Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveProjection10:44

Insight page

NegativeProjection30:57

Ian Hartitz dismisses Quentin Johnston's fantasy relevance despite his return to the lineup, labeling him a zero for fantasy purposes.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

NegativeProjection9:01

Insight page

Rico Dowdle

0:00It is a great day to break down the week six injury report. I'm going to be going through all the fantasy relevant
0:05injuries as well as some bets to help make you a scholar ready to go for all things week six NFL and fantasy football
0:12like it's your boy Ian Hartitz from Team RotoWire, Billy M. Collins from OddsJam and with that guys, let's get after it
0:17with the quarterback position. Michael Penix completely good to go with the rib injury. He practiced in full all week and Billy, we even heard Kevin Stefanski
0:24say he doesn't need further padding or anything extra to deal with the injury.
0:27So, don't love when any of these quarterbacks or anyone for that matter are dealing with what I can only imagine is a very painful injury, but sounds
0:35like it's on the lesser side of things.
0:36So, I still would expect the Falcons to be fairly run heavy because the Bears defense is just so bad against the run,
0:42but I don't know, man. They still would be pretty rough against the pass as well last week. Wheels up for Bijan, wheels
0:47up for Drake London and maybe just wheels up for the Falcons.
0:50>> Yeah, I agree. Um drinking a little juice here. I mean, this line opened at three and now it's moved down to plus
0:55three for the Falcons. Now it's at plus one. I'm drinking some juice here and taking the Falcons plus three and a half
1:00at around minus 160, minus 170 on maybe your BetRivers. I like to be on the right side of three and I just think
1:06it's going to be a close game. If it's a ground and pound, maybe a little play action with London and maybe we get a
1:10little Kyle Pitts.
1:12Um I do like the Falcons to cover uh losing maybe by a field goal or less.
1:16Maybe they win outright.
1:17>> Has that moved down like the two points today?
1:20>> Um since the lines opened up at the beginning of the week, it was they were at plus three, Bears minus three. Now
1:24currently it's at plus minus one, Falcons plus one.
1:27>> Okay, well, in that case, I am thinking that's probably a decent sign that questionable Bears quarterback Caleb Williams will in fact be out there. So,
1:34he practiced in full all week. Ben Johnson said he is on track to play and they will have more clarity by the end
1:39of Friday. We are recording this just before 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Friday, so we'll update you throughout the show if we get absolute certainty, but expecting
1:46given the fact that he was practicing in full all week and just the comments from the team throughout the week that Caleb
1:51Williams will be out there. So, good boost for pretty much everyone involved in it, the Bears offense. Meanwhile, we do have some quarterbacks out guys.
1:57Jalen Hurts with a blood clot going on in his calf. He is going to be out, and while I'm not a doctor, it does seem
2:02like this is a serious enough injury to potentially be keeping him on the sideline for longer rather than sooner.
2:07So, Tanner McKee will be under center in this one. They also have North Dakota State's Cole Payton, who is a very
2:12entertaining lefty to watch out there.
2:14And they went ahead and signed Joe Milton off the Cowboys practice squad.
2:17So, right now, only the Chargers are implied for fewer points than the Eagles here in Week 6. So, if you got Devonta
2:23Smith, who we'll get to in a bit, I would still be okay putting him in there. Otherwise, start sit questions, probably taking the other guy.
2:31Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson out again, did not practice all week with that ankle injury. So, we will once again have former Pro Bowl QB Tyler
2:37Snoop Huntley under center for their matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
2:40And Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield also out again with a right thumb injury. It will once again be Jalen Daniels season for the Buccaneers.
2:46Unfortunately, they cannot face the Cowboys every week, so I would get those expectations reorganized there.
2:52Meanwhile, for good to go running backs now, guys, Ashton Jeanty, even heard from Clint Kubiak saying that he is playing, and he's starting to feel a lot
2:58better physically. Not getting carried away with my ranks, but he is someone I did find a way to squeeze into the top
3:0320 at every potential shootout here against the Bills on Sunday. Also have Saints running back Alvin Kamara officially listed as questionable. That
3:10said, we saw this last week. He was able to practice in a limited fashion all week long. I am expecting Kamara to be
3:15out there. If we do get a surprise and he is going to be sidelined, then Kendre Miller will be rising up a little bit in
3:21the ranks, but still will be expecting plenty of CJ Donaldson. Not going out of my way to get a piece of what's again
3:26been a muddled and honestly very unproductive backfield throughout the year. We also have Steelers running back Rico Dowdle technically listed as
3:32questionable, but given the fact that he practiced in full on Thursday and Friday, I do expect him to be out there,
3:37and so does Steelers beat reporter Chris Adamski. So, I have Jaylen Warren RB 10 ahead of guys like Javonte Williams, De'Andre Swift anyway. Chuba Hubbard and
3:45James Cook are two guys who I would be playing ahead of Jaylen Warren. Rico Dowdle, hold on to him, guys, because he
3:50does still have sky-high handcuff value, but standalone, I'll have to see it before I believe it here. So, I have him
3:56RB 38 alongside guys like Keaton Mitchell, Alvin Kamara, and Ke'Shawn Vaughn. That said, Billy, it is a situation where again, we got Pittsburgh
4:02going up against the Jaylen Daniels-led Buccaneers. Pittsburgh, man, I was did not know what we're going to be getting from these guys after the first 2 weeks
4:10of the year, but seems like they settled down, and this also seems like a winnable spot.
