Amari Cooper

PositiveValue2:03

WR option available in middle-to-end of round 2 that JJ Zachariason is inclined to target if he falls. Part of Zachariason's strategy to lock in RB1 and RB2 before attacking WR; if Cooper falls alongside DeAndre Hopkins or Derrick Henry in round 2, Zachariason will secure his running back foundation first, then go attack wide receiver from round 3 onward.

Insight page

Ameer Abdullah

PositiveRole37:03

JJ Zachariason targets Ameer Abdullah as the lead running back of a Chargers offense he expects to produce big things, selecting him in round three of the Sleeper half-PPR mock draft alongside Chase Brown to build his RB depth.

Insight page

Bo Nix

PositiveValue0:51

QB falling into late-round draft stages (rounds 12-13) as part of JJ Zachariason's late-QB strategy where waiting on quarterback is encouraged. Zachariason has recently seen Nix available in these late rounds alongside Brock Purdy, supporting the philosophy that late-round QB options are endless and allow drafters to wait until rounds 12-13 without sacrificing QB quality.

Insight page

Breece Hall

PositiveValue5:37

JJ Zachariason initially deprioritizes Breece Hall relative to Javonte Williams and Jeremiah Love in early draft discussions, but later selects Hall in round three of a Yahoo full PPR mock. Zachariason acknowledges that while he prefers Devante to Hall, he recognizes Hall as a good player who should have a big workload with the Jets and could overcome the team's poor offensive expectations. He drafts Hall as a primary running back starter alongside Kenneth Walker in rounds two and three, and includes Hall in his starting lineup for the ESPN mock draft.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveValue4:03

TE option in round 2 and JJ Zachariason's preferred early TE target as part of a tiered TE strategy. Zachariason would be comfortable taking Bowers at the 2.03 turn if he falls, indicating he views the tight end as a premium early-round target with significant upside. Alternative is waiting for Dalton Kincaid or Isaiah Likely in later rounds, or Terrance Ferguson at the end.

Insight page

Brock Purdy

PositiveValue0:51

QB falling into late-round draft stages (rounds 12-13) and explicitly targeted by JJ Zachariason as a late-round option. Zachariason states he is comfortable going with just one quarterback if he can get Purdy this late, handling bye week management later. Purdy fell to Zachariason multiple times across mock drafts, validating the late-QB strategy; Zachariason selected him as his sole QB in an ESPN mock and again in a Sleeper mock, demonstrating consistent conviction on his late-round value.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveRole5:51

JJ Zachariason notes Bucky Irving is moving in the right direction and serves as a fallback option at running back in later rounds when elite options like Travis Etienne and De'Andre Swift are unavailable; tiers him alongside Josh Jacobs and Jerian Price.

Insight page

Cam Akers

PositiveValue25:39

JJ Zachariason selected Cam Akers as part of a strong running back room (Chase Brown, Zamir White, Cam Akers, Darrell Henderson) that he felt very confident about after taking two RBs in the first three rounds and Kendre Miller in round 6.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveSleeper36:53

JJ Zachariason selects Chase Brown in round two of the Sleeper half-PPR mock draft as his preferred running back option after Saquon Barkley and Dalvin Cook went off the board earlier; also selected him as his lead running back in the Sleeper draft, part of a strong RB room (Chase Brown, Zamir White, Cam Akers, Darrell Henderson) that he felt very confident about after taking two RBs in the first three rounds.

Insight page

Chris Godwin

PositiveValue7:32

JJ Zachariason targets Chris Godwin as WR4, believing the gap between Godwin and Ameca Egbuka is too wide in Godwin's favor. Zachariason identifies Godwin as 'a very good pick at cost' and locks him down in round eight across multiple mock drafts, indicating strong conviction on his value at that draft position.

Insight page

Chris Olave

NegativeValue5:23

JJ Zachariason acknowledges Chris Olave as a good wide receiver option available in the mid-round range of this mock draft, though he prioritizes running back depth first.

Insight page

Christian Watson

PositiveValue7:07

JJ Zachariason feels good about ESPN ADP giving him chances to get Christian Watson in later rounds, indicating value at that price point. JJ Zachariason notes that Christian Watson was selected before his turn in round five of a Yahoo full PPR mock, preventing him from acquiring the wide receiver.

Insight page

Cole Kmet

PositiveValue4:03

JJ Zachariason targets Cole Kmet as a round-4 tight end option within a tiered TE strategy: Brock Bowers in round 2, Kmet or Logan Thomas in round 4, or wait for Dalton Kincaid/Isaiah Likely in later rounds, then Terrance Ferguson at the end. Zachariason selected Kmet in round 4 of a mock draft, noting that securing an early tight end changes draft strategy by forcing him to pivot to wide receivers in rounds 7–9 rather than maintaining flexibility to wait on the position.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveProjection27:23

JJ Zachariason selected Colson Loveland at tight end in round 4, describing him as 'looking like an absolute dog this season' and highlighting that getting Loveland in round 4 is a feasible strategy from the 12th draft position that provides flexibility with early RB selections.

Insight page
PositiveRole37:23

JJ Zachariason secures Colston Loveland as an early-round tight end in the Sleeper mock draft, noting that getting an early tight end at this position allows him to pivot away from other tight end options and focus on other roster needs.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeProjection7:07

JJ Zachariason lists DJ Moore among the top wide receiver options available in the draft.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeValue6:38

JJ Zachariason references De'Andre Swift as an elite running back option that was unavailable in his draft, forcing him to pivot to later-round backs like Bucky Irving. Swift's absence from the early rounds pushed Zachariason toward fallback options in the RB room.

Insight page

D'Onta Foreman

NegativeValue17:11

JJ Zachariason mentions D'Onta Foreman as a running back option that 'maybe is more so your cup of tea' in round nine, indicating it is a conditional preference rather than a strong conviction pick. Zachariason also selected Foreman in round 6 of a 12-team mock draft from the 12th position, viewing him as a reasonable value pick to fill the running back room after taking two RBs in the first three rounds. Foreman is positioned as a flexible RB option across multiple draft scenarios.

Insight page

Dallas Goedert

NegativeValue4:17

JJ Zachariason considers Dallas Goedert a good fallback tight end option with low-end TE1 upside if Kincaid or Likely are unavailable. Goedert is grouped with Travis Kelce, Mark Andrews, and Juwan Johnson as a tier of options that have low-end, borderline TE1 finish range of outcomes.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveValue4:09

JJ Zachariason prefers waiting for Dalton Kincaid or Isaiah Likely in later rounds rather than reaching on early tight ends like Brock Bowers. This strategy is based on Zachariason's philosophy that only 1.2 fantasy points per game separated TE9 from TE16 last season, making late-round TE viable and allowing flexibility earlier in the draft.

