1:12And we're going through the top fantasy football takeaways, usage, notes, cool stuff, sad stuff, and everything in between. Your guy Ian Hard from Team
1:20Roire alongside Fantasy Life director of analytics, all-around baller Dwayne the Rock McFarland. Dwayne, aside from another soulcrushing Cowboys loss, how are we feeling?
1:31>> I'm good, man. I'm good. You know, it's sad, Ian, that I'm good because that just means I've become used to this.
1:36I've become used to this futility. I I I still do have a Cowboy shirt on. Uh, you know, yeah, look, we we got the Ravens
1:45in a close game. Like, let's just take it as a positive. I don't know, you know.
1:49>> Hey, I appreciate you still shouting out the Cowboys still rocking the shirt. I remember in high school, my math teacher
1:55when I wouldn't wear Cowboy shirts after they lost got into me and he was right.
1:59Got to stay with the team win or lose everybody. And that includes your fantasy team. So hopefully you're 3 and 0. If not, we got some work to do. And
2:06if you're 3 and 0, then guess what? We got work to do anyway. Never satisfied until we get that championship gold. And
2:11with that, Dwayne, let's get things started with the Chiefs taking down the Dolphins 24 to10. KC covering as 9 and a
2:17half point faves. The undercashing in this one at 45 1/2 points. maybe didn't get quite as many fireworks as we were
2:23expecting in this smash spot. A lot of metrics were saying the Dolphins were the worst defense in the NFL going in,
2:28but hey, Patrick Mahomes still 246 yards and a pair of touchdowns through the air. One on one of his little BS
2:33underhand tosses to Kenneth Walker that they always seem to spam inside the 5yd line and the second on a 11 yard
2:39touchdown. Two, Travis Kelce towards the end of regulation. So really, I think the most surprising thing here, you know, to give everyone their flowers,
2:46Kenneth Walker had another rushing touchdown. He did his typical thing, but for me it was the kind of reawakening of Rasheed Rice, man. Team high, nine
2:53targets. He caught seven of them for 88 yards. Maybe wrote him off a little bit too early.
2:58>> Yeah. I mean, I wrote about Rasheed Rice last week in the utilization report and it was just one of those deals where I
3:03was like honestly torn on like what to do with him. I I saw you have a tweet later in the week with honestly a lot of
3:08the similar stuff that I had found which was like okay on the one hand we have Kenneth Walker getting all these targets
3:14underneath and so maybe Rashi Rice is not going to get them anymore. On the other hand it's like wow running like a
3:20better route participation rate than he's really ever had in his whole career so he's playing more but then it was like yeah but they're also giving the
3:26screens to Xavier Worthy. Rasheed Rice is not getting the screens but then it was like well but he's been playing against man defenses and he's better
3:32against zones. So, like you really could have argued it like either way. You could have said, "Man, I'm scared to death. I want to be out on Rashid Rice."
3:39Or you could have looked at it and said, "You know, this might be an opportunity to buy. If you were in that latter camp,
3:44I would say that you're looking pretty good today. 15.8 uh fantasy points in a PPR setup, 84% route participation rate.
3:51So, right there at that 85 we seen for him for the season. 39% target share today, Ian, with nine targets on the
3:57day. 7.4 A dot. So, kind of doing his normal thing. Had two red zone targets as well. So, uh, and he got the two
4:04screen passes today. So, it's funny how whenever Xavier Worthy, he Xavier Worthy did have one screen as well today, but that was the other kind of argument.
4:11It's like, okay, Worthy's getting the screen plays, but well, he's not really doing much with them. So, maybe they'll take them back to Rice. So, yeah, I
4:17think it's like you say, uh, and I say it sometimes, it's like the truth is usually somewhere in the middle like of
4:22where these things are. I don't think if like if we were reddrafting today, we wouldn't be drafting Rashid Rice probably ahead of some of the other
4:28names that we would now be taking ahead of him like Christian Watson and Parker Washington and guys like that. But I
4:33think that Rasheed Rice is still going to provide value and the Chiefs offense that it looks really good. So if he's
4:38going to be out there this much, I think Rasheed Rice is still going to have games.
4:42>> Three and0 Chiefs again just 24 points in this one. I thought it was gonna be a bigger day early on though, Dwayne for
4:47Travis Kelce. He took I believe it was the first play of the game. It was it was definitely Mahomes' first drop back.
4:5248 yards again contained to show off the yak juice and then literally did not get another target until Mahomes's last drop
4:58back. But again, he caught it for a touchdown. So you're feeling fine if you started Travis Kelce. Was he still out
5:03there all the time, Dwayne? Cuz I mean, again, zero targets between the first and last drop backs was wild to see.
5:08>> Yeah, it's just it was just a weird thing. Didn't work out right. He was still out there for an 80% route
5:12participation rate, which is like that's like the magic number we want for tight ends, especially if you're getting to play with Patrick Mahomes. So yeah,
5:18you're okay. Hey, you get 13.9 PPR points today because of the touchdown and the long play. Uh, and I think, you
5:24know, he'll end up being fine. I think tight when we look at Kelsey, like he's a low-end tight end one every week.
5:29Like, if you drafted him, you're feeling fine starting him. Do you think he's going to win your week every week? No.
5:34But I think he's he's pretty much shown us he's not going to kill you either at this point.
5:38>> Anything else on the Chiefs one?
5:41>> Uh, the only thing I'll say is worthy.
5:42Uh, you know, king of routes and all that sort of stuff, but no fantasy points. It just continued again. and he
5:48left the team with an 88% route share.
5:50Gave us a whopping four fantasy points in the PPR uh streets this week. So, I kind of moved Worthy up a little bit
5:56last week cuz I was like, you know, the roles there, the offense looks good. And then I just get reminded like maybe
6:02Xavier Worthy just isn't good at football. And I'm that's just kind of the direction I'm starting to lean. Of course, I'm really just trying to give
6:09him a pep talk so we can get 27 points next week.
6:12>> [snorts] >> That was also the other part of that Rashid Rice kind of boow case I was making where it's like you know Rice I
6:17think all things considered coming back from the knee injury has looked at least better not would. Meanwhile Xavier Worthy yeah looks like a horrendous
6:24football player objectively out there.
6:26You know who does not though is Kenneth Walker again mentioned the scores but also 10 missed tackles force second highest mark in week three. So good
6:33stuff by the 3 and 0 Chiefs. They'll be facing off against another three and 0 team the Las Vegas Raiders. What a time
6:38to be alive here in week four.
6:41Meanwhile, for the Dolphins, again, 24-10, but they actually only were outgained by the Chiefs by five total yards. The Dolphins nearly had 10 more
6:49minutes of time possession. Like, this was a weird game. Not the beatdown most of us were expecting when it went into
6:54it. Unfortunately, though, 0 for three on fourth downs. Wound up doing the Dolphins in as did losing their best player, I think, on the first or second
7:02drive of the game. Devon Aan, guys, had a knee injury after just three carries for 17 yards and a drop as a receiver.
7:07Head coach Jeff Hafley said, quote, "To be honest with you, it does not sound optimistic." Uh, Dr. Jeff Mueller, who does fantastic work over at Fantasy
7:15Points, make sure you check him out on Twitter as well, JM Thrive PT. He has actually gone out with some of these
7:20bigger injuries and just given his projection. Okay, so not confirmed, but just what again someone who does this for a living. Thanks. He has ACL
7:27concern, also meniscus, and his projection right now is of the season ending variety. So absolutely wasn't going to be easy for Devon Han on this
7:36team, but man, looking like he's out for the year.
7:39>> Yeah. So, I mean, it was Olly Gordon today coming in uh 14 and a half fantasy points, 82% of the snaps, eight 68% of
7:46the rushing attempts, got 100% of the work inside the five, but we didn't have Jaylen Wright. He was out for this game.
7:52Now, I will say that Ali Gordon did move into a slight lead the week before over Jaylen Wright where early in the year it
7:57felt like Jaylen Wright was really the running back one or running back two behind HN. Probably some sort of a split
8:04between these two guys, Ian. But if I had to guess right now, I do think that Olly Gordon has the leg up and he left
8:08this game briefly with an injury, but did come back in.
8:11>> Yeah, 17 attempts, 41 yards, not great guys, 2.4 yards per carry, but he did get the touchdown and that's kind of his
8:17specialty. He's a good player, you know, inside the 5 yardd line. you know, he can he can get in there and grind out
8:22the touchdowns. The problem is how often do we think that this Dolphins offense is going to be in a scoring position.
8:28And then the other thing with Achan out, we finally did see Malik Willis more involved in the design run game. Didn't
8:33show up in the fantasy box score with 10 fantasy points today, Ian. But nine carries for 56 rushing yards, a 14%
8:39scramble rate, but the big thing, 12% of the design rushing attempts, which is something we have not seen so far from
8:45Malik Willis. So my gut is to replace Achan. It will probably be a combination of these three players and in the end
8:52Malik Willis might be the one to benefit the most because like if he starts getting 12 to 15% of the rushing design
8:58rushing attempts and he's getting those scrambles then he's going to be in that range where man he can give us a 60 80
9:04yard rushing game and that can help offset some of the passing woes that we do have for the Dolphins. So we'll see
9:09how it works out but I know Olly Gordon's going to be a popular name this week on Fab guys. I would say like if
9:15you're playing in a deep league, people have been DMing me about this like, can you guys talk about the fabout? So,
9:20we'll we'll we'll try to talk about about them a little bit here. We do have a new tool coming out over on Fantasy
9:25Life. We'll have the beta version up this week where you guys can sync your leagues. You'll be able to see based on
9:30the league size, how many bench spots, your scoring, how many starters, uh all those sort of things, right? That will help give you fab recommendations. But
9:38like off the cuff on a player like Gordon, if you're in a deeper league, Ian, I'm thinking you're probably having to go 15 to 20% at least. In a smaller
9:46league, you won't have to do that, right? You probably get Olli Gordon for like 5 10% of your fab dollars. I just
9:52don't, as much as like he might be the lead back, I still worry there's too much of a split for me to go all in. And
9:58I get it, guys, when you play in these sicko leagues, you're like, I don't really have an option. Like there's a
10:01guy there's a guy that might be a starter. Like I got to put my chips down. So I'm curious like where you fall
10:06on Gordon. Let's say it's a team, Ian, where you really do need a running back, too. Maybe the rest of your team's
10:11looking good. How are you feeling about it?
10:14>> I think the fab amounts that you suggested are what I would feel comfortable sending off the 15 to 20% range. I just think he's probably going
10:20to go more for that. It's been >> Yeah, it's kind of been a little bit of a quiet, you know, start to the season
10:25with the wafer wire. We haven't had anyone, at least as I'm saying this right now, correct me if I'm wrong, everyone, but I don't think we've had
10:31that like 50% plus dude just pop out that we need. Like, we thought we were maybe going to have it with Tanksby.
10:36this last week, but you know, Saquon ended up being okay. So, >> it's a lead back.
10:40>> I wouldn't go there. I wouldn't go.
10:43>> Yeah.
10:43>> No, I don't think I would either.
10:44>> You might have to, but yeah, [snorts] >> you mentioned it like this is an offense where we're not expecting goal line
10:49opportunities. Gordon did make a nice catch out there. And I will say, as much as every rushing statistic is going to say he's a bad running back,
10:58sub three yards per carry, I get it, guys. He runs hard as hell, man. Like, seven miss tackles, fours. I do think
11:03some of his career inefficiency has been influenced by him being there short yardage back. So a lot of times he's going in there on a third and one
11:09against, you know, eight or nine guys in the box. So want to give him a little bit of credit there. But you mentioned
11:13it, Jaylen Wright was injured and inactive. So it is a situation where probably close to 50/50 and just in a really bad team, man. I mean, next week
11:21the Dolphins are facing the Vikings, okay, which is a particularly shitty matchup for them to deal with. I get it.
11:26But even like a neutral matchup, man, like we had DeAndre Swift and Bashalt Hootton kind of in that low-end RB2 range. I don't think I'm getting Olly
11:34Gordon over those guys even if Jaylen Wright stays out of the picture. So if we're not even talking about a top 20 or
11:40a top 24 running back more weeks than not, like why are we going out of our way for this guy in the first place?
11:45>> Yeah. And I think and when you guys see the Waverwire tool over at Fantasy Life, the way it works is it's based on our
11:50rest of season projections. And so I'll just tell you when we go in to repro this Dolphins backfield, a I'm not just
11:57going to give 70% of the workload to Gordon. I I just don't think we can forecast that. And to Ian's point, even
12:03if I did, I don't think he would come in in a range where our tool is going to re recommend 50%. Now, it's got settings on
12:10there where you're you can say, man, I need to be all in or I want to be aggressive. And it'll give you the
12:15higher bid ranges that you'll need to win a guy like Ollie Gordon. So, if you're really in on him, like you'll
12:19have the flexibility to do it. But I am with Ian. I'm thinking like 15 to 25% range if you really need a running back.
12:26But I I still think there's a chance that like it's an even split. It could be a hot hand even Ian. Like Jaylen
12:31Wright, he's an explosive player. So I I see them being complimentary to one another. Gordon can be more the grinder.
12:37Wright's the guy you're trying to hit the big plays with.
12:40>> And again, from what we've seen briefly in the preseason, then earlier in the year before the injury, it looked like
12:44Wright was more so the guy with the lead. But even then, man, okay, if Jaylen Wright was active today, I still
12:49wouldn't have expected like him to be 7030. I think it'd be like maybe if it was going to be in Wright's favor, like
12:5555 45 type of >> agree like that. Yeah, that's that's totally where I'm at on it as well.
13:00>> Meanwhile, in the wide receiver room, Malik Washington, man, caught five of 10 targets for 56 yards. As Dwayne mentioned, also getting some running
13:06back reps. Not necessarily expecting that to persist, you know, weekly at a high level because they're going to have other available bodies out there. But
13:13hey, good to see he has that club in his bag. And good to see him actually getting some downfield usage, man. 89
13:18unrealized area. He actually had a step downfield for a potential 45 yard touchdown. Had a 13-yard touchdown, actually getting nullified by an illegal
13:25shift penalty when Chris Bell and him were kind of moving at the same time.
13:28Did not come fully set before the snap.
13:30So, it's one of these things, man, where I don't think Malik is necessarily someone we're going to be looking up like, oh, league winner, Malik
13:36Washington, or ever ranking inside the top 24. But, as much as I want to continue to make Chris Bell a thing, and
13:41we do have good things to say about him as well. Malik Washington, Dwayne, like slowly but surely creeping into, I don't
13:46know, top 48. I think I had him probably around that wide receiver for borderline this week already.
13:50>> Yeah. In PPR formats, right? Uh, you know, the A dot like did come up a little bit as you mentioned today. Uh,
13:56>> Malik was chucking it today. Willis was chucking it.
13:59>> Yeah. n yeah Malik Washington was not chunking it but he was catching the chunks from uh Malik Willis and so the
14:059.6 six average depth of target. I don't have average depth of route. Might populate here in a little bit, but yeah,
14:10that's a little bit better than what we've seen from him over the last several weeks. Um, so I like think of
14:15him guys as like a Wandel Robinson, you know, which I think Ian, you and I, we were much lower than the market on Wel
14:20Robinson like to start this season. So not a great offense. Probably going to have these 10 to 12 point, you know,
14:26games. Maybe you get lucky and you get a couple games where you catch a touchdown and you get more of a performance like
14:30you got from Well today, which we'll talk about here in a bit. So, I I would say like that's the best comp, right? Is
14:35a Well Robinson type. Very similar struggles on offense, but he's out there playing 86% of the routes today. 29% target share, including a red zone and
14:44an endzone target, and he did have a touchdown call back today. So, uh there there was that going from League Washington as well.
14:51>> No, Caleb Douglas in this one. He was out with an ankle injury and did not practice all week. So, again, does seem
14:56like it could be of the multi-week variety, paving the way for Chris Bell to get seven targets. He caught four of
15:01them for 67 yards. Looked good, man.
15:03Kind of caught that sort of, you know, play that I think has captured at least my imagination and others. I know you've
15:08been hiding him as well and getting that lofty AJB comp where you're seeing him catch a skinny post and, you know,
15:12actually being big enough and fast enough to erase pursuit angles from players much much smaller than him.
15:17Also, Dwayne was open downfield for not one but two potential 30 yard touchdowns. So, again, going to be featured in the shoot report as well. A
15:25lot of missed opportunity out there on the field and I get it. That's also going to be a case where we have a below
15:30average quarterback throwing him the football. We're not going to exactly, you know, be expecting what we would if we were catching passes from Josh Allen
15:35or something like that. But man, look good out there. Seemed like the opportunity is coming his way. Would like to see him just get the
15:42conditioning out there. Saw him tap himself out again. But again, that's just a situation where you weren't able to practice for a lot of the offseason.
15:48I would expect that to be on the come up. But so far, man, so good. So far so good for Chris Bell.
15:52>> Yeah. 10.7 PPR points today. You mentioned the big thing, the key. Caleb Douglas was not out there. He's been the
15:58wide receiver, too. So, we'll have to wait to see what this looks like when Douglas is back, but all the things that
16:03we've talked about with Bell were true today. Ian, um 74% route participation rate. He had a 20% target share with seven on the day. Had a red zone target,
16:11but the big thing is what you talked about. It's his run after the catch.
16:14Like, so this was a guy they were using heavily on play action, which is really how he fits. 29% of his targets today
16:20came on play action. He's great on these inbreaking routes. let him do his yak.
16:24So 8.5 yards after the catch on average today uh on his on his receptions. So I I think he's a good fit for the offense.
16:32It's just going to come down to when Caleb Douglas is back like what does the split look like? Because they also like
16:36Kevin Coleman Jr. He didn't do anything in the box score today, but he had a 69% route share and really over these last
16:41two games it's been him and Chris Bell rotating behind Douglas. So we'll have to see how it plays out. I do think in
16:46deeper leagues, you know, Chris Bell, you know, should be rostered. He should be on teams. If you're playing in a shallow league, you're not going to go
16:52out of your way this week. Unless we get some sort of news, you know how these things go. It's like, oh, a guy's out
16:56for a week and then suddenly we get a report they're going to put him on IR.
16:59It'd have to be that sort of thing for Caleb Douglas.
17:02>> Greg Dolich caught five of seven targets for 55 yards, including a very nice contested 42 yard downfield. How's his routes doing, Dwayne? Because if I
17:09remember right, it was looking good in week one, a little bit down in week two.
17:12What we get in week three?
17:13>> Yeah, 71%. So like it's in a range where it's doable but not you you really want higher on an offense that
17:21yeah we'd [laughter] rather have like 70% with the Bills. It's like h like okay we can do it like we'd rather see
17:27like 90%. You know on the Dolphins so I would say Dolich is still hanging around like as a low-end tight end too but you
17:34know if you get to byweeks or whatever and you got the right matchup I I could see him squeezing in a lineup. Again, I
17:39don't think anyone's going to confuse this offense as being a juggernaut, particularly without Achan the rest of the year. They have put together some
17:45drives though, man. Like their first one of the day, I think, was 17 plays, 90 plus yards. They were moving the ball
17:50against the 49ers in the first half last week. Again, >> they're going to be bad, but I don't know. I think they could be a little bit
17:56better than the Titans level bad bat and maybe we see a pass catcher to emerge down the stretch as actual fantasy
18:02relevant. But yeah, speaking of those Titans, they did lose to the Giants 12-7 out there in a rainy and windy day in
18:08New York. Giants did cover as two and a half point faves under cash of course at 37 and a half points. So 262 total yards
18:15for the Titans here. 238 for the Giants.
18:1817 combined penalties. Ugly, ugly, ugly game, but a win nevertheless for the New York Football Giants and Jameus Winston.
18:25118 scorers yards on 14 of 22 passing.
18:28Also had a hit stick. Dwayne jacked up his own teammate Cam Scataboo when they could knock it on the same page on a
18:33handoff. So that was a funny moment. But man, what this tells me though is what we kind of expected. I don't think
18:40Harball wants to go fold Jamus here. And just listening the way he was even talking about leaving all options open at QB. Good for Jamus. Got the win. I
18:50don't even know if he's going to be their week four starter.
18:52>> Yeah, my gut is he will be the week four, but it's a very short leash, you know. Uh, and I think Jamus probably did
18:58actually what Harbaugh wanted today. The passing offense wasn't great, but he didn't throw a pick. And so, no turnover. [laughter] >> I think that was good for Jamus. Uh, you
19:06know, only 43% pass rate today for uh the Giants. Now, it was a situation where, you know, they had the lead, so
19:13that also helped out, you know, and they're out there running all this heavy personnel stuff. 28% of it was out of 22
19:19personnel, which is two running backs on the field with two tight ends. 16% was out of 21 personnel. You guys know they
19:25love Patrick Ricard that they brought over with them. So to your point, they have an identity of the kind of offense
19:30they want to run, which is going to be run heavy. And then if the game scripts cooperate, they're going to be really
19:35runheavy. And that's where you get a 43% pass rate. Today, I think the Giants probably going to end up finding themselves in situations where they're
19:42trailing a lot more often than maybe we've had in the first three games. So, you're still going to get your passing.
19:46But the big update here, man, uh is a big change for Cam Scataboo today. Uh we did not have Devin Singleary active and
19:54that led to a 77% snap share for Scataboo. The big thing man, an 81% route participation rate. So >> we know he's getting the carries inside
20:03the 5yd line. He got 65% of the rushing attempts today. Didn't look necessarily great. Three yards per carry. You know, K's not not looking super sprry out
20:11there. Definitely still has his power running over guys, things like that. But we know his secret power is what he can
20:17do as a receiver out of the back field.
20:19So if you add that on top of the ability to score some of these rushing touchdowns from inside the 5 yardd line
20:24now even though we don't love the offense, we're really looking at Scataboo profiling more like the guy that we thought, man, this might be a
20:31good pick in round four or five of fantasy drafts because he does check the boxes that we want that unlock fantasy
20:37points. So big upgrade here for Scataboo. Um and we and we'll see it was Naji Harris that really took over Single
20:43Terry's role. He had 5.2 PPR points, 21% of the snaps, 29% of the attempts.
20:48Tyrone Tracy only played 2% of the snaps. Mostly seems like he's kind of doing the special teams kind of work right now. So big upgrade for Scataboo
20:56coming in the utilization report this week.
20:59>> And good to see man. I know that was something I talked about my running back show where yeah okay maybe we didn't see
21:03the best usage from Scataboo from Bashalt too and even from Travis at Shien last week but the point I was trying to make at least was like hey
21:10these guys look good they look better than the other running backs on their roster and if we are trying to be a week
21:14ahead of the masses let's try to go ahead and target these sort of guys who again are one good data point like
21:20Scataboo just got away from all of a sudden being on the cover of all these you know by low sort of you know
21:25articles and everything like that so you mentioned the receiving work did have a nice 30-yard catch down field after Jamus got moving. And that's the thing,
21:32man, like if you guys remember that, just still to this day, one of the best single game cultural performances I've ever seen. Uh when he took on the Texas
21:39Longhorns, legit just making plays 40 plus yards downfield. He was throwing a touchdown in that game. Like, I'm with you, man. Maybe. But he's never also
21:46been the guy with the most juice in the world, like straight line speedwise. You mentioned the power still there. Whether it's going to be Jameus, whether it's
21:52going to be M. Jones, whether it's going to be whoever under center, I think they're going to try to find a way to
21:56get this dude 18 to 20 touches per game.
