Ultimately, I have every faith Malik Nabers can and should be counted on as an every-week, Top-24 fantasy asset. As noted in his Week 4 analysis, Nabers hasn't looked dominant against man coverage since returning from his ACL tear. I suspect part of that is just rust and remnants of the mental distrust Nabers has publicly acknowledged since returning. I also think he must build greater rapport with Jameis Winston. Both of those factors should tilt in his favor in the coming weeks. But in the meantime, credit to offensive coordinator Matt Nagy for adjusting how they use Nabers.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalProjection

Nabers is a Top-24 asset whose man-coverage struggles should improve with time and Winston chemistry.

Jason Wood projects Nabers as an every-week, Top-24 fantasy asset. Nabers hasn't looked dominant against man coverage since returning from his ACL tear, which Wood attributes partly to rust and mental distrust Nabers has publicly acknowledged. Wood expects both factors to improve in coming weeks as Nabers builds rapport with Jameis Winston. Offensive coordinator Matt Nagy has adjusted how they use Nabers to leverage his obvious strength, speed, and route-running ability.