Insight page

Darrell Henderson

NegativeValue28:00

JJ Zachariason selected Darrell Henderson in round 6 over a wide receiver, acknowledging in hindsight that another WR might have been better, but defending the pick by noting the Rams offense was strong last season and no longer has their top two running backs from the Super Bowl-winning squad; suggests Henderson's draft position reflects reasonable value despite potential alternative approaches.

Insight page

Davante Adams

NegativeProjection7:07

JJ Zachariason lists Davante Adams among the top wide receiver options available in the draft.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeRole15:23

JJ Zachariason expresses uncertainty about David Montgomery's 2024 value, questioning whether he's a dead zone back or if he can score 10+ touchdowns on a very good Texans offense, ultimately deciding to pass on him in round five of a Yahoo full PPR mock.

Insight page

DeAndre Hopkins

PositiveValue2:03

WR option available in middle-to-end of round 2 that JJ Zachariason is inclined to target if he falls. Part of Zachariason's strategy to lock in RB1 and RB2 before attacking WR; if Hopkins falls alongside Amari Cooper or Derrick Henry in round 2, Zachariason will secure his running back foundation first, then go attack wide receiver from round 3 onward.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveValue2:03

RB option available in middle-to-end of round 2 that JJ Zachariason is inclined to target if he falls, fitting his philosophy of securing two RBs by end of round 5. If Henry falls alongside Amari Cooper or DeAndre Hopkins in round 2, Zachariason will lock him in before attacking WR from round 3 onward. However, in full PPR formats, Zachariason prefers Kenneth Walker over Henry, indicating Henry's value is diminished in PPR scoring.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

NegativeValue5:23

JJ Zachariason acknowledges DeVonta Smith as a good wide receiver option available in the mid-round range. Zachariason selects Smith as his WR1 in round three-four of a mock draft, noting that while some might prefer a stronger option, he's comfortable with Smith given the resources available in the middle rounds and his RB depth already secured. Zachariason also includes Smith as one of six wide receivers in another draft, part of his strategy to accumulate WR depth after the early RB-heavy approach.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

PositiveValue7:07

JJ Zachariason targets Garrett Wilson in round five, noting he breaks his rule about avoiding early-round Jets players, indicating Wilson's value justifies the exception. Zachariason also drafts Wilson as a wide receiver in an ESPN mock from the 11th pick, pairing him with Nico Luther Burden as WR options, demonstrating conviction in Wilson's draft positioning.

Insight page

Isaiah Likely

PositiveValue4:09

JJ Zachariason prefers waiting for Isaiah Likely or Dalton Kincaid in later rounds rather than reaching on early tight ends. Zachariason drafted Likely in round 10 as his tight end starter, emphasizing that Likely 'has really been the clear number one option at practice for Jackson Dart,' indicating strong role clarity and target share upside. Zachariason included Likely in his starting lineup for the ESPN mock draft, positioning him as his tight end in roster construction.

Insight page

Jacory Croskey-Merritt

PositiveValue17:23

JJ Zachariason drafts Jacquory Croskey-Merritt (also referred to as Will Clapp) in round nine as a running back, noting respect for the player's preferred name and positioning him as a solid RB option at that stage. Zachariason later dismisses Rashad White in round ten, noting 'No one really calling out, particularly not Rashad White since we already got Will Clapp aka Jacquory Merritt,' indicating Croskey-Merritt is his preferred RB target over White.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

PositiveValue15:41

JJ Zachariason expresses interest in Judarian Price as a potential selection in a Yahoo full PPR mock, noting in hindsight he could have taken Parker Washington a round earlier and then selected Price, indicating he views Price as a valuable option; he later notes Price's absence from the draft board as noteworthy, expressing interest in seeing Price available and suggesting undervaluation or overlooked opportunity.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveValue4:57

JJ Zachariason expresses strong conviction in Jahmyr Gibbs as an early-round target. Zachariason states he loves picking from the 1.01 spot specifically to secure Gibbs, indicating elite-tier confidence in his value. He later drafts Gibbs as RB1 in an ESPN mock from the 11th pick, reinforcing Gibbs as a top-tier running back option in his tier.

Insight page

Jameson Williams

PositiveBreakout15:41

JJ Zachariason selects Jameson Williams in round five of a Yahoo full PPR mock, describing him as having sky-high upside potential. Zachariason also drafts Williams in round five as a WR starter in another mock and includes him in his starting lineup for the ESPN mock draft, positioning him as a core wide receiver in his roster construction. Later reflects that he could have prioritized Parker Washington over Williams, suggesting slight preference for Washington but still valuing Williams as a round-five pick.

Insight page

Jared Goff

PositiveValue0:57

Late-round QB option available in casual formats as part of JJ Zachariason's philosophy that late-round QB options are endless, allowing drafters to wait until rounds 12-13 without sacrificing QB quality. Zachariason selected Goff as his starting QB in the late rounds, describing him as 'steady Eddie' with the Detroit Lions; paired with Kyler Murray as part of a late-QB strategy, though Goff offers more floor than ceiling compared to Murray's 20-plus fantasy point per game upside.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

PositiveValue5:37

JJ Zachariason prefers Javonte Williams over Breece Hall and Jeremiah Love to fill the running back position, citing the Cowboys offense could be significantly better; projects he could fall into the end zone 15 times despite similar receiving upside to competitors. Drafted him as RB2 in an ESPN mock from the 11th pick, pairing him with Jahmyr Gibbs as the running back foundation.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

PositiveValue9:18

JJ Zachariason targets Jayden Reed as part of a deliberate strategy to come away with a Packers wide receiver in drafts, positioning him as a value pick in the middle rounds. Zachariason selects Reed in round 8 across multiple mocks as part of a three-WR run to compensate for early RB-heavy draft strategy.

Insight page

Jaylen Waddle

PositiveProjection15:06

JJ Zachariason selects Jaylen Waddle in round four of a Yahoo full PPR mock, expressing strong conviction that Waddle will have a huge season coming up; he drafts Waddle in round four as a core wide receiver starter in another mock and includes him in his starting lineup for the ESPN mock draft.

