0:42To the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore and Mike Wright.
0:47Oh, welcome in. The Fantasy Footballers Tuesday, July 28th.
0:50Welcome into the show. Jason Moore is here, accounted for.
0:53Back in Arizona. Where it was raining today. Yeah.
0:56Well, I mean. For like 30 seconds. It's like a light drizzle.
1:00That'll fill all our lakes. It's a light drizzle and I was like, oh.
1:05I wonder, is it nice outside? No. Well. The answer was no.
1:09It's all evaporated. It's all gone now. Mike Wright is here.
1:12We are all back in Arizona. Just got back from the FFXpo in Canton, Ohio.
1:17Sure did. Had you guys been to Ohio for any reason?
1:21Well, not to Canton. I've been. I think I was at Ohio as a youth to visit some family.
1:27I don't even know how this is going to cross.
1:31But like sometimes. Maybe it's association with the Browns.
1:34But I feel like, you know. People don't talk great about Ohio.
1:38No. And the. Like the. You know, we complain about our weather.
1:41I believe Ohio frequently complains about the weather. Well, the time we were there was.
1:46They're justified in doing so. It was quite pleasant.
1:49We had a great time. We were very lucky.
1:52Nice weather to walk outside in. And Canton was nice.
1:56It was a nice small town. Got to see the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
2:01The nice thing about Canton, the size of Canton.
2:04They're big enough to where it's. We're not talking a village here.
2:08It's a city. But they're small enough where everything is the Hall of Fame.
2:12Like the identity. You're walking through the city and just random buildings have.
2:17Like football players painted on the side of it.
2:20You know. Red Grange. Yeah. So. I don't know.
2:23It's cool to be in such a football town.
2:26See the Pro Football Hall of Fame. That was.
2:29That was pretty neat. It took everything in me not to rip out the like.
2:34Bidwell related. Oh. The memorabilia and stuff inside of the Hall of Fame.
2:38You did. You did take a picture and put it in our slack.
2:42And you were not happy about it. No. No.
2:45I. You know, you just wonder what life would have been like.
2:49If somebody else owned the Cardinals. That's all I'm saying.
2:52All right. Welcome into the show. It's a super show today.
2:56A super flex mock draft episode. Live. The three of us.
3:00And an assortment of our producers and writing staff and contributors to the show.
3:04We'll be participating as well. So we're going to get right into that mock draft very soon.
3:10Does seem like we have some news to catch up on.
3:14We just got back into town. Let's do it.
3:17News and notes from around the league. Still world foosball champions, by the way.
3:21At any. Oh, yeah. At any fantasy football conference event.
3:25I'm talking to you, Matt Walsh. We beat. We hadn't played in years.
3:29We hadn't played in years. And we got down to nothing.
3:33And it was 10-3 before you knew it. Absolutely dominated that.
3:36Dominated the golf sim. Yeah. Jason. I wrecked that ceiling.
3:40You did. One yard in front of me. That ceiling had a spot that was crying.
3:45So they had a competition there. And I know we're supposed to be talking news.
3:50But I do want to share this. This is news.
3:53They had a competition there where it was like closest to pin.
3:57But it was like 173 yard shot. And so.
4:00I think my closest to pin might have been 174 yards.
4:04Did you ever see that I put you on the board?
4:07I did. I did. And it was 174 yards.
4:10Yeah. So there's a board where you put in how close you got.
4:15And I snuck over there and put Jason's range to the pin.
4:19But I was hoping you saw it. How close did you get?
4:2318 yards. Andy was very bad. I think I was 40.
4:26Yeah. I mean, we got beat. I mean, there were other people.
4:30There was people that were within feet of it.
4:33Yeah. But. All right. NFL news. Jacoby Brissett. The drama is over, NFL.
4:38The national nightmare. New deal includes 15.5 million in base salary.
4:41Worth up to 21 in incentives that he won't hit.
4:45I think the base was essentially like a $10 million raise.
4:48So it. Good. Get that money, Jacoby. Mary Kay Cabot reporting.
4:52Quinshawn Judkins will be full go for Brown's camp.
4:55We've seen quite a bit of video of Judkins.
4:58He looks healthy. Feels like most people that had some kind of, you know, season ending injury last year are going to
5:05be fine to start this, you know, Camp Scadaboo.
5:08Judkins. We got news about Daniel Jones. Mahomes. Yeah.
5:11Whether they're. It's everyone but Malik. Who isn't on Pup?
5:14I mean, the news most recently was he's starting camp not on Pup.
5:19That does not mean that he will be there week one.
5:22I still will be surprised if he is, but it's great news to see that it's, you know, progressing in a manner that he is participating.
5:31If I had him on my team and I got the news, I'd be very encouraged.
5:36I mean, Alec Pierce is on Pup. Yeah. So, so, you know, they'll put a lot of players on there.
5:43The fact that they did not put Malik on there thus far, I think that's great news.
5:49But yeah, Daniel Jones says he's going to be a full go to start training camp.
5:54Alec Pierce starts on the Pup list. Said he's a week or two away from returning though, according to GM Chris Ballard.
6:01Tucker Craft is starting on the Pup. So there's one that is, that is not happening quite as fast, but we want
6:08to hear camp news about Craft at some point.
6:11Mahomes fully cleared to practice. That's big news. He had comments about the fact that he ran the ball too much last year.
6:19That was how his fantasy value was really propped up.
6:22And he says he plans to hand the ball off to Kenneth Walker.
6:27Yes. And let him go to work. I was reading more positive Walker news just about him spending a lot of time.
6:34Because you subbed to my blog. Walkeronlywalker.com. Yeah. Walkerinsenate.com.
6:37No, the Walker news was just how much he's working on his receiving chops.
6:42Oh, man. And they do have some other people there that can catch the ball if they want to run them out there on third down.
6:50But the Ken Walker situation, when you look at what this team did in the draft, the heavy, heavy investments on a
6:58defense that was already a pretty formidable defense. Well, yeah, not just draft.
7:02I mean, they traded their first, right, for McDuffie?
7:05Yeah. Yeah. And there's just a decent chance that this team's recipe is...
7:09Or, I'm sorry, they traded him away. Yes. And then they were replacing him.
7:14They spent the first on another defensive player. But I don't know.
7:18I just feel like the identity of this team, we want to be like, oh, Mahomes is going to go deep again and find a bunch of...
7:27Like, that's not Rashi Rice's game. And who else?
7:30You've got to wait for Cyrus Allen news? I mean, the other receiving options...
7:34Travis Kelsey, close to the line of scrimmage. Rashi Rice is going to be close to the line of scrimmage.
7:41Thornton, baby! Yeah, exactly. Thornton is... Thornton's going to play.
7:44He'll be their deep field stretcher. But I do agree that the majority of the work is going to be, you know,
7:52play defense, run the ball, pick up first downs in a slow, methodical way.
7:56And, you know, you're not going to... I don't think you're going to be able to stop...
8:02The offensive line is very good. You're not going to be able to stop Walker and Rice very easily.
