Footballguys on Jordan Love

Waldman praises Love's pocket play under pressure and growing confidence in receivers.

Matt Waldman credits Jordan Love for delivering strong pocket play under constant pressure from the Chicago Bears defense in Week 5. Love has historically tilted in pressure-packed late-game moments, but Waldman notes Love performed well despite frequent Bears pressure. Waldman attributes Love's improved performance to growing confidence in Christian Watson and Matthew Golden to win the ball vertically, reducing hesitation and improving accuracy on vertical routes.