Insight page

Jaylen Warren

NegativeValue8:18

JJ Zachariason considers Jaylen Warren as a running back option but ultimately leans toward Rhamondre Stevenson instead, indicating Warren is a secondary choice at the position relative to Stevenson's clearer lead-back role in New England.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeProjection5:58

JJ Zachariason ranks Jeremiah Love below Javonte Williams and Breece Hall in his draft preference.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

NegativeProjection14:00

JJ Zachariason expresses lack of enthusiasm for Jonathan Taylor in 2024, citing this as a reason to pivot away from running backs and select Puka Nacua instead in a Yahoo full PPR mock.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeValue17:00

JJ Zachariason mentions Jonathan Brooks as a running back option in play alongside Rico Dowdle and Chuba in round seven, but does not draft him, opting for Ramondre Stevenson instead. Brooks is positioned as a viable alternative but not Zachariason's preferred target at that stage.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeValue5:51

JJ Zachariason was previously more comfortable with Josh Jacobs as a running back option but has since downgraded him; now tiers Jacobs around Bucky Irving and Jerian Price, indicating a shift in his valuation.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

PositiveValue4:17

JJ Zachariason targets Juwan Johnson as a late-round tight end value option. Zachariason groups Johnson in a tier with Dallas Goedert, Travis Kelce, and Mark Andrews that have low-end, borderline TE1 finish range outcomes; he specifically positions Johnson as a good option when premium tight ends like Kincaid or Likely are unavailable. Zachariason drafts Johnson as his tight end in an ESPN mock, expressing confidence in the pick despite acknowledging the position needs work.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeValue24:36

JJ Zachariason selected Kendre Miller as his third running back in round 6, part of an early RB-heavy strategy that left him with a strong running back room (Chase Brown, Cam Akers, Kendre Miller) but required consecutive wide receiver picks in rounds 7-9.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveValue14:08

JJ Zachariason selects Kenneth Walker as the Chiefs RB1 in round two of a Yahoo full PPR mock, explicitly preferring him over Derrick Henry in PPR scoring formats; he drafts Walker in round two as a primary running back starter in another mock and mentions him as a potential first-round fallback option when targeting elite running backs like Gibbs, Bijan, and CMC.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveValue0:57

Late-round QB option available in casual formats as part of JJ Zachariason's philosophy that late-round QB options are endless. Zachariason selected Kyler Murray as his second QB in the late rounds, highlighting that Murray has '20-plus fantasy point per game upside in his potential range of outcomes,' pairing him with Jared Goff as part of a late-QB strategy that prioritizes ceiling upside.

Insight page

Logan Thomas

PositiveValue4:03

JJ Zachariason targets Logan Thomas as a round-4 tight end option within a tiered TE strategy: Brock Bowers in round 2, Kmet or Thomas in round 4, or wait for Dalton Kincaid/Isaiah Likely in later rounds, then Terrance Ferguson at the end. This approach reflects Zachariason's philosophy that only 1.2 fantasy points per game separated TE9 from TE16 last season, making late-round TE viable.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeValue4:17

JJ Zachariason considers Mark Andrews a good fallback tight end option with low-end TE1 upside if Kincaid or Likely are unavailable. Andrews is grouped with Dallas Goedert, Travis Kelce, and Juwan Johnson as a tier of options that have low-end, borderline TE1 finish range of outcomes.

Insight page

Marlon Mack

PositiveValue35:20

JJ Zachariason includes Marlon Mack on his bench as part of his strong running back depth in the ESPN mock draft, alongside Rhamondre Stevenson, Bill Krosky, Merritt, Mike Washington, and Tank Bigsby.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveSleeper11:42

JJ Zachariason targets Marshawn Lloyd in every draft, particularly with Jacob Cowing off the board, viewing him as a consistent late-round value. Zachariason drafts Lloyd in round 12, stating 'I do not think he will actually be going too much later,' and frames him as one injury or suspension away from becoming a weekly starter with significant upside.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

PositiveSleeper20:24

JJ Zachariason drafts Mike Washington as a running back handcuff in round thirteen, describing him as 'another great handcuff,' indicating solid backup value and upside if the primary back is injured. Washington is positioned as one injury away from becoming a valuable weekly starter in fantasy lineups.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveBreakout5:18

JJ Zachariason identifies Nico Collins as a dark horse offensive player of the year candidate, expressing happiness to acquire him in the mock draft. Zachariason highlights Collins as a standout value when premium running backs and tight ends are off the board, positioning him as a breakout-caliber wide receiver with significant upside.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveValue7:07

JJ Zachariason strongly advocates for Parker Washington, expressing high conviction in the pick despite limited sample size. He selects Parker Washington in round six of a Yahoo full PPR mock, stating 'I love me some Parker Washington' and expressing regret that he didn't take Parker a round earlier over Jameson Williams, indicating higher conviction on Washington's value. Zachariason criticizes Sleeper's ADP of 72nd overall as too low, referencing his own analysis showing Parker Washington leading a list of players valued significantly higher in high-stakes leagues versus home league formats. He also selected Parker Washington as one of his six wide receivers in a 12-team mock, acknowledging he would receive an 'F grade' from Draft Grade for the pick, but defending the selection as part of his overall roster construction strategy.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

PositiveValue14:00

JJ Zachariason deviates from running back strategy to select Puka Nacua in round one of a Yahoo full PPR mock (106th pick), noting that Nacua falling to him prompted a shift in draft approach away from prioritizing running backs early; he later drafts Nacua in round one of another mock and includes him in his starting lineup for the ESPN mock draft, positioning him as a core wide receiver in his roster construction.

Insight page

Quentin Johnston

PositiveBreakout9:34

JJ Zachariason notes that Quentin Johnston caught a long preseason touchdown and his ADP is skyrocketing accordingly. Zachariason was 'QJ curious before it was the cool thing to do' and credits the preseason play as evidence of the offense and Justin Herbert believing in him, suggesting breakout potential.

Insight page

Ray Davis

PositiveValue12:09

JJ Zachariason identifies Ray Davis as the standout running back option from a group of five RBs in an ESPN mock draft, noting he'd be comfortable with Davis as the lead option given the team's late-round tight end strategy.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveRole8:18

JJ Zachariason leans toward Rhamondre Stevenson over Jaylen Warren at running back, citing that Stevenson remains the lead back in New England ahead of Trayveon Henderson. Stevenson dominated usage in the playoffs and was the lead back when healthy in the regular season, establishing clear depth-chart priority.

Insight page
PositiveValue17:00

JJ Zachariason identifies Ramondre Stevenson as 'really sticking out' to him as a running back option in round seven and drafts him, indicating strong conviction on his value at that stage. Zachariason passes on Jonathan Brooks, Rico Dowdle, and Chuba in favor of Stevenson, positioning him as his preferred RB target in that round.

Insight page

Rico Dowdle

PositiveValue16:18

JJ Zachariason notes that Rico Dowdle is available as a Steelers running back option in a Yahoo full PPR mock, expressing confidence that he could still acquire Dowdle as a depth piece.

