Top-30 utilization score; slot role stable when Douglas returns.

Malik Washington has been a top 30 wide receiver in utilization score through the first three weeks; Matthew Berry prefers him over Chris Bell because his slot role is unlikely to go away when Douglas returns. He's a deeper league wide receiver four or so, but his on-field presence in NFL games has value.