21:58And and whenever anyone's getting that, man, really really tough to keep him out of the out of the top 20. But man, if
22:03this receiving stuff keeps up, we'll be right back in the RB1 zone soon.
22:06>> Yeah, because I mean, you know, with just the way things had developed with Singleary getting the passing down role over the first two weeks, that was
22:12really a big blow to Scataboo, like in the projection. So, he was more of like just kind of a borderline running back
22:17two. This this puts him squarely in the mid-range running back two conversation and in games where it goes well for the
22:23Giants, like he's going to give you running back one performances. One data point, guys. You know how they do these things. Next week it'll be singleary
22:30active and we'll be like, I don't know, like I don't know what to do. But this was a positive data point
22:36for Scataboo for sure. Rainy Wendy, not a day for passing the football. Saw Malik Neighbors get a team high six targets, caught five of them for 26
22:44yards. Isaiah likely caught just two or five targets for 13 yards and was charged with a pair of drops there. So,
22:50do we at least still see the full-time role for Neighbors Dwayne coming off the painful shoulder injury and for likely someone who again we've always been at
22:56least a little bit worried about whether or not he's going to get all those snaps given some of his limitations as a
23:01traditional inline tight end.
23:02>> Yeah, 7.6 PPR points for Neighbors today, 77% of the route. So, not quite where we want it to be, but like they're
23:09still like just working through stuff, but still led the team with a 29% target share. He had six looks on the day, one
23:15red zone target as well, but it was all just rinky dinking stuff. And I think a lot of that comes back to a the weather
23:21that you're talking about and b probably coaching to Jamus of please God do not just heave something down the field that's going to be a pickoff. Uh you
23:29know I I would love to see full Jamus unleashed when Neighbors is healthy.
23:32Ian, could you imagine what we would get? But I do agree with your sentiment that I don't think hard is going to
23:37allow that to happen. Um so neighbors like you're holding steady honestly I would be trying to acquire neighbors if somebody's worried he's just going to
23:44get healthier and healthier. the targets are there like his fantasy points are going to come. And for likely, only 3.3 PPR points today, guys, but a 92%
23:53R share.
23:54>> Isaiah likely is going to be there in the top six whenever this season's over.
23:58So, don't freak out about him. He's another guy that you might inquire about if you don't like your tight end one.
24:04>> I hear you where I'm not exactly expecting, you know, weekly just scoring outbursts from this New York Giants offense, but hey, next week against the
24:09Cardinals will be a good spot for all parties involved. Not a good spot for the Titans against anyone. Dwayne Cam Ward 181 yards, one touchdown, one
24:17interception, just not playing good football. And at least last year when Cam Ward wasn't playing good football, it was still a fun brand of bad
24:24football. We get two or three, you know, plays per game where he was making something happen off script. And again, he was at least going down as a
24:30gunslinger. This season though, the only man with a lower average target than Cam Ward is actually Patrick Mahomes. So Brian Dable has not fixed Cam Ward by
24:38any stretch of the imagination. He's also made him way more lame to watch, which pains me as someone who does want
24:43to see entertaining football on my television. There's a three-play sequence at the goal line that again really was just miserable, man. Dropped
24:50interception. Then he had a wideopen Carnell TA for what should have been a seven-yard touchdown. Completely missed him. And then on fourth down, he pulled
24:57a Derek Carr and actually threw the ball out the back of the end zone instead of even giving his guy a chance to catch
25:01the ball. So, brutal, brutal stuff, man.
25:04Titans face the Ravens next week and I'm going to do everything in my power to not have a single Titan in my fantasy
25:09lineup and I'm not so sure about sentiment is going to be changing anytime soon Dwayne.
25:12>> Yeah. No, I agree with you on Ward. The one positive thing I'll say is they've gotten better on the pressure stuff over
25:17the last two games. Now you know that it's small sample stuff but only under a pressure uh on 11% you know of his drop
25:23backs today. It was like I don't know it's like something like 50% in week one. So it was absolutely insane. So
25:28they are protecting him better but to your point it's just kind of a they haven't hit their groove yet. I will say
25:33with Carnell Tate, man, 97% route share, 11.8 fantasy points a day, one red zone target, one end zone target, 10.9 average depth of target, 98 air yards.
25:42Like when I get to Carnell Tate's name, like Ian, I guess the thing I say I was like, well, I'd rather play him than
25:47Marvin Harrison Jr. Like I mean, so you kind of get to like that range. Uh, so I mean, he hauled in six of his nine
25:53targets for 58 yards. I I think low-key Carnell Tate's actually playing really well for a rookie and and this is it's
25:59the offense. He's in an offense that's kind of burying, you know, the fact that he's probably, you know, playing, you know, maybe better than even what people
26:06thought. I know he's the fourth pick overall, so we have high expectations anyway. Um, but not just stuck on the not stuck just playing on the outside
26:13deep. So, I would say that's positive for Carnell Tate.
26:16>> Wel Robinson, we know what he is, guys.
26:18Like going to play from the slot, going to get the targets underneath. He did score a touchdown today, so he had 18.7
26:23fantasy points. So he can come up with these kind of games, but it's really more of like a PPR guy you're looking at
26:28as a wide receiver for u. The only other thing I'll mention, Ian, and to your point, we're trying not to have any of
26:33these guys in our lineup, but Alec I manor or uh Epic, sorry, Epic I Manor.
26:38>> No, he didn't. He's Alec this week. Ale this week.
26:39>> He's Alec this week. Okay. Well, he did have a 78% route share. So, he has fully overtaken Calvin Ridley. Uh we saw it
26:46kind of week one, Ridley was slightly ahead. Week two, they pulled even and now in week three, I Manor was out
26:53there. Poor Calvin Ridley. 27% route share. Feels like maybe a trade's coming on that front.
26:58>> About the same, man. Kansas City and Indie are just the two teams that could really use a Calvin Ridley or Jerry
27:03Judy. Both the Titans and Browns have these younger guys that clearly want to get involved. Instead, let's make it happen at some point. So, only other
27:10thing I would throw out there to Tony Pard had 21 touches. So, this three for Taj Spears, but we did see Spears come
27:16in questionable and then he also had an ankle injury. And even just beyond all that, Dwayne, the snaps still remain fairly close between the two.
27:23>> Yeah, 54% snaps for Pard versus 46% for Spears. But we do have a three-game sample now where it's clearly they're
27:29show they both have roles, right? Pard's getting the early down work. 81% of the carries today versus 14%. Spears getting out there on passing downs. 44% route
27:38share versus 33%. You mentioned that Spears came in and out of the lineup today. I will say Pard looked pretty good today. You know, he averaged 4.4
27:46yards per carry. We don't always get that. uh 12% of his carries went for 10 plus yards. So if you have a Tony Pard,
27:52you're not excited about it. You know that the Titans can often be trailing and then that leads to these scenarios where he can just get absolutely buried.
27:59So um yeah, like still a running back three for me, but Per did look a little better today. Moving right along, we had
28:06the Jaguars beat down the Patriots 35 to6. Jacksonville covering with ease as three-point faves. The underdig cash though at 46 12. So 317 and 315 total
28:17yards, but man saw a lot of turnovers, 3 to1 difference there. Jaguars are also eight for 12 on third downs while Drake
28:23man the Patriots just 4 for 12. So certainly did not help themselves at the margins. Uh yeah, over there in New
28:28England, but winners write the history book. So we will start off with Trevor Lawrence and company. Buck 82 and three scores through the air. Also chipped in
28:3625 rushing yards. His interception bounced off Brentton Strange's hand as well. So, we should not be blaming him for that. However, Dwayne, we should
28:43have gotten six more points in fantasy land from Trevor Lawrence because he was about to walk untouched into the end zone on a cool rushing score. And with
28:50eight minutes left in the game, he decided to go down at the oneyd line.
28:55Bashaw Tutin scored the next play anyway. And when they asked Tall after the game about this, he said, "Well, I probably should have actually gone in,
29:01but quote, I'm trying to support the Bashaw Tutin fantasy people out there."
29:05So, thank you. I guess Trevor, depending on who you had on your fantasy squad.
29:10But hey, moral of the story, Trevor Lawrence, aside from last week, has been playing a lot like one of the best
29:15quarterbacks in all of football in both real life and fantasy. Good to see him get back on track again against a New
29:20England Patriots defense. That is certainly, you know, a group to be reckoned with.
29:23>> Yeah, I mean, looking really good. We just need Trevor Lawrence to be in more shootouts. The Jaguars defense is also
29:28looking better. It helps whenever you play the Patriots who are not looking good at all on offense this year, but 19.8 8 PPR point or 19.8 fantasy points
29:36today from Lawrence. So yeah, you were happy with the three touchdowns. Not a ton of yardage in this particular game.
29:41But as far as the receivers that he got involved, we did see Jacobe Myers come through with 19.4 fantasy points today.
29:47Ian continues to play in a full-time role. 94% route share. I know a lot of folks have really written him off, but
29:52like he's the guy playing the second most to Parker Washington right now. And we know that Jacobe Meyers is actually a
29:57decent receiver. You don't feel great about him in fantasy guys. Like he's a wide receiver three. You know, sometimes we're going to have him in the wide
30:03receiver four territory, but they clearly are going with Washington and Meyers as their two main guys. Brian Thomas Jr. 48% of the routes today, and
30:11he's splitting with Cameron, the rookie, 29% route share for him. Travis Hunter played 13%. So BTJ actually has played good the first two weeks, was just in a
30:20part-time role, dealing with that shoulder injury a little bit as well.
30:23But man, like you just can't have him anywhere in your lineups right now with it. just, you know, this is two weeks in
30:28a row where his routes have been, you know, he hasn't had a he hadn't had one yet where he's got to 80%. So, you're
30:33looking at a 50 to 70% route share kind of roll for BTJ, which is really tough.
30:37Uh Washington 97% route share. That was after we got to 92% last week. So, all the beat reports about Parker Washington
30:46not coming off the field and training camp and all those things, they do look to be true. Led the team again, Ian, 30
30:52freaking% target share uh for Parker Washington. didn't have a huge day, but he did get the touchdown for you in the
30:57fantasy box score. So, you're good.
30:59Like, you know, if if your dud game, right, is going to be a game like what we had from Parker Washington today,
31:05you're going to feel pretty good about that. You still got 13 fantasy points.
31:08>> Chopwood, Carrie as always. Hilarious play sequence though to get him that touchdown. First, we saw backtoback incompletions in the end zone from Tall
31:17to Parker Washington. Then, they actually connected on one that got nullified on I think like an illegal shift penalty. But what happened? T all
31:24threw it back to him and man, what a diving catch from Parker Washington. The nullified touchdown was great as well, man.
31:29>> Yes, >> Jaguars cost himself some money not getting this dude signed before the season, man, because he is playing out
31:34of his mind and has been for the better part of the last eight plus games he has been out there. So, love to see it from
31:39Parker Washington. He will again be a wide receiver one at least in my ranks here next week against the Bengals. I
31:45don't think Christian Gonzalez was out there shattering him the whole time. I I know they had some matchups. I saw a
31:50short catch for Parker, but something to keep in mind. And I do not think he'll be getting the DJ Turner treatment next
31:54week. Just very, very rare for someone who spends about half their time in the slot to actively see another number one
32:00quarterback go ahead and have that assignment. So, good stuff on Parker.
32:03And yeah, you mentioned Jacobe as well.
32:05Cool touchdown in the back of the end zone. I'm pretty sure that all 22 film is going to sing. Tall is always good
32:10for one of those every few weeks, man.
32:11Really has put some very, very fun throws on film. Uh Brentton Strange caught this three of five targets for 32 yards. We kind of know we're getting
32:18there. You mentioned Travis Hunter not having a bigger role even though we are led to believe he might. Did catch a
32:23pass in the end zone. Unfortunately, that was while he was playing defense.
32:26But other big point here, Dwayne, would be a great game from Bashalt Tutin.
32:30Every single efficiency metric or study I try to do to help quantify running back play. It's got Kenneth Walker number one and more times than not
32:38Dwayne Bashaw Tuton is number two. He looked good out THERE AGAIN TODAY. HE must have put three or four Jack uh not
32:44Jaguars, three or four Patriots like in the freaking turf as he was going out of bounds and said, "You know what? I'm
32:49going to go ahead and just put lower my shoulder here one last second." So again, made the most out of his
32:53opportunities. Got that touchdown after Trevor Lawrence went down. I know Chris Rodriguez is still doing his thing. He scored a goal line touchdown as well.
33:00And hey, we want our running backs to be playing more than 48% of the snaps like Tuton did today. But I just look at this
33:06offense, man. We love the Jaguars. I believe in Bashaw Tuton's talent. And based on everything we've seen through three weeks, I mean, he looks like a
33:13really freaking good football player.
33:15And I'm just not worried about Crodquent Allen or Amir Abdullah. And based on the overall touch discrepancy, man, I don't think that we should be. So Balt, he's
33:24someone where again, for now, I get it.
33:25We got to rank as more of a low-end RB2.
33:27But I wouldn't be surprised at all for looking this at this dude as a top 10 running back down the stretch.
33:32>> Yeah, I mean, if he gets more work, look great. Like you said, 4.9 yards uh per carry today. You talked about his
33:38explosiveness, like all the different things, the yards after contact, it's all there. Uh, but it was the same role.
33:4354% of the rushing attempts, he had 15.
33:46Uh, when you look at the Jaguars today, you know, the way that this game script ultimately worked out for them, they
33:51they only dropped back to pass. Well, that was the Patriots 57%. The Jaguars dropped back to pass 50% of the time.
33:57So, they were running the ball on 50% of plays. Now, the Jaguars are an offense that can build leads, so you're going to
34:02probably get, you know, a decent amount of games like this. uh 50% of the snaps inside the five, the other 50% obviously
34:08went to Chris Rodriguez. They both scored touchdowns from inside the five yard line. Thank you Trevor Lawrence for allowing Toutin to do that. But 17 PPR
34:15points. So I agree like Toutton like there I don't have the doubt at all around the talent. It's just that they
34:21do continue to use these other three guys. And so until they stop doing that, we're going to have to rank him as a
34:26low-end running back too. But if they ever decide that, wow, Tuton's just our guy and we're going to give him 65%, you
34:32know, of the attempts or maybe one of these other players, you know, misses time for a little while, >> he is a guy that could very quickly
34:37climb our ranks if if we knew that he was getting a 55% snapshare. Basel Tutin is a guy we would be ranking in our top
34:4312.
34:44>> So again, I wouldn't even classify him as a buy low because I I mean, he's playing fine. And I don't think Bashalt
34:49Toutin managers are freaking out about having him or anything like that. But if you can just buy him for where he's at,
34:54man. I would like to have Bashalt Tuten on my fantasy football team at this point in time. So again, congrats to
34:59Jaguars playing some good football. And again, get your popcorn ready for that matchup in Cincinnati next week.
35:04Meanwhile, Drake maybe and the Patriots, all those folks, Dwayne, that were clamoring about him being a product of the schedule, I don't know. They're
35:13looking pretty good right now. All right, two more interceptions today, not good ones. He took three sacks. He lost a fumble that literally was him just
35:20throwing the ball and then empty-handed.
35:22The arm hasn't looked great all season long. Even last year, man, including the playoffs, I understand did not go great for him. Patriots made the Super Bowl,
35:29but just wasn't the best statistical performances by Drake May along the way.
35:33Even with that, every single game that Drake May played in last year, he scored at least 10 fantasy points. I think it
35:38was more like 12 or 13. He has gone three straight games with under 10 fantasy points. man, he did have like an
35:4518-yard touchdown run that got nullified, but you know, sometimes those touchdowns are called back for a reason.
35:50So, really, really tough stuff. I'd like to I don't think last year was a fugazi.
35:55I think Drake May is a good quarterback, but man, next week in Buffalo, we've already been tanking Drake May down the
36:01ranks and without AJ Brown coming back anytime soon, like it's really tough for me to expect an imminent bounce back.
36:07>> Yeah, I don't really have anything to add, man. Like, it's looked terrible.
36:10Uh, he needs AJ Brown back. There's really no weapons like that. give us like uh you know any sort of inkling of
36:15hope in the short term. I mean like >> honestly most of the receivers on the Patriots wouldn't be wide receiver threes on most NFL teams, right? And
36:24they're having to run them out there as they're wide receiver ones, twos, and threes. And that's not to totally excuse May to your point. Like he hasn't looked
36:31good. Like he's still pushing the ball down the field. Like that's a thing that will eventually lead to fantasy points, but right now it's all just leading to
36:36turnovers [laughter] and that's not ideal. And also [snorts] just not doing a ton on the ground today. two scrambles for 17 yards, one design rush for one
36:44yard, and that's kind of what usually bells you out. But yeah, 3.8 fantasy points. I think I had Drake May this
36:49past week at QB 15 or 16. He he'll be a mid-range quarterback too for me, like kind of just depending on the matchups
36:55and stuff, but there might be weeks where we're ranking him even lower than that. Ian, >> Matt Collins was a leading receiver
37:01today. Caught six of nine targets for 87 yards. Had a chance at a touchdown. I'll be curious to see if the overlords at
37:06PFF called a drop or not. It did go off the fingertips, but he had to kind of sky up to get it in the first place. Did
37:12have a nice route on Travis Hunter and then actually stiff armed him for a couple more yards. So, Matt Collins doing the damn thing. I know I'm in a
37:18couple leagues where it's like 14 teams.
37:20You got to start three wide receivers and another three flexes. That's a situation for M. Collins, but that's about it. And Romeo Dobs, man, what are
37:27we doing? We talked about it last week as well where B the heavy majority of his yards came on these two kind of
37:32busted coverage extended plays, which there is an element of being on the same page with your quarterback when the play breaks down. I'm not trying to, you
37:38know, completely damn Dobs for it, but just three straight games, man, of me being underwhelmed that you paid this guy $70 million and we just can't get
37:47anything easy on the offense for him.
37:49>> Yeah, the Patriots, I mean, look, like it was with Bellichic and it's just continued on. They struggle with the receiver stuff. I think AJ Brown, like
37:55if healthy is going to be fine, I think we all agree on that. Uh, but like can he stay healthy? Is the knee okay? But
38:01yeah, do 73% route share today. It gave you 7.9 PPR points on a 13% target share. I mean, you get paid that kind of
38:08money and then AJ Brown is out of the lineup and there's really nothing standing in your way. Clearly, you know, they're just not on the same page. And
38:16like, how how can you get that money and not have a 90% route share when AJ Brown is out? Like, you know.
38:22>> Well, also Dwayne, like again, we've watched these guys for years. I get it.
38:25But I like doing the whole, hey, we trap an alien and force them to watch Patriots games. I don't know if an alien
38:31would rate Dobs as a top three receiver on the Patriots, even with AJ Brown out.
38:35>> Yeah. Yeah, we can move on. Like you you don't want you don't want Romeo Dobs.
38:38You don't want any of these guys anywhere near your f fantasy lineup. M.
38:41Collins gave you 14.7 today, but you can't trust that. You don't want any of these players.
38:46>> Dear Douglas was open for a 33 yard touchdown, but you'll never guess.
38:50Didn't get a catchable ball from Drake May. Also know Kyle Williams had a 34 yard catch. Unfortunately though could not stay in bounds and then the Patriots
38:57couldn't capitalize and score a touchdown on what should have been again a score for the speedy secondyear talent. Hunter Henry just five scoreless
39:04yards out there as well and I don't even think Eli Raridan was a factor. So very very disappointing to trust any Patriots
39:10pass catcher at the moment.
39:13>> Okay. [snorts] Yeah. So come on Henry.
39:14This was supposed to be a game for that.
39:16>> And then we move to Henry >> God. And then we move to the backfield where Yeah. the week three uh week two I
39:23should say. Trayvon Henderson takeover.
39:25Dwayne, not so much of a takeover. Back to being most of the Raandre Stevenson show.
39:29>> Yeah, you just don't want either of these guys right now either. Like I don't want them anywhere in my lineups.
39:343.9 PPR points today for Hendo, 6.8 for Stevenson. He did lead the way with 53% of the snaps versus 35% for Henderson.
39:42They basically split the rushing workload, but it was Raandre out there on passing downs. And Raandre got 100% of the snaps. All three of three inside
39:51the five. you did not have Trevian out there. So, Trevian's not getting passing down work, not getting carries uh inside or opportunities inside the five yard
39:58line and an offense that's already bad.
40:00You literally are just depending on one big play. We kind of thought, well, maybe last week, you know, you get the
40:05fumble, you get Reandre off the field, you do come out and Henderson maybe just takes over at least like as the main guy
40:10on the ground. And we didn't have that ultimately play out today. They were still splitting it. And it was so bad
40:15like we have Charlie Ker getting attempts at the end of the game because the Patriots are getting destroyed.
40:21>> NFL high seven turnovers for Drake made to start this season. Not great, Bob.
40:27Moving along. Fun game here. Commanders took down the Seahawks 33-31. And they now have the NF NFL championship belt.
40:34Dwayne, there's actually a website that tracks this, but I love the idea. It's the um Oh my god, what do they call
40:40what's the name for the the boxer who never loses their belt, you know, in the ring? Do you know what I'm talking
40:44about?
40:45>> I don't know what it's called. I'm terrible at stuff like that.
40:48>> Oh, I'll figure this out.
40:50>> That's probably a great point, Ian.
40:53>> That's it. That's it. So, like if you're if you're Muhammad Ali and you just you walk away, you're like, I'm not
40:58fighting, but they named George Foreman the heavyweight champ, but he doesn't actually beat Muhammad Ali. Muhammad Ali would still be considered the lineal
41:05heavyweight champ. So now, Dwayne, the lineal champ of the NFL is the Washington Commanders. So give it up for Marcus Mariota and company for again the
41:13dub. Hilarious kind of underlying stats.
41:15Again, total yardage was actually in favor of the Seahawks. 437 to 258, but yards don't win games, points win games.
41:23And again, credit to Commanders for winning outright as eight and a half point dogs and giving us a fun game, man. Smash that over at 40 and a half
41:29points. So Marcus Mariota, he was someone where we were telling you guys again last week, dealing with some of those injuries at quarterback. I did not
41:36think he was going to pull this rabbit out of his hat and actually take down the Seahawks with not one, not two, but
41:40three passing touchdowns, but continues to look good, man. And you look at these underlying numbers that for a lot of quarterbacks again, if we had a rookie
41:49with Marcus Mariota's EPA per drop back and completion percentage over expected and success rate, we'd be saying, "My god, this looks like one of the top 10,
41:57top 15 quarterbacks in the NFL." Because it's more of a veteran who we've seen for longer. I get it that we don't crown
42:02Mariota like that, but man, he's played really good for the better part of the last three years. He looked good here.
