Carnell Tate maintained/strengthened his dominant usage shares, accounting for 70 of the 102 receiving yards and the only TD. The usage shares wouldn't be so strong on a better team, but it's still impressive for Tate to get this much volume and post solid efficiency numbers (65.9% catch rate, 7.8 YPT) in an offense this bad. He's now averaging 4.8 catches for 57.3 yards on 7.3 targets, i.e., WR3 range for fantasy.