4:14>> It feels like it. I mean, they've just went win-loss, win-loss. I like them on the money line over at No Vig. For those
4:18of you, they're available in about 46 out of 50 states. If you don't know who No Vig is, just YouTube Sydney Sweeney
4:23No Vig, and you'll get a good idea.
4:26Um I think it's still going to be a close game, because they've always found a way to kind of keep things tight, but
4:31then I still do look them to edge out.
4:33Get them at maybe -125 to -130 guys, or if you can get a better price, I do like my Steelers to hold on on the money
4:39line.
4:41>> Always got a question, Billy, when you give me a Steelers bet out here, but in this case, I do agree with you.
4:45Meanwhile, some more questionable situations that I am actually thinking could be more of the game-time decision variety. Patriots RB Traveon Henderson,
4:52apparently the lowest high ankle sprain ever, guys. He did come out and say he actively got diagnosed with a high ankle
4:57sprain, but added quote, "I feel pretty good. We'll see how things go." So, he was limited all week. He's officially limited. He was questionable. The
5:04Patriots did try out some running backs on Friday. Ulysses Bentley, Terrell Jennings, and Josh Pittman's burger. So, if we do see them elevate someone on
5:11Saturday, probably a decent sign that he's not going to be out there. I have Rhamondre Stevenson with Traveon out as my RB 8. I'd still be inclined to keep
5:19him in the top 15 conversation, even if we do get Traveon back under the expectation that he could be limited of
5:25sorts. So, I would have Rhamondre again ahead of guys like Breylon Allen, De'Shawn Cota, and Woody Marks. I'm basically buying in this Patriots
5:31offense being really good right now, the way Drake Maye's playing in a winnable matchup with their one healthy running back, that being Rhamondre. Traveon more
5:38of an RB 30 alongside the Chargers and Saints, guys, if he is going to try to play through the pain.
5:43Browns running back Quintez Cephus, he's officially questionable. He did get a limited practice in on Friday, so it seems like he has a chance to be out
5:49there. But, another backfield that overall, guys, if you can help it, really would just try to avoid. We got Dylan Samson also out of the situation.
5:56And we had Rocket Sanders be put on the IR earlier this week. So, if Juggins is not playing, it would be some sort of
6:02nasty split between Julio McLaughlan and Audric Estime. Again, I would kind of have them in the RB3 conversation with the Saints, with the Chargers, aka guys
6:09who I do not want to get in my lineup.
6:11Juggins more of that borderline RB2.
6:14Interesting between him and Blake Corum and Brian Robinson. If we hear that Juggins is fully good to go, no worries, usual role, I would put him ahead of
6:21those guys. If we start hearing about the pitch count potential, things like that, that's where I would go more so for the RB2s in good spots. Also note
6:28that tight end joining back Tony Pollard good to go. He's been practicing in full. Tajae Spears officially questionable, but did get in a full
6:34practice on Friday, seemingly setting him up. Tony Pollard again, more of that low-end RB2 not someone I'm too hyped about, but beggars sometimes can't be
6:41choosers there with the bye weeks going on. Uh keep an eye on Bills RB Ty Johnson. They're being a little bit slow
6:46getting their injury report out. I think they might have actually just gotten it though, so we'll see what goes on there.
6:50I don't necessarily expect them to be throwing the football a ton to uh James Cook regardless, but again, just one of
6:56those auxiliary guys.
6:58Looks like he is good to go anyway, so I will shut up. Uh Buccaneers running back Sean Tucker, speaking of auxiliary guys,
7:03he is officially questionable with a game time decision. So, I don't see Jaylen Daniels and company having nearly as much success against the Steelers as
7:09they did against the Cowboys, but no Sean Tucker could be a better chance for Bucky Irving to find the end zone around
7:14the goal line. Meanwhile, Billy, my god, man, the Eagles. Saquon Barkley completely out of the picture here, did not practice all week. Maybe he could be
7:22a trade conversation guy. I don't know if Jalen Hurts is out of the picture, but Saquon's out. Will Shipley has been
7:27put on IR, so we get Damien Pierce and Carson Steel as the lead RBs.
7:32Man, I have no confidence in Damien Pierce, Billy. I don't know about you.
7:36We are we're actually in a league together, not on the same team. We're competing, we're rivals. But, team RotoWire versus team OddsJam. I saw
7:43Damien Pierce on our waiver wire on Thursday. He was sitting there. Didn't even need to put in a claim. I could
7:48have just added him. I got pretty good squad. I will say that, but I still didn't even want anything to do with the
7:52guy. All right. So, if you are desperate, I get it, but I don't feel good about Damien Pierce. Do you?
7:57>> I picked him up in the league actually just as a >> [laughter] >> cuz I'm in a interesting spot here with
8:02Jeremiah Love. I don't know how well it's going to go for him. I mean, let's just think about this with the Eagles
8:06now in the NFC East like your Cowboys are in a prime position. Could this come down to the end of the season where if
8:11Jayden Daniels managed the clock correctly last week, Commanders maybe edge out the Cowboys for the division?
