Mike Evans: league-winner if he remains healthy Going round 6 in drafts was pushing him way too far down in regards to baking in injury risk. High end target-earning WR1 with elite TD upside in one of the most fantasy-friendly offenses in football, should be a borderline WR1 when out there.NegativeUsageAug 11, 2026
Can’t understand the pretty sharp dip in Evans ADP the past few days, seems like there’s no fear of him missing Wk1. His numbers have remained quite efficient with minimal sign of drop-off (0.28 TPRR, 2.34 YPRR since 2024 + top of NFL separation numbers), and his most threatening target comp at WR is now out for the season. Evans seems like a great bet to put up a 10+ TD season in one of the NFLs best offenses, I’m buying constantly at the 4-5 turn.NegativeUsageAug 6, 2026
I had drafted Terry McLaurin precisely zero times before the Diggs signing, so no cope here. But I don’t think the Diggs signing is really bad for him. Sure, it probably caps his raw target ceiling some, but that hasn’t been Terry’s game anyways. He’s been a deeper aDOT guy who hasn’t been reliant on huge target volume, as his massive 2024 season was tied for his LOWEST target total of the last 4 seasons pre-2025 injuries. A competent WR2 should theoretically help sustain more drives for this...PositiveDepth ChartAug 1, 2026
Seemed pretty like this update was coming once Deebo signed. The Deebo-Pearsall swap is probably a good thing for Stribling, as Deebo is the more likely of the two to get usurped for the WR2 role. Also probably a plus for Mike Evans on the somewhat off chance that Ricky was going to take a big leap and lead the team in targets, or challenge Evans for that. As for Pearsall, the outcome where he returns and becomes a high-end fantasy asset in 2027 and on seems quite thin. Will be 27 years old w...PositiveUsageJul 28, 2026
Josh Downs, among 74 WRs who have run 450+ routes out of 11 personnel in the past 2 years, ranks top 10 in both TPRR and 1D/RR when in 11p. The other WRs across the NFL who were top 10 in both: Puka Nacua Ja'Marr Chase Amon-Ra St. Brown AJ Brown Drake London Mike EvansNegativeUsageJul 20, 2026
IMO, it’s fair to put some of (if not a lot of) the blame for Emeka Egbuka’s drop-off in the middle of the season on injury (to both himself and Baker). The more troubling part to me was that multiple months removed from his injury (which he didn’t miss any time for btw), he was running as the WR4 on his own team in route share in the most important games of the season. Obviously the route issue won’t happen this year with Evans gone, but do think there’s heavy concern he doesn’t stand out as...PositiveInjuryJul 1, 2026
Chris Godwin has been one of my biggest flips in stance throughout the offseason (bullish now). I feel strongly about a bounce-back for this Bucs offense, as Baker's injury very clearly hindered his play midseason after multiple years of solid to elite performance. Godwin is aging (although only 30 for entire 2026 season) but we know how good he can be. He was coming into the 2025 season off a brutal ankle fracture which tanked his efficiency a bit and derailed most of his season. By the last...
