more wide receiver.
0:01Maybe I mix a Lovelland in there. Maybe I mix a Tyler Warren in there.
0:01But my 2B2 of Tony Pollard and A.J. Brown is smoking your Jeremiah Love, Brian Thomas Jr., or whatever.
0:01The name Chuba Hubbard sticks out like such a sore thumb in every draft I do, right?
0:01Like, it's just, I feel like every draft you go through, you have to ask yourself, do I take Chuba or do I enter those waters?
0:01You know, or do I push it off and enter that realm and make the next level of decision?
0:01Dude, I just, I don't know. Do you take a decent amount of Chuba?
0:01I don't even know what my exposure is to him.
0:01I just know every single draft I feel like I sit there and I say, oh, it's Chuba decision time.
0:01If it ain't broke, don't fix it. That sounds right until you actually do the math.

0:01For a while, I was drafting a lot of Jonathan Brooks.
0:01Now the Jonathan Brooks price is just not representative of reality.
0:01Like this guy tore his ACL 18 months ago.
0:01He's still not doing team drills. Like I think he has every, what is going to happen with Jonathan Brooks is they
0:01are going to put him in a live game, see how it goes.
0:01And if it goes well, they'll happily give him more touches, put him in a live game.
0:01He wakes up the next day. His knee is swollen.
0:01Like it's kind of it, dude. Like we, we could, this, this could be the end of Jonathan Brooks's career like this
0:01year, you know, like this is kind of how, it's kind of how, kind of how it works with these guys.
0:01Like if he's not healthy, it's over. Roman Dunsley made a great point on like serious injuries recently, a very scary point
0:01where he was like, yeah, he's like, I hurt my foot really bad and moving forward, everything is a new normal.
0:02And I'm not sure if you've had any serious injuries like that.
0:02Like I broke my arm real bad. And I know for a fact, like since that day, my arm has been a little bit different.
0:02You know what I mean? It's like, you can with, with some injuries, obviously you can recover fully, but a lot of
0:02these guys, man, it's like, you just got to move forward as a new person entirely and tearing your ACL twice, man.
0:02That is tough. I do have, I do take Brooks.
0:02A lot of times what happens is I'll have Chuba and I'll look at Brooks and I won't take them.
0:02I'm looking here. I think my, my Chuba exposure is not as high as I thought it was.
0:02It's like 14%, which is, I don't know. Where do you think you live on that?
0:02I bet I'm, I bet I'm between six to 8%.
0:02Cause I, I do. I, I, I believe I have Ramond Ray ranked over him.
0:02Just it's an offensive tiebreaker thing. I almost always am going to side with the better offenses there.
0:02So we've got Godwin here. I love God. We've got, if we wanted to do a quarterback, I guess it would be
0:02like, we do dart and then try and get likely later.
0:02Probably don't have to take Nick's here. Godwin just go.
0:02No, Godwin's there. I actually do like Godwin a lot.
0:02I like the thing with him and I get it.
0:02People say, Oh, maybe he's a, he's an old now.
0:02Maybe he'll, you know, he'll never be the same coming off the injury.
0:02But you listen to what the GM, you know, Jason light said, he was like, you know what?
0:02He actually didn't look like himself until the very end of the year.
0:02And he kind of pointed at the dolphins game and was like, go watch that game.
0:02He's like, he looked like Chris Godwin and we're betting on that guy to be Chris Godwin.
0:02He says he feels the best he's ever felt.
0:02And the last time this guy was healthy, I mean, he was the wide receiver to overall in all of fantasy football behind only Jamar chase.
0:02And he's been the wide receiver to in fantasy football before a while back.
0:02And if you're one in full PPR, right? Yeah.
0:02For real. And I mean, this guy was scoring in 2024, a mere year before last, he was scoring over 20 fantasy
0:02points a game and they loved that Liam Cohen offense.
0:02So they said, let's go out and find the next best thing, which is Zach Robinson, who worked with Liam Cohen in 2023.
0:02And Robinson was the past game coordinator for that Rams team.
0:02When Cooper cup had the best fantasy football season of all time, playing the role that Chris Godwin is potentially going to play.
0:02The real question is whether he's going to be an every down player.
0:02If they, if they do put a big book out the Z and have Ted Hearst as a full-time outside guy, Godwin
0:02could end up being a part-time guy. And that would cap his upside.
0:02But if it's Godwin and a Buka in two wide receiver sets, and then Godwin gets to play slot for three wide
0:02receiver sets, it could be wheels up for this dude.
0:02Where do you stand on the debate that is tearing our community apart jail McMillan or Ted Hearst who's just straight up
0:02course of the season, who scores more fantasy points?
0:02Assuming, you know, they're, they're both healthy for 17 games.
0:02Who scores more fantasy points? Yeah. My, my, the, the reality is that I pick neither.
0:02But when I do go there, I take Ted Hearst and it's simply because I'm such a mystery box bozo, right?
0:02Like I just look at it and I'm like, I've seen Jalen McMillan.
0:02He's definitely fine, but they've told us everything we need to know about Jalen McMillan by drafting a Buka and by drafting Ted Hearst.
0:02Like if he would, if they viewed this guy as like a dog, you don't spend that capital.
0:02So I look at Ted Hearst and I'm like, look, I don't know anything about Georgia state.
0:02I'm not going to pretend that I do. What about, what about Valdosta state?
0:02I know even less about Valdosta state. The Valdosta state, the Georgia state pilot pipeline is not one I, not one I'm particularly familiar with.
0:02You don't have, don't have that committed to memory.
0:02I do not have people. I don't have boots on the ground out there, but I will say this.
0:02When you watch the highlights and you look at, you know, the, the metrics and, and you, you can see the vision, right?
0:02And you look at the size, you can see the vision of like, okay, we have a bunch of high floor guys.
0:02Let's just take the highest risk, highest reward guy in this draft.
0:02And which is what they did. And I kind of love that.
0:02I love that idea of like, what if this guy is just a freak?
0:02And also for this particular game, we play best ball, super fast, speedy field stretchers from the very last few rounds.
0:02All it takes is a 40 yard touchdown. They're cracking lineups, right?
0:02Like that's how many, how many of you line up cracks do you from your 17th, 18th round pick?
0:02I think these obviously go to 20 from a 17th round pick.
0:02How many lineup cracks are you, are you pumped about?
0:02You know? I mean, honestly, I think, I think two lineup cracks from Ted Hurst and you're chilling.
0:02Yeah. People have won millions on Adam Thielen lineup cracks.
0:02It like at just the right time, you know what I mean?
0:02Like that's the game. That yeah. And, and Ted Hurst is of the profile where if he is cracking the lineup, like
0:02he probably, he will probably lead that group in average depth of target, which is quite nice.
0:02Um, all right. We are about to be back up.
0:02We have two quarterbacks, three running backs, four wide receivers, no tight ends.
0:02The tight ends here are Kincaid, Kelsey, and likely, uh, if we want to do another running back, I'm a big JCM guy.
0:02We do have Dobbins with Bo Nix wide receiver would be like golden or conception.
0:02Let's do JCM. I, I have no problem, uh, piecing together tight end position.
0:02Not worried about it. Not worried about it. There's some late tight ends.
0:02I really, really like, and get a couple of the right guys, man.
0:02And we talked, we've talked about that couple of the right guys in the right spots and you're, you're fine.
0:02Uh, I have been drafting a little bit of Kelsey just because he gives you the license to kill.
0:02Like when you take that player with his floor, you can go out and just draft all the sicko, like completely like
0:02you can do once you, if you have Kelsey, you can take Sadiq.
0:02You can take Chig. You can take whoever else.
0:02Terrence Ferguson, Gunner Helm, all the favorites. Dulcich, right?
0:02Like, because you have the floor to give yourself a shot at upside with the rest of your build, you know?
0:02So, I mean, I still take all those guys anyway, but, uh, for the conservative player, having a guy like that, you
0:02know, I mean, the guy finished tight end three last year and he's going to get targets.
0:02Yeah. Yeah. You're, you, you, you couldn't, you really couldn't be more.
0:02There's a player I don't pick off the board ever right there.
0:02And Jake Ferguson. Don't do it. Never. And unless I, I have to have Dak would be really the only, the only time.
0:02All right. Do you want to take Mr. Mr.
0:02Kelsey? Kelsey or Kincaid. I'm, I'm even on both.
0:02In fact, I, your call between the two. We're, we're going to take Kelsey and I want you, I want you to
0:02try and sell me the Dalton Kincaid pen. I want to hear, I want to hear the sell.
0:02Here it is, dude. Have you ever heard of the per route run stats that people, you know what?
0:02I'm, I'm intimately, I'm intimately familiar with, with per route run stats and their relationship to selling pens.
0:02There's a whole brand. Yes. I have a whole bucket of pens here that never actually run routes, but boy, on those
0:02per route run spreadsheets, they look good. And that's the thing with Kincaid.
0:02You have to buy the, you're buying the fact you're buying the idea that he's been hurt.
0:02Right. And the GM's not even by the GM's like, you've got to bulk up and stop being such a baby in,
0:02in, in, that's basically what he has been saying for two off seasons now.
0:02And he did bulk up according to them, which, you know, fine.
0:02But this guy is a focal point when they are in important situations, right?
0:02Like when it's third down, when it's goal line, they are drawing things up for him.
0:02They know how to find the mismatches for him.
0:02Josh Allen knows how to identify them. And that's something I do like in best ball touchdowns kind of do paper over
0:02inconsistency, which I do expect this guy to score a bunch of touchdowns.
0:02So, uh, and, and if he does go from being a 40% snapshot player to somehow being a 70, 80% snapshot player.
0:02Now you get what we've been waiting for this whole damn time, which is a potential guy that gets a hundred and a hundred.
0:02If this guy gets a hundred targets on this team, then he'll deliver everything.
0:02Everyone's always wanted, but he just, he might just be a part-time guy and that would, uh, that'd be pretty lame, but
0:02it's possible that that's the upside case. Everyone knows it though, right?
0:02Like, you know, if he just somehow becomes a full-time guy, then the ceiling is massive, but I don't know if they want him to be that.
0:02It's, it's huge. It's huge. And it's a bet.
0:02You know, if I'm, if I'm going to be honest about my, my proclivities, I mean, one of the huge bets I'm
0:02making in fantasy football this year is that Chigakonkwo goes to being a full-time player and Chigakonkwo stats in a limited sample
0:02are not nearly as good as Kincaid's. Kincaid went 127 here.
0:02Chig went 134. So I should, I should apply these things more fairly.
0:02Uh, doesn't, doesn't mean I'm going to, I should, um, does certainly doesn't mean I'm going to, but yes, it, I'm, I'm
0:02worried that basically Kincaid's knee will just end up being too big of a limiting factor.
0:02Like Kincaid's career might already kind of be trending towards dude.
0:02Imagine if he would have been healthy, like happens all the time.
0:02Happens all the time, man. I mean, Chig, Chig to, to that point, Chig is my most drafted player by far.
0:02It's the point where I, I need to stop doing it.
0:02I won't until later in the summer, but what, what, where do you like to keep your exposures under?
0:02Do you even, do you even limit that to any degree?
0:02It kind of naturally, I try to naturally get it to 30 max.
0:02If possible. I took Concepcion there cause he just was a huge ADP faller.
0:02That's great. Um, so last year I was super, super conservative.
0:02I think I'm, I think I had four guys over 20% in the whole portfolio.
0:02Like I was super, super conservative because the year before I went all in on some spot.
0:02Well, honestly, the guys I went all in on were mostly either bad or like average, but the bigger issue that you
0:02don't even think about when you're just kind of like smashing some guys is it will then keep you from pockets of
0:02the draft where huge scores are found. So for example, you know, if you're like, I don't know.
0:02So this year, let's say, let's say like, you just love Judkins.
0:02You're like, dude, I'm smashing the button. And let's say you're even kind of right about Judkins.
0:02Like let's say Judd, you have 35% of Judkins and he scores 13 and a half points per game.
0:02He's a good pick, but not a great pick.
0:02But for example, if the guy you had to have was Christian Watson, you didn't even really do anything wrong, but you still lost.
0:02You still lost because you had 40% of one dude and 4% of the other 4% of the other.
0:02Yeah. I mean, that's I'm at, I'm there with check.
0:02I, I just pulled it up. I'm at 43% share.
0:02And obviously the penalty goes lower, the lower it is in, in the draft, right?
0:02Yes. Okay. If it's a last round pick, yeah, it doesn't matter as much, but I still, I don't still like being above 30 that much.
0:02Can I, can I toss out an unstacked uncorrelated Daniel Jones?
0:02Actually? No, no, never. I, we're going to, we're going to do something else.
0:02Travis Hunter or Keaton Mitchell. Let's go Travis Hunter.
0:02Let's go. Let's go big. Yeah. I'm in. I'm in on that.
0:02The Keaton, the, the American Hampton stuff. Just let him play, dude.
0:02Just let him try at least, you know, like people are already saying like, oh, he doesn't fit the scheme and he might not even be good.
0:02And, but you just look at what this scheme does with running back and they have a blocking tight end and they
0:02have a fullback and the two, two of the three other guys that run this scheme in, uh, well McDaniel with the,
0:02with the dolphins and, uh, you know, Shanahan with the 49ers.
0:02I mean, these guys are running like a hundred routes from a wide receiver spot.
0:02Like, just let us have that, you know, just let us have it.
0:02But now everyone's there's all this, all these rumblings that we're not going to get it.
0:02Where do you live with Hampton? Because the upside is crazy.
0:02But if there's any sort of split now, he's just like, uh, now he's it's rookie Melvin Gordon all over there.
0:02I think we're, I think we're really heading towards a split.
0:02No. Oh, and it's, it could be, you want to know what coop?
0:02It could be an even worse split than you're even imagining in your head right now, because the split could be Keaton
0:02Mitchell gets his designer boutique five touches a game.
0:02Kamani Vidal subs in on long down and distance and Amari and Hampton place 62% of the team's total snaps records, 58% of their rushes.
0:02Like it could get now he can still be Jamal Williams.
0:02Well, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, buddy.
0:02He could still be Raheem Mostert. That's the thing.
0:02The thing I, why I, you know, I'm, I'm a little bit below weight on Hampton.
0:02Um, but it's pretty easy to see how the smash can happen because this is like the most dynamic, explosive, creative run fits in the whole motion.
0:02Yeah. There's multiple tight. They got all sorts of tight ends now, right?
0:02Like Najoku and, and Charlie Kohler and, and Alec Engel.
0:02Alec Engel. Like, I mean, come on, man, come on.
0:02Just let us have it. That's, I gotta have, I got, I'm keeping mine at least even on him because I, the upside is crazy.
0:02Like for me, I have a hard time with James Cook in like the big, big tournaments because he is capped by that usage.
0:02Why? 38 targets last year. That's junk. Like if Hampton does get, get to run pure, it would be, it could be
0:02special, but we can also be very disappointed. So that's, I think his ADP is just about right.
0:02If he, if it gets steamed up and I'm taking some now because I get worried that he could get steamed up, steamed up in the first round.
0:02But there's a lot of great soldiers out there pouring cold water on them and I get it.
0:02But I like, I hope people keep doing that.
0:02Cause I like, I like making the bet. I think it's a fun bet.
0:02It could be Kenneth Walker or Maureen Hampton who scores more fantasy points.
0:02You're, you're heart of hearts. I know I have Walker one spot ahead just because I can't.
0:02So I also have Walker one spot ahead, which means that I just don't end up drafting that much.
0:02Well, when Walker was going ahead of Hampton, it was, it was fine.
0:02But the flip, the flipping, the flipping happened within the last week or so.
0:02It has not been long on, on certain platforms.
0:02It's very recent when on here. Was it, was it always like that?
0:02Uh, it's, it's, it's flip flop multiple times. It's gone.
0:02It's gone both ways. So it's been Walker's been first and Hampton's been first and Walker's been first.
0:02It kind of just, you know, people are just riding the wave of, uh, of whatever is going on.
0:02Probably good time for us to take another tight end.
0:02I mean, we could take Rogers as like a total backstop, a tight of quarterback or wait.
0:02I mean, I actually don't mind. I don't hate taking Shadur tight end would be like Hunter.
0:02I take Watson. Yeah. I, we, yeah. Okay. Uh, what about, what about, can I Sean Tucker pull the tight ends up?
0:02Henry is Henry's. A bit of an ADP follower here.
0:02Uh, no, I am scared of him now. Yeah.
0:02Me too. I think we wait, wait on tight end.
0:02All right. Let's do, we're going to do Sean Tucker.
0:02Cause that's a late running back early. Like, so Deshaun Watson's definitely starting the year.
0:02No, no ifs, ands, or buts. No, absolutely. No question about it.
0:02Definitely starting. I think there's just no way that guy lasts 17 games.
0:02He's terrible. He's torn his Achilles twice. He was the worst quarterback in the NFL before he tore his Achilles twice.
0:02I know they're paying him a bazillion dollars, but I think, I think the, I think the risk is coming up.
0:02Uh, in, in Cleveland. That's my projection. There's an argument to be made again, that the bad Cleveland games weren't even just
0:02a product of a bad Cleveland team, but a shoulder injury.
0:02That's why for me, I'm holding out hope that like, if he can just hold in any sort of head to head
0:02competition, if this guy is even remotely healthy, he should win.
0:02Let's make a pick here and then we'll get back to that.
0:02Uh, give me any tight end. I don't even want to do them yet, dude.
0:02I say we do. I say we double tap like Helm Ferguson, two of Helm Ferguson.
0:02Cool with me. Uh, we could do any Browns wide receiver doing.
0:03Oh, Debo. Debo's the big here. I like, I like doing Jerry, Judy, Deshaun Watson.
0:03And I mean, sorry. I like 10 people probably just X'd out of the stream.
0:03Cause I said that, but like there's a world where these guys are just the vets and they just play.
0:03Play it by the book. And, and these guys start and you know what the Browns team on paper isn't terrible.
0:03And if Deshaun Watson, I mean, this guy was so good before.
0:03And again, it's hard to say, you know, okay.
0:03But this guy was so good before that even with the bad Browns games factored in, he's the QB for all time in fantasy points per game.
0:03What if this guy, obviously he's not going to play at that level, but what if this guy is even 75% of that guy, right?
0:03That guy, he, he could surprise people. That's why I think for me, I'm doing at least enough lots in that when
0:03he gets named starter, if he does get steamed up to even like QB 28, 29, I will, I won't have to draft him at that point.
0:03But like, I was taking a ton of them when he was QB 36 with the very last pick, because what if
0:03man, what if, what is your nurse? Sanders going to be sure?
0:03Sanders was legitimately terrible. No, he, I do not.
0:03I'm not, I'm not, I'm not one of these.
0:03I'm not one of these guys who's out here trying to be like Shadur Sanders.
0:03The corrupt NFL media. Stavansky is calling the wrong place to try and make Shadur look worse.
0:03Not, not one of those guys. They blackballed him in the draft.
0:03Yeah. Oh, they're out to humiliate him. Like they, they, every team agreed not to pick him, but then the Browns broke
0:03the, broke the treaty and they picked him in the fifth.
0:03Yeah. I think to me to be truly fair and balanced, I think Shadur showed enough to kind of be like a
0:03developmental backup quarterback in the league last year. He's got a really weak arm and he really, really hates to make a decision quickly.
0:03He just likes to sit and sit and sit, which then leads to him getting sacked a ton, but he does kind
0:03of have a nice like little feel for the game.
0:03Like some of those plays when he gets outside of the pot, the, the issue is, is truly is he's not, if
0:03he was as athletic as his dad, he could really get away with that stuff.
0:03He could probably make some incredible plays because he does have some good feel for the game, but it's, it's kind of,
0:03you know what it's kind of like reminds me of obviously much different caliber of players.
0:03It's not to me that dissimilar from Bryce young.
0:03We're like, remember when the dolphins like last off season, people like, Oh, well, the dolphins should just get Bryce.
0:03It's like, well, you don't really want Bryce to be like your point and click quarterback.
0:03It's not really what he does at all. And it's kind of the same thing with Shader.
0:03Like you don't really want him. You don't want to turn that guy into Tua.
0:03And I don't really know how he ever gets there.
0:03I mean, I think every once in a while he does.
0:03He, I will say, yeah, you're right. He does throw a nice ball every once in a while, especially in the intermediary.
0:03All right. Garner helm is now gone. So we got to start.
0:03We got to buckle down here. Wait, we can, we, we might take four here.
0:03Let me see the tight end screen. So our boy T Ferg is still there.
0:03Fryermuth is there. Dulcich is there. I have pretty big exposure to Dulcich and I would take Dulcich here.
0:03Uh, and you know what? You know what? It's back on the menu for me a little bit since pre-draft is Eli Stowers now.
0:03Yeah. Yep. With the trade. It's like, what if they do go back to like the using Stowers, like Zachary's Dallas got it.
0:03It's the inline tight end and he's the big slot tight end.
0:03And then it's like him versus Makai Lemon for, to be the second target on this team.
0:03Not crazy. If we go like little Stowers, Dulcich.
0:03Is that, is that too? That's, that's, that's, that's cutting it thin, but.
0:03No, I, I think so. We're going to take, we're going to take Dulcich.
0:03We can definitely take Stowers too. We, we, we probably will take four.
0:03Or what we're going to do is we're going to take four.
0:03I, I have a deep distrust for Omar Kelly who covers the dolphins, but, but yeah, but he just tweeted that the
0:03top target so far in OTAs is Greg Dolphins.
0:03So this tweet that he said is factual. Every other tweet, grant us all.
0:03But the one that, the one that's pumping up Greg Dulcich and Malik Washington, that one, I believe it.
0:03So there you go. Dolphins are going to be so bad, man.
0:03Who do you think wins week one? Dolphins Raiders game.
0:03What if they're not though? So I, I know has anyone, no one, no one is brave enough to say that the
0:03dolphins will be this year's surprise team. Everyone, you know, it's like, okay.
0:03Like for example, I thought the Steelers were, or not the Steelers.
0:03I thought the Seahawks were going to be mega cheeks last year.
0:03I was like drafting Jalen Milrow and super flex and stuff.
0:03I was like, Sam Darnold, Sam Darnold about KOC terrible, like yada, yada.
0:03And obviously like so wrong, just total face plant of, um, of an opinion.
0:03By me. Um, but I, I just, I, I want to, I want to find the first person brave enough to be
0:03like, actually the dolphins are going to be okay.
0:03You kind of said, you kind of just said it a little bit in a backdoor way in a roundabout way.
0:03What do you want to do? Ferguson or Stowers?
0:03You know what? Let's do Stowers. I was going to say, you called, you called the Stowers thing out.
0:03I like it. I didn't do it. You got me in, this is the little earworms that this show does to you.
0:03Is that like, now I'm picking Gunner Hound, which is like, I was not doing a ton of that, but now I'm
0:03looking around and I'm like, you know what? But it's in this, you know what it is with that player is that
0:03like, he's kind of like in the Chuba realm where his name sticks out amongst a bunch of names.
0:03I really don't like, like I, I can't click Brenton strange.
0:03I forced myself to add value when I had Trevor Lawrence, but what's the upside case for the inline tight end that
0:03uses a ton of three wide receiver sets. And they have a fourth wide receiver in Travis Hunter.
0:03That is like a superstar in the making. Like what is the upside for, but how many injuries does it take for
0:03Brenton strange to really rip faces off and finish top five, six, seven of the position?
0:03No, well you, you're, you're, you're a hundred percent correct.
0:03Like sort of what the way I think about evaluating late round tight ends, it's actually funny.