8:19>> What a freaking time to be alive in this NFC East. More like NFC least. I have no confidence the Cowboys figuring things
8:25out, but might just be It's like that uh, you know, one of those that Mario Party game back in the day where like the three
8:32characters are on the balls and they just kind of all fall off and one guy ends up being the last one remaining. I
8:37feel like the Giants are going to get it done, but who knows. So, anyways, look, Pierce should be looking at 15 plus
8:42touches, so it's tough to rank him too low. I have him on that kind of same RB2 borderline. I believe more in MarShawn
8:48Lloyd, Cam Akers, and Tony Pollard.
8:50Again, it's close between him and Blake Corum and Brian Robinson. So, we'll see what happens if they elevate another running back could be a problem, but
8:57once again, only the Chargers are implied for fewer points than the Eagles this week, so keep those expectations low. Speaking of Jeremiah Love, he is
9:04going to be out of the picture, guys.
9:05Did not practice all week. Michael Florio said he's not currently an IR candidate, but also said it seems like he's gotten worse throughout the last
9:11couple weeks. So, not looking good for Jeremiah. Honestly, I just crossed out Jeremiah Love's name and put Tyler Allgeier in as the RB20. So, I would
9:19play him ahead of guys like Cam Akers, Quintez Cephus, and Tony Pollard. I probably still prefer Breece Hall, Tony Pollard, Bucky, and Woody, but you know
9:26what? It's pretty close.
9:28Him versus Ashton Jeanty.
9:30I think I just lean towards the game script for Jeanty. If we had a better match up for the Cardinals, then I'd be
9:35like, all right, let's go ahead and get Tyler Allgeier up there. They play the Cowboys in a couple weeks, guys, so keep
9:39an eye out for that one. But, I do think as it stands right now, going up against the Rams, I'm just not confident in
9:44anyone other than Trey McBride and Michael Wilson winning out because of volume. Then again, I would assume he'd have a decent amount of that. Bears
9:50running back Khalil Herbert, he's out week-to-week, will avoid the IR. I have De'Andre Swift, RB12. Speaking of running backs out, Breece Hall once
9:57again out, didn't practice all week.
9:59Brian Robinson every down role. I have Herbert 14 behind Swift, behind Javonte, but ahead of guys like Tutu and Bucky and Woody because again, we do feel good
10:06about him rarely leaving the field. Also have David Montgomery out of the picture with that groin injury. Woody right there is the RB18. Just don't get too
10:13carried away, guys. If Woody marks, if you believe Woody marks is better than David Montgomery, good. I agree, too. I think he is. It's
10:20still just a bad environment, still very tough match up against the Jaguars.
10:23Commanders running back to Corey Kluber, keep an eye on him. He has not practiced all week with the groin ahead of Monday
10:29night football. Austin Ekeler, he has been limited with a non-contact injury.
10:32And then Rashaad White is also now practicing a non-contact injury on Fridays. I don't know what these running backs are doing in practice, man, but
10:39they are hurting each other. Not really trying to wait around and effort out and find out with any of those guys. And
10:44then otherwise, guys, the big news Billy was Packers running back Josh Jacobs getting removed from the commissioner's exempt list on Monday. This will happen
10:51on Monday, I should say. So, he is eligible to play in week seven, not week six. So, MarShawn Lloyd wheels up there,
10:57but Josh Jacobs seemingly coming back, man. I must admit, I'm surprised. I thought this video thing was going to be a bigger issue, particularly after the
11:05NFL went out and actively wanted it, but sounds like Jacobs and the victim in question want to block it. Very, very
11:12interesting situation, man, but I think standing right now, I think Jacobs will be playing the rest of the season. How about you?
11:18>> Yeah, I mean, it's a weird situation because as of Wednesday, he filed the civil lawsuit or whatever to try to make
11:23sure that that they couldn't couldn't grab the video.
11:25Um, you know, I took I was one of those crazy ones that took a flyer on him at the end of my draft. And you know, it
11:31was a big risk because we didn't hear it was crickets for like it felt like two, three weeks. And then all of a sudden
11:37now it's like, "Okay, like let's go."
11:38So, um I mean, they need him desperately. I the offensive line of the Packers I don't necessarily believe in, but he's
11:45still just an upgrade across whoever is in the backfield in Green Bay.
11:49>> Hasn't been very efficient previous years in Green Bay, but the offense has been good. This has allowed him to fall
11:54into the end zone a lot of times. And if the Packers can keep things going on like we saw last week, we'll expect that
11:59to continue. So, not going to be putting Jacobs as a top 12 running back right away or anything like that, but I do
12:04think I mean, you guys heard some of the names we're talking about here, guys.
12:07I'm pretty sure he will still be in the top 20 as early as week seven. Let's talk about some wide receivers. CeeDee
12:12Lamb, good to go with the thigh injury.
12:13Great news, top five treatment as usual.
12:16Panthers wide receiver Jaylen Coker, welcome back, got healthy over the bye while dealing with that quad injury. He is not listed on the final injury
12:22report. So, Eagles are dead last in PPR points per game allowed to slot wide receivers this season. I have Jaylen Coker as my wide receiver 21 and
12:29definitely a recommended start. Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers, he's good to go as is Rashod Bateman. Jacoby Lane is questionable. Look, no Lamar Jackson,
12:38guys. I want to see it before I believe it with Jacoby Lane, all right? He's a very fun prospect. I know he had a great
12:43August and everything. I'm just still not even sure he's going to have a full-time role as long as Flowers and Bateman are healthy. And then when you
12:49add in the backup quarterback, I'm not going out of my way to play him. So, Flowers, he's my wide receiver 16. He's
12:54the one guy in this passing game I actually want to start this week.