8:08That combo of just like, I can get... You know, I can get six yards all the time.
8:14Yeah, I think that... If you want to protect Mahomes from himself, you get the ball out of his hands quickly.
8:21You run the football. You play defense. There you go.
8:24Rashi Rice is doing great. Cleared to go, according to Andy Reid.
8:28Okay. Out of jail! Well, he was coming off an injury that we have to also remember.
8:34He's going to be really good if he's there and playing, which it seems like he will be.
8:40So, if you want to buy low on Rice, it might be the time.
8:45Kyle Shanahan suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a car accident last week.
8:48Crazy. It came out. He almost lost his eye.
8:51It's a very, very serious injury. This isn't like, oh, no, he got in a fender bender.
8:57He's not going... He's going to be... There's an interim head coach right now kind of taking over duties.
9:03I saw one report that there's no timeline on how long that is, including even the entire season.
9:09So, this is something to really monitor. I would imagine Shanahan will, you know...
9:14I think he already made an appearance with the team.
9:17Yeah. I mean, he's going to be there leading.
9:20But it's something to pay attention to. Yeah. For sure.
9:23George Kittle placed on Pup to start training camp with the Achilles.
9:27There's a report that Jordan James appears to be the team's RB2.
9:31So, that's next man up behind Christian McCaffrey. He's playing ahead of Kalen Black.
9:36Gourindo is infinitely on the IR. And, yeah, we got news that Christian Kirk is dealing with a calf injury.
9:43I also saw news about... Christian Kirk is a 49er, by the way.
9:47Right this moment, he is. And there's a lot of talk that I was seeing that he won't be on the roster.
9:54Really? Yes. That they don't think he'll be there on day one.
9:58Interesting. Dijon Stribling has been, I mean, very, very early into camp.
10:02But he's been doing good things. Brock Purdy's spoken very highly of him.
10:07So, if you've got the young guns, and obviously they brought in Mike Evans as their veteran, maybe you don't need Kirk.
10:14And Brandon Ayuk remains on the left squad list.
10:17That would be, he left the squad. But he did buy a home in Washington.
10:22And I thought I saw something about a tattoo.
10:25Was that real? Oh, a tattoo by him about being on the Commanders or something?
10:30Yeah. What is happening? He definitely has been on social media basically talking about how he is a commander.
10:36I don't know how real it was. I mean, who knows?
10:40He is currently a 49er. And the 49ers have all the cards.
10:44He can't just, he's not allowed to just be like, I'm not one anymore.
10:48No, it's super weird. He's just going to show up.
10:52It's me, Washington Commander, Brandon Ayuk. I think for another show, Harmon was tweeting out.
10:57He's like, there's a non-zero chance he shows up at camp.
11:00Oh, for sure. For the Commanders. Yeah, right now while he's under contract for the 49ers.
11:06Yeah. All right. We want to jump right into the mock draft.
11:10It is a good time to remind you about the Ultimate Draft Kit, which now has our new mock draft tool amongst
11:17all of our player rankings, our stat projections. So many tools and resources in there.
11:22100-plus player profile videos. Sleepers breakouts, busts, values. The value scout tool.
11:26So much. We just, this morning, took another look at all those sleepers, breakouts, busts, values.
11:31Made some tweaks, some changes. We're always staying up to date.
11:35Yep. So check that out, ultimatedraftkit.com. It is part of the Ultimate Foot Clan membership as well.
11:40You would get that along with everything in season.
11:43If you want to check that out at jointhefoot.com.
11:46The Fantasy Footballers Mock Draft. It is a super mock draft.
11:5012-team, half PPR, super flex mock on the show today.
11:53So, yeah, we get to play around with two quarterbacks, two running backs, two wide receivers, a tight end and a flex, four bench spots.
12:02Mike, you drew the first spot in the draft.
12:05I did. Jason drew the fourth spot. I'm at eight.
12:08And away we go. I have the first pick.
12:11I have, I know I'm pretty vocal about how I handle my strategy when it comes to quarterbacks.
12:17But if I have the first pick, I'm taking Josh Allen.
12:21Yeah, super flex. You know, Mike, you've talked a lot about where you wait for your second one.
12:27Oftentimes. Or even my first one. It just comes down to the tiers of, like, I'm not going to take a tier
12:34three quarterback over a tier one superstar at a different position just because I have to have two quarterbacks.
12:40Like, I believe in figuring it out as the draft goes.
12:44After Allen Lamar Jackson goes to Kurt, the Borgogen.
12:47There you go. Kyle's going Gibbs. Yeah, he took Jimmy or Gibbs at 103.
12:51Yeah, I don't blame him. I think that, you know, Gibbs being there and I'm going to take Bijan here at four.
12:59I thought I was going to end up with Lamar Jackson.
13:02In a super flex, you do not have to have two quarterbacks.
13:06It's not a two quarterback league. It's a super flex.
13:10Obviously, quarterbacks score more. You want to have two good quarterbacks.
13:13But when you can get an elite at any position, you take it.
13:18So I'm going to take Bijan here above my third ranked quarterback because Bijan is obviously in that elite of the elite
13:25tier at a very scarce position as well. Yeah, I mean, it makes sense.
13:30And we're on a run of non-quarterbacks here because of the value.
13:34Gibbs, Bijan to Jason, then Puka and Chase go next.
13:37Cash money taking Drake May there. From the 99 and the 2000.
13:41The 107 spot. Puts me on the clock at 108.
13:44I've been seeing Drake May. I brought this up in another mock.
13:48You know, go third quite often now. Is that where you guys would take him?
13:53Four-point touchdown leagues, I wouldn't. But in six-point, I have him at two.
13:57I would not, but it doesn't. The clump of the next quarterbacks, it doesn't bother me if you want to take May.
14:05Yeah, I'm in a spot where it's a little bit tough at 108 where I think I'm going to just take a quarterback.
14:12I've got options here at the position. A couple of the Russian quarterbacks, Hurts and Jaden Daniels, Joe Burrow as well.
14:19And I don't know if I want to wait eight picks and see myself drop down a tier at the quarterback position.
14:27So I'm going to take a shot on Burrow and see what happens putting producer Borland on the clock.
14:33Four quarterbacks off. Four non-quarterbacks off in the first eight picks.
14:37And, you know, again, just talking super flex strategy, it's a supply-demand situation.
14:4175% of the NFL's quarterbacks are starting in a 12-team super flex league.
14:45It doesn't change everything about your strategy. It changes the supply and demand factor for the quarterback position.
14:51After my Burrow pick, Jaden Daniels goes to producer Borland, probably thinking the same thing.
14:56Not sure if he wanted to wait through. But value is where the next three picks went.
15:02But J.S.N., Amon Ross St. Brown, and C.D. Lamb wrapping up the first round.
15:06We're moving into the second round. We'll take a break and I'll catch you up.

15:48Call 1-800-GRANGER, click granger.com, or just stop by. Granger.
15:51For the ones who get it done. All right.