0:03Cause I just recorded a video about tight ends going after pick 100, who I think have a chance to like, like
0:03basically if you kind of lock into tight ends that you really think can finish his top 10 tight ends after pick
0:03100, it's actually a huge strategy salve in fantasy football because it means like, okay, well I can take two quarterbacks in
0:03the top 100 picks and not have to take a third.
0:03I don't have to take Brock Bowers in every draft.
0:03I don't have to take Terry McBride. I don't have to take Warren.
0:03And my sort of evaluation is I don't think there's anyone going that late that can beat Bowers and McBride if they say healthy.
0:03And I'd put Lovell in that group too. But I think Greg Dulcich can score more fantasy points than Tyler Warren.
0:03It's like, it's like a 4% out. It's like a 4% outcome, but I don't think it's completely beyond the pale.
0:03Every year for the past, like 15 years, a tight ends come from outside the top 15 and ADP to finish top
0:03five, going all the way back to Heath Miller in 2012.
0:03Like you have Evan Ingram did it twice, Darren Waller, Mark Andrews, Robert Tunyon did it.
0:03Logan Thomas did it as a converted quarterback. He finished three overall.
0:03Like that's your example right there. Take a guy where the top two targets on the team are Logan Thomas and Jerick McKinnon.
0:03And yeah, that guy can finish as the tight end three in fantasy, which would be ahead of Tyler Warren, right?
0:03Like if this guy, if this, these guys, that Dolphins team has more dead cap than they have active spending.
0:03And they just got $20 million in from Bradley Chubb.
0:03They spent 10 million of it on rookies. I don't think at this stage, are they going to go out and get, can they afford Debo Samuel?
0:03Right? Like I don't even think they can afford to bring anybody else in meaningful at this stage.
0:03So I, I think he's going to end up being one of the guys, man.
0:03And at that, at that price, he could be this year's guy that comes from outside the top 50 and tight end ADP.
0:03Ferguson wouldn't pick before us. We could have had the triple, the bang, bang, bang.
0:03You know, summer's just around the corner, which means warmer temperatures trips to the pool and golf course father's day on June

0:03I mean, we could still take a fourth here because Ingram is a stack for us.
0:03Raritan, in your neck of the woods, I mean, any of these guys doing anything for you as a fourth?
0:03No. No. Ingram, I guess, with the stack if you want to do it.
0:03You know what? I do. I do. I actually, I think when your tight end one is Kelsey, you should, you should,
0:03you don't always have to, you don't always have to do this, but I think you can build in a little bit of redundancy there.
0:03Or what's the difference between Evan Ingram and Pat Bryan and Troy Franklin?
0:03We have our, we have our floor. We just need one of these three guys to hit.
0:03That's it, man. That's it. Like, you look at the, the, the guys winning the big money last few years.
0:03It's, it's been basically the same kind of kiddle and Juwan Johnson, right?
0:03It's like, you just need like somebody to carry you and then somebody to, to spike you up a little bit here and there.
0:03I mean, it, it, besides that guy that won best, the first best ball mania, I think they drafted Kelsey and Gronk.
0:03Besides that, it's been scrapped. Guys like Noah Fant was on two with the giant winning team.
0:03Like. Juwan, Juwan Johnson has been on three. Juwan Johnson has been on three out of the last four.
0:03You know, it's like, you just need the right guy.
0:03You don't need like, he doesn't need to be incredibly special.
0:03I just saw you throw that hard on. Can I, can I, can I, can I sell you on putting your wrist
0:03up or do you want to take Chris Brazel?
0:03Let's take Shadir. I want some Shadir. Like this will be my, if.
0:03This will be your hedge. This will be my hedge right here, dude.
0:03Live on air. And delete this part where I, all the parts I said, bad things.
0:03Shadir duty rules, dude. Shine on, shine on, baby.
0:03We'll, we'll. I mean, I, I do. I do.
0:03Like, I legitimately think he's pretty bad, but. Of course.
0:03But this is. This is a game of outcomes.
0:03And if he's the starting quarterback for an NFL team for more than what?
0:0310 games. Then it was a good pick. It is so hard for me to imagine.
0:03Watson playing well enough to start 17 games. Like I, I'm, I'm almost going the other way.
0:03Coraine mentioned this on, um, on ship chasing yesterday.
0:03Like we might actually not be building in the risk of some of these quarterbacks getting benched enough.
0:03Like, should CJ Stroud really be that safe? He's been ass for years.
0:03You know, like, I, I wonder if we are thinking like, Oh, Gino.
0:03So like, I think we all know, like, okay, Gino's not safe.
0:03Rogers is pretty safe, but like only because they don't really have another option.
0:03Tua is not safe. I don't think Daniel Jones is super, super safe.
0:03Bryce young is not super safe by the nature of the game.
0:03Kyler is not safe. By the nature of it.
0:03Cause they only owe him a million bucks. Yeah.
0:03Right. And if you're, if you, if you're, if you're three and 10, then you just, you just bet them anyway.
0:03Right. Like just out of principle, you let the young kid.
0:03Right. Yeah. Uh, the, the incentives, the incentives there are really funny though, because both Kyler and the Vikings want this to
0:03basically be the best year of his career, but for different reasons, the Vikings would love to have a winning season.
0:03Kyler would love to have a crazy year so we can get one more mega contract before he, uh, you know, reverts
0:03to, to type to the starting quarterback for the Browns is probably going to end up being Jacoby Brissett.
0:03God, is that going to happen? I don't know.
0:03I'm just thinking, I was thinking the other day, I was like, he's holding out.
0:03Where does he actually want to, what does he think he's going to happen?
0:03And I'm thinking, I'm like, what quarter, what spot would he actually work?
0:03And that name came up like Browns, I guess in the Falcons mix.
0:03What does a Jacoby Brissett think? Right. Like, what does he think is going to happen?
0:03I think he, I think he just wants to guarantee that he's the starter.
0:03That's what he wants. Right. He wants them to come to him and say, we will give you this money.
0:03Cause you're going to start for us. But like, what is his leverage?
0:03He went one in 11. So honestly, I think his leverage is, I am just like a competent.
0:03Like veteran professional quarterback locker room. We'll like mostly be fine.
0:03I won't get the coach fired. Like we'll be bad.
0:03Would you guys want to be anyways? And I would like to be compensated for the fact that I'm going to get
0:03sacked like 47 times and like, just get, get beat up.
0:03Like, I, I believe he's making $3 million, which is like, that's not even like junk.
0:03That's not even quarterback three money. You know? No, it's not.
0:03Yeah. That's like Davis Webb leave to go be a coordinator money instead.
0:03Correct. Yeah. And, and I mean, I, you know, I don't have a sense of how likely he is to get it.
0:03I mean, I, I hope he gets it. Cause I've drafted Trey McBride and Michael Wilson.
0:03Like if, let me tell you, if the Cardinals bail on Jacoby Brissett and go into the season with back or with
0:03Minshew starting, we are all drafting Trey McBride and Jeremiah and Marvin Harrison Jr.
0:03And Michael Wilson too high. They got to sign him just to keep season ticket holders like around.
0:03All right. Give me a late round quarterback here or a late round wide receiver.
0:03Give me, give me your favorite dart. Yeah. You're going to hate it.
0:03Did he already go? Did Rashad Bateman get picked?
0:03No, no chance. Wow. He did already go. I don't, I don't hate it, but that is crazy.
0:03That's crazy, man. So I don't know. Are we up?
0:03We're up. All right. I'm going to, I'm going to try and sell you the Colby Young.
0:03Yeah. Let's hear it. Colby Young. I mean, I, Andre Yoshivas is just a guy to the umph degree.
0:03So you don't have to sell me hard, but I want to hear it.
0:03I want to hear the. All right. So honestly, I really don't have that much for you.
0:03The first is, is that Yoshivas has basically been the worst targets per route run guy in the national football league.
0:03Um, they also have Mitchell Tinsley who is like, I mean, he's basically a creative player.
0:03I, I know, I know nothing about Mitchell Tinsley.
0:03Um, and this is all I got on Colby Young.
0:03He's pretty big, 218 pounds. He's got a nine brass pretty fast.
0:04You know, that's, that's really, that's really all I got.
0:04And he went to Georgia, right? So he went to, he went to Georgia.
0:04So he's, he's been around professional football preparation, high level, you know, it's honestly, it's all I got.
0:04Just giving it a quick ocular pat down on the screen here.
0:04If T Higgins goes down, who are you putting in six, four, two 18.
0:04It's, it's probably, it's probably Mitchell Tinsley, but yes, Tinsley did have that.
0:04He kind of had that monster preseason last year and then didn't, didn't play at all.
0:04Um, Mitchell Tinsley, not an insurmountable object on the depth chart though here.
0:04No. And, and neither, and neither is, um, Yoshi boss.
0:04Yoshi boss. Yeah. Like, Hey, it would be, I, it's kind of funny how, how this works because Yoshi boss once upon
0:04a time was one of these guys where he was in that same draft class with, uh, with Jermaine Burton and then
0:04ends up, you know, just beating him out because he's more serious about football.
0:04And he was, um, uh, this Yoshi boss is a crazy story.
0:04He was a heptathlete who played. I didn't even know this existed.
0:04Junior varsity football at Princeton. Didn't, didn't know that they had those distinctions, but he played junior varsity football at Princeton before
0:04being, uh, elevated to, to the varsity squad at, uh, at Princeton.
0:04Hepatathlon junior varsity. Who? So wait, who does your JV team play?
0:04How do they all do all that? That's what I don't get.
0:04Okay. So that's why, like, I would assume like it makes, I guess it makes sense for like Ivy leagues.
0:04Like, okay, well this is the way things have been done for a hundred years.
0:04So we're going to keep doing it. And we have infinite resources.
0:04Like an Ivy league you've got, you can pay coaches.
0:04You could do whatever because your, um, your alums are all mega rich.
0:04I could have been playing junior varsity somewhere. Jesus Christ.
0:04You could have, you could have, you dude, you probably could have played junior varsity at Dartmouth, but I don't, I don't
0:04think you get, I don't think you get scholarships.
0:04So if I, if I remember from my reading correctly, the deal with Yoshi Voss was he was a scholarship heptathlete.
0:04And then one of the coaches was like, you're a freak.
0:04Why don't you try and play football? Yeah. I'm looking at it now, dude.
0:04I don't think I could have gotten to Cornell, but just the idea instead of playing the, uh, instead of playing the
0:04flag or whatever, you know, could have been playing, could have been playing JV.
0:04You could have, you could have, you could have put the, you could have put the pads on.
0:04I, I don't believe Jermaine Burton. I don't believe, I believe Jermaine Burton after getting waved had a tryout.
0:04I want to say with the Indianapolis Colts and they said, thanks, but no thanks Jermaine Burton.
0:04Yeah. That's a real shame, man. And there's nothing you can do about it though, dude.
0:04It's in our minds. It's impossible to be Jermaine Burton, but then just think about all the people, you know, in real
0:04life from like high school and stuff. And like, it's actually not that hard to be Jermaine, Jermaine Burton.
0:04It's actually, it's actually, I would, I would say it's actually probably easier to be this version of Jermaine Burton.
0:04You know, the hardest tightrope to walk is actually to be Rashi Rice, um, to be, to be, to, to basically be
0:04Jermaine Burton, but to be so good and so integral to your team's importance that you're like, fuck, I guess, dude.
0:04I, like, I guess. Yeah. Come on into work Monday, Rashi.
0:04Someone will pick you up from, from, someone will pick you up from County Lockie, uh, County Lockup to get, I mean, Tyreek, really good example.
0:04It really proves how niche of a job it is to be an NFL player that it's like, they're just so different
0:04than the rest of the world that the guys that are that good are just that much better than the guys that
0:04are trying their hardest to be as good. Like same with Odell Beckham getting signed again.
0:04It's like he was so good before that even a glimmer of what he was, teams will consider that possibility.
0:04Juju, Juju Smith-Schuster is still gainfully employed in the national football league and he hasn't had a 100 yard receiving game.
0:04And I believe five seasons. I can't believe Antonio Brown was right in that Twitter battle after all this time calling him.
0:04Okay. This is it. Well, well, I'll, I'll let you, I'll let you out of here.
0:04Neil's going to hop on after this. I mean, what happened to Juju Smith-Schuster, man?
0:04Dude, what happened to him is that teams had to literally triple cover Antonio Brown because he was the back to back
0:04to back to back wide receiver one in all of fantasy football and he was un-fucking-stoppable.
0:04So people were literally like, just let that other guy catch it because if this guy catches it, he's going to sprint
0:04down the field and score a touchdown and then kick our punter in the face.
0:04Like, I think it was as simple as that.
0:04And then injuries. And then injuries, of course. Where, where were you?
0:04Dude, Juju Smith-Schuster. What is all that? He, he was on the cover of Madden.
0:04We are talking, we are talking about 1100, 111 receptions, 1400 yards and seven touchdowns.
0:04Yeah. Hall of Famer playing next to another Hall of Fame quarterback playing next to a Hall of Famer.
0:04That, I mean, that, this 2018 Steelers team and all time fantasy football team.
0:04Yeah. Crazy, crazy season from James Connor. Crazy, crazy season from Juju.
0:04Crazy, crazy season from Antonio Brown. And no one else on the team ever got the ball.
0:04It was those three dudes. God, that's the best.
0:04What happened to those days, man? What happened to those days?
0:04I mean, that is, dude, fantasy football, fantasy football was very, very fun back then.
0:04It used to be so easy. One of my buddies just picked Drew Brees, Michael Thomas, and Alvin Kamara one year and just ragdolled everybody.
0:04It's like, you used to be able to just do that.
0:04Can't, times are changing, man. Times are changing. But all I got to say is this, dude, it's more fun than ever
0:04with all the different platforms, the different ways to play, the best ball, the streams here, man.
0:04I'm just happy that I got a chance to be a part of today and hang out on the number one best
0:04ball streaming a couple hours in the day, man.
0:04I mean, I'll say it every time, dude. This is the place to be.
0:04So shout out to your chat, man. They're always in there being sharp.
0:04And thanks for having me. And just throw me back in the rotation, man.
0:04You know I'm floating around. I was just writing some bogus article that I have to go back to writing now, which is kind of sad.
0:04Yeah. My guy, my guy Coop, make sure you can, you can check him out over at Fantasy Alarm.
0:04You can listen to him. What? Seven to nine Eastern time?
0:04Six to eight Eastern time. Six to eight Eastern time on SiriusXM.
0:04Channel 87, baby. We'll be on tonight. I'm on tonight and tomorrow as well.
0:04So throw that puppy on. We'll be chatting. All right.
0:04Beautiful. Take it easy, man. Have a great day.
0:04Talk to you soon. All right, boys. I guess we should recap this team here real quick that I drafted with Coop.
0:04It is kind of a, kind of a funny one because I don't always do this with the quarterbacks, but we did take Joe Burrow at 51.
0:04Derek Henry, Ramondre Stevenson, Jamar Chase, Chris Salave, Jalen Waddell, Travis Kelsey, Tony Pollard, Chris Godwin, Bo Nix, Corey Krosky-Merritt, Casey Concepcion,
0:04Travis Hunter, Sean Tucker, Debo Samuel, Greg Dolcich, Eli Stowers, Evan Ingram, Shader Sanders.
0:04And we did take Colby Young. Couldn't convince Liam to take Colby Young yesterday.
0:04Instead, we took Darius Slayton. Very funny. I wanted to, I actually wanted to bring this up today because we got a
0:04good bit of Liam playing into his character on Darius Slayton.
0:04And I was really hoping to have a chance to bring this up on stream today.
0:04But he tweeted at one of the Giants B-Rires.
0:04I mean, this is, this is so good. At Jordan, at Jordan Renan, where do you think Slayton slates in?
0:04Very funny from Liam when healthy. I mean, that is, that is peak chess Liam content.
0:04Uh, I love that there. I mean, I think the answer, I think we all know where Darius Slayton settles in, which
0:04is not going to be very high in the rotation.
0:04So we got the Chase Burrow stack. Really, this team is, is pretty simple.
0:04It's, do we get 13 and a half points per game at a Ramondre Pollard JCM combined?
0:04So like the running back to slot. And then do we get any breakout tight end points out of Dulcich Stowers?
0:04Or is Evan Ingram kind of able to keep us afloat?
0:04I mean, I think the answer is probably no there.
0:04I do, I honestly, I do like keeping the wrist up in round 19.
0:04I mean, you guys tell me, is this insane?
0:04Who is a better pick? Shadur Sanders at 219 or Tua Tagovailoa at 191, Neil?
0:04Shadur has got to be a better pick at 219 than Tua is at 191.
0:04Has to be, has to be, Neil. I just truly don't care about, about that.
0:04Like, I just don't take those guys. These are, you should have three quarterbacks by then.
0:04Like, you've already screwed up if you're, if you're, I, I have actually taken some, some to us.
0:04So I, I, so I, I, I got to push back on that.
0:04I don't think that's, I don't think that's true at all.
0:04I think it would have been true last year and last year's quarterback pricing environment.
0:04But when Daniel Jones coming off a torn Achilles is a 13th round pick, I, I don't, I don't know if that's true.
0:04I, I, I, I'm pushing back a little bit.
0:04It's fair to push back. Honestly, I just don't have a real opinion on, on these late round quarterbacks.
0:04Like I do think, no, I think I, I would also take Penix over to us.
0:04So sure. Yeah. Give me Shadur Sanders of that group.
0:04Also the, like the Browns are just not going to be good.
0:04So I think maybe they go, they're more likely to go to Shadur late than continue to roll out Deshaun Watson later in the season.
0:04So sure. Yeah. I'm with you. I'll, I'll take your side on this one.
0:04All right. There we go. My, my, my fellow draft Kings best ball week partner, Mr.
0:04Mr. Neil Orfield. Thank you for, thank you for hopping on, sir.
0:04And what's what's if people, wow. Look who we got gifted with in here.
0:04One Mr. Soccer Dave is drafting at the 1.8 with the little, what is your streaming schedule like this week?
0:04Neil? I'm not streaming a ton this week. I've already done three days worth of streaming.
0:04I mean, I might stream tomorrow, today or tomorrow.
0:04I might do like a slow draft stream, just like catch up on all my slow drafts.
0:04But yeah, I might be done for the week.
0:04I've been typically just front loading the weeks in terms of streaming so I can add something else later on.
0:04Okay. Has that, has that been working for you?
0:04Like you, do you notice when you front load them and you check your YouTube studio on Saturday, do you see more people watching them on replay?
0:04Um, yeah, I guess so. Like it has not been like great for viewership, but like keeping, keeping a schedule, I think
0:04over time it's going to work better. I also haven't been doing long streams.
0:04I've been kind of not giving myself the three hour blocks to do.
0:04So that might be something that I add eventually.
0:04But I'm, you know, trying to keep up a workout schedule, trying to like, I got kind of a lot going on
0:04with the new dog who is still kind of difficult to train.
0:04So, um, yeah, I haven't had a ton of time to get into it.
0:04So I'm kind of starting the schedule, getting back into the swing of things and hoping I can add on more as time goes on.
0:04You're going to be, you're going to hit your stretch.
0:04You're going to, you're going to hit your vein of form.
0:04Like right when training camp starts, you're going to be like, yeah.
0:04Although I'm going on a family vacation. My parents have been married for 50 years.
0:04Uh, so the whole family getting together, going to Michigan in August, which, uh, seems to happen every year for me.
0:04I always have a vacation in August. I also, I also always have a family vacation with my in-laws, um, every year in July, basically we go.
0:04And, and this year the timing is actually insanely like working out for me.
0:04We are going to get home the day training camp starts, which is like, that's, that's so good because there, I don't
0:04remember one year we went and I, I missed like three, like pretty big news items when I was like at the lake or whatever.
0:04And I was like, this is a little, it's a little annoying for you of anybody.
0:04You're the one who doesn't want to miss them.
0:04Of all, of all, you're going to get something out immediately.
0:04Yes. Of all people of all, I, I actually, I'm going to bring my microphone and my webcam and my laptop.
0:04Of course you are. Cause we're going on a long, but we're going on a two week vacation this summer.
0:04So I'm going to be gone for a while.
0:04All right. Neo, we are drafting out of the one dot 10 with soccer Dave at the one dot eight.
0:04So we, you know, we're no, sorry. We are drafting out of the 11 slot here in the, in the DK Millie.
0:04Yeah. I mean, I'd, I'd be fine. Happy to get either of our CD if they fall to us.
0:04Otherwise I'd be cool with going genti. If you, if you don't look, it looks like you're not big on, on cook.
0:04I'd be okay. Go and cook also. If you prefer that.
0:04It's not, it's honestly, it's not my fault. Like this is not me being biased.
0:04I just have genti ranked over cook. If the market switched, I would be happy to go with the market.
0:04Um, wow. Okay. Genti goes. So here you go.
0:04I will take James. I mean, we've got CD lamb there too, though.
0:04All right. Bang. Neil. Is it? Neil is a guest in my house.
0:04We are going to take, we're going to take.
0:04We're going to take Cedarian lamb who, uh, you know, the, the only slightly annoying thing about CD on draft Kings is
0:04you don't really get Dak at 83 all that often.
0:04His, his ADP is well ahead there. So that night is the only minorly annoying thing.
0:04Justin Jefferson went at six in this one, by the way.
0:04Yeah. I, you know, I, I was like getting Justin Jefferson, but I knew, I knew we were not going to have that shot pretty early on.
0:04Where is your mental act? Well, I'll ask you this question actually, after we make this next pick, cause I'm, I'm very
0:04curious about the psyche of Minnesota Vikings fans right now.
0:04Like I know there's gotta be a subset of Vikings fans who have not given up the ghost on JJ McCarthy yet.
0:04Um, like they have to be there. Yes. Uh, uh, Barkley, a chain Walker Hampton.
0:04Yeah. I'm a Barkley guy to me. Yeah. Uh, I'm obviously a Walker bro, but needless.
0:04Need to, uh, mellow that out. So are you, cause I think there's a couple of different paths.
0:04So one would be rooting for Kyler Murray to play so well that he gets an extension from the Vikings rooting for the Vikings to win nine games.
0:04They don't embarrass themselves. KOC clearly is still a good coach, but Kyler kind of plays his way into a three year, $90 million deal.
0:04And maybe you hope another team gives him that contract or Kyler Murray flames out.
0:04I'll, uh, the Cardinals last year and JJ McCarthy starts the final six games of the season.
0:04Where, where are you at? I mean, definitely not the last one.
0:04I've been drafting a ton of Kyler Murray. I mean, my, my fandom is affected by my best ball bags.
0:04Like I'm, I'm not going to lie about that.
0:04I have a lot of Kyler Murray. So yeah, I want Kyler Murray to ball out.
0:04That's best case scenario for me. Also as a Vikings fan, that'd be fun to see.
0:04I don't think that it's like long-term best for the franchise.
0:04Cause I don't think you're winning a super bowl with Kyler Murray.
0:04And, um, yeah, so it's, it's probably not actually great from a, from a long-term, um, franchise standpoint, but you know, it's, it's fun, fun to win games.
0:04I think they've got most positions set up pretty well.
0:04Um, and yeah, just for my best ball bags, give me Kyler Murray balling out.
0:04I'm also like, I've given up the ghost on JJ McCarthy.
0:04Like I, as somebody who drafted a ton of JJ McCarthy last year, um, he looked fun at times.
0:04Like he's athletic. He can run a little bit.
0:04I could see him being a good fantasy quarterback, uh, with, with some opportunity in the perfect environment, but I, he just
0:04didn't look like he was poised, which again, he's young.
0:04He could fix that. I'm not like, I'm not giving up on his career, but like, yeah, I don't think the Vikings
0:04need to be doing that this year. Well, if he, I mean, I guess he could kind of have like a Sam
0:04Darnold realization where he gets ran out of town from his OG team, maybe gets a year where he starts for, I don't know, the, the Panthers.