12:57Mentioned earlier DeVonta Smith, though, he is back uh for for yeah, this week, which is good. Hamstring and toe injury, DMP, LP, and now full practice. I have
13:06him as my wide receiver 19 just because of the Tanner McKee factor. Uh he's behind guys like Terrace Marshall, Zay Flowers, Davante Adams, but ahead of
13:13Luther Burden, DK Metcalf, and Carnell Tate. Uh Dontayvion Wicks, who's also good to go, more of a wide receiver five for me. With the Browns, Billy, this is
13:21wild. I've always just when guys get concussed, I usually assume they're going to be missing at least next week.
13:26But Keishan Calloway practicing full on Friday, he is good to go. We saw Jamar Chase last week get concussed, but all of all of a sudden
13:33come back and he'd be able to play in the game. And Konyan Seddiq is coming back. So, look, I have my fair share of
13:38concussions playing football over the years. Like, I understand that there are different levels of them and not every single one is of the Tua Tagovailoa
13:45variety. But, man, I think I'm going to have to start changing my just general assumption here and when guys get concussed, yeah, they
13:52might be able to play it next week.
13:53>> I mean, the hit on Kasey Kahne looked like he was going to be out for weeks on end. It was a brutal hit, not one that
13:59you want to go back and watch for those that have a weak stomach. But, uh and then all of a sudden, bing bang boom, he
14:04bounced back. So, I mean, this could also come down to cuz he's a younger guy, rookie in his collegiate years.
14:09Maybe he didn't have much of a concussion history. I I I can't say.
14:12Nice to see that he's back. I mean, I just hope that he's hope that he's 100% cuz, you know, nothing's more important
14:17than long-term health. But, good to know that he'll be lacing them up this weekend.
14:22>> So, not the biggest issue I would say with Kasey projecting Denzel Boston. I'm still keeping him as a low-end wide
14:27receiver two. Will I get that 100-plus yard, one touchdown boom that I got a jersey bet on? Remains to be seen. Kasey
14:33is more of a wide receiver four for me with guys like Kendrick Bourne, Jakobi Meyers, and Wan'Dale Robinson. Also back in action, Jets wide receiver Omar
14:40Cooper. He practiced in full. He's officially limited listed, I should say, as questionable. However, we did hear from Aaron Glenn before that he will be
14:46playing. So, no Adonai Mitchell as he continues to recover from the from the finger injury. Not going out of my way
14:52to start Cooper this week. Maybe they ease him into action, but I do think he's a wide receiver five play alongside
14:56guys like Mekai Lemon and Chris Godwin.
14:59Note that Saints wide receiver Chris Olave, guys, he's officially questionable. He's had this illness all week and usually I don't worry about the
15:05illnesses, but he still was only limited on Friday after not practicing on Wednesday and Thursday. So, should be fine, but if not, you know, De'Von
15:12Achane is going to be a legitimate wide receiver two in fantasy and Bryce Young should answer that boomer bust wide receiver four picture. Also very nice
15:19bump for Juwan Johnson in that scenario.
15:21Probably going to be fine though. Maybe someone who should also probably be fine, but we'll see what happens is Monday night football, 49ers wide
15:28receiver Mike Evans. Guys, we know he's got the rib injury, but he had an Achilles issue pop up that kept him out
15:33of practice on Thursday. Again, recording this before we get the final West Coast reports trickling in. He was spotted doing some work though on the
15:39side early Friday. So, Evans is always dealing with one thing or another. I will admit that of all the injuries out
15:45there, when I see Achilles, that probably makes my stomach turn the most out of any of them. So, certainly not ideal, but it's always been a guy with a
15:52bit of a laundry list on the injury report. So, tentatively still expecting Evans to play.
15:56And if that's the case, [clears throat] man, with Deebo Samuel out and the great matchup against the Commanders, he should be in line for all shapes and
16:01sizes. Could also see Christian Kirk returning, but it is one of those things, Billy, where again, I'm happy that Evans is going to probably,
16:08hopefully, be out there and getting more consolidated targets cuz I've drafted a lot of Mike Evans this year. But, it is
16:13yet more injuries to this offense with Deebo Samuel. And just it's a situation where I mean, I know you're not saying
16:18maybe the Commanders are going to win this game, but maybe they keep a little more competitive than people are thinking.
16:22>> Yeah, I mean, Mike Evans might go out there in the first half and then he'll be sitting on the sidelines in the
16:25second half. I mean, he I just think he's going to suit up and play, but there's a lot of value according to the
16:30Sharp Sports Books, Commanders plus three and a half long shot at plus 182 at FanDuel. Um, you know, I like to be
16:36on the right side of three. Do I think the Commanders can outright win this game? No, I don't think so. Can they
16:40keep it close? Possibly. And I know their backfield in Washington's not looking great like we just discussed, but um, I like to see a close game. You
16:48know, this is one of those ones where it seems like the 49ers should handle business, but then all of a sudden you
16:51turn on the late slate and you're like, "Oh, this is a little bit closer than I thought." So, I like the Commanders plus
16:55three and a half long shot at plus 182.