15:54Interesting strategy here by the three teams at the end of this Superflex mock draft.
15:59They went Cook, McCaffrey, Jonathan Taylor with the next three picks.
16:02So they will have a long way in piecing together a quarterback position.
16:07Jinty goes at 204. Puts me back on the clock.
16:10I'm going to go with a guy I don't know if I've ever drafted him in a mock draft we've ever done.
16:17I'm going to take Kenneth Walker. Oh! I'm going to take Kenneth Walker at 205.
16:22Jefferson was on the board. I'm still a little bit shaky there.
16:26Sure. Maybe that would have been the right pick, but I'm going to go ahead and take Ken Walker and solidify the running back spot.
16:35Brock Bowers first tight end off the board goes next.
16:38Caleb Williams goes next, unsurprisingly, to Chicago fan Jake.
16:41Dak, off the board in the second round. To Julia, Jason, you're back on the clock.
16:46Bijon was your round one pick. I am pretty thrilled here.
16:50The fact that I started with Bijon, my quarterback four in four-point passing touchdowns is still on the board here in the second round.
16:58That hurts. That is Jalen Hurts. In this format, I know he only had eight rushing touchdowns last year, but he's usually
17:05up at 12 to 15 the years prior. Aaron, my man Sean Mannion, going to get that offense turned around.
17:12It was so, when we did the NFC East show, the comments were so polarizing.
17:17Oh, of course. There's just no more. It was like either, you're dumb not to take Hurts super high, you're stupid.
17:24Or it was like, this offense sucks. The quarterback sucks.
17:27No way Jay Brown is going to mean he sucks.
17:30Very few people are purely neutral on Jalen Hurts.
17:33They either think that he is overrated or underrated.
17:36All right. Two rounds in the books are about to be.
17:40Mike's on the clock. After the Bowers pick, Caleb, Dak, Jalen Hurts, and then Jefferson goes at 210 here.
17:46A-Chan, Devon A-Chan at 211. Mike, you've got two picks back-to-back here.
17:50You've got Josh Allen in the first. It seems like a nice spot to be in a super flex.
17:56Yes. It's not too bad. The running backs, by my estimation, there are still, if you guys left, who can be true top five difference makers.
18:05The wide receiver tier of guys right now, it's pretty compact.
18:09But I'm not leaving without a quarterback, or I'm sorry, a running back here.
18:13So I'm taking Chase Brown, who I just, I feel like is about as safe as they come for fantasy with still having massive upside.
18:22And then it's funny. I think I talked about it on our last mock, but it's the click of Rasheed Rice doesn't feel great.
18:30It's just like, you know, when you get the dopamine hit from the draft pick, but it's, he's going to be really solid for fantasy.
18:38So I'm going, I'm Chase Brown and Rasheed Rice as the foundation.
18:42All right. Hampton goes next at 302. Wanted him.
18:45Saquon at 303. Jason, you're back on the clock, Bijan and Hertz.
18:49It's funny because I feel like, um, I'm, I'm very happy.
18:53A lot of times when I'm my super flex strategies, I'm going to take kind of the, the hero quarterback.
18:59And if I can get one of the elite quarterbacks, then I will punt for a while.
19:05I assumed I wasn't going to do that because I didn't spend my first pick on a quarterback.
19:11I feel like I got him in the second, in the second round anyways.
19:15And then I got Bijan to, to boot with that.
19:19You feel like you got your quarterback in the second round?
19:22I feel like I got an elite quarterback in the second, as opposed to having to spend my first, I was able to get that tier one quarterback.
19:32I think that might be the fairest debate on Hertz possible is, is not whether he's good or not.
19:38It's just whether he's in that tier. And I, what you're saying, I would say that it really, he is one of
19:45those that is very scoring format dependent. You know, he, he, he takes a hit in six point, uh, passing leagues and
19:53gets a bonus when it's only four. I was between two players, Amarian Hampton and Drake London.
19:58Drake fell to me starting with what I feel like is a, an elite running back and elite quarterback and elite wide receiver gives me flexibility going elsewhere.
20:07Well, and I know one of your rules this year is you want as many Falcons as possible.
20:13Yeah. I, you know, a lot of times you're going to avoid, um, a running back and wide receiver from the same team.
20:21There are plenty of situations when you're talking about consolidation of targets where it's like it, the whole team is that, you
20:28know, similar to, I would take Brock Bowers and Gentry.
20:32I wouldn't even question it. They're a bad team.
20:35It's just a consolidation of, you know, they're both going to score a ton of fantasy points.
20:40Drake London goes at three Oh four followed by Derek Henry.
20:44Um, who, who's next? We got Jeremiah love and AJ Brown at three Oh seven.
20:49Love that pick in the AJ Brown may stack.
20:52I assumed, I assumed I was going to end up with AJ Brown at my pick.
20:57Um, but you took race. Well, I have a strategy in mind here.
21:02Three Oh eight. I'm taking Trey McBride around later than Brock Bowers, uh, as a, as an elite positional advantage.
21:08I have a player I'm targeting at four Oh five.
21:11I can't reveal it to all these fools on the show.
21:15There's a bunch of clowns, but I want to, I'll let you know if he makes it back around it's, you know, eight picks away.
21:23Producer Borland on the clock. Trey McBride is the pick to go with Burrow and Ken Walker.
21:29I feel good about that foundation. Uh, Jinty was the pick by Al last round is Jacobs in the third.
21:36And we got a couple more quarterbacks off the board.
21:39The first quarterbacks for, uh, these teams at the end of the round, Jackson dart goes at three 10 ahead of Herbert
21:46at three 11 putting Brooksy on the clock for back-to-back picks goes Devante Smith.
21:51So only two teams through three rounds have no quarterbacks.
21:54I mean, it is, it's a way to go.
21:57Brooks has lamb cook Devante Smith and one more pick here to start the fourth round.
22:03Oh, he's tilting. And he's going zero quarterbacks. Betsy takes Trevor Lawrence at four Oh two.
22:08I think that's a great pick. Uh, Nico Collins goes next at four Oh three, putting producer Borland back on the clock.
22:15Our team so far, Bijan hurts in London for Jason Allen Brown and rice for Mike.
22:20I'm at Burrow Ken Walker and Trey McBride. Uh, my plan was, uh, my plan was, I make it.
22:27He did. He did. Um, my plan was to wait.
22:30Fernando Mendoza. It was no, it, uh, it actually was a stack situation that I wanted with T Higgins.
22:36Oh, I was waiting for T Higgins to come back through.
22:40He was going to be in consideration at three Oh eight, but with Trey McBride on the board, I took him love that.
22:48So I stacked Burrow and Higgins here in the fourth.
22:51And, um, yeah, I, I feel pretty good about it.
22:54I mean, I'm going to definitely be keeping my eye on the quarterback position from here on out.
23:00I mean, we all have different approaches to that, but it's going to be tier based.
23:06That's what we put in the, the UDK. If there is the final quarterback of a certain tier available to me in
23:13any of the next three, four rounds, that's where I'm going to go.