42:07He's got a couple different places to go with the ball. Terry McLaren, Stefon Diggs, Antonio Williams. Next week, man, it's going to be a London kickoff 9:30
42:15a.m. We're back to doing that here in week four. But Commanders against the Colts next week, I don't know if I'm
42:20going to be able to squeeze Mariota in my top 12, but I'll tell you one thing, Dwayne. He's gonna be ranked ahead of
42:23Drake May and Justin Herbert. [laughter] >> Well, they give you 20.4 fantasy points today. So, I think that alone outscores uh Drake May for the season. Probably
42:32not for the season on Herbert, but not too far off. Yeah. Uh yeah. I mean, look, three touchdowns, zero picks today, uh five rushing attempts for 11
42:40yards, which that's another category where we know like really Mariota can come through more uh than just what we got today. So, yeah, I mean, look, he
42:48he's the archetype of player that's going to always have a chance to be a low-end QB1 pretty much in any matchup.
42:53and he obviously outperformed that today against the Seattle Seahawks. It >> doesn't sound like Daniels is going to be out that long. Obviously, they didn't
43:01put him on IR for a reason and we're hearing kind of the three-week variety.
43:04So, I mentioned they got the Colts next week, then they got the Giants, then they got the 49ers, and then they have a
43:09week seven buy. So, again, I would not be surprised if they take it easy and they go ahead and say, "Wait till after
43:14the buy, Daniels." So, hey, could be a good couple weeks here of having a legit QB1 as a streaming option. Otherwise,
43:20shout out Terry McLaren. 77 yards and a touchdown coming off again a sheishville week two where he could have had so much
43:26more going against the Cowboys. Stefon Diggs had a little bit of a let down here just 33 scoreless yards. Still seemed more good than bad from him.
43:32Antonio Williams though, Dwayne, just two catches on four targets for 15 yards. He's another one of these guys where when you look at the separation
43:39scores and these underlying stuff and the, you know, targets per route run.
43:42Antonio Williams is popping in a major way, but it doesn't seem like they're still yet willing to give the rookie a
43:47full-time role.
43:48>> Yeah. So, he's the third, he's the wide receiver three right now. routes went down from where they were last week,
43:5229%. And the trade-off with Stefon Diggs did go up. Had a even though Stefon Diggs gave you 7.3 fantasy points today.
43:59He had a 77% route share in this game.
44:01That is a season high for him. You know how these things go. They can kind of be up and down a little bit. It can be
44:06games uh plan specific. It can be based on how the game scripts going. So, I don't think we can lock Diggs into this
44:11full-time role. But I will say the biggest issue I have with Diggs this year is like that before this he had
44:18like a 54% route share which you can be really great. It's going to be hard to score a lot of fantasy points on that
44:23over the course of the season. So at least something we're monitoring if Diggs were to get in this 75 80% range.
44:29I would feel much more comfortable ranking him as a a wide receiver three with wide receiver two upside on a weekly basis. So we'll keep an eye on
44:36that. And then the rest of these guys was just a complete rotation. I don't think there's really anything to hit here. Trayon Burks obviously did catch
44:42the touchdown which we love to see. He was the wide rece. He was technically the wide receiver three today. He ran
44:47more routes actually than Antonio Williams.
44:50>> Commanders are getting a little bit of like a Minnesota Vikings vibe. I don't think they're they're like a middle class man's version of it. They're
44:57blitzing a lot. They got Sunny Styles roaming around the middle. Like they're doing a really good job stopping other teams run games, but they can't hold up
45:04in the secondary, Dwayne. So just again continue to circle the Commanders as a team that you want to be starting wide
45:09receivers and pass options against. And at the other side of that coin when we are seeing the Commanders giving up a
45:14lot of points repeatedly, they keep finding themselves in these pretty fantasy friendly shootouts. So way more encouraging offense I would say than I
45:20was expecting this year particularly after a bit of a letown in week one.
45:23Seeing some fantasy points in Washington, man. Life could certainly be worse. And again, congrats to them on the W. Speaking of that run game though,
45:30it was Bill Crosky Meritt really leading the way with 20 combined rushes and targets. Rashad White had just nine.
45:36That said, it did seem a little bit closer in the snap share as well. And we also did see Rashad White briefly leave
45:40with a shoulder injury.
45:42>> Yeah. Uh the one thing I would say with the commanders, like real quick, overall on offense, it's like they've just got
45:46to get their offensive line like going.
45:48Like that that's the big problem for them right now. They're not creating running lanes for their running backs.
45:52And then they're also not holding up.
45:54Today there was a 54% pressure rate on Marcus Mariota.
45:57>> Highest on the week. Yeah, >> highest on the week. So come on Commanders, we have got to get Now they've battled some injuries. they've
46:03they've been unlucky a little bit. They tried to address the offensive line, but you also had Sam Cosm out this week.
46:08That was really their best remaining offensive line. So, linemen. So, well, hopefully they get healthier, right? And and if that were to be the case, then I
46:16do agree with you like there might be, you know, some fantasy value to be had.
46:20You already mentioned, you know, what Terry Lauren did, but in the run game today, it was, you know, JaKoRiitt in the same role. 59% of the rushing
46:26attempts. He's the lead guy or sorry, 68% of the rushing attempts. He is the lead guy on the ground. He had 19
46:32rushing attempts uh in a game where they were able where they were either close or they're able to be in a lead.
46:37Unfortunately, only came through with 5.3 fantasy points. That's because he had 1.9 yards per carry. And I don't think you can put all of that on JCM.
46:44Again, I think a lot of that really does come back to this offensive line. It was Rashad White playing more of the passing
46:51down role today, Ian. Uh and he did come through with 11.3 fantasy points in the box score for you. But it's basically
46:58JCM early down work, Rashad White getting the receiving work. I'll say the biggest positive you saw today was no Katron Allen. So it was really down to
47:05these two guys instead of three.
47:07>> And that was my big takeaway, too. We can live with two back committees in the year 2026. Three and four is where it
47:12gets complicated. And that's honestly something we've seen out of this Washington backfield here in recent years. So I don't know that either
47:18Crossky Merritt or Shaw Wire going to be blowing up here anytime soon. But again, you could do worse than having either
47:22guy on your flex, particularly once we start having uh by weeks come and messing up all of our best laid plans.
47:28Meanwhile, for the Seahawks, Sam Darnold back in action and back to doing some big things at least on the stat sheet.
47:33279 passing yards, four touchdowns, two to Jackson Smith and Jigba, who had like a casual 10 catch, 128 yard day. Dwayne,
47:41they don't call him the Emerald City route artist for nothing out here. JSN doing big things looking a lot like again one of the better picks you could
47:48have made in round one. Darnold did have two picks, the second of which was a pick six to effectively end the game.
47:53But man, you know, it's a situation where he looked good out there. We've known Sam Darnold has QB1 upside. The problem I have, Dwayne, is expecting him
48:00to throw the ball 45 times a game. We usually see the Seahawks having a lead because of their awesome defense and
48:06being able to lead on the run. But on the other side of things, like you look at this run game, they don't want to
48:10give the ball to Jarian Price. They put him in the doghouse, I guess, after having a second fumble in backto-back weeks. George Alani and Emanuel Wilson
48:17can't get anything going. and they're both averaging under 3.5 yards per carry on the year. I just wonder, man, if Sam
48:23Darnold could low-key be almost doing a Jordan Love impression where it's like nothing else is working for this team, so all of a sudden you have to pass the
48:30ball more.
48:31>> Yeah, it's just that they have such a good defense and I do think they want to remain committed to the run game. But I
48:35do agree like they're they don't really have anything going. Like Jadarian Price is is clearly their most explosive player, but they don't trust him right
48:42now. Uh, but we've seen this, man, and we saw this last year in the games where the Seahawks did happen to get into
48:47these shootouts. Darnold came through.
48:49It's just hard to pinpoint when they're going to happen. 27.7 fantasy points today for Darnold. 60 69% completion rate. 8.4 yards per attempt
48:58with 379 yards, four touchdowns. You did mention the two picks. One of them obviously late in the game when you're just really trying to force something to
49:05happen there. So it it if we can if we could ever pinpoint the games where we thought it would be a shootout like
49:11Darnold would be a guy that we would really like. It's just really problematic trying to do so. But but I do agree like the running back room is
49:17kind of enough of a mess right now that maybe we get a little bit more passing than what we thought from Darnold when
49:22we first started this season. I keep waiting for Darren Price break out. It's been three weeks. That's facts not lost on me. But man, ball security, job
49:31security, I get it. It's just such an underwhelming group of dudes ahead of him. This isn't Trayvon Henderson versus Raandre last year, Dwayne, where even if
49:38we selfishly wanted Tayvon to take over, you know, we look at the numbers and like Raandre still is playing pretty good. I don't think anyone any
49:47linebacker in their life has seen Emanuel Wilson or George freaking Helani across the ball and like had an ounce of fear actually come through him, at least
49:54at the NFL level. Okay, I know I'm being a bit of a dick here, but Wilson, Helani are 0 for eight on rushing touchdowns
50:01inside the five yard line. Man, it's and the yards per carry aren't there even outside the five yard line. So, it's
50:06just unfortunate, man. Aidarian Price closer to that RB20 mark this week, hoping that we were going to see an elevated role and that we were going to
50:14see ideally the Seahawks run away with this game as they were favored to do so.
50:18Obviously, neither of those things happen. So, don't want to give up on Price. I would say because again going back to the whole Scatabo, Tutin, even
50:26Travis Echan who got injured and we'll talk about that, but we can't buy Price based on what his role has been. I would
50:32like to buy him on what his role could become, but the freaking Zack Charbanet size elephant in the room is the fact
50:37that who knows if he's gonna have a chance to really take off in the second half once Char gets back in the picture.
50:42>> Yeah, I mean the longer Price struggles, right? And the closer we get to Sharps returning, the more likely it is that
50:47Charbs is the lead back whenever he returns. And that is the challenge. But I do agree like the the only two running
50:52backs you really want to have on your roster from this room will be Charbanet and Jadarian Price. So Price is going to
50:58have to get it going quick though. like like he can't mess around for another week or two and then because we're
51:02getting reports now that Charbanet might be back sooner than what we originally thought. So, he's going to have to put his foot on the gas. Only 27% of the
51:09snaps today, 36% to Wilson, 36% to Helani. So, it's just it's a really gross trio right now. And I I don't
51:17think there's a way to have Jadarium Price right now anywhere near your fantasy lineups. But I do agree if I'm trying to buy one running back from this
51:24room, it would still be Jadarian Price.
51:27So again, wouldn't be going out of my way to do it, but again, every player has a price. We'll see what we end up
51:32getting from Mr. Jarian Price himself behind Jackson Smith and Jigal obviously doing his thing. We saw Rashid Shahed have two catches for 14 yards. Cooper
51:40Cup caught a wideopen touchdown. Also Tory Horton three catches for 48 yards.
51:44Even AJ Barner Dwayne caught five of nine targets for a very nice 69 yards.
51:48Anyone moving the needle for you? We have seen a couple nice games from Barner at this point. But the thing is
51:52like tight ends just so deep. I don't know about you, but like I was ranking confidently 18 or 19 guys. So, it's it's
51:58nothing against Barner and clearly he went out there and did his thing. He had the tush push touchdown in week two. I
52:03he's fine. I just struggle to think that he's actually going to be someone we're like wanting to start given the depth of
52:08the position.
52:09>> Yeah, this is a situation where the pass rate right that was, you know, really ramped up for Seahawks this week like
52:16just really lifted everyone else. We know JSN's typically going to do his thing did again with 35.4 for fantasy points, but we saw Cooper Cup get in on
52:24the action. He scored a touchdown, scored 14.6 PPR points, 77% route share.
52:28Rasheed Shahed out there back in a part-time role Ian after last week playing over Cooper Cup. He was at 49% routes. And then you mentioned the tight
52:35ends. Barner did have a 77% route share.
52:38That was a season high, but again, I think it really comes back to the way this game worked and that's how you got
52:43your 11.9 PPR points. So, no, Barner for me, I'll still be keeping him as a low-end tight end, too. Not going to be
52:49moving Cup up, not moving. I'll be moving Shahed down uh after this news.
52:53So, it's really just JS or bust in my opinion in this uh in this receiving core.
52:58>> Seahawks will be taking on the Chargers next week. Just what Justin Herbert needs to uh get back on track. Next up,
53:04guys, we have the Steelers taking on the Bengals 30 to 27. Pittsburgh winning outright as three and a half point dogs.
53:09The overcash here at 42 and a half.
53:11Aaron Rogers, man, not saying he's even a good quarterback at this point in his career, but he still can't throw a
53:16pretty football when given the benefit of a clean pocket. We saw that on the nice ball to Ben Squanneck for a de
53:22facto tight end touchdown. Okay, I know we call Ben a wide receiver, but he was used as a fullback. Cool play design by
53:27Mike McCarthy. Ran up the middle and was able to get free. Also got a touchdown of DK Mechaf after two Bengals defenders
53:33ran into each other in the end zone. And then finally had the third touchdown go to one Roman Wilson. So had some misses
53:39as well. Mechaf had a trunk play.
53:41Probably could have even been a 30 plus yard touchdown if he makes a guy miss.
53:44Rogers couldn't put it on him. Also saw Pat Frymouth open on a bit of a scramble play again. Bad throw from Rogers. So
53:50far from perfect, but I was looking at the Steelers offense after a couple weeks, Dwayne, and just wondering if we were going to be in a situation where
53:56who knows if Rogers even keeps the job.
53:58And is this going to be a group that we're kind of talking in the same breath as a team like the Titans, at least for
54:03one week, against a Bengals defense, man, that looked really damn good in the first two weeks of the year. Pittsburgh got back to looking like they did last
54:09year. an average offense and we can live with an average offense in fantasy land when we have a consolidator around guys
54:15like Jaylen Warren and DK Metaf.
54:17>> Yeah. And I mean we got us our two out of three games now we've had Rogers pushing the ball down the field. 10.5
54:22average depth of target a day for Rogers last week it really plummeted. You know we saw him getting blown up. It was kind
54:27of back are we back to like the checkown version of Rogers after what we had seen in week one which I think is like
54:32average depth of target that week was like 9.8. So now two out of three games we've seen that the design of the
54:38offense is to try to push the ball vertically down the field. You got it with Metaf and then you got Roman Wilson
54:43doing his thing as well from the slot.
54:45So yeah, I agree with you. Like I think that Aaron Rogers is good enough uh right now to help support a couple of
54:50weapons. Metaf today did score the touchdown. 12.1 PPR points, guys. Did not leave the field. 100% route participation rate for the third week in
54:58a row. Only a 16% target share today with five, but had that 15.4 average depth of target. hit that gave him 77
55:04error yards. So, as Metaf can eventually, you know, Ian, get out of this gauntlet schedule of cornerbacks.
55:10Like, he does have a different role than what he used to have, running a lot more inbreaking routes. They're doing some
55:15interesting stuff. Like, even moving him into the slot some. How about that? 20% of his snaps today came from the slot.
55:2120% of his targets came on play action.
55:23So, I think that Metaf is one of these guys like if you would scheme him up right and like really make him like the
55:28centerpiece of your offense and give him these opportunities on like inb breakakers and stuff behind linebackers in front of safeties, nobody wants to
55:35deal with this guy, man. Like getting him the ball in space and unfortunately Metaf's never really got to play that role in his career. He's been stuck on
55:41the boundary just working vertical. So, I think long term for this season like there really are positives for Metaf. I could see a world if Aaron Rogers stays
55:48upright. We get through another four or five weeks and we're suddenly like, you know, Metaf's a wide receiver too every week in our rank. So, I think there
55:56definitely is potential there. Not saying to buy yet on Metaf, like the schedule's still pretty rough for a few more weeks, but coming out of that, if
56:04he's just kind of doing what he's doing now, right? You know, scoring like anywhere between eight and 14 fantasy points per game, that might be the time
56:10to strike and make a trade for DK Metaf.
56:13>> You mentioned the schedule. get Denzo Warden, the Browns on Thursday Night Football here coming up and then South Gardner and the Colts after that. Not
56:20saying it's going to be 100% routes against those two sub quarterbacks and Mechaf did go for 95 yards and a touchdown in his only game against the
56:26Browns last season, but I'm with you.
56:28Probably be more of a buy low recommendation for me after a couple more weeks. Jaylen Warren, no Rico D, if my numbers are right, Dwayne, 90% snap
56:37rate. Went out there and did his thing.
56:39127 rushing yards, had another 49 receiving yards. looked great, but man, the performance could have been even bigger. He had an 87yd chunk run, man.
56:47Nullified on a hold by Metaf. And I don't know, man. When I think of a hold, there was holding on every single play.
56:53I want to see the player actively try to disengage. And of course, you see the cloth being held. That's a hold. I It
56:59seemed pretty iffy to me. I don't know if he caught the play, but regardless, 87 yard trunk run nullified. And then on
57:05the same drive, even worse for fantasy points, 30-yard run. Looks like he's about to score. No one between him and the end zone. And that freaking turf
57:12monster just came out and freaking grabbed Jaylen Warren's ankle about 15 yards away from the end zone. So I don't think again fantasy managers are going
57:19to be complaining about the 20 plus PPR points that we got here from Mr. Warren and he's going to be moving up even
57:24higher in the ranks than we had this week now that we know the Pittsburgh Steelers are one willing to give him
57:29this workhorse role and two not looking like one of the very worst offenses in the NFL. So all good news for Jaylen
57:35Moore and Dwayne. I mean, hell, in a they're playing the Browns, which I wouldn't say is a layup matchup, but it's not one I'm too scared of. Like, if
57:43you're putting your ranks out there and you got Jaylen Warren RB12, I'm not going to call you crazy.
57:47>> Yeah. I mean, we'll see what happens, you know, uh, with Dowel, but the big thing for Warren today is he was also
57:52playing through a shoulder injury and it didn't seem to limit him all. You know, he was limited all last week, but you
57:56mentioned it. Yes, your stats are correct, Ian. 90% snapshare, 85% of the rushing attempts at 17 totes on the day had all the work inside the five. Eli
58:04Hidenrike was not active in this game.
58:06So really, you just had uh you know, Travis Homer was like the really only competition for him in the back.
58:13>> Lou Nichols the third.
58:14>> Yeah, Lou Nichols did have a 5% snap share today, guys. Sorry Lou Nichols family. I'll make sure to do better next
58:19time. Watch watch the film and do better. Uh but you know, with Warren again, 20.6 fantasy points today. The uh fantasy life like the projection model
58:28had him with a 24 and a half ceiling. To your point, he would have actually blown that away if it wasn't for those two
58:33plays. the holding play and then the turf monster getting him. Like this guy was on his way. What I guess that would
58:38have been like another 28 that would have been 34 potentially 40 fantasy points today from Jaylen Warren. Uh 13% target share, 100% of the two-minute
58:49offense. He had two screen passes as well. So yeah, just really getting him involved, but 18% of his carries went for 10 plus yards today. So yes, the
58:56chunk plays were absolutely there.
58:59>> Final notes here. Aaron Rogers did throw a pick. It did go off of Roman Wilson's hands though. So again, that's why I do
59:04the interception doctor part of the shish report. Back-to-back weeks for Rogers unfortunately has had an interception be of no fault to his own.
59:10And then it was a disappointing day for Pat Fry. Just 30 scoreless yards. But again mentioned he was open deep. Just
59:15Rogers couldn't put it on him. Ended up being a day where Darnell Washington was more productive. 67 yards including a just vintage beast mode 47 yard catch
59:23and run. Was it still with Muth at 70% plus routes though Dwayne?
59:27>> No, he came down today. Uh it was more it wasn't beat by Washington, but they were in more of that split role that we
59:33saw earlier in the year and in the preseason. 64% routes for Muth, 58% for the Mountain Darnell Washington.
59:42That's a very fitting nickname. So again, congrats to the Steelers on the dub. I don't know. It's a It's a Thursday night football game against the
59:49Browns. They're playing some good football between both those teams. I'm going to I'm going to be excited. I Lord knows we'll be wishing that we could
59:54watch Steelers and Browns, you know, come March and April. So, let's all do our best to put a smile on and
59:59appreciate that one. Meanwhile, for the Cincinnati Bengals, seemed like it was just a matter of time for them to go ahead and go ahead and get that W. But
60:06Joe Burrow unfortunately got strip sacked at the end and could not get the ball back. But 282 yards in a trio of
60:12scores. He found Jamar Chase, T.
60:13Higgins, and Mike Jiki for touchdowns.
60:16Jamar Chase and T. Higgins were of the very fun and talented variety. 98 yards in a tut for Chase, 90 yards in a tut
60:22for T. Higgins. His catch in particular, man, just boxing out the defender in the end zone. That is a tough dude to try to
60:27win a 50-50 ball against. So, good stuff all the way around there. I will say in the Jiki one, it was a fourth down blown
60:33coverage, 25 yard touchdown. Was good to see him back out there because he briefly got sidelineed, but I would not be buying back into just based on this
60:40performance and saying, "Oh, yeah. Well, he was good in week one. Week two was a bit of a downturn, but two out of three
60:45good weeks. Still not exactly going out of my way to be hyped at all about Mike Jasiki." Dwayne, is that fair?
60:51>> Yeah, that's totally fair. Uh if you look at Gassiki today, 58% route share.
60:56You did have Colobby Young leave the game and so there were some additional wide receiver routes opened up and so Gassiki did play more from the slot
61:03today. So he essentially, you know, I don't know, like he was probably playing receiver on one out of every three snaps
61:09that he was out there, right, instead of tight end. So 12.7 fantasy points. You had the basically a busted coverage down
61:15the seam. Joe Burrow quickly saw it, got him the touchdown. Uh all the Steelers were pointing at you at each other like
61:21that was your guy. Uh clearly it was somebody's guy, but no one decided to go with him. So that led to the long
61:27touchdown reception today. So nothing else to really add here. Ian like Jamar Chase is Jamar Chase with 24.8 fantasy points. T Higgins gave you 21 fantasy
61:35points today. Also got out of that 80% route stuff that we'd seen the last two weeks again. Also had Andre Yoshas out
61:42of this game. So part of it is they just had less guys to rotate once Kobe Young went down, but it was a season high 95%
61:48route share today for T. Higgins. one end zone target, 94 airs for this man.
61:52Seven catch, seven targets, six catches, 90 yards and a touchdown. Dante Meyers was the wide receiver three for you guys that are in Ian's uh you know 400 man
62:01league. He had a 60% route share and a 21% targets per route run. So he's this guy that was kind of a surprising player
62:07to make the roster. I will say uh Yoshivas I think went on IR. So he's going to be out. We don't know how long
62:13Kobe Young will be out but Dante Meyers is just a name for you sickos to remember.
62:19I think Dante Myers actually is gonna be on the way Dwayne. So good shout and uh you know the two in one fighting hard it
62:24is in our 32 team league. Maybe just maybe we got room for him. Chase Brown not the best game in the world obviously
62:30but did still continue to command over 70% of the snaps. He's the clear RB1. I know it's been a little bit frustrating
62:35if you use the end of round one, early round two pick on Chase Brown, but couple tough matchups against some talented front sevens. Better days will
62:42be ahead, we assure you. Moving on, we had the Browns take down the Panthers 21-8. Cleveland now has a winning record
62:50for the first time since 2023. Maybe it's because Taylor Swift came out with a song about the city. I thought it was
62:55I thought it was freaking horrible, Dwayne. And that's just I'm not trying to be a hater, but I am going to be a
63:00hater for that song. I thought it was trash. Anyway, uh yeah, Cleveland winning outright as two and a half point dogs, undercash to 41 and a half.