Insight page

Sean Tucker

NegativeRole6:38

JJ Zachariason indicates Sean Tucker is not expected to be as big of a factor in the offense or may not even make the team, downgrading his draft value relative to earlier expectations.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveSleeper20:24

JJ Zachariason drafts Tank Bigsby as a running back handcuff in round fourteen, calling him 'another fantastic sleeper,' and notes that all three handcuffs (Lloyd, Washington, Bigsby) are 'one injury or in Lloyd's case suspension away from sky rocket up the ranks.' Zachariason also selected Bigsby in the late rounds as a running back option, part of his strategy to double-tap the RB position in the later rounds after building a strong early RB room.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

PositiveSleeper4:09

JJ Zachariason targets Terrance Ferguson as a late-round tight end lottery ticket and sleeper option. Zachariason drafted Ferguson in multiple mocks as a late-round TE, expressing hope that 'maybe Terrance Ferguson will boom.' Zachariason recommends Ferguson as a late-round tight end handcuff/depth option to target after securing a primary tight end starter, positioning him as part of a late-round strategy focused on finishing roster spots. This approach reflects Zachariason's philosophy that only 1.2 fantasy points per game separated TE9 from TE16 last season, making late-round TE viable.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeProjection7:07

JJ Zachariason lists Terry McLaurin among the top wide receiver options available in the draft.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeValue6:38

JJ Zachariason references Travis Etienne as an elite running back option that was unavailable in his draft, forcing him to pivot to later-round backs like Bucky Irving.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

NegativeValue4:17

JJ Zachariason considers Travis Kelce a good fallback tight end option with low-end TE1 upside if Kincaid or Likely are unavailable. Kelce is grouped with Dallas Goedert, Mark Andrews, and Juwan Johnson as a tier of options that have low-end, borderline TE1 finish range of outcomes.

Insight page

Woody Marks

PositiveSleeper11:17

Insight page

Zamir White

PositiveValue25:39

JJ Zachariason selected Zamir White as part of his strong running back room (Chase Brown, Zamir White, Cam Akers, Darrell Henderson), which he felt very confident about after the early RB-heavy draft strategy.