23:17So, um, we're on a wide receiver run though, here, Nico Pickens.
23:21I took Higgins. What's going on here? Then Olave and Tett McMillan go off the board.
23:26So, uh, pretty heavy running back run from the second to third, and now a pretty heavy wide receiver run here in the fourth round.
23:35So, uh, Julia on the clock, she has Puka, Dak and Henry.
23:39She goes Stafford. Ah, she wanted the, uh, she wanted her stack.
23:43Stafford would have been, I mean, definitely a target in two quarterback leagues for me.
23:48Stafford is. Okay. I feel like the, the age he's going to get kicked down a lot of, you know, ADP boards.
23:55People are drafting off of ADP. That is definitely a super flex target for me, but we got too many sharps in this, in this mock.
24:04Jason. Yeah. Yeah. Um, I'm, I'm sitting here. There's, there's a lot of good players.
24:09Um, there's a handful of running backs that I still like that I could pick with my next pick wide receivers.
24:16You've got the question at this point in the draft.
24:19Where do you draft Malik neighbors? That will be interesting in all drafts going on right now.
24:25And a handful of guys I like there in this, because it's a super flex, I'm going to punt the tight end position.
24:32I just want to have more shots at either the quarterback or, um, the running backs and wide receivers.
24:38I'm going to go super late on my tight end.
24:42I'll take the last one. I don't care. Um, that means, you know, I don't usually take two quarterbacks in the, in
24:49the first four rounds in my super flexes. But I think that in a four point per passing league, Bo Nix is,
24:56I mean, we're, we're talking right now is he, I don't even think he's being drafted as a quarterback one.
25:03Um, and I think he's very undervalued. So here to be able to start with Hertz and Bo Nix in a super
25:10flex, I'm going to, I'm going to march along that path.
25:14Um, on your Laporta path to taking a tight end at the end named Sam Laporta, uh, Bo Nix at four Oh nine Brock Purdy at four 10.
25:23And those were the two guys that I wanted there in the fifth as a, you know, if I was going to
25:31take one right now, Mike, you're back on the clock.
25:34Abuka goes right before you. Abuka was the, was the guy.
25:37I, I, I almost took him there, but I assumed because he was very low in ADP that he might come back to me.
25:45And of course, like you said, we're in a room full of sharps before Mike, before Mike makes his pick, middle of
25:53this round, I wrote down the two picks. I thought you were going to take at the end of this draft or
26:00at the end of this round for my, my four or five turn for your four five.
26:06You did it early. I wrote it. I wrote it down very early.
26:10So I, I bet you'll get at least one.
26:13I, um, Jason's peeking over. Yeah. I mean, I mean, technically I wrote down two combos.
26:18Those are the two combos I thought one. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
26:22Wait a minute. Well, no, you wrote down like four guys.
26:26Listen, no, I wrote down one guy twice and then I just couldn't decide between the other one.
26:32All right. All right. So I wrote them both down.
26:35Okay. If I write enough names down, I will be right.
26:38That's where I was getting at. But I, you know, you just said, you think I'll get it right.
26:45So where are you going here at the turn?
26:48Um, so I'm taking a tight end guys. So I'm taking Mr.
26:52Loveland. I want that positional advantage. I know it'll, it, it's like Trey McBride.
26:56So you've, you have McBride and Higgins and you're like, whoa, are you sure you want T Higgins as your wide receiver one?
27:04He's it. He is, but he's not like Trey McBride is your wide receiver one and T Higgins.
27:10Like it's, it's just a different way to, to approach it.
27:14But Mr. Loveland at four 12 and man, Malik is interesting here to, to try and build a team that will just get better and better and better.
27:23Um, but I know that Zay flowers won't make it back to me.
27:27So I'm just going to take him. Yeah. I mean, my, my entire prediction was predicated on you taking Luther burden and
27:35you went with his teammate Colson Loveland. Because we say that like the, in, in the gang wars, in the street fight,
27:42that is Luther burden versus Roma dunze. And we come out, we're snapping.
27:46Right? Yeah. I'm a burden guy. And they're like, I'm a Rome guy.
27:50And then close to level and just shows up with like a nuke.
27:55And he's like, he's like, it was me all along.
27:58You idiots. Well, uh, yeah, I know you love Zay flowers.
28:02Uh, I know you love Colson level and those are the picks neighbors does go next.
28:07Tyler Warren. Off the board in the fifth round, three picks behind Kyle and shambles.
28:12Cause I didn't let him get Loveland. Oh, he would never.
28:16Oh, he would because he's trying to overcompensate for how much he hates him.
28:20He hates him so much. Oh, that would have been the, yeah, that would have been like the first step towards redemption in the public eye.
28:29It's the, it's the, I'm taking him away from you.
28:32You don't get to have fun. That's true. Uh, Jason, you're back on the clock.
28:37You do have the double quarterback so far for what it's worth through four rounds.
28:42There are, what is this? One, two, three teams that have both quarterbacks.
28:46Yeah. And, and so for, for me, how do you feel with it being so a book of Loveland flowers, neighbors, Warren,
28:54do you feel like you, you, you got away with it?
28:57Oh yeah. Yeah. I mean, I, I, I did, I was between two players on the last time I picked other than in the quarterback position.
29:06It was the guy I'm going to take or a Buka.
29:10Oh. And so the guy I was going to take already fell to me.
29:14So I'm pretty happy there. But, um, the question that I would be having and that, that I do have when you
29:22have two quarterbacks here and you're at the fifth pick, you're going to be weak at one.
29:27Like by the time it comes back, my running back or wide receiver, I'm not going to like who's left.
29:34I'm just not. And so why I'm going to pick a wide receivers cause I've got Bison.
29:40I think I can play more hero RB here.
29:43And so Drake London is a little bit weaker than Bison.
29:46So I'm going to go wide receiver. You guys know how much I love Geno Smith.
29:51So I will take Gary. I had a feeling Garrett was going to be, I thought he might be the four Oh nine.
29:59Um, he was the target for me in this round.
30:02But so Garrett, I, I know that's, that's the direction you went.
30:06Did you consider Waddle there? Like, were you, no, were you willing to move Waddle up a couple spots to because of the stack?
30:14Yeah. I, he wasn't really a guy I was targeting.
30:18I, because I'm only drafting my wide receiver too.
30:21I just really want a guaranteed like 150 targets.
30:24I want that volume. Um, I, I do think Waddle has the shot to be good and obviously the stack is nice,
30:31but, um, I wouldn't take him over Wilson. Okay.
30:34Okay. After Garrett Wilson, Scadaboo, Brees Hall, Jared Gaw.
30:37And I did take Luther Burden. I took him here at the five Oh eight, uh, after Higgins in the previous round.
30:44Uh, we'll see. I have, I have another player I'm hoping gets back to me.
30:49I got to wait eight picks. So producer Borland on the clock still with one quarterback as well.
30:55Jane Daniels in the first has Jinty Jacobs and Pickens.
