Fannin has scored three TDs and rarely comes off the field, but he's averaging just 3.6 catches for 31.4 yards on 5.4 targets, down from 4.5 catches for 45.7 yards on 6.7 targets last year; his per-route numbers are also way down, including an 18% TPRR. He looks like a high-end TE2 for fantasy, though there's definitely a low-end TE1 argument if Concepcion misses any time. Part of the problem for Fannin's volume is that Concepcion gets a lot of the 'easy' catches that went to Fannin in last year's offense.