63:08Panthers outgained the Browns 360 to 259, but they went 0 for three on fourth downs and the Browns went two for three.
63:14Didn't exactly see Deshawn Watson, you know, replicate his great performance in week two. 144 yards and a pair of scores both to Herold Fan after he just pretty
63:22much got wide open, but did see another 45 rushing yards. The Browns look like a competent organization and football team right now, which we have not been able
63:29to say, you know, more times than not in the past. Again, Browns Steelers on Thursday Night Football. I have Watson.
63:35I don't know, Dwayne. QB 22 this week.
63:37So higher than usual. I will not be beating that mark though against TJ Wat company next week.
63:42>> No. No. But I mean the the thing with Watson that he's doing uh is he's running. He had 11 rushing attempts
63:48today for 45 yards, 4.1 yards per carry.
63:51So like we are kind of seeing that old element of his game come back. Not necessarily the guy that's breaking the
63:56pocket and making huge plays. He did have a couple of plays where he broke the pocket and did make plays today. Um
64:02that the passing yards at 144 yards, 4.8 8 yards per attempt, but he was clean.
64:06Didn't throw a pick today. Two touchdown passes. We did see Shadur Sanders in there for one snap. He had one passing
64:12attempt as well. But I'll say this, like with Watson, it's like it's not pretty NFL-wise, but he is running enough, Ian,
64:19that I am probably going to start creeping him up the the ranks a little bit, like as long as he's out there
64:23because he's kind of going to be in that Mariota territory, right? He's probably going to they're going to run the ball a
64:28similar amount of time. They have some weapons we like. You might not think that. I mean, you're not expecting 300 yards passing, but they run the ball
64:35enough, right, to where it's gonna it's going to put them in the conversation for fantasy football. And I get it. It's
64:40gross, but it's three games in a row where he's ran the ball. So, uh, and Watson every week comes out, just so you
64:46guys know, behind the scenes, like we really try to automate as much as we can with the projection model. And I work
64:51with our data scientist, Alex, and he'll always be like, "I noticed you brought Deshawn Watson down." I'm like, "Yeah, I just have to manually. I just I mean, I
64:58can't I I can't I can't do it. But I'm going to have to start letting the projection model give him a little more.
65:02Ian, I don't think I'm going be able to dock him as much. Uh, but yeah, we always project the under on his passing
65:08yards, but I'm going to probably have to beef up the rushing just a little bit.
65:11>> 105 yards on the season. That only trails Caleb Williams, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson.
65:17>> Shocking but true, everyone. Deshun Watson's the QB 10 right now in total fantasy points. He has scored more >> He scored more fantasy points than Joe
65:25Burrow, Trevor Lawrence, and Jordan Love amongst >> you. to start him over Drake May and Justin Herbert. [laughter] >> You had to even think about it is what's
65:35hilarious about [laughter] the question.
65:37But I think you're right. I don't think I want to do it against TJ Watt and the Steelers. I I just
65:41>> I know.
65:41>> But Herbert's playing the Seahawks. We might do it.
65:44>> Oh yeah, we might do it. Good God.
65:47>> Good God.
65:48>> Chargers are Chargers are so depressing and we still have to talk about them.
65:51>> Mentioned Fannon getting the two touchdowns. Good to see again. Got left out there, but you know what? Hey, Harold Fannon back in the back in the
65:58good grades.
65:59>> Harold Fannon baller 87% routes and this is with them out there today using their 22 personnel 14% of the time. They use
66:0621 personnel 8% of the time. That was our only concern with Fannon. But and the fact that there's more guys to like
66:13really challenge for targets here. Uh but Fannon, man, like just a really good player. So, it's like you're just we we've obviously downgraded guys to to
66:21low-end tight end one territory, but like if you've got him, you're starting him and he can give you these kind of
66:26weeks. 24.1 fantasy points today with a 30% target share. Denzel Boston came back to earth, caught two of four targets for 41 yards. Casey Conception
66:36tied Harold Fannon with the team high nine targets. Unfortunately, only caught two of them for nine yards. So, you know, call me a hater, I didn't get the
66:42Browns Panthers game to crack my quad box, guys. So, I was at the, you know, at the uh arm length, whatever the word
66:49I'm looking for. I only saw them on red zone is what I'm trying to say. I think I saw it was Josh Norris tweeting that
66:54there were a lot of misses for KC that more were more so on Watson. I keep waiting for this breakout, Dwayne. I
67:00know there's a good football player in there somewhere. I thought this could maybe be the game against a Panthers defense that we didn't think all that
67:07much about. Just just tough to trust anyone this passing game. Not named Harold Fannon, but even then, we're talking about like a tight end n 10
67:13type. Well, look, I mean, Conpsion is going to have a game. We just can't tell you when. Like, the underlying data like
67:18it's all there. I mean, the guy only gave you 2.9 fantasy points today, but he had nine targets. You know, he tied
67:23Harold Fannon. Uh Casey Conpion, if you guys are looking for the silver lining, the wide receiver won 95% route share.
67:31So, he has buried Jerry Judy at this point. He's on the field. He's doing his thing. So, if you're in deeper leagues
67:37like Casey Conpsion, especially when our by-weeks and stuff start hitting, it's going to be there. and and they're going to iron out the connections on some of
67:43this stuff, but he's doing all the stuff that we want. He's in motion. His his targets are coming off of play action,
67:48getting to play from the slot. The one nitpick that I have with Conpsion that like really bothers me is like, and it's
67:55it's kind of like what we saw with Todd Monkin with Z Flowers that you and I used to complain about. We're like,
67:59"This guy can like really do everything, but they really are tethering him to the line of scrimmage." So, a 4.1 average
68:06depth of target, which that means, guys, he has to essentially, even once he makes the catch, do everything else on his own. And we're not in an offense
68:13that we just think is going to move the ball up and down the field and probably create all this space for him. So, that
68:18really is a challenge. I'm with the end.
68:20Massively talented talented guy. There are going to be boom weeks are going to come from him. So, I think the biggest
68:25thing we can say to you is don't cut Casey Conpsion. I mean, everything's ascending. The targets are ascending.
68:30The routes are ascending, but he's still in the Browns offense. You know, if Matthew Freriedman was on the show, that's what the wet blanket would say.
68:36He would say, "You guys are saying all this great stuff. He plays on the Browns." And we wouldn't really be able
68:40to argue with Friedman on that point.
68:42>> 3.8 yard average target on the season.
68:45Only Debo Samuel has a lower average target depth among 73 qualif.
68:50>> Yeah.
68:51>> To be to be fair though, Debo is at least averaging 14 yards per target. KC is at four. Like that's Quinton Johnson
68:56level. So, we got to see more from KC on his own, but I'm with you. Talented player. He's been three games into his
69:01career. Don't cut him.
69:02>> Still the Browns.
69:03>> Yeah, >> we'll see. Thursday Night Football.
69:05Cleveland Pittsburgh. Get your popcorn ready there. Quinnon Junkkins back to two catches. Was good to see him break a run for over 10 yards. I think he got 11
69:13on that massive jump. But really banged up Panthers front seven as well. I thought like if there was going to be a
69:18game for Quint John to get going and be at home against kind of a middling run defensive front seven that wasn't really
69:23scaring us. These numbers don't look great. I'll say that.
69:26>> Yeah. I mean, look, 9.9 PPR points. Uh, you're like, well, you know, I mean, at least I got didn't get a like nothing
69:32burger.
69:33>> The bar was low.
69:34>> The bar was low. 78% of the rushing attempts, but the snaps did come down, guys. 54% today. So, the last couple of
69:41weeks since the Dylan Samson injury that happened in week one, we saw Judkins getting more of the passing down work.
69:46That went to Raheem Sanders, who honestly looked good on his opportunities. He only had one rushing attempt. All the carries 78% still going
69:54to Quinnon but it was really Raheem Sanders starting to take over more of that passing down work. Rocket sorry and he looked like a rocket to be honest
70:02whenever he had uh >> whenever he was out there. So he did play they didn't use the two-minute offense today and it was like it wasn't
70:08like a huge delta 45% routes to Sanders and 37% to Judkins but we'd seen Judkins inching up towards that 50% route share.
70:16So yeah, not not not ideal for Quinn Sean Judkins. You know, borderline running back too. Raheem Sanders, you know, only if you guys are in a deep
70:24sicko league, but it does look like he's taken over Dylan Samson's role for now.
70:28Meanwhile, the Carolina Panthers came crashing back down to reality a little bit here. Bryce Young 291 yards, one touchdown, one pick on just 26 of 48
70:37passing though. This was a game where we saw Jaylen Coker unfortunately leave early with a quad injury. Again, per Dr.
70:43Jeff Mueller's early assessment could be of the longerterm variety guys. His projection is 3 to six weeks missed and his concern is that it could be a grade
70:51two quad strain. So Coker did say quote he does not think his injury is too serious but was coming into the game
70:57banged up. He's just kind of been constantly been on the injury report get better soon. Jaylen Coker unfortunately though Dwayne if you would have told us
71:03before this game that Jaylen Coker was going to be out of the picture. I'm pretty sure we would have been expecting
71:07much much more from Tedro McMillan than two catches for 17 yards on five targets out there. So, I know Denzel Ward is an
71:15absolute dog and he's going to make life tough. But man, T-Mac, can we get more yards than Bryson Tumine out here? Is
71:23that too much to ask?
71:24>> Yeah, I mean, look, and Bryce Young, like while he came back down to earth as far as like his completion rate and his
71:29yards per attempt and all those things, he still threw for 291 yards. And so you would think that Tedro McMillan would
71:35have had a bigger day. And one other real quick thing, if you guys did just get complete psycho this weekend and say
71:40screw Justin Herbert and screw Drake May, not like Bryce Young like went nuts, but he still outscored them with 13.6 fantasy points. So you did you did
71:48still get your call correct. And uh you know, for being ballsy, uh it paid off still because he he tripled he tripled
71:55what you got from Drake May today. Uh yeah. So, looking at the receiver room, you talked about Tech McMillan. Like, we
72:01know the playing time's there 96% of the routes, but only a 12% target share.
72:05What I'll say, guys, is look, if we think Bryce Young can continue to throw like we he's thrown for over 250 yards
72:11in all first three games, I will still be projecting Tedaro McMillan as being something we really want to have in our
72:16fantasy lineups moving forward. But, as I said, something called a Bryson Tmaine did outperform him today with 12.3 fantasy points. He's the guy that
72:24stepped in for Coker. Had an 80% route share. Xavier Legette was also inactive for this game, so that opened up this
72:31playing time. But hey, man, nice job by you, Bryson Tummaine, getting out in there and doing your thing. But he didn't have a great target share either.
72:36It was at 14%. So, this will be a uh most likely Ian Fugazi uh sort of situation. But if Bryson Tmaine goes off
72:44next week and it's not Tet McMillan and then we're four games in of seeing it be basically Coker, Coker, Tmaine, Tmaine,
72:52like we are going to have some very frustrated Tetero McMillan managers. And it's a smashable matchup, too. Panthers versus the Lions on Sunday Night
72:59Football. And as we know, Dwayne, it's one thing to score five fantasy points during a week. It's another thing to do.
73:04So, >> highend wide receiver, too. Lock it up, Ian. We're we're ranking T McMillan high sky high next week.
73:10>> He'll be top 15. If not top 12 with no highend high-end wide receiver, that that would be 15. You know, that would
73:16be 13 14 15. I'm with you. We're on the same page.
73:20>> What was Darren Waller's route rate?
73:21That's another guy who should be ranked quite high if we do have no Jaylen Coker involved.
73:26>> Yeah, man. I was hoping cuz I was watching that and I every time I turned around I was like, "Okay, there's Darren
73:30Waller again. There's Darren Waller. 58% route share." So, still sharing, but that's about where it was last week. He is technically their tight end one. Uh
73:39he had a 28% targets per route run today. 19% target share because he wasn't on the field quite as much. 10.1
73:46fantasy points for you today for Mr.
73:48Darren Waller. Um, and he did play from the slot quite a bit. So, I think with Xavier Legette, you know, out of the
73:54game, he got a little bit more run that way as well. But, man, I I would love to get to one of these weeks and it's just
73:59like, all right, Darren Waller 75% routes because if we could get there, especially if we do have Coker out for a
74:05few weeks, I would project it as McMillan leading the team in targets and I would project it as Darren Wallers being their number two target. against
74:13someone I think I settled around that tight end 15 tight end 16 mark going in this week hoping to see the routes
74:18continue to increase not ideal that they didn't but again if Jaylen Coker is not going to be involved you would think
74:23that Waller is going to be getting even more targets out there so I do think we'll probably be holding steady if not
74:27even giving him a little bit of a bump for that really good upcoming matchup here against the Lions then we had the
74:32backfield no Jonathan Brooks he is going to be sidelined for I believe six to eight weeks with that unfortunate groin injury so it really was a Chuba Hubber
74:39workhorse show Dwayne 110 total yards didn't score a touchdown didn't break fans or anything like that, but did very much lead this backfield ahead of AJ
74:47Dylan.
74:48>> Yeah, Chuba hovered 84% of the snaps today, 15 PPR points, 83% of the design rushing attempts. AJ Dylan just barely
74:56got anything. So, as long as we don't have Jonathan Brooks, which sounds like Ian, it could be another five games after this. We get we got the four to
75:04six week window. Um, and if Chuba Hubard continues to do his thing, 4.3 rushing yards per attempt today. uh 32% uh
75:12offensive rush success rate. That's really good. Chuba's just out here doing his thing. And you know what? When Chuba Hubard's been healthy
75:18>> more than often he's been good, Ian, we've seen that last year. We had the calf injury that obviously was a big
75:23factor that ultimately allowed Rico Dael to snatch his chain for like a five to eight game stretch there in the middle
75:28of the year. So yeah, I think if you have Tuba Hubard and we've even got a question in the chat, would you rather
75:32have Quench Sean Judkins or Tuba Hubard for the rest of the season?
75:35>> Tuba. Easy.
75:36>> Exactly. I don't even care that Jonathan Brooks is coming back. I would take Tuba Hubbert in an absolute heartbeat, especially with the Panthers offense. I
75:42know 18 points today, guys. You know, is a little bit of a come down back to earth, but overall, I think we have to
75:47say that this offense looks better than what we thought it was going to look like. And right now, Chuba Hubard locked
75:53into a massive role.
75:56Again, Panthers, Lions, Sunday Night Football. Two defenses that do not deserve the benefit of the down. Two offenses that we have seen do some
76:02pretty good things more times than not this season. So yeah, on paper looks looks like not the best Sunday night matchup, but actually could wind up
76:09being pretty fun, at least for fantasy purposes. Next up, we had the Bills take down the Chargers 24 to6. Bills winning
76:15and covering as seven-point faves under Dick Cast of 50 and a half. Coming in, Dwayne, teams with five turnovers had 27
76:22wins, 346 losses, and one tie since the year 2000. Now they have 28 wins thanks to uh the Los Angeles Chargers doing
76:30their thing. So we'll start off with the Bills, but yeah, man. Two picks from Josh Allen. He just wants DJ. These are
76:36friendship picks, Dwayne. That's when you have someone like Josh Allen who just wants to get DJ more of the football. So yeah, is he double or
76:42triple covered downfield? Sure. But in the man in the in just a meaning in the name of friendship, he chucked that ball
76:49downfield and it got picked off. Had another one as well and he lost a fumble and he took four sacks and he still got
76:54out with the dub and didn't even kill you in fantasy land because Lord knows Josh Allen's going to score that touchdown pretty much every time that
77:01James Cook gets them down to the oneyard line. So, man, again, don't want to see those turnovers. Josh has one of these
77:08stinkers. Every once in a while, it's like that, you know, devil on his shoulder that used to just be on both
77:12shoulders in 2018 and 2019 will get back out there. So, a little bit down, but the fact he can still give you 16, 17
77:19fantasy points in this sort of game just goes to show you the sort of, you know, fantasy football machine that Josh Allen
77:24really is.
77:25>> If 16.5 fantasy points is your floor game, you're freaking elated. You know how many quarterbacks we can't get to a
77:3116 and a half points, Josh? Does he have that season?
77:35>> I think he does, but Drake May I don't think does. [laughter] So Josh Allen in his worst game of the season, I think in
77:40this one game still has more points than Drake May got the two rushing touchdowns. And man, they are using him in the design run game this year, guys.
77:48It kind of came down last year, but they are just totally feeding Josh Allen.
77:52Also scrambling the ball out there. So you're going to get your rushing yards and that's the beauty of a dual threat
77:56quarterback. Can come out and have a stinker in the passing game. Throws for 204 yards today. Still 7.8 yards per attempt. So, efficiency-wise, the Bills
78:04uh passing game still looked good, but it was the two turnovers that got him, and you still get that 16 and a half
78:08fantasy points because of what he does on the ground.
78:12Speaking of good performances on the ground, James Cook 24 carries for 154 yards and a TUD did lose a fumble early,
78:18did also not catch a pass, and continues to get vulture by Josh Allen. Despite all that, guys, he is still the RB10
78:25neck- neck with Javvante Williams through three weeks of action. So, you know, it's unfortunate. We can't say we didn't see it coming. Dwayne, I would
78:31just say like to me the disappointing part was having two weeks without Tai Johnson having an off seasonason where we heard from the Bills specifically how
78:39much more they wanted to get him involved as a receiver and just nothing, man. Two weeks of nothing and then Ty
78:44Johnson comes right back out here. Four catches for 50 yards, have one go for a touchdown, got called back on a hold. I
78:51don't know. I don't want to complain too much because James Cook is still doing his thing out there and putting up
78:55points, but it's just weird, man. Yeah, it is weird because we know that James Cook is such a good receiver out of the
79:00back field. Still gave you 19.4 PPR points today because you what you mentioned, you know, racked up 154 yards, 6.4 yards per attempt. I'm
79:08telling you, man, this guy's right there behind like Gibbs and Bejian is like one of the most explosive runners in the
79:14National Football League. So, you're fine. It It does suck because Allen will steal some of those rush a lot of those
79:20rushing touchdowns. Now, we're not getting the receiving work and we did see the route participation rate come down. Snaps are still great. 68% 77% of
79:28the design rush attempts but we saw that route participation rate which had been hovering around 50% in the two games without Tai Johnson where it was like
79:34not getting the targets but yeah you know I mean like the games could come where he gets the targets it did fall to
79:3932% today I don't have long down distance stuff you know in here right now at this time but I was watching that
79:46game and it did look mostly like when it was like third and six or whatever it was Ty Johnson on the field so he had a
79:5142% route share did not touch the ball on the ground and Ray Davis right now just remains guys like I know Ray Davis
79:59a lot of you probably have already cut him and moved on but I still think the it's the same thing if if James Cook
80:04goes down Ray do Davis is going to take over most of James Cook's role which is leading the ke the team in the early
80:11down work and that's still the most valuable you know other role on this offense not saying he's going to do what
80:16James Cook would do but I think you would have a guy giving you 15 16 fantasy points per game just know that
80:22Tai Johnson would be getting the receiving down work >> Ray Davis is that guy where on Friday, you know, you've been worried about your
80:28quarterbacks, you had to sign someone else and then your quarterback's good to go and all of a sudden you have this
80:32extra roster spot. Just get Ray Davis. I know there's going to be byweeks, you have to worry about other injuries. It's
80:36not going to be the guy that you can just hold on to no matter what. But to Dwayne's point, still very much a
80:40valuable handcuff if he's a big fat zero as long as James Cook is healthy.
80:45Disappointing days relatively for DJ Moore. Caught six of 10 targets for 67 yards. Was open for a potential 10 yard score. Unfortunate erratic pass from
80:53Josh Allen. And then Dolan Concade only three targets. He did catch two of them for 38 yards. Was rumbling man down
80:59there for around 24 yardd catch with a lot of yak. Unfortunately had a nice peanut punch coming out the back of it
81:05and lost that fumble. So I'm not concerned about this. Better days ahead probably next week the Patriots.
81:11>> Yeah. I mean look this uh it's it's a rotation still 74% route share for DJ Moore. Most wide receiver ones are at 85
81:18to 90%. But not all targets are created equal and his targets are still coming from a man named Josh Allen on a team
81:24that scores a lot of points. So DJ Moore is still in the wide receiver 2 conversation for me. It was good to see
81:29him get through this game healthy after leaving last week with the AC joint injury. 39% target share, 43% targets per route run. So 10 targets today for
81:39DJ Moore gave you 12.7 fantasy points.
81:41The rest of these guys are all rotating.
81:43Kil Shir guys, just cut him like there's really no point. It's all low A dot stuff. He's he's like in the 60 70%
81:49route share range. Like even if DJ Moore went down, I I wouldn't suddenly be confident that Khil Shakir is going to
81:55get a 90% route share. And even if he does, his role is not going to change.
81:58He's still just going to be getting this underneath Dink and Dunk stuff. And really, they want to prioritize Dalton Concaid. Gave you the bummer like you
82:04mentioned, 3.8 fantasy points today. But the route participation was right where we've seen it the last two weeks in that 68 to 70% range. So you're fine on
82:12Dalton Concaid. You're just you can't boom every week. It just doesn't work out that way in fantasy. So, this was a
82:17down week for King Kade. I was kind of cracking up though at Keon Coleman cuz I think I put like some two to like $5
82:23bids in like deep leagues last week on Keon Coleman. And I went in to check the waiverss and he was going for like $2
82:28and $300 and I was like, "Oh my god."
82:30Like you people have lost your freaking minds. [laughter] This is Keon Coleman. 52% Ral Share for Keon Coleman today who was battling an
82:37injury to be fair to him this weekend practice. But yeah, >> did have a nice 37 yard catch down to the one yard line. But yeah, other than
82:44my 32 team league guys, you cannot be trusting this dude at the moment. And then we had the Chargers. Woof. [snorts]
82:52226 yards, one touchdown, one horrible pick in the end zone and a situation where they were still in the game. 17
82:59rushing yards. The touchdown was a pop pass to Katon Mitchell, which, you know, it's kind of hilarious. We even count that as a passing touchdown. In a note
83:06from the great Chris Rim, Herbert is now 1 for12 with three interceptions on passes thrown 20 plus yards downfield this season. He's playing like absolute
83:17Dwayne. Has he always? No, he's been a really good quarterback, but in the year 2026, he sure has not. And yeah, I don't think that's going to
83:25change against the Seahawks. Call me crazy. Yeah, I don't think it is either.
83:2912.7 fantasy points today for Herbert.
83:32And the pressure wos continued. 42% of his drop backs he was pressured. He does a nice job guys of avoiding it. Only a
83:3912 and a half% pressure to sack uh rate.