0:04Yeah. The Panthers, the Jags, not that. No, sorry.
0:04Not the Jags. Uh, maybe the dolphins, maybe, maybe, maybe two years from now he starts and, and plays well for some
0:04future version of the dolphins and he kind of figures it out.
0:04But I mean, the, the thing with JJ McCarthy was that it turns out the sample size from him in college actually was too small.
0:04Like he actually really just did not get enough reps in college.
0:04So we don't, we just don't have a perfect idea for what he is and didn't, didn't seem like he really had
0:05it in the national football league, which is a bummer.
0:05Yeah. It was, it was disappointing to see. Um, and he, he showed it at times.
0:05Like I, I thought he looked like he, people talk about arm talent and I guess I don't really, maybe I don't know what that means.
0:05Cause cause to me, it's like, I think that he, like he can whip the ball.
0:05I think he can, you know, throw the ball well, throw, you know, a nice spiral far down the field, whatever.
0:05So to me, that's like, I interpret that as arm talent.
0:05Um, but maybe it actually means just getting it on your guy.
0:05And he, uh, I don't know, he threw it too hard.
0:05He just didn't have a ton of touch. Um, didn't time it well.
0:05So yeah, he's got a lot to work on.
0:05Yes. Yes, he does. All right. We are about to be up at 35 soccer day of cooking with the Jonathan Taylor, Kenneth Walker, start T Higgins.
0:05It's pretty, pretty soccer day of coded there. Um, I mean, the running backs here are not great.
0:05Uh, but we're, we're kind of on the wrong side of the board for running backs in a weird way.
0:05The, the left side of the board on the four or five turn, you like those running backs.
0:05Quite a bit. Rashi is there. Neighbors is still there.
0:05I mean, I think the, the neighbor stuff is, I mean, maybe, maybe I'll be wrong, but being able to get a
0:05potential first round pick at 35, like does seem kind of crazy to me.
0:05I was going to suggest Rashi there, but yeah, if you, if you want to go neighbors also, if you wanted Kyron
0:05and neighbors, neighbors, the one more likely to fall.
0:05Um, all right. Thank you. Let's try it. Let's try it.
0:05Let's, let's, let's issue a challenge to Jay Shapiro 98 who did take Drake London at 13.
0:05So maybe he is not beholden to our simple, um, you know, average draft position games here.
0:05You're right. Neighbors definitely more likely to fall. I mean, how are you, uh, like, how are you handling the neighbor saying,
0:05are you like, Oh, I'm happy to get 15% of them right now?
0:05Or are you, you're scared? I'm scared. Yeah. I'm pretty scared.
0:05Uh, but I'll, I'll take him whenever he falls to like the fourth round.
0:05Like I'm, I'm not really enthusiastic. Uh, but I like, I do acknowledge that, you know, the, the way that his gate
0:05in the softball game could just be because he's, uh, you know, I think you made this point.
0:05I forget who may, you might've made this point that it's like, supposedly this is like just post-surgery.
0:05It has a, like an immediate, this was, I mean, it's not a, it's not a point I can make.
0:05Cause I'm not a doctor. This is just what I read.
0:05Uh, wow. And, and, and I'm just, I'm sorry, dude, I'm not taking Garrett Wilson over Malik neighbors.
0:05Yeah. Um, the, based on what I've read about this cleanup procedure is that like, it's, it's real stiff and it kind
0:05of hurts like for, you know, a month to six weeks or whatever afterward.
0:05But supposedly after the cleanup itself heals, the, the OG ACL tear should not have been affected by it that, that like
0:05basically like the actual initial repair they did should still be healing.
0:05Now. I don't, I don't know if that's true.
0:05Like go somewhere else. If you want, uh, ask, ask Dr.
0:05Jesse Morse about, you know, whatever in internal, I don't think Dr.
0:05Jesse Morse about anything personally, but, um, no, but like, I would believe it.
0:05Like he's also, he's in a charity softball game.
0:05Like he's, he's maybe limping more than he would.
0:05Yeah. Clear, clear, clear to play in, in the, in the sock.
0:05Yeah. Yeah. Um, yeah. What are you, what are you, what are you doing with Brandon?
0:05Are you, are you taking him? Are you taking him right now?
0:05I'm not, I don't think I've taken a single share of Brandon.
0:05You, um, maybe I've taken a couple, uh, like, I don't think there is a wrong answer.
0:05Like, I think if you want to be a Brandon, I just like make that bet that he's going to go somewhere
0:05and he's going to be a strong pick, especially because like, I don't feel that great about anybody else in the, in
0:05the range where you can still get Brandon that you, um, so like, I don't hate it.
0:05Um, I think that I often am just deferring, uh, to my, to my real time assistance tool in the later rounds,
0:05unless there is a player that I, that I really want to take some shots on.
0:05And I don't know, I, I, you, I haven't gotten there yet.
0:05Um, but I could, I could see myself getting there with just like a little bit of buzz, a little bit of
0:05rumors coming out that he's going to land here or there.
0:05Um, or, or just even that he's like, you know, out on a football field, uh, looking good catching balls that that
0:05might be enough for me to be like, all right, I'm going to, I'm going to try to take some bread and
0:05I, you, I just, I need something. I think I would, I would like one Instagram live video of him like bench pressing or something.
0:05It doesn't even have to be running routes. Just prove to me that you are still taking football seriously.
0:05Cause I'm seeing very, I'm seeing just precious view of that.
0:05Like, I don't actually, like, what is he doing all day?
0:05Are we sure he wants to play football this year?
0:05I don't even know. I know he wants to like, there was, uh, I think it's might've been AI, the ice cream
0:05thing, or I think it was maybe somebody else.
0:05And it was posted on, on Twitter as look at Brandon.
0:05I use with the ice cream, um, melting. I'm pretty sure that was not actually him.
0:05Uh, but yeah, I, I want something that is football related from Brandon.
0:05I use cause it's been too long. Uh, yes.
0:05And I, I believe, I believe that was AI, but not AI.
0:05I Brandon, I use yesterday on his Instagram posted a video of him literally racing a car around, like, I think a
0:05NASCAR track in, in response to, um, the, the, what I guess the arrest warrant out for his speeding misdemeanor.
0:05I don't know. It's just like, come on, man.
0:05Like, what are we doing? Just, just like where she writes, like these players, like, what do you just come on?
0:05You can make so much money. You just have to like, you can, I mean, I, you had gotten it.
0:05I, you got the contract and then opted out of it.
0:05That's even crazier. I think that's even that that's crazier than what Rashi rice has done where Rashi rice has not even been offered the contract yet.
0:05Brandon, I signed the contract and then I guess he and Shannon had just hated each other so much.
0:05He was like, you know what? I'm out, dude.
0:05I'm out. This is, this is terrible. I don't, I don't want to do this.
0:05Um, at all. Yeah. As we know, I, you wants to punish Shani as much as humanly possible.
0:05I mean, that was kind of the same argument that I was making to some extent for AJ Brown in the third
0:05round is like, he's going to go to the Patriots and ball out.
0:05He wants to prove, you know, that he is on the right side of that whole thing.
0:05If he really, if he really did want to punish the 49ers, he would show up.
0:05He would, he would, because, because right now he's not counting against their cap.
0:05They're not paying him. All his, all his guarantees are voided.
0:05If he really, like if, if he really wanted to stick it, he would, he would say, Hey guys, I'm here.
0:05All right. I'm ready to play. Let's go suit.
0:05Sign me, sign me up. You know? But, uh, I, I think he, I don't know.
0:05It seems, seems crazy. All right. We are about to be back up.
0:05Um, I, I would like to take by shell toot in here at pick 59.
0:05What are your thoughts on that? Yeah. I'll grant that wish works for me.
0:05So there's, I, I shouldn't even, I, I really shouldn't even say this because I I've got this through like back channels
0:05and back channels, but there, there's a rumor going around that Chris Rodriguez, his foot injury is worse than is being reported right now.
0:05No, I don't think this is a Joe Mixon situation where it's like an off the field thing, but I don't think
0:05it's like a lock that he's like getting through training camp or that the Jags don't add another running back or whatever.
0:05I mean, does it worry you at all that they're going to bring in somebody who's better than Chris Rodriguez?
0:05I guess I don't know who that would be.
0:05Like is, is nausea better than Chris Rodriguez? Like somebody who's more of a threat to, to buy shell toot in the,
0:05any of these probably don't have those running backs just sitting out there on waivers.
0:05Um, any of these wide receivers doing anything for you?
0:05I would find with, I assume Watson's gone. If he's gone, then I'd go Carnell tape.
0:05Probably. Yeah. Let's do, let's do Carnell tape. Um, it would worry me if I thought there was a, a really good
0:05running back out there unsigned like if, or, or cause like nausea, I think you bring in to just be like, well,
0:05we got to have something in case to just like stink stinks.
0:05Right. Yeah. It's like Liam Cohen's pretty smart guy.
0:05Really? I mean, they, they were, they're just like pretty aggressive on offense.
0:05I think it would be strange to be like, all right, I brought in my guy, Chris Rodriguez, who I coach at
0:05the university of Kentucky and he's hurt and it's not really going to work out.
0:05So what I'm going to do instead of playing this fourth round pick that we traded up for that I really liked
0:05from last year is we're going to bring in Najee Harris off a torn Achilles and, and just see if we can make it work like that.
0:05That feels out of type. It's also like Gladston, I think is kind of like a smartest guy in the room type type thing, you know?
0:05Okay. And I, I don't, I don't know if signing Najee Harris off the street over your own draft pick plays to that.
0:05I don't know. What are your, what are your thoughts on that?
0:05I mean, I agree with that. Yeah. He wants to play the guy that he drafted.
0:05That makes sense. Yeah. All right. So we have got lamb Barkley, Kyron neighbors, Tootin and Carnell Tate.
0:05How often are you doing like three running backs through six, three running backs through five?
0:05Like, are you, have you capitulated to the new running back environment?
0:05Yeah, I think largely I have not, not always like there are times when, I mean, if we, if we had gotten
0:05like two of CD Lama, Amon Ross, St. Brown, Jefferson in the first two rounds, I'd be happy to do that.
0:05I will sometimes at this, at this turn, instead of taking Kyron there, I'll take two of the wide receivers that are available.
0:05And sometimes we'll even take, you know, uh, Zay flowers and then take Lamar at the next turn.
0:05If he falls to me. So I do have plenty of drafts where I'm not taking more than one running back in the first six rounds.
0:05It does feel pretty uncomfortable though. Like there, there, there are running backs that I like, um, you know, in, in the next turn.
0:05And then, you know, for, for the next, like six or seven rounds that there are running backs that you can get
0:05that I like, but it gets really thin, uh, in that, like there's the range where we can get your guy Keaton missile.
0:05Um, but if you can't get missile, then you're kind of like not excited about who you're getting, you know, Jonah Coleman's
0:05like, okay, I can take a shot on Jonah Coleman.
0:05Never excited to take Woody marks, but he's like, okay, this is, this is a body.
0:05He'll, he'll score some points, but after that range, it's really, really gross.
0:05So I, like, I, I kind of have to capitulate to some extent just because I don't feel real comfortable with, you
0:05know, there's the, there's, I talked about this with JJ yesterday on my podcast.
0:05I was like, okay, you know, tell me some late round running backs that you like, you're keeping an eye on.
0:05And he immediately brings up Sean Tucker. Who's like the one that I am like, okay, I kind of like Sean Tucker
0:05in later rounds, but I kind of think everybody's sort of like Sean Tucker in later rounds.
0:05I was going to say Sean Tucker was the first name that came to mind.
0:05And I'm like, yeah, that's, that's the new like fantasy football analysts, like love Sean Tucker.
0:05Yeah. Marshawn Lloyd is like, you know, polarizing, like I'll take some Marshawn Lloyd, but don't feel good about it after just
0:05getting beaten to death by him two years in a row.
0:05Just, I think he was my highest drafted player two years ago, drafted a fair amount last year, and he's just been a zero.
0:05So it doesn't feel great drafting Marshawn Lloyd. Yeah.
0:05So it gets gross late. So I kind of think you need to, to some extent capitulate.
0:05I attempt pretty frequently to do the like one running back early and then just kind of jam them in that range.
0:05But it's also tough because that's when you usually need to be taking a quarterback.
0:05You can't really get a quarterback late. So I kind of think we're forced to, at least to some extent, capitulate.
0:05Yes. Yeah. I think you're, I think you're legit.
0:05And of course, as expect, I mean, to not get Dak and if, or to not even be the pick and steam is just, it's so annoying, man.
0:05It's so annoying. This is, Hey, this is the draft Kings environment.
0:05You, you get by shell dude in the pick 59.
0:05Um, as I mean, trivia on Henderson, by the way, like the dude goes so late on, uh, on draft Kings pick pick 60 is crazy.
0:05So we are, we're a little annoyed here at quarterback.
0:05I mean, Lawrence, we can stack with tootin and then take one of his guys later.
0:05We could do Herbert. Uh, we could, we don't have a tight end yet.
0:05We could take Tucker crap. You, you got any thoughts here?
0:05I, my thought is it's hilarious. You're not even bringing it up Patrick Mahomes.
0:05Um, yeah, I'd be, I'd be fine. I actually kind of like Jordan love, so I wouldn't mind doing Tucker craft.
0:05Bang. All right. We will do, we will do Tucker craft.
0:05Uh, I mean, look, I think everyone knows where I stand on, uh, on Mr.
0:05Mahomes. It's like, you're talking around him kind of like, Oh, we could do, you know, this quarterback or this quarterback.
0:05Well, it's, it's, it's, uh, it's implied, right? It's, it's, it's, yes.
0:05Like it's the, it's the subtext of the conversation there.
0:05I mean, he, he is a good pick here.
0:05We should have a good chance of getting worthy or Kelsey at our next two picks, but we need to take a quarterback.
0:05I don't really care. So Herbert goes right there.
0:05So I don't really care which one we also have neighbors.
0:05We could take Jackson dart. I'd be fine with either Mahomes or Jackson dart or, or Trevor.
0:05We can always backstack and any of those three.
0:05I'm good with. Um, what is Matt Stafford's ADP doing?
0:05Um, all right, we're going to do, we're going to do Mahomes.
0:05You, you leave the, you leave the door open and I'm going to walk through it.
0:05The Stafford, the Stafford DraftKings ADP is just like, uh, what are we, what are we doing?
0:05I guess with 300 yard bonuses, he is marginally more interesting, marginally better.
0:05But I guess Stafford was a, was a winning pick in fantasy football last season and, and could, could be so again,
0:05but there, I mean, I'll, I'll never forget that the year Cooper cup set the offensive player of the year, uh, like
0:05said all the records Stafford didn't even finish as a top 12 quarterback, like a crazy, crazy confluence of things for that to happen.
0:05Yeah. I mean, just, he, he just jams it to two receivers.
0:05So it's, you know, PPR, they're way there. He doesn't necessarily get there.
0:05He did. He actually had a few big games.
0:05I think this year might've been two years ago.
0:05I don't remember, but he had some, some breakout games where it was kind of like, oh, he does actually have the
0:05upside for a 35 point fantasy game here or there, uh, which, which was good to see.
0:05Um, yeah, I like this, the range coming up.
0:05So we only have two picks here and it's one where I'm like, man, there's like, there's going to be five players
0:05that I love taking at the 107, 110 at our next two picks.
0:05So this is where it gets a little bit tough.
0:05Um, figuring out what we want to do with these picks.
0:05Can we push quarterback? Uh, cause we do have, we, we have the, uh, cam ward out if nothing else.
0:05But yeah, this is, that's kind of what's tough about the landscape this year is that it's not that clean in terms
0:05of like getting players where you want to take them.
0:05You do. I actually have noticed that. Yeah. It tends to be a little bit more of if you, if you do
0:05kind of get like a random faller or you just end up in a weird pocket of the draft, you, you will
0:05sort of feel uncomfortable for the rest of the draft.
0:05You're like, I just, I feel like I'm still trying to make up for missing on that one guy right there.
0:05And like, actually this is a really good example of it.
0:05So we took my homes instead of Lawrence there and you have a really thin window to get them a home stack
0:05where like, if someone in your draft really likes worthy and you don't get Kelsey, you're like, well, I guess I've got solo my homes on this team.
0:06And I mean, I guess you can take like Tyquan Thornton or whatever, but like dart would have been, I mean, I
0:06think my homes is a better fantasy quarterback than dart.
0:06And I do think moms is a better fantasy quarterback than Lawrence, but both of them, I mean, Jackson dart has about
0:0619 backstacking options and we already completed the stack there.
0:06Lawrence has strange and Hunter. Yeah. I don't know.
0:06Yeah, it is. It is kind of tough though.
0:06Cause at this next pick. Yeah. I would love to get worthy.
0:06Would love to get love with one of these next picks.
0:06I know I shouldn't be just naming everybody. I was like Jackson dart falling, but I don't know that we see Jackson
0:06dart fall to the one Oh seven all that often.
0:06That, that obviously would have been the dream. You see, you know, when none guy goes off, I've actually seen Coram fall back.
0:06I guess he, what he went to pick before my homes anyway.
0:06But there, there are a number of players that I really like, or just like getting up Josh downs to Kobe Myers at, at one Oh seven.
0:06That all feels good too. Man Coram is a guy that is just kind of like a blind spot for me.
0:06Like it feels like nothing changed with him. He's just like, okay, well he's Kyron Williams, his handcuff, but because he had
0:06like at Coram kind of had like that month stretch last year where he was playing about 35% of the snaps.
0:06It's like, all right, well, you know, Kyron Kyron is cooked and it's, it's Coram's time.
0:06And I, I mean, like, I guess it could be more of a 50 50, but to me it feels more of
0:06like, I don't know, man, Sean McVay loves Kyron Williams.
0:06He just wants to play that guy all the time.
0:06Does the, the trade do anything for you as far as the, the Rams?
0:06Like it doesn't, it doesn't make you like the running backs at least a little bit better because they're getting better defensively.
0:06I mean, I just expected them to be really good on defense anyway.
0:06You know, like I didn't, I, I was playing the Rams.
0:06Like they're going to be a very good team regardless.
0:06I mean, I, you know, I could be, could be wrong about that.
0:06Okay. We are about to be up. We've got a worthy is there and Kelsey's there.
0:06Very interestingly, Stafford has fallen a good bit. Stafford has fallen a ton.
0:06Stafford has fallen 20 picks. We, we, you, I guess you can backstack him with Terrence.
0:06Kelsey goes, we could, you can backstack him with Terrence Ferguson or Colby Parkinson.
0:06Or, um, I don't, I don't know, man. What do you think?
0:06Uh, I like worthy here. I think, I think we're my pick.
0:06Let's let's take worthy. And then we can't take, I guess, you know, it's kind of one of those things.
0:06I guess it's like, what, what game are you trying to do?
0:06Are you trying to, you're trying to win a bunch of money or are you trying to stack a bunch of, uh, of ADP?
0:06Cause I want the coolest team possible. So to me, it would be, uh, Jonathan Brooks with the next pick, but instead of, instead of Jordan love.
0:06Yeah. So that's the question. Uh, I guess we could do Jordan love.
0:06Let's do Jordan. Let's do Jordan love. I'm just a running back.
0:06Brooks maxi. Barkley Kyron. Yeah. Okay. Let's do. Yeah.
0:06We are going to take Jordan love now, Neil.
0:06Let me, let me, let me interrogate that thought a little bit.
0:06So first off Jonathan Brooks, I mean, we are, we are buying the top on his pricing right now.
0:06I mean, he has risen. Disagree. Disagree. Okay. You think you can get, I think he's going to go higher.
0:06We're buying the local top. We're buying the local.
0:06Yes. Yes. Yeah. So, so we're, we're buying the local top.
0:06Uh, and I didn't love the, like he's sitting out OTAs.
0:06Um, you know, we're, we're going to, well, okay.
0:06A little misleading because he's not, he's not sitting out OTAs.
0:06He's just not doing the, uh, the team drills.
0:06Right. Right. Yeah. He's doing individual drills only. Um, but like, it's not that big of a deal to me.
0:06Like they, they're saying that they want to bring him along slowly.
0:06Um, and I think they're, that this is just part of them bringing Jonathan Brooks along slowly.
0:06All of the coach speak has been great to, to, to me.
0:06It's been like, Oh, it's not just what he can do in the running game.
0:06It's also as a pass catcher. Love to hear that for, for a running back that I'm drafting a lot of, uh,
0:06quotes about like where he can bring our offense, like where we can bring our offense with JB to me.
0:06And I'm, I'm maybe reading too much into the language, but it kind of sounds to me like this is a guy
0:06that they think could be the guy that elevates her often more, more so than Chuba Hubbard.
0:06Who's pretty one dimensional. Chuba is never going to be like a great pass catcher.
0:06They can maybe see the offense rising to a new level with Jonathan Brooks, if he is healthy.
0:06So I think the team, if they had their preference, if like Jonathan Brooks stays healthy, I think he, they probably want him to be their RB one.
0:06There's also the last year Rico Dowdle. I know like Chuba kind of came back towards the end of the season, kind of unexpectedly.
0:06And he looked good. Like, I think Chuba is a good running back.
0:06Like, I don't think that he's fine. He's like, he's a fine.
0:06He's a good rusher. But it was still Rico Dowdle who was playing like 60, 65% of the snaps over the last
0:06five games or so of the season. Like Chuba came back, got a lot of touches.
0:06I, you know, the fact that Rico was still playing more snaps than Chuba pretty significantly more to me is like, they
0:06maybe aren't totally enamored with Chuba and a lot of the quotes about Chuba.
0:06And this is mid season before he kind of made a resurgence, but a lot of the quotes were like, yeah, you
0:06know, Chuba, he's done a lot of great things for this organization.
0:06Like that was the way they were talking about him.
0:06That's crazy. This guy's about to retire. And now he's, he's back.
0:06And he's like, people are thinking he's like the, the locked in starter.
0:06I just, to me, they didn't do anything else.
0:06They didn't add to the running back room because they like what they have in Jonathan Brooks and they're expecting him to
0:06come back and be the starting running back at some point.
0:06So if like, there's always going to be the injury question mark, but from everything we've heard about the ACL tear and
0:06then having to like redo it, it's just like, it's kind of one injury is what he's had.
0:06And now he's finally getting healthy. So yeah, I'm just, I'm in.
0:06I've actually, I've made the hot take. My hot take is at the very least, they're going to finish within 10 spots
0:06of each other in ADP Chuba and Brooks. And I wouldn't be shocked if, if by August, if we get a lot
0:06of hype in Jonathan Brooks is some, you know, frequently going ahead of Chuba late in the summer.
0:06Wouldn't honestly really, really wouldn't surprise me if they ended up flipping an ADP at some point.
0:06Like if, if, you know, Canalis is just like, you know, Brooks, we're healthy.
0:06He's great. This organization has invested a lot in him.
0:06Chuba has been a great, you know, a great servant for the club.
0:06I guess that's, that's how they talk about guys in soccer.
0:06But just like, you know, good, good, good guy, great locker room guy.
0:06I think they didn't need, they made Chuba like a captain for one of the playoff games or something.
0:06Yeah. Like something, something like that. But yeah, I mean, you know, Jonathan, Jonathan Brooks is peak.
0:06It's just way better. Even, even in college. I mean, Chuba was a phenomenal player at Oklahoma state and Jonathan Brooks was, was better.
0:06Um, all right, we are up two, three, four, one.
0:06I want to take missile. You want to take, you want to take the missile right here?
