From the article
WR Parker Washington had a rough day, committing a third-down drop and failing to bring in two other passes that looked catchable, including one in the end zone. Observation: Parker Washington is really really good. But his first percentile arm length shows up a bit more than you want to. Still a top 20 receiver. Just limits his ceiling.

Washington's drops and missed TD opportunity offset elite route-running ability.
Washington had a rough day, committing a third-down drop and failing to bring in two other passes that looked catchable, including one in the end zone. He also beat Derek Stingley badly on the other side of the field when Lawrence threw his end-zone INT; it would've been an easy six for Washington if Lawrence had been looking there. An observer noted Washington is 'really really good' but his 'first percentile arm length shows up a bit more than you want to,' limiting his ceiling despite being a top 20 receiver.