0:00It is a great day to go through mock drafts using ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper ADP using the very much free Rotowire
0:07Mock Draft Simulator. I have been doing some high stakes drafts. Make sure you guys check those out on this channel, but obviously plenty of you guys out
0:14there, including myself, argue to be in more casual formats like the ones I listed. So, I wanted to show you guys a
0:19lay of the land, what to expect over there, run through some mock drafts and general strategy, and get ready for the
0:25real thing when we do have those home league drafts coming up. With all that said, guys, I do have seven general
0:31rules and you could say fantasy football philosophies I just want to run through before we actually get into those streets, okay? First up, late round
0:38quarterback for the win. Do not be afraid to be the last person with the QB in your league. In fact, I even
0:44encourage it. I used to think wait until round 10 was about the mark. Round 12, round 13, guys, really could be, you
0:51know, a possibility for you. So, I've very recently seen Brock Purdy and Bo Nix fall into these stages of the draft.
0:57And just the amount of options, even if that goes a little bit wrong, that are still there for you. The Jared Goffs,
1:02the Kyler Murrays, the Tyler Shocks, the Malik Wilsons of the world really are endless. Very much down to wait at QB
1:09and then wait even longer. My second general rule of thumb, two running backs ideally in the first three rounds if they're the right running backs. Hey, I
1:17want two by the end of round five though regardless, okay? If you're picking at the turn, it's very easy to double click
1:23running backs. Even picking kind of in the middle, you know, 105, 106. If you do get an Amari Cooper and DeAndre
1:28Hopkins or Derrick Henry coming back to you in the middle or end of round two, I am very much inclined to click them, get
1:35my RB1 and RB2 spots secured, and then go attack in wide receiver pretty much from then on. Third rule, speaking of
1:41wide receivers, I want at least five by the end of round nine, okay?
1:45Might add another one. Just had my sleepers video go out there. I love Kacy Concepcion in the later rounds, but man,
1:51doing my draft for Rich Reubar, I believe we had six wide receivers by by end of round 10, and we were done, okay?
1:57This is redraft fantasy football. We want to reserve these later rounds for handcuff running backs and filling out the one-sy spots, our quarterback, tight
2:04end, God forbid DSTs and kickers, okay?
2:07Get those wide receivers early before they fall off a cliff. I want nothing to do with most of the guys going in round
2:1211 or later. Could be some exceptions in some of these casual leagues. I'm in a 10-team league with my dad and his
2:18co-workers, have been for 15-plus years.
2:21I am a little bit more confident in my ability to get sleeper wide receivers, you know, the world is just really open
2:26to me in those later points of the draft in that format. But generally speaking, if you do respect the you know, fantasy
2:32cognitive ability of your league mates a little bit more, really don't want to have five wide receivers by the end of
2:36round nine. Point number four, late rounds are reserved for again, finalizing the one-sy spots and handcuff RBs. Goes in really relation with point
2:43three. Point five is more so for tight ends. Brock Bowers in round two, Cole Kmet and Logan Thomas in round four, or
2:49we're going to wait for Dalton Kincaid or Isaiah Likely, and then Terrance Ferguson at the end, okay? If you don't get Kincaid or Likely, that's fine.
2:57Dallas Goedert, Travis Kelce, Mark Andrews, Juwan Johnson, they're good options that are fine and they have that kind of low-end, borderline tight end
3:05one finish in the range of outcomes. I think last season it was something like 1.2 fantasy points per game separated the tight end nine from the tight end
3:1216. We're fine taking one of those guys, getting by at the position, and then getting that true lottery ticket at the
3:18end in Mr. Terrance Ferguson. Point number six, Baltimore DST. Best value on the board if you do have to go in the
3:26DST streets. No one's taking them and you can get Houston or the Los Angeles Rams at the end of your draft instead,
3:31or the Seahawks or the Broncos. That's fine, but assuming people are reaching on DSTs, Baltimore is the one I want to
3:37take finally at the end.
3:39And final point number seven, we want kickers from good offenses, not great offenses, okay? We want groups that can move the ball down the field, but stall
3:46out and have to settle for field goals.
3:48And we also want those that can kick long field goals, cuz millions of Americans unfortunately continue to participate in fantasy leagues that not
3:54only have kickers, but reward ridiculous bonuses for even 40-plus and 50-plus yard kicks. Again, I don't want anything to do with it, but I know plenty of you
4:02do, so I have to unfortunately continue to give kicker advice against my better judgment. But with that, guys, let's get into drafting and put some of these
4:10philosophies into practice. Again, shout out RotoWire for our mock draft tool and plenty of other goodness. This is very much free if you guys are trying to get
4:17a little bit of a leg up in fantasy football this season. Invite you guys to check out our RotoWire subscriptions.
4:22Use code Ian35 for 35% off any of these full season-long subscriptions that you want. Actually have my cheat sheet go up
4:29in my ultimate draft guide article. I have all my position ranks and tiers with players I am high on, players I am
4:34low on with easy check marks and red minuses, again kind of reflecting those realities. Also my philosophies and again, all that in one easy-to-read 8 by
4:4311 sheet that you can print out, look at your phone, do anything that you want.
4:47So again, Ian35 if you're into that kind of thing.
4:50All right, first up, we were using ESPN ADP, half PPR, picking out of the 1.01 spot. I'm going to do a Yahoo draft from
4:56the middle, a sleeper from the turn. I love, love, love picking from the 1.01 because I can get Jahmyr Gibbs, maybe
5:03get a chance for Brock Bowers to fall to me at the 2.03 turn. That did not happen at this in this case. Also did not get
5:08Josh Allen. I would be okay with taking either of those guys at the 2.03 turn.
5:12But here's the thing, when that does happen, we can look at it and actually be pretty confident that we got not only
5:18some good running backs to fall, but also some baller wide receivers. So, Nico Collins standing out for me here.
5:23Yeah, Neighbors, Olave, DeVonta Smith, and Jgba also certainly good, but for me, Nico Collins is someone that I think could be a dark horse offensive player
5:31of the year candidate. Happy to get him there. Now, would one of these wide receivers be great?
5:37Yes, and there are some good ones. The question is, do I want to take someone like a Jahmyr Love, like a Breece Hall,
5:44like a Javonte Williams, and just get the running back position filled first.
5:49I think I do.
5:51I was more fine with Josh Jacobs.
5:53Obviously have this stuff going on. He is someone that I more so have around Bucky Irving and Jerian Price at this
5:58point. I preferred Javonte Williams to Breece Hall and to Jeremiah Love because hot take on the Cowboys offense could be way better than those guys. I know
6:06there's maybe had the same receiving upside but man he could fall into the end zone 15 times. Let's go ahead and go
6:11with Javonte Williams. We got our second running back. Who I think is probably Malik Neighbors or Chris Olave and Javonte Williams the wide receiver but
6:22the thing is I feel way better about my chance of equaling out or finding some other good wide receiver values in these
6:27later rounds as opposed to the running backs. Look how dire this already is guys. We didn't even get you know Travis
6:33Etienne or De'Andre Swift to fall back to us in round four and round five.
6:37We're already on the Bucky Irvings and Trayveon Henderson's of the world. So Bucky is moving in the right direction.
6:42Doesn't sound like Sean Tucker's going to be as big of a factor or even make the team like we thought we would
6:46earlier. Jerian Price being so just forgotten about as a round one running back also stands out to me but just again whenever I can get those two
6:54running backs in the first three rounds like we talked about just gives us a lot more flexibility to look elsewhere.
6:59I don't see Cole Kmet and Loveland so as we talked about we're going to go ahead and wait at tight end. I am not really
