Perine's role surged; high-end handcuff with upside if usage sticks.

Perine carried 14 times for 68 yards (4.9 YPC), took 7 of 8 fourth-quarter carries, and caught a 6-yard touchdown (48.5% of backfield opportunities, up from 16.7% in Week 4) on 33 snaps (51%, up from 27/36% in Week 4); he has appeal as a high-end handcuff and potentially more if the usage is sticky post-bye week.