83:41So like and we've seen that from him. So I do think Herbert's trying to do what he can. But when you're under pressure
83:46and you get under pressure so quickly uh that like what we're seeing with Herbert a little longer today. Average time to
83:52pressure was 2.72 seconds. So well over that quick pass range of 2 and 1/2 seconds. But the offense is just not
83:58jelling man. And so like with Herbert like I had him outside the top 12 this week. Just going to keep him there. Ian,
84:04I just think it's a hey, you're going to have to prove this to us that you that you belong back in our fantasy lineups
84:09because this offense looks completely nonfunctional. Like I just I I we're about to talk about the rest of these guys. Like I'm not excited really about
84:17anything here. In week two, I wanted to see how like offensively low I could rank Tony Pard. I think I got him to
84:23like RB 40. Last week it was Marvin Harrison Jr. I ranked 60 guys ahead of him. I think in week four, Dwayne, it's
84:29going to be Justin Herbert. So, I'm thinking right now I can probably get in like the QB 24 or 25. Stay tuned. Very,
84:35very exciting stuff going on here. Uh, probably be some tears over the keyboard as I make that one happen. But yeah, in
84:42uh even worse news, probably Amaran Hampton now in a time share. If my numbers are correct, Dwayne, fullback Alec Engold played the same number of
84:50snaps as a Martin Hampton today. Did that happen?
84:52>> He did. He did. Yeah. I mean, and that's because they play a lot of 21 personnel.
84:5631% of the snaps today for uh the Chargers were in 21. Uh but yeah, if you look at Hampton still I mean had 58% of
85:05the design rushing attempts, was by far the lead running back on the team. The big thing is Katon Mitchell got to 31%.
85:11So 15 carries for Hampton to eight for Katon Mitchell. And Katon Mitchell just looked like the better player today. Six and a half yards per carry versus 3.7
85:19for for Omari and Hampton. So yeah, 42% snaps here. Katon Mitchell's the guy getting out there and playing more of the pass downs. Only a 16% route
85:28participation rate for Omari and Hampton in this one. 37% for Katon Mitchell. And oh yeah, got to get Kamani Videll involved as well. Ian at 34% route
85:37share. And those guys split the two-minute work. So right now looks like Hampton is stuck in an early down role that he's partially sharing and not
85:45playing any receiving down work. And early before the season started, like if you told us those numbers, we because because we we hypothesized that could be
85:54his role. Like that could be the kind of role he's in, but we were like, you know, he's going to score a lot of
85:58touchdowns, man. Look at >> Well, now the offense sucks. So, we really don't have something that we like a lot here with Omar and Hampton, and
86:06he's done it in two out of three weeks so far in fantasy.
86:10>> L Manki did catch four or five targets for 66 yards. Had a potential 20-yard touchdown early, but you never guess
86:16guys. Justin Herbert couldn't put it on him. Uh Trey Harris caught six of seven targets for 76 yards. Rare somewhat bright spot there. Quinton Johnson did a
86:23couple okay things early, but then also had a crucial bad drop at the end of the game. He is very much regressing and
86:29playing like the earlier career Quinton Johnson as well. So Manki is the only guy I want to be playing here at this
86:35point. And sadly that does even include Aronda Gatson Dwayne who was open for a deep crosser again early. They hit the
86:41outstretched hands. Can you just put the ball in the dude's numbers though Justin please? Did Gatson see, just rip the band-aid off, Dwayne. Tell me that
86:50Gatson didn't even have a good route rate. We can just move on.
86:53>> No, he did. Uh 74% route share. So, you're not going to be able to move on because Quinton Johnson did look bad
86:59again. And so, I think there's still the possibility that Ronda Gaston's the second best receiving option on this team behind Lab Manki. So, I think to be
87:08out on Gatsson at this point, at least until Charlie Kler's back. And Charlie Kohler ended up not going on IR last
87:13week, guys. like apparently had forearm surgery or some [ __ ] like and then was just like hey man I'm going to be back
87:19in like a week. I'm like wow like okay like let's get out there. U but if we don't have Charlie Kohler like I will
87:25again have like I'll have a Ronda Gats and I think this week I had him tied in 14 or 15 probably in that same range Ian
87:32uh because I still believe he's a good player. Like for me to get away from a player like this that could have a 70 to
87:3780% route share I got to think they stink. I don't think Aronda Gasson suddenly stinks, but it's hard to push him too high because of what we're
87:44talking about, which is the Chargers offense. Just looks dysfunctional right now. So, it's not like you're going to be super hyped about it. So, I agree
87:50with you. Lad Mac is the guy that I think will eventually like get things rolling. He's going to do his thing. But
87:55even he is like not immune to like what's happening with this offense. But 84% route share for Lad, which was nice
88:01because last week we were in the 70% range with him coming off the injury. So it did it look at least from a playing
88:07time standpoint looks like lads probably closer to being healthy than not.
88:11>> We'll bump GS down a little bit given the tough matchup and stuff. But I'm with you. It could be a situation like a
88:16Terrence Ferguson where okay didn't go well. We saw the goose egg happen but some of the underlying stuff was good and we need to get that sample size
88:23going bigger. I will say though, Dwayne, remember all the way back like a month ago when Quinton Johnson caught that 65
88:29yard touchdown in the preseason?
88:30>> Preseason, everybody went nuts and he moved like around in ADP, [laughter] >> 65 yard bomb. And uh and now he has 64
88:37yards through three weeks. So feels like a lifime.
88:40>> He's playing he's playing as well, but honestly Trey Harris like all the underlying stuff for Trey Harris is better. I I think Quentyn Johnston's
88:47role in this offense is like highly fragile at this point and a key drop today and a really big moment on a third
88:54down. So I my gut is Trey Harris eventually just kicks Quinton Johnson to the side.
89:00>> I might do it first if he doesn't. Next up, Lions beat the Jets 31-24 as well as a push. The Lions were seven-point
89:06faves. So good job on the Jets, I guess, for doing that. The overcast here 49 and a half. So Jerro Goff didn't boom in the
89:12biggest way but still man 269 yards and two touchdowns through the air. One to a Monro St. Brown on a very nice fade and
89:18the other one went to Jir Gibbs who had three touchdowns on the day 99 yards on the ground. Still hasn't been ripping
89:25off the big ones Dwayne which I don't think he forgot how to get big plays or anything like that. But again it's just
89:30kind of crazy he's still being as productive as he has been despite not having this 60-yard chunk run yet. In fact, I went back his last 25 plus yard
89:39gain was on the second play of that Cowboys game last year in like week 14 or whatever it was. He's got 174
89:45touches, man, since having his last 25 plus yard gain. Still putting up fantasy points, so who cares? He's still really good. The cutback 18 yard touchdown was
89:53sick. Week high 11 missed tackles for us. But yeah, that's pretty crazy to me everyone. So yeah, RB1, RB2, whatever.
89:59Loving Jir Gibbs. Monra St. Brown fell back to earth a little bit. Had the two drops just 19 yards. did score a
90:04touchdown, so it wasn't a complete dud out there. Would expect bigger and better days ahead there. Sam Leaporta did drop a nine-yard touchdown earlier,
90:11I believe. Sometimes it's tough. You don't know if that hand got in there just before, but certainly looked like a drop to me, but still feeling pretty
90:17good there. I mean, Jameson Williams caught all four of his targets for 49 yards. They just kind of didn't throw the ball. I thought he was honestly
90:23going to have a bigger day going on.
90:24>> Start. [laughter] >> That's what I'm saying. If anything, man, cuz I did uh one of the things I had as a brief kind of section one of my
90:31tears. I was looking at defensive performance. I think an EPA per drop back. And I was like, "All right, what defenses were really good in 2025 and
90:39now are bad or vice versa?" Like, how these these teams compare from last year to this year? And the Jets stuck out as
90:45one that have been a lot better this season, but you look at their opponents like, "All right, you guys, you know,
90:50dog walk, the Titans, and you know, the Packers and they have a bad offensive line, whatever." This was a pretty damn
90:55good performance for the Jets against the Lions. Man, I'm starting to think the Jets defense might not be as big of
90:59a pushover as maybe we thought.
91:01>> Yeah, potentially. I mean, Goss still got him for 19.4 fantasy points with 270 yards, you know, 269. So, I think the
91:08big deal right now, like on the Lion side of the football, is just all the injuries to the offensive line. And
91:13that's part of also why you're not seeing like the the long runs from Jir Gibbs. He's essentially doing a lot of
91:18this on his own right now. Now, he also has great vision even when a hole is not there. Like his yards before contact
91:23numbers are still good. Uh but I do think he's masking a lot of the problems that the offensive line has got going on
91:30right now. So, nothing to really add here, man. The roles were really all the same for the Lions. You guys know Gibbs,
91:35Amanro, J Mo, uh, Isaac Tesla got a little bit on the action. His role didn't really change today. Leaporta, you know, and J Mo, it's just tough
91:44because, you know, I know 11.9 fantasy points for Aman Ross St. Brown today, guys, but still led the team with a 26%
91:50target share. So, just, you know, these little kind of down games and again, 11.9 fantasy points like it's like being your floor. This probably will be one of
91:58the worst games all year for the Sun God and you still got 12 fantasy points. So, I don't think there's really anything
92:03else we got to hit here on the lines unless you've got a specific question.
92:05It's just a business as usual.
92:08>> The only thing I was wondering is just it is another dud. I'm sure JO managers are freaking out. We're not because we
92:13know he's still a really good football player and we really like the offense, but hey man, you got a panicking 0 and3
92:18Jam Samoy was manager. I try to buy that dude low.
92:20>> Yeah, I don't mind buying low. I think you know the challenge for JMO is just like it is a it's it's a crowded offense
92:26where a Monra is the alpha period right it's it's one thing when you have a crowded offense right and you've got
92:31like three guys at like 22 to 40% your 22 to 24% target shares right it's like it's those three guys but here it's like
92:38literally more like ah 35% is like earmarked for a Monroe St. Brown. And then when you look at JMO, the big
92:45challenge for him, man, is like the routes and stuff that he's running.
92:47Mostly playing on the outside, mostly working vertical. You guys know how these defenses are playing today. They don't want to give up those plays. The
92:53sad part about it, Ian, is we've seen JMO when they've been willing to put him in a different kind of role, which is
92:59like move him around, let him run the crossers, let him run some of the end breakers. And we see those games every
93:05time Aman Ross St. Brown misses a game.
93:06We see JMO get to run all those routes.
93:08So, what I would say is JMO is for sure a talent. He's going to be a boom bust wide receiver three the rest of the
93:14year. But if you have him and my my take on J Mo and I had to make decisions on him in lineups today is I just start him
93:20every weekend because I don't want to not start him the week he scores 25. I know he's going to give me these weeks
93:25where uh you know he doesn't give me as many but the contingency upside of JO is if you do have Leaportamis time we saw
93:32that last year down the stretch JMO really got hot. We see the games where Monro St. Brown has to miss a game or
93:37two. Knock on wood. We never want that to happen. The contingency upside for JMO is as high as anyone in fantasy
93:43football.
93:44>> Average depth of route this year is a league high 12.8 yards. Yeah, I love that new stat, Dwayne. It's fun.
93:50>> Oh yeah, it's great. It's great. Great stuff. Great work, PFF on that one.
93:55>> Proud of you guys, you know, for that.
93:57Pretty much just that. Lions at Panthers again on Sunday Night Football again.
94:01Should be a fun one there. And then for the Jets, Jets, Jets, Jets again, couldn't quite get the dub. I get it.
94:06But Gino Smith, man, 321, not one, not two, three touchdowns through the air.
94:1031 of 37 passing. Did take five sacks, lost a fumble at the end of the game.
94:14Wasn't the cleanest performance, but hey, man, he's going out there. He's at least proving that the 2025 version of Gino is a bit of a fugazi. At a minimum,
94:22he's looking like more so the end of his Seahawks tenure. So, not a world beater, but against a bad Lions, injury riddled
94:28Lions secondary in particular, he was able to put up yards. without Adie Mitchell, without Mason Taylor. I mean, my god, the touchdown down to see him in
94:35particular Kenyan Sadi really was one of the better throws of the week. But now, let's go ahead and give a shout out to
94:40the rookie again. Yeah. Did he benefit from having some guys banged up? Sure.
94:44But I don't think bad players accidentally have seven catches for 105 yards and a touchdown. Dwayne, so mentioned the sweet diving touchdown,
94:50got loose on a deep crosser where again, he's just a really big athlete that they were willing to use downfield, made the
94:56most out of the opportunity. So, Kenyan Sadique, shout out to the 16th overall pick. Hell of a breakout.
95:02>> Yeah, man. 23 and a half fantasy points for you guys today. Uh 31% targets per route run. He had a 59% route share. So,
95:10I was hoping that number would be more like 75 to 80% Ian. So, you did have Jeremy Rucker still out there doing his
95:16thing. He also caught a touchdown. 14.9 fantasy points today for Rucker. So, I think the challenge is like what's going to happen once we get Mason Taylor back,
95:25right, with the thumb injury. Like when I watch this game, when you watch this game, you're just like, "Okay, guys, like let's just Okay, 80% 80% routes for
95:32Kenyan Sadi. What are we doing here?"
95:34Uh, but it was great to see in this game where they needed him to step up.
95:38Obviously, they didn't get the win, but the passing offense played really well and he was a massive part of that today.
95:43So, Kenyan Sadi getting a major upgrade.
95:45Uh, shouldn't really be on many waiver wires, even though you may not go absolutely nuts on him this next week. I
95:51had him in the article this week as a sicko start just because it was like don't know for sure what the role will
95:55be but man you don't want to be dealing with how much fab you're going to have to put on Kenyan Sadi if he has this
96:00sort of game and we just have to remember round one pick like even though it was a 59% today with Mason Taylor out
96:08like there's still a path where he does just end up as being a guy that's out there 80% of pass plays and if that ever
96:13happens he gets to operate in the easy area of the field guys where you get the gimme targets you get the better
96:18matchups as much as we like Adam I Mitchell I still see a world where it's Garrett Wilson is the number one target.
96:24Kenyan Sadik's the number two target and then Adan I Mitchell is the third target on the team. That could still play out
96:29even when all these guys are back together on the field.
96:32>> Great match up next week too against a similarly banged up and kind of bad Bears secondary as well. So Kon Sadique
96:38man certainly be moving him up over you know the dad ba tier of Jake Ferguson and Mark Andrews of the world. if he
96:43ends up being in the top 10, given how some of these injuries shake out, man, would not be the most surprising thing
96:47to me in this world because we talked about it when Omar Cooper left. And as much as Sadique can work downfield, we
96:53saw that today, man, it's great that he's already being trusted to do that.
96:56>> For me, his superpower is the yards after the catch ability, it's get the ball in this dude's hand. Ideally, you
97:02know, just as many times you can, but in the screen game, just, you know, go watch him do good things after the
97:06catch. No Omar Cooper. And it looks like the Bree Hall quad injury could be a problem. Again, it's early. We're recording this on Sunday night.
97:14Obviously, Dr. Jeff Beer, though, is saying concern for that same Jaylen Cook or grade two quad strain has his projection as 3 to 6 weeks miss. So,
97:21dude, Brillin Allen is also looking like clearly ahead of Isaiah Davis. I mean, if we have Kenyan Sadi just working as
97:27the clear checkown tight end with some downfield stuff as well. I mean, the ceiling all of a sudden is the moon
97:33here, man. It's all breaking up for Kenyan Sadique. Yeah. And he led the team in route depth today at 9.9, but
97:40it's not in that crazy range where you're just like, "Oh man, you never get targeted." And he's working the middle of the field. And to your point, like he
97:46can do stuff on screen plays. He could just you get him on a drag route whenever you happen to catch man
97:50coverage. There's not many linebackers in the NFL that can run with Kenyan Sadi, right once he's opening this thing up. So there's there's just so many ways
97:58like that you can use him. And in week one, we saw them use him, you know, on a designed run attempt where he scored a
98:02touchdown as well. So yeah, I'm very bullish on Kenyan Sadiq uh the rest of the way.
98:08>> Speaking of that Bruce Hall injury, pretty quiet day beforehand. Got tackled out of bounds inside the 5yd line. So maybe he was about to go ahead and score
98:16after that, but yes, unfortunately it was going to be a quad injury. And in his absence, man, it was just the
98:20Brillin Allen show. Once again, we have not seen any Isaiah Davis on offense.
98:25I'm sure he will play some. Look, we're not going to see any running back at 100% snaps. I don't think Brown All
98:30could be a 90% guy, but I don't know about you, Dwayne. Like in early August, I could have if you would have told me
98:35it was going to be Isaiah Davis leading the way. I would have been like, "All right, you know, I could see
98:39>> I think it's going to be Brillin Allen potentially 70 80%. It's it's a little bit of a prediction here. We don't have,
98:45you know, many I'll run back and look.
98:48We're going to have all week for it, but I don't think we have much of a sample, if any, of Bree Hall being out of the
98:53picture. But this offense looks good.
98:55The offensive line has their pair of young stud tackles. They're looking better than expected, I would say, overall. Gave up five sacks today.
99:01They're not perfect, but if the Jets can be an average offense, which they've been so far this year, and give Breman
99:07Allen most of the work, it's different than Oi Gordon and Devon Achan because Achan could be out for the season, obviously, and Bree Hall, we're not
99:15expecting that. But I'll say this, in the near term, man, I could definitely see Bron Allen more so being this top
99:2116, top 15 running back. And accordingly, man, I would like to get him on waiverss if at all possible.
99:26Yeah, if you if you're needing someone to help you for the next two to four weeks, which a lot of times that's
99:29really just as far as you can be looking, right? Uh but I think we would all agree that the Jets and they've
99:34shown this like their offense just has a much higher ceiling than what we're going to get to with the Miami Dolphins
99:40this season. Um so when you look at Brilan Allen today, Isaiah Davis was active for this game and he has just
99:47been playing special teams. So he was available to be on the field and it was still all going to Brilen Allen after we
99:53lost Bree Hall. I agree with you. like I think we will say see Isaiah Davis they have a full week to prepare and all
99:58that. Davis did get injured in preseason and he was apparently looking pretty good early in camp but then once he went
100:04down Brilen Allen really took over as the running back too uh late through the course of preseason. So I think we see
100:11that hold true here. Uh and I'm I'm with you. I would not be surprised to see 65 70% snap share for Brilan Allen and an
100:18offense that's shown that they can uh put up some fireworks. So, I would say next week we're probably going to have
100:23Brayen Allen will for sure be in the running back two conversation. It'll just be a matter of uh how high do we
100:28want to push him in that conversation.
100:30>> Good matchup against the Bears. We'll see what happens. But man, if we do find out on Monday, we usually get some good
100:36updates Monday morning at the latest Tuesday. If Bree Hall is out for a month plus, I mean, is that enough for to be
100:4330 40% fab or is that a little >> Well, I think I think it comes down to your roster, uh, you know, in the way
100:48your draft went, but like if you are hurting at running back, too, then yeah, I mean, someone that can get you through
100:54a three to four game week stretch of the season, especially in these leagues, if you guys are playing over at Realtime
100:58Sports or FFPC where, you know, your your season is 13 games, you you can't afford, you know, to sit and wait
101:06around. like you're going to have to drop a little bit of a chunk of fab like on somebody that could help help get you
101:11through this next stretch of games and then something else could break loose.
101:13Maybe one of your other handcuff running backs on your roster then steps into your lineup after Brillin Allen. You kind of got to patch it together. So, I
101:21would say if you're hurting at running back, too. Um I I would put as much on Brilen Allen as I would Ollie Gordon. I
101:28I just would >> Yeah. I mean, with like you said, with Ollie Gordon, you could get it for season long, but I'll be honest, I'm
101:34more worried about Jaylen Wright with Olly Gordon than I am Isaiah Davis with Brilen Allen right now. So, yeah. Yeah, I'm with you. I I I think it's going to
101:42be in that 25% range. Like, if you really want to make sure you get Brillin Allen, you have to remember the Bree
101:47Hall manager is always typically going to be the one willing to go the highest.
101:51And so, you just have to you'll have to know who that manager is in your league.
101:54You have to know who they have behind Bree Hall. That's something that you want to look at.
101:59Garrett Wilson caught 10 of 13 targets for 170 yards and a touchdown. And it was one of these things where we love
102:04having a more competent quarterback under center than what we've usually seen for Garrett and stuff. And that is what Gino Smith has been. It's just been
102:11a little difficult because going into this week, AD Mitchell had more targets than Garrett Wilson on the season. Going into the season, we had to worry about
102:17Omar Cooper and Kenyon Sadique, a pair of first round pass catchers coming in and all of a sudden, man, that stuff is
102:23just not really that big of a problem.
102:24So, we'll see with Mitchell, but I didn't love seeing that, you know, cast or wrap or whatever it was on his hand.
102:29Dwayne, I played defense for a reason.
102:30All right, I'm not good at catching a football, but I can only imagine how much worse that would be if one of my
102:34hands was wrapped up in a big bandage.
102:36So, I don't know if it's exactly imminent that AD Mitchell is going to be back in the picture. You're starting Garrett Wilson, I'm sure, regardless of
102:42if Mitchell is back or not. But, I'm just saying if Mitchell is out next week against the Bears, we're talking about
102:48top 12 status easy for Garrett Wilson.
102:50>> Yeah, I moved Garrett Wilson to wide receiver seven this week. uh had Kon get Sadi at tight end 11 or tight end 10
102:57this week. So I'll I'll be running all of that back >> against the I mean we'll just have him out there man. Uh I will say just so you
103:04guys know if you're playing in a sicko league Isaiah Williams was still the slot receiver today. 96% route share.
103:09Only had a 6% target share. He's not a we don't think he's this great target earner guys but like if you play in just
103:15like one of these really crazy leagues like Isaiah Williams was still at least playing.
103:20>> Moving along to the last game of the early afternoon slate. The Colts took down the Texans in an AOC South battle
103:2519 to7 on a game-winning field goal.
103:28Indie won outright as one and a half point dogs under Cashio 42 points. So Daniel Jones a win is a win is a win. A
103:36little bit uninspiring on offense, but you know what? You face the Houston Texans. But a lot of pressure, 41% on the day. We did see Daniel Jones lose
103:43two fumbles. But I will say, Dwayne, for an offense that has no downfield threat without Alec Pearson, he, you know, was
103:49limited in week one. He immediately got hurt in week two. It's Josh DS, Keenan Allen, Tyler Warren. Like, they're trying to use Lacoan Trebwell to stretch
103:56the field. They did have Ashen Doulan out there this week. I've been impressed with how functional this offense still is able to look. I think that's a
104:05testament to everything Shane Stiken and the offensive line can do. And Daniel Jones, I guess, just still being a pretty good quarterback even post
104:11Achilles tear. Please, Daniel Jones, take care of yourself, man. The amount of just massive hits this dude takes on the sideline, like not even always. I
104:20don't know, man. Maybe it was just that Chiefs game especially, but if you're going for a first down, I get it. This
104:24dude's like six yards short of the sticks and still just getting put on highlight tapes as he's going out of bounds. So, take care of yourself,
104:29Daniel Jones. I'm trying to give you some compliments here. But yeah, 11 targets to Josh Downs. 101 unrealized area yards. Man, that's the second most
104:37on the week only behind Matthew Golden.
104:39Another one of those where I think he had 60 plus yards pretty early in the game. I thought we were going to see a
104:43little more from Josh Downs, but you know, it is a situation, Dwayne, where we saw him go for 77 yards in a tough
104:49matchup. Next week, Colts against the Commanders. I think we can find room in the top 24, if not even higher for Josh
104:55DS.