0:06Hey, yeah. Send it there. There's a, there's, there's basically a no price too high, uh, right now for me on, on the missile.
0:06Yeah, this is, this is right, right where I want to be taking him.
0:06I feel like everybody is sort of trying to load their bags right now.
0:06Um, I, because I've been trying and he keeps on going ahead of ADP in every draft that I'm in, so I
0:06kind of have to, to reach if I want to get any shares.
0:06Uh, and since we only have three running backs on the team, we didn't get Brooks.
0:06I feel like that's a pretty nice fallback option.
0:06Yeah. Um, okay. Do we want to take, could take, we could be done at quarterback.
0:06We could take Malik Willis. We could take Gadsden as a bring back.
0:06Um, what do you, what do you think? Running back is pretty thin here.
0:06Uh, I don't have like any Malik Willis. I don't know.
0:06He's one of your guys. So I'd be happy to, uh, to do something a little different there.
0:06All right. Speak on that. Why do you, as a fantasy football bro, not have any Malik Willis?
0:06Because I haven't prioritized him and he never shows up in the psychic is, is the honest answer.
0:06Like, it's just like, I, he's not something that I've been like, I need to get more Malik Willis.
0:06I'm usually trying to be done at quarterback around here.
0:06Uh, and I think it's usually, it's also like I push it rather than like, I kind of think he's like, he
0:06goes the earliest of a tier typically of quarterback.
0:06So, um, yeah, I don't know. It's mostly just a, I have not been prioritizing it.
0:06Uh, I don't like, I never have a part of that offense.
0:06So it's like, it's never like, Oh, here I got a stack with my guy.
0:06So he, it's mostly just out of sight, out of mind for me.
0:06I don't think that he's a bad pick. I like, I, I get it.
0:06And that's why I'm like, okay, since, since we, we, you know, could use another quarterback here.
0:06I think he makes sense for this team. I want to, I think I do want to have some kind of exposure, exposure blanket to Malik Willis.
0:06Um, but yeah, it's, it's just a kind of an oversight to some extent, I think.
0:06Uh, I think I, so I think there's a couple of things going on there.
0:06The, the, honestly, the, the first, the first thing you said is actually, I think the, the most informing part of it,
0:06which is no one ever has a dolphins piece to stack up with.
0:06You really noticed that with like Tyler Shuck, like Shuck will get pulled up because the Alave and the Tyson drafter Baker
0:06gets pulled up because of Godwin, um, you know, and, and a Buka and Nix gets, I mean, Nix is always on
0:06that left side of the board with Waddle. Uh, you, you definitely see that with Lawrence.
0:06Like there, there are lots of reasons, um, you know, why, why that happens, but man, I just feel like we have
0:06kind of all sold, sold ourselves down the river on like, okay, well we drafted Trey Lance.
0:06We drafted Anthony Richardson. We drafted Justin Fields. And now we're, now we're giving up when, I mean, can we, who is the backup quarterback on the die?
0:06Is it, is it Quinn? It's Quinn Ewers is the backup quarterback on the dolphins.
0:06Yeah. I'm not aware of them signing somebody else.
0:06Uh, yeah. So I guess it does. I guess it, I guess it doesn't mean it doesn't mean they didn't.
0:06All right. Let me, let's, let's, let's check and see.
0:06Uh, can I name, can I name the backup quarterback?
0:06I got to pause my ad blocking. The backup quarterback is indeed here.
0:06The, here are their quarterbacks, Malik Willis, Quinn Ewers, Cam Miller, and Mark Granowski.
0:06Okay. I mean, yeah, he's, he's got the job.
0:06Uh, I think the biggest risk is systemic failure, right?
0:06Like the, the dolphins could just be so, so bad.
0:06Biggest risk is I, I honestly, I don't even, I don't even think it is.
0:06Uh, I actually don't even think it is a systemic risk.
0:06Cause I think even if they get blown out every game, he still probably grinds out the, the fantasy points, but the risk is that they're so bad.
0:06That they're like, let's try this Mark Granowski guy.
0:06You really think they might go to Mike Mark Granowski?
0:06I guess I don't know anything about Mark Granowski.
0:06He's awful, awful. I played, played at Iowa. Like not good, but I mean, there's probably a quarterback that thinks, um, like
0:06there, there's probably a Quinn Ewers believer inside that organization.
0:06Sure. Yeah. Um, all right. Let's do, I mean, Hunter, I don't know what it, what it, we're, we're sitting here, uh,
0:06with a three, four, four, one at pick one 55.
0:06Yeah. You don't have to sell me on, on Hunter.
0:06I'm always happy to take another Travis Hunter share.
0:06Um, to one Jennings would be fine. Hunter Henry.
0:06You know what? Let's just take one of these tight ends.
0:06I never take, let's take Hunter Henry. I just, I just never, ever take that guy.
0:06Yeah. I mean, it's, it's never like a fun pick.
0:06It's, I was going to say it's, it's so, it's so boring.
0:06It's like the most boring, like eat your vegetables pick of all time, but yeah.
0:06Good offense. Like they're, they're going to score a lot of touchdowns.
0:06Who knows? Maybe he gets more than we're expecting of those touchdowns and that's all we need for him to pay off this price.
0:06Yes. Yeah. Um, okay. We went and, and honestly, I need to like, I cannot have 30% of Travis Hunter.
0:06Uh, okay. Let's do like Denzel Boston here. Stribbling Jennings.
0:06I'd be fine with Williams. Jennings or Boston would be my, or, or we could take our final running back here.
0:06Any, any of Jonah Coleman. Yeah. Yeah. I'd be fine with Jonah Coleman.
0:06Yeah. I, uh, have you philosophically kind of been doing the, like just kind of stopping at five running backs, like no
0:06more of these like dusty, uh, handcuffed guys. I mean, it depends on when I get my running backs.
0:06I, I did a draft where I took, uh, and this was a real time assistance, just like forced.
0:06I shouldn't say forces on me. I allowed them to take over, uh, uh, the side to take over because I was
0:06like, I have no idea how to get myself out of this jam.
0:06Had a draft. Um, actually current still currently still doing the slow draft where I took seven running backs in the first eight rounds.
0:06And that was just a hundred percent. Like just like top click.
0:06Like I just, I don't know what's going on here, but I'm going to let them figure it out.
0:06Uh, and it's starting to starting to work itself out, but it kind of depends on like, yes, yes.
0:06Uh, to the extent that if we get to, you know, if we only add four running backs and we're at pick
0:06one 79, I might not take another one just because like, I don't love anybody else here, especially if like, if Sean
0:06Tucker is gone, if Sean Tucker's there, there are times that all, you know, I'll usually still make that click.
0:06Um, but yeah, if, if he's gone and it's like, all right, I guess I could do Marshawn Lloyd if, if I'm
0:06comfortable with the four I have, I'll just, I'll just stick with four.
0:06I, I, so it's one of the, it's one of the things that I, I mean, I don't know if I disagree
0:06with this, uh, about like with shady and sack, but it's more like, I am actually comfortable even if Jalen Naylor or
0:06whoever is the pick that wins me the most money in the same or whatever.
0:06I, I like knowing that like, dude, if Quinchon Judkins rolls his ankle, Dylan Sampson is a mega jam or, or B.
0:06John Robinson rolls his ankle in the right weeks.
0:06Brian Robinson. Like I like to, I like to go down the alley of what would this guy's, uh, what, what would
0:06his projected ownership in week 15 be if the starting running back was out and he was 5,000, would he be a 65% play, which Brian Robinson jr.
0:06Would be, um, Sean Tucker would be, it would be an absolute jam in a game that Bucky did not play tank
0:06Bixby would be a huge jam in any game that, uh, that Barkley, um, did not, did not play, you know?
0:06So I'm, I'm pretty, I'm pretty comfortable with that.
0:06I feel like we run out of those guys though.
0:06Like by like round 16, all those players are gone.
0:06Right. So that's, that's where I get stuff where it's like the last few rounds.
0:06I'm, I'm, you know, you know, I'm still taking, I'm taking some Braylon Allen.
0:06I'm taking, I, I, you know, another thing that is different for me and the way Corrine feels is, is I take the 49ers backups.
0:06I take, I take, I don't, I have no opinion.
0:06I'd take them both, which, which is, is bad via any kind of sim based analysis.
0:06Cause there's so many zeros in their range, but I'm like, man, 49ers running back with the starter out is so big.
0:06I mean, it's as, that's as, as big as it gets that you, that is like, like, remember the, I mean, the
0:06Isaac Erendo, I think you, yeah, I think you got like 25 points in a game against the bears.
0:06It's like, it's a system that is just designed to give these guys free fantasy points.
0:06It's, it's insane. Um, all right, let's do, we need, we need some wide receivers.
0:06We are, we are behind it wide receiver. Uh, do you have a favorite amongst this group?
0:06Uh, probably Jeremy Bernard. Sure. Uh, famously a player you didn't know if he was real or fake.
0:06Like Burmese Jernard, Burmese Jernard. The first time you came on the street.
0:06I mean, Hey, that's, that's how, that's how quick Neil picks things up.
0:06You know, even, even, even at his age, the mind is still, is still whip, whip, squirt like that.
0:07Once you hear the story that his name is supposed to be Jeremy and they just didn't know how to spell it,
0:07then that kind of sticks with you. Now that does stick.
0:07Uh, you know, I never take Malik Washington. I mean, he, I guess, I guess he's like a slightly better pick on
0:07in full PPR, but like, why would I, why would I take him instead of Greg Dulcich?
0:07You know, that is true. I, I don't know why you would.
0:07Um, I, so I'm, I'm usually Calvin Ridley here.
0:07I wouldn't mind taking some, some booty if you, if you want to get in before.
0:07No, no, no, no interest in that. Where, what is, what is even the point?
0:07Uh, we'll take Calvin Ridley. Like truly what, what are we thinking the point of Kayshaun booty being traded is?
0:07Uh, he gets traded somewhere where he's the wide receiver two, three.
0:07Like, I think he's a pretty talented receiver, right?
0:07Do you disagree with that? I think, yeah, I think he sucks.
0:07Maybe, maybe I'm, maybe I overrate him because I like the name.
0:07I don't know. I, I don't, I don't think, I don't think he sucks, but I think it's like a, a weird
0:07type of profile where he like, okay, he's an outside receiver, but he's not fast.
0:07And the quarterback has to just trust him to just win these contested catches.
0:07And he's not fast enough. So you're not going to get, you're not really going to get any yak.
0:07So it's like, okay. I mean, what, he scored seven touchdowns last year, but he only had like 500 yards or something.
0:07And he was in kind of an ideal situation for him with Drake may one to throw the long ball and they
0:07didn't have any great long ball receivers. Um, so yeah, that, that is true.
0:07Like he's not going to get a quarterback. So, so bills, no dolphins, no jets, no Jags, no Texans.
0:07No Colts. No Titans. No Steelers. No Ravens. Maybe, maybe there's something there with the Ravens.
0:07Bengals would be a no Browns would be a no Broncos would be a no chargers.
0:07I don't think would be interested. Chiefs. Maybe, I mean, maybe the chiefs are so hard up for wide receivers.
0:07Maybe the chiefs would be like, all right, we'll, we'll, we'll take Kayshawn booty.
0:07The Raiders rate. I could see the Raiders trading a fifth round pick for Kayshawn booty.
0:07I mean, what's the difference between him and Jalen Naylor, Jalen Naylor and Trey Tucker.
0:07And we're just gonna have the, the weirdest wide receiver rotation.
0:07Yeah. Uh, Eagles. I mean, would obviously be, you know, they could have got him in the trade.
0:07Cowboys would be a no commanders. Maybe commanders. They, you know, the brand thing doesn't work out.
0:07They need someone to play on the outside. Um, they have plenty of like slot types giants.
0:07I think would obviously be a no Panthers would be a no bucks would be a no Falcons potentially.
0:07I mean, they have nothing. They have, they have Drake, they have Drake, London and, and absolutely nobody saints.
0:07I think would be a no bears would be a no Packers would be no lions and Vikings would be no Seahawks
0:07would be no Rams would be no 49ers be no Cardinals be a no.
0:07So there's like, there's like five teams. I think that that could potentially use his services.
0:07Um, yeah, which is not, I mean, Hey, five, five teams is not nothing.
0:07Yeah. It's not, it's not nothing. Uh, let me ask you this.
0:07Have you given up on Stefan digs to the chiefs?
0:07Is he just going back to the Patriots? What do you, what do you think of digs?
0:07Uh, no, I haven't, I haven't given up on him, but obviously every day that it doesn't happen is more of an
0:07indicator that it is, um, not going to happen.
0:07And that, although I think him going back to the Patriots would be bizarre.
0:07Would it not? Maybe, maybe I'm, maybe I'm not reading those.
0:07But he's been like liking, like he, he liked some like Instagram posts about AJ Brown on the Patriots, which was kind of weird.
0:07Like I, yeah, I kind of thought it was going to be, he was done with doing limb, but seems like maybe
0:07there, there's still, I guess I've seen, you know, people make the case that there's still light on out there for, for Stefan digs on the Patriots.
0:07Nobody's taken his, his old number eight. Um, so who knows what we'll see?
0:07Uh, yeah. I mean, he's been liking like my homes is posts and stuff too though.
0:07Okay. Yeah. I didn't know that. It's good. Good Intel.
0:07I think he just, he just loves the, I think he just loves the internet.
0:07Yeah. And I think he, he greatly enjoys people speaking about him.
0:07I would say that's a big thing about the spawn digs.
0:07Yeah. I believe that. Yeah. I think he, I think he enjoys being the center of attention.
0:07All right. We are up in two picks. We have got a three, five, six, two.
0:07Chris bell is available as a stack. T Ferg is available as a, as a core.
0:07I think we got to take Terrence, Terrence Ferguson or, or Gusecki here.
0:07I think. Yeah. I'd be T Ferg. Works for me.
0:07I, I almost always take three tight ends. Um, sometimes I actually, I was gonna say, I even, I even just took
0:07four, uh, with, with coop right there. I, I don't mind, I don't mind the four tight end stuff at all, especially
0:07cause I, I do think there's definitely some value in continuing to skate in the same direction that the puck is going right now.
0:07Sure. Uh, in terms of the 12 and 13 personnel stuff.
0:07Um, all right, let's go. Yeah. You, you, I mean, I'll, I'll take another, if you, if you, do you really like Colby Parkinson?
0:07Do you really like Jake Donjus? Eli Reardon? I like these guys.
0:07He's that, that's the ball nowhere pick this year, man.
0:07It's a, it's T Ferg. That's the, that's the guy.
0:07Gonna, gonna have some big splash plays. Yes. Yes, he is.
0:07All right. Now three, five, six, three. I mean, at least one more wide receiver right here.
0:07Um, we could take, I mean, any of these dolphins guys, uh, are, are definitely in play.
0:07There's not a, there's a sad. There's not a late green Bay wide receiver that you, that used to be the thing
0:07forever is there was always a wider. Yeah. Right.
0:07Take with, uh, with Jordan love. And now save you on Williams.
0:07Save. We could take a, you know, maybe get some, some running work this year.
0:07If John, I don't know. I don't know what, I don't know really know what their plan is.
0:07I, it, cause if this Jacobs thing blows up, I don't know what they, I guess James Connor, maybe.
0:07Uh, okay. Wide receiver, Neil. I do like Darnell Mooney a bit.
0:07He's just like, he, you know, uh, they're, they're signing the dustiest wide receivers they can find.
0:07That is such a, might be the best of the punch.
0:07If you, you know, first four weeks with, with Malik neighbors, uh, likely out, you know, maybe covers those weeks for us too.
0:07Yeah. That is a, that is such a Leone ass pick, but yeah, definitely.
0:07Definitely. So that, uh, that's a, that's a Leone pick.
0:07Um, non-derogatory, non-derogatory Leone ass pick. Big, big difference.
0:07Yeah. My, uh, our mutual friend, Scott Barrett, uh, DM'd me maybe three, four weeks ago and just said, you're not taking
0:07enough of enlisted a group of like four or five players.
0:07And he was one of those players. And of course he has no idea how much I've taken of anybody who's just
0:07saying like, generally best ball drafters not taking enough.
0:07And I think he's right. I think Mooney is like a, a strong late round value.
0:07I was actually going to suggest tank Dell if he was still there.
0:07Uh, I'm not like totally sold on tank Dell.
0:07I don't know what to make of that because I actually think Jalen Noel was pretty good last year.
0:07Did you have an opinion on Dell? No, are you taking any of these late round Houston receivers?
0:07I do like Noel conceptually the most. The thing is I just feel like either the tank Dell thing goes one of two ways.
0:07Like maybe they just caught him. Oh, you think like I, I, I, the, um, the fantasy life newsletter that, uh, that Pete does.
0:07So he didn't write this, but one of the other guys were just like, okay, he only costs about $3 million and you, you save half of that.
0:07If you waive him, like maybe he just has no, no, no gas left.
0:07Like he just, he can't, he can't play. He'd have to be pretty bad.
0:07The fan base would not be happy. I mean, he was fan base would not be bad.
0:07Yeah. And, and then if, if Dell is on the roster, I don't really know how Noel plays because yeah.
0:07Dell's got kind of just the better, well, maybe, maybe Dell just stinks.
0:07Right. I guess that could be the thing is he, he, he kind of plays good enough to justify his spot on
0:07a roster, but not good enough to play over the third year guy or the third round pick from last year.
0:07Yeah. It's tough because I want to get excited about one of them.
0:07Like, I feel like one of them could be a very exciting pick this year and I just can't figure out who it is.
0:07Well, the big, the big issue is, uh, there's the quarterback stinks, but yeah, they, and they also are probably going to
0:07be playing a ton of 12 because they signed Foster Moreau from new Orleans and they have Marlon Klein and they still have Cade Stover.
0:07So they have a bunch of tight ends on the roster and then their wide receivers are.
0:07So you definitely have Nico and Jaden Higgins is the outside wide receivers.
0:07Justin Watson and Xavier Hutchinson are also both still on the team.
0:07Huge, huge fly in the ointment there. And then you have Noel and then you have tank Dell and those guys are probably competing for the same snaps.
0:07Yeah. It's complicated. It's, I feel like there's going to be value there somewhere, but I thought the same thing last year
0:07and there was just no value outside of Nehu Collins and Dalton Schultz.
0:07I mean, Jalen Noel, I took so much Jalen Noel took so much, so much Jalen last year and it just did not work out.
0:07So yeah, no. Yeah. Yeah. I, I would, I would really, I would really like for it to be honestly ideal world.
0:07They, they both kind of get there. Like the Texans offense, they, they play a ton of 11 CJ Stroud looks like
0:07he's a like he did when he was a rookie and like, you know, they're, they're airing the ball.
0:07Like that's actually like the way more perfect world.
0:07I just don't know. I mean, we were, we probably can't live in that world.
0:07That world is, is probably impossible for us to find.
0:07Yeah. It's, it's probably not happening. It would be, it would be very fun.
0:07I would prefer it to be tank Dell this year because I've drafted way more tank Dell than Jalen Noel and I
0:07drafted a ton of Jalen Noel last year. So it would just be, it would just be poetic.
0:07Yeah. I just, I just don't want it to happen to me again, where I take a ton of a player one
0:07year and then they go off the next year.
0:07It just happens seemingly every single year, but maybe, maybe we get away with it this year.
0:07Yeah. Okay. We have two more picks to make here.
0:07We have a three, five, seven, three. These are, you know, just pure luxury picks.
0:07Neil, where, where do you want to spend your luxury?
0:07We could do, let's do, let's do Caelan black.
0:07I like the argument you're making for a San Francisco, uh, RB two.
0:07I think Caelan black is probably my preferred of the two.
0:07Um, maybe, uh, because I took him in our dynasty league.
0:07Uh, so I'm just already, already rooting for Caelan black and I don't have like any exposure in best ball.
0:07Um, actually Malik Davis, another one that I kind of, kind of don't mind in the last couple of rounds.
0:07Uh, but yeah, I'd be happy to take a shot on Caelan black.
0:07Yeah. I, Hey, Caelan black probably sucks, but what if he doesn't, what if he doesn't, what if he's just a good running back on the Niners?
0:07It's not like Isaac Urendo was like that good of a prospect.
0:07It's not like Jordan Mason was that good of a prospect.
0:07Not like Elijah Mitchell was that good of a prospect.
0:07Not like Matt Brito was that good of a prospect, you know?
0:07Yeah. We just need an opportunity and Christian McCaffrey, a lot of, a lot of mileage on him.
0:07Yes. All right. And then, I don't know. Give me a wide receiver.
0:07Anyone you want. Uh, Douglas, let's go to Jacoby Lane.
0:07Hey, I liked Jacoby Lane. Jacoby Lane was, uh, I think kind of, kind of a sneaky, interesting prospect.
0:07Like the contestants catch stuff is, is not great.
0:07Okay. This is wild. I, I, I've heard no news items on Eric Hall, but in like the last like five streams
0:07I've done, someone has brought up Eric Hall. There's, there's something in the water on everybody.
0:07I would say people have been excited about Eric Hall for three years now.
0:07And, uh, at some point he's also on that dynasty league, by the way, on my roster in that dynasty league.
0:07So I could use them after, after trading away Colson Loveland, uh, would love, would love it if Eric Hall does return.
0:07But yeah, he's similar to IU. Cause like, I just want like some kind of positive buzz around Eric Hall.
0:07Hey, maybe it's, maybe it's there and I just haven't been looking on.
0:07Honestly, I might not have, I might've missed something there, but all right.
0:07Google, Google news for Eric all, uh, Eric all junior, um, bangles tight and Eric all puts all anger, doubt, and injuries
0:07behind him to return to his best bangles. OTAs bring emotional return for Fairfield grad Eric all after lost season.
0:07Okay. Very, the, I, these, these are definitely like very AI slop headlines.
0:07These are that that's very AI generated. Um, yeah, I mean, whatever, Eric, I, I, I did take, I did take Colby
0:07young in a draft that I just did with coop and in round 20, who is like potentially the wide receiver 19
0:07for the Cincinnati Bengals, but also maybe the wide receiver three.
0:07I mean, imagine a guy playing the Yoshi boss role who was actually good.
0:07I mean, I, I tough to imagine that to be honest.
0:07Um, yeah, sure. Uh, Matt Murphy says there was some video of Eric all yesterday running, looking healthy.
0:07You know that I think that's a fine, fine 20th round flyer in just, just because almost any player that is available
0:07is a fine 20th round flyer on draft Kings.
0:07Like these, it's just so gross late in, in these drafts right now, it'll get, it'll be prettier in August.
0:07We'll feel a lot better, but right now I don't feel great.
0:07About any clicks here. So yeah, if you want to get excited about Eric all, I got, I got nothing against that.
0:07All right, Neil grade our three, six, eight, three team, Pat Mahomes, Saquon Barkley, Kyron Williams, CD lamb round four Malik neighbors,
0:07Carnell Tate, Tucker craft by shell Tootin, Xavier worthy, Jordan love Keaton missile, Malik Willis, Hunter Henry, Jonah Coleman, Jeremy Bernard, Calvin
0:07Ridley, Terrence Ferguson, Darnell Mooney, Kaelin black and Jacoby lane.
0:07Impossible to get an a without Jonathan Brooks on the team for me.
0:07Uh, but I'll, I'll give it a solid B plus.
0:07I think this is, this is a good team.
0:07This team can win. I like construction. I think we got good talent at every position on the team.
0:07Oh no, you, we, we got a draft grade C in, uh, in, in your, your metrics.
0:07No. So the, the draft grades on DK are, are busto.
0:07Um, we're, we're working on it. So I'm trying to, I'm trying to get the historical data from draft Kings to send
0:07to our, our devs for them to mess around with it.