16:58>> I mean, hey, not having running backs to not just continuously lose yards against Fred Warner in that front seven, maybe
17:03not the worst thing in the world. Also know Patriots wide receiver A.J. Brown officially questionable, guys. Mike Vrabel did tell us they won't make the
17:10decision on if he'll play until Saturday, but sounds like there's actually a legitimate chance to be out there. If A.J. Brown's on the field, I
17:16don't you guys don't need me to tell you to start that man in fantasy football.
17:19It would make Romeo Doubs way more of a boom or bust wide receiver five. I have him as a boom or bust wide receiver
17:24three if AJB is in fact still going to be sidelined. D.J. Moore returned to practice on Friday. I believe he is
17:30officially listed as questionable for this one. So, again, we'll see what happens. I get a little just concerned again with these shoulder injuries to
17:38guys like Neighbors, like D.J. Moore, and just wondering if they could continue to be able to play through it.
17:42But, D.J. Moore is out there. Obviously, great spot here against the Raiders. If he is sidelined, K'Neal Coleman's a top-30 play for me. Keep an eye though
17:50on Joshua Palmer. If he's going to be in there, it makes it a little bit tougher to get behind K'Neal, but of course D.J.
17:55is the main guy there. Uh Commanders wide receiver Stefon Diggs seems like he was out stretching at practice on Friday, so he has a chance to come back
18:01for Monday night. It would be a slight downgrade for Terry McLaurin if that's going to be the case. For the Billy
18:06Steelers, D.K. Metcalf now questionable after not practicing on Friday with an illness. Again, it's an illness, so I'm not too worried, but Roman Wilson's out
18:13with a finger. I mean, Billy God forbid Metcalf is sick enough not to be able to play.
18:18Darnell Washington all of a sudden a top-24 player. What a time to be alive.
18:22>> Wheels up, and I mean Rodge really has a lot of confidence in him right now. We don't have a lot of bodies. You're just
18:26going to see more of Freiermuth and Darnell Washington in my opinion.
18:30Um but yeah, it would be an incredible spot. Even if D.K. does play, I still think it's a great spot for Darnell.
18:34Either way, he's definitely risen up the ranks after a strong performance last week.
18:39>> I agree, man. That honestly takes us to Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey.
18:42Cuz I'm debating like Bernard versus McConkey. I think I'm going to give Ladd the benefit of the doubt because it's a
18:47situation where he's not even carrying a designation. So, Ladd got in the full practice on Friday, but man, just such a
18:53broken Chargers offense. I'm going to go with Ladd though. No Trey Harris, he's out with a hamstring injury. Quentin Johnston's back, but you know, who
19:00really cares at this point. MVS is also going to be out there. Brandon Thompson, Kendre Lamb, Smith are questionable. So, Ladd has
19:07been the one source of light in this offense all season long. I do have him as wide receiver 28 ahead of Josh Downs,
19:14Romeo Doubs, Xavier Worthy.
19:16I'd still start Jaylen Coker over him.
19:18I'd still start Luther Burden. I think it's close with Valdes. I probably go Ladd over Valdes. So, all right, we've worked it back to, you know, borderline
19:25wide receiver two in Billy. It's just still It's so sad that with Trey Harris out and QJ being a zero, I can't rank
19:31Ladd any higher, but that's just a state of the Chargers right now in 2026. Uh with the Raiders, keep an eye on Jaylen
19:37Nailor if he is going to be able to return back from this concussion. We'll find out again here in a little bit.
19:41That wouldn't be great. Initial trade talk or probably not going our way anyway. Also awaiting the probably imminent return of Deonte Thornton as
19:47well. Some guys who do have out there, Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice did not practice all week. He is sidelined. I
19:52accordingly have Xavier Worthy wide receiver 33 against a banged up Chargers secondary. That's ahead of guys like Rome Odunze, Amekeh Egbuka, Khalil
19:59Shakir, still behind Ladd McConkey, Bernard, and Josh Downs. I do prefer Jaylen Royals to Cyrus Allen guys. I think it's a bit of a toss-up
20:07regardless, but I've heard way more combo about Cyrus Allen. I would just note that on the Chiefs depth chart, they do have Jaylen Royals as Rashee
20:14Rice's direct backup. So, I do think some of the more shorter design screen stuff could be going to Royals. Probably have better options to play anyway.
20:22Also note Texans wide receiver Tank Dell. Guy in full practices on Wednesday and Thursday. I know they've been kind of deliberate about how they want to be
20:28ramping him up, but it is concerning that he didn't practice at all on Friday. So, maybe it was planned, but either way he's listed as out. Will not
20:35be making his much anticipated return here this week, but we will be seeing the debut of Marvin Harrison Jr., Billy.
20:41So, you got something real optimistic for us here, Billy? You know, two touchdowns, three touchdowns? What's our Marvin Harrison Jr. prop play? Nah, no
20:48way, Jose. I like Marvin under one and a half catches. I mean, you know, it's it's they're traveling across the pond.
20:54He's coming in here, new playbook. Sure, I know he's familiar with the quarterback, right? College buddies with him. Um but I just think there might be
21:01some design plays. Like he's going to get a few opportunities for sure.
21:03They're going to try to showcase him and get him the ball.
21:06Um but I just like his under one and a half receptions. You can get it roughly plus even 100 minus 110 odds. Yeah, give
21:12me some unders on Moreau if he's still the same guy.