7:04interested in the mid-round range of quarterbacks either. So we'll get back to running back eventually but for now I really want to get into some of these
7:10wide receivers. Luther Burden is someone I am happily drinking the Kool-Aid on.
7:14Garrett Wilson, Terry McLaurin, DJ Moore, Davante Adams, Jameson Williams next top guys on the list.
7:21I'm feeling good especially with ESPN ADP of having chances to get Christian Watson or Parker Washington going back.
7:27High stakes league I might think differently. Let's go ahead and get Garrett Wilson here. Break my rule about no early round Jets or Cardinals. At
7:34least round five Garrett Wilson a little bit better there for me.
7:38Now getting into the round six seven turn. Wow getting sniped Parker and Christian Watson right before these freaking computers, man. So, don't love
7:47that at all. I am going to get another wide receiver though right here. And I think in this case, I'm going to be
7:52focusing on Chris Godwin. Really do think that gap between him and Ameca Egbuka is too damn wide. Happy to bring him on as my wide receiver four at this
8:01point. I am going to look back at running backs. As much as I do love pounding the wide receivers, 5 and 9
8:06still gives us plenty of opportunities to get again up to four running backs if we aren't going with a quarterback or
8:11tight end like this draft is going. So, I'm going to look at between Jaylen Warren and Rhamondre Stevenson. And honestly, lean towards Rhamondre.
8:18Everything we've been hearing is that he is still the running back y'all in New England over Trayveon Henderson.
8:23Dominated usage in the playoffs and was the lead back when he was healthy enough in the regular season as well. Now,
8:29guys, we are through. Let's see as I find the draft board.
8:34We have made seven picks, all right? We got Jahmyr Gibbs and Javonte Williams as our RB1 and RB2. Nico Collins, wide
8:39receiver one, followed by Quentin Johnston, Garrett Wilson, and Chris Godwin. Then we got Rhamondre Stevenson sticking out as well. So, pretty
8:46balanced overall. I would like to get one more wide receiver in these next two picks. Potentially two. We'll compare them versus the running backs. Tight end
8:53is a situation we've already had Kincaid and Kittle go. So, this would be around the time for Isaiah Likely, but I'm not
8:59feeling like I really have to push it.
9:01Tucker Kraft, Kyle Pitts, Sam LaPorta, Hayden Hurst, Evan Engram of the world are off the board. And I just, man, if you guys are into Tucker Kraft, I get
9:09it. He's a really good football player.
9:10I just think when there's still very good wide receivers and running backs on the board, not someone I'm finding myself going out of my way for all that
9:17often. So, back here, I don't see any running backs really calling to me. Jacory Croskey married, if he would have fallen, certainly would
9:25have been someone I would have clicked.
9:26But alas, that did not happen. So, one thing I like to do in these drafts is come away with a Packers wide receiver.
9:32Let's go ahead and give me Jayden Reed.
9:34And then also, the man who caught a very long preseason touchdown and accordingly we'll see his ADP skyrocketing is Mr.
9:40Mr. Quentin Johnston. But let the record show guys, I was QJ curious before it was the cool thing to do and he made a
9:46nice play in the preseason. Just a matter of the offense believing in him and Justin Herbert. So now we are through nine rounds of drafting.
9:55We have six wide receivers. We have three running backs. We're going to add more in the handcuff streets, but we also need to address late round
10:02quarterback and tight end. We have let's see 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 more picks. We got to reserve the last two for our DST and
10:10kicker. That gives us basically five picks. I'm going to be taking at least one quarterback, probably two. One to two tight ends and again, probably one
10:18to two more running backs as well. So honestly this is three wide receivers starting in hindsight. I probably could have looked at getting another running
10:26back instead of going QJ and Jayden Reed, but we got Gibbs and Javonte holding down the RB1 and RB2 spots. I'm
10:32not too worried about that. So now at quarterback, Brock Purdy makes a ton of sense for me and I will say
10:39if I can get Brock Purdy this late, I'm fine going with just one quarterback.
10:42We'll figure out the bye week stuff later. When Purdy goes, that's when I want my two clicks, okay? I have to do
10:49Bo Nix or Jared Goff. That's when I'm probably going to mix in a Kyler Murray or a Jordan Love, Malik Willis of the
10:54sort. So I'm going to go with Brock Purdy, turn my attention to tight end.
11:00Don't see anyone I absolutely love, but you know what? At some point we just got to kind of eat our vegetables and get
11:07one of these guys. So it is going to fall off in a minute, but Ja'Quan is still down there. We can go ahead and
11:12double tap Ja'Quan and T. Ferg if there's a running back I like right now.
11:17And there is Woody Marks, one of my favorite sleeper running backs, come on down. So got Woody there.
11:23Again, going to have five more picks here. I still need to get my tight end.
11:27I'm going to add on probably two tight ends honestly cuz I I Terrance Ferguson.
11:31Got these idiot robots taking kickers.
11:33Freaking take them and then we'll get our DST and kicker later. So, let's go back to tight end.
11:40Juwan Johnson hanging out there for me.
11:42And again, just with no Jordan Tyson, feeling great about it. Marshawn Lloyd, every draft is a great draft to draft Marshawn Lloyd particularly with the
11:50Jacob stuff. Come on down. We'll add him and then go Juwan Johnson as well. I would like this to be a situation where
11:57I get Terrance Ferguson next and then we'll go ahead get our kicker and DST.
12:01So, wound up with five running backs. I am feeling good about that. If there is a stud running back we like,
12:09not seeing too much. Ray Davis would be the one. Out of this group, I'd be fine with Ray Davis, but the given the fact I
12:16didn't get a tight end I feel better about. Give me Terrance Ferguson and then moving on to DST.
12:22I mentioned the Ravens loving them, but in this draft, we have people take kickers early. Did not really take DSTs early. I'm going to take advantage of
12:29that and get the Los Angeles Rams, Myles Garrett and probably Aaron Donald and company coming up here soon. So, we'll see what the mock draft grade ends up
12:38being. Always remember if the grade is good, that's a situation where I had a great draft. If the grade is bad, well,
12:43why would you be paying attention to mock draft grades? What do they know in the first place? So, Harrison Butker, Chris Boswell, they both kind of fit our
12:50system. I prefer if they were in domes, but they are guys who are again good, maybe not great offenses and they got
12:55the big legs. I'll go ahead and go with Harrison Butker in this one. So, got to be supposed to finish in third place
13:01here. The final draft we have Brock Purdy as our one and only quarterback.
13:05Jahmyr Gibbs and Javonte Williams RB1, RB2. Nico Luther Burden and Garrett Wilson as our wide receivers. Juwan Johnson at tight end, we got a little
13:13work to do there, but maybe Terrance Ferguson will boom. Chris Godwin as our flex right now. We're going to be competing between him, Rhamondre
13:19Stevenson, Jayden Reed, Quentin Johnston, Woody Marks and Marshawn Lloyd as depth pieces. Los Angeles Rams defense for the win there. So, feeling
13:27pretty good about the squad overall, guys. Again, that was ESPN out of the 11.
13:34Now, we're going to go ahead and look at Yahoo from the 106. I went ahead and used full PPR scoring in this one. I
13:40will get this draft restarted cuz I'm pretty sure RE ran through the top few picks and we will get down to business.
13:46So, again, picking out of the 106 here.
13:48Same sort of business, all right? I would like to get a running back if possible. That said, gives Bijan CMC already off the board. I am not loving
13:57Jonathan Taylor this year and given the fact that they're letting Puka fall to me, I'm going to change things up just a
14:02little bit and go with Puka Nacua with my first round pick. Now, into round two, AJ Brown is my best wide receiver
14:08on the board personally, but I really don't want to fall too far behind our running backs. Let's go ahead and get
14:14Kenneth Walker here, Chiefs RB1, particularly in full PPR would take him ahead of Derrick Henry. Now, we're into round three. Still some good wide