0:07But we, we do not, we do not have it yet.
0:07They might agree with you though. They might agree.
0:07No, Jonathan Brooks max. You can get as a B.
0:07Yeah. I think, I think that's pretty fair. Well, would you have liked this team better if instead of taking Jordan love,
0:07we took Jonathan Brooks and instead of Keaton missile, we took Daniel Jones.
0:07No, I would not have. I like, I like the direction we took this team.
0:07Um, Jordan love is somebody that like, I don't have a ton of, and I like already regret it because, because I,
0:07you know, I think they're going to be a pretty good offense.
0:07Like I, I like a lot of the weapons they have there.
0:07They're condensing a little bit around, you know, the, the weapons that I think are pretty talented.
0:07I think Jordan love is an above average NFL quarterback, I think.
0:07Uh, so I, I don't mind the, the week 17 matchup.
0:07Um, so I, I think I want to get more of these Packers is, I think it's partially tough because of the
0:07range where they go, where, where Jordan love goes.
0:07That's where there's, I'm usually, you know, uh, trying to take Jonathan Brooks or, or a falling common guy, Blake Corum, um,
0:07sometimes JK Dobbins, or I'm, I have my homes and I want to stack them up with where the year Kelsey is just.
0:07Uh, it's a tough range. Um, but I, I think I want to be getting more of Jordan love.
0:07Uh, and yeah, I, I liked the way this team looks.
0:07I'm glad we got Keaton Mitchell there. If Keaton Mitchell had not made it back to one 31, which is a risk
0:07at this point, I think this team looks a lot worse to me.
0:07Um, but because he fell there as our running back for, I felt, I feel pretty good about it.
0:07Any, any team with Keaton is a good one.
0:07Uh, all right, Neil, the people can come and find you on the flannel verse.
0:07He's been streaming early in the week. Do you, do you have a streaming schedule?
0:08So, so far, uh, the stream is scheduled just Monday through Wednesday.
0:08Monday I do four 30 Eastern Tuesday. I do, uh, four Eastern and then Wednesday I do four 30 again.
0:08So it's, you know, within half an hour start time.
0:08Um, but yeah, in, in the afternoon, I've been doing just a solo stream on Mondays on Tuesdays.
0:08I do a stream with John Sarabian of, or J Seraab, uh, from here sports.
0:08And then on Wednesdays, I just, uh, a sneaky, a sneaky slappy J Seraab.
0:08Uh, you would, you would, you would not, you would not think the, the run pier sports best ball guy would be
0:08a slappy, but, uh, but he really is. He consumes all the content.
0:08Yeah, he does. Uh, all right. We're going to send Neil on his way.
0:08You guys can go check him out over on the flannel verse.
0:08Neil, thank you very much for hopping on with me, brother.
0:08Thanks for having me later. All right. And going to bring on my dude, Mr.
0:08Uh, Mr. Sammy stacks, get him up there in the right corner.
0:08My guy, we are blessed with, uh, with a one Oh one here.
0:08Oh, yeah. Yeah. How are we, how are we doing today, man?
0:08I'm good. I'm good, man. How are you? You know, can't, can't complain.
0:08Beautiful little draft Kings best ball week for us here.
0:08Absolutely. Shout out. Shout out to Joe. For getting the tool operational enough to, uh, to get me through here.
0:08Although what I really, I, what I really need him to do.
0:08Um, and I know this is, this is further down his list on, on to dues, but what I need him to
0:08do is I need him to get the import tool working correctly so that I can truly see how many fantasy football teams I've drafted.
0:08Because right now on the flock portfolio page, I've only got my UD draft synced.
0:08And the way he has it set up right now is you have to tab through your DK best ball drafts.
0:08Like you can do it. If I, if I wanted to do it, I could, but you know, it only shows 551
0:08drafts when it could be rookie numbers, rookie numbers.
0:08It could be a lot, it could be a lot more, it could be a lot more drafts than that.
0:08I tell you, I I'm in a, I'm in a bunch of, you're in a bunch of slows right now too.
0:08Cause you have to go, you have to go drive over the border.
0:08Yeah, I am. So I, I hopped in right now.
0:08I'm running through the Pomeranians, um, getting the time box stuff.
0:08So I'm in like all 50 of those. Uh, yeah.
0:08Yeah. Yes. So, so Danny, Danny had to do that too.
0:08He messaged me. Um, he's like, he's like, yeah, you know, I, uh, I, cause you guys both live in what Ontario.
0:08We're both in Ontario. Yeah. He's, but he's like, he's in near Toronto.
0:08So it's even worse for him. Like he, his closest thing is like Buffalo.
0:08He's got to go across the actual border. Whereas I can just hop.
0:08How, how, how I was going to say, how far do you have to go?
0:08Um, it's like a third, it's like a 25, 30 minute drive, uh, to Quebec.
0:08Yeah. Yeah. That's breakfast. Exactly. Uh, there you go.
0:08Bijan, Bijan Robinson. How, what, okay. This is a little off topic.
0:08What's your favorite version of the 82 and O game?
0:08Oh, have you played, have you played these yet?
0:08I haven't played it. It's starting to, it's starting to funnel into my feed a little bit more.
0:08I don't fully, you might have to clarify for, I don't fully understand.
0:08Is it like a draft or is it like a completely randomized thing?
0:08Um, it's, it's, it's kind of neither, uh, here I'll just pull up.
0:08I actually would probably be hockey. I think my historical knowledge would be best with the NHL.
0:08Okay. Do you want to do a hockey one real quick?
0:08We could do, we could do this very, we could do, we could do this.
0:08Okay. This is just the first hockey one I found.
0:08All right. The 1990s Nashville predators. You, you are, you're a predators guy.
0:08You have a Roman Josie Jersey behind you. So this is before I was born and we sucked.
0:08Um, so you'll have to bear with me as I try and, um, use the, uh, the, the memory here.
0:08I think. So they, if you turn, if you do like, they give you a little bit of help.
0:08Okay. They give you a little bit of help.
0:08They give their, they give your plus minus. They give the points.
0:08Um, yeah, they give you, they give you a little bit.
0:08What is the goal? We're trying to. So with the hockey one, I haven't really figured it out.
0:08The hockey one. I, I believe it is basically like a combination of plus minus and points like that, like the best.
0:08Oh my gosh. Yeah. Thomas Vokun came to my head, but I think he might be a little.
0:08That's, that's pretty good. Uh, so, okay. No, it's not this.
0:08I don't exactly know what this little blue number is, but it's, uh, it's, it's semi, it's semi useful.
0:08Like the, the little, you see this little blue number right there.
0:08Yeah. Was that a 71 71? So I assume it's on a scale of 100.
0:08All right. The Canadians from the 1970s. All right.
0:08There you go. I mean, guy, yeah, yeah, yeah.
0:08Easy, easy. 95. Okay. Uh, the 1970s Los Angeles Kings.
0:08I got nothing. I got nothing for the 1970s Kings.
0:08So the players in here, these are all guys that would be eligible.
0:08Like they don't throw in anybody that would confuse you.
0:08Correct. Yeah. Well then it's probably Marcel Dion then.
0:08Right. Okay. There we go. Marcel Dion. Yeah. 92.
0:08All right. So, so we kind of messed up, uh, with, uh, with Fokun, but it's funny.
0:08That's a, that's a name. I remember. Are you getting an, an even, are you getting a specific year or is it
0:08like what this player has done through the decade?
0:08It's, it's the individual decade. So like, for example, you could get like Mario Lemieux and like the seventies or the nineties, right?
0:08You know, they just the way, or I guess the eighties or the nineties.
0:08Um, I mean, some of these guys you could get, you could get lots.
0:08We'll take Matthew to Chuck 89 Kings. Uh, Ooh, what the Snopsky.
0:08I actually know him too. And then the lightning Victor head.
0:08We, I was going to say that's a good one right there.
0:0862, 14, six. It's not bad. It's not going to have to play around.
0:08I'm going to have to play around with that a little more.
0:08Yeah. There's, there's a, there's obviously the hoops, the hoops version of that.
0:08Yes. And you have, you have the re-rolls as well.
0:08So you can re-roll the team or you can re-roll the era.
0:08The, the, the NBA one is actually the, the most popular one and the best version of the game, but, uh, they, they have them for all sports.
0:08There's new stuff like this coming out all the time, man.
0:08Yeah. I've noticed that. Oh, what is a, what, where did you do with AJ Brown in your rankings?
0:08Did you, did you move them at all after the trade?
0:08I didn't honestly, I was like, I was kind of with you.
0:08Your, your rant on, um, on ADP chasing. Like we've, we've been operating this way and yet still, yeah.
0:08206. Like I, so I think I had him at 21 when his, and I was like trying to get as much
0:08as I could because I, I honestly, I felt we were going to bake it in.
0:08So now I'm a little behind. I have him at 21 still.
0:08Um, I think that the ceiling is obviously enormous.
0:08And I do think that a lot of the bad, like, I think that you have to bake in his, his personality
0:08and his emotional state a lot into, into what went on last year more than you were with a lot of other guys.
0:08So, but the, the, it was, it was clear at least from the eye test that the athleticism was declining a little bit.
0:08So I still have them late second round. Um, I didn't move him up a ton.
0:08He's like right behind a Drake London for me.
0:08The, wow. I mean, okay. Knock, knock on wood, but I just am praying these two guys right here, uh, are, are,
0:08are not auto drafting because getting Bauer, we're going to get snipes, dude.
0:08It's going to happen. I don't even. Oh man.
0:08That's so, that's so tough. Um, shit. All right.
0:08Well, what do you want to do here? I would do Nico Pickens unless you want to pull up Brees.
0:08Uh, no, I think, I think that's basically the advantage you get drafting one-on-one is that you get to get B.
0:08John Robinson or Gibbs. Oh, I took, I took Pickens, um, instead of, instead of McBride.
0:08Oh, okay. That's what you said. That's what I said.
0:08I'm, I, uh, I keep changing my opinion on McBride.
0:08I've changed my opinion like every single day. Like one day I'm like, this guy had like a hundred and like he
0:08had a hundred million catches last year. Why would I not do it?
0:08And then I'm like, okay, well, Jacoby Brissett is going to be benched and Carson Beck is going to be giving him the ball in week 17.
0:08And then I'm like, well, maybe not. Maybe I'm being way too overconfident about this.
0:08And that's not what's going to happen at all.
0:08And carton, the Cardinals will win five games and be kind of competent.
0:08And, and maybe I need to just chill out and, and it's going to be fun.
0:08My problem is that like, I prefer Bowers so much and they go right in the same range.
0:08And then I really like Loveland and like, there's never a situation where I'll take McBride at the two, three turn.
0:08And then Loveland falls to me at 48. And I'm like, Oh, nice.
0:08Good decision. Yes. You know what I mean? So like, it's just, it's kind of a range of the draft thing.
0:08Middle of the third, I'm honestly all smashing McBride.
0:08Like I think that, you know, past pick like 28, I'm, I'm really happy with that.
0:08I do think that there's just so many things going against him to repeat what he did last year.
0:08Like it's, it's the, it's the passing volume going down with the, with the running back room getting so much better.
0:08Uh, and then yeah, the Carson Beck stuff, like the Cardinals are just not serious, you know, in a, in a holdout with Jacoby Brissett right now.
0:08And I just don't, I don't want to be paying for, for the chance at a Carson Beck Gardner Minshew tandem at the two, three turn.
0:08Yeah. Yeah. I it's, it's, it's completely insane. What about, uh, what about neighbors, man?
0:08What did I, I, I I've drawn a line in the sand on neighbors where he will not fall past that spot
0:08in, in my rooms, but, uh, I'm, I'm open to all opinions.
0:08It's very, it's very, uh, like tournament dependent for me.
0:08Time box stuff. Like I'll, I'm taking him in the middle of the third.
0:08Um, because like four games, I mean, what do I want him or do I want Zay flowers?
0:08Like I, I think I want to leave neighbors for, for the upside.
0:08That's what I'm saying, dude. You can't, there are people out here taking lad McConkie ahead of my neighbors, bro.
0:08Come on. I do. I completely get this. Cause I think it's only going to get worse.
0:08Like we know the people drafting right now know that he's probably like, I think there's a very good chance.
0:08He starts on pop once that hits the light.
0:08Like, I don't think he's going to be, I think he'll be a firm fourth round pick if not falling more by
0:08the time he is now pretty much, but by the time we get to, uh, to July and August.
0:08And so I get in BBM, just not want, just wanting to be out right now and then just take as much
0:08as you can, you know, if he does slip into the late fourth, into the, into the fifth round.
0:08Well, once we get later in the summer. Yeah.
0:08I think you're right. I just like, honestly, one of the, one of the things that I think is that maybe we're
0:08being a little bit, if anything, I like, dude, like neighbors after Ted.
0:08What? This is insane. Come on, man. There's no, there's no universe where we get to the week 15, 16 and 17.
0:08There's no site that will have Ted projected for more points.
0:08The neighbors, none, zero, zero sites. It would take a, it would take a, like a 10, 5%, 5 percentile outcome or
0:0895th percentile outcome for Ted this season for that to happen.
0:08But, but I guess, and it's like, I think back to some of the mistakes I made in best ball last year,
0:08like being, being too, uh, being too shy on Judkins or even, even Rushy Rice, like Rushy Rice.
0:08Once we knew he was suspended, he was what?
0:08Like a sixth round pick basically. And it's like, man, you can kind of scrape by for six weeks with a zero.
0:08You don't want to do it. You wouldn't want to be taking him in the second.
0:08But if I know Malik, yeah. Yeah. If, if I know Malik neighbors is going to miss a month of the season,
0:08I, I maybe don't even change that at all.
0:08Like if I, if I knew right now, it was just a month, I'm probably still taking him at 20.
0:08If it, now there's obviously a wider range of outcomes because he could suffer a setback or he could play worse than
0:08we think, or maybe, maybe part of it is that everyone's getting bad vibes on the giants that, that, that honestly might be part of it.
0:08It's just like, Oh, these guys might be bad, bad.
0:08This might be passing, passing volumes a little concerning.
0:08Cause dark is just, he's a little, he's a little hurtsy, right?
0:08Where it's like, this could be a guy who has a great fantasy season and he throws for 3,200 yards.
0:08Yeah. Or less. Yeah. And, and there's the consolidation argument, right?
0:08Like, I mean, they're signing, you know, John Doe off the street.
0:08I mean, you know, like Juju Odell, like what are we doing here?
0:08So I think once he's back, it's going to be an insane.
0:08I do think that's probably a little bit over and over reaction from the market.
0:08Cause like those guys aren't going to make, if that's what's having him fall.
0:08It's yeah, that's ridiculous. I think they're, they're falling because it's the team saying, well, he's just not going to be here
0:08during camp and we need, we need bodies and we might need to have guys ready week one or whatever.
0:08Yeah. That's, that's really about it. All right. We have Bijan, Nico and Pickens.
0:08Scadaboo's there. Waddle's there. Montgomery is a, is a correlation with the Texans.
0:08I'm cool with anything here. I scat went, I do want to get a running back here.
0:08I think we're about to be on the clock.
0:08Monty, Monty does make a ton of sense. And I love Jalen Waddle this year.
0:08Yeah. I also love Jalen Waddle. Yeah. We'll do, we'll do Montgomery.
0:08I'm my, my bags are, my bags are a little light.
0:08Me too. I don't, I'm not, I like taking him more when I have Nico, honestly, because I think my main worry
0:08with Montgomery is that just this, this Texans offensive line is still not good.
0:08And Stroud is still not able to, to operate at a high level behind it.
0:08But when you take Nico, you're kind of making the bet that, you know, at the two, three turn that they are
0:08going to be, you know, relatively competent. And I do think that that leans into the correlation with, uh, with Dave Montgomery, but Jalen Waddle, man, like what?
0:08Like, this is what I don't understand. And this isn't like, uh, I don't hate Devonta Smith, but why is Jalen Waddle 20 picks behind Devonta Smith?
0:08Jalen Waddle in the years where he, his quarterback has been healthy.
0:08I'm not even going to say he's been healthy.
0:08Just when his quarterback has been healthy wide receiver, 14 wide receiver, 11 wide receiver, 19.
0:08He now is, is not having to share targets with Tyreek Hill, uh, like clear first ballot hall of fame wide receiver.
0:08You can like Coral and Sutton all you want.
0:08You know, it's, it's, it's fine. I just don't play the same position, but come on.
0:08Yeah. Like, and, and this, I don't even hate Coral and Sutton in the eighties.
0:08Honestly, I feel like that's even a bit of an over, an over correction, but the, the fact that you have, and
0:08Bo Nix, you know, quietly led the league in past attempts per game last year.
0:08Isn't that crazy? See, that's, that's honestly something I, that's something I learned this off season.
0:08That seems like I clicked on his pro football reference page and I was like, that can't be, that can't be right.
0:08I know it's not. You'd think it'd be like, you know, what, where it's Dak or whoever else, but no Bo Nix.
0:08And, and I get a lot of it's short and like, he's still doing a bunch of the, the like, like, like
0:08whether it's the screen stuff or whatever. Jalen Waddle just works in this offense.
0:08Close to the line of scrimmage yards after the catch.
0:08Why can't, why can't he be a Michael Thomas level PPR scam?
0:08So easily. So easily. So I don't, I don't get, I don't get the price.
0:08Like I have, I don't have my best ball rankings on the flock site, but I have my redraft ones.
0:08Well, right now it's the, right now it's the same thing.
0:08It is the same thing right now. I just chose to go the redraft route.
0:08Cause that's what, that's the content I'm doing right now, but he's my 31st overall player.
0:08Like I just, he's my wide receiver. 31. I guess I haven't, I haven't, I've only done.
0:08So I did one FFPC 350 has been my only redraft league that I've done yet.
0:08I'll probably get, so I assume probably at ship chasing, we will probably get in a slow main.
0:09Like now, like I actually, probably when Jacob gets back from Peru, we will, we will probably do our first one.
0:09So I've been, I've been starting to think about redraft stuff a lot.
0:09And I'm like, man, it's going to be really hard in redraft stuff for me to take a Mecca Guka over Jalen
0:09Waddle in, in just like, I have to start this guy every single week.
0:09And I can't just, I can't just be like, well, it's, it's fine that a Mecca Guka actually only got seven points this week.
0:09Yeah. I love a Guka, but, but I get the, I get the comparison.
0:09Like there's a ton of guys in that range that I feel the same way about.
0:09But yeah, I just, I don't, I don't get why he didn't see as big of a jump.
0:09Like this is where he was getting drafted last year with Tyreek on the team.
0:09Two was the quarterback. Yeah. It doesn't make any, the whole, the whole offense was, was in the toilet last year.
0:09Like the only guy who even marginally got there was HN and, and even HN at the end of the year, it was a PPR scam.
0:09Like it was just, it was just dump offs and, and you know, that, that being the only thing that they could
0:09really get going with, with Tua being so limited last year.
0:09So yeah, I, I, is this, so I have, this is honestly my first experience ever with a DraftKings draft.
0:09And yes, you're going to see, you're going to see some crazy stuff.
0:09Parker Washington's ADP is actually above Brian Thomas. Is this correct?
0:09I, yeah, that is, that is, yeah. DraftKings, DraftKings is, you'll, you'll just, it's a very interesting environment.
0:09Cause you get about probably about 20% of the player pool is like us, like nerds.
0:09And then like another 30% of the player pool, maybe like doesn't even have an underdog account.
0:09This they'll, they'll like, there are, I believe 4 million daily active users of DraftKings.
0:09Like the, the, the, the pool of people who will play a DraftKings basketball draft is just so vast that even, even
0:09from room to room, things are, are much different.
0:09Um, it's, it's pretty crazy. Yeah. Like Dak will just go at like 72 unstacked uncorrelated.
0:09And obviously it's, it's June. So it's not as pronounced right now.
0:09Like when I'm doing these streams in August on DraftKings, there'll be, there'll be like it, I, it's, it's hard to explain
0:09to the uninitiated, but it'll just be, it'll be completely bizarre.
0:09Like just like no rhyme or reason to how people are drafting.
0:09Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, okay. Tyson is pretty nice here.
0:09Jaden Daniels is pretty nice here. Also. He didn't go.
0:09He can't take, uh, no, he just went. The Terry team was right in front of us.
0:09So I don't, I like Tyson. We can also do Hertz, uh, lemon here.
0:09I don't know how you feel about that. Or we can do Tyson Dak.
0:09I'm, I'm fine with either of those. I think both that, both those make sense.
0:09What do we want to do? Dak over Hertz is tough for me.
0:09Yeah. You know what? Let's do, let's do Hertz and let's do lemon.
0:09I bet lemon when, when we get a good report, when, when the staff is like, Oh, lemon's back from his hamstring injury.
0:09He's feeling good to go. Um, he'll, his ADP will rebound a little bit.
0:09I mean, it hurts, hurts to pass on Tyson there.
0:09It does. He's dealing with some stuff as well though.
0:09Uh, and I think it's, you know, it's not a super similar bet, but I think, I think if you, if you
0:09wait everything correctly, like I'm not a big believer in Tyler Shuck that he's just going to repeat what he did on
0:09the stretch last year, uh, it's, uh, yeah. Yeah.
0:09And lemon, it's like, I feel like we saw this with like dynasty as well.
0:09We're like, you're, you're, everybody's grouping these three guys together, Tate Tyson, lemon for a lot of the, like a lot of the off season.
0:09And then the whole time I was like, I don't think lemon's going top 10, like just the prototype, you know, being
0:09a smaller guy, not an elite athlete. Chiefs, the chief should have taken him instead of trading up for man, sword, Delaney.
0:09Probably. But I would, the entire time I'm like smaller guy who played a lot of slot in college, not an elite athlete.
0:09Those guys just do not go in the top 10 of the NFL draft.
0:09And so I, I didn't really change anything when he dropped to 20 and I don't mind the landing spot.
0:09I, yeah, I actually, I actually completely, um, agree with both of those there.
0:09I mean, honestly, it's pretty valid. How do you not go Dak there?
0:09I think that is valid. I mean, Hertz is a much better fantasy quarterback.
0:09A hundred percent. Prescott. And the fact that we get the stack, like if, if, if lemon's not there, I do, I would go Dak.
0:09But the fact that like, I don't, you know, we're still getting the correlation, even though we pass on them.
0:09Yeah, I completely agree. I actually, uh, Joe is probably not watching this, but I actually do have a feature request, which
0:09would be, uh, this, this for both draft Kings and for underdog.
0:09It would be sick to be able to pull up the flock page, not in the rankings tab.
0:09Like you can do it on the rankings tab.
0:09Like I can pull up guys who have not been picked yet on the, on the rank, on the, using the overlay,
0:09do it for the players that have been drafted.
0:09You can't do it. So like, it's like, Oh, I want to talk about, I just took jail and Hertz.
0:09I want to talk about jail and Hertz. I can't pull, I'd have to go switch tabs over to the flock site,
0:09which I have pulled up anyway, but Joe, that would be, that would be sick to be able to, uh, to do.
0:09Yeah. Yeah. And I, that makes a lot of sense.
0:09Yeah. Uh, the argument for Devonta Smith over Waddle simple 2.58 yards for outrun when AJ Brown is not on the field.
0:09I mean, yeah, I don't think anyone, no one is besmirching Devonta Smith.
0:09I don't think, I mean, it's more though. I think that it's more that I think that I think the projection is
0:09pretty similar and they're 20 picks apart. Like, I think that Devonta Smith is a fair, I mean, look, a pick behind
0:09George Pickens and Nico Collins is tough for me, but I think middle of the third, I think it makes a lot of sense.