21:16>> This is strikes one two. I haven't seen the numbers yet, but you know, island early game. I could see a lot of people
21:21talk themselves into over on this one then accordingly being pretty sad when things don't go the way that the masses think. Over in the tight end streets,
21:28not too much here, but we do have again the return of Kylen Granson coming off that concussion. He is officially listed
21:34as questionable but Granson said he's going to play. So, I got him as tight end 15 right there with Chig Okonkwo,
21:39Kyle Pitts, and Colston Loveland. I do prefer Pat Freiermuth and Brent Strange, but hey, Kylen Granson certainly can make the most out of even a few
21:46opportunities. We do have some bad news though. Colts tight end Tyler Warren officially questionable guys got added to the injury report on Friday with a
21:53groin injury and listed as limited which is usually a good sign that in fact it happened in practice. So, I have him as
21:58my tight end nine right behind Travis Kelce, Dalton Kincaid, and Juwan Johnson, but ahead of Harold Landry, and Pat Freiermuth, and Brent Strange. They
22:06play at 1:00 at least so I hope that we do get some new, you know, just information before kickoff, but yes,
22:11certainly something to really be looking at. Again, Brent Strange although Strange is playing in the morning so that makes it a little bit tough.
22:18>> Yeah.
22:19>> I would say Pat Freiermuth guys if you can get him cuz he was only roster I think when I looked earlier this week in
22:23about 31% of Yahoo leagues. So, Pat Freiermuth would be the next guy I would want just in case otherwise I would say
22:30Darren Waller going against the Eagles.
22:32Again, Eagles really bad against slot receivers. You can argue Darren Waller pretty much a slot receiver in his own right. And then Billy, Ravens tight end
22:39Matthew Hibner, he's out with a hand injury which I did not think was going to be making my sheet, but you have
22:43maybe my favorite prop play of the year here. Let the people know about Josh Quevas.
22:48>> Well, it's just a long shot, right? And we're talking a little sprinkle here.
22:51And as of recording, I saw that FanDuel had his anytime touchdown at plus 900.
22:54So, $10 would pay you out $90. Well, if you can get this on a BetRivers, a Bally Bet, your CanPlay Sportsbooks guys,
23:00they're paying out plus 2400.
23:03So, that same $10 wager would pay you out $240. So, this is your long shot lotto touchdown possibly the year. I
23:10might sprinkle these in a few more once or twice on the show just in case if you guys like it.
23:15Definitely let me know in the comments below when he cashes if you tailed it.
23:18Make sure to subscribe to the channel cuz this is just the crazy payout over on the BetRivers sportsbook. Can't beat it.
23:25>> That's all I'm looking for, man. All right? I'm not I don't have the time or the inclination or just the discipline
23:31to actively be grinding these, you know, small edges. Give me a lot of money all at once. It won't happen, but you guys
23:36can imagine what it'd be like if it did.
23:38Guys, got some more injuries to talk through. Quick break though from football for a second because the NBA tips off next Tuesday. So, it's fancy
23:44hoops draft week. If you're not already a Rotowire fancy pass subscriber, shame on you. No, I'm just kidding. It's a free country. I get it, but hey, this
23:51would be the time to sign up. Fancy Pass Pro gets you the NBA draft kit for draft day and then once the season starts, the
23:58lineup optimizer and projected ownership for your DFF slates. Again, there's a link in the description and use code Hoops25 for 25% off the Fancy Pass Pro.
24:06Get yourself ready for NBA. Again, Hoops25 for 25% off.
24:11All right, guys. Did have some O-line and defensive injuries that again, when they kind of get grouped up together, I do believe they start being a little bit
24:17more of the relevant variety. So, Panthers offensive line a little bit banged up. Offensive tackle Monroe Freeling officially doubtful with a knee
24:23injury and their guard Damien Lewis is also banged up and questionable. So, they maybe could be getting Taylor Moton back from the blood clot issue, but
24:31look, I'm starting Chuba, I'm starting T-Mac, Bryce, and Coker and everything like that. I will say the Eagles, as down bad as they are, they have made it
24:39competitive these last two weeks against the Rams, against the Jaguars in large part because they got some freaking demons in that front seven. So,
24:45obviously not the group that you want to have a banged up offensive line against.
24:48Speaking of banged up offensive lines, Chargers will once again be without Joe All and they also lost their starting guard. It's so funny, Billy, like for
24:55example, I love Steven Ruiz. He does work at Fox Sports now. I've always read him at The Ringer, like a long-time fan and
25:01everything. And I don't even think he's wrong in his latest, you know, thing he was talking about with Herbert. He said
25:05he went back and he watched Week 5, and his kind of takeaway was just, what can you expect Herbert to do and like look
25:11at the actual starters he was with. I agree with that. I don't think there's anything Herbert can do right now. The
25:16problem, Billy, is that that wasn't the case for the first month of the year, and we saw absolutely nothing out of
25:21Justin Herbert. So, it's just this thing, man, where we've never seen Herbert be worse than he is now. I don't know how it gets any better for him
25:29moving forward with all these injuries.
25:30Just just a complete train wreck of the year for the Chargers, if we haven't made that clear enough. I mean, this is
25:35why I just love football. I mean, sports is just so unpredictable. In the beginning of the year, we loved the pairing with McDonald, and we loved
25:40Harbaugh, and we just, you know, this is going to be a great offense. Wheels up.
