McCarthy rated low-end QB2 vs. Texans; not a 12-team starter

McCarthy is projected as a low-end QB2 for Week 7 against the Texans; not a starter in 12-team leagues but firmly in superflex mix. The matchup is not ideal—the Texans defense is good albeit not as strong as last year, and the Giants are implied to score a league-worst 16.25 points this week.
