Watson regressing in ball distribution; not setting up receivers for success.

Watson was very good at getting the ball to his receivers earlier in the season but has regressed. The source gave Watson a pass in Week 5 for not getting the ball to Denzel Boston due to rainy conditions against the Jets, but in Week 6 against Baltimore—a team with a good but not overwhelming defense—Watson appeared to be getting closer to the version of himself seen earlier in his Cleveland tenure. However, the source is concerned that Watson is not going to put his receivers in position to make plays often enough, particularly Boston.