14:22receivers, no one screaming my name and given the fact that we only have one running back so far, I am going to let
14:27that tiebreaker actually go ahead and be for another running back. Again, I prefer Devante to Breece Hall. Let's mix things up though. I know some of you do
14:35like Breece Hall and hey, he's a good player that should have a big workload that Jets can, you know, overcome just
14:40what their poor as usual expectations are. I do see a scenario where it could work out. So, for fun, we'll take Breece
14:46Hall here and now we are getting into the round four territory. I believe Colson Loveland went. Unfortunately, okay? Round four Colson Loveland didn't
14:55happen. Round two Brock Bowers, we still have Kenneth Walker and Derrick Henry on the board. I'm not going that crazy with
15:00it. So, we just go to wide receiver and we will be playing the late round tight end and quarterback game. So, now again,
15:07I'll check the running backs real quick.
15:09Montgomery, Achane, Swift, Warren, no one around four that I really want to go out of my way for. Flowers, Waddle, Garrett Wilson, the top wide receivers
15:16available. Give me Mr. Jaylen Waddle.
15:19Very much believe in him having a huge season coming up.
15:23Back to round five. Again, Monty someone I've gone a little bit back and forth on throughout this uh just entire off
15:29season cycle. Is he a dead zone back? Is he going to be someone that can fall into the end zone 10 plus times on a
15:33decent Texans offense, a very good Texans team. Again, something to consider, but I just look at these wide receivers, way too much high-end talent
15:41to be ignoring here. So, given the fact I'm at the middle part, I do think I could get Christian Watson and/or Parker
15:47Washington to fall back to me given what I'm seeing from the ADP So, in this case, let's go ahead and take Jameson
15:55Williams, someone obviously with a sky-high upside.
15:59Christian Watson went, that's unfortunate. Still not seeing Judarian Price here would be interesting, but man, I love me some Parker Washington.
16:06So, I'll go ahead and scoop that up.
16:08Now, through six rounds of the draft, I got Puka Nacua in round one, Kenneth Walker and Breece Hall filling out the
16:14RB room in rounds two and three, Jaylen Waddle, Jameson Williams, and Parker Washington with the next three picks there. Didn't get Judarian Price,
16:22Parker, Judarian. In a hindsight, maybe I could have taken Parker a round earlier since I do like him a little more in Jamo, then gone Judarian Price,
16:30but you know what? That's okay because we should still have a Steelers running back for us in the form of Rico Dowdle,
16:36who could make it back. Ramondre is there as well. Going back to wide receiver, I do like Goblin and QJ obviously. You
16:44know, Dez On Stribling staring at us as well. I don't think there's anyone I need right now. Tight end, quarterback again situations where I'm just going to
16:51be really fine waiting at the draft. So, we'll go ahead and get a running back here. Again, Ramondre Stevenson really sticking out
17:00to me. I could see myself going with him and then Rico Dowdle, Chuba, Jonathan Brooks in play as well. So, with Mondre,
17:06we are now through, let's see, seven rounds of the draft. We got three running backs, four wide receivers.
17:11Still got another round or two to tack on another wide receiver.
17:15I'm sure there'll be several I like.
17:16Rico Dowdle unfortunately, went, so won't be going to go that route. At least we did get Mondre, so feeling good there. Once again, Chris Godwin sticking
17:24out to me as a very good pick at cost.
17:26Let's go ahead and lock him down.
17:29Seeing QJ, once again, staring at me.
17:31D'Onta Foreman, maybe that is more so your cup of tea. This is a situation though where through eight rounds I want
17:37to get just one more wide receiver and then probably be done. I do have five already, so if there is a running back
17:43that's really striking us, I get it. You know what? Let's go that route. Let's go and get Will Clapp aka Jacquory, if you
17:50want to call him God's given name, but he wants to go by Will, and we should respect that. And we are now again a
17:55little bit more up on the RB side of things. I will say, guys, the five and nine wide receiver stuff, that's with
18:00the base three wide receiver in your starting spots roster setting. So, if you do only have to worry about two guys, certainly becomes much more of a
18:08situation where I want to begin running backs sooner rather than later. So, through nine rounds, again, using this late round quarterback contender
18:15strategy cuz we did not the guys did not get the guys fall into us that we wanted to in round two or four.
18:21We got Puka Nacua, Jaylen Waddle, Jameson Williams, and Parker Washington as well as Chris Godwin holding down the four in the wide receiver room. Kenneth
18:28Walker, Breece Hall, Ramondre Stevenson, and Jacquory Croskey-Merritt as our four good RBs. So, looking at the rest of the draft, we have seven more picks. We're
18:36going to need to get our DST and kicker, one to two quarterbacks and tight ends depending on who we're going to get to
18:41fall to us, and then mostly just handcuff running backs, perhaps one more wide receiver since we only got five and nine. It's fine, but if we do want a
18:49sixth, it's certainly more appealing there in that case. So, quarterback Brock Purdy once again staring at me.
18:56Running back, mostly just seeing the handcuff variety at this point. No one really calling out, particularly not Rashad White since we already got Will
19:04Clapp aka Jacquory Merritt. D'Onta Foreman is there at wide receiver. I don't mind that. Got it. Likely Andrews at tight end. I'm going to get my guy
19:11Isaiah Likely. He is someone who's just again really been the clear number one option at practice for Jackson Dart.
19:17Love getting that there and Brock Purdy fell to me anyway. So, that again guys, situations where I just love being able
19:24to wait at quarterback and tight end cuz you still get these guys falling to you.
19:28And honestly, just some of the drafts I've been in personally in the FFPC high stakes streets, you see quarterbacks fall even more than what they're doing
19:35with some of these mock drafts. So, we got my quarterback and tight end slot filled guys who I'm comfortable going into week one as my only players at the
19:44position. So, I still would like Terrance Ferguson but very much fine rolling with Brock Purdy and Brock Purdy alone. Maybe you do want someone else
19:52out there. I don't really think it's something that we necessarily have to be dying to get exposure to though. Okay, so what we say? Maybe a wide receiver.
20:00I'm looking at it, I'm not seeing anyone I love. If Kasey Canseco or Matthew Golding were there, I would be much more
20:05inclined to go down that route.
20:07Certainly not the case though. So, I am probably done with wide receiver looking at this list of dues because we are
20:13going to be able to get a lot of really good handcuff running backs. So, I'm going to go ahead and get Marshawn Lloyd
20:20because I do not think he will actually be going too much later as drafts go on.
20:24We'll get Mike Washington as well, another great handcuff. And then come back down and get my guy Tank Bigsby, another fantastic sleeper. So, Lloyd,
20:32Washington, and Bigsby now rounding out the RB room. Three guys, one injury or in Lloyd's case suspension away from sky rocket up the ranks and being dues that
20:41we want to start every single week out.
20:44Rams defense once again falling to me so we don't have to worry about the Ravens ordeal. And then at kicker, we will go
20:49ahead and get Tyler Bass cuz why the hell not. So, you know, bad draft grade because what the hell do draft grades
20:56mean anyway? Here's the roster though.
20:58Brock Purdy, Kenneth Walker, Breece Hall, Puka Nacua, Jaylen Waddle, Jameson Williams, Isaiah Likely, and Parker Washington are filling out the starting
21:06lineup. Tyler Bass and a Los Angeles Rams defense in our onesie spots. And then the bench didn't get many more wide
21:13receivers, only have Chris Godwin sitting there, but that's okay. If we need to fill a spot with a random wide receiver five or six that people spend,
21:20you know, the last five or six rounds drafting, they will still be out there on the waiver wire for us. Rhamondre
21:25Stevenson, Bill Krosky, Merritt, Marlon Mack, Washington, Tank Bigsby giving us a very, very strong RB room. So, feeling pretty good about this squad. Again
21:34though, generally if given the choice to have my own draft position to pick from, I would prefer to go earlier than the
