I don’t think YPRR is overrated in terms of its relation to fantasy scoring at all, it’s similarly predictive of following year FP/G to something like target share for both TE and WR. And I mean it’s literally just taking player yards and controlling for volume, which can help identify instances like top performers who dealt w/ injury (‘23 Andrews, ‘24 Goedert, ‘25 Kittle), guys who saw their production bolstered by outlier route volume (‘23 Engram, ‘24 Njoku, ‘25 McBride?), or potential brea...