30:58Uh, so here we are at five Oh nine.
31:01That's all the delaying I can do for you.
31:04I don't know if you noticed what I was doing there.
31:08I did. I did that. That actually put extra pressure on me.
31:12Thank you. Well, I do what I can. Baker Mayfield, which the, did we share that news?
31:18No, I don't think so. He has said he is going to play out the final year of his contract.
31:24The negotiations didn't go where they wanted to go.
31:27I mean, and that's not a bad strategy as a quarterback where if you don't get the number you want, you're going to be in high demand.
31:36I mean, Kirk Cousins had great success kind of letting himself run out of contract.
31:41They get franchised and they get franchised. That on yourself.
31:45Make a ton of money. But also if the season goes poorly, which it did last year, you could end up with
31:52a team that moves on from you. It's not a guarantee that they re-sign him next year.
31:58So he, uh, but that's fine. I mean, come be a Cardinal.
32:02We'd be happy. We were happy with anything. Um, Baker McConkie McClurin.
32:05Uh, one of the reasons I took burden by the way, it was because I was trying to see if McConkie could make it back through his ADP.
32:15His ADP wasn't the next man out, but I've risen quite a bit on Lad McConkie.
32:20Not in the Falcons house. No. Uh, Terry McClurin.
32:23Uh, and then Javante Williams rounding out the fifth round.
32:26Which after, so, so Brooks, you can chime in, in the, in the chat here.
32:31Al Borland takes Baker as his QB two. And then Brooks immediately shouted regrets.
32:36So you were targeting Baker. So he will. Okay.
32:39He ends up with Patrick. But that's what I mean of the, like, this is, this is the part of the strategy
32:46is you can, you can push a little bit too far.
32:50For, for how you want to play. I find that, um, when you are playing the game of how late can I
32:57wait on life when, when you're playing the game of how late can I wait on a position?
33:03It is by far the most difficult strategy to do when you're on the turn.
33:08You have so many picks between, uh, your turn to pick that is, it's just, you've got to get so lucky to
33:15be able to play that strategy and have it hit.
33:19I would much rather, you know, play with fire if I'm at the, the fourth pick or the eighth pick where there's
33:26a little, you know, I could see what happens between some, some, uh, some of my picks.
33:32All right. Well, um, my homes was the, the quarterback Brooks.
33:35He went with it to start the sixth and waddle Bucky drops the six Oh three.
33:41So I had thought about taking him at five away and I was surprised he had dropped that far.
33:47He went way behind even like scat and breeze hall, man.
33:51That could be a steal. Sorry. Do you feel like you're in on Bucky?
33:55I wouldn't use that language publicly. He was saying he, Bucky is shaping up as one of those somewhat.
34:02Yes. I'm somewhat optimistic. Okay. I'm on that side.
34:05It's very just nebulous for me. I know a guy who's in of a friend of mine of sometimes there will just be players.
34:12You got to make a decision of like, I'm okay being wrong.
34:16I'm, I'm, I'm okay. Passing Bucky. Cause I know what can happen.
34:20Pass the buck. Yeah. I like, I know someone could take him and you're like, Oh, Bucky Irving is back.
34:27He's back to being a top 10 guy, but the way, the way that I'm feeling all the vibes and, and what's
34:34going on with the team and the addition of Kenneth gain.
34:38Well, I think I'm just going to let other people take it.
34:42See the, the nice thing about taking Bucky is a lot of times when you're in the middle rounds, like we are
34:49now in the, in the sixth, you're getting a guy who's fine and is going to stay in the six.
34:56But Bucky is the type of guy that like you could be getting a steal.
35:01You could be getting an actual real good value.
35:04Yes. All right, guys, we're going to play a game for my pick here.
35:09I'm on the clock. Burrow, Walker, McBride, Higgins, and Burden.
35:12I have two players that I'm between and they are both sort of in the, the last of a tier to me.
35:19Okay. And I want you to, to determine my pick and this is how it's going to work.
35:25I'm going to give you the two names and then you're going to write on your little boards.
35:31And if you both write the same name, that's the pick.
35:35If you don't, I'll make the pick. What if you, what if one of your names is a guy I want?
35:42Then I'm going to write the other name. I know you would do that.
35:46I'm between Jordan Love. Okay. Who I think is the final quarterback in, in a tier I like here or Travis H.
35:54And Jr. Who I think is the final running back in a tier here.
35:58Uh, I have one running back. I have one quarterback.
36:02Ken Walker is my RB one. Joe Burrow is my RB two.
36:06And I'm fine with either pick. So if you, if you guys, you just said Joe Burrow is your RB two.
36:13Well, he is also going to play quarterback for me.
36:16Uh, so go ahead and write the name down that you think I should take the final in a tier for either one.
36:23If you, if you don't agree, then I'll just, I'll just side my side.
36:28Okay. I wrote, I wrote down what I think you should.
36:32And you wrote different names. Love and that was my way of getting out of that pick.
36:37It didn't work. Mike wrote a chin. And then I get to decide which of you.
36:43I kind of like Fernando Mendoza. I'm going to take Travis H.
36:47Yeah, that's right. It was, it was close. Right.
36:50I did it. We'll see what happens at the quarterback position and how much people want to torment me.
36:56But, uh, I, I went a chin because you couldn't agree.
37:00Jamison goes next. A Dunze at six Oh seven.
37:03Uh, I always want to watch and see how Julia.
37:06Julia, uh, Julia took Christian Watson next. Mike was targeting Christian Watson.
37:10I see. I am thrilled and full disclosure. I definitely would have gone Travis H.
37:15And junior. You wrote it down cause you wanted.
37:18I need a running back. Yeah. I knew he'd do it.
37:22I knew he'd do it. I told you I do it.
37:25I know. I'm trying to host a show. Made up my word.
37:29Make it interesting and all that. Yeah. And it was, it was great.
37:33And then you did the right thing and you took Travis H.
37:37Chan junior, which bothered me cause I thought there's no way the guy I really wanted would come back to me.
37:44The guy I almost took with my last pick and I'm, that was a far turn.
37:50It was Chan junior. No, it was, it was Travo.
37:53I am in on Travion Henderson. Henderson falling to this point is pretty wide.
37:58I think the upside is my, as you know, in the, in the late sixth, when you look at all the running
38:05backs that are off the board, that is the first name in a committee, in a true committee that you don't know if he's the one or two.
38:14Unless Bucky is. Yeah. But I mean, I think, I think, look when the depth charts, when the depth charts come out,
38:22I can promise you Travion will not be number one.
38:25Oh no, no. He will not. So Carnell Tate goes next.
38:29Love that pick. Kyle. Love it. Just Carnell Tate sneaky.
38:32Bashal Tootin goes at six 11. That probably would have been Mike's pick.
38:36Yeah. It, I, so I was thinking about this, you know, how do I want to handle this turn here?
38:43Bashal Tootin and Watson would have, I don't, there's no way I could have passed on both of those guys.