0:09And, uh, I don't understand why Waddle is so far behind.
0:09Let's consult. Let's consult Mike Clay. All right. We've got Devonta Smith, 128 targets, 90 receptions, 1127 yards and six touchdowns for Devonta Smith.
0:09That's with 3,900 passing yards and 24 passing touchdowns as a team.
0:09Um, he is giving Stowers like nothing interesting that he's basically splitting it between Wicks and, and Hollywood Brown.
0:09But if you, if you combined the Wicks, Hollywood Brown projection into one guy, that guy would be draftable.
0:09Uh, and then that guy is Eli Stowers and that guy's Eli Stowers and the Denver Broncos.
0:09So he, he's, he is giving a lot of respect to Corlin's son.
0:09If Jalen Waddell doesn't have a thousand yards, I might eat my hat.
0:09Like I don't, there's potential hat eating territory. That doesn't make a lot of sense.
0:09And I know that Mike is, he's very conservative, um, with his projections, but that would be like Devonta Smith.
0:09I mean, his career high is 1196 and he's projecting below that.
0:09So I don't, it's, it's like, I think, look, it will be better, but also like, is that not, you know, failing
0:09to factor in the fact that it is okay.
0:09Well, I guess the yards for a run without AJ Brown on the field, um, argument goes against this, but it is
0:09harder for him to get open and whatever and produce when the defense isn't worrying about alpha AJ Brown on the other side of the field.
0:09That's true. I mean, you know, lemon's pretty good.
0:09Goddard. Yeah. Like I, it, it honestly, I think a lot of it hinges on do they run a lot of 11
0:09and, and play Wicks, lemon, Hollywood, like those guys, or, or did they kind of do the 12 stuff?
0:09Like, like lemon versus Stowers is almost like a positional battle to some degree.
0:09Cause you will Wicks is going to play a ton just cause they run the ball a lot.
0:09And like, you just need to have a bigger body to receiver out there.
0:09But I, it will be really curious. Like maybe lemon just won't be able to do it.
0:09Like maybe lemon just like, can't be like, maybe lemons like a 55% route share guy.
0:09Um, as a, as a rookie. Uh, okay. We are about to be up.
0:09We don't really have any stacking stuff here. Oh, I guess Bo is further down in ADP here.
0:09Right? Yeah. But I mean, Bo will not be there in our next pick though.
0:09Um, we could take, we could take Lawrence and Myers.
0:09I don't hate it. I would be good with that.
0:09There's no, I would have liked Rico, but he just went.
0:09Yeah. Let's do, let's do that. And then we can take strange later.
0:09We can take Goddard. We'll probably be there at one 20.
0:09We can take Stowers later. I mean, I do on, so draft Kings, they're 20 round drafts.
0:09I, I, I kind of like taking four tight ends actually.
0:09Especially if you don't take one in the first like half here.
0:09I think that that makes, that makes a lot of sense.
0:09I do think like there's, yeah, there's this potential that, you know, with, I watched the, the ship chasing, uh, yesterday with
0:09the, uh, the drafting the storylines or whatever. Um, the, the 12, 13 personnel thing.
0:09Like, I think that there could be a world in which just, it makes more the volume of viable tight ends increases.
0:09Of course. Right. And I mean, I'm down, I'm sitting there in my drafts looking at like, I don't know, man, I
0:09just probably want to take Greg Dolcich. I want to take Terrence Ferguson.
0:09I want to take Gunnar Helm. I, I mean, even, I, I mean, I'm not taking in Joku, but if I was
0:09someone who did want to take in Joku, uh, I, I could, could see that.
0:09I mean, my, my exposures would indicate that I definitely think that's true.
0:09Cause I take a bunch of Helm, bunch of Teeberg, bunch of Stowers, uh, Sadiq, you know, Gadsden, Chig.
0:09Like there, there are so many good late tight ends out there.
0:09Yeah. Yeah. Compared to like the wide receiver pool where it feels like once you get past, like Diggs Hunter, I kind
0:09of feel like these guys are just like all the same.
0:09That's, that's what it is for me. It's, it's Hunter, I think is like wide receiver 57.
0:09And then after that, I'm like, dude, there is no difference between Juwan Jennings and AD Mitchell to me.
0:09I think they're, they're both projected for about like 95 PPR points and it just depends how they're, how they're layered in, in the, in the given weeks.
0:09Yeah. Yeah. AD Nye Mitchell. I do. I do like a lot.
0:09Do you think, do you think Darnell Washington is draftable?
0:09I, I I'm having, I'm having a tough time with that one.
0:09The contract, man. I mean, it's a big contract, but it's, you know, that's below average tackle money.
0:09It is. It's below. Yeah. I think that, you know, it is kind of bullish that it's not the, um, Arthur Smith
0:09coaching staff that is paying him this. You know what I mean?
0:09Like he, he seems like, you know, this, like, Oh, we're going to use like four tight ends.
0:09Cause, cause Arthur Smith is our offensive coordinator and now it's Mike McCarthy.
0:09And it's like, you know, I, I, I'm, I wonder if it's like, I've been taking a good amount of Pat Fryermuth.
0:09They just, just cause I think that he, he sort of suffered.
0:09I take a lot of, he's suffered the, the, the, the Arthur Smith offense sort of thing.
0:09And I think that he'll be better this year than, than we've seen the past few John who gone all this kind of stuff.
0:09I don't hate the Darnell pick. I think it also like, it leans into like, you know, you, you panic at quarterback.
0:09You don't get a third, you take Aaron Rogers.
0:09And then like, he's the backstack. If you miss that on Fryermuth.
0:09Yeah. I mean, I take, I take a lot of, I take a lot of him and I actually haven't looked at
0:09the, uh, the Mike Clay, Aaron Rogers. I mean, it's gotta be so bad.
0:09Uh, yeah. Yeah. 30, 3,700 yards. Most of it is going to Michael Pittman jr.
0:09Although 45 targets for Darnell Washington. I think, I think 45 targets for Darnell Washington.
0:09I'm like, that guy has at least one game where he rumbles and bumbles for like 112 yards and two touchdowns.
0:09Cause he's just a giant man. And there's no, there's no safety who can tackle him.
0:09And that's you, you've hit on the pick, right?
0:09Like, I don't think you need much more than that.
0:09Especially if he's on like a four tight end team.
0:09I think that, uh, and he also, it's fun, you know, isn't, aren't we trying to have fun Davis?
0:09Dude, I always, I always say fantasy football is supposed to be fun, which is why, you know, I, I am not,
0:09I don't deny myself a bunch of Xavier worthy.
0:09Um, I, I take, uh, you know, I take a lot of, uh, like fun, you know, I take a lot of
0:09Keaton Mitchell fantasy football is supposed to be fun.
0:09So if you, if you are, if you are a projections based drafter, there's basically no way to get away from Michael Pittman Jr.
0:09And Pat Fryermuth. And that's even with Rogers projecting terrible.
0:09They there, there's just no way to, to get off those guys.
0:09They're, they're the best picks in their range of ADP by like miles, dude.
0:09Miles. It's crazy. And, and simultaneously, I think that DK Metcalf might be the worst pick on the board.
0:09It's honestly, I don't understand the, I don't understand for the life of me, the difference in ADP between those two guys, between him and him and Pittman.
0:09And in this draft, where did he's just so much better than Michael Pittman Jr.
0:09But it's like, I don't, I don't know how much Aaron Rogers can make those throws that, that honestly really is.
0:09I just, I don't know. He's, he's bigger and he's faster and he's, you know, he's a more dominant wide receiver.
0:09But like, we literally saw this not work a year ago.
0:09Like he ran hot off of touchdowns at the beginning of the season.
0:09It was like really, really inconsistent. Miscommunications all over the place.
0:09I just don't think he's a, he's not an Aaron Rogers type of wide receiver.
0:09You know, and I guess he will, like, he definitely is one of those guys.
0:09Like if I was like, okay, one of these guys I'm taking in my home league.
0:09One of these guys I'm taking in DK. I think that's fair.
0:09I'm definitely, I'm definitely taking that cap. Yeah. Um, all right.
0:09We, we got to take at least one running back here.
0:09Yeah. I like getting a Minnesota guy here. I don't know where you lean.
0:09Obviously bill on the board as well. I am Rashad white over bill.
0:09I don't know if he's gone or not. All right.
0:09You know what? Hey, let's, I think Rashad white is gone.
0:09Rashad white is gone. Uh, we'll take, we'll take bill and we'll take Aaron Jones.
0:09This might even end up being a four tight end team.
0:09I, I, I'm still stunned. My, my brain has been broken from the, from the realization that Jacob had 42% of shot white.
0:09I mean, that was like, that was just like one of the moments where I was like, I, you know, I have known Jacob for a long time.
0:09We've been doing shows together weekly for years. Okay.
0:09I feel like we have a good rapport and I'm, I would have never, ever pegged him.
0:09If anything, I'd, I'd be like, oh, he has a big bag of Katron Allen.
0:09Cause he just thinks bill stinks, you know, that's where I'm at.
0:09Kind of. Yeah. I think, I, I don't think bill stinks.
0:09I don't think he stinks. I think that he's usurpable.
0:09And I think that he's definitely usurpable. Yeah. And, and I think that like Katron as a, you know, I mean what,
0:09he's like a 16th, 17th round pick. Yeah. He's going like just before pick 200, I think on underdog.
0:09So Rashad white's role, however, I don't think his role is, you know, I don't think anybody's taking his role as well is what I'm trying to say.
0:09Like he's pretty, seems pretty safe to me. Um, Katron was like a, you know, perfectly fine average prospect.
0:090.3 receiving 0.3 receiving yards per team pass. But also it is, it is like a, I don't think it's not to
0:09the level of like a Jadarian price Jeremiah love thing, but it is also Nicholas Singleton was on that team.
0:09So like, you're not gonna Katron not doing it doesn't mean he can't do it.
0:09I think, I think the, I think it's true with Singleton and Katron.
0:09And I think we'll learn a lot this year based on what their roles are with their respective teams.
0:09Like, Oh, turns out Singleton actually is quite good.
0:09And Singleton beat out Tajay Spears and is playing, you know, 30% of the snaps for the Titans or the other way around.
0:09Singleton can't get on the field and Katron just like easily, uh, won the role over JCM.
0:09You know, I could see either of those things.
0:09Yeah. And I just think that Bill, you know, I mean, dude, we're, we're talking about Chris Rodriguez a good amount because
0:09Bill couldn't, you know, really take a stranglehold of that job.
0:09Dude, like a historical practice squad guy that, you know, let me, let me just, let me just put this on the,
0:09on the record in, in this stream. There's going to be a report from some beat writer within the next two weeks
0:09that the Chris Rodriguez foot injury is way worse than they're reporting right now.
0:10Hmm. I'm kind of hoping that that doesn't happen.
0:10Cause I'm liking my, I'm liking my, my, uh, six, seven, my five, six turn Bill.
0:10Well, you know, the, the, the non bill people I don't think can be, or sorry, tootin.
0:10I mean, tootin. Yes. Sorry. I, I, I think the, the people who are against tootin, I don't think can be convinced.
0:10I just don't think they're dug in. Like, what is the, what is the, like, I don't get the investment argument.
0:10I don't get the, like, is a four, like to me, fourth round pick in a really, really good running back class
0:10is equivalent to $5 million a year. Like, well, it's, it's, it's that he, he coached.
0:10It's his boy. It's his boy. Yeah. Yeah. It's like, it's like, um, I don't, you know, uh, uh, Harbaugh brought likely
0:10with him, you know, or, uh, I, I mean, I'm sure there, this actually happens all the time in soccer where like
0:10guys will only play with like one manager, like Bernardo Silva will just go play wherever Pep Guardiola is managing.
0:10And now that Pep is leaving, Bernardo Silva is also leaving where it's like, that's just my guy.
0:10I, he's instrumental to the way that I want to play.
0:10Um, that, that, that is, that's at least the vibe that people are, are picking up.
0:10I mean, I don't know how real it is.
0:10Yeah. And like, Hey man, you know, his, his tiny sample yards out yards.
0:10What was it? Yards after contact for attempt is, is phenomenal.
0:10And, and all this stuff. I just like, dude, I mean, look, if, if Austin Eckler doesn't get hurt last year, do we, do we see Crod?
0:10Crod does he even get like elevated from the practice?
0:10And frankly, if, if Jaden Daniels never gets injured, we also don't see him.
0:10It's just Jaden, like there was nowhere for our guy to go.
0:10You know, the, the, the whole running game kind of collapsed.
0:10Uh, all right. I think we want a third quarterback on this team.
0:10Yeah. Pretty much always. Yeah. So Stroud, I mean, Stroud makes a ton of sense, obviously.
0:10Let's do Stroud. And then any of these tight ends strange for the stack Sadiq, who I do like quite a bit.
0:10I think I go Sadiq here. Yeah. I, I actually did.
0:10I just did a short farm vertical video. Um, and, and one of them highlighting some guys who were just like crazy priced on draft Kings and Sadiq.
0:10Yeah. He's a jet. Yeah. He had like 1.64 yards per hour run last year, but man, this is a, like one
0:10thing we've learned is stop caring about all that stuff.
0:10When a first round pick goes this late, but it's like, we should have learned this lesson with Garrett Wilson.
0:10Garrett Wilson was the wide receiver 50 his rookie year in, in ADP.
0:10She's like, no one, no one ever learns anything.
0:10Cause he's a jet. Yeah. Yeah, man. I mean like, even if like, I'm thinking of like, what if David and joke
0:10who wasn't on the Browns to begin last year, Harold fan, and it's not a first round pick, but he's, he's probably
0:10not like, I mean, he was getting drafted last year, but he probably doesn't jump that much third round pick tight end to the Browns.
0:10That's terrible. And then, you know, it's just opportunity and talent kind of went out here.
0:10I do. Yeah. I'm like, I'm so back and forth on the jets, man, because I want to be in, but at
0:10the same time, it's like, it's still Gino Smith and Frank Reich.
0:10Like, I can't, I can't get all the way there just because it should make sense.
0:10Garrett Wilson for me is like a little like, what if he's just like, I know you've been, I've heard you a few times.
0:10What if at night, Mitchell's just better. And I don't, I'm not, I don't think that far, but Garrett Wilson consistently has
0:10not been able to rise above his situation. And how long are we going to go?
0:10Oh, you know, it's, it's, it's the situation. It's not him.
0:10How long are we going to do that for?
0:10This is a, this will be a really good bet.
0:10I don't know the answer to this question, but I want to find out right now.
0:10I want to compare career per route numbers for Adonai Mitchell and Garrett Wilson.
0:10I want to see how far apart they are.
0:10All right. A poll. All right. So for the entirety of their careers, Adonai Mitchell and, and Garrett Wilson, 1.73 yards per
0:10route run versus 1.76 yards per route run. That sounds Davis.
0:10That sounds like a 15 round gap to me.
0:10That I just like, I look, there are, there are mitigating factors with both of them for Adonai Mitchell.
0:10It's that he has only run, um, what 15.4 routes per game.
0:10And Garrett Wilson has been a full-time player. Yeah.
0:10But I don't know, man. I don't know. I just, I don't know if I, cause the Adonai Mitchell thing, Corrine actually
0:10made this point to me once, which I thought was so interesting, which is like the fact that he can't pay attention
0:10and can't take football seriously is actually partly accounted for in his numbers.
0:10Because if he was really good at paying attention and if he was really detail oriented and he knew all the plays
0:10and everything, he'd be the best, but like that's already accounted for.
0:10He's not going to reinvent himself now. Like Adonai Mitchell is not going to come into the season in the best shape
0:10of his life with the whole playbook memorized with this great relationship with Geno Smith.
0:10He kind of just is what he is at this stage of his career.
0:10Um, whereas Garrett Wilson, I think could if Geno Smith played, like if he had a 2023 season for this year's jets,
0:10Garrett Wilson could be a top five receiver in fantasy.
0:10Like Adonai Mitchell can't do that. Cause he just can't, he he's chronically incapable of locking in a hundred percent.
0:10I do agree with that. Um, but when you're talking about cost, I think one of them has a much, much better
0:10chance of returning on that than the other. Yeah.
0:10I mean, I, I, I take a lot of Adonai Mitchell, but part of that is actually the three quarterback thing.
0:10Cause sometimes I will just be like in this range of the draft and be like, shit, I don't have a third quarterback.
0:10Let me take Geno. And I will know that I have a backstack there.
0:10If you actually look, a lot of the quarterbacks that go late do not have great backstacks.
0:10Like Daniel Jones does not have a backstack. Darnold doesn't really, unless you like Cooper cup or Tori Horton.
0:10Um, actually, no, I, I lied. I lied. Yeah, he does.
0:10Um, young has brazzle. Mendoza has the two jabronis, uh, Trey Tucker and Jalen Naylor.
0:10Rogers has Friar Muth. Um, it may, I guess maybe I'm just biased.
0:10I really like Adonai Mitchell, but okay. Okay. We need at least one tight end here.
0:10Schultz would be a stack. I mean, Samson, I don't Samson.
0:10I don't hate. Do you go full Texan? I don't hate Dylan Samson either.
0:10I like him more than Tajay Spears who did just go.
0:10Did Schultz go to, or am I? Oh no, you're on wide receivers.
0:10Uh, I don't mind getting the stats is still there.
0:10Uh, we're pretty much all in on the Texans at this point.
0:10All in, all in on the Texans. Let's do that.
0:10And let's take Dylan Samson. Sure. Yeah. Yeah. Samson is, uh, he's going to end up being one of my guys that
0:10like, I look at my, all my drafts in August and be like, dude, why do I have like $1,700 invested in Dylan Samson?
0:10I have no opinions about him in any way, shape or form.
0:10And I guess it is just that he's one of the cheapest running back twos who will probably catch 35 passes.
0:10With some standalone value. Yeah. Like he doesn't need, like he doesn't need Quintch on Judkins to be really slow off of
0:10this, off of this tight rope to, to hit on this pick.
0:10They're going to be down in a ton of games.
0:10It's only going to be worse now with miles Garrick on, uh, this is why I can't get behind the Quintch on price, man.
0:10Like, like, I don't like just, uh, a guy who profiles as a two down back on one of the worst offenses in the league.
0:10And he's coming off a gruesome leg injury. It's, it's a little difficult for me.
0:10And then I do end up taking a good amount of Samson because of that.
0:10I think with Spears and Singleton, who were both like sandwiched around Samson there, I wonder where you're at with this, because
0:10this feels like one of those backfields where if we get to August and it comes out, one of these guys is
0:10the RB two specifically if it's Singleton, I think he, him and Pollard get really close.
0:10I think in years past, that would have been true.
0:10I think the market is so weighted to these veterans right now.
0:10And people are so afraid of getting like, who, who is the last ambiguous backfield where the young guy was a clear win?
0:10I'm really, I don't, I don't think there was one situation last year where ambiguous backfield, like it's, it's an old guy.
0:10I, I'm so like, okay, let's, let's go through the teams.
0:10So last year, Jordan Mason was probably a better pick than Aaron Jones, but that was for like four weeks.
0:10They, they both, they both sucked. Um, Jags last year, uh, not ambiguous, uh, Texans.
0:10I mean, I guess Marks was marginally better than Chubb, but I mean, was the time wasn't getting drafted first.
0:10Yeah. Uh, Chubb was not getting drafted first. Uh, Steelers last year, Warren and Gainwell wasn't even really getting, I mean, Caleb
0:10Johnson was the, he was getting drafted first, but he wasn't the vet.
0:10Yeah. Chase, like the chase Brown and Zach Moss, but that's what, yeah.
0:10Chase Brown, Zach Moss, I think is the last one.
0:10Very clear one. And that's sort of like the, that's sort of like the, the nucleus of what, what everybody's talking about this off season with that's gone.
0:10Now there are no more around 10 trace Browns.
0:10Like that just doesn't exist. No, no, they're priced.
0:10They're priced in, they're priced in reverse. Yeah, exactly.
0:10Which, which it, the only, you know, the only backfield that's not priced that way is the Buccaneers where, where Gainwell is the vet that's brought in.
0:10Bucky is the young guy coming off the disappointing season.
0:10But there there's room for Bucky to come down further and for Gainwell to go further up.
0:10If we get, um, Zach Robinson being like, you know, we think Gainwell can do everything.
0:10You know, we signed Gainwell because we think that he and Bucky are interchangeable.
0:10That is, if that is what the narrative turns to, then yes.
0:10But like at this point in time, if you compare that to like a Chase Brown situation, nobody was going into that
0:10season thinking Chase Brown was leading the team in snaps week one, where I think that that is the large, that is
0:10obviously the large sentiment with Bucky, even though he's falling like a rock.
0:10And I don't, I don't understand it. Yeah. Um, I like, I like Ted Hurst here.
0:10I like, I like, I like Stowers here with, with Hurts as well.
0:10We already have, do you, do you, uh, dislike going double rookie tight end?
0:10Does that play in for you, with you at all?
0:10Uh, no, no. Cause, cause then, Hey, 50, 50, one of them will hit.
0:10Then if something's 50, if something's 50, 50 and you have two chances at it, that equals 100.
0:10So there, so therefore, uh, one of them, they say best ball bros can't do math.
0:10Um, yeah, I, I, I, I don't want to have 19 Texans.
0:10Yeah, we don't, I think we're, I think we're, I think we're, yeah, no, I'm, I'm happy with Stowers.
0:10Um, and then what do we got? Hurst branch fields, Adnan Mitchell.
0:10Oh, wait, we can do wicks. Sure. Yeah. Yeah.
0:10Let's do wicks. I like that. I don't see the, we talked about, uh, Mike Clay going, just kind of splitting it with him in Hollywood.
0:10I don't know, man. I, I don't, I got to, I got to watch.
0:10Yeah. I got to watch a lot of Hollywood last year.
0:10Yeah. And it was not super impressive. 16, 16 targets in week one after Kelsey took out worthy.
0:10Yes. And then, and then next week, uh, type one was killing it.
0:10And then is it worthy came back and they said, thanks for your services.
0:10Take one. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. New, new wide receiver coach for the Kansas city chiefs, by the way, this is, this is
0:10going to be one of those things that is under reported until the results show up on the field.
0:10But the chiefs fired their, uh, like unlike Nagy where they just let him go.
0:10They actually fired their wide receiver coach from last year.
0:10And they brought, uh, this guy named Chad O'Shea in who, I mean, this is damning with faint praise, but was the
0:10wide receiver coach for the Browns for the most recent five years.
0:10So it's not like he had like the greatest work there, but I believe he has true.
0:10True. I think, I believe he has a preexisting relationship with Reed.
0:10I I'm honestly, I'm honestly not exactly sure, but the things that I've seen from the enemy and O'Shea specifically and DeMarco
0:10Murray is these guys are, are getting their butts kicked in practice every single day.
0:10Like there was, there was a clip yesterday of, um, Mahomes and Walker fuck something up and the enemy was just yelling
0:10at them, like cussing them out, drug them off the practice, like brought the whole offense off the practice field.
0:10It was like, no, you guys have to restart.
0:10So I'm like, whatever, whatever they were doing last year and the year before was not working.
0:10So bring, bring me, bring me back in on that.
0:10Yeah. Just please make these guys try harder. Yeah.
0:10I mean, surely they signed somebody. I think that that's, that would be my, if I had to, if I had to
0:10take one team to be signing a wide receiver, I think I would go with Kansas city.
0:10It's just the type of thing that they would do.
0:10You know, like I, I think Debo makes some sense.
0:10Diggs makes some sense. Keenan, the one who might make the most sense is Keenan Allen.
0:10That'd be funny. That would be funny. Yeah. He would, that would be very bearish for rice.
