Only one of them outperform expectation by two or more PPR points per game... people are drafting both of those players simply because they're projected to see a lot of volume... I think that Williams is a safe bet to be, to, to match ADP. I just don't think he's an easy bet to say he's going to be a top 10 running back in fantasy football.
