Packers missing some key defensive pieces Jets missing Minkah Fitzpatrick Sneaky shootout game with the Packers also playing with a top 5 pace in Week 1 and showing they will let Love cook Watson (must start), Golden, Lloyd, Garrett Wilson (must start), Breece (must start), and Love are all interesting in tons of formatsPositiveNewsSep 5, 2026
We keep hearing tempo + less rotations + pass heavier for the Packers offense All the WRs are underpriced and so is Jordan Love It pains me as someone who does not like the Packers via @mattschneidmanPositiveUsageAug 22, 2026
One important note on Packers O: Packers snaps with Love (small sample) have them playing ~3 seconds faster than last season This matches what we’ve been told by the beat (tempo, more plays, etc) Again something I don’t think is factored into most projectionsPositiveNewsAug 8, 2026
Jordan Love basically told us the Packers aren’t going to rotate WRs as much this season: Talks about improved timing & Communication being better because of it Take: I am bought in on this WR room, especially Jayden Reed if 11 personnel + less rotation is true. Via @packersPositiveNewsAug 3, 2026
Packers RB Room: Damien Martinez as a player to watch - that has my attention Jordan Love speaking about Marshawn Lloyd as a special playmaker in the run and pass game has my attention too via @BillHuberNFLPositiveNewsAug 3, 2026
Jordan Love confirms Matthew Golden is playing X WR Means Christian Watson is playing ZPositiveUsageJul 31, 2026
Cardinals could take a similar approach at RB to Y1 Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier Love will handle the bulk of the carries but may not be overloaded Take: Would be similar to many recent 1st round RBs. This could be a situation where its 60-40 to start and gradually gets to 70-30 or 75-25 as the season goes on. Via @Tdrake4sportsPositiveNewsJul 25, 2026
Don’t get caught up with all of this re: Love and Allgeier Love will get a strong share of the work and probably a bellcow by end of season