38:49And Deandre Swift is still there. I think that it's a very strong pick, but I'm on the, I'm on the turn here.
38:57Um, I'm trying to look at the landscape. You know, the quarterbacks are starting to saturate out there and it, there's a
39:04chance that this player might get back to me, but this is, I mean, this is going to, this is going to feel fun.
39:12So I'm going to. Yeah. Go ahead. Okay. I'm going to take a stack right here.
39:18I'm taking Tyler shock. Yeah. That's, that's why I said, go ahead.
39:22And I'm taking Jordan Tyson. I love it. I love it.
39:25That's fun. See, it's exactly where it's like, I think Deandre Swift for, for my rankings and projections, that's like, it's more
39:33practical thing to do, but I'm in the six, seven turn here.
39:37Sometimes I'm going to have a little bit of fun.
39:40Um, and of course, Jordan love just went to Kyle who lives to do stuff like that.
39:45Um, I thought he might make it all the way back.
39:49That was one of the reasons to go eight.
39:52And as well as that, there were three teams now for with Mike and Chuck that already had the combo.
39:59So I only had to have three teams pass on love.
40:02They didn't Tyson Evans love to, uh, to start the seventh round.
40:06We'll take a break and continue. When you're a maintenance engineer in a beverage manufacturing plant, you keep production lines moving and
40:14quality on track because there's no room for slowdowns with Granger's vast selection of high quality motors, sensors, belts, and hard to find parts.
40:22You can get what you need fast and all in one place.
40:26So nothing gets in the way of getting the job done.
40:29Call 1-800-GRANGER, click granger.com or just stop by Granger for the ones who get it done.
40:35In a world full of new, some things never change.
40:38Hey! Hi. Can you say Oshkosh bagosh? It's easy.
40:41Osh? No, I say Osh. Oshkosh bagosh. I don't get it.
40:44I got that! Shop back to school styles at Oshkosh.com or visit a Carter store near you.
40:50Well, Mr. Moore is back on the clock and I know what you're thinking.
40:55You're thinking I can pair Travion Henderson in the sixth with Ramondre in the seventh.
41:00Oh, lock up the pass. Let's do it. In the seventh.
41:03It's so tempting. It has to be between Ramondre and DJ Moore for you.
41:08That's what I think. It is between neither of those guys for sure.
41:12There's a wide receiver that I really want on the team.
41:16Honestly, I was very upset at Kurt here grabbing Mike Evans that late in the seventh.
41:21I was going to be thrilled to grab him.
41:24But with that pick, I think there's much more depth at wide receiver.
41:29However, the running backs will dry up very, very soon.
41:32And there's only a few left that I like.
41:35DeAndre Swift sitting there. We know he's going to be a running back, too.
41:40He's always a running back, too. To grab him as my running back three gives me a little bit of safety with the risk of Travo pick.
41:48So, B. John, Henderson, and Swift, I am solid at running back.
41:52Happy with that. Do that solid movement again. I am solid.
41:56Is that what that looks like a little bit of a blocking?
42:00Yeah, it's a tackle. But the camera's very narrow, so I've got to get it in here.
42:06Got to get in tight. Yeah, you're going inside technique.
42:09I'm going inside the man boobs, not inside the armpits.
42:12I'm separating. You better hope that guy doesn't have a spin move.
42:16Yeah. Because I think you're in big, big trouble.
42:19I'll be on the ground. You ever ask a guy to make a movement, and then he does it like 75 times, and you regret it?
42:28You ask for it. All right. Jason goes Swift.
42:31I would have taken Judkins. I liked him more.
42:34It was between Swift and Judkins 100%. The reason I went Swift was solely because I went Travion Henderson.
42:40I felt like Swift was the more safe pick, and Travion was a risky pick.
42:45Did you just call him Gwenshawn Buskins? Yeah. I've been holding back my feelings way too long.
42:51No, I know. I'm going to let it out.
42:54I know, but you're- Complete and total lack of a quarterback.
42:57Potentially the worst offensive line in the NFL. The fact that their defense is going to stink, and they're going to be
43:05getting blown out, and have to throw- How many of those things were true last year?
43:10Two. Two of the three. So you think- The defense was very intact last year.
43:15I mean, the defense obviously is going to be impacted.
43:18Yeah. But Judkins was a special player when he was on the field, in my opinion.
43:24But I get it. And he goes in the seventh.
43:27Sam Darnold goes next. David Montgomery at 7.07 puts me back on the clock.
43:32Here's my problem. My problem is that the actual QB- Well, it's not a problem.
43:37Maybe it's a solution. The next quarterback for my team is just not well thought of.
43:42The quarterback that I actually want is just not somebody I think that anybody really wants.
43:47So I guess I'll just keep waiting. No, I know who it is, and I dare you.
43:53I dare you. I keep waiting. I think I know who it is based on what you're saying, but it is surprising to me.
44:01I'm setting myself up in this draft to be ruined, but- Bryce Young.
44:05I'm going to take Marvin Harrison Jr. here. I'm going to take Marv in the seventh.
44:10Marv already getting hurt. I like it. Round. Yeah, all those muscles not helping him with his- Well, his upper body.
44:17More muscles to get hurt. Upper body is fine.
44:20You can be too fast. We used to play in a flag football league.
44:25We wouldn't get hurt because- Oh, I couldn't injure myself.
44:28We're not quick enough, but the quick young kids, they're moving too fast.
44:33Yeah. Yeah. If you are slow, it is very difficult to get injured.
44:37And your quarterback just went, by the way. Yeah, it's fine.
44:41I mean, if anybody- Also, you are so in on Arizona.
44:44Yeah, I've got a pair. Janarian Price goes next.
44:47Brian Thomas Jr., Tucker Craft, Michael Wilson to round out the seventh.
44:51Daniel Jones, Ramondre, and then Malik Willis because the- I should know that the people that we're drafting with just- They're those kind of people.
45:00Yeah. Like the Falcon, it's like he's a waste to include here.
45:03I- Because he just lives to troll. I couldn't agree more.
45:07But- Anybody with integrity would have just allowed- Malik Willis- His icon is a toilet.
45:12He would have allowed this situation to proceed. Malik Willis right there.
45:16I mean, Malik Willis, it is a four point per touchdown league.
45:20It's actually a pretty good pick. Well, of course it is because I gave him the idea.
45:26I can't believe you didn't do it. I gave him the idea.
45:30To be fair, when you were saying that, I thought you were talking about CJ Stroud, a player that nobody really likes
45:37that you might have next on your list. So, I don't think it was a guarantee.
45:42You didn't say, I want Malik Nabors or Malik Willis.
45:46Well, maybe you couldn't put the clues together, but that guy could.
45:50I promise you that. You're giving him a lot of credit right now.
45:54He made it very, very clear. I'll take Kyler here in the eighth round.
45:59Minnesota's backup? Yep. Fannin went just before. The Falcon would like you to know it wasn't a troll.
46:05He was never making it back. He was in his queue.
46:08And let me just say this. Kyler's a better pick than Malik Willis.
