ArticleWeek 4 Offensive Sleepers
From the article
How bad has Detroit's defense been against tight ends? Not only have they given up two touchdowns to tight ends in each of the first three games, but they have also actually allowed a touchdown to two different tight ends in each game! Jeremy Ruckert posted a 5-39-1 line against them even though Kenyon Sadiq scored and went over 100 yards in a breakout game. Waller is an even better play if Jalen Coker is out.
STACKED’s take
Positive signalSleeper
Waller exploits Detroit's historically bad tight end defense in Week 4.
Waller is in the upside TE1 group in Week 4 against Detroit; the Lions have allowed two touchdowns to tight ends in each of the first three games and have actually allowed a touchdown to two different tight ends in each game. Jeremy Ruckert posted 5-39-1 and Kenyon Sadiq scored and went over 100 yards in a breakout game against Detroit. If Jalen Coker is out with a quad injury, Waller becomes an even better play.
