Darnold's multi-INT game vs. 49ers fits historical pattern against elite defenses.

Sam Darnold threw multiple interceptions in the Week 5 loss to San Francisco; the source notes that last season he had only three games with multiple interceptions, two against the Rams and one against the 49ers, characterizing the 49ers game as 'a total meltdown but was still a tight game down to the very end.' This context suggests the current performance is within historical range for Darnold against elite defenses.