46:12You're a liar. You're lying. You're lying. You're the troll and you troll.
46:17Ooh. Maybe. All right. You have to pay the toll.
46:20I took Kyler and I'm not thrilled. Jalen Warren.
46:23Blake Corum. Sam Laporta. Now that's a troll too.
46:26Thank you. That did feel like a troll trying to snag my Sammy L right before me.
46:32But I said I'm going to take the last one.
46:35I don't care. I'm going to show my fearlessness or stupidity.
46:39My last pick will be my tight end. In the meantime, the wide receiver that I wanted last round came back to me.
46:46This draft has worked out pretty well most of the time.
46:50I want the stack. Mike, you got the Tyler Shuck rookie stack with Jordan Tyson.
46:55I took Jalen Hurts early. I'm taking Makai Lemon, the other one of the top three rookie wide receivers this year.
47:02And when he is now my wide receiver three, I feel pretty good about it.
47:07All right, Mike, you're back on the clock after Laporta went Lemon to Jason, DJ Moore, and Parker Washington.
47:13We're back on the clock. I know one of my picks for sure.
47:17I have been riding Chase Brown as my hero running back.
47:21And then the skies, they just light up. You're R.J.
47:24Harvey. And J.K. Dobbins is there for me at 8-12.
47:28He is always your late-round running back that works well for your team.
47:32Oh, I was sweating. It's getting a little sweaty there, guys.
47:36So then the remainders of the running back position, Harvey's still there.
47:40If I would just, for whatever reason, I want all of the Denver Broncos.
47:44Kyle Manungai. It feels a bit too early for him.
47:48Although it could work out. Kenneth Gainwell is interesting.
47:51Wide receiver-wise, the tier here is pretty flat of D.K.
47:54Metcalf, which, hey, it's not nothing, but there was Mike McCarthy was saying, oh, we're going to move D.K.
48:00Metcalf around. You're like, oh, thank you. Like from the field to the bench?
48:05No, just actually around on the – Nice. Get your giant some mismatches.
48:09It seems like a really good idea. And we're in a tough spot here.
48:14I know that he is on the pup. I don't love that.
48:18But it's the ninth, and I'm going to take Alec Pierce.
48:21Well, that's unfortunate. It's a great pick this late in the ninth.
48:25If you are one of the believers, like I know both you and Andy are.
48:30We're just believing the money. I believe in the talent, but it's like – It's a great pick.
48:36Money-wise, you've got to get those targets up unless you are just really, really bad at your job.
48:42Yeah, I mean, it's a guarantee. I bet my life on it.
48:46Oh. Whoa. Whoa. It is 100% guarantee. I mean – Wait, what is the guarantee?
48:51That he gets his targets up after getting $100-something million and Michael Pittman gets traded away.
48:57Yeah, he'll definitely get his targets up for sure.
49:00Yeah. Or I'm dead. All right, Pierce. Pierce, Cam Ward.
49:03I shouldn't have made that bet. Jonathan Brooks. All right, we've got to wrap this draft up.
49:09We've got four rounds left, Jason. You're on the clock.
49:12All right, we'll speed it up. I didn't take the Waddle stack.
49:16This is the first time I've drafted him, but I'm going to take Cortland Sutton here in the ninth round to stack with Bo Nix.
49:24That's not bad. I'll go Lemon and Sutton back-to-back stack picks.
49:28It's too bad there's not a line. Nice. Quentin Johnston, Arande Gadsden, and Tony Pollard.
49:33And Citrus. I will take Chuba Hubbard here. The starting running back for Carolina.
49:37Jonathan Brooks went five picks ahead of him. It was kind of interesting.
49:42Producer Borland on the clock. He goes DK Metcalf.
49:45And RJ Harvey at 9-10. RJ Harvey at 9-10 is perfect.
49:48Everything about the Broncos situation was just Harvey going in the fourth and Dobbins going later.
49:54The ADP has kind of corrected itself, although they both just go later now.
49:58So there's value. Agreed. All right, next. Metcalf, Harvey, Pearsall, Kittle.
50:02Kittle at 9-12. That's fun. Good value. Going to have to find another starter maybe for the start of the year.
50:09Jacoby Brissett. I think a nice thing about George Kittle, which we haven't talked about a ton this year, is because my
50:16confidence in Kittle being ready to go and being an impact player sooner, it's growing.
50:21But if Kittle misses time, Jake Tonjes McBasketball filled in unbelievable for George Kittle.
50:26So if you have to stream your tight end position and it's Brock Purdy's tight end in the Shanahan system, you're going to get points.
50:34Jacoby goes in the 10th round. So Brooks, who didn't take a quarterback for the first five picks, ends up with Mahomes, Daniel Jones, and Jacoby.
50:43Honestly? Not that bad. That's not that bad. Between those three, you should be able to stream your starting two pretty easily.
50:50Gainwell. Gainwell goes in the 10th. CJ Stroud, Fernando Mendoza putting me back on the clock.
50:55I have both of the backfield mates in Minnesota sitting there.
50:59So I could make a decision with Jordan Mason or Aaron Jones.
51:03It's a team that wants to run the ball a lot this year.
51:07The wide receiver position, you know, Wandale is sitting out there.
51:11Jaden Reed with the upside in Green Bay. Or I could take a shot and add a third quarterback.
51:17Oh, I was going to say you could add apparently the starting running back for the Arizona Cardinals.
51:23Right. James Conner is there. James Conner is still available.
51:27We didn't even talk about that because it's not worth talking about.
51:31It's legitimately. I'm alluding to it right now. Yeah, the fact that the fake offensive coordinator of the Cardinals came out to
51:38say, oh, Conner, you know, he's good. And then the Jeremiah Love, you know, he's a rookie.
51:43I will. That was his voice. Oh, yeah, for sure.
51:47I will bring it up because I was reminded of like people like, hey, you guys like Matt and Aggie.
51:53We give Matt and Aggie just so much crap of how is this person getting a job?
51:59I mean, shout out to Nathaniel Hackett. How's my man still?
52:03How are you getting? Dude, how are you still getting jobs?
52:06That was a long time ago when you were good.
52:10And it was Aaron Rodgers. It's like it's a little bit less because he won't be.
52:15I know he's the OC. Wink. You know, so it won't necessarily be going his way.
52:20But stop giving him jobs. I went with Jordan Mason here in the 10th round.
52:25Yeah, that's a great pick. Menongai goes next. Jacoby Myers and Aaron Jones.
52:30There was no way I could not take Jordan Mason if he came to me.
52:35He is the last. I think he's the starter.
52:38The last one of the league here. I have him ahead of Aaron Jones personally.
52:42I think is a phenomenal pick in the 10th round.
52:46Well, there's a phenomenal pick available to you in the 10th round, whether you find it or not.
52:52We'll see. But there's somebody that is a must pick for you.
52:56You've got to find Waldo. Well, I think there's a handful of guys.
53:00I've got four guys in my queue that I really like.
53:04One guy that I think will come back to me.