25:44And then in a very tough division. And it's just went the complete opposite, and now this schedule still doesn't get any easier after this week.
25:51You know, is Harbaugh going to be able to keep his job after seven or eight games? Uh, you know, or are they going
25:56to give her I don't I don't know what the fix is, but it looks like a complete train wreck.
26:01And guys, the big takeaway for this would be, I know a lot of people, they usually cut their DSTs during bye week.
26:06So, if you did happen to see the Chiefs out there, Chargers this week, and then we get the Sam Darnold Seahawks offense
26:11that is looking worse than ever at this point. Then the Broncos which were looking worse than ever. Jets, Falcons, Cardinals. You would not have to be
26:18worrying about the Chiefs DST until Thanksgiving, guys, when they take on the Bills. Would be a great, great pick up if at all possible. Speaking of those
26:25Chargers though, on the other side of the ball, Derwin James out with the hamstring. So is the starting cornerback Dante Jackson. Even got Rodney Shelby
26:32doubtful. So again, more good news for Xavier Worthy and one Travis Kelce in this spot. Bad news for the Rams though,
26:38cornerback Trent McDuffie, he suffered a groin injury on Friday. He is now officially questionable. He's going to be a big reason why only Khalil Shakir
26:45has gained more than 50 yards receiving against this group at the wide receiver position this year, and he needed overtime to do it. Would really be a
26:51nice boost there for Michael Wilson and really the entire Cardinals passing game. More on them in a bit. Browns front seven is banged up. They could be
26:59getting healthier though. Mason Graham, Derek Barnett are questionable. My calls out again and the linebacker Carson Swellinger is questionable with an ankle
27:05injury, but you know, it's Derrick Henry. We're starting him even if there's a freaking fire out here. Good news for the Patriots. Christian
27:11Gonzalez is back from a shoulder injury.
27:13It's a big reason why I have Garrett Wilson as someone who Look, I would be very hard pressed to think that you guys
27:18are in a position not to be starting Garrett Wilson. But you know, my wide receiver video I said something about starting, you know, the two Packers wide
27:24receivers no matter what and Billy you would not believe some of the lineups that I did see. So we got some absolute
27:29ballers out here listening and I appreciate you guys. So again, tough tiebreakers, you know, between Parker Washington or Matthew Golden and Garrett
27:36Wilson, I would then use the matchup against Christian Gonzalez as that tiebreaker to go ahead and sit the talented Ohio State product.
27:44Buccaneers secondary, Antoine Winfield out again with a rib injury. Benjamin Morrison doubtful with a quad injury and cornerback Aiden Garnes is questionable
27:51with an ankle injury. So good news for all the Steelers Billy and this one did not make one of your recommended props
27:56and I'm not going to use it for the better slip, but it was one of my finalists. Aaron Rodgers plus money for
28:02over one and a half passing touchdowns.
28:04He's hit three in each of the last three weeks. It's a banged up Buccaneers secondary and my favorite thing is when
28:09I can find stats that quantify exactly what I feel like I'm seeing out there on any given Sunday. And when I watch Aaron
28:15Rodgers, I see someone like just like last week, five wide empty on the freaking one yard line. Like this dude wants to get his touchdowns when I get
28:22close to the goal line. Sure enough, I looked it up. Easily the number one offense and pass play rate inside the 10
28:28yard line, it's the Pittsburgh Steelers.
28:30Over one and a half Billy, how hard is that?
28:32>> I mean McCarthy's going to sit there in the press conference and say listen, we got to run the football more. But I got
28:37my buddies up in Milwaukee been telling me this for a long time. He's still going to throw the ball a ton. Rodgers
28:41wants to throw the ball. I get I lose my mind when I see him at the one and they're in in shotgun empty set. But you
28:47know, it's Rogers. He knows what he's doing with the football. And again, like we you talked about Freiermuth, I mean if DK's out, he's a great play. And even
28:54if he is DK's in the lineup, I still love the Muth here. So, yeah, over one and a half passing touchdowns cuz the
28:59Buccaneers front seven, you know, with Vita Vea, it's it's no joke. So, they're going to want to, you know, run the ball
29:04through the air basically. So, I like the over one and a half.
29:07>> Another part two. Again, we used to see pass funnel sort of tendencies against Vita Vea and company. Uh Cowboys defense, I was going to say they're
29:14getting a little bit healthier, but Joey Porter Jr. actually went from a full practice on Thursday to limited on Friday with this ankle injury. So,
29:21that's not ideal. And then DeMarvin Overshown is still questionable with the hamstring. But, let's face it, even if those two guys did return, we're still
29:27starting all the Packers and feeling great about it. So, that wraps up the injury stuff, guys. No Ollie Williams weather report this week. The only game
29:34that there's even somewhat question about is actually the London game where we have to worry about some amount of rain in the morning. So, keep an eye on
29:41that as we get closer to Sunday, but right now there seems like a chance of rain. Probably not going to be too many
29:47winds. I will say Kevin Roth does see I Okay, let me I guess we are doing the Ollie Williams weather report, okay?
29:53Kevin Roth does see Steelers-Buccaneers.
