RotoWire NFL Articles on Demario Douglas

Douglas's two-TD game faces headwinds from A.J. Brown's potential return.

Douglas caught four of his five targets for 65 yards and two touchdowns in Week 5, but the slot-only wide receiver had only one other game with multiple receptions this season prior to this and had 10 total targets in Weeks 2-4. A.J. Brown (ankle) could be back soon and while the two play dramatically different positions, New England's pass funnel would start directing to the Pro Bowl wideout when that happens, making Douglas a distant fourth on the waiver-wire pecking order.