53:07But when I look at the quarterback position in the Superflex League, you're running out of options.
53:13I mean, there's very few starters left. In fact, if you want to say how many starters that you're confident, not confident,
53:20but like it's realistic that they finish the entire season.
53:23There's pretty much just there's one or two. Yeah.
53:26Bryce Young, maybe Aaron Rodgers. However, your guy, your guy, my guy.
53:30Oh, Gino. Bro, the stack. No, I know. And I am doing that.
53:35I am taking the stack. G squared. But I'm not taking Gino.
53:39I'm taking Tua. I think Tua is better. Boo.
53:42Commit to your bit. He stacks with Drake London.
53:44He doesn't know what his bit is. It's not my bit.
53:48It's your guys' bit. I mean, he doesn't know what's going on.
53:52My bit is just that the Jets will have a lot more passing yards and opportunities than they did last year.
53:59Will they have more than Atlanta? Probably not. Okay.
54:02Which is why I took Tua. Pittman and Jaden Reed.
54:05Love the Jaden Reed pick there. Mike, you're on the clock last, not last two picks, but.
54:11We're pretty close. Almost. Here. Got to make the choice on the Washington running back.
54:16As of right now, I'll go Bill. And then.
54:19Ooh. Gross. I got to take. I want to have a third starting quarterback.
54:24Because, I mean, we're at the point where most players are pretty gross.
54:28I would have taken Tua if Jason had not.
54:31So, in the meantime, I'll just take Bryce Young.
54:34All right. Bryce Young off the board. And there goes the player that I think was the better difference maker to your roster, Jason.
54:42I think if you had taken Kyle Pitts at 10-09, that would have been Kyle Pitts as the tight end.
54:491, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
54:51Tight end 10 off the board. But you went Tua.
54:55Yeah. I'm committing to my bit of I will take with my last pick the tight end.
55:00So, I will avoid it. I'm not even looking now.
55:04But why do that bit? Why decide that you're going to take him with your last pick and lose the value on Tua?
55:11Like Kyle Pitts will make a massive impact to your team.
55:15At this point, it would be. That's a dumb bit.
55:18It could. It absolutely could be. Or there's, you know, what is the difference between him and Kelsey this year?
55:25But there's actually a tight end I am targeting that I think is a better player and has a chance to be a breakout.
55:33So, we'll see if I get him. I guess the Falcons only strategy.
55:37I would not do that. I don't want. Concepcion off the board.
55:41You're back on the clock. I'm going to take a guy that, I mean, I think Alec Pierce is a great pick if that's what you believe.
55:50I believe it's going to be Josh Downs, which means this is an even better pick.
55:55What does that mean? You believe it's going to be Josh Downs?
55:59You believe he's going to be better than Pierce?
56:02I believe that the player who is stepping up as the main possession wide receiver is going to be Josh Downs.
56:09The larger benefactor of the departure of Michael Pittman.
56:12I think that that play style that Josh Downs takes a larger step up than Alec.
56:18Alec Pierce will take a step up for sure.
56:21I think Josh Downs takes a much larger step up for what they previously did.
56:26Who's better for fantasy? Who's better for fantasy? That's the question.
56:29I think Alec Pierce scores more fantasy points this year.
56:33I've got him ahead in my rankings, and I would have taken him ahead of Josh Downs, but I got him rounds later.
56:40Gotcha. Okay. I'm taking Matthew Golden here. Ooh. Yeah.
56:43Someone has to do it. Matthew Golden in the 11th round.
56:47No, we don't. Rico. We don't. Godwin, Rico, Wandale went first.
56:51I went Matthew Golden. Dobbs goes next. Rashad White, Jordan Addison, and Xavier Worthy.
56:55And we're on to the 12th round, our final round.
56:59Britton Strange goes in the 12th round here. Aaron Rodgers at 12-02.
57:02Mark Andrews at 12-03, and then Al never knows he's on the clock, but he is.
57:08He is on the clock. I really let you off the hook for so long, but we're here in the 12th.
57:15It's time to make some moves. That's when your hardest decisions come, in the 12th.
57:20Now, by the way, I passed on a third quarterback there because I could have taken Aaron Rodgers.
57:26But to me, the decision that I made was that I'll take McCarthy with my last pick.
57:31Oh, okay. I like that. Because then I have the starter for the Vikings just in case something happens.
57:38And I feel like we've seen Rodgers for so many years now be so irrelevant for fantasy that Kyler or McCarthy seem better to me.
57:46But Geno goes next. Travis Hunter and Jordan James.
57:49And Jason, your final pick is a tight end.
57:52It is, and I'm very happy. Is Dallas got it?
57:55Nope. It's Dalton Kincaid. I'm looking for upside here.
57:58I think that what we've seen on a per-route basis from Kincaid has been awesome, but he's been very injured the last two years.
58:06Man. The healthiest he's been this year. And I think he could genuinely be a breakout this year.
58:12Like, he could be the guy that is in the top five at tight end at the end of the year, ahead of Pitts.
58:20That's how I see it. Has he ever had a fully healthy season yet?
58:25No, not really. He's been very bad. He's made out of soggy newspaper.
58:29He missed three games in 24. He missed like six in 25.
58:33And last year he was so banged up that even when he was playing it was like, what was his snaps?
58:40Oh, very, very low. His percentage of snaps was crazy low.
58:44Yeah, but so that made his per-run metrics work.
58:47I think his ADP is top tier. So Travis Kelsey is not getting drafted.
58:51Not unless you take him right here. I'm not going to.
58:55Kincaid, Stribling, a con quo. I got Mr. Lovland.
58:58Stribling is a really solid pick there. And I think timing of when you are doing your drafts also can influence how you're going to make your picks.
59:07So I will take what I think is the best insurance running back in the NFL.
59:12I will take Tank Bixby. All right. We have wrapped up our Super Flex Mock Draft.
59:18My roster, Joe Burrow as my QB1. The Minnesota quarterback as my QB2.
59:22Kyler and McCarthy. Running backs of Ken Walker, Travis H.
59:25And Jr., Chuba Hubbard, and Jordan Mason. With a receiving core of Higgins, Burden, Harrison, Golden, and Trey McBride as my tight end.
59:33I've got Jalen Hurts and Bo Nix as my starting quarterbacks with Tua behind them.
59:38My running backs are B. John Robinson, Travion Henderson, and DeAndre Swift in it.
59:43Wide receiver, Drake London, Garrett Wilson, Makai Lemon, Cortland Sutton, and Josh Downs.
59:47With Dalton Kincaid as my tight end. I've got Josh Allen, Tyler Shuck, Bryce Young are my quarterbacks.
59:53Chase Brown, J.K. Dobbins, Bill Krosky-Meritt, and then the insurance tank Bigsby at running back.
59:58Rasheed Rice, Zay Flowers, Jordan Tyson, Alec Pierce. And then Mr.
60:02Love Land as my tight end. All right, well, feel free to weigh in on all of our mistakes on the YouTube