104:56>> Yeah, look, 31% target share today for Downs with 11. You know, he led the team. Like you mentioned, it's really
105:02consolidated around the three guys. It's Tyler Warren, Josh DS, Keenan Allen now that we have Alec Pierce over on IR. Uh
105:09Lacoan Treadwell is out there getting routes, but he's not getting any targets. You know, 3%. So, I do feel like in Shane Stiken's offense, which to
105:16your point is a plus offense, run a lot of play action, a lot of motion, a lot of formations to protect the receivers
105:22and tight ends uh from from defensive coverages. And and we're getting that with Josh Downs right now. You know, he was out there 60% of the time in the
105:29slot. He was in motion 10% today. 36% of his targets came on play action. 46% of Tyler Warren's targets came on play
105:36action today. So, yeah, Josh Downs gave you 12.7 fantasy points in a PPR league and and you you know, you looked at that
105:42and you're like, "Okay, fine. And I'm glad I started Josh DS, but to your point, it could have been a bigger day.
105:46And he was off to a super hot start.
105:48Ian, he had 74 receiving yards in the first half. He finished with 77 in the game. So I thought we were on our way to
105:54maybe 115, 120 yards, you know, for Josh DS today. And I think it was really there on the table. You mentioned the
106:00air yards, 154, 60% of the air yards.
106:04Also two red zones targets and an endzone target for Josh Downs today. So feeling really good about him. Uh Tyler Warren, 93% route share. Like that's
106:14absolutely ridiculous for a tight end guys. 29% target share for Tyler Warren.
106:18Mostly underneath stuff. 3.8 average depth of target today. 2.5 average depth of uh target. So little bit deeper on the routes, but that's just mostly this
106:28underneath stuff. But again, he gets the motion. He gets he designed a lot of stuff. Like today, 20% of his targets,
106:34which he had nine, came on screenplays.
106:37So they do a lot of different things. He gave you uh 14.7 PPR points today. But I I do think Alec Pierce out of the
106:44picture getting for at least now consolidated down to three guys. It's it's much more doable for the Colts if when it gets back to four, it just gets
106:52tougher because it's not a team that's going to throw for 300 yards every week, right? We're hoping for 225 to 250. We
106:58can get by with three guys. Let's just not rank dead last in basically every efficiency stat. Tyler Warren, you know, by a good amount. Like he's at 4.9 yards
107:07for catch this year. Gunner Helms the next worst at 6.9. That's a big gap, man. So, I don't think he magically
107:13turned into a bad football player. To your point, I do think so many of his targets are designed where it's, you
107:17know, there's always someone in his hip pocket the second he's catching the ball. How can you fully blame him for it? But just want a little bit more
107:22here. Not maybe he's not fully healthy.
107:25You know, he had the injury right there at the end end of training camp. You know, I think the main thing is like
107:31round one pick that was really good last year. You know, while Daniel Jones was functional, he's he's playing a ton.
107:36He's getting his targets. The big signal is this is a young talented tight end.
107:40You know, we just we want to be in. But I'm with you. Like the if if I would expect the efficiency to come up.
107:45>> Well, what's crazy is the fact it's been so okay for him in fantasy because he scored the touchdowns the first two
107:50weeks. And then today, I mean, just having nine catches, 55 yards, that adds up in a hurry and PPR, let alone tight
107:55end premium. You guys really made it out just fine. Even though he hasn't been that efficient, bigger and better days to come for Warren for sure. Also,
108:02Jonathan Taylor again can't go for 150 yards and two touchdowns every week.
108:06This week he had 68 yards rushing, four receiving, no scores. I will say 64 of those yards came after contact. So
108:12again, that's sometimes just life when you're facing a very, very tough defense like the Houston Texans. Last point, Dwayne, cuz we got to talk about him.
108:19Keenan Allen caught six of nine targets, 63 yards, and a touchdown. It sounds like a suspension is coming at some point because, yeah, this dude was
108:26completely obliterated driving behind the wheel. Please do not do that, kids and adults alike. But on the season, as much as I agree, Josh DS is the man. DS
108:36has 24 targets, Keenan has 20. Downs has 32.6 PPR points, Keenan has 29.
108:42He's probably got to start getting into that wide receiver four range. And maybe you already had him there.
108:47>> Yeah, I think wide wide receiver four range is good, but I mean, he gave you 18.3 fantasy points today at PPR. Uh he
108:54was third on the team in routes as far as the wide receivers go, but like you mentioned, he's still getting his
108:58targets. 29% targets per route run. He had two red zone targets in this one. So yeah, Keenan still out there doing
109:05Keenan things, man. You know, he he just he knows how to uncover. He knows like his quarterbacks trust him like and
109:11nothing has changed there. And honestly, like it it is a deal again when you get Alec Pierce back because he's still
109:17doing that. You know, if if if Keenan Allen doesn't get suspended, it does make things tougher on Josh DS and Tyler
109:23Warren, which we saw in the first couple of games this week down to three. So, we were okay. Okay. But yes, Kenan, hat tip
109:30to uh the old man.
109:32>> Again, Colts Commanders in London. 9:30 a.m. kickoff. Get your whatever English people eat ready for that one. Over with the Houston Texans, CJ Stroud, Buck 67,
109:42and one touchdown through the air. Did take three sacks, though. Just a team that I don't think does anything well on
109:48offense. Dwayne, usually we have Nickel Collins out there. He's allegedly in a spot where he maybe could be back in week four. I will I will believe it when
109:55I see it. See it when I believe it.
109:57Something like that. So yeah, man. This team, a lot of people's dark horse Super Bowl contender, the Houston Texans. It's not even a dark horse. I think there was
110:05a lot of people's pick outright. 0 and3 looking at on offense. Even the defense, man, like Super Bowl worthy defense carrying this team. You would think in a
110:15performance like this against such a limited offense like the Colts, you could hold them to less than 19 points.
110:20Couldn't even do that here. So, a lot of question marks in Houston. I know Demechco Ryan had a bunch of late game,
110:24you know, clock uh mishaps as well, so he wasn't exactly helping the cause.
110:28It's tough, man. And again, I don't care about any of these wide receivers. Jared Bruce Wayne had another two drops out
110:34there. Kahan Booty is not getting targeted enough. Xavier Hutchinson actually did do okay, 51 yards, but I believe he actually hurt his shoulder or
110:41collar bone, so he could be out of the picture. And Dalton Schultz, man, I know the Bengals were getting out targeted by
110:46Foster Maro. Dwayne, how's that happen?
110:49>> Yeah, look, 71% rush here for Dalton Schultz. He still the led the way. But yeah, Foster Maro out targeted him on a
110:5532% route.
110:56>> How are we at 71% when there's no one else to throw the football to?
111:00>> I don't know.
111:01>> Usually you're the one getting mad at this. Now I'm upset about it.
111:03>> Yeah. Yeah. They're just ro They're just rotating all these guys because none of them are really that good. I mean, I
111:09think that's just the bottom line. They need Nico Collins back in such a bad way here uh for the Texans. The other thing
111:15I'll say, man, the way these receivers and stuff are playing, uh, Tank Dell will eventually be back off of IR and
111:22like if if if they're eventually going to try to make this offense better, like you got to try something like so, we'll
111:29we'll we'll see what happens. What's what's what's on the field right now is not working.
111:33>> Hey, if you got tanked out in an IR spot, that's fine. I'd love to see the guy play football again. This run game,
111:39man, again, I don't think it's Ammani.
111:41The offensive line sucks and everything, but it's another game with mid efficiency. And yeah, Woody Marks isn't doing anything better. I don't think
111:48it's on Deont, but we have seen again Woody Marks as a threat when they really fall fall behind to go ahead and just
111:54work as a lead back down the stretch.
111:56And what was really interesting to me, Dwayne, Woody Marks at the end when they did score their touchdown, two-minute drill situation where they were, you
112:02know, trying to get down the field and Woody Marks caught a pass and got down to the one yardd line. And a lot of
112:08times we see that and then the guy scores a touchdown, but it's like, hey, they were actively playing hurry up. You
112:12know, they're just leaving the guy on the field. They're not going to do this big switch out. There was a timeout
112:17called after Woody Marks got down the one yard line. They kept him out there and then he got the goal line score. No
112:23bueno for Dave Montgomery if we got that going on too, man.
112:27>> Yeah, for sure. I mean, look, 65% of the snaps today for Monty, 55% of the rushing attempts. So, like he he's still
112:32the lead guy on the ground, but it's a bad offensive line. Uh Monty, as much as we like him, you know, he's not the
112:39youngest running back anymore, but three yards per carry again today. And like you said, Woody Marks isn't doing much else either, but they keep getting these
112:46games where, you know, they end up either trailing or it's a shootout and that just leads to kind of a weird
112:52situation. And we saw Woody Marks out there today, get the snaps inside the five that you mentioned. He got the attempt inside the five where he scored
112:59the touchdown. What's funny is David McGomery, David McGomery still had a higher route participation rate at 55% to 32%. So, I think ultimately like
113:07better days are coming for Monty. You know, I know we cautioned people after week one when he scored the three touchdowns and everybody's like, "Oh my
113:14god, I have a running back one." And we're like, "No, you probably still have a running back, too." But don't freak
113:18out over these two games. You still I still think you have a running back two, you know, in David Montgomery. Like,
113:22we're still going to continue him to rank there. You got two dud [snorts] games in a row. But I do agree like this
113:27Woody Marks thing, man. And if he's going to if he truly is the guy they want to have inside the 5yd line, that
113:32would be a development that I did not have on my bingo card for 2026.
113:36>> And I don't think they want Woody to be the guy. I just think they view them a lot more interchangeably, even in
113:41situations like that than maybe we anticipated. So I just get worried, man, because I think more and more I'm looking at Monty as like a Quinnon
113:47Judkins. It's two offensive lines that every year they rotate bad pieces with more bad pieces and we find out a month
113:53into the year, oh yeah, guess what?
113:55They're still bad. So we looked at this schedule early on. I remember that was a thing with Monty, too. Like, he had the
114:00best schedule on paper based on 2025 stuff. Looking ahead this year, like the first seven or so weeks, I don't know if
114:06I trust the Texans to even run over the Cowboys or the Titans or the Jaguars or the Giants. I think the Texans offensive
114:13line is probably still going to be the weak link in those games, man. And all of a sudden, it's like we'll have by
114:18weeks coming up. So, Monty's going to be in the top 24, but just I might put him right next to Quinnshaw Judkins next
114:22week and not feel too bad about it. I think over the course of the season he's going to outperform Quinn Sean. You
114:28know, you get Nico Collins back, like I do think the defense is better than this. So, I expect the game scripts to
114:33change over time. So, it but look, it's frustrating. He had 11 carries today.
114:38Like, we sit here and we give these numbers. Oh, man. 55% of the rushing attempts. So, it's 11 carries when you're after three yards per carry.
114:44Guess what? That's not a lot of yards.
114:45It comes out to 33. You guys can all do the math on it.
114:49>> Uh so, and and the explosive plays are definitely not there for Monty like we were seeing with the Lions. and that
114:54comes back to the offensive line. So, he's literally having to grind it out like three yards at a time and and that
115:00is not ideal. But I would say like Monty for me at this point, I would probably try to buy low on him. Two bad games. As
115:06much as I don't love him, I'm still going to have him above Judkins. And if somebody really does think, man, I just
115:11want completely out of this mess and I don't like my running back, too. Not saying you guys are going to love Monty,
115:16but he's he's going to play better than he has these last two games. By the way, Nico Collins, per ESPN insiders, guys,
115:23has a quote decent chance to return in week four. A decent chance. Oh my. Wow.
115:28What? Just >> Well, we'll take it.
115:30>> Can you believe that? A decent chance, Dwayne. What? Just give those insiders a raise. My god, that's amazing.
115:35>> Like, I was on the phone with a guy today and he told me he's got a decent shot.
115:39>> And then when Sunday comes around, he's inactive again. We'll just get them ripping off the team accounts with that information. But anyway, Dwayne, I know
115:46you actually have some better information to give people about some friends of yours.
115:50>> Yes, I do have friends and they're not just David Montgomery and me saying that I would buy low. But imagine that your
115:58Wi-Fi can also protect your home at the same time. That would be pretty cool, huh guys? You're on your Wi-Fi all the
116:03time. Well, you don't have to imagine any longer with Exfinity Shield.

116:50>> And with that, we are on to late afternoon slate. The 49ers took down the Cardinals in a bit of a, you know,
116:55entertaining game. I was I wouldn't say a thriller. I don't think the result was in doubt too much, but hey, 49ers won 36
117:00to 30. Arizona did cover a seven and a half point dogs. The overcast obviously with ease at 48 and a half. Just a wild
117:06game. We look at some of the underlying stuff, guys. The Cardinals ran 81 plays.
117:11That is the highest of any non-overtime game this year and it wasn't particularly close. 49ers only ran 50 plays. Time of possession, the Cardinals
117:18nearly had 39 minutes. The 49ers were just over 21. But again, points win football games, not minutes with the ball. So kudos to Brock Pury and
117:25company. 297 yards. Not one, not two, not three. Four touchdowns from Pury on just 27 pass attempts, 15 completions, man. He got 297 and four touchs out of
117:35it. Could have had an even bigger day.
117:37He actually ran for a 45 yd touchdown in the fourth quarter, but George KD got called for a hold. Don't cry too much,
117:43Brock Pury managers. He actually end up throwing a touchdown of George KD shortly after. So [laughter] >> yeah, exactly. So no hard feelings and
117:50uh yeah, when there's no one else to throw to at this point, George KD is going to I guess keep on keeping on. Two
117:55touchdowns to George KD. We had another one to Debo Samuel. Not a reception, though. They actually pulled out the hook and ladder on a third down. Went to
118:02Mike Evans, went to Debo, and 80 yards later, we had a touchdown for Mr. Samuel and did find Mike Evans for a short fade
118:09touchdown before he unfortunately suffered a very painful looking rib injury and was carted off. We'll see more on that. But man, no Demarcus
118:17Robinson coming into this one. Mike Evans gets carded off. It's just crazy to me, Dwayne, that throughout all this stribbling's out of the picture.
118:25Christian Kirk's on IR, Ricky Parasol's gone, and Brock Pur's out here throwing for 297 and four touchdowns and looking good doing it, man. Yeah, you know, the
118:34projection model this week told me to rank Brock Perie second, and I chickenened out and ranked him third behind Lamar because I'm a complete
118:41coward. Yeah, 26 26.7 uh was his was his Exfinity best.
118:47Speaking of Xfinity sponsor projections here, 26.7 was his best. Well, he blew that away like you said today, Ian. Um I
118:55will say like long term it we'll see how long we're going to be without Evans. We know Stribbling's on IR. Originally,
119:02that was, you know, something where we might not see him again until November.
119:05So, it wasn't even one of the, well, we might see him back in four games. We'll see if there's any updates on that
119:10front. Demarcus Robinson also expected to miss those two to four games. So, it's getting pretty >> Jerry Judy, please. [laughter] >> Well, look, Jerry, Judy, and Calvin
119:18Ridley are probably trade targets. Uh, we will eventually get Christian Kirk back. We have one more week of IR for him. Uh, but if you guys are in deep
119:26leagues the way Brock Party is looking, I'll be honest, I've might have some interest in Christian Kirk if [laughter] these guys are all if all these other
119:33guys are out. Uh, but yeah, Perty looking really good. Just hopefully we can get the offense back to being healthy. Uh, but today, yeah, you got
119:4031.3 fantasy points out of Mr. Brock Party. If you look at the run game, Ian, or just look at the backfield overall,
119:4721.6 fantasy points today for Christian McCaffrey. 82% of the snaps, 71% of the design rushing attempts. We talked to you guys about this
119:56>> last week. They had built a 22-point lead on the Miami Dolphins, but up to that point, Christian McCaffy McAffrey was in these ranges of 75% snap, 70% of
120:06the rushing attempts. And today, with the Cardinals managing to keep this game a little bit closer at the end than what
120:11some people would have thought, they did keep CMC on the field. We had a 16% uh snap share for Kalin Black in this one.
120:18So, yes, Christian McCaffrey back to really being in this full-time role. And especially with these other guys out, it's like I mean if we if they're going
120:25to miss time, like they're going to be hardressed to take him off the field just because he's gonna probably be their second or third best receiving
120:30option, which he always is every week.
120:33It's I think he's just going to be in this full-time role. So yeah, CMC right there. You've got guys obviously you've
120:38got Jir Gibbs, you've got Bejon just right below that like with a not a hard tier break, a just a little line tear.
120:46You know, in ENI draft, we put these tear breaks. Some are like bold lines, some are just like a a non-bolded line.
120:52This is a non-bolded tear break right now for Christian McCaffrey. All the work inside the 5yd line. And you guys, you guys already know what Christian
120:59McAffrey does in the receiving game.
121:01And he continues to do that.
121:02Today was out there with an 82% route share and a 19% target share. Five targets on the day.
121:08>> Kaylin Black still very, very much someone that you would love to have as a handcuff, but yes, it's still the CMC
121:15show. Make no mistake about it. And again, credit to George KD, too, who, as we've seen over the years, when they
121:20actually do have to feed this man the football a little bit more, has an unlimited ceiling, and he looks all the
121:25way back from his Achilles injury, which just blows my freaking mind, Dwayne. But good for him. Love seeing this dude ball
121:31out and another two touchdown game.
121:33>> I mean, >> 89% routes for KD today. He was my tight end two on the week. Clearly should have just been my tight end one on on the
121:40week. Uh, but yeah, 26.2 fantasy points for George KD. uh 28 27% target share, seven on the day, one red zone target
121:50and just I mean yeah dude it's crazy how good he looks. It's amazing. It is really amazing what this guy can still
121:56do after the catch and just honestly like his strength at his age like just watching him in the run game all these
122:02things. George KD is just an absolute pure joy to watch on a football field.
122:06>> McBride Bowers KD cannot think of anyone else who belongs >> where you put KD in your rest of season ranks Ian.
122:12>> Who cares? You're pumped. Put them title one if you want. I [laughter] don't care.
122:16You know, no, I would put Bowowers I would still put Bowers and McBride ahead, but not by much.
122:20>> But he's he's in their tier. If George KD's healthy, he's in their tier.
122:24>> And if everyone else isn't healthy, then yeah.
122:27>> Yeah. Debo 75% of the routes today, guys. 15.4 fantasy points. Had a nice little hook and ladder that hooked him
122:32up on that. So, he didn't get a reception on that play, but he got the long touchdown. So, that really came
122:38through. Yeah. And he had a 0% target share today. So, he came through on that play. He did get a little bit involved
122:45in the run on the run game, but I would say if we've got games going forward where we're not going to have Mike Evans
122:50and and all the other guys we talked about, Debo Samuels going to be very locked into the wide receiver three conversation and could easily give you a
122:57wide receiver one week because right now, even though he's an older player, he's healthy at the moment. And a healthy Debo and a Kyle Shanahan scheme,
123:04even though he might be 80% of what the the elite version of Debo we used to know, that can score fantasy points.
123:11>> I'm with you. He was my wide receiver 30 I think this week. Mike Evans who I'm guessing is going to be missing some
123:16time then. Yeah, we'll probably get him up there even a little bit closer to that wide receiver two borderline.
123:20Jordan Watkins had two catches for 60 yards. I'm looking at the other wide receivers on the step chart at the moment. We have pro bowler special teams
123:28pro bowler. Cado Hodgej also hanging out. Jacob Cohen a starter on the RLAD step chart right now. Anyone you want to
123:35put a chip on here Dwayne? No, but I I will say today uh looking at just the third and fourth quarter because we had
123:42Mike Evans get hurt in the second quarter. Uh it was 91% route share for old Arthur Smith favorite Cadarl Hodgej, the man that used to steal routes uh
123:53from Drake London, but then he would make big plays and Ian would give me a hard time because like when he was out
123:59there he would still make his plays.
124:00Uh look, it's the 49ers offense, but you have to be in a true sicko league to want to pick up any of
124:05these other guys. Uh, honestly, if I was stashing someone from the 49ers right now, it would probably be Christian Kirk because we have one more game before
124:13he's back.
124:14>> Not going to be effing around trying to find out next week against the Broncos in particular. Moving on to those
124:20Arizona Cardinals, Jakobe Brassette got back to partying like it was 2025, man.
124:24280 yards and two touchdowns on 38 of 52 passing. Also snuck in for a one-yd score there. So anyone brave enough to
124:31play him against what again has been a good 49ers defense this year certainly did pay off. No Nick Bos here for the
124:3749ers. So you know certainly didn't have quite as much teeth as normal. But Fred Warner was going around there making big
124:42plays. Didn't stop Jacobe and company from largely moving up and down the field. So got Trey McBride. You know nine catches 75 yards and it feels a
124:50little bit like a disappointing day.
124:51Dwayne that's where we're at with Trey McBride. So certainly still consensus top three tight end the rest of the way.
124:56And if you wanted to say tight end one absolutely go for it. We got three catches in one 60-minute game from
125:02Marvin Harrison Jr. Shout out. Actually had a couple good ones, but who really cares because he is just an afterthought when you can throw the ball to Michael
125:09Wilson 17 times. Dwayne, you just got to do it. He got 11 of those for 89 yards in the TUD. Should have had a second
125:16touchdown. Caught the ball in the end zone. Had room to get his second foot down. Unfortunately, couldn't do it. 76 unrealized air yards. This dude again,
125:24he just went 11891 and he left a significant amount of meat on the bone.
125:29He did this against San Francisco last year as well. I'm not gonna assume it's always going to be on the table, but
125:34good to see it happen again, man.
125:36Michael Wilson, shout out.
125:38>> Yeah, I mean, it's it's a great scheme for him to play against. Uh, just with the role that he has and the way the
125:43defense plays for the 49ers, who also didn't have Bosa today. Uh, they only had a a 19% pressure rate on Jacobe
125:49Brassette, so he had time to survey the field. But when you look at Michael Wilson, you mentioned it with the 17
125:54targets, that's 34%. You would think 17 targets equals like 60%. Well, that tells you how often the Cardinals had to throw the ball today in this game. Uh
126:03but 29% of his targets came on play action. Ian, uh he didn't even work from the slot as much today, but they were
126:09protecting him with alignment. You know, his average route depth today was nine.
126:12Uh I don't have it for that. His average depth to target though was 9.2.
126:1629% of the targets play action. 11% of the time he was in motion. So he just, you know, he's getting he's he's playing
126:23the puka nakua role. I know he's not puka nakua, but that's the role he's playing in this offense. And now two out
126:30of three games, the Cardinals offense has looked good. Jacobe Brassette looked good to end last year. I think we have a
126:36functional offense. And I think that Michael Wilson is here to stay as a wide receiver three. Can give you massive games like this where he gives you wide
126:42receiver one production. You know, I I I know you buried Marvin Harrison Jr. this week in the ranks. I did as well. And I
126:48moved I moved Michael Wilson quite a bit up even though he hadn't had a big game yet. I was just like they're they're
126:53clearly designing the looks to go to him, not Marvin Harrison Jr. And I'm not even sure Marvin Harrison Jr. sucks, guys. He's not in a good role. They
127:00should just trade him like you said last weekend. Hey, he did get to seven fantasy points. Like so Marvin, >> he's right there with Jameson Williams
127:07as that top tier route thing. I don't think that. And look, Jamo's done more at the NFL level than Marv. I get it.
127:12But like we don't look at JO and say, "Oh, he sucks now because he's not getting these opportunities." He's like that's this is a big part of it.