21:391.06. Love having one of those first five picks cuz I do like my chances even better of getting a Gibbs, a Bijan, and
21:45a CMC, and maybe just maybe still getting a Derrick Henry or Kenneth Walker falling back to you. Probably going to be a case though in our next
21:52and final draft over at Sleeper, half PPR 112 draft position. It is going to be a situation where I would expect us
21:59to be double-clicking running backs at the 1-2 turn. Not saying again, you couldn't go out of your way and get a
22:05Justin Jefferson or a CeeDee Lamb, but just structurally really do like having my pick of the running backs. So, Saquon and Cook off the board, I would have
22:13preferred to get one of them, but that's okay. We will live. Chase Brown is going to go ahead and be my cup of tea instead
22:19here. Let's get him added to the equation.
22:23Gente, Achane, Hampton, Henry, and Walker. Man, let's go ahead and go with Ameer Abdullah Hampton. Kenneth Walker certainly in play too. We took him last
22:30draft, but let's get Chase Brown and Ameer Abdullah Hampton. Someone who again is just going to be the lead running back of a Chargers offense I am
22:36expecting really big things from. Now into round three-four turn. All right, Colston Loveland's going to be there for us so we have to try something
22:43different. At wide receiver we had DeVonta Smith fall so we're going to go ahead and get DeVonta Smith and Colston Loveland. We now did get the early round
22:50tight end so we are completely good there. We already got my running backs so no need to be worrying about that
22:56situation as well. DeVonta Smith is our wide receiver one so, you know, maybe you wanted someone a little bit stronger, but just given all these
23:03resources in the middle round, something that I am not too worried about. All right, so what are we saving in the
23:07middle rounds for? Wide receivers. But we do have to D'Onta Foreman Price sitting there and there has been a situation where I wouldn't mind even
23:15improving upon that RB3 spot. So, I do love me between Burden, Watson, and Parker. I've been leaning Burden, but on this team, I already actually had myself
23:26a bear and Colston Loveland. So, I'm going to refrain from getting another one here with Burden. Not saying you can't do that, just not the biggest fan.
23:33I think that ESPN, or I'm sorry, working on Sleeper now, is wrong with their Parker Washington. Just, you know, come on.
23:40Come on. 72nd player overall, give me a break. I could not believe in Parker Washington more. It is a situation where, you know, could we all be wrong
23:47for hyping up a career special teamer based on 5 weeks? Yes, I guess, but I did have another video go out recently
23:54looking at players who are a lot higher valued in high-stakes leagues versus your home league format, and Parker Washington was someone leading that
24:02list. So, okay, I'm going to take one of my guys cuz I think I know more than Sleeper ADP. Let's get Parker
24:08Washington, and then let's change things up just a tad.
24:12Do I want D'Onta Foreman Price?
24:15Getting that tight end.
24:18Getting the tight end changes things a little bit cuz I'm going to be falling behind our wide receiver. I'm only going
24:24to have two through six rounds. I basically need to go wide receiver in 7, 8, 9 to keep on keeping on with our
24:30plan. But you know what? I'm okay doing that. Let's get D'Onta Foreman Price here, see how the roster turns out. I am
24:36going to be going wide receiver here. I don't love boxing myself in like that cuz we don't have the chance to pivot as
24:41much and looking at these options, not too thrilled, but you know what? That's okay. That's life in the big city sometimes. Give me Chris Godwin, and
24:48then scrolling down just a tad.
24:51Quentin Johnston, probably the best chance to come back to us. Let's just give me Jayden Reed and get one of our
24:55Packers wide receivers. In this case, not feeling the best about my wide receiver room because I took three running backs in the first six and I got
25:03the tight end there. Would have been cool if Casey fell one more pick, but oh well. Go ahead and give me Quinton
25:08Johnston there. Looking at the quarterbacks, Matthew Stafford, Patrick Mahomes, Bo Nix, Brock Purdy, Jared Goff. Still looking pretty good, guys.
25:16Now, it is going to be a long time coming back. I'm obviously good at tight end, so I don't need to worry
25:21about that anymore. Best available running backs, Aaron Jones, Rashad White, Chris Rodriguez, and Tyler Allgeier. So, again, picking on the turn. As you can see, we got our three
25:31wide receivers in a row, Chris Godwin, Jayden Reed, and Quinton Johnston after we got our third RB in Kendre Miller Price. Double tapped the RB position
25:39earlier, so we are feeling very strong about that room. So, through nine rounds, we got my five wide receivers.
25:44Again, would have preferred them to be a little bit stronger, but we'll probably dip in and get a sixth just in case.
25:49Very nice RB room, Chase Brown, Cam Akers, Kendre Miller Price in my humble opinion, occasionally humble opinion, and then Cole Kmet holding things down
25:56at tight end. So, I'm going to push quarterback a little bit to have some fun with it. At running back, again,
26:02feeling pretty fine there with our squad. Not seeing anyone I like. So, we do have two picks, so we I guess we
26:08don't have to get too cute. Let's go ahead and get Stefon Diggs.
26:14Okay, I already made the other pick before. So, we got Stefon Diggs along with Quinton Johnston through 10 rounds.
26:20Just missed out on Brock Purdy. Again, that's okay. After Purdy goes, that is when I want to. So, let's go ahead and
26:25get Jared Goff and Kyler Murray. I think it's a really good mix of not just a floor play. I want to give Jared Goff
26:31more credit than that, but as we know, Kyler Murray, 20-plus fantasy point per game upside in his potential range of outcomes. Goff has somewhat just been
26:38steady Eddie here with the Detroit Lions. So, four more picks, I'm probably going to be double tapping running back unless there's any wide receivers we
26:45like. Again, good on tight end and we'll save the last two for our DST and kicker as always. So, wide receivers, not
26:52seeing anyone that's really making me want to click them, so I won't. Give me Tank Bigsby, and then looking down this
26:58list, Raheem Davis would be the other one I want. I'm sure I'll get slandered for that one in the Draft Grade because
27:03they don't believe in the handcuff running back in one of the best units in the league. DST, once again, the Rams
27:09falling to me. Got to love that. And with the kicker, we'll go ahead and go with Harrison Butker. I'm predicting an
27:14F grade. It's going to hate the Parker Washington reach. I'll be. See? Got to love Got to love Draft Grades when they
27:21actually compliment you and think you did a good job. So, quarterback room, we waited, we waited, we waited. Jared Goff, Kyler Murray end
27:28up being the squad. Chase Brown, Zamir White, Cam Akers, and Darrell Henderson holding down the RB room. DeVonta Smith, Parker Washington, Chris Godwin, as well
27:35as Quinton Johnston, Stefon Diggs, and Jayden Reed in the wide receiver room.
27:39We got six because, again, we wanted to have a little bit more firepower after choosing to go to Darrell Henderson Price over a wide receiver in round six.
27:47Colson Loveland in round four looking like an absolute dog this season.
27:50Harrison Butker and the Los Angeles Rams holding things down at the onesie spots.
27:54So, again, this was out of the 12th position. A spot where I don't mind cuz I do like getting Colson Loveland and
27:59not that turn it is feasible to do. And again, starting off with those two RBs gives you so much flexibility. So, you
28:06know, in hindsight, could we have looked at going with another wide receiver over Darrell Henderson Price? I guess, but again, it is a situation where I think
28:13we're maybe over just, I don't know, a little too worried about a first-round pick in an offense that was quite good
28:19last season on their way to win the freaking Super Bowl and no longer actually has, at least in the early parts of the season, their top two
28:25running backs from that squad. So, again, morals of the story, everyone.
28:29Late-round QB for the win. Two RBs inside the first three rounds, ideally, if not the first five. At least five wide receivers by the end of round nine.
28:37Late rounds are going to be reserved for finishing the onesie spots and handcuff RBs. Bowers in two, Loveland in four, or