0:10It would be, it'd be, well, you know, it's what I'm kind of thinking.
0:10It's like, it's pretty bearish for rice at the beginning, but there's Keenan's body cannot play 17 healthy games.
0:10Sure. But when in the, in the healthy games that he does play, how much does he hurt rice?
0:10Because all that guy does is command targets. No, it's, it's really, it's really, it's really, really bad.
0:10And I like rice. Like I'm, I'm a big, I've always been a big rice guy.
0:10I like through all of the suspension stuff. Through all the crimes.
0:10By the way, I would like to defend you a little bit here.
0:10You took way too much hate yesterday for, for talking about how him being able to.
0:10Him being able to get treatment. That's absolutely news.
0:10That's news. That is absolutely news. Yeah. Pete, Pete was wrong about that.
0:10It's news. That is abs. Yeah. So he's, yeah, he, he's clearly missing something on the feed there because that is, uh, that's pertinent information.
0:10This is a third round pick we're talking about.
0:10Uh, Mr. Mr. Mick Nix. This is all I can tell you.
0:10The chiefs beat writers, either, either someone told them to be hyping up Jalen Royals, or he really does look that good
0:10because he is clearly this year's generic friends where, where everyone on every, all the coaches, I thought he was a decent prospect.
0:10It was weird to me, like false to the fourth round.
0:10And then did was a zero complete zero complete zero.
0:10Okay. Um, all right. Wide receiver. Uh, anyone, anyone you want here.
0:10Give me, give me Elijah Surratt here. If he falls.
0:10Man, that's a very, that's a very flock coded player.
0:10Everyone, everyone, everyone on everyone who, who, uh, contributes to the website seems to love him.
0:10Um, yeah, I just think that, uh, good player.
0:10Um, and then what do we need a, do you want a fourth tight end?
0:10I was gonna say we could take another tight.
0:10Yeah. Fryer Muth, I think is awesome. Yeah. I mean, way past ADP, right?
0:10We're in the, we're well into the two hundreds here.
0:10Yes. Yeah. That's really good. Yeah. I like Surratt.
0:10I think that, uh, I think that this sort of, the, this sort of like big slot role is open here.
0:10Um, Isaiah likely gone. Uh, yeah, I like, I like tying myself to, to a good offense.
0:10Um, and like all he's done is produce like, look, he's not like, I'm not going to say he's going to be
0:10on or off course, but I think that, I think that there is a path here beyond like, I don't know if that path exists for Jacoby lane.
0:10Um, just like, I think he's going to be like a touchdown, big play guy.
0:10Surratt could end up being a much more consistent option.
0:10Um, the, the path for wait, hold on. Oh, sorry.
0:10The path for Jacoby lane would be that Bateman either gets injured or just like stinks up the joint and they're like,
0:10okay, well, we don't want flowers playing outside. We don't want to wrap playing outside.
0:10Let's go see if Jacoby lane can do it.
0:10And if Jacoby lane can do it, then I mean, that's, that's his playing time right there.
0:10And you kinda, you kinda like the kind of like the outside wide receivers with Lamar because the PPR scam guys, it's good.
0:10So this is why I don't really like Surratt the, the PPR scam guys.
0:10You do not want for a guy who might not throw 400 passes.
0:10You want a guy who can score eight touchdowns on 61 targets, right?
0:10That that's the, which is a stat line that has happened with Lamar Jackson.
0:10I do think that, that, that we should project a little more passing volume for, for the Ravens this year compared to what we've seen with Lamar historically.
0:11They obviously get Declan Doyle, uh, Ben Johnson coming from like that.
0:11Sean Payton tree wanting to be up tempo, run a lot of plays, throw the ball a ton.
0:11And like, look, the injuries last year, like not really having a lot of that worked into the, into the system, Lamar,
0:11not being able to run nearly as much really hurt this offense.
0:11And so I think that they'll work a good amount to try and up the passing volume and, and not rely on Lamar's legs so much.
0:11You know, if you, if you do run into, to a situation where, where Lamar does get, get a little banged up?
0:11Yeah, no, you're, you're right. I mean, I, one of the really interesting things about this season and Corrine brought it up on the show yesterday.
0:11It was like, what are all these backup quarterbacks who are now calling plays going to be like, it is very interesting.
0:11Like what, what is, what is Mannion and bling, blank, blah.
0:11And like Declan Doyle was like, I I'm putting it cause I think he's like 34.
0:11So he's like, and we don't know what he's like away from Ben Johnson.
0:11Like, uh, it'll be really interesting to see what a lot of these kinds of unknown offensive coordinators do.
0:11Cause like, we know they're from like a given tree, but we don't know exactly, you know, what that means in the context.
0:11It's not always, it's yeah. It's not always a one-to-one and it's difficult to, to project for sure.
0:11But yeah, no, I find it very interesting because like these guys just come out of absolute nowhere.
0:11Right. And I think that it's, it's always exciting.
0:11Like you prefer that to a retread. You prefer that to a Matt Nagy, um, who I'm a little like less worried
0:11about the Nagy part of the giants specifically. I got it.
0:11I got into him a ton when the Titans coaching search was going on because it seemed like it was him or Sala.
0:11Like those were the two options. I can't believe Matt Nagy after what he did to the Kansas city chiefs offense was a head coach candidate.
0:11I mean, that is crazy, dude. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know.
0:11I just looking back and reading a bunch about the Trubisky stuff and like what he did with that team.
0:11Obviously that's a long time ago, but it seemed like a little, you know, I wouldn't have hated the idea completely.
0:11Every, every team that Nagy has left the, the fans just like view him as a terrorist.
0:11Yeah. Yeah. But they didn't when he got Trubisky to the playoffs.
0:11So maybe he just needs like, you know, maybe he's just like a, he's, he's a stepping stone coach.
0:11Yeah. Cam Ward competent. Wow. And then we'll hire some.
0:11A Joe Milton pick. Gotta say, have not seen that one yet.
0:11Have not seen Joe Milton drafted yet. I'm pretty sure this is the Dak Prescott team.
0:11It is indeed. You got to hand, dude. You got to handcuff.
0:11Anytime you have a chance to handcuff your quarterback in, in a one quarterback draft.
0:11That's what I'm saying, dude. You just, you literally, you get to the 20th round on DraftKings.
0:11You never know whose name is, um, is about to pop up.
0:11It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a, wow.
0:11Look at this. Yeah. This is awesome. Uh, all right.
0:11We have three quarterbacks, five running backs, seven wide receivers, four tight ends, probably, probably wide receiver.
0:11Wide receiver here. Could take Noel. People, people in the chat are talking about Troy Franklin versus Pat Bryant.
0:11I mean, I have no, I have no opinions about, I prefer Pat, but I'm not like, I wouldn't, I would normally
0:11do that on a, on a, sorry. I'm trying to see if there's just anyone live down here who is a stack for us.
0:11And I guess the answer is not really anyone.
0:11Um, let's take, let's take Jalen. No, let's take Jalen.
0:11No, sure. I don't mind that. All right. So we have got Jalen hurts, B.
0:11John Robinson, David Montgomery, Nico Collins, George Pickens, Jalen Waddle, Kenyon, Sadiq, Makai Lemon, Trevor Lawrence, Jacoby Myers, Corey Krosky, Merritt, Aaron Jones, CJ Stroud, Dalton Schultz.
0:11So many Texans on this team. Uh, Dylan Sampson, Eli Stowers, Don Tavion Wicks, Elijah Surratt, Pat Fryer-Muth, and Jalen Knoll.
0:11If, uh, CJ Stroud does not get benched for, uh, performance related reasons, this team is going to be, is going to be awesome.
0:11Davis. We should have taken Davis Mills in the 20th round.
0:11That's what we should have done. Dude. I, when, when, uh, when Corrine said that yesterday, that like, we are not thinking
0:11about the quarterbacks that could be benched often enough.
0:11And then said CJ Stroud, I was like, wow.
0:11Yeah, I can. I, uh, yeah, no, I didn't.
0:11I think it's, it's always things that you don't suspect.
0:11Right. You were, I was listening to a little bit of your conversation with Neil, um, with like Malik Willis.
0:11And it's like, I'm with you that I think Malik Willis is, is not getting talked about enough, but at the same
0:11time, it's like, I cannot pot after what happened with Justin Fields last year.
0:11Like I cannot possibly say that. Oh, there's no way they play Quinn yours.
0:11Like there's no way, you know what I mean?
0:11Yeah. Even though this, this regime didn't draft him.
0:11I think that that could add. Cause I was, I was, you know, the guy I was last year going that there's
0:11no way that Tyrod Taylor, there's no way the jets play Tyrod Taylor over Justin Fields.
0:11Like, it doesn't matter how bad it goes. And obviously, you know, we saw how that turned out.
0:11Like dude, like Cade Clubnick is, is, is coming.
0:11Like we're going to find him. I'm going to do, I'm going to do one more.
0:11You you're, you're more than welcome to stay or you can leave if you need.
0:11I'll hop out. Um, but I, uh, really appreciate you having me on.
0:11This was a blast and, uh, excited for next time as well.
0:11Yeah. Beautiful. All right. Everyone go check out Sammy.
0:11You can find him on YouTube at Sammy Sacks.
0:11His stuff is all up on, on flock fantasy.
0:11Yes, sir. Thank you very much. See ya. All right.
0:11Beautiful. Have a good day, man. Uh, all right, boys, we are going to close this one out.
0:11One more. Did I enter in the right one?
0:11Yes, I did. All right. The draft Kings $20 million prize pool, $3 million to first, uh, draft Kings tournaments.
0:11Well, but, uh, how much tootin do I have?
0:11Well, very good question. The answer is I probably don't have enough.
0:11Whatever, whatever my amount, whatever my amount of tootin is, I probably am going to wish I had a little bit more,
0:11but we can check it out over on the flock portfolio tool.
0:11I'm, I'm hoping it's about 17%. Uh, by shell tootin.
0:11Wow. Ball knower ball. No, or 17% of tootin 94 teams, uh, average pick of 56 negative 4.7 ADP Delta.
0:11Uh, no player. I have more of with, uh, with a worse Delta than Mike Washington Jr.
0:11Negative Delta of 49 point. Can I sort by this?
0:11So my highest closing line value of anyone is Jonathan Brooks followed by Rashad white followed by the missile followed by Jadarian price followed by C rod.
0:11That's very funny. Oh, this is just running backs.
0:11Trey Tucker, who I only have five shares of Aaron Rogers, Antonio Williams, Ryan Florinoy, one random Jatavian Sanders team.
0:11Interesting. Very, very cool tool. The, uh, the flock fantasy best ball tool.
0:11I am very much enjoying it. Uh, came back to the app and Davis is still streaming.
0:11Yes. Yes. My, uh, my wife was working from home today and got done working early.
0:11So I said, you know what? I already have a video in the hopper over on the, uh, Matic fantasy football channel.
0:11I've recorded that, edited it and did the thumbnail on that already this morning.
0:11So I was like, you know what? We're going to fire up the stream early because normally I don't start this one
0:11until 1 PM central time and, uh, figured I would hang out for a while.
0:11Reminder, please go subscribe to the Matic fantasy football channel.
0:11I just started it last week. Uh, there will be a new video premiering right after this stream, uh, coming up next
0:11five tight ends that will save your fantasy football team.
0:11All right. We are drafting out of the 11th spot in this draft will be nice.
0:11Um, just traded a lad and Malik Willis for Nico Ayuk and dubs.
0:11Uh, I gotta be, I gotta be honest. I don't love it, but I mean, if you think Nico, if you're going
0:11to be a fan of the you think Nico is much better than lab, then sure.
0:11It's fine. Um, but giving up Malik Willis socks and, and I, you and dubs, I think are, are basically zeros.
0:11Uh, Hmm. Talking about the draft challenge to max those two schools while Oklahoma just doesn't have that many guys, but a week we can try that.
0:11Don't mind the Milton pick if I have Dak.
0:11Uh, I mean, Joe Milton sucks is the issue.
0:11Joe Milton. I wonder, I wonder if, if I check the rankings tab is Joe Milton in there at Joe Milton, not in there.
0:11So I can't pull up his player page, but yes.
0:11Well, okay. Well, this one, I don't love that.
0:11I don't love Lamar Jackson at, uh, at six there.
0:11Uh, already have Caleb and Herbert a core, but yeah.
0:11So Malik Willis was basically just like waiver wire fodder, um, for you.
0:11Uh, Gadsden and Sadiq are, are not in those videos.
0:11Uh, there it's, it's even, it's even cheaper tight ends than that.
0:11Uh, okay. What do we do? Well, is this, is this Zen pro guy who took Lamar?
0:11Is he, is he going to, is he going to ruin the strap?
0:11Yes. Sammy, Sammy needed to see this to really get the, the draft Kings, um, the draft Kings environment.
0:11Uh, do, do, do, do, do. Yeah. A lot of people on draft Kings are just firing from the hip.
0:11All right. We are on the clock and we're going to select.
0:11I'm going to run St. Brown. That's a guy who I don't have a ton of in my portfolio.
0:11I'm so jealous of the team of one Oh seven Jason.
0:11Oh, Jason is my guy. Fuji's wide receiver one.
0:11All right. Well, we got to see what happens in this draft.
0:11Cause there's a chance that this one heads towards, uh, getting thrown out.
0:11I mean, I'm really, I'm really hoping it doesn't.
0:11Hoping he takes a very normal pick at his next one.
0:11Uh, and now we get, you know what? I'm going to take Ken Walker.
0:11Cause I don't have, well, I can actually check the combos tool here.
0:11St. Brown and Ken Walker. I have on nine of 552 drafts.
0:11So actually not, not that uncommon. Actually. I, I, I honestly thought it would be a little bit, a little bit more common.
0:11I did. I portrayed my boy. Well, I have 17.
0:11I have 17% of Jefferson and I have 4% of bomb on Ross St.
0:11Brown, which I don't think is good thinking about probability.
0:11All right. Zen pro don't mess me up here, bro.
0:11Please, please take a good player. Please take, please take the correct guy or just anyone at ADP.
0:11I don't care who it is. Take Bowers taking pride.
0:11Just please take a, take a normal guy. In a DK draft this week where the guy took quarterback with his first five picks.
0:11I mean that in and of itself, I don't think.
0:11All right. Hey, he took Bowers. Okay. So I think we're, I think we're back on.
0:11I don't, I don't think this one is getting, maybe he just wants to have a hundred percent Lamar.
0:11Mason had a, oh yes. I saw that. That was the, that was the toxic tower one, right?
0:11Where they did a, they did a big dog where someone was taking Braylon out in the fourth and Isaac Tesla in the fifth.
0:11I mean, in general, I will say this, my experience with my friends over at DraftKings is they are a little bit,
0:11they're a little bit more lenient in terms of throwing drafts out.
0:11Uh, that, that just, I think that, I think that is just kind of what they do as, uh, as an organization.
0:11So, you know, like I remember there was the, there was that integrity deal last year where Herzig thought a draft should
0:11have been thrown out and it, it didn't get flagged by the, uh, the ops team and then Herzig contact the ops team and it got thrown out.
0:11Are there any fantasy touts who can deadlift more than me?
0:11Um, probably, but not very many. I mean, I would assume, I would assume if Peter wanted to, Peter could deadlift more than me.
0:11I don't think, I mean, Mason is in much better shape than I am, but I don't think he does any power lifting.
0:11I think Mason is all, uh, you know, flexibility, pliability type, type stuff.
0:11Uh, but yeah, I don't, I don't know. I, I, I would guess, I would guess I'm, I'm top five in, uh, in deadlifting amongst fantasy football touts.
0:11I could be wrong. I could be wrong though.
0:11My, my, my PR and deadlifting, and I've only ever done it one time is four Oh five.
0:11Hey, Zay flowers at 30 defendable choice. So I think this guy has a plan.
0:11I think Zen pro has a, has a plan.
0:11Uh, my golf handicap. Well, it's actually lower because I just had a, I just had a great round.
0:11Um, I can pull up, I can pull up my gin right here.
0:11My current golf handicap as it stands right now is, can you see that?
0:11Or is it gonna, is my, it's my, Oh, I can't even, even when I turn my light up, it doesn't work.
0:11I'm, I'm a, I'm a 13, I'm a 13.3 official gin handicap 13.3, which if you've seen my swing, which some of
0:11the, some of the subscribers here on the Davis Matic best ball fantasy football channel have seen my swing 13.3 with my
0:11swing as I'm, I'm basically tiger woods because my swing is terrible.
0:11It is so mechanically non non good, uh, thoughts on Christian Watson getting the bag.
0:11Yeah. I think, I think, I think he's a good, I think he's a very good wide receiver who is, it'll be,
0:11it'll just be very interesting with only Jaden Reed, Matthew golden, the Christian Watson is like real wide receivers on the roster.
0:11How are they, how are they like, are they going to play more 12?
0:11Are they going to play Luke Musgrave? Are they going to play, I believe John Fitzpatrick is the name of the third tight end.
0:11Are they going to play a fullback? Are they going to like, are they going to rotate more?
0:11Are they going to rotate less? I really, I really don't know.
0:11Uh, I, I do, I do play, I do play by the rules, Peter.
0:11I do play by the rules. I take my, you know, I take, I take my medicine.
0:11Oh, I am on the clock. I didn't even realize I'm just, I'm just chatting away.
0:11Uh, I didn't even realize. And I just took Kyron Williams and Javante Williams.
0:11I see. I got so, I got so used to drafting with the guests.
0:11I didn't even realize. Thank you. Thank you. Should've seen me in goods while and out the other day.
0:11He took Gentie at three. Yeah. See in the $5 drafts do, do whatever you want.
0:11Uh, all right. Hey, that's fine. St. Brown, Ken Walker, Kyron Williams, Javante Williams.
0:11I'm, I'm, I'm Williams maxing. Is Saquon last year's CMC drafted around later?
0:11Think we'll rise when normies start drafting. I don't know.
0:11I bet. That's a, that's a very good question.
0:11I wonder who, I wonder who the big risers kind of win that August wave comes in.
0:11Uh, I'm at a 17. Desperately trying to get to, I mean, you can get from a 17 to a 10 pretty easily.
0:11I mean, not that I can get there, but I mean the, the strategy to get there is stop taking penalties off
0:11the tee and two putt instead of three putt.
0:11Some of us were on the right side of history in the sky, more Christian Watson wars.
0:11Well, I most certainly was not, I was on, on whatever side of the sky, more, um, Kedarious Tony, uh, McCall Hardman wars.
0:11I was, I was on the wrong sides of all of those more 12 personnel is fake news.
0:11I mean, I think if they wanted to play Luke Musgrave more, they've had a lot of opportunities to do it.
0:11So I don't, I don't actually, I don't actually think that will happen.
0:11I mean, let's, let's pull up the, uh, the Mike Clay Packers projections.
0:11Cause that'll be a good guide to the way the Packers are looking.
0:11Not that, not that the Mike Clay projections are gospel, but I always just kind of find it kind of interesting.
0:11So he has got, well, this is very interesting actually.
0:11So 531, 551 pass attempts. I did not know Tyrod Taylor was the backup 89 targets for craft 94 for Watson, 105
0:11for golden 89 for Jaden Reed, 37 for Sabian 47 for Josh.
0:11I mean, that'll, those all feel kind of low to me.
0:11Just that, that does feel that feels a smidge low.
0:11I mean, 4,100 passing yards. I would think one of those guys is a big smash.
0:11Like, I think it's really unlikely that Watson and golden finished wider super 37 wider super 38.
0:11That, that seems very unlikely to me. My guess is that one of Watson or golden is a huge bust.
0:11I mean, statistically speaking, you'd probably say it's more likely to be golden as a, as a huge bust.
0:11Oh, this is also very good advice. This is something that I do is because I'm not very good.
0:11I, I basically just aim on my approach shots.
0:11Yeah. More or less at the middle of the green.
0:11I mean, maybe even sometimes short of the green or left of the green, like just wherever the, if there's sand or
0:11there's water or there's a big runoff, I just, you, you try and avoid the trouble, um, as much as you can.
0:11That is pretty good advice. All right. So what do we do?
0:11I mean, if Tootin is there, maybe I take him and just be done at four and I need at least one wide receiver here.
0:12I don't, I mean, I definitely would have taken rice over Javante.
0:12If I was paying attention, neighbors, neighbors went at 29 here.
0:12I agree that craft projection did feel too low.
0:1264, seven 32 and four for craft feels very, very low.
0:12I agree. I, my numbers would all be higher than that.
0:12I think that, um, not even, I think I know that my guy, uh, Zach on flock fantasy does projections.
0:12So I should, I should probably pull, probably pull those up.
0:12All right. So man. All right. I'm going to take the Tootin go.
0:12All right. Tootin went, I'm going to take Trevion Henderson over Bucky.
0:12And then I might be, I might be done at running back.
0:12Honestly. Yeah. The Lamar team, he figured it out.
0:12So I think, I think Mr. Zen pro just wants to get Lamar Jackson.
0:12That's my guess. Where are you guys at on this, uh, on this Bucky Irving stuff?
0:12Are you, are you guys letting him fall? All right.
0:12We're going to take, wow. All right. Full capitulation here.
0:12I need a wide receiver. I I'm taking P wash.
0:12So someone, someone tell that to Liam. Someone tell that to, uh, someone tell that to Parker Washington Legion out there.
0:12I took Parker Washington ahead of, uh, ahead of ADP P wash, P wash ahead.
0:12Didn't, didn't feel good. Okay. Well now since I have the, I have the Mike clay stuff up, let's, let's see what he's got for all P wash.
0:12He's got, he's got Parker Washington ahead of Brian Thomas jr.
0:1264, eight 50 and five 77, 66 and five for Jacoby 57, eight 60 and five for BTJ.
0:12Very draftable numbers for Hunter, by the way. Uh, isn't crap just going to be in the fifth round.
0:12Once we get any good news about his recovery.
0:12I, I also, I also can't get over Brian Thomas jr's rookie year.
0:12I have much more. I mean, if I can go, I can go look at the Jaguar stuff that I have here.
0:12Jaguars. I've got 17% tootin I've got 7% Myers, 19% Hunter, 11% BTJ 5% of Parker Washington, which about represents how I feel honestly.
0:12Uh, yeah. And you know what? This is probably true.
0:12There are probably zero teams with Lamar Zane Bowers.
0:12Hey, he's playing, he's playing a different game. Uh, finally get a break from investigations and can enjoy some ethical hooping.
0:12Am I an ethical hooper with streaming? I wonder, I wonder, what would you consider the Davis Matic best ball channel, uh, an ethical hooping best ball channel?
0:12Probably not too, not too many clickbaits in the titles and thumbnails these days.
0:12Uh, crazy Mike Clay has Christian Watson target rate regressing after coming off ACL.
0:12Well, you could argue that playing, you could argue that playing more snaps could damage his targets per route run.
0:12Uh, I don't know what the Vegas lines are looking like on the Jacksonville receivers.
0:12This is live. I thought I was watching a YouTube video.
0:12Well, I do both. I do both on this channel, Mark.
0:12I, I do some, I do some videos and I do some lives.
0:12Strategy question. How do you go about smoothing out bad exposure?
0:12Say you were overweight on Bucky. Would you take in the fifth and have heavier exposure or lean on the time box?
0:12It's actually a very good question about how this stuff works.
0:12I actually really liked that question. And I would say it probably depends on your rate of confidence.
0:12If your confidence intervals and Bucky are pretty high, I would say you could probably keep taking him, but I would mostly
0:12focus on it on, on like the single entry contest or things like that.
0:12I think in like the DK million, things like that, my guess would be, unless you want to really play risk on
0:12is that you probably should let it go. Like in your example, I would probably be taking like Judkins and Ramon or
0:12Judkins and price over Bucky for a little while.