127:18>> Yeah. 16.2 average depth of target for Marv. He's just stuck on the outside guys just out there wanting running running win sprints right now. You know,
127:25Matt Harmon's talked to you guys about that for a long time. It's just it's very hard especially against today's defenses. Back in the day when like it
127:32was, you know, Seattle set the mold for how defenses play. You know, Legion of Boom. We had all the three high stuff.
127:38You had a lot of these different >> every snap. it it you could throw to these guys on the outside down the
127:43field, but the way these teams are playing it now with all the matching coverage and the cover four and you know
127:48the two high looks. I know they're rotating out of them a lot of time at the snap, but it's just it's it's really
127:53bad to be playing the role that Marv's playing.
127:56>> Tough tough scenes for the faithful Maserati Marv.
128:01>> We do have some amazing news. Jeremiah Love Dwayne 21 carries, 90 yards, five catches, 19 yards, and a touchdown. 26
128:08touches. It did come though again in a game where the Cardinals ran 81 plays out there, which won't happen every time, but hey, drafted number three
128:16overall for a reason. And when Tyler Alier had uh let me count, six touches, certainly seems like the rookie has taken over.
128:22>> Yeah, 63% of the snaps today, guys. 78% of the rushing attempts. Uh he was out there for 40% of the snaps inside the
128:31five. So that's the one little thing.
128:33They still get they still did get did give Tyler Alier some of that work, but also led in the routes. 30 47% to 40%.
128:40They also gave Tyler Algier and just like a bizarro move, they gave him 64% of the two-minute offense. But overall, if you've got Jeremiah Love, you've been
128:48waiting to see him look explosive after that uh high ankle sprain and get into the kind of role that you want to see.
128:54We saw it. I think we should expect it moving forward. Just know that there are a couple of high leverage things that I
128:59Algier right now is still taking from him. But Jeremiah Love, yeah, based on this performance, easily catapults out of that low-end running back two range,
129:08Ian, he's going to move moving up and it could be very quick in three weeks from now, we could be like Jeremiah Love is
129:13in the top 12. Like he he's on his way there right now. 21.9 fantasy points for you guys today from Mr. Jeremiah Love, who also had a 20%
129:23targets per outr run, so 10% target share in this game. And it was funny cuz I did see one of the targets to Tyler
129:28Algier and I was just like dude like that it's just does that Tyler Alier is not a receiver out of the back field
129:35like so I could also see a situation where love probably takes over I think more the passing down work as we go Ian.
129:41I think the pesky thing will be is if you don't have a game where the Cardinals score a lot of points Alier
129:47could still be sniping some of the stuff inside the five.
129:50>> I'm just surprised. I mean, he looks healthier out there. And you know, we got Fred Warner trying to chase you down
129:56every play. It's not going to be easy.
129:57This dude at Notre Dame, guys, like I comped him to Jenz, Reggie Bush for a reason. Like walking big play, the
130:04hurdles and the spin move. Just complete electricity out there. He still doesn't have a play over 20 yards this year, man. I think we're just seeing the
130:11beginning of what this dude could be capable of. So, >> please Arizona remain competent enough so that you don't cuz I just Oh, man.
130:19That report about them maybe trading Jakoti Brassette if things aren't going well as a team and he's playing well. It just sticks in the back of my mind. But
130:25you know what? Jacobe Brassette is a starting quarterback for now. Hopefully for the rest of the season. Next week they got the Giants. I'm with you, man.
130:32It might be a little tough right now to get love inside the top 12, but he's 100% going from that low-end RB2 where
130:39it's like, yeah, maybe we're answering some start state questions with the other guy. Get love in those fantasy football lineups of all shapes and sizes
130:45right now.
130:46>> Absolutely.
130:48And I think that about does it for the Cardinals. Again, entertaining game there. Only other point, uh, Trent Williams did get carded off for the
130:5449ers with a stinger. So, get better soon, Trent, but obviously one of the more impactful offensive linemen to keep an eye out there. Moving along, we had
131:02the Vikings beat down the Buccaneers in a significantly less entertaining game, 23 to 16. Vikings did cover those one and a half point faves under cashier at
131:1042 and a half points. So yeah, 230 versus 243 total yards, 17 combined penalties, and we lost Justin Jefferson early in this one. Caught both of his
131:19targets for 32 yards before. Apparently, according to Kevin Oonnell, Jefferson was close to returning a couple times.
131:25Uh, and I was talking to producer Mick before this show and like I don't know, Dwayne, not doctors here, as we like to
131:30remind everyone, and maybe it could have been a sort because we see it sometimes with the ankle injury where they feel
131:35fine during the game with all the adrenaline pumping and then we find out, you know, a little bit worse and they do
131:39end up missing a couple weeks. So, I don't know, but I'm pretty confident it's not of the very severe variety cuz
131:46he was still out there trying to jump around the sideline and get right. So, sucks to see the ankle injury. We'll
131:51find out more if he is going to be missing a little bit of time. Wheels up for Jordan Addison who gave a nice
131:56reminder to everyone to let them know that yeah, still very much a very good football player.
132:01>> Yeah, Jordan Addison is kind of like the Jameson Williams of this offense. like if the contingent value is massive. Um,
132:07this is a guy that can do more than work just deep routes down the field. Um, you know, Ian, you and I have talked about
132:12him a lot over the years. This is a guy that can win underneath. He can win in the intermediate game. He can beat you
132:18over the top. Not the biggest guy, so I don't know that you want to feed him a ton of him breaking routes into the
132:22teeth of linebackers, but certainly capable of doing it. Gave you 20 fantasy points per day today. did not leave the field with a 100% uh route participation
132:30rate and a 36% target share. Uh AOT today was down the field 19.4 yards uh per target today for Mr. Jordan Addison.
132:41So if we get a situation where and I haven't looked at the matchup yet for next weekend Ian, so you you probably
132:47have it handy, but >> Miami >> Miami. So if we get a situation where we do not have uh Mr. Justin Jefferson
132:54available to us. Uh I think Jordan Addison's in the wide receiver 2 conversation uh next year.
133:00>> So yeah, I'm I'm I'm hyped. And Jawan Jennings gets a boost here, too. Guys, didn't do anything for you today. Uh 1.1
133:05fantasy points, but did have an 82% route share. And I think it's important just because whenever we saw in the preseason when we had the time with
133:14Jordan uh with Justin Jefferson, it was really more Tai Felton who did play more today. He had a 68% route share, but it
133:20was ultimately still Jawan Jennings leading the way. Jawan Jennings is a guy that we know is capable of putting up some fantasy points. So I would think
133:27Jawan Jennings wide receiver four next week if we don't have Justin Jefferson but could give you wide receiver three two performance. Jordan Addison as a
133:34wide receiver two that has wide receiver one upside in any games without Jefferson.
133:40>> Again great game from Addison. Had a nice, you know, deep out. Good ball from Kyler there. Kept the two feet in bounds
133:44just barely. Then caught the touchdown when Kyler just kind of threw it up there. Good adjustment and play by Addison. Could have been an even bigger
133:51day though. Wayne had a 74 yard potential touchdown. Pretty badly underthrown by Kyler. Tried to make an adjustment on it. It just wasn't
133:58happening. And that just kind of leads me to the Kyler Murray experience. Okay.
134:01First full game we got to see with him in Minnesota.
134:04>> I think left a little bit to be desired.
134:06I don't necessarily view the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as being as the, you know, juggernaut variety. They were also without Josiah Troder and also Ruben
134:13Bane out there. So, shouldn't have been that big of a problem. Now, you lose Justin Jefferson early and that's not going to make life easier for anyone
134:20involved. I get it. But barely completed over 50% of the passes. And again, I just there's there are some plays left
134:26on the field there. Only ran twice, which, you know, just a oneame sample, but also something that I don't know at
134:31this point in Kyler's career. I would be a little bit doubtful that he gets back to maybe the heights we saw in 2020 and
134:372021.
134:39Vikings versus Dolphins next week. It's a good matchup. I'll certainly have Kyler ranked ahead of Drake May and Justin Herbert. Dwayne, rest assured
134:45that we'll make that happen. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get him in the top 12, though.
134:49Yeah, look, we still we like the offense. We like the weapons. If you don't have Justin Jefferson, that obviously hurts. I don't really think
134:55anything's changed in my view of Kyler.
134:57Like, it's one this is one game. 10.4 fantasy points. You guys weren't very happy with it today. 168 passing yards, 5.8 yards per attempt. Uh but he's he's
135:06still learning a new offense, playing a lot from under center. 47% of his snaps today came from under center. Using a
135:12lot of play action, though, that's a cheat code at 29%. Scramble rate was only 6%. We know that he's going to have
135:17his games where he scramles. no design run plays today. So, as long as you still believe that Kyler Murray, you know, is going to be, you know, at least
135:24a little bit involved in the design run game, going to scramble around enough, I think he's still a guy that has I think
135:30he still has QB1 upside the rest of the way. Uh, we'll see what it looks like next week. And I haven't again looked at
135:36all the matchups and everything. So, I'll see where Kyler Murray lands. My gut is he's still going to be a high-end
135:40QB2 at worst for this next game. You get another stinker like this out of him, then I think we would have to start to
135:46move him down a little bit more. uh in the ranks.
135:50>> Aaron Jones 22 total touches. This guy always has great utilization. Dwayne, when we don't see Jordan Mason in there and then we just kind of get to the
135:57actual fantasy points and you know, kind of wish there were a few more. So, didn't kill you or anything like that.
136:02Wound up with what 92 total yards out there, but come on Aaron, can we score a touchdown one of these days?
136:08>> Yeah, I mean he gave you 14.2 fantasy points. I think the hilarious part is all the reports were, oh, Aaron Jones is
136:14not going to have the same role. He had the exact same role. He had 82% of the snaps, 81% of the rushing attempts, 17
136:19carries. What were people saying? Oh, I don't think he's getting to 15. Like the the beat reporters were saying he's not
136:24going to have 15 total touches. He definitely got past that. Uh Dean Claybourne only had three snaps in the game. DJ Dallas had seven. So, as long
136:32as we don't have Jordan Mason, just fade whatever they're saying in the news.
136:36Aaron Jones is the guy they're running right now until we see different. Played all the two-minute offense. 65% route participation rate. I do agree. We don't
136:44get the old Aaron Jones performances and we have done this many times I feel like over the last two years of like man the
136:49utilization is there and it's just like every week he gave us 12 points but yeah >> look man you got to plug Aaron Jones in
136:55as your running back too this week because you were hurting you got 14 fantasy points like you're you're okay like you're you're satisfied with that
137:01and this is a guy you got to take in round 12 to 13 of your fantasy draft so I think that's still a plus for Aaron
137:07Jones here >> and certainly will be a recommended start again ahead of next week's hopeful smash spot against the Dolphins Now for the Bakers, Buccaneers, Baker
137:16Mayfield, dislocated right thumb. That's very problematic. Very, very problematic.
137:23>> I'm expecting him to miss multiple weeks if not months. I don't know, man. You dislocate your right thumb, that's a big
137:29problem, Dwayne. And now we have Jaylen, not Jaden. Jaylen Daniels, the undrafted rookie out of Kansas, who Tampa Bay decided to come into this season
137:37unironically with as their next man up.
137:40Maybe Jaylen Daniels is just a god and all 32 teams are going to wish that they would have used one of their picks on
137:45him. But I don't know, man. This looks really problematic. They could go from being what was already an average kind of sputtering offense to literally one
137:55of the worst in the league. And that's going to make every single person here unstartable.
138:00>> Yeah. So, I mean, I don't think it'll make Bucky Irving unstartable, but I do I do I'm massively worried about
138:05everyone else. Uh, if you look at Bucky Irving today, Yeah. He only gave you 7.8 fantasy points, but like Bucky's like
138:12he's looked good so far this year. I will say it was a tighter it was a tighter split today. 50% snaps for
138:17Bucky, 48% for Kenneth Gainwell. And we did see the two-minute offense go to Kenneth Gainwell. And this was a game where they needed to use the two-minute
138:26offense. I'm just looking up the plays right now. Like I'm having to scroll. So there's like 15 plus guys. And Kenneth
138:31Gainwell did get all of that. So that is what pushed these snapshares uh more evenly. And so may maybe I'm more
138:39worried about Bucky, too, because if they're going to be trailing all the time, you got to use the two-minute offense. That is a path to game well
138:44being on the field.
138:45>> But I do agree. Downgrades across the board. Here's the other thing that's going on with this offense right now is
138:50we did have uh Jaylen McMillan back. Oh my god. Still a 2% route participation rate >> out with a knee injury.
138:57>> Did he leave the game with a knee?
138:59>> So good.
139:00>> Here's the big thing I'm seeing. They like Ted Hurst.
139:03>> 78% route share for Ted Hurst. the the third Ted Hurst the first and second might have been good but Ted Hurst the
139:10third we really like here >> uh only a 9% target share today Ian but that came at the expense of achuka 78%
139:18routes Chris Godwin who had been at 90% the first two weeks 74% now Chris Godwin did have a long touchdown today guys
139:26that would sorry I'm stealing I'm stealing your thing why why am I doing this I'll let you talk about that he did
139:31have a long touchdown called back um so I think we see a rotation now for the wide receivers and Ted Hurst has played
139:39well and then we're going to have Jaylen Daniels under center. So I do agree this is going to be achuka has been a guy
139:46that I'm still been you know putting right there Ian at that lowend wide receiver two range. I think he drops into wide receiver three. Chris Godwin
139:53probably falls into wide receiver five territory if we're going to be rotating and now we have Jaylen Daniels under center and Ted Hurst as excited as we
140:00want to get about him. Well, he's in the same boat [laughter] you know. Hey Dwayne, real quick. What are we even
140:05giving a Mechab Buka wide receiver three benefit the doubt for? This dude has scored 12 PPR points one time since week
140:11six last season. Great 26% target share today. Like a guy that's coming off of a toe injury. He's a round one pick. Like
140:19I look I just, you know me, I stick with that kind of stuff longer than you do.
140:23And so like 11.2 fantasy points today.
140:26You were not happy with it. But with the quarterback news, this is Yes, it will be a downgrade.
140:32I'm just saying, man, can you score 12 points?
140:35>> 12, not 15.
140:37>> Almost got to 12 twice.
140:39He missed it. He missed Ian's threshold, guys. [laughter] If he got to that 12, Ian would have changed his whole story.
140:46>> Kyle Williams more games than a Mecca.
140:49So, God, Ted Hurst did have the 40-yard touchdown kind of, you know, just ran down the seam. was not the most busted
140:55coverage in the world, but he's looked really good, you know, these last couple games as well. I would think because just with a Jaylen McMillan knee injury,
141:02I would think they can condense it around those top three guys and maybe the routes won't be as big of an issue.
141:06But again, when it's Jaylen Daniels, hopefully Jaylen Daniels is just a man and he makes me look dumb for doubting him.
141:13>> You know, people are going to have some tough decisions this week because there are some waiverwire names here. They might be hurting. Is Chris Godwin
141:20cutable? I think he is in small leagues for sure.
141:24>> Baker IR for sure.
141:26>> Yeah, I think Chris Godwin's cudable guys. As much as it pains me, as much as it pains me, he's a guy that we liked
141:32coming into the season, but you know, we can't just stay hung on our priors.
141:36>> Uh, and I'll say also I don't think he's going to be somebody everybody's rushing to pick up off your waiver wwire even
141:41after you cut him.
141:43>> So, we can still get him back later if uh if if like we feel like the tides are changing. But yeah,
141:50>> you mentioned it. 85 yard touchdown on a third and 25. Baker flew up in the pocket, found him, got a little bit nice
141:56yak from it, holding call from hell, took it all back. So, just please be healthy, Baker. But God, I don't like a knee or an ankle. Dwayne, I'm
142:07like, "All right, well, maybe it's not like a dislocated right thumb. How does that come back as a good thing?"
142:13>> Yeah, it's not. you're you're how do you look? How do you throw a football with a with a bad thumb like that? It's a pinky
142:21or something. It's like, all right, they might be able to figure it out. One of their other fingers, but yeah, your
142:25thumb that's it's And if Baker plays, dude, I don't expect that to look good.
142:29And Baker's the kind of guy that will go out there and try to tough it out, but I think that's going to be a real
142:33struggle.
142:34>> That's what I'm saying. When he couldn't even get back out there today, I was like, "Oh, it's bad. It's really bad."
142:39Even Baker couldn't do it. So, Buccaneers against the Packers next week other than Bucky. And even then, we're not going to feel great about it. He's
142:45going to be a low-end RB, too. Sad times in Tampa Bay, but not sad times with another sponsor you want to give a shout
142:52out to, Dwayne.
142:52>> Yeah, absolutely. A fantasy football season is a busy one, guys. Especially if you're Mr. Ian Harditch and you're grinding out the she report. You know,
143:00you're up working, working on your fantasy football lineups. But there's so many things to worry about, but dinner should never be one of them. And with
143:08HelloFresh, you can make dinner easy.

143:25I hate trying to decide what I want to eat. That's one of the worst things when I'm in here writing in. My wife comes

143:34repetitive takeout delivery fees and unnecessary food waste and switch to HelloFresh today and use code MAT HFC Y.

144:08dinner. Hey, HelloFresh is legitimately good. I've ordered before. I I support HelloFresh. This was my fault. To be clear, one time they sent it to me when
144:16I wasn't home for like another three or four days, and you know, you need to refrigerate that stuff fast. So, Dwayne,
144:21I just took this big box of HelloFresh, and I had to throw it away cuz I knew it was bad, but I didn't like throw it away
144:27outside my house. I had flies across my entire freaking house for like a month straight and I didn't even know what it
144:33was from until I explained this to my mom and she was like, "Yeah, idiot son.
144:38Why would you do that?" [laughter] So, shout out HelloFresh. Love you guys. Uh, if you order Helloellofresh, which you should do, make sure you uh refrigerate
144:45it sooner rather than later. Anyways, the Raiders took down the Saints 35 to 27. Raiders winning outright three and a half point dogs. The overcash in this
144:54one. And now the Raiders have as many wins as they did the entirety of the 2025 season. Shout out to the Fighting
145:00Clint Kubak on starting off this year 3 and 0. And for Kurt Couses, man, for throwing another three touchdowns out here, one to Brock Bowers, who is so
145:09freaking back. Caught 10 of 13 targets for 116 yards. I love it, Dwayne. I don't know what I would have done if
145:15Brock Bowers went out there and [ __ ] the bed and had a bad game because, you know, guys, we've had some bad takes
145:20this year. We've had some good ones, too. I think the bad ones stick out more than the good ones, but really really
145:25went out on a limb on saying that Brock Bowers is going to be a good end of round two pick. And maybe this will be
145:30the highlight of his whole season, but my god, I don't throw the term generational around lightly, Dwayne, but this Brock Bowers, dude, he is
145:36generational. He is generational. 97% route participation rate, so definitely healthy from the knee, Ian. 43% target share. 13 targets for this man
145:48today. Gave you 27.6 6 fantasy points in a PPR, 22.6 over in your half PPR formats. Shout out to you guys. As Ian
145:56will tell you, that's the only way to play fantasy football. Red zone three targets, endzone two targets. Uh the guy had an 8.6 average depth of target,
146:04operated from the slot 36% of the time, getting used on play action. Look, you don't even have to do any of that cuz
146:09he's just freaking Brock Bowers. But if you're going to dial up this nice stuff for him, which was one of the things
146:13that we were talking about in the preseason, man, Clint Kubak is definitely a plus schemer over Chip Kelly and what they ran out there for
146:19the other half of the year after they finally got decided to get rid of Chip Kelly last year. So yeah, Will's up on
146:24Brock Bowers, the tight end one the rest of the way. Look, him and Trey McBride are in the same tier, guys. Like Trey
146:29McBride's obviously like he's destroying it, too. You've got one of those two guys, you are totally set at tight end, so you're feeling really great about it.
146:36What's interesting here, Ian, uh, Michael Mayer, you know, who didn't do a ton of Brock Bowers out, gets Brock Bowers back and has his best fantasy
146:43game of the season at 12.2 fantasy points. He had a 76% route share. We are we going back? Is this a throwback to
146:50the old Patriots offense where we had Aaron Hernandez and >> Gronow should not be named. Yeah.
146:56>> Yeah, man. Look, these two guys are out there running plenty of routes together.
146:59So, uh, you know, we'll see. We're not going to say Michael Mayer is not going to be a guy we're going to be ranking in
147:03our top, you know, 16 tight ends or anything, but uh I will say nice to see you got these two really talented
147:10players and you have a coaching staff that's willing to embrace that and say, you know what, let's just put them on
147:14the field together.
147:16>> Again, great stuff from Bowers. Great stuff from mayor. Great stuff from Cody White. Dwayne caught another touchdown out there and they had his graphic right
147:23this time around. But I do think the return of Brock Bowers makes Trey Tucker very tough to get behind, particularly in, you know, some of the tougher
147:29matchups. wide receiver 56 sherbet. Not someone you feel good about starting.
147:33Are you getting a little bit nervous about Ashen Genty? Because my two eyes when I watch him run, then I watch Mike
147:39Washington run. I do wonder if the Raiders could start squeezing this gap a little bit.
147:44>> Yeah, I just want to say real quick on Trey Tucker. Uh I I'm I'm still in on Trey Tucker. I do agree Brock Bowers is
147:51like he's the show, right? So, he's going to get the targets. I My gut is that Trey Tucker still ends up as the
147:56number two target on this offense this year. And and the main reason is not because we think he's this amazing player, but we talked about it with
148:02Michael Wilson earlier. He is getting the role. So, he is getting the slot reps moving him around. He's getting to be in motion. Lots of play action stuff.
148:11So, just keep an eye on it. But the routes were down today. 73% route share.
148:15And part of that comes they played so much 12 personnel. Then whenever he's rotating with Jaylen Naylor, who he was still ahead of, but
148:21with the two tight ends out there more often, they just didn't play 11 personnel as much today. But yeah, uh with Ashton Genty, uh week one was
148:29amazing. Last week was like, okay, chalk it up. Game went kind of weird. Uh but 2.9 rushing yards per attempt today. Uh
148:36did not have a carry over 10 plus yards today. Did get to work inside the five.
148:41The roll still great, guys. 83% of the snaps, 79% of the rushing attempts, had 19 carries today. But in a game where
148:47the Raiders come out here and just absolutely like just destroy and score all these points, he gets 12.3 fantasy points. So I I will say this, not just
148:56this year, two years of watching Ashton Genty, there's basically been two games now. One of them was week one this year
149:04where he looked like a phenomenal player. The rest of them not as much.
149:09Now I think the positives are really good role, still a very good prospect, and an offense that's outperforming what we thought they would be. So, I'm not
149:20ready to freak out about Genty, but your direct question was around efficiency and what I don't know how to disagree with you. I mean, Mike Washington just
149:28did what he was doing in the preseason.
149:30It's like, man, just give me a few reps.