29:56This is the one he says the weather could be a potential factor. Winds look to be a bit over 15 mph sustained,
30:01gusting between 25 and 30. So, in Kevin's opinion, which again, you can find on mysportsweather.com, he could see that impacting long field
30:08goals, maybe a deep throw or two. Most of the game plays without wind impacting the outcome. So, I don't know, Billy,
30:13like for me to make a meaningful weather impact, whether it's the over-under, props, or fantasy decisions, like I like to see multiple factors or one extreme
30:22one, you know, like a huge downpour or just winds going crazy. 15 mph sustained, that's not doing much for me.
30:29>> No, I mean, I I start to get excited if it's 20 to 25 mph winds cuz then I'm looking to bet unders and and or overs
30:35on rushing attempts and whatnot. But, um yeah, for this one, not really too much of a concern.
30:42>> So, Ollie Williams, thank you for that weather report. Quick quickly though, guys, a quick shout-out to our friends over at Circa because you can catch
30:47every drive, every play, and every touchdown poolside Stadium Swim at Circa Resort and Casino in downtown Las Vegas.
30:54One of the coolest things that you can do, take it all in from six temperature-controlled pools or claim your place in a lounge chair, daybed, or
31:00even a private cabana, baby, with a massive 143-ft screen and immersive audio. You won't just watch the action, you will feel it. Make Stadium Swim at
31:09Circa Resort and Casino your game day ritual. You can reserve your spot in the sun today at circalasvegas.com.
31:16Time to get better, Billy. We were so close to nailing this one last week, but Cam Ward had to ruin our fun and he had
31:22over 19 and 1/2 completions, which was ridiculous, man. I remember later in the day going back and being like, "Oh, let
31:28me see how much money hit my account."
31:29And I was like, "What do you mean Cam Ward got over that in that atrocious game that they were playing out there?"
31:34But, hey, America loves a comeback, and accordingly, we are back with our better slips of the week. And with that, Billy,
31:40I'm tossing it over to you. You have an over for a quarterback that I wouldn't necessarily expect, but you know what?
31:45Given the game script and everything, I see where you're coming from.
31:48>> That's where I'm thinking with the game script. We're looking at Jalen Daniels, Tampa Bay. Remember, guys, Jalen with an L, um the quarterback for the Bucks this
31:54week and over 17 and 1/2 completions.
31:56It's a solid price. Sharp books think that this is an edge. Bettors are just giving us too good of a price right
32:00here.
32:01Um as long as if Jalen can read zone defense, then we're in a good spot cuz nobody plays more zone than the
32:06Steelers. So, um he's going to find some holes in there. And then honestly, if the Steelers do get out to an early lead
32:12or you know, have that lead later on where it's a two-possession game, they're going to have to throw a bit more. So, um you know, it's just can
32:19Jalen Can we just check it down a few more times to the back instead of just taking off and running right away? So,
32:24that's my first pick, and then the next one's going to be Cameron Dicker, the kicker, over five and 1/2 kicking points
32:29in that Chiefs-Chargers game.
32:31The Chiefs defense is just really, really, really good. I see a lot of drive stalling here for the Chargers. I don't necessarily see the Chargers
32:37getting in the end zone, but I do see two field goals from Cameron Dicker. So, give me the over five and a half kicking
32:42points. Again, nice little edge to the sharp books. So, those are my two plays for the better slate.
32:48>> With Dicker, obviously not going to be a weather concern there. And yeah, not exactly expecting the Chargers to be flirting with touchdowns. So, I like the
32:53field goal calls there. And yeah, Jaylen Daniels may have hit 19 pass attempts in each of these first two games. And those
32:58have obviously been a win for them against the Cowboys. And then a kind of back and forth game down the wire
33:03against the Packers. So, if the Steelers do get up, really like that call. My two better picks this week, guys. I got
33:08Brevin Jordan over seven and a half receiving yards. It's honestly such a low line. I'm just I'm wondering if I'm just absolutely missing something.
33:14Again, there could be some rain out there, but this season in five games, we've seen Brevin Jordan go for 22, 17,
33:2018, 24, and then one game with negative three receiving yards. All right. So, again, I'm not saying it's a guarantee or anything like that, but the usage is
33:27trending up. He's hit this in four of five games. I've talked about it throughout the week on my kind of rankings and tiers episodes where we've
33:33seen the Jaguars in this matchup really spike up their drop-back rate over expected. And as Billy mentioned, when we do see teams run a lot of zone
33:40coverage, we can expect more check-downs to the tight ends and running backs. And when we look at Houston, guys, fifth most zone coverage this season. So, love
33:47Brevin Jordan over seven and a half receiving yards. I'm also going with Kendrick Bourne over three and a half receptions. Plus money on this one was
33:54surprising me here. He had five receptions on eight targets last week.
33:57He did not take the Marvin Marvin Harrison Jr. role. In fact, when you look at the average route depth across the league, we're seeing Kendrick Bourne
34:04down there with Khalil Shakir and like the lowest A-dot guys out there. So, they actually went ahead and they're sacrificing something named Jaylen
34:10Brooks uh with the Marvin Harrison Jr. X role. So, I think we get more double teams as we saw last week to Michael
34:15Wilson and Trey McBride. And no Jeremiah Love. I don't I'm not saying that Kendrick Bourne is going to get 10 yards, Billy, but I think he can get
34:22four catches out there. So, Kendrick Bourne over three and a half catches, Brevin Jordan over seven and a half receiving yards.
