Dowdle's limited usage keeps him flex-only; elite handcuff upside.

Ranked RB35 at NO in Paris; has 13, nine and 11 opportunities in three games this season — just enough usage to remain in the flex conversation, but not enough to feel at all good about actually starting in a lineup you care about; however, Dowdle, like his teammate Jaylen Warren, is just one injury away from BOOMING up the fantasy ranks in a major way; at worst, he's a must-stash handcuff in leagues of all shapes and sizes.