0:12Why did I make the new fantasy channel? Because there are a whole host of people, millions and millions of people who
0:12just play one fantasy league per year. They just play their home league with their friends and that's it.
0:12That's all they play. They don't have any interest in best ball.
0:12And I, I'm very interested in, uh, making friends with those people.
0:12All right. I'm going to take, you know what?
0:12I'm going to take Jaden Reed since we're talking about the Packers wide receivers.
0:12And then should I take a quarterback here? There's, I'm not really, there's very low opportunity cost to wide receiver here.
0:12Maybe I take Lawrence with Washington and then back it up.
0:12Uh, how many DK main have you done? I actually believe this is my 50th.
0:12I believe this is my 50th, but, uh, but, but a bunch of those are slows.
0:12So what I do on draft Kings is every day.
0:12This is actually true. When I walk into the gym every morning, I do my, I do my little French lesson on
0:12Duolingo and I enter into a draft King slow.
0:12That's literally, that's that, that's my, uh, that's the morning routine with Davis Matic.
0:12Cause I, I learned my French. Yeah. I'm going to take, am I giving up?
0:12Am I really giving anything up a wide receiver here?
0:12I'm not really. Um, I'm going to take Trevor Lawrence cause he's pretty back sackable.
0:12All right. Vegas lines per my guy Sando. Brian Thomas jr line is about six 75 and five.
0:12P wash is about seven 50 and five. Jacoby Myers is about seven 25 and five.
0:12So, so every, every outlet is more or less saying.
0:12We don't know. I mean that, that really is the answer is every, every fantasy football outlet is kind of just saying,
0:12Hey, we don't, we don't really know. We don't have a great idea on what is going to happen there.
0:12Uh, am I learning French for an upcoming trip or just working on neuroplasticity?
0:12I honestly just like French. It's a beautiful, beautiful language.
0:12It's very complex. It's very, very hard to understand.
0:12Like listening to it. As an English speaker. Cause they're, they're pronounced, they speak so quickly.
0:12It's crazy. And learning to read it is great, but yeah, basically just working on my brain.
0:12It's like one of the, one of the things you can do to keep yourself sharp as you age is learn another language.
0:12Just one of the things that keeps different parts of your brains active.
0:12Yeah. I, I tend to agree. Those BTJ lines look really, really good under on Jacoby.
0:12Yeah. The, it is kind of funny actually that we, uh, that we, the, the stuff we do with Jacoby Myers, we remember him being so good.
0:12It really was kind of just a small little run for Jacoby Myers.
0:12And then he got banged up. Um, so he, he gets traded and he goes, what do you add?
0:12Yeah, there you go. So we had five for 54, four for 15, one six for 90 and one four for 39 and one five for 71.
0:12I mean, he just was kind of, he was just kind of Jacoby Myers.
0:12And that's the thing is he, he just is Jacoby Myers.
0:12Uh, yes, I am. I am doing my best to, to speak French to the kid.
0:12What, what you'll find though, is when you try and start spontaneously practicing the language that you're learning is you'll not know
0:12the verbs or the nouns that you need. So like, I'll be like, Oh, I haven't gotten to what, um, grab something means, or, or I don't know.
0:12I don't know what to call. I, you know, just something we'll see something and I won't know.
0:12I won't know the right noun or verb and then I'll look it up and then I learn it.
0:12And it's kind of fun. Big off season meta last year was the Jags running back room.
0:12Yeah. No, I, I think the, uh, yesterday in our, our storyline draft that we did, I think the Jaguars storyline Jaguars
0:12wide receivers probably should have been a first round pick in that draft for sure.
0:12But yeah, Puka and Jamar are double all the Jags wide receivers.
0:12I mean, they are, those are, those are the goats, right?
0:12Those are, those are the guys who are as good as it gets.
0:12Okay. So I've got a one, four, three, zero with Trevor Lawrence, Ken Walker, Kyron, St.
0:12Brown, Parker, Washington, Jaden Reed, Javante Williams, and Trevion Henderson.
0:12So I'm, I'm pretty set at running back and I can probably get away.
0:12So I take golf here and then maybe I take Kelsey.
0:12Does that make sense? I mean, golf definitely makes sense.
0:12Golf St. Brown is just like, that's money in the bank.
0:12All right. Golf we're going to take. And then what I have to decide is, do I think it's a good idea to take a tight end here?
0:12Or do I want to take another four tight end team?
0:12Cause worthy looks pretty appealing to me here or, or Jonathan Brooks at five and shut it down.
0:12And then I can definitely, I can definitely take four tight ends.
0:12Cause I can take a tight end way at the end here.
0:12I think maybe we do that. I don't know.
0:12Jonathan Brooks are worthy here. Yeah. Jonathan, Jonathan Brooks are worthy.
0:12You guys tell me Jonathan Brooks are where I'm going to put them both in the queue.
0:12Got Brooks. We got worthy. You guys, you guys tell me, cause I can see, I can see it.
0:12I can see it both ways. I mean, worthy, I think has a way better range about, I mean, Jonathan Brooks probably doesn't work much on this team.
0:12All right. Grant, Grant says worthy. Okay. Done. We're going to, we're going to draft, we're going to draft savior worthy.
0:12All right. Wow. Jacob, Jacob Sanderson. Uh, in, in the chat as a Kansas city fan, are you worried about the Kenneth Walker, the third injury potential?
0:12You know, this honestly, I guess maybe I just have not drafted enough Kenneth Walker or not owned him enough in any,
0:12um, seasonal leagues, because this idea that Kenneth Walker is always hurt has kind of snuck up on me.
0:12I did not know that this was the narrative about him.
0:1217 games last year, 11 games the year before then 15 and 15.
0:12So I, I honestly, I didn't, I just really was unaware that this was the rap on Ken Walker, that he was
0:12like, just like a super injury prone guy. Let's check on Zen pro by the way.
0:12Uh, Zen pro just a really normal team just with Lamar Jackson in the first, uh, do, do all our AFC North players rise without miles?
0:12Maybe. Maybe. I don't know. Got it. That's a, that's above my pay grade brother.
0:12Seattle. Yes. This, so this is true. Peter, multiple, multiple of the Seahawks coaches did mention this, that Seattle was load managing them all season.
0:12The coaches talked about it. That's, that's a real thing that really happened.
0:12They were, they were actively kind of saving him for the post season.
0:12Uh, Jonathan Brooks is my favorite handcuff this year.
0:12I mean, if I think Jonathan Brooks is too expensive, if you think he's just a handcuff, I think if you're currently
0:12drafting Jonathan Brooks at these prices, you probably need to, I don't think that's great.
0:12I think you probably need to be drafting Jonathan Brooks.
0:12Like you think he can win the job. This is also true.
0:12People do conflate his down games because of sharbs.
0:12That's very true. Ken Walker's Vegas line is 950 yards.
0:12Bucky Irving is 900. I mean, yeah, but rushing yards really only tells such a small, small part of the story, um,
0:12for these guys in fantasy football, right? You know, like you can, you can have guys who are a thousand yard rushers
0:12who do not have very good fantasy seasons. Actually, this is, oh, this is gonna, this is gonna be a great deal.
0:12Great stat head filter. All right. Player season finder.
0:12I'm going to go single seasons matching criteria, and I want to go 2000 until now.
0:12And I want to go ascending fantasy points running back.
0:12And I want to go rushing yards over a thousand.
0:12And I want to know who scored the least fantasy points with a thousand rushing yards.
0:12Uh, LeGarrette Blunt had 137 points with a thousand yards.
0:12That is wild. That is wild. That is wild.
0:12That's crazy. That's legitimately crazy. Tatum Bell with 140 points.
0:12I mean, dude, imagine owning one of these guys in fantasy.
0:12You'd be, you would be pulling your hair out.
0:12Emmitt Smith, 146. Jerome Bettis, a thousand yards, four touchdowns.
0:12I mean, these guys, dude, an eighth. This is crazy.
0:12I mean, I didn't expect any of the scores to be this low.
0:12Carlos Hyde with 153 points. Oh, that is so funny, dude.
0:12That is, that's cracking me up. I, the only one of these guys that you could have drafted, I guess, Tyler Algier
0:12in 2022 and Carlos Hyde in 2019. Those were both BBM seasons.
0:12That's so funny, dude. I love that. I love that.
0:12Uh, yes. I mean, Brooks, Brooks has had an infinite amount of time to get his body ready.
0:12Truly. He really has. So if Jonathan Brooks can't play in the, in the preseason, then what are we even doing here?
0:12Um, I will not be selecting Chris Rodriguez tight ends.
0:12I mean, I don't have a stack. Uh, I mean, little ADP value on Goddard there.
0:12Sure. I have no strong feelings about Dallas Goddard, but that's fine.
0:12It's probably, it does end up being a three quarterback team.
0:12Do I want to take one now? It'd be Willis.
0:12Maybe I take, maybe I take Stroud later. Maybe I take Rogers later.
0:12Uh, Jaden Higgins could be okay. These wide receivers kind of stink.
0:12All right, let's do. Let's do Omar Cooper Jr.
0:12Cause that opens up the ability for me to take Geno as a third quarterback.
0:12If I want, uh, how far does the USA go in the world cup?
0:12Man, I have, I have some very bad news, but the U S men's national team who I will be rooting for.
0:12And I really hope they do well. Uh, I mean, these guys are just not very good.
0:12They're, they're really not. I mean, our defense is, I mean, I can't even tell you guys like Chris Richards is injured right now.
0:12So I don't even know if he'll play Matt Turner stinks.
0:12Um, I mean, Weston McKinney as a true, like Weston McKinney as a defensive midfielder who has to like really defend.
0:12Cause Pulisic and Rainer are not going to track back where we are.
0:12We're just not very good. You know, Balogun, Balogun actually, to be fair to him has actually had two pretty decent seasons in France.
0:12Uh, dude, Tim, Tim Ream is terrible. And the fact that Christian Roldan is still playing for the U S men's national team.
0:12I mean, this guy, dude, I think, I think they took football reference away.
0:12Like a bunch of the stats got killed. I, I, I like his, um, his, uh, defensive actions per, per pass is
0:12so poor for, you know, Tyler Adams, Tyler Adams, I think is, um, he, he is sort of underrated.
0:12I think American fans have been too hard on Tyler Adams.
0:12Like Tyler Adams is, is a really, really good player.
0:12Like Tyler Adams could probably like, if Tyler Adams was on Liverpool, he would, he would get minutes.
0:12I mean, he's a really, he's a really good player.
0:12Um, and Chris Richards is, is not bad either.
0:12And Pulisic is having a really bad season right now, but is also like a good player, but it's basically like you,
0:12you look, you look at our team, you look at the U S men's national team and you're like, yeah, these guys are all right.
0:12You know, they're, they're okay, but you're, you're not like, yeah.
0:12I mean, France, England, and Spain are the best teams by a lot.
0:12And I think France, France and Spain is the new, like France and Spain really are in a tier on their own.
0:12Then there's like a tier of like, uh, Argentina, Netherlands, Belgium, who are, who are all pretty good.
0:12They have some world-class players. Ooh. I mean, Burton strange would be really nice here.
0:12Yeah. Let's get, well, I mean, strange and Hunter just, just all.
0:12My guy, my guy, Mike Shope loves the Jacksonville Jaguars loves them.
0:12All right. Yeah. We're going to go strange. It's got that locked up.
0:12I mean, Belgium, Belgium actually has a similar, similar problems to the U S men's national team more their, their defenses.
0:12Ah, damn. All right. I wanted to get strange and Hunter.
0:12Uh, well, Portugal, Portugal would be, I, so I have, I have two bets for the world cup.
0:12Thus far. I have Portugal to win and I have the Dutch to win.
0:12The issue with Portugal is they'd be a lot better if they just were not playing a 41 year old who didn't have any legs.
0:12Um, you know what? We're going to take Sadiq.
0:12So we got our, our three tight ends. We might take four, but Sadiq gives us another chance to get Gino.
0:12He showed being on Buffalo radio and being a massive Jaguars bull.
0:12It's so funny, but like on, on every episode of ADP chasing, he's like, dude, the Jags are going to be great.
0:12Could have been the U S golden generation. And yet it's worse than a team that started Alexi Lawless.
0:12Oh, Vegas lines for Ivan. I've not looked at these worthy six 75 and four and a half.
0:12Rashi rice is 10 25 and eight and a half.
0:12I would be my, my just gut instinct to that is that worthy is way too low.
0:12Worthy should be like eight 25 and five and a half.
0:12And it feels like Rashi. You're just like, you have so many outs.
0:12You have injury outs. You have suspension outs. You have so many outs.
0:12Feels like, feels like the lowers on Rashi are, are probably the play there.
0:12Just gut gut feel on that would be. Oh my God.
0:12Wow. This has not happened in a while, but my, my mouse literally died.
0:12Wow. That, that is, it's been a while. This is how, you know what?
0:12It's been since the first day of the season.
0:12The first day of the season when I was streaming, uh, with Mason was the last time my mouse died.
0:12I mean, the, the, the mouse design from Apple is, is this the worst piece of technological advancement of all time?
0:13It's, it's, it's literally has to be the worst.
0:13It's got to be the dumbest thing. Who, who puts the charger on the bottom?
0:13What is that? That's, it's horrible. I've, trust me, I've tried.
0:13You cannot get it. You cannot get a new mouse on site credits.
0:13You, you sure can't. Uh, yes, I should. I should have a charger right next to me.
0:13Well, I do have a charger. It's right there.
0:13I just forgot to do it before the stream.
0:13I mean, I guess I could put it on the charger right now.
0:13All right. So let me recap this team real quick.
0:13As we lock into our final rounds, Gino, I think is going to be the pick here.
0:13Trevor Lawrence, Ken Walker, Kyron Williams, Amon Ross, St.
0:13Brown, Parker, Washington, Jaden Reed, Dallas Goddard, Javante Williams, Trevion Henderson, Jared Goff, Xavier Worthy, Omar Cooper, Bren Strange, Kenyon Sadiq.
0:13All right. I think we're, I think we're chilling here.
0:13It is not the greatest design they've ever built.
0:13No cap extreme, extreme cap. Uh, could it? So you think you can tout I would.
0:13This is a good question. Would Peter have just kicked me out?
0:13Oh, well, all right. Can't take, can't take Gino.
0:13So boxed out there. I assume I, I assume I am just not eligible for.
0:13So you think you can tout. I would, I would, that is my assumption.
0:13Um, Stowers is okay here. I mean, are any of these quarterbacks?
0:13I do not want to take Jacoby Brissett. Um, so I guess we're, we're going to do Denzel Boston and then maybe,
0:13maybe Jeremy Bernard makes a little bit of sense.
0:13Yes. Last time the charger was upstairs. Now, now it's not.
0:13All right. I am going to take Denzel Boston because then I can put my wrist up and take Shadur.
0:13Um, I dude, I was, I was born for this being bearish and bullish on the same player.
0:13Hey, you know what? I should have, I should have entered it just to, just to get the site credits of winning.
0:13Yeah, they should have, they should have let me do it just to get the site credits.
0:13Um, okay. I'm, if I do take a fourth tight end, I'm going to save it.
0:13Uh, I'm going to take another wide receiver here.
0:13You know what? I'm going to take, I'm going to take Burmy Jernard with the next pick.
0:13Shout out to my guy, Neil. Uh, I'm going to take Burmy Jernard and then I'm going to plug my mouse in.
0:13See, I told you, I got the charger right here.
0:13If you stay strapped, you don't get strapped. Uh, my favorite late round tight end picks.
0:13I mean, I have, uh, I have a lot of favorite late round tight end picks.
0:13And in fact, Grant, if you're really interested, I have a video immediately coming out.
0:13Um, after this, I have a, I have a video coming out on the Matic.
0:13Fantasy Football Channel right after this. That is about all my favorite late round tight end picks.
0:13So if you're, if you're, if you're a curious guy about late round tight ends, you can go check those out.
0:13But I mean, Terrence Ferguson, for sure. Uh, Greg Dolcich, for sure.
0:13Gunnar Helm, for sure. But there, I mean, the late round tight ends are, are one of the, are one of the best.
0:13It's, it's kind of actually changing my strategy in a way that I would never have anticipated.
0:13But I, I think that basically like the late round tight ends are so good now that it makes me, it makes
0:13me way less interested in the mid round tight ends.
0:13Like, that's for sure. Like I am, I am way less interested in like Tyler Warren, like not like even, even like Kincaid or Goddard or Tucker craft.
0:13Like I am, I am just less interested in those guys.
0:13Cause I think like, why, why would I take Isaiah likely when I take Terrence Ferguson?
0:13Yeah. I mean, at the end, at the end of the draft, it's not even close.
0:13Like Kate Otten projects for so many more points than Malik Washington.
0:13I mean, I guess I'm assuming that's right. I guess I don't really know.
0:13I haven't, uh, haven't looked at the clay projections on that.
0:13Michael Mayer could get traded. I mean, for sure.
0:13That's like a really good one. I mean, a lot of these, just a lot of these guys have so many, have so many outs, you know?
0:13All right. Well, my roster construction is getting a little funky.
0:13Maybe, maybe I take one more running back here.
0:13I mean, Emmitt Johnson could be okay. Katron could be okay.
0:13Uh, you know, putting my, putting my wrist up with Shadur Sanders, probably one of these final picks here.
0:13Uh, the, the Steelers just signed Tunyon. Oh no, dude.
0:13It's over. It's over for Pat Fryer. With big Bob Tunyon has been brought in.
0:13It's done. Send, send Pat Fryer, Ruth and Darnell Washington to absolute stone zero boys.
0:13All right. I mean, do I just take Shadur here?
0:13Cause I'll be pretty annoyed not to get him actually.
0:13Am I, am I the only one left in the fantasy football community?
0:13Uh, taking Shadur Sanders, put my wrist up, bro.
0:13Get my shine on. I don't have a watch.
0:13Actually, I don't even know where my Apple watch is right now.
0:13I wore it this morning. Took the, took the, went to the gym, took the dog and the baby on a walk.
0:13Got to get your steps in. Had a, I had a very millennial moment this morning.
0:13I had a matcha latte walking my dog and my baby this morning.
0:13All right. I am going to take one more running back and I'm going to take Katron Allen, a guy who I
0:13am not high on at all, but it's time to start balancing out the Corey Krosky merit bags.
0:13Cause that would be a very dumb way to play it.
0:13It would be very dumb to be like, all right, I'm very, very certain that JCM is at least going to get
0:13the first crack at the offense, but then to not draft any of the, his direct backup when he's very cheap.
0:13That would not be, that would not be the way, uh, a smart guy would play it.
0:13And then, so now I've got what? A two, five, seven, three.
0:13Do I want to take Shadur, man? All the good tight ends are gone.
0:13So I don't really need a fourth. Like I don't really, I don't think Colby Parkinson is that draftable.
0:13I don't think Todd just is that draftable. I take Evan Ingram every once in a while.
0:13All right. Yeah, let's do it. Get your shine on the Shadur Sanders, Denzel Boston stack of dreams.
0:13Yeah. Washington. What was it? Four years, $42 million for Darnell Washington.
0:13I think that's fine. I mean, that's, that's the best version of the Steelers offense is Friermuth, Washington, Michael Pittman, Jr.
0:13DK Metcalf, and then whichever one of the running backs they want to play.
0:13I mean, that is, that is the, that is the best version of what they can do.
0:13Right. Who on the Raiders runs the JSN routes and the Kubiak offense?
0:13I mean, I guess it's Jalen Naylor. I mean, if I, if you really, if you really squint and look at it,
0:13I mean, they're, they're basically the same, same style of guy.
0:13I mean, Naylor's way worse, obviously, but Trey Tucker is like a, well, maybe, maybe Trey Tucker is going to run the deep stuff, right?
0:13Trey Tucker, Trey Tucker will be the one running, like Trey Tucker will have the, the highest ADOT.
0:13Do you guys think, do you guys think the best version is really Friermuth over, Jeremy over Friermuth?
0:13I don't know, man. I don't know about that.
0:13I think I'm, I think I'm pressing X to doubt on that one.
0:13I mean, I don't, I don't think you, you don't, you definitely don't want, you don't want Bowers to have like a, a 19 ADOT, I don't think.
0:13JSN had a pretty high average depth of target.
0:13Not that, I mean, he was very efficient down the field.
0:13I guess his, his actual average depth of target, I don't think was that high.
0:13Can I pull up? Yeah, I'll look him up on the rankings page.
0:13Uh, do, do, do, do, do, do, JSN, JSN, ADOT last year.
0:13It's here somewhere. Where is average depth of target?
0:13Maybe it's not on here. I swear it is.
0:13It's somewhere on, I, I, I know you can get it somewhere on flock, but I don't, I don't actually remember where
0:13a lot of stats on that website. Very good value flock fantasy.
0:13Cody, code Davis, by the way, uh, Steelers tried to go lemon around one.
0:13I think they want to play more three wide receiver.
0:13Well, you guys know, I mean, Mike McCarthy is the OG 11 personnel.
0:13Mike, Mike, Mike McCarthy, like invented 11 personnel. Not, I'm not even, I'm not even kidding.
0:13That was like, that was like his thing. It like Packers fans wanted him fired because all the dude would run, would
0:13have every, all the wide receivers run hitch routes out of 11 personnel.
0:13I really think Darnold is part of what made JSN work.
0:13He is, he, that's actually a really good point.
0:13He is definitely a spammer. Uh, this is also true.
0:13And the Bowers is a grown man clip. He's catching a huge pass down the field.
0:13Wow. Haven't played, haven't played that intro in a while.
0:13It's better. The, the YouTube Algo, the YouTube Algo says it's better to just get into it straight to the drafting.
0:13All right. So we've got no real stacks here.
0:13Um, we're going to take Cyrus Allen. That's a fancy, fancy dude.
0:13No one can hang with me in fancy zeros.
0:13One guy, one guy can hang with me on fancy zeros.
0:13He's a guy from the ship chasing discord. His name is, uh, his, his draft name.
0:13If you ever see him is a shit. Yeah.
0:13The achievers that guy, that guy can hang with me on fancy zeros, but, but no one, no one else, no one
0:13else can hang with me on fancy zeros, but shout out to him.
0:13He's the only one who's even in the arena with me on fancy zeros.
0:13No, everyone else. Like even, even John Warner cannot compete with me on fancy zeros and, uh, Odell Beckham already has an ADP.
0:13All right. Now on this one, I'm going to take Bateman.
0:13I took a fancy zero. Now let me take a boring zero.
0:13All right. The team is Trevor Lawrence, Ken Walker, Kyron Williams, Amon Ross, St.
0:13Brown, Parker, Washington, Jaden Reed, Dallas Goddard, Javante Williams, Trevion Henderson, Jared Goff, Xavier Worthy, Omar Cooper, Jr., Brenton Strange, Kenyon Sadiq,
0:13Denzel Boston, Jeremy Bernard, Katron Allen, Shadir Sanders, Cyrus Allen, and Rashad Bateman.
0:13And Cyrus Allen is a Michelin starred zero. Uh, shout out to Coop.
0:13Shout out to Neil. Shout out to Sammy for doing the stream today.
0:13Make sure you guys like the video on your way in or your way out.
0:13Uh, please head on over to flock fantasy.com. You can get the, uh, now we have season pass up.
0:13So if you just want redraft stuff, it's 34 bucks per year.

0:13I was really looking forward to that. Um, so you guys, you guys got to, uh, you guys got to check.
0:13You guys got to check that out. Um, you are going to be sent right into the new video over on the Matic fantasy football channel.
0:13Hope you guys subscribe there and I'll see you guys back tomorrow.