149:32He gets five carries, rips off a long one for a touchdown, has 54 rushing yards today, >> man. And he's done this a I mean,
149:39obviously the one today for 36 yards was great, but he's looked explosive even dating back to the preseason, man. And just
149:46>> I know >> yards per carry needs so much more context around it. I get it. But it is easier to use when it's two guys in the
149:53same offense. Particularly two like Washington Genty where one's not some scatback that's facing way lighter boxes. 6.8 versus 3.3 this year. Man,
150:03interesting stuff. So I'm with you. The utilization is fine for Genty. We got the Saints against the Falcons on Monday Night Football. I'm sorry, the Raiders
150:10against the Chiefs coming up. So, it's not going to be a layup matchup, but it's not, you know, something that we're
150:14completely horrified about. Definitely something to keep in mind though for this split between Genty and the Athletic.
150:19>> Yeah. Go ahead. No, no, go ahead. Go to ask.
150:22>> No, I was going to ask you like how far are you moving Cousins up.
150:26>> 22 fantasy points today.
150:28>> He's tied for the league lead in touchdowns of Brock Birdie. [laughter] >> I know. He's three. He threw three more
150:33today. I mean, like we're gonna I've got to move him up. Like the first two weeks it was just kind of like, okay,
150:39whatever. I left him where he was at, but like I'm I'm just kind of thinking through ahead like how far up am I going
150:45to move Cousins. I know the matchup this week isn't necessarily like you said a layup against the Chiefs, but the offense is looking good. We're kind of
150:52in the Bryce Young conversation that we were in, you know, last week, right?
150:55It's like, okay, like playing well, offense looks good. Where are we at?
151:00>> I mean, he'll be ahead of Drake May and Justin Herbert. I tell you that much.
151:03>> I'm just Yeah. Okay. Well, look, that's your answer to everything and I can't disagree.
151:08>> No, I hear you, man. I got mid-range QB2.
151:11>> Yeah, I was thinking 15 16 something like that. I don't love the matchup against Spags and company.
151:16>> No, no, I'm with you. So, >> yeah. Well, we we'll see where we land on it, but we obviously have to give
151:21Cousins s some sort of bump. That That's the takeaway. He's going to move.
151:24>> It's also like when Genty can't get anything. I don't even know if Kubak wants Cousins passing as much as he has
151:31to, but the run game's been so ineffective. They've had no other choice. And Cousins is balling. He is.
151:37>> Yeah, he's he's playing great. 0.32 EPA per drop back today. That's absolute madness. [laughter] 9.1% of his passes today. What has he
151:47had on his season on that number, which is a regression number? Yeah, it's got to be crazy. I'm putting weak uh
151:53>> Yeah, he's throwing a touchdown on 9.8% of his pass of his passes. Like that's going to come down, but like what if
152:00it's at 7% for the year?
152:03I thought coming in this year that the overunder for cousin starts was four and a half because I was like they might
152:09beat the Dolphins. They're gonna lose to the Saints, the Chargers, and the Chiefs and then they're get blown out in New
152:15England. I might pick the Raiders over the Patriots in week five. Dwayne.
152:19>> Yeah, I right. If you made me do it right now, I would >> shout out to Kirk >> Clint Kubak. Brock Bowers always
152:30reminding us that we don't know anything. But you know what? It's not going to stop us from trying. Kudos again to the 3 and 0 Raiders. Kudos to
152:37the Saints. Still a fun team. Tyler Shuck, four touchdowns through the air.
152:41Almost had a rushing one. They had like a false start on their tush push situation. Wound up getting back in that
152:46spot. And they end up throwing a touchdown anyway to, I believe, Jawan Johnson, but had a 36-y rush thrown in there. Now, it wasn't perfect. All
152:53right. Mentioned he had the interception. Also took two sacks and lost two fumbles. But again, very, very fun games with the Saints. They're
152:59throwing the ball more than ever.
153:00Dwayne, I love in the utilization hub over fantasy life. You have the team style section where you can look at things like drop back rate over expected
153:06and plays per minute. Going into this week, the Saints were number two in the NFL in both. So, it's a defense that's,
153:12you know, fine, but certainly not a group of world beaters or anything. So, Saints, man, we're really getting back to those days of like the mid2010s where
153:19just every single matchup, you know, I think the great Matthew Friedman actually coined it back in the day where like the Superdome was kind of like the
153:25coores field of DFS fantasy football.
153:28And we're getting back to that point, man. Saints were feeling good about and then whoever is playing the Saints were feeling good about and particularly with
153:34the Saints Tyler Shuck and Chris Olive who had another big day snapped the streak of 20 plus fantasy point performances but man he got 19.7 so I
153:43don't think we're feeling too bad about it hopefully got a bonus for 100 plus yards so a lot of bas catches for 39 scoreless yards did have
153:52multiple drops out there I would say he could have conservatively had you know another 40 50 yards one was downfield one was on like a 12 or 15 yard out. So,
154:00not sounding the alarms, but would have been a lot cooler if he did come down with those. Then Bryce Lance, man, he
154:05did actually have a chance for an 82 yard touchdown deep. Shuck couldn't quite put it on him. Big touchdowns otherwise though. Jawan Johnson caught
154:12two and Noah Fant caught two. Noah Fance got what, four touchdowns this season.
154:16We're doing this. No offense.
154:17>> Yeah. And he had 36% route share. So, he's a very efficient man. [laughter] >> My god. So, >> do no off guys, do not go pick him up
154:26off of waiver wires. like just not enough routes here. Hat tip to him to Ian's point for what he's doing and like
154:32looking good on him. Like that one play like he had to he had to do that on himself. It wasn't just a pass into the
154:38end zone. Um lot of 11 personnel today.
154:40So we had 80% route share for Bryce Lance out there. Uh zero fantasy points for him. But yeah, Devon, you know,
154:47plenty of volume, plenty of routes.
154:49Just, you know, we don't think that he's like this super great target earner. But I will say like in an offense like this
154:53where you get enough plays and like Devon Veil, he's in the wide receiver four mix. Um I did want to ask you real
154:59quick before we hit the running backs on Shuck, like I got him into my top uh I think I'm Q QB1 this last week, but now
155:06I'm thinking rest of season for Shuck. He's he's given us 23.2, 22.4, and 23.8 fantasy points uh over
155:17these first three games. And if you look at his passing yards now, week one aided guys by overtime. 410 yards, 252 yards,
155:25255 touchdowns, 3-1 and four passing and involved on the ground. He does have a tush push touchdown on the season. Like
155:33Tyler Shock's a top 12 quarterback the rest of the way.
155:37>> Definitely, if not higher.
155:39>> Yeah, I mean I'm you know I am I just gradually move it up. I I think that's saying a lot to say that Tyler I mean
155:45there's a Tyler Shuck I would rather have him on my roster than a ton of guys right now and I I I know who the two are
155:50that you're going to say which is Justin Herbert and Drake May better names.
155:56>> I got a trade offer in Dynasty on my Jaden Daniels team where someone offered me Tyler Shuck straight up for Jaden
156:00Daniels. I can't stop thinking about it.
156:04>> Dude, I honestly I'm with you because I'm worried about Jaden long term at this point.
156:08>> Yeah, >> with the elbow stuff and everything.
156:10Yeah, I mean Tyler, I'm with you. And so that just tells you guys like how we're feeling about Tyler Shuck right now.
156:17So the Saints the one concern I'm looking us up right now. In the first half of games they are 23rd in EPA per
156:25dropback. In the second half they are oh they're only 17th. That's why I should do stats before I'm live on air. So
156:32disregard that.
156:33>> Sometimes you just got to investigate.
156:35>> They have been doing a lot better. It's not like it's been like four quarter or 60 minute masterpieces. We have had some
156:41turnovers going on with it, but I don't know, man. He's He looks like the guy we saw come in last year where it's like
156:49again middle class man's Josh Allen where he's got the arm, he can throw out a structure, he can throw within structure, and he can move around enough
156:57so defenses for better and for worse, they have to guard every blade of grass out there. And when he's constantly feeding a baller and Chris Alave, like
157:04really good things are repeatedly happening. So for sure top 12 and I don't know man once we start actively going through the quarterbacks maybe we
157:11get them like QB8 or something.
157:13>> Yeah I'm telling you man like it it's great and they run a lot of plays so even if you get stuck needing this
157:18garbage time stuff this is one of the teams where I think you can get it.
157:23>> Jawan Johnson's a tight end three in fantasy football this year.
157:26>> I know Jawan Johnson today I know we talked about fan Jawan Johnson gave you 23.3 fantasy points today. 69% route
157:34share, 20% target share.
157:36>> Yeah. Two end two red zone targets, two endzone targets. I mean, this dude's a menace down in the red zone.
157:43>> Would you rather have Jawan Johnson or Tucker Craft rest of the season?
157:47>> I'd still take Tucker Craft, but it's definitely closer.
157:50>> Yep, I'm with you. I'd L Craft as well, but it is close. Now, let's talk about the backfield. Travis Etchen looked like
157:58he was on his way, man. I don't know what the numbers were before the injury, but certainly seemed like he was being
158:02used more. He was doing good things, man. 57 rushing yards and 13 receiving yards. Ripped off an explosive looking 13 or a 16 yard rush
158:10>> and then he grabbed the hamstring injury, which we knew he had coming into the game. He wasn't listed as questionable, but he was limited
158:16throughout the week. Not good, man. So, I would like to think that maybe it's I don't I don't who knows, man. We see his
158:23hamstrings. Sometimes they're months, sometimes it's a week or two.
158:28It sucks. Before he got hurt, it was 72% snap share for ETN, 83% of the rushing attempts. He had 100% of the work inside
158:38the 5yard line, and then his route participation rate was 47% versus only 18% for Calvin Chimera. Now, your guy CJ Donaldson was still working in. This is
158:47hilarious. This bit is not going away.
158:50He had a 17% snap share in that first half. And then if we go over to the second half of the game, which is pretty
158:57much with uh Etchin out of the game. He only played six snaps in the second half. It was Alvin Chimera leading the
159:03way with a 44% snap share, 53% of the rushing attempts, and he had a 32% route share. Took all of the two-minute
159:12offense, but it was Kendra Miller getting on the field for the snaps inside the five. Uh and he had 27% of
159:18the design rushing attempts with a 33% snap share. So probably in this game, you have to remember guys, those snaps, they could flip because this was a game
159:27where it was a complete shootout, which might have driven more of that work to Chimera, but he he pretty handily had
159:32the rushing attempts, 53% versus 27% for Miller. So if we don't have Travis Etchin next week, I think we're still looking at a split with Chimera, Miller,
159:41CJ Donaldson, not getting high value touches, but still enough to be annoying and get these other two guys off the field. Um, so I would say Chimera, like
159:50if we don't have Etchin next week, borderline running back two. Kendra Miller is going to be in the running back four conversation.
159:57>> I was going to say I don't know if I can get Chimera inside the top 24, but I don't know, man. They're going up
160:02against the Falcons. Chimera did look better out there. You know, this wasn't another 11 touches. Yeah. For 15 yards, whatever the hell we had. So, I mean,
160:11>> that's the second half. I don't know what it was for the whole game, but yeah, >> like I probably feel better about
160:15Chimera than Raandre Stevenson or Trayvon right now, which is >> I think I might too, dude. I'm Dude, I'm with you. I think I would as well. Now,
160:23I will say this is one that could be really tricky where they flip the script on us and use more Kindred than Alvin
160:28Chimera. But still, I mean, at least I know the Saints can go score points. So, if I'm dealing with an uncertain
160:34backfield, which is what I'm also dealing with with the Patriots, just like let me deal with the uncertain guys that are actually on a team that's
160:39scoring fantasy points.
160:41>> I'm with it there, my friend. So, again, get better soon. Travis Etchen, Alvin Chimera wouldn't go, Again, it all depends on how long the potential
160:49rebound could be. I definitely wouldn't go crazy on the FAB, even if we know Etienne's going to be out there for a
160:53little bit. But yeah, certainly looking like the lead back now with the Saints.
160:56And that must be it, right Dwayne? There are no other games to talk about.
161:00>> That is it Ian? We're done. All right, Ravens took down the Cowboys 3431.
161:05Cowboys did cover three and a half point. Dogs over Dick Cash at 53 and a half. You were willing to leave. You
161:11were going to go go down with a bit. So, I respect you. Shout out to the Ravens.
161:15They deserve to go get the W. And they did. Lamar Jackson buck 86. Two touchdowns through the air on 15 of 20
161:21passing, including a rocket down the middle to Z Flowers with just 7 seconds left to set up the gamewinning field goal. Also chipped in 50 rushing yards.
161:30So, you had a good tweet this week, Dwayne, talking about again not seeing as much design usage, I believe, for Lamar Jackson. And Jaylen Hersz, correct
161:36me if I'm wrong, saw a few read options out there, but just Lamar made the most out of some opportunities. I still don't
161:42think we're exactly going to see him get back to pushing for a thousand rushing yards or anything like that. But hey,
161:47for a performance out there where Ravens could have easily scored, you know, mid-40s, the Cowboys had a goal line stand out there. I think the Ravens had
161:53to settle for a field goal pretty close another time. Lamar looked like Lamar.
161:57Yeah, Lamar did have four design rushing attempts today. He had one through the first two games. He was at a 2% design
162:04rush rate. Last year, we saw him fall down to 10% whenever in the pre the previous three seasons, he had been in
162:09the 15 to 16% range. We also heard Declan Doyle tell us this in the preseason. I will say you get to some of
162:15these games where you got some of these guys banged up and also you're just playing the Cowboys who can't defend the
162:20run and so maybe that influences you a little bit. But it was nice to see a little tick back up right there uh with
162:25the four design attempts. But he has been scrambling more this year. Same thing for Jaylen Herz. We had two scrambles today in the two games before,
162:32three and four. Lamar gave you 20.4 fantasy points today. Uh I know you were probably hoping for even more against the Cowboys. You're thinking I might get
162:40me a 35 point blow up, but look, 20 fantasy points. Really good there from Lamar Jackson. So, uh looking at the
162:46backfield, Ian, 21.9 fantasy points for Derrick Henry. Big dog just keeps doing his thing. 71% of the snaps, 72% of the
162:53design rushing attempts.
162:55>> I don't think anything else there. What do you want to talk about here with the wide receivers?
162:59>> I was going to say Henry was just short a couple times where he could have probably tacked on another touchdown or
163:03two. And same thing with Zay Flowers, man. Five caught five of six targets for 84 yards. Also had a 20-yard rush, man,
163:08where he got around the corner and he just he looked like Zay Flowers out there. So very encouraging from a health
163:13standpoint on bad field. Was a true game time decision. Good stuff on Zay. Also drew a DPI. I mean, Dwayne, he the first
163:21half he had against the Colts was amazing. And just seeing him basically every time they tried to give him the ball today. Also tear up this bad
163:27secondary for sure, but I mean it's Ravens versus the Titans next week. Man, I feel like Zay Flowers is a candidate
163:32to be actively ranked inside the top 12.
163:36>> He will be. And honestly, watching him today, like I was just kind of thinking, what are we doing to protect himself?
163:41because like I he would have injured his hamstring I would think if it was a problem because like he was juking and
163:47stopping and starting and accelerating like nobody's business. The Cowboys were completely having problems trying to get this man on the ground once uh you know
163:54uh he had the ball in his hands. So 64% route share. So they did cap him today but man a 43% targets per route run. And
164:01that means you can still have a 30% target share when you only played 64% of the pass plays. 15.4 four fantasy points
164:09today for say Flowers in a part-time role. Could you imagine like if he had if he had played 85% of the routes
164:14today, he would have probably scored 30 points on the Cowboys. So again, in a great role, guys, moving inside the slot, getting put in motion, the play
164:22action, like all these things that we talk about that are cheat codes, they're absolutely dialing every freaking single one of them up for Mr. Z Flowers and he
164:31and uh Lamar Jackson, they are just absolutely locked in right now.
164:36Otherwise, Rashad Baitman caught two or three targets for 37 yards. Could have had a touchdown there at the end. Lamar threw it out the back of the end zone,
164:42though. Instead, found Matthew Hypner, not Mark Andrews. Andrews did miss some time with a hand injury, but return. So, if his routes are a little bit lower
164:48than usual, that is likely why. So, Andrews again, it'd be nice to see more from the guy. I think it's tough to rank
164:54too many tight ends ahead of him. Maybe next week he can finally get on the, you know, find his way into the end zone
164:58against the Titans. But, you know, it's a deep position, Dwayne. when we do have guys like Terence Ferguson, like Aronda Gatston theoretically could catch the
165:07ball one of these days. I mean, there are enough players where I just think an Andrew isn't really getting pushed out,
165:11I think, because I have a problem with him. There's just other guys I would rather play.
165:14>> I agree. I'm with you. Yeah. And again, like it was the hand stuff. So, 59% route share today. Uh like I think he
165:21could have potentially had a big game, you know, against the Cowboys. He still had 25% target share versus for only playing 59% of the pass plays. You know,
165:27it just didn't turn into many fantasy points today at 5.4.
165:31And then there are those Dallas Cowboys.
165:33Dak Prescott 276 through the air with one touchdown to Jake Ferguson on a nice little wheel. Had opportunities for other ones, man. Found Cid Lamb down the
165:41sideline on a bea. Beautiful deep ball for about 50 yards. See just couldn't quite stay in bounds. Otherwise, could have been a 90 plus yard house call.
165:48Multiple end zone targets to Cid and then George Pickkins down the stretch as well where they had to settled there for
165:53a field goal. But again, this is a good Ravens defense and for the Cowboys to put up 31 just shows goes to show you
165:58that they remain a very good offense in their own right. Even running the ball, Dwayne, because that was the one big
166:03issue in the first two weeks of the year, but from drive one, you really could see them doing a better job
166:07opening up holes for Javvante Williams and he went ahead and returned 98 yards and that touchdown on the ground.
166:12Cleared the 100 total yard mark as well.
166:14Saw Tyler Goodson behind him, so he would be in the handcuff right now. But again, I just if something happened to
166:19Javvante, I worry to be a committee or they probably just go ahead and trade for someone.
166:24>> Yeah, I agree. Uh 1.95 yards before contact today uh for Javvante. If you guys were watching the game, >> he was also doing his thing after the uh
166:33after contact as well. So 5.2 yards per attempt versus the Ravens today. 76% of the snaps, 73% of the rushing attempts.
166:40He had 100% of the work inside the 5 yardd line. He had 51% route participation rate. So, you got a full-time running back playing in one of
166:46the best offenses in the NFL. You are feeling pretty good about it. And you mentioned it was Tyler Goodson, not Amari De Marcado today as the running
166:53back, too.
166:54>> And similar to like Derrick Henry, man, Revante, I think on one of their first drives was just short of the goal line.
166:58They end up looking elsewhere and at the end of the game, they were spamming, you know, fades to CD and picking instead of
167:03maybe just giving it to Devonte three times. So, one more touchdown for the tally. You're feeling good about it, but man, again, still even leaving a bit of
167:10meat on the bone. Good to see CD have a buck 12. Good to see George Pickkins, man. caught seven of 11 targets for 82
167:15yards. Just looking like a freaking beast out there, too. Awesome yak play on a big third down. Then had another tough catch over the middle. They
167:22actually got nullified as well. Still very much a baller. It's just it's not a matter of if Dwayne, it's a matter of
167:28when we just get this 30point pickings blowup. Maybe, just maybe, it's coming here next Sunday. Although it is a tough matchup against the Houston Texans and a
167:36battle for the Lone Star State crown.
167:38>> Yeah, just trying to buy Pickkins anywhere I can. You know, was trying to last week as well. You know, it's tough.
167:43People took him in round two or early round three of their fantasy draft. So, most people aren't giving up, but you
167:47definitely want to kick the tires, but did give you 15.2 PPR points today, 11.7 uh and half PPR, 91% route share, led
167:55the team with a 28% target share, including two red zone targets and two endzone targets. You did mention Lamb outscored him, 20.2 fantasy points,
168:03full-time role for Lamb as well. So, look, these are the top two guys. Uh Ferguson caught another touchdown today, but again, low targets 13%. So, you're
168:11really depending on the touchdown whenever you're starting Jake Ferguson.
168:14And it it is a good offense. So, like there's a chance the touchdown comes, but I also think there's just going to
168:18be days where it's just going to all completely flow through Pickkins and Lamb. So, 9.3 fantasy points a day for Ferguson, but also only a 69% route
168:26share. So, the route share has been down a little bit for Ferguson over these last couple of games. You could definitely do worse, but it's it's it's
168:34a bit I think it's a bit fluky right now for Jake Ferguson. He's living on these touchdowns. I'm getting the same vibes I
168:41got when Ferguson was coming up and I was watching Dalton Schulz and I'm like I'm not even sure that Schulz is better
168:46than Jake Ferguson. I'm thinking about that with Brevin Span forward Dwayne.
168:50This dude had a very fun 19 yard catch, broke two or three tackles on it and he took Kyle Hamilton out of the game for
168:56at least a little bit with a crushing block. Got that dog in him, man. What is it with the Cowboys finding these later
169:01round tight ends?
169:02>> I don't know. As long as as long as their name is not Luke Skoonaker who they wasted a second round pick on. Yes,
169:07they do. They do a pretty good job of this. So, just don't take your tight end in round two, Cowboys, cuz you guys do
169:12better with your later picks.
169:14>> They've done that so many times. Anthony Fisano, Martellus Bennett had a had a great career as a whole, but just not
169:19really starting off with the Cowboys because they had Jason freaking Whitten out there, you know. So, >> final point was round three pick.
169:25>> Yeah.
169:26>> Yeah. Right.
169:27>> Last point I have is uh Mama Hardit told me on Saturday Kavonte Turpin would score a touchdown and she was correct.
169:32So, shout out to >> Did you put down on that?
169:36>> No, I should have. She probably than I do, man.
169:39>> Scared money don't make money as Cooter Doodle says. Ian, >> I got I got to download the fan to laugh
169:43on her phone and just let her let her go.
169:45>> You got to let her rip. Yeah. 11% route share and he came through with a touchdown. [laughter] >> King State Kings got it on a rush. So,
169:53anything else here, Dwayne? Ryan Floreno only caught two of eight. Had a chance at a 40 yard deep. Just a little bit too
169:58long.
169:59>> Yeah, routes were still there. He's the wide receiver three on the team. 73%, you know, had a 20% target share. So,
170:04still still doing his thing. It's just tough. You got George Pix and CD Lamb.
170:08It's going to be really hard to pick your weeks where Florenoi does his thing, but uh playing time is definitely there versus what we saw last year when
170:15they were rotating their wide receiver three a lot more. He is the clear-cut wide receiver three. Also would have significant contingent value if CD Lamb
170:22or George Pickkins, knock on wood. Don't want it to happen, but if they did miss in time, uh Floreno is a guy that I know
170:28we would be moving up our ranks.
170:30>> And with that, Dwayne, 13 up, 13 down, we are done a crisp 2 hours and 50 minutes. So, we appreciate you guys
170:36tuning in. The utilization report will be out tomorrow, later afternoon.
170:40>> Yep. Uh we'll see. Afternoon, evening, you know, I mean, it goes again. Depends on how much there is to write about. It
170:46really depends. But yeah, we will have it up hopefully before uh Monday Night Football.
170:51>> Time's just a freaking number anyway, man. You know, at the end of the day.
170:55So, I'll have the news report out at some point as well. Check that out. And yeah, you know, otherwise, just have a
171:00great freaking rest of your day, week, life, all that jazz. So, for Dwayne, for producer Mick, I'm Ian. Thanks again for
171:05tuning in. Until next time, take
